Hello Fantastic Beast fans!

We know that Dumbledore and Grindelwald were intensely close as teens.

They shared a goal they were both passionate about, until tragedy struck.

But could they have been so committed to their quest for the Deathly Hallows that they made

an unbreakable vow?

I'm Susan Şipal with Fantastic Secrets Behind Fantastic Beasts to bring you the clues.

Join me and other Fantastic Beasts fans here on the BeastChaser Forum as we uncover the

secrets, discover what's coming first, and play along with Rowling's newest game.

be notified when videos post and won't miss out on the next clues!

We've been talking a lot lately about the amphitheater scene and the possibility that

Grindelwald is seeking to rip open the Veil of Death.

But today I want to ask a couple of new questions: Is it possible that Dumbledore has inside

knowledge of Grindelwald's ultimate plan based on a vow they made together as teens?

And did they, as teens, already try to break through this portal together?

Marie Fauquembergue @HanniDeer joins me for this theory.

Marie is a huge Fantastic Beasts fan, Grindeldore shipper, and works at the premier French fansite

Univers Harry Potter.

So, welcome Marie!

And as always now, beware the risk of spoilers ahead!

During the one summer they spent together in Godric's Hollow, Grindelwald and Dumbledore

were bound by a similarity of intellect, interests, and talent.

Perhaps Grindelwald was even influenced in his attitude about Muggles from seeing the

effects the Muggles' attack on Ariana and the imprisonment of Dumbledore's father

had on his new friend Albus.

As Marie points out, it's very possible that the young, talented wizards shared magical

secrets from their particular schools.

Which means, Dumbledore could have learned some of Durmstrang's Dark Arts.

At King's Cross in Deathly Hallows, Dumbledore told Harry that while pursuing the three Hallows

inflamed him and Grindelwald both, neither he nor Grindy needed Invisibility Cloaks to

make themselves invisible.

Which indicates they'd done a bit of invisible marauding themselves (which is perhaps why

years later Dumbledore was so tolerant of the Marauders who came under his care as Headmaster).

Could Dumbledore and Grindelwald have performed potentially dangerous and experimental magic

in Godric's Hollow and no one knew about it?

As shown in the letter Albus wrote to Grindelwald, Albus was aware of what Grindelwald got expelled

for.

Could Grindy have pushed Dumbledore to go "too far" in his own magical experiments?

And could all of this be the reason why Dumbledore is equipped to be the Dark Arts teacher at

Hogwarts, as is confirmed in Crimes of Grindelwald?

Marie also picked out some very intriguing details in the calendar image of Grindelwald.

Look, here, here and here.

What are they?

Marie thinks they are planchettes from Ouija Boards.

You know, the things that are moved about the board to highlight different letters to

spell out words to form messages from spirits?

She wonders if the 3 planchettes could be a symbol of the 3 Deathly Hallows or the 3

deaths in Dumbledore family (Albus' mother, father, and Ariana).

I'm not sure that we'd see a game of Ouija played on screen, but we could definitely

see hints of a magically-based one played on a grand scale.

In other words, the opening of the portal between the world of the living and the supernatural

that we've been talking about in several videos.

The skull seems to be clear evidence that Grindelwald is seeking to communicate with

the dead.

Of the three Hallows, Grindelwald already has the Elder Wand.

But the Resurrection Stone, that one excited both him and Dumbledore…for different reasons.

Dumbledore, to resurrect his parents and take responsibility off his shoulders so he could

pursue his dreams of becoming a great and famous wizard.

Grindelwald to have an Inferi army.

And could Albus have known how to deal with Inferi in the Horcrux cave in Deathly Hallows

because Grindelwald achieves this aim…which we will surely see at some point?

So, what if, out of their shared passion, these young men made a pledge together?

One that secured and protected their shared quest for the Hallows?

But is there any evidence for such an oath?

Most of the evidence I'm looking at, besides the logic of their known history together,

comes from images on the newly released Crimes of Grindelwald calendar.

Here's what Marie and I have found: That circle on front poster of the calendar

binds Grindeldore together.

As discussed in my last video, this is very likely a sigil, such as the Sigillum Dei Aemeth

or Seal of God's Truth, used to call forth spirits to do the will of the wizard invoking

them.

As Grindelwald will not be able to obtain the Resurrection Stone, he'll have to find

another method.

The sigil could do this.

So, we think Grindelwald and Dumbledore are together in this circle because either they

invoked a spirit together as youths, or they are bound in a pledge to invoke one in the

future.

Now, notice these ribbons or threads on the calendar.

Could they symbolize the unbreakable vow?

The vow is described as a "thin tongue of brilliant flame."

I thought at first this thin ribbon on Grindelwald's image was the pipe from the skull, but you

see the same thing on Tina's.

It's a ribbon of spell, similar to what comes from an unbreakable vow.

Also, as I mentioned in the last video, Jude Law said in an interview at Comic-Con that

Dumbledore is aware of an oath that Grindelwald made.

Could this oath be the unbreakable vow?

Then there's the bracelet Dumbledore wears in that Mirror of Erised scene, which we discussed

in a prior video.

We were given a big hint of its purpose at Comic-Con.

Everyone in the audience wore a bracelet that lit up with the Deathly Hallows symbol when

Johnny Depp waved his wand.

Marie notes that Grindelwald most likely gave that bracelet to Dumbledore -- after all,

Grindelwald had already carved the symbol into Durmstrang before being expelled.

