A. Hafizh Asri - Perencanaan Keuangan yang Tepat | BukaTalks - Duration: 17:51.Good evening everybody!
Still fasting?
Introducing, I am Hafizh.
Tonight, I got the opportunity to share with you
about the Golden Rules of Financial Planning.
I`ll start the presentation with a question
Why should we do a financial planning?
For me, the answer is simple.
There`re only 2 objectives be rich or very rich. That`s all.
Why? Because people commonly mistaken, think that wealth
comes from such a big income, big funds.
It`s a big mistake.
This kind of paradigm need to change, before we go further on the financial planning.
For example, I read an article on Mike Tyson, sure you know him, right?
Yes, the world class boxer.
Along his carrier, he manages to earn 5.2 trillion.
Imagine if we use all that money to buy drinks, we`re drown in it.
He earns 5.2 trillion along his carrier, but at the end of his carrier
he left with almost 500 billion in debt.
All of the hard work earning that much money, but still left in debt. How come?
It`s come down to the mismanagement of his money.
He wasn`t doing the financial planning properly.
So, from that story. We need to align our mindset, our viewpoint on wealth.
Our people In Indonesia, still don`t see wealth as important matter.
While it`s clear from the saying 'fight with all your soul and money`
It`s clear enough, that money or wealth is quite important thing
That we need to handle carefully.
Money is not important, I`m too young to learn about financial study,
Financial study is too complicated to learn, all short of reason
Getting us further away from doing the financial planning.
Reluctant to get information about how to manage our money,
how to build our assets,
Or make a bigger source of income than our current income from the paycheck.
These kinds of mindsets that need to be changed, need to be corrected
so when we learn further about financial planning
we can understand it better, because we`ve been familiar with it.
Are you agree that these kinds of mindsets that need to be changed,
need to be corrected before we take another step on learning financial planning?
Probably because of those mindsets, sadly we`re facing the facts,
from 67,8% of financial product and service user in Indonesia,
only 29,7% whose understand and able to do financial literation.
Get introduced to mutual funds, but have idea what thing that is
Get introduced to stock exchange, but don`t know how to make use of it.
Same thing with other financial instruments, insurance, investment, etc.
It`s the challenge for us (financial planners) before we even discuss about it.
We need to have a good understanding about financial products.
What kind on financial instrument best suit our financial character and needs.
So we can get the maximum benefit from it.
That the first challenge, Indonesia is the third country with lowest financial literacy,
after China and India. It`s quite ironic.
So, when you get explained about financial planning, you need to keep up
about financial products available in Indonesia.
The second challenge is the minimum funds are quite high.
About five to ten years ago, if we would like to invest, let`s say on mutual funds,
it requires us to come to the bank, fill in 4 pages of form, sit on interview,
and deposit initial fund of one to five million, minimum.
And to have access on that was also not easy, especially for people from outside the city.
It`s not easy for them to acquire information about what kind of financial product that suits their need.
With this challenge, Buka Lapak eager to help out their user
to become a finance and investment literate user, so we`re all grow together
using Bukalapak`s platforms such as Buka Reksa, Buka Emas,
and the latest launched, Financial Calculator.
I got simple tips for you to before you start doing a financial planning.
First, define the financial objective,
managing the financial we must know where we`re heading, what is the objective.
Some examples of financial objective; tuition fund, to build a home, buy a car.
We have specified in details, I`ll give you tips on that later.
But as I say, defining the objective is important part of financial planning.
Second, we have to understand our needs and character in term of risk profile.
Whether we`re a conservative or an aggressive type.
Whether we`re taking the risk very carefully or the one who just go with it.
That kind of character difference,
some of people even do an interview to determine their risk profile.
You have to understand it clearly, because it won`t be the same for each person.
Third, we also have to understand the financial instrument that suits our needs.
balance out the benefit and the risk of the financial instrument.
Most of us only focus then tempted by the benefit, like ROI 20% per year,
or maybe BEP in only 6 months, etc.
