I'm sorry guys I'm eating a kind bar it's called a time
bar the kind bars this one is the bomb it's oats in honey
and it has like coconut in it I want to stop making snacks like this basically
snacks that are not really sweet they're this sweet but this they're not sweet
like a snicker bar um that are very savory and you can read all the
ingredients in this food because it's like listed on the back honey
oats and you know all that stuff that are in this you know um bar and you can
literally see it you can see this what's wrong apart and it's so delicious you
know I'm really on this I'm trying to eat raw in Whole Foods and if it's not
raw it's still Whole Foods and it's when it's cooked you know and it's prepared
at home and I don't have to worry about digests digestion issues or anything
like that this is what I'm focused on just as well as losing the remaining of
this way I'm not even really focused too much on the losing the remaining of the
weight because that's gonna happen I'm trying to get my meal plan up to par and
I have to decide what my body cannot eat anymore of or if I don't cut it out
completely I can't have it is often and that's just the bottom line because at
the end today my health come first and my mental
and without my health and my mental I'm no good to anybody and I'm learning this
you know a couple of weeks ago when I started feeling like my mental was
declining my anxiety was getting a little flared up I almost didn't do
videos I just didn't feel myself I said you have to make a change you have to
make a change today because what you were eating on a daily basis is not good
what you're putting in your system is not good it's poisoning your system it's
getting in your bloodstream and it's making you feel the way that you're
feeling you know and now that I'm getting things on track I got my black
seed oil for my sleep and then also the juice it also helps my sleep because
juicing is a cleansing regiment that people do
it's an astringent it pulls toxins from the tissues in the inside of your body
it also pulls toxins from your blood your liver your kidneys and it
eliminates it so I'm feeling good and I want to stay like this but I have to
stop eating raw Whole Foods and I just have to just keep saying that because if
I don't I'm gonna get back to the old salon again and stop feeling sluggish
brain fog depression anxiety and just not being that happy person that I know
that I can be so with all that being said please subscribe to the channel