And could Dumbledore have reciprocated with the Hallows pendant, which Graves gave to

Credence?

Either these Hallow ornaments were a cool way for Dumbledore and Grindelwald to communicate,

or they were physical reminders of a bond, a vow, they shared.

There's also the slight hint of a Deathly Hallows tattoo which appears under Dumbledore's

rolled up sleeve.

Could the magic of Dumbledore and Grindelwald's vows have left an imprint, a tattoo, of the

Hallows on their skin?

So, let's assume for a moment that Dumbledore and Grindelwald did make an unbreakable vow.

Who was their bonder?

We saw with the vow between Snape and Narcissa that Bellatrix acted as the bonder.

Who would have done so for Dumbledore and Grindelwald?

The only two possibilities I can think of are Ariana or Aberforth.

Aberforth seems unlikely, with his antagonism toward his brother.

But maybe that explains his attitude.

Maybe he knew too much of what his brother had pledged to do with Grindelwald, and it

lowered his respect.

Or maybe Ariana did it.

Did she have enough magical power in control to act in such a way?

And if so, might this be the reason for her death?

If Grindelwald was the one who cast the deadly spell, could he have done so deliberately

to silence her?

And what exactly would their vow have been?

I can imagine several possibilities starting with to always protect each other's life,

which could explain why Dumbledore cannot go after Grindelwald.

Or, as Dalton Perkinson suggests, as they planned to set off on a quest after the Deathly

Hallows, and knowing that only one could become the Elder Wand's true owner, they vowed

that the loser would not kill the other to win the wand's allegiance.

Which sounds highly probable and would make their final duel very interesting if neither

could truly kill the other.

But what if they went further than that?

After all, an unbreakable vow can hold more than one promise as Snape's and Bellatrix's

held three.

Perhaps they also planned details on acquiring and using the Resurrection Stone.

Could they have vowed to open the portal no matter what?

What if, even without the Resurrection Stone, these brilliant boys discovered a method to

commune with the dead?

And they tested it out.

Marie wonders if they tried to bring Albus' mother back to lift the childcare burden from

Albus, but failed.

But what if Gellert wanted a grander spirit.

What about one of the makers of the Deathly Hallows itself?

After all, as Marie points out, one of them lay conveniently buried in the graveyard down

the road.

What if he sought to summon the spirit of Ignotus Peverell?

The answers the maker of the Invisibility Cloak could have given them, the insight into

Death itself, could have helped them understand the Hallows better to find and reunite them

all…or create their own as a failsafe.

As Rowling has stated that those who are truly dead cannot be truly brought back to life,

I imagine the magic to invoke a spirit would be extraordinarily complicated.

Probably well past the skills and talents of even these extremely intelligent young

men.

Perhaps the portal is guarded by such powerful magic that it can only be opened on a particular

day, in a particular location, with certain other magical elements present.

You know – everything has to be in particular alignment.

Particularly.

The images on the calendar that we talked about in the last video seem to center not

only around summoning spirits, but also determining particular astrological dates.

I'm wondering if it's possible that Grindelwald is trying to ascertain the particular date

that is necessary to open the portal.

And if Dumbledore knows enough about this plan because of their vow that he's been

working hard to determine the date as well.

It would give a reason to all those astrological implements in his office.

In good storytelling, a writer never wants important plot elements to happen by coincidence.

And as JK Rowling is definitely a good storyteller, it will not be mere coincidence that everyone

ends up in Paris at the same time.

Yes, I know they're all tracking Credence.

But what if there are other reasons as well?

Is it possible that Dumbledore informs Newt where Grindelwald is hiding before the wizarding

world is aware of it?

That Dumbledore knows because he's been using all his astrological gadgets to track

the same thing Grindelwald is tracking?

Could this be the reason for all the time hints that we've been given?

They're not going back in time, but tracking time for the ideal astrological time period

to open that portal?

Because for that perfect alignment on a certain date, Paris is where it's at, perhaps even

the amphitheater under the cemetery.

But because of their vow, Dumbledore cannot stop Grindelwald.

That's why it has to be Newt.

It's even possible that Dumbledore knows enough about this date to tell Newt exactly

where Grindelwald will be at the mentioned time in order to try and stop him.

And if something goes wrong, as I've theorized it would, is Newt going to blame Dumbledore

for having sent him there?

Notice one more thing – does this bright light at the apex of the symbol on the calendar

look like the burst of light filling the amphitheater?

At the point where all the elements combine?

And is it a sign the portal has been opened?

If so, how would that affect the unbreakable vow between Dumbledore and Grindelwald?

I want to thank Marie so much for her valued assistance with this theory.

With her love of history and fascination with the characters, she's got a great mind for

spotting clues.

So, what do you think?

Could Dumbledore and Grindelwald have made an unbreakable vow as teens?

And if so, what exactly would it be?

Do you think they may have been the original Marauders?

Top 15 Scary Videos That NEED Explaining - Duration: 16:28.

Number 15. A driver in Singapore thinks they have a clear lane ahead when something to

the right startles them badly enough to make them lay on the horn.

The pale outline of a woman appears to be perfectly balanced on the center divider.

While this could be a person trying to cross a busy road, the driver is convinced that

they've seen a ghost.

Even if this is a person and not a spirit, I really don't know why they would choose

to cross this section of the road. Aside from heavy traffic, there's really nothing but

a tall hill on the other side and no discernable buildings of any kind.

Number 14. This video was taken just outside of the notoriously haunted Dover Castle in

England. A large dark form slowly walks across an entranceway and soon attracts the attention

of a security guard patrolling nearby.

