is a DIY letter board and mine right now has DO more of what makes you happy

enjoyed this tutorial for this project you need a photo frame mine is 16 inches
by 20 inches and I bought it at IKEA the first thing I did was remove the frame
insert and using a spray paint I painted it white
once it dries I place it back on the frame and I measure how wide I wanted my
mini shelf to be mine turn out to be 12 inches wide so I use that measurement to
cut the square dowels endingup with a total of five from each side and then I
painted in white then using some wood glue glue together one 3/8 squared dowel
to a 1/4 dowel and that is going to create a right angle space so the
letters can fit in them
once that dries apply glue to the 1/4 dowel and place it evenly on the frame
insert and it should look something like this
to make the letters I use a thin wood and it cut them into small rectangles
and I painted them white then I found this sticker letters at Home Depot and I
place them on the wood and you're done all you have to do now is come up with
different quotes that inspire you and I really hope you guys enjoyed this video

8 Ways to Grow Your Email List Using Facebook - Duration: 5:15.

Welcome back, and if you're new here, welcome to the best place to build income, influence
and impact for your business or brand online.
I'm back with more Facebook strategies for your business!
Last week I discussed six ways you can improve your Facebook ads with video, so if you missed
that make sure you check that out here.
Today I'm going to be sharing my top eight strategies to grow your email list using Facebook.
Also, if you really want to step up your Facebook game, make sure you stick around till the
end because I've got a free email course that will help you conquer your next launch
using the Facebook platform.
Number 1 is to
Create a custom sign-up tab on your Facebook page
Use an app like Email Signup to install a custom sign-up form to your list in the navigation
tabs of your Facebook page to convert your fans and anyone that lands on your feed.
This usually only takes a few minutes and just involves copying and pasting a clip of
custom code, and connecting your email service provider to the Email Signup app.
Number 2 is to
make your call to action button a link to a sign-up form
Within your email service provider, you will be able to copy a link to your sign-up form.
Then all you have to do is edit the call to action button on your Facebook page to the
sign-up format, paste your link, and save!
Number 3 is to
use your cover photo to promote the sign-up button
Now that your sign-up button is set up to collect leads, use a tool like Canva or Photoshop
to design a custom cover photo for your Facebook business page and use it to draw your audience's
attention to the sign-up button.
Otherwise, you're wasting a lot of real estate on your page!
Number 4 is to
regularly post and promote freebies and content upgrades
Facebook prioritizes consistent, quality content, so a great strategy for generating leads and
staying top-of-mind in the newsfeed is to share mirco-blogs and videos within the Facebook
timeline, and then link to a free opt-in or content upgrade where your audience can unlock
more information.
Number 5 is to
promote your webinars, trainings, and courses
And basically, anything that requires a sign-up or transaction between you and your audience.
Not only will you get the chance to show off your knowledge and expertise in your niche,
you also build your list at the same time!
Number 6 is to
use the 'social share' option on your newsletters
Most email service providers have the option to share your broadcasts and newsletters on
social media.
Make use of this feature and give your potential subscribers a preview of the kind of value
they can expect when they sign-up to your list.
Share your newsletters as posts, and you can even create an ad to promote them!
Number 7 is to
Go Live.
Okay, you'll have to do more than just Go Live.
Of course, you'll have to create a plan for yourself that's ideally value-centric
and either educates, entertains, or inspires your audience.
But, Live video is by far the best performing and most prioritized within the Facebook algorithm,
so using it to communicate with your audience, and link to your opt-in or Live content upgrade
should be high on your list.
And finally, Number 8 is to
run a lead generation ad.
Create an ad with the objective of leads generated that either links to a content series containing
a relevant content upgrade, or link directly to an opt-in.
Create a few custom audiences based on your Facebook page and content engagement, I've
got a tutorial for that here if you need it, and run your ad to them.
When you do this, you're telling the Facebook algorithm to deliver your ad to the people
most likely to view your content series or download your opt-in.

