hey guys today is day seven of my juice cleanse and I just want to check in with
you guys let you know that yes I'm still on my juice cleanse I plan to go I don't
want to say I plan to go for 21 days 30 days I wanted to say that I plan to go
until I lose the remaining of the weight and I tend to do that and it's not gonna
be hard because I was on a juice cleanse before 404 days and I basically got
through that with flying colors and I had lost 58 pounds in the process of
doing that but yes I'm still on my juice plans I'm feeling great there's some
other cleansing protocols that I've added to my juice cleanse because now
that I'm not eating solid foods I'm going to take advantage of the fact that
my body's freed up of the body digesting food and I'm just drinking juice and
waters and stuff like that just liquids so now I can do a deep deep cleanse down
to the tissues liver and the kidneys without the interference of food being
in the way of the body being able to detox because I'm a hundred percent
eating raw clean food because as we all know juicing is a form of eating but
it's in a liquid form so I had added to my detox in arm protocol for the next 30
days it's called Majesta it's an Indian
reddish powder that they make from I think a flower and a root and it
purifies the blood in the lymphatic system and when your lymphatic system is
backed up everything is backed up I'm trying to work on some cholesterol rings
that I have inside of my eye they're basically almost gone from doing
the first juice cleanse not even used in the Majesta but now that I've started
using the Majesta which is today's day two of it I
using that alongside with the properties of juicing which is an astringent
juicing is and very powerful that also gets the kidneys filtrating and also the
lymphatic system going so yes I'm doing a lot of detoxing I'm
taking my milk thistle I'm also still on my candida I'm taking double doses for
the next I think eight days then I'll go back on to just the regular dose that it
recommends that you take throughout the month that you use it on a daily basis
I'm also taking that candida trying to fight this Candida that is working
wonderful my sleep is getting better I just have to learn to when I get myself
healed to the point of a functional person in the world again I have to
learn that I need to stick to eating clean
you know perhaps only eating meat twice a week and when I do eat these meats
eating you know what I want in those meals with the meat you know but
majority of the time eating five days a week clean you know you know it's the
best way to go because you're having the best of both world you are not taking
away all these limitations because when you put limitations on your life you end
up going back to old habits but two or three days out the week being able to
eat meat products and eating the way I like to eat two times out of a seven day
week you will not have to worry about this the body getting clogged up you
getting backed up the memory fog the the breakouts of the skin sleeping disorder
weight gain none of that because five days out of the seven days you're going
to be detox and a cleansing and eating I'm whole
for some of you 80% broad with the 20% cooked foods and if you eat proteins and
proteins if you're eating majority of the time well in two days out the week
you're eating you know your meat products and stuff that people say that
are not good for the body but you want to have that once in a while your body's
not gonna get a chance to accumulate those proteins or even strong starchy or
carb type foods that you might like to eat once in a while it's not going to
get a chance to build up and affect your your arm your gut like it would if you
was incorporating it seven days a week 365 days out the year so this video is