The guard walks over to investigate and the shadow silently passes beneath his feet without

detection.

Normally I'd say this could have been some sort of a technical malfunction with the CCTV

equipment itself, but watching the security guard walk to the exact same spot makes me

think otherwise.

Number 13. This nanny cam video supposedly originates from somewhere on the deep web.

A girl is singing to herself while playing when suddenly she is interrupted by a low

growl off-screen.

She lowers her guard and resumes playing, and that's when the something unspeakable

happens to her . . .

An impossibly long arm reaches out and snatches the girl with inhuman speed. Her short, terrified

scream is interrupted by a sickening crunch. I sincerely hope for the sake of all humanity

that this video is not real.

Number 12. A Facebook user in Tlalnepantla, Mexico is walking down the street when he

discovers a missing section of wall and takes a look inside.

The hollow dungeonlike area Is filled with what appears to be stacks of caskets. Whether

the caskets were filled or not is anyone's guess, but the point is why would this area

be sealed away underneath a highway overpass? Also, why was this section of wall broken?

Maybe it broke from the inside by someone trying to free themselves? Who knows what

other secrets could be hidden under there.

Number 11. A YouTuber named 23rdSAS is messing around with his phone and recording his house.

Then the video goes from pretty goofy to terrifying in a matter of seconds.

I guess this could be fake and the shadow is just be one of his friends, but as many

people in the comments section have pointed out, there's something about his reaction

that seems realistic.

Number 10. Two friends are having a discussion in a car late one night when something unusual

and alarming makes them give pause.

Sitting motionless in the middle of the road is what appears to be a pale, almost translucent

child silently regarding them with a blank, featureless face. The two friends ask no questions

and immediately get away from the scene before anything else can happen. They weren't sure

what to make of this child at the time, but they later suspect that this was in fact an

unfriendly spirit waiting for them. If this is not a paranormal encounter, then I think

this child was perhaps being used as a distraction for a highway ambush, so it's a good thing

they got out of there instead of leaving their car to investigate. Let me know what you would

have done in this situation.

Number 9. One day a lot of people in Cornwall, Australia all saw the exact same U F O and

livestreamed it on social media. The greyish U F O seemed to dematerialize and reappear

before their very eyes.

All three of those videos were posted within 10 minutes of each other by people who had

never met before. The next day the strange U F O was back for its second appearance.

These videos were taken on July 17 and July 18th of 2017. The shimmering U F O has not

been reported since.

Number 8. This video of an airplane cabin was taken by the supervisor of a Mexican airline

called Aeromexico. I'm not sure why he was called onboard to investigate, but he seems

to move slowly and use caution. He's steadily creeping down the aisle when

something grabs his attention from behind.

His flashlight beam focuses on the far end of the plane. He thinks that he's all alone,

but then something proves him absolutely wrong.

A solid black figure without a face leans into the doorway and silently observes him.

The supervisor takes off before we get a chance to see what it was. If this is real, then

I'm curious as to how this mysterious creature managed to get off this plane.

Number 7. A motorcyclist named Moto2Wrist is biking through India when he misses his

turn and gets lost. Now it's threatening to rain and his bike's narrow high beams

are his only sources of light. Moto2Wrist is already close to losing his composure when

he sees something that pushes him completely over the edge.

Some stranger rushes at him from the side of the road. Keep in mind that it's 10 at

night and there's apparently no villages around for miles. This pedestrian would have

to be out of their mind to travel down a dark road in bad weather without so much as a flashlight

to guide their way. Moto2Wrist is positive that this is a ghost

and quickly speeds off, though it might have been somebody in distress. We'll never know

what the situation was for sure, but I'd like to get your opinion nonetheless.

Number 6. A YouTuber named DylanHD decides to explore an abandoned house with some friends.

The home still has some furnishings, including a wall full of creepy paintings of children.

The far end of the house is completely dark and they are hesitant to explore this section.

Finally one of them bravely goes into the darkened corner and comes back shaken. He

announces somebody is looking at them through the window.

Pay attention to the thin beam of light behind him during this clip because that's the

window he's referring to.

The thin beam of light silently extinguishes as the window is closed by whoever was on

the other side. It's important to note that all three friends were close together when

this happened. One could be seen on tape, the second was holding the camera, and the

third could be heard directly to their right. The trio runs screaming out of the house and

never looks back.

Number 5. vJamahh is taking the 24-hour challenge in a haunted house that burned down ten years

ago, claiming the lives of an entire family inside. All throughout the night they feel

nervous and on edge, as if they are being watched by something that does not appreciate

their presence at all.

Despite feeling persistently watched, the two friends manage to fall asleep for a while.

Then this YouTuber is suddenly wakened by his friend, who claims to have heard something.

vJamahh looks really tired and worn-down during this scene, which makes me think it could

be real. They're checking out the room where the noise was coming from when suddenly they

feel like they're being watched again . . .

It could just be the camera lighting, but I feel like I definitely see shadowy figure

retract into the doorway as soon as they turn around. Watch this part again in slow motion

and tell me if you see any strange fluttering movements in the doorway.

The cameraman bravely goes into the room where the shadow last retreated and finds a very

tiny unnatural doorway leading to who-knows-where. At this point they've seen enough and quickly

exit without completing the challenge or finding out where the narrow entrance goes.

