10 WAYS TO DEAL WITH LONELINESS AND AVOID DEPRESSION - Duration: 5:06.

10 Ways to Deal with Loneliness and Avoid Depression.

Loneliness and depression are two complicated things and they really make life miserable.

People around will also be affected, and it is just not good to have someone with such

condition around us.

Fortunately, you don't have to be stuck too long in that situation.

In this video, I'm going to share with you 10 ways to deal with loneliness and avoid

depression according to therapists.

But before that, please subscribe, click the bell and watch this video until the end to

know the complete information.

Here's how to deal with loneliness and avoid depression.

#1 - Learn to handle your emotion.

Some people are gifted, meaning that they can control their emotion rather easily.

However, they are extremely rare, and you are probably not one of them.

In this case, you should learn how to control your emotion.

The simplest way is by being patient when someone is angry at you.

It is the first step as training, and you need to be grateful for everything you get.

#2 - Accept the fact.

It is indeed difficult to accept the hard truth.

Sometimes, it makes you even more depressed.

The key here is to take it slow.

It is bitter, but you need to enjoy the process, and you become more mature with the process.

This way, you will be stronger to face another depression if you unfortunately cannot avoid

another.

#3 - Assessing your suffering.

Your suffering requires help.

However, it is impossible to help yourself without knowing how much the pain you feel.

The only solution is to measure your pain, and then you can perform necessary effort

to handle your depression.

You may visit the right physiatrist for your problem or you can just find a best friend

to lean on.

If you assess your suffering acutely, you can be cured quicker too.

#4 - It is just a feeling.

There is a problem that people are confusing loneliness as a fate, a thing people have

no control over it.

However, loneliness is just a feeling that people experience as the effect of something.

It can change dramatically later.

It will be over soon.

#5 - Find and meet someone you love.

You are not living alone in this world unless you chose that kind of path.

Even if you chose that path, you are still not alone.

There are so many people who are willing to listen to your stories and help to solve your

problems.

#6 - Talk to professional.

If you really don't have someone close to you, or you don't want to share the stories

with them, fear nothing.

There are so many people dedicating their life to help depressed, lonely, and desperate

people.

You need to pay them though.

#7 - Being self-aware.

This is a state that not all people are capable to reach.

However, having a decent self-awareness is helpful.

You can find the root of the problem more accurately and easily.

Additionally, you also can be stronger as you are trained to interact with your emotion

directly.

#8 - Look the positive side of actions.

You probably feel lonely because of breaking up with someone you loved so much.

However, you should look at the reason why.

A relationship without love, for instance, will go nowhere.

The quicker it ends, the better it is as you will find someone who will care you more in

the process.

#9 - Take medication.

It is fortunate that there are some medications that can help you to fight depression and

loneliness.

However, those medications need to be taken based on prescription in order to keep your

sanity level normal.

#10 - Keep struggling.

Fighting loneliness is always easier said than done.

However, that shouldn't stop you from struggling for overcoming those feelings.

Well, those are the 10 ways to deal with loneliness and avoid depression.

So, really cool information isn't it?

I hope you enjoy this short video, if you have something on your mind, please

share your thoughts and experiences in the comments below!

Welcome all

Cells are made up of thousands of different kinds of molecules.

90% of the weight of a dried cell,

are composed of only 4 types of molecules.

As the individual molecules are large and heavy,

and can be seen as a chain of specific smaller molecules,

they are called Macromolecules.

These macromolecules are -

Nucleic acids

Proteins

Carbohydrates

and Lipids.

In this video, Nucleic acids and Proteins

shall be discussed.

DNA

is a nucleic acid.

The genetic material in the nucleus are called chromosomes.

They are mainly made up of DNA.

Since it was first found only in the nucleus of a cell,

it was named as Nucleic acid.

From a bacteria, to a human being

molecules of DNA are found in nearly every organism

DNA works as the master molecule,

It controls the functioning, growth, and division of the cell.

It controls the functioning, growth, and division of the cell.

We'll discuss these happenings in the next set of videos.

We'll discuss these happenings in the next set of videos.

What does this master molecule look like?

DNA has the same structure in all organisms.

In the year 1953, Watson and Crick gave a model of the structure.

This model had two complementary strands coiled around a common axis.

This structure is known as double helix.

It could be compared with a flexible, twisted ladder.

Each strand in the DNA molecule is a chain of smaller molecules called nucleotides.

Each nucleotide contains a nitrogenous base, a sugar molecule and a phosphate group

A, T, G, C are the nitrogenous bases found in DNA.

A, G are purines and T, C are pyrimidines.

Nucleotides are arranged in a chain inside the DNA.

The two strands of DNA can be considered as two pillars of a ladder.

