Hi welcome to F3 recipes, this is Kritika and today we are going to make Salad of Bell pepper "Bell Pepper Salad"
And this will be a very healthy salad & you know like health freak people
Who are very health conscious. They can make this salad very easily within 5 mins with no extra calories.
We need Boiled Sweet Corn, Red Bell Pepper, Yellow Bell Pepper, chopped Cabbage
Chopped carrot and then we need light spices
We'll e using salt, oregano, black pepper powder, grated cheese
Mayonnaise, Olive Oil and let's go ahead and start preparing our salad.
Adding 1 tsp Olive oil in the pan
Now adding Boiled Sweet Corn, Red Bell Pepper, Yellow Bell Pepper, chopped Carrot, chopped cabbage
Saute the vegetables
Add salt to taste and mix them properly
Vegetable are semi cooked as this moment and now we'll add little bit of mayonnaise over it
If you want your vegetables to be cooked fully, you can cook that way but
I want my vegetables to be little bit crunchy.
So I'll take them out when they are semi cooked
Our vegetables are done, recipe is ready
Now we'll add little bit of black pepper powder into it
Adding oregano & give a stir to it so that it can be mix properly
I really love the aroma of oregano and its done and I'll just take this out & put it in a serving plate
Now I'll just garnish it with grated cheese
Sprinkle little bit of oregano & a pinch of black pepper powder to garnish it
I'm done so our Salad is ready
