hey everyone! welcome back to my channel. Welcome to another video. I am so excited

to film this video for you it's taken me a little while to get to this point of

actually filming it, but I'm super excited about this bag so you may have

seen a post recently on my Instagram with the lovely Esme la morte hey

influencer who is based in Los Angeles California and I've been a fan of hers

for quite a few years her makeup is always on point

she's just stylish as fuck she kind of fuses edge and glam together but it's

the best way that I can kind of describe her and she's also very versatile which

I can appreciate as well the post that I'm speaking about is a photo of Esme

when she attended the Kat Von D 10-year anniversary party recently so I'm just

going to show you this straight away it's beautiful it's a mix of quill

Peyton here and there's tiny little stunts it's so shiny I'm not sure if

you're actually seeing it there we go so it's good quilted and studded Peyton a

border of black velvet which is studded and ain't called just wrap many of you

have been asking me since I studied the dreck Macon's clutch strap to bring it

back and this is the first bag that I've done it with a few of you said it kind

of snags your hair and can get in the way sometime so that's kind of why I

removed it but as Mei was so like fuck that's cool as fuck let's bring it back

I'm like yeah you know what I can deal with a few hairs coming out when I look

at this cool so that's how that looks when sitting on the shoulder isn't that

awesome I'm so in love the beauty of this bag is

that you can wear it as a shoulder bag or you can lengthen the strap and then

we're at crossbody as well so it's really versatile which is important in

all of my products and you get to decide how you wear it it is again available in

gold hardware and silver hardware so you can pick which you like it has this

lovely pocket in the back which you can just slip

I will pop the photo up so you can see how cool it looks on as May herself she

took some really nice promotional photos recently which you will start to have

seen me post so this photo that I'm speaking about is her attending the Kat

Von D teeny anniversary party recently which was black and gold themed so it

was perfect because I've got the silver version of her bag and she has the gold

version because that was her preference and I'm like oh I don't think I could do

just gold so we decided to both on the inside you'll see it's quite striking

the Wiccan symbol for goddess so that is embroidered in baby pink if you have a

look in the middle of the star there there's a little alien head so that is

because this may also has an alien head tattooed on one of her fingers so all

trying to customize it as much as possible I always try to incorporate as

many symbols as possible that are important to the people that I work with

so this bag will also have a mirror the inside is a cool just look at that baby

pink and with the patent I don't think I've seen anything as gorgeous in my

life so it's quite wide I've got a big session here it's the same deal the

zipper at the back it's a pretty standard layout for the interior of my

bags it's works and it's simple this isn't suede it's not velvet it's a faux

wall it's so soft I just want to touch it all day it's lovely so I believe this

bag is probably a really good combination of edgy and glamorous but I

also think it might appeal to a wider demographic of people I'm not sure if

that's because of the baby pink thing a more mainstream color on the inside I

don't know what it is it's kind of hard and soft at the same time you know the

spikes here so leave me alone but then you go on the inside he like I'm

if you have that split side to your personality you will probably love this

back now this one isn't part of the stock that's currently being

Hi, have you ever been to a Trader Joe's? it's a big success story. Let's look at

this store from a shopper marketing perspective and see what marketers can

learn from the guys in the Hawaiian shirts. I'll be showing you seven success

factors you can use in your marketing strategy. Number one: Trader Joe's creates

a unique shopping experience. When you visit most grocery stores the word that

usually comes to mind is "boring". Most supermarkets are basically alike. They

look and feel the same. Trader Joe's is different, it has a unique look to it.

All Trader Joe's stores are decorated in what could best be described as a

tropical Tiki style. Let's face it, for many consumers grocery shopping isn't

the most exciting of activities but at Trader Joe's it becomes an experience,

a mini shopping adventure. Trader Joe's somewhat wacky and a little corny store

design helps differentiate it from other supermarkets, And in marketing

differentiation is a good thing! Number two: Trader Joe's makes shopping

very easy. Trader Joe's stores are much smaller than most American supermarkets.

Many have a size of around fifteen thousand square feet. The relatively

small size and simple layout makes shopping more convenient than in a large

Super Center like Walmart or even a Whole Foods Market. Trader Joe's also has

quite a limited product range. A typical supermarket carries about 50,000

products. Trader Joe's carries only four thousand. Again, this is actually an

advantage. As consumer research has shown, shoppers like to have choices but they

are often overwhelmed by too many. Not so at Trader Joe's. Because of the limited

selection, shopping is simplified. Shopping is also facilitated by helpful

product shelf signs. These signs help shoppers with their choices by pointing

out what is special about the product or how to use it.

The company also has a helpful website with product tips and creative recipes.

They also have a newsletter, their trademark fearless flyer, which anyone

can subscribe to. Of course, in-store shelf signs point to the products

described in the flyer. Convenient for the shoppers and a highly effective

sales promotion tool for the company. Number three: Trader Joe's stores have a

personal touch. All Trader Joe's stores have a common theme but nevertheless

they emphasize individuality and regionalism. You can see this here in the

decorations used in my local store in Orlando Florida. This is further

emphasized by the signs, which are handcrafted in each individual store.