But we don`t weigh in the risk,
whether the market would be suitable for this kind of (financial) instrument.
We have to understand those two aspects, the risk and the benefit.
So if there`s a setback, we understand that it is the risk of the investment with this kind of market condition.
We won`t really bother by it.
Related with the financial objective, here`s something to think on.
If we don`t know what are manage our financial for, or what to ask to our financial adviser about our financial condition.
If we don`t know where we`re going, we would be just drifted away.
identifying the expense, allocate the budget, and in the end, we spend all the money
and we stay in that cycle again and again, because we don`t define the target.
Maybe it`s a 3 years target, 5 years target, or even more.
So, the objective or the target is very important for us to determine.
Five indicator to help us defining our ideal financial objective
so, we can achieve it with the suitable financial instrument.
Specific, meaning what sort of needs we`d like to cover?
For example, wedding expenses, to buy a house, a car, or Hajj and Umroh, those are the financials target.
The target must be specific.
Measurable, the target must be measurable financially, what`s the price, how much it cost?
And off course there`s the difference of present and future value that we also need to analyze.
For example, the current price of the house we want is 200 millions, but in three years, the price can be up to 400-->500 millions.
That kind of things that we need to identified in managing our finance.
Attainable, or achievable. We must put a feasible target in defining our financial objective,
so, we can keep on working on it, knowing that it is possible for us to achieve.
Relevant, is it relevant with our life value? It`s related with the methods we use in achieving the target.
Defining the target, sometimes we second guess ourselves,
Why do I need to achieve that target? It`s not relevant with my values in life.
Or there`s no urgency for the target, all other consideration that we should settle
in the beginning before then we pick the methods to achieve our financial objective.
Last, Timely. We have to able to set the timeframe. When you want to achieve it?
Maybe it takes 1 year, 3 years, or even 5 years to achieve?
Or even more then 10 years to achieve.
What is it for? It`s to differentiate the methods we use in achieving the target.
How much money we need to allocate to achieve the target in time?
Planning to buy a house in three years of course will have different methods with
planning to do Hajj in five years, difference in ways and money allocated certainly.
Here an example of using financial calculator in Buka Lapak,
You can try it yourself, it`s still only available in website, I think (not available on apps yet).
Let`s say the objective is a tuition funds of 500 million, in five years.
Here`s an example using mutual funds to achieve that target.
We can compare the mutual funds products available, pick the creators start from 4%, 13% and so on.
Let`s say we decide to invest in Buka Reksa.
Trying things like this, will open our eyes to be more diligent in defining our financial objective.
In managing the finance, I simplified with first: learning, keep on learning
from the books, seminars, because there are a lot of thing need to learn in investment.
There are mutual funds, insurance, stock, property, gold etc.
By learning all of it, we then know maybe investing in gold is not suitable for our needs because of the small and slow return.
Or maybe learning about how volatile it is if we invest in stock.
You feel like you won`t be able to sleep worrying if the stock will fall.
That kinds of thing we need to learn and understand.
Second: saving. You don`t but what not necessary.
You only buy necessary things, even if it cost you.
Don`t be tempted by the discount.
Smart spending will help you to be able to allocate the funds needed for the third part.
That is business and investment.
Lots of feel like you`re not ready to start a business.
You feel like you`re not mentally prepared yet.
There there`s the second choice, investing.
We can differentiate the funds we allocated into several kinds of financial products
And we don`t really need much money to do investment.
Here is the simulation, if you start when you`re 16, with 1.2 million per year.
And stop investing in your 25, the return you get can 3 times more
than someone who start invest in their 30 until they`re 44 with double of the money.
If the first person only put 1.2 million and the second person put 2.4 million to invest.
The first person get the higher return because he/she start early, way early.
Now we got Bukalapak with its investment feature, let`s just try.
So, we can get familiar and learn about investment from the beginning.
Warren Buffet, the second most rich people in the world, start learning about investment since he was 3 years old.