Number 4. A YouTuber named "jerry wells" and a housemate sit across from each other

while playing with a Ouija board. Apparently they have been experiencing strange paranormal

disturbances around the home for some time and now they're turning to the Ouija board

for answers . . .

Look closely and you can see the board quivering unnaturally

as they speak.

Jerry Wells ask what it wants, and "B-L-O-O-D" is the reply, followed by a metaphysical reaction.

If this is fake, then I have no idea how they did this. You can clearly see underneath the

table the entire time, so it's not magnets, and I don't see a string either. If you

don't believe this is paranormal then let me know how they managed to make the board

shake and jump straight up into the air.

Number 3. Here's a strange dashcam video from Malaysia that will leave you scratching

your head. These motorists are on a dark road when they pass by a woman in a pink shirt

once . . .

. . . and then again, a little farther up the road . . .

. . . and a third time, at which point they are noticeably alarmed and speed away . . .

. . . only to run straight into her for a fourth and final time.

Watch the full video and you'll see that they are not driving in a circle. Even if

they were driving in a circle, there's no way they could have completed a full lap in

the short time it takes for the woman to appear again.

Perhaps what's most unsettling about this is how each time the woman's back is turned

to them, never once seeing her face.

Number 2. This home video looks like it was taken some time during the 1990s. A child

is sitting in a highchair happily learning about the different names for various parts

of the body when something briefly interrupts the innocent lesson.

The child tracks an invisible object with an exaggerated head motion. Then he mumbles

about a ghost. It's hard to tell what he says, but I think he might have said "there's

the ghost" or something along those lines, almost as if he's seen it before and has

been expecting to see it again for some time. The child thinks for a bit and then says something

else that's really weird.

It almost sounds like he's asking if his dad got the ghost, or something like that.

It's hard to tell what he says here so give me your best guess. Maybe together we can

figure out the surrounding circumstances behind this video.

Anyway things go back to normal for a bit but and it looks like the paranormal encounter

is over. But then he makes a really confused face and looks around again, saying something

else that's completely indecipherable. Even if we were to know the identity of the child

in this video, I doubt that they would remember anything of use. All we have to go by is this

puzzling piece of paranormal evidence.

Before we get to number 1, my name is Chills and I hope you're enjoying my narration.

If you're curious about what I look like in real life, then go to my instagram, @dylan_is_chillin_yt

and tap that follow button to find out. I recently released a music video for my song

Sidelined and I'd love to get your opinion on it. Tap the circle icon in the top right

right corner, then tap MY MUSIC VIDEO to give it a watch. It's also linked in the description

below. It's a proven fact that generosity makes you a happier person, so if you're generous

enough to hit that subscribe button and the bell beside it then thank you. This way you'll

be notified of the new video we upload every Tuesday.

Number 1. BlurryFaces is a YouTuber exploring two mysterious schools standing next to each

other. They were both built around W W 2 and have been abandoned for a long time. Everything

starts out normal until BlurryFaces is exploring an upstairs room full of classroom furniture.

After that, something seems to be stalking them at every turn.

The strange banging noises only grow louder and more persistent as time wears on.

I will give them credit for being courageous and sticking around for so long. This is the

event that finally makes them lose their composure and scramble.

This time BlurryFaces bravely tests the weight of the door himself and finds that it's

way too heavy to swing open with such ease. You can tell he is putting a lot more effort

into opening and closing the door than whatever just opened it moments earlier. Tell me what's

written in Spanish across the door and if it has any significance to what could possibly

be lurking inside.

Woman Finds Mother's Ex-Lovers to Find True Father (Full Episode) | Paternity Court - Duration: 16:36.

Please be seated.

Hello, Your Honor.

Hello.

This is the case of Hardy v. Lynn.

Thank you, Jerome. Good day, everyone.

AUDIENCE: Good day.

JUDGE LAKE: Mr. Hardy, you are here to prove

what you have always known. That you fathered the defendant's

twenty-six-year old daughter, Taylor.

You say your belief was proven to be true

after Taylor learned another man was not

her biological dad here in this courtroom.

He come to me and asks me if he was her dad

because she said her stepmother told her that he was not.

How old were you then?

Um, 12, 13...

JENNINGS: I have been there for all her life.

JUDGE LAKE: You've never had a doubt?

I've never had a doubt.

Why do you question if he is your daughter's father?

He wasn't the only one I was sleeping with

in order for me to get pregnant.

To be with him.

JUDGE LAKE: It has been determined by this court,

Mr. Jennings, you

are not the father.

(AUDIENCE SIGHS)

Mr. Hardy, you say Ms. Lynn is a master manipulator

who has stopped you from being a daddy to your little girl.

Ms. Lynn, you claim the plaintiff is not Taylor's biological father

and you intend to prove that today. Is that correct?

There is a possibility between him and one other person.

JUDGE LAKE: All right.

So, Mr. Hardy, you say you've always known

you were Taylor's biological father?

Yes, Your Honor.

Tell me why.

I was...

Brandy and I was together at the time that Taylor was conceived.

I was there as much as we could possibly be together,

every chance we got to be together.

Also, she has same color eyes, same color hair, looks just like my oldest son.

So, Ms. Lynn, let me understand first.

The relationship between you and Mr. Hardy, when did it begin?

I started seeing him off and on when I was 14, 15 years old.

JUDGE LAKE: Okay.

Mr. Hardy, take me to the day you found out Ms. Lynn was pregnant.

The second time she told me she was pregnant, I doubted it

because she had already said she was pregnant before.