You know what to expect when you enter a Trader Joe's but no two stores look

identical, which is appealing to shoppers. Number four: Trader Joe's products are

unique. Trader Joe's has a limited selection of products but the products

they carry feel special and unique. The vast majority of their products are

store brands, which helps the company keep their prices low.

However these private brands don't feel in any way second-rate. In fact, many of

them appear quite exotic and upscale and more in line with what you would get at

an upscale specialty grocer like Whole Foods Market or Zabars rather than a

traditional supermarket let alone a discount food store like Trader Joe's.

They really offer gourmet foods at discount prices. Trader Joe's

also frequently introduces new products which help to keep the product range

fresh and exciting. Each Trader Joe's has a tasting station, which is an excellent

way of introducing shoppers to new products and to enhance the emotional

connection with the store. Number five: Trader Joe's is fun. It is quirky by

design. This fun factor can be seen with the signs throughout the store. Instead of a

boring intercom system they use bells as their communication system of choice.

Humor is also apparent in the product names, which kind of wink at the shopper.

How about this herbal tea? If life gives you lemons... Or this product here...

Italian products become trader Giotto. Spanish products Trader José and Asian

products Trader Ming. There is also fun for the kids. In each store there is a

hidden plush animal like a peacock in this store or a crane in this store here.

if a child or as I was told even a dolt points out the location to a

cashier, they receive a little gift. Hey, never turned down a free lollipop!

Number six: Trader Joe's makes discount shopping

feel okay. Discount stores frequently feel depressing. They make shoppers feel

poor, uncared-for, looked down upon. Trader Joe's is different, It is a discount

store and its prices are on par with other grocery discounters but it makes

the shoppers feel every bit rich and sophisticated. It doesn't have the social

stigma of a shop for the poor. Shoppers from different walks of life

can feel okay here. It's store design is really quite clever because it manages

to convey a certain worldliness and light-hearted sophistication without

interfering with the low-priced image of the store. TJ's even makes fun of its

discount prices. For years it has been selling its inexpensive store brand of

Charles Shaw wines. Alluding to its low price, the company tongue-in-cheek refers

to it as Two Bucks Chuck. Number 7: Trader Joe's staff were genuinely friendly.

It may sound cliche but any company is just as good as its employees at Trader Joe's

you get the impression that staff members actually like their jobs and the

customers. They're easy to talk to, knowledgeable and genuinely enthusiastic

about their products. Ultimately, they are are the ones who make discount shopping

at this quirky store a fun and memorable experience.So there you have it: seven

The Untold Truth Of Hailey Baldwin - Duration: 4:21.

Hailey Baldwin is one of fashion industry's rising talents, walking in runway shows for

the most famous designers in world, and appearing in all the biggest magazines.

But in July, 2018, she crossed into a whole new level of fame when she got engaged to

on-again, off-again friend-with-benefits Justin Bieber.

So how much do you really know about the soon-to-be Mrs. Bieber?

Here's a look at the untold truth of Hailey Baldwin.

Struggles of the spotlight

If anyone is perfectly positioned to handle the media spotlight that comes with being

married to Justin Bieber, it's Baldwin, who grew up surrounded by celebrities like her

father Stephen Baldwin and her uncle Alec Baldwin.

Though her father attempted to shield her from the media spotlight as a child, she has

still faced more than her share of bullying on social media, something she has unfortunately

gotten used to.

She told The Evening Standard,

"There are people much older than me saying horrible things who have no business paying

attention to what [I do].

It's not the best feeling in the world.

It comes with the job so you just have to accept it and move on."

Her battles with backlash are likely why Hailey intends to follow her father's lead when she

starts her own family.

"When I have kids, they will not grow up around all this.

It's so easy to become spoiled and pretentious and to have the wrong attitude.

You have money and access to things the average person doesn't, and you're constantly surrounded

by people trying to kiss your ass."

Falling into modeling

Speaking of her father, Baldwin told W magazine she doesn't plan to stay a model forever,

as she eventually wants to keep up the family tradition and become an actor.

"Acting is in my family.

My cousins, my sister, and I always say it's a legacy that should be kept alive.

In the future, it's something I really want."

It wouldn't be her first change in direction.

Though Baldwin's modeling career is really taking off now, growing up, she spent most

of her youth studying ballet, taking lessons for more than 12 years before a foot injury

reportedly derailed things.

She told Yahoo Style that modeling was just a happy accident.

"It's not something I always wanted to do.

It was something that just started happening naturally, which I think is better because

then you're in no way forced into it at all."

No to the nipple

Many consider the annual lingerie-clad Victoria's Secret runway show to be the biggest fashion

event of the year, and Baldwin is no exception, telling Yahoo,

"I can't say that for sure I'll ever get it in my life, but I think it's definitely a

dream of every model."

However, she said she would only do the show under one strict condition: no nudity or partial

nudity of any kind.