So as you can see, first steps.
Take the tank off, plastics off, exhaust is off and the airfilter.
Now we are going to drain the oil and drain the coolant and I will show you how!
So with Husqvarna it is easy, just one 10mm bolt over here and we drain all the coolant.
For the oil is also just as easy, just take out this drain bolt to take out and all the oil goes out.
Normally we prefer to do this with a hot engine, when the oil is hot.
It is thinner and all the oil will drain alot better and so we dont have any old residue staying in behind.
Next step is to take off the clutch slave, the starter, the carburator i already took off.
I always take off the whole airfilter box, just to be able to give it a good clean!
Then we have to take off just this support of the engine, the chain,
take out the rear bridge axle and then we can take out the whole engine!
Alright, so we took off everything!
All the small bits and pieces, brakes, kickstarter, the carburator, exhaust and everything is off.
So we are ready to take out the engine!

So it's a really exciting time here at the More Freedom Foundation.
The channel has been doing better and better over the past couple months, but this week
in particular was pretty amazing.
I think I'm finally reaching the kinds of audiences that I have always wanted to reach.
I think I can actually call this channel a success.
I just checked the 7-day average for this past week, and it is ten times larger than
that figure was in April.
So the traffic to my channel has grown by a factor of ten.
This is pretty amazing.
I am very, very happy about this, which I wanted to share with all of you.
Now getting five to ten thousand views a day, is obviously not like, YouTube stardom or
anything.
It's not the big leagues, but for the content that I'm putting out there I think it's pretty
amazing, and I am reaching a larger audience.
There are a couple videos that I did last month that are both doing incredibly well.
So thanks to this channel, there are now 14,000 people who are more aware of the important
and positive election that happened in Iran.
The election that both Donald Trump and Saudi Arabia tried to hide from us.
Also, there are now, I think almost 25,000 people who are aware that Turkey is not in
fact turning into Saudi Arabia, which is something that you can read in some of the less scrupulous
outlets in the United States.
I think I'm actually making a difference.
This channel is finally becoming what I always wanted it to be.
And it's tremendously satisfying.
There's a piece that's still missing however.
I think I'm now producing pretty good content.
I have an audience, finally.
This week and over the past couple months that has started to develop, which is very
cool.
But I don't really have enough money to support myself.
You guys have heard me complain about this before, but it's worth emphasizing that even

get also sexual experience at home".
His grandfather almost burst out laughing when his friend said that, so that is definitely

One thing he learned the hard way was that he sucks with girls.

That advice literally made him sit down for hours, wondering what mental condition Hellbent

with, and that the dots had to spell out "100" so the teacher would connect the dots and

The release of Vince Staples upcoming album 'Big Fish Theory' is just under two weeks

The Long Beach native decided to share the tracklist on his Instagram and the length
of it falls right in the sweet spot between his last two projects.
Big Fish Theory will be a 12 song project including his previously released singles
"Big Fish", "BagBak", and the latest "Rain Come Down".
Summertime '06 featured 20 tracks and 2016's Prima Donna featured 7.
Leading up to the big premiere the 23 year old has helped build momentum for Big Fish
Theory sharing the meaning behind the title in a series of features and interviews.

than life in a smaller world.

North Carolina Teacher Arrested for Allegedly Having With Sex High Schoolers - Duration: 1:32.
For Complex News, I'm Hanuman Welch.
A North Carolina teacher was arrested and charged with sexual assault, after an investigation
reportedly revealed sexual relationships with at least three of her male students.
Erin McAuliffe, a 25-year-old teacher at Rocky Mount Prep, has been under investigation since
May 5, when local police were informed by administrators at the school of possible inappropriate
conduct.
Detectives spoke with numerous faculty members and students at the school, and eventually
concluded McAuliffe had sexual contact with three different male students off-campus,
aged 16, 17, and 17 years old respectively.
She basically pulled off what's essentially the 'hold my beer' of sexual misconduct.
According to local news reports, McAuliffe was fired the day a police report was filed
by the school's president in early May.
Parents and former students at the school alike expressed their concern that someone
in a position of authority was allegedly abusing that stature.
Dayvon Steele, a recent Rocky Mount grad said,
"It's very shocking and appalling that a person would do that with a student.
The teacher student-relationship is very intimate in itself, but it's not meant to be abused
in that sort of way."
Her LinkedIn page shows this was McAuliffe's first year as a teacher, having spent her
previous years as a data analyst in San Diego and as a sales rep at a Chevy dealership in
Rocky Mount.
McCauliffe was charged with three counts of sexual activity with a student, and one count
of indecent liberties with a minor.