JUDGE LAKE: So, you were told she was pregnant before?

Yes, but she wasn't pregnant that time.

So, I had my doubts the second time she told me she was pregnant.

I didn't believe it up until I'd

seen for myself that she was pregnant.

Since you've always known this was your child, were you accompanying her?

Was your family involved in the pregnancy?

Were you there?

LYNN: Not at all.

No, ma'am.

Her parents did everything they could to keep us apart.

From the time Taylor was around two till about nine years of age,

I didn't get to see her.

But around nine is when I got to start seeing her again,

whenever Brandy would let me see her.

So, you've always believed...

HARDY: Yes, ma'am.

...this was your biological daughter?

HARDY: Yes, ma'am. I was led to believe that she always knew.

I was told that she did not, was not

capable of handling the situation, and did not wanna deal with me.

And I found out that she's been told her whole life that I was not her father.

JUDGE LAKE: And, so, Ms. Lynn, did you tell him that

she was not able to really process and understand the fact that...

We talked about the possibility of talking to her about it when she was very young.

And I did not think emotionally she could handle

that much information at one time.

And my ex-husband and I had already agreed

to sit down and talk to her when she was 16.

When she would have a better grasp of the concept of everything

that was going on with the situation.

So, you were basically telling Mr. Hardy,

"Hold tight."

LYNN: Right.

"Don't go bringing this up right now."

Right.

JUDGE LAKE: Taylor, I wanna ask you.

So, all this time, you're being raised by Mr. Jennings.

Yes.

And this is the man you believe

is your biological father your whole life.

Yes, Your Honor.

JUDGE LAKE: So, when you meet Mr. Hardy, it really means nothing to you.

TAYLOR: Yes, Your Honor.

So, how did you find out that he might be your biological father?

It was Thanksgiving. I think it was...

Maybe I was 23, right around there.

I had asked my mom because my boyfriend had...

He'd mentioned that I look like him.

She didn't wanna talk about it.

She locked herself in the bedroom,

'cause Thanksgiving's not the time to talk about it, you know.

And then, so, I was just like, "Well, I'm gonna take it upon myself,"

and get in touch with people, with her friends.

And so you reached out to him...

Yes.

...and you submitted that message to the court.

Yes.

All right.

Let me see what this message says.

(JUDGE LAKE READING)

Mr. Hardy responds, "It's me."

(AUDIENCE EXCLAIMS)

You respond, "What? Why didn't you tell me?"

(AUDIENCE LAUGHING)

JUDGE LAKE: So, Taylor, when you sent this message, and you got that response,

tell me, in that moment, what you felt like?

Well, I felt like I could finally have closure with this search that,

you know, I've been wanting to find since I was like 12 or 13.

So...

JUDGE LAKE: So, Mr. Hardy, when you got this message, were you relieved?

Like, "Finally, I didn't have to come to her, she's come to me."

Well, at this point in time

I was led to believe that she knew that I was her father.

JUDGE LAKE: Oh, really?

Yes.

HARDY: And that she didn't want...

So, when you got the message you were surprised that she was even in a search.

Yes.

LYNN: And you're a damn liar.

(AUDIENCE EXCLAIMS)

'Cause I have never once told you that she...

I sat down and told her that you were her father.

Not once.

JUDGE LAKE: You disagree with that, Mr. Hardy?

HARDY: Yes, ma'am. I do.

I was kept away from her. Brandy would move from place to place.

There'd be years at a time I wouldn't know where to find her at.

Oh, really?

HARDY: Yes.

I made sure I called every year on her birthday,

I sent her birthday cards to last known addresses.

I called repeatedly.

Brandy would get mad at me

saying, "The only reason you're calling here is to talk about Taylor."

Do you remember the gifts on your birthday and the calls?

'Cause there was none.

TAYLOR: The only birthday I remember that, actually, he was there,

we went out and we did...

JUDGE LAKE: Who's "we"?

Me and Keith.

JUDGE LAKE: Mr. Hardy? You and Mr. Hardy went out?

Yeah, we went to the mall.

JUDGE LAKE: How old were you?

I think I was 23.

JUDGE LAKE: Okay.

TAYLOR: We went to the mall.

We went... You know, it was like

just me and him. We went out. We ate.

It was nice because even growing up, my parents

never had one-on-one time with me ever.

So, it's like having one-on-one time with someone that could be,

it meant a lot to me then, you know?

JUDGE LAKE: Yes.

Because after you were here previously, and you learned that the man

you believed to be your daddy was not your biological father,

this moment in time, I could imagine,

was filling up a lot of that void for you.

Just having that one-on-one time?

Yes.

(AUDIENCE SIGHS)

And so, Ms. Lynn, when you hear your daughter

speak so beautifully about a day spent with Mr. Hardy,

that just having that moment, just meant the world to her,

how does that make you feel? Because it is your assertion

that there is a very real possibility

that he is not her biological father.

It hurts me for her.

'Cause she grew up knowing the man I was married to as her father.

And, you know, I hated that he didn't spend that type of time with her.

All I can do is make sure that she knows,

regardless of what happens here or who raised her,

she is my daughter and I love her.

In your heart, you do know, wrong or right, you felt like...

This was well-intentioned.

You were a young girl.

JUDGE LAKE: Quite frankly...

LYNN: I made a lot of bad decisions,

for a lot of good reasons.

(AUDIENCE SIGHS)

JUDGE LAKE: We see that a lot here in this courtroom.

And I just wanna tell you, in this moment, you're not alone.