Compare to what we do when we were 3, play marble with our mates.
So let`s start early, just keep on trying and try, it`s OK.
As long it`s the real investment with real return.
So you can keep on learning from early beginning.
Here`s some of products of investment.
Mutual funds, differs into several types, money market, fix income, mixed and stocks.
These kinds of things we need to understand, to know which fit our character best.
Whether we are conservative, very conservative, moderate, or aggressive (in risk taking).
That will be impacted in the time frame of our investment.
If you`re an aggressive person, you need to be more patient on your investment.
You can`t complain if your stock investment suffers a downfall in a month period.
That`s the impact of the high return investment.
Because it`s high risk, high return.
If you want the high return, you need to be patient about it.
Because if we looking in a short time period, the risk will be very high.
Lastly, it`s a request from the organizers, how to manage your Hari Raya bonus.
Some of you probably already received it, right? Or maybe haven`t.
here`s some tips I can share with you.
First, make a detail budget, as detail as possible.
Don`t merged it with your monthly expenses.
Keep it separated.
Because it`s an annual bonus, only once a year.
So we have to allocated it for annual expenses.
Such as charity, vacation, annual travelling,
or to pay an annual loan installment, annual insurance fee, or even annual investment.
So you can separate the money properly from your monthly income.
Hopefully, this annual bonus won`t disturb your monthly budget.
I`ll close the session with a quote from John Ruskin, a British philanthropist.
The highest reward for a person's toil is not what they get for it,
but what they become by it.
The aim of the session is not so you think of how to get as much money as possible
but how to manage the current money you got so you can get more benefit of it in way to pursue your live value.
Now, Bukalapak already had features you can choose,
BukaReksa for mutual funds investment.
Buka Emas if you interest in gold investment
Or Financial calculator if you want to try and calculate first before you decide
There`s also other calculator, like mortgage calculator that you can also use.
So, after this, not only you get understanding about investment,
but you can also act on it, try yourself to do investment that suits your needs, and your life value.
That`s all from me. Thank you, hope you can take something from it.
May peace be upon you.

this seems to be the eurobike days serfaus fiss ladis
and the noise seems to be a souvenier of yesterdays crash
Serfaus again - I bet this is a really good choice after all the rain
have to find out if my hand is ok
it hurts a bit after crashing on that wood yesterday
lets go
overshot!
grip strength seems ok for now
the berms that suddendly end
I think my hand will be ok today
the berms are different from the ones in brandnertal
they lack a bit of dirt on the exit where I'd like it the most
I can ride today
those jumps look like they pop but they don't
dunno how they trick them but I guess it's local bonus
sharp turns!
the berms were so sharp... - but I really like them
oh there's a sign!
nice warm up trails
flowy! - really like them
going to send it!
thanks! thanks! - you're welcome!
c'mon supernatural! ...supernatural!
you have to know this!
woah! clay!
remember brandnertal?
but it's different.. this is clay .. it's.... ....different
I think you can gap that!
oh no! f.. off!
wait a sec my bike is twistet took a turn too hard..
what's twisted?
saddle... bar is fine
didn't you hear me?
heard weird noises...
went somehow like this
but I saw you didn't crash
but the bike was twisted
got a big bug into the goggles!
track is sick!
experts only
there's a drop!
drop!
work in progress.. but it wasn't closed wasn't it? - no!
dust!
can't believe it
should we go back to the car for a break?
yes.. - so I can replace this backwheel..it's a bit damaged
this was my favourite track last time too
love the first segment
fist part is so awesome
//out of context//
sickest trail! ... yeah and supernatural gets second place
what was that????
your cam is still recording.. uhm so you got this.. nice!
don't go so fast on the wood fool!
so can we transfer?
there are no brakebumps here! - not that many guess yeah.. - I mean look at the track design
nice weather again
last year after the crans montana trip someone wrote that I seem to attract bad weather.. seems to be true...
roadtrip day 2 - wet again
conway!
better not...
just thought about washing my hands
oh damn no towels...