She explained to The Times,

"I have serious morals that are instilled in me because of how I was raised.

There are some things that will never leave my structure.

[…] It's just who I am.

I would never pose naked."

Relationship woes

When Baldwin and Bieber got engaged, it came as a serious surprise to some die-hard Beliebers.

However, these two have reportedly known each other since 2009, when they were introduced

by her father in an awkward exchange that was caught on camera.

What followed after their initial meeting was a slew of ups and downs, breakups and

makeups.

One of their most notable dust ups occurred in 2016, when Bieber was reportedly hooking

up with model Sofia Richie.

He reportedly unfollowed Baldwin on social media, Gasp!, a move that many speculated

was actually Richie's doing.

That same year, Baldwin reportedly began dating Drake, with the rapper even wearing her signature

H necklace.

Inside sources claimed the relationship was very casual, but Baldwin refused to say one

way or another, telling E! News she valued her privacy.

"It really is my personal business.

And I like to think my relationships are not between me, the person and the whole entire

world.

It's hard.

I don't think people are really able to understand if they're not in that position."

Fated to be

With all the ups and downs in their relationship, their engagement came as a surprise to many

Beliebers.

But Baldwin told The Times it was all just part of growing up.

"I met him when I was really young and he was one of my best friends.

Everybody knows that at a certain point in time that turned into something else, but

that just happens when you're 18, 19.

It was what it was.

We went through a long period of time when we weren't friends.

We didn't speak for quite some time and there was a lot of weirdness that went on.

We've moved past that."

And no matter what we going on between them, it seems Bieber always knew on some level

she was the one.

Way back in 2016, when asked why he didn't want to commit to Baldwin - or any woman - he

revealed he was considering her as a future wife.

"I know that in the past I've hurt people and said things that I didn't mean to make

them happy in the moment.

So now I'm just more so looking at the future, making sure I'm not damaging them.

What if Hailey ends up being the girl I'm gonna marry, right?

If I rush into anything, if I damage her, then it's always gonna be damaged.

It's really hard to fix wounds like that.

It's so hard.…

I just don't want to hurt her."

I have my shirt in the back I'm gonna blur it out so y'all can't see it cuz

This is a story goes back about 60 years ago

and chihuahuas were hardly ever heard of out here,

they were very rare.

My aunt

bought this sent over to Mexico for one of these rare chihuahuas

and she put it in the Sydney show

and it was awarded second prize.

And she was furious and she went up to the judge and she said

Now how dare you, she said, you give my rare chihuahua

second prize and you give the first prize to this

common old boxer!

And he said well, you've got a good dog there

He said you - but it's got a couple of hairs under it's chin

And he said you get rid of those for next year and you've got a good chance of winning

So she said, well do I just cut them off?

Oh no no they'd grow again.

You need to get some really powerful hair remover.

and she said she wanted a hair remover

And he said, well in that case you won't be

able to ride a bike for a couple of weeks.

I shouldn't laugh at my own jokes.

But that's my favourite joke.

Types of Release - Duration: 1:52.

Hi Im Juwaidi from Excella Archery

today i will be explaining about compound releases.

As you all know in compound archery we dont use our bare fingers

We have 3 kinds of release

I will explain all 3 of them.

The first is back tension release.

The second is thumb release.

Which has a trigger

Last but not least,

a wrist strap release which will be attached to you wrist

and also has a trigger

so this is a back tension release

Its a very simple system with a hook.

and to activate the release

we just need little rotation to activate it

So this is a thumb release,

it has a safety lock, hook and a trigger

So for this trigger we will leave it open, and lock it.

insert it in to the d loop

and this some pressure and pulling the release

will activate

So this is a wrist strap release,

which is attached on your wrist,

we will first hook it on the d loop.

The function is similar to the thumb release

wilth a little bit of pressure and pulling

it will activate automatically.

Good morning! I woke up very hungry so I went straight to the breakfast

You can also add jelly but today I only want peanut butter 😄

I need to get dressed for a church reunion

I washed my hair

I have natural curly hair and I'm going to straighten it

First I need to brush my very tangled hair

I normally blow-dry my hair

It takes me about an hour to finish 😅

It's very late and everyone's sleeping

Can't go to sleep without taking my makeup off

I put a head band to protect the hair

I ran out of makeup remover, so I'm using this facial spray

The majority of the makeup is out

Now I wet my face before applying the cleanser

This is my favorite night time cleansing foam

Now of course I take the cleanser out with lots of water

I dry my face carefully padding a small and soft towel in my face

I finish my routine with this rice ceramic moisturizing toner

It's better to use a cotton pad to apply it 🤫

Don't forget the neck!

I still have some time to edit

I love to listen to some chill music, so I usually go to a "Korean Chill" Spotify playlist

I'm learning Korean, but I'm still a beginner, so I still don't understand everything

This helps when editing the vlog subtitles, since listening to Spanish or English music confuses my brain 🤣

I don't want to star writing the song lyrics on the subtitles hahah

Now I'm almost ready to sleep😴