You're not the only one.

Well, I appreciate that, 'cause sometimes it feels like it.

JUDGE LAKE: You explained in court previously,

that there was a man you loved and that was George Jennings.

(AUDIENCE SIGHS)

JUDGE LAKE: And that you were doing anything you could,

at that time, so that you could marry him.

LYNN: Yes.

And one of the ways at your age that time,

you could marry him was that you had to be pregnant.

I was 15 years old.

And you admitted that the first day you had sex with Mr. Jennings.

Day two, Mr. Hardy.

Next day and the next day, day three and four with Mr. Bryant.

'Cause your doctor had given you

a four-day window of conception.

Yep.

JUDGE LAKE: So there is another man who could very possibly be...

LYNN: Yes.

...your daughter's biological father.

LYNN: Yes.

JUDGE LAKE: Taylor, how did you find out about him,

Mr. Bryant?

Uh, the last time I appeared here.

JUDGE LAKE: In this courtroom?

TAYLOR: Yes.

TAYLOR: Then I asked her what his name was

and I looked him up on Facebook.

JUDGE LAKE: Who do you believe is your biological father?

Uh, Keith.

JUDGE LAKE: Mr. Hardy?

TAYLOR: Yes.

Because you don't believe Mr. Bryant.

Yes, I don't think I look like him.

You don't think you look like him?

Mmm.

JUDGE LAKE: You know him?

I have met him twice,

since finding out he could be...

And so, Ms. Lynn,

you had informed Mr. Bryant that he was a possible father?

LYNN: Yes.

JUDGE LAKE: So, he knew this?

Yes.

So when you reached out to him, he already knew.

Yeah. First thing he said was, "Are you my daughter?"

JUDGE LAKE: Oh, really?

He came when I was seven months pregnant

and wanted to have a DNA test done, and my ex-husband refused.

He came when she was four months old,

sat down with us and tried to talk him into having a DNA test.

And there again, my ex-husband refused.

All right. Well, I'd like to hear from Mr. Bryant, as well,

and I'm going to ask Jerome to escort him into the courtroom.

(AUDIENCE MURMURING)

Sir, come with me.

Have you go up to the witness stand right next to the judge.

and wanted to have a DNA test done, and my ex-husband refused.

So, Mr. Bryant, thank you for joining us today.

We are here discussing the paternity surrounding

this beautiful young woman, Taylor.

And, um, we've been told that you are a potential biological father.

Do you believe you are her biological father?

Yes, ma'am.

JUDGE LAKE: You do?

JUDGE LAKE: Tell the court why.

Because she got so much resemblance of my daughter.

I've been believing it for 26 years.

It's time to get it over with, you know.

JUDGE LAKE: So, for 26 years, you've had this thought in your heart?

Yes, ma'am.

So, when is the first time, not your assertion

that you potentially could be her biological father,

but that either Ms. Lynn or someone else said,

"You know what? It is a very real possibility."

When she was pregnant.

JUDGE LAKE: Oh, take me to the day that you found that out.

Well, uh... Standing at the kitchen sink washing dishes,

she tells me she was pregnant and I could be the possibility of being the father.

(AUDIENCE EXCLAIMING)

JUDGE LAKE: So, Mr. Bryant, what was that like?

Knowing and feeling like you have a daughter,

being denied the access...

BRYANT: Twenty-six years is a long time.

Wondering if she is mine or she's not, you know.

JUDGE LAKE: Yes.

Legally, you have no rights.

BRYANT: Right.

But on my second daughter and everything,

I've made that right.

I got custody of her at the age of 18.

I wanted sole custody of her.

And that point forward, you know, I've raised five kids.

I've never had a doubt.

You know, never doubted and never will.

So, when you had your children,

you made it a point to make sure

you were on their birth certificates, and were in their lives,

because of what you experienced with Taylor

in believing that you were basically locked out of her life.

Yeah, I pretty much bought my rights.

Through the state.

When you hear this, Taylor, how does it make you feel?

I mean... Sad, 'cause, I mean,

either one is, and one's not.

I mean I don't wanna hurt anyone.

I just... I mean, I wanna know the truth

but I don't want anyone to get hurt because of... Because of me, you know.

JUDGE LAKE: It's not because of you, babe.

LYNN: No, that's not your fault.

JUDGE LAKE: It's not because of you.

LYNN: That's my fault.

You don't take blame for...

It's not just the men...

It's my fault.

It's their family, and their kids, and their parents.

It's about everyone.

Somebody is gonna get hurt.

Some family is gonna get hurt.

I want you to know, in this moment, this is not your fault.

This is something we're trying to solve for you.

Your mother is correct.

She said, "You don't take responsibility for what I did."

She's telling you.

This is my doing, not yours.

(TAYLOR SNIFFLES)

And it's like if we find out which one is,

what if they decide they don't wanna be there?

What if I don't ever... Like, they know but they don't care, you know?

What if they don't wanna be there at all?

JUDGE LAKE: But don't you see that they wouldn't be here unless they cared?

That's what I want you to see.

(AUDIENCE APPLAUDING)

JUDGE LAKE: I want you to see

that you've gone from the last time when we were in this courtroom,

finding out that the man you believed was your biological father was not,

to having two other men that, truthfully, your entire life

have loved you from afar, have thought about you,

believed you were their biological daughter.

And as... Look, sometimes, I always say,

you gotta find the magic in the mess.

Right?

This has been a messy saga, that has gone on for 26 years.