THAT WAS SICK!
got it? - noo!
stupid! - ...battery dead!
almost went 360!
do it again! - no!
hurt a bit
you alright? ... yeah I'm ok
got dirty and this was awesome!
dumb battery
why didn't you charge it?
Radde's sd card is full - he's demotivated now
sunshine! ... and heat...
don't think this will last long
scared! I don't want to do it again!
c'mon don't be a pussy.. you'll get a nice bandage like I got! look!
that was sick
syncronic slides - we did exactly the same
I thought I'll crash again when I saw how sharp I had to take the 2nd one but it turned out fine
that was exactly the bit less to survive
tiny bit of dirt on the lens!
//out of context again//
yeah nice
top section hill bill?
lets go
then switch back to supernatural
no no nope...
it's just sliding down
ha nice!
dust
mud...
so cool how fast the soil changes
this was the tricky section
right through the dustcloud
unreal
was it sick or was it sick?
that was amazing
how did you stay on the bike???
thought I'll do a frontflip over your bike...
again dirty as hell
we skipped on a downhill trail again.. dunno the hill bill trail was too much fun
wet and muddy days are the best
he goes first
uhh.. they got grip now.. damn
can't slide today.. damn tyres
dryed up too much ..
way different now
woho that sounded nice
the dustcloud gets big in some places
woah couldn't have cleared that
the real fun starts when you know every root and rock in the park.. then you can go flying
who's that?
I believe tomas slavik..
lets catch him
dude
not sure I would want to send this on the clay
ok taking this one
there's the tricky part
and he slid away
full impact
we were pretty fast for the conditions
and you crash where it's dry..
but why?
you catched a root
this one ... tried to get inside
so weird
all the noises
so fun!
we could not clear that one huh?
he's going to crash again
uh oh
oh sh... - f...!
no injurys at all
you were so lucky!
just landed "softly" behind the wood
no pain at all!
that was a bad one.. is my visor still in one piece?
you dived in exactly into the "landing"
I just thought "oh sh.."
Ok I think I'm done for the day
but that was an aggressive run
imagine not wearing a fullface!
you'd have eaten dirt.. lots of calories.. you'd get fat!
ok now the tricky berm...
don't know how to survive this one
going to crash!
once again..starting to slide!
he always does manuals!
we can't do that because of our breasts..at least that's my theory
you mean because of the weight?:D
makes sense
your battery... mine? yes
lets do a room tour
nico's bed.. alex's bed
that's it.. not much to see
there's more to see! - full house
bit of chaos but I'll sleep there somewhere
will work like always
don't text and drive
epic
now I can't see

Greek lesson: Vocabulary about summer! - Duration: 2:36.Hello. Today, after a poll on our Facebook page,
you asked us to do a lesson about summer.
To learn vocabulary about the summer.
So I decided to tell you how I spend many days of the summer and through it to learn vocabulary
related to the summer.
Well, you know that in Greece the summer is hot.
So many days of summer have heat and the thermometer
reaches 43 degrees Celsius.
As you understand, I do not go out very much in the sun.
When I work at home I have air conditioning while when I'm in the car the same.
In the islands of Greece and Cyprus except for the high temperatures
we also have humidity that makes the situation even more difficult.
Nevertheless, the summer has very nice moments.
For example, I'm going to swim in the sea,
I go to bars for beer and in the evenings a walk in the sea eating ice cream.
I also love to make a barbecue in the courtyard of my house with good company.
Generally summer in Greece is difficult but very nice.
If you can withstand the heat, there are plenty of beautiful things to enjoy.
How do you spend summer in the countries you live in? Write in the comments below and tell us.
That's all for today. I hope you learned many words about the summer.
I want to thank you for attending our classes this year too!
It's a great honor, really. This is the last lesson for this season.
We go on vacation! You will have a new video lesson on September 1st!
Have a nice August, a good vacation to those who will go on vacation and we will see you in a month! Bye.