Each pillar is made up of alternately bonded sugar molecule and phosphoric acid.

Each step of the ladder is the nitrogenous base pair connected by hydrogen bonds.

A (Adenine) of one pillar always bonds with T (Thymine) of another.

Similarly, G (Guanine) of one pillar always bonds with C (Cytosine) of another.

Just how, your phone number is a string of numbers from 0-9,

DNA is a string of the nucleotides ATGC

This is referred to as the Genetic code.

The length of this string, in a human, is around a few billions.

This huge code is divided into smaller segments called genes.

These genes control the structure and functions of cells and thus body.

How? We will discuss that shortly!

RNA

It is another important nucleic acid found in a cell.

Only after 1890 that RNA was found to be distinctly different from DNA.

It was later discovered that this molecule has a role to perform in manufacture of proteins

What does an RNA molecule look like?

Its molecular components are similar to those of DNA

One nucleotide of RNA has a nitrogenous base, a sugar molecule (slightly different than the one in DNA), and a phosphoric acid.

A, U, G, C are the 4 nitrogenous bases present in RNA.

The two prime differences between DNA and RNA are

The sugar molecule in RNA is more reactive than the one present in DNA.

, and the T and U in DNA and RNA respectively.

Proteins

Proteins are large biomolecules performing a variety of functions.

They were discovered by J.J. Berzelius in 1838.

the name protein was derived from 'potas' (a Greek word meaning- 'of primary importance')

Proteins are essential for every organism.

From cell signalling to performing muscle activity, they participate in almost every biological process.

What do these life-sustaining molecules look like?

Proteins contain one or more polypeptide

Each polypeptide is a linear chain of amino acids.

In nature, 20 different kinds of these amino acids are found.

Adjacent amino acids are linked together by peptide bonds.

Proteins differ from one another primarily in their sequence of amino acids.

There are different aspects of structure of a protein i.e. primary, secondary, tertiary and quaternary.

The amino acid sequence is referred to as the primary structure of a protein.

These primary structures are further stabilized by special bonds and form secondary structure of a protein.

Spatial relationship of these secondary structures gives a protein its unique 3-D shape.

Individual cells build their specific proteins in specific ways.

Proteins are assembled from amino acids using information encoded in genes.

Genes encoded in DNA are first transcribed into mRNA.

mRNA is then used as a template for protein synthesis by ribosome.

All required amino acids are assembled together by ribosome to form protein.

Well developed organisms like human beings have nearly 15000 proteins encoded in their genome

But at the same time, bacteria have nearly 3200, while viruses have only 42!

To summarize all this, think of a cell to be a restaurant

the DNA in your cell to be like a recipe book but in an obscure language that no one can read

Each gene is considered to be a different recipe.

First, it needs to be translated into a language the chef knows.

This is the RNA's role.

Then the ribosome, acting as the chef, reads the recipe and cooks the dish, here the protein, from its ingredients, the amino acids

The recipe book governs what will be served to the customers but it cannot do anything alone.

Hence, we study all the molecules and how they perform all the processes to run a sophisticated restaurant.

In the next set of videos, we shall discuss how DNA efficiently controls everything.

Until then, goodbye from team iGEM IIT Madras.

6 Special Male Sex Styles with Mr P Small

Penis size is not always a guarantee of sex satisfaction.

But for men, penis size can be a source of confidence when having sex with a partner.

For those of you who have penises below average, do not be inferior.

Sex satisfaction can still be obtained by doing the following sex styles.

Anything?

Summarized from various sources, the following 6 men's sex-making style with a small penis:

#1.

Doggy style

Face the position of women back to you.

Keep the head and shoulders parallel to the pillow.

Lift a little hips of women for maximum penetration.

#2.

The hound

The hound is a variation of doggy style style, but does not use a pillow as a buffer.

Instead, the woman leans against the head of the bed so that the vagina gets closer.

#3.

Reverse cowgirl

This style makes women control sex session.

That way, the stimulation and depth of male penetration can be more regulated according

to the wishes of women.

#4.

The X-rated

Similar reverse cowgirl in which the position of women is above men, the difference is women

do not sit but face down.

This position makes the angle of the penis and vaginal encounters closer so that penetration

can be deeper.

#5.

The eagle

The man sits half-squat in front of the straddling woman.

That way, men can explore the vagina cavity without worry being pinched by the thigh.

#6.

The splitting bamboo

Similar to the eagle position, the female leg is not straddle in full, but one leg is

placed on the shoulders of men.

Sensation of penetration can stimulate the clitoris better, with the risk of a little

sore.

Well, that's the 6 Special Male Sex Styles with Mr P Small.

Really cool information isn't it?