But you got two men in this courtroom, with their eyes,

love, attention focused on you and that doesn't change, no matter what the results say.

Does it, gentlemen?

HARDY: Right.

BRYANT: No, ma'am.

JUDGE LAKE: So let's... In this moment,

I want you to know how blessed you really are.

And that this is nothing but a situation in life

that we're gonna hurdle over today with these results.

And we're gonna get everyone the clarity they deserve.

Ms. Lynn, we are here, and you have laid it all on the line.

So, I need to ask you, with all respect,

are there any other possibilities in this moment?

No.

JUDGE LAKE: Okay.

Absolutely none.

(SIGHS) I think it's time we get these results.

Jerome.

(AUDIENCE APPLAUDING)

These results were prepared by DNA Diagnostics and they read as follows...

JUDGE LAKE: In the case of Hardy v. Lynn,

as it pertains to whether or not Mr. Bryant or Mr. Hardy

is the biological father of 26-year-old Taylor Martini,

it has been determined by this court,

Taylor's biological father is

Mister...

Bryant.

Yes!

(AUDIENCE APPLAUDING)

Yes! I told you.

Thank you.

Thank you very much.

(APPLAUSE CONTINUES)

BRYANT: Can I give her a hug?

JUDGE LAKE: Yes. Absolutely.

He's asked to hug his daughter.

Thank you.

(AUDIENCE APPLAUDING)

JUDGE LAKE: You can stand next to your daughter if you'd like.

Mr. Hardy, I wanna check in on you.

How are you in this moment? Are you all right?

It's kinda surreal.

JUDGE LAKE: Taylor?

You look like you're almost in shock, sweetheart.

Are you okay?

I am in shock.

But I'm glad to get answers.

What would you like to say to your mom, in this moment?

I wanna thank her for being honest, and even though it hurt,

and she didn't want to come out here today,

then she is here and we got results and I have closure.

And what would you like to say to your dad?

It's time to make up for 26 years.

(AUDIENCE SIGHS)

(APPLAUSE)

TAYLOR: And it makes me happy to know that...

That my sister knows who her dad is,

and my brothers know who their dad is, and now I know who my dad is.

Amen.

TAYLOR: I don't have to be the one who doesn't know.

Amen.

And with that,

I just want you to know that you are a very blessed young woman.

All right?

We have counseling and resources for you to help you move through this.

I know it's hard.

But I believe that the truth always is the best.

JUDGE LAKE: Right?

Right.

All right. Wish you best of luck.

Court is adjourned.

Boat Review Extreme 645 Game King With John Eichelsheim - Duration: 4:21.

Hi this is John Eichelsheim from Boating New Zealand Magazine.

Today we're looking at the Extreme 645 Game King. Belongs to Josh Weston, and

it's the demonstrator for his Marine Electronics training company.

So this boats pretty impressive underway and it handles very nicely.

It's quite soft riding and pretty dry as well. We had some reasonably lumpy conditions on

test day but it coped very well indeed. Reasonably beamy this boat, so it's also

very stable at rest and that's helped by the flooding keel chamber. Keeps things

nice and still, you can walk around the boat quite happily, have a couple of

people on one side, no problems at all. So yeah pretty impressive package all

together. Honda 150 moves it along very nicely, and it's also turning out to be a

very very cheap boat to run in terms of fuel.

So like many Game Fishers, Josh is a great believer in the power of music to

attract fish. So with that in mind he's fitted a pretty upscale Fusion

stereo system. It's got no fewer than six speakers, and a great big ten inch

sub-woofer as well, so those bass notes can really

really.. resonate through the water and pull those fish up.

I'd like to introduce Josh Weston whose company Railed Sport Fishing

teaches people how to use their marine electronics, and this has got an awesome

marine electronics suite on board. So on our demo boat this year we've put the

new Raymarine Axiom Pro. The Axiom Pro is the next big brother up from the

standard Axiom it's got the hybrid buttons down the side. Which is great

when you're in a rough sea. As well as that the Axiom Pro has also got a 1

kilowatt chirp output. So you can run a high and low chirp frequencies at the

same time. In this boat we're running a TM 265 off it, as well as their all in one

transducer which does 3d imaging, down view, side view, and traditional sonar as well.

The unit is really easy to use. If you can use a touchscreen

phone you can use this. Really good imaging.

Josh is a really keen Sport Fisher, and this boat is really kitted out for

Sport Fishing. From you know.. some things are standard Extreme. Like the

Tuna tubes that we can see here, and the live bait tank. But some of the other

things Josh's had fitted. Something that struck me straight away was the amount

of lighting on the boat. Hella Marine supplied lighting. Now there's lots of it.

We've got floods here in the cockpit, we've also got lighting at

floor level underneath the shelves, lighting the cockpit floor.

We've got an amazing array across the front of the boat which lights

your way going forward. It really is quite an

impressive light package on board this boat.

So this boats got the new seats from Hi Tech Plastics.

They're fully adjustable, they're swiveling. Adjustable fore and aft. They've also

got a bolster, which is great when you're standing to drive, and they're quite sort

of form hugging here. It's something that were noticed the moment I sat in them.

So it really does grip you quite nicely.

Plenty of support, lateral support, when you're about on the boat.

So there we have it, the Extreme 645 Game King.

Nicely built, beautifully finished.

Handles very well, and performs nicely as well. What more could you want?

New Channel Name + I'm back! [CC] - Duration: 8:03.

Hey guys, it's me Nikki a.k.a. The Dragon Queen and it's been a gosh darn minute.

