To change the screw conveyor, remove the black clamp and pull the screw conveyor out of the housing.

First, I'll show you how to program the automatic feeder, quite simply, keep the set button pressed for a long time, in the top left of the display the clock flashes, with the hours and minutes buttons set the desired time.
Press the Set button once and you see the 1 flashing in the display, now you can program the first of three start times and also the desired amount of feed, you can see in the bottom left of the display.
Now go for the first test, here I have flake food and slightly larger Pallets. Let's take a look at the flake food.
I control the feeder manually and before you can go on the device must load... that means the screw conveyor must first fill with the flake food and runs the first time empty. Nothing happens yet.
And here you can see the first food at the lowest level, that is one screw turn.
The automatic feeder has eight stages what that means in feed amount you see here. From the lowest level to the highest.
My light assistant is unfortunately distracted and is completely beside. Please excuse this.
As already mentioned, the Juwel Pet Feeder has 8 different levels and you can use it three times a day, what that means I actually show you.
In the display you can see how the machine executes eight revolutions at the highest level, here in fast forward mode.
So much flake food you can give with the fine white screw at the highest level three times a day in the aquarium.
But we still have a screw conveyor, the rough as I call it and we try this time with the Pallets.
Again at the highest level.
The engine has in any case good power and cracks even one or the other Pallet.
You immediately see a difference in the amount of feed, three times a day and you also get fed a carp pond.
Test is completed, now the practice test. The feeder is unerring, because it closes itself there is no danger of condensation forming.
The feeder stands only on the cover of the aquarium and can therefore be overturned by greedy light assistants.
Food arrives automatically in the aquarium, mission completed and yes food also arrives in the animal.
So this is the Smart Feed Premium feeder by Juwel, I think I could show the function of the device well.
Somewhat about 50 euros it is currently available, it has fulfilled its purpose and has two years warranty.
The only drawback for me personally is that the feeder is not permanently installed and can fall over by outside influence.