I don't know why I suddenly say gosh darn but it's been a minute. It's been a

fucking hot minute. There we go there's the Nikki that you know and love. Yeah, so

I'm back and just in time for BookNet Fest. If you haven't seen it already I am

going to put up a BookNet Fest tag video that I recorded just now, right

before this. So that's why I'm wearing the same dress. Don't judge! Don't hate!

Love it. What? Anyway. So I am back. I have been gone for seven or eight months...

for multiple reasons. One, mostly, because I haven't been reading. Like I've mentioned

in the other video I just haven't been reading. I haven't been listening to

audiobooks, I haven't been reading, I haven't been consuming written word.

I have been consuming stories. I've been listening to Critical Role mostly. I'm

completely caught up on season 2. I am mostly caught up one-well I'm about halfway

through on season 1. There are different campaigns so if that confused

you at all that's it's okay just skip campaign one to go to

campaign two. It's okay! Anyway so I've been listening to that and

if you count those as audiobooks I've consumed like fifty audiobooks, honestly.

Because each episode is like three to five hours long and I've listened to

probably a hundred plus episodes. So it adds up. That's a lot of fucking books

that I could have listened to instead. That's okay. I mean also at work

things have been getting a little bit more hectic we've lost a couple of

people and I have been taking on the job of two people instead. Thankfully we

have hired some help now so I have some help and that's greatly appreciated. I

love my job, not complaining. It was just very crazy

and very stressful. In addition to all that I have been

gaming and my husband and I have continued to go through the adoption

process. We got very close to adopting a child and unfortunately it was not in

the cards. So that did not pan out. We ultimately ended up declining and there

were a couple of other children that didn't work out because we neither

weren't chosen or once we read some of their history we realized that we were

not the parents for them we would not be able to handle the needs that the child

had. So currently we are in the discussions regarding another child but

we are waiting to hear back from the agency to determine if we are the only

parents looking or if there are other parents. And what step we're at with that.

Honestly the adoption is a whole another story. That's multiple videos and very

long very convoluted, very time-consuming and emotionally draining process. If

you've ever adopted from the foster care system kudos to you. I am so proud of you

and I'm so happy that you found your child or children. And if you are a

foster parent they-- just give them a round of applause if you know a

foster parent-- I can't do it. There's no way I could handle it and I'm exhausted

just from sitting with some of these foster parents for the two hours that

I had to sit or I sat with them. I'm emotionally drained from one

child or two children that we had to turn down or we weren't picked for. I

don't know how I could handle a kid constantly being pulled in and put out

of my home and just have like a revolving door of children who need love and

attention and care. Only to go back to their parents who may not provide that

love and care that they need. So anyway let's not get into that.

My channel. That's the whole point of this. I went on a ramble there. I

wanted to talk to you guys about what I want to do with The Dragon Queen Books.

Now the Dragon Queen Books isn't going away. It was on hiatus, obviously. It is

going to go down a little bit of a different path. I haven't decided if I

want to change the name-- obviously it will always be The Dragon Queen,

that is who I am, that has been my name for five years.

Not just on BookTube but on Facebook and in my Facebook groups. That entity of me

is not going anywhere. I may change it to the Dragon Queen Stories or just the

Dragon Queen if I can. I haven't decided yet and here's why.

I don't think this channel is only going to be about books. Will I will it have

books? Yes. Will it have writing related videos? Hopefully-- I need to get writing.

Will it have crafting videos? Definitely. I have been huge into crafting lately! I

have so many things I wish I could show you but I can't cause their presents. And

also I want it to be about D&D and just my average everyday life. So mostly

D&D because that's my life. I just-- I want it to be about a little bit of

everything and by putting it just on books that's how I get in seven months

hiatuses. Because I go through tangents and that's who I am. That's how I work,

how my brain functions. I will be obsessive over something for a short

period of time-- up to a couple of months and then I'll take a month break. And

sometimes it's just a month. Sometimes it's seven months. It'sin the air

when that's gonna happen, what I did to burn myself out, what happened to cause

me to go down a different path. In this case the thing that caused me to get

back into books is I finally picked up Genius: The Game and I actually adored it.

I'm afraid that if I would have hated it then I would have still been on this

binge of not doing BookTube. So yeah. And that's why I don't always do games like

have a gaming channel I think but I've been on Twitch occasionally. But I don't

do one game. I don't just have like one game that I obsessively play until I

beat it. I havea game that I play obsessively for a couple of days and

then obsessively play another game for a couple of days and then kinda sort of

play 14 other games until I find another game I obsess about. And it was the first

game I was obsessing about to begin with. So --I don't know. So this will be the

Dragon Queen's Lair. I like that actually. The Dragons Queen's Lair. Welcome to The

Dragon Queen's Lair, this is the Dragon Queen speaking. I like

that a-fuckin lot. That is the new channel name. I'm gonna change it. It is

The Dragon Queen's Lair now. And it'll have books, crafting, anything related to

writing, music, how I'm feeling, meditation. I don't fucking care it's about whatever

the fuck I want cause it's my lair, bitch! Okay I'll tone it down-- just a little bit

just a little bit. No promises though next time. But welcome to the new and

improved Dragons Queen's Channel: The Dragon Queen's Lair and I am The Dragon

Queen speaking. Hopefully you are enjoying my insanity that is me.

Like it if you liked it, subscribe if you want to see more of this crazy story and this

is The Dragon Queen signing out.
