Waching daily Jun 12 2017

Hello everyone, this is the channel of life in a test tube, and today I'll start this issue by telling you about another channel about murash, it's a channel of dimon and pumba, many know this channel, someone can say something bad about it, but that's what I'll tell you, the guy took up his head and began to make worthy informative videos, as well as on the channel there are interesting species that are not on my channel, the same runners, rufibarbisy makulatus, so go to the link in the description and look.

And now we will begin to analyze this kind of ants, like the Campontos Nicobarensis. Dimensions and color - bright red ants of medium size. Uterus from 12 to 14mm, has various interesting morphs.

Workers from 5 to 7 mm as well as there is a caste of soldiers that reaches up to 9 mm, differ by larger bright heads.

Behavior - very fast in moving ants. In the early stages of development, the colony does not lead an aggressive lifestyle. Aggression is observed in already strong large colonies.

Soldiers also participate in the search for food, although most of their time, they are in the nest and serve as a barrel, which stores a lot of nutrients to feed the colony. When ants feel danger, they begin to pound their belly against the ground, thereby warning all other relatives about this danger.

Feeding - in this respect the ants are not very whimsical. From carbohydrates, it's syrups, sugar and honey, as well as glucose and bottled fruit. Of the protein is best, of course fit insects, but alternatives, vprintsepi also suitable, in the form of boiled meat, eggs, shrimp and other.

Content - ants are not demanding for moisture, which means that they can be kept in any type of formica, in acrylic, gypsum, aerated concrete and even wood. Drinking in the arena is still recommended to provide.

A temperature of about 23 degrees will be comfortable for them. If they make comfortable conditions for them, they develop quite quickly.

Another feature of nikobarensis is polygyny. Many people think that they have exclusive monogyny, but that's not true, many keepers have two or three or even five colony colony, so this is unquestionable plus, for these beautiful murash.

Let's sum up. This is probably the best choice for a beginner who wants to get himself an exotic ants. They forgive many mistakes, they will forgive you if you forgot to moisten the formarium on time

the main thing is not to forget about the drinking bowl in the arena.

In general, these are beautiful, bright, ants, which many have, and I think it's not spastic.

Eden-light of what I regret, this is something that did not start them before. In the meantime, that's it, thanks to everyone for asking for a subscription and so far

How To Convert Your Old SAREE into a DRESS - Cutting, Stitching, Lookbook | ShrutiArjunAnand - Duration: 10:45.

omg.. again... Priya

all routes of this line is busy please call later

i know uh r there

oops i was just joking tell me wats the matter

i wanted to say uh something

yes say

m not having courage to speak to uh

if uh vil speak by ur mouth that wud be great

i wanted to say that, that ...

uh want a dress na

no i dnt want but if uh r asking me then its ohk then do make a dress

come again tomorrow at ur time 5 pm

yes i vil b there at time n prepare for me methi laddoo , bitter gourd juice, brinjal n much more to eat.

m i ur servant ummm?? that i vil make so many food for u

come at time ohk.. bbie

now for joining the skirt with the top i m placing each other on their open part n securing with pins

hey guys m shruti n I m priya

n as uh know she made a DIY lehnga for me

and after getting the lehnga m filled with greediness n now i want a dress for free.

n from that i m making a sexy dress out of that cotton saree

but i don't have any dress as i was having last time, so i grabbed a saree of my mother

so lets start from today's DIY.

so first of all wenever uh r stretching anything , if uh vil make a sketch of it , life will be easy for u.

so the top of the dress is kind of triangle shape

for stitching m taking it one inch extra

n i have taken 12 inches plus 1 as its height

27 inches plus 2 extra for stitching from this side so that while stitching if it will be pressed inside, there will b no problem

now wen we come along this side after 4.5 inches take ur size also

so make a mark from that point from there at a 90 degree angle.

by doing this the dress will hug ur body very beautifully

n then i vil mark it n i vil show uh that later on wen m cutting the dress

watch this video twice so that each n every step would be totally understood by uh, n its very easy

n i too dont knw that much stitching so uh can understand that if m able to make this y dont uh.

now firstly m cutting the saree for our skirt

I double folded the saree so that the cloth the top n skirt.

i kept the height 19 +1 inch n n breadth should be the quadruple of the size of ur waist

like i had kept that is 27X4 inches

now with the help of pins , i vil make box plate pleats in this skirt n secure them with these pins

if uh r gud in stitching uh can directly stitch these pleats

but as m not so gud in stitching m taking the help of these pins

see we r done now.

now i vil cut the cloth for top

i vil cut a triangle shape of top as i told uh earlier

as the mark which i was telling u is this u can see here

n that mark is kind of triangle shape

n now on the back side i vil create similar mark in triangle shape

becoz this is backless dress thats y m creating three mark for loops for dories or strings of cloth

n mark both the sides coz wen ur hoops will be on same postition it vil make a beautiful cris cross design .

now i vil make approx. 2 inches stripe or ribbon of cloth from the border of saree

now i vil fold this and make loops for tying the doris from this

firstly i vil fold it from one side n then fold it from another side n then from the centre

now this is the thinness we want n now stitch it

coz the cloth of this dress is very thin i vil stitch the top from all the sides n now i vil stitch the mark

fold this triangle mark n then stitch it , it gives fine fitting on the front,

uh can see here it has given choli type fitting to our dress

now i vil cut a ribbon similar to front side size from the saree n stitch it

firstly keep it on the back n then stitch n then stitch it from the front

now i vil stitch the hoops

make sure all the hoops r equal

now wherever there r marks of hoops stitch them there

similarly stitch the loops on both the sides

now place the 2 inch ribbon, which we cut earlier from saree, on these loops n stitch it

so that wen we will fold it on other side it vil give a nice finishing

place loops on ribbon n stitch them

make sure this ribbon is long coz this is the ribbon which is going to cris cross from upper part to lower

stitch this ribbon from both the sides n now i vil turn this ribbon opposite side n then i vil fold it once more n

you can see the finishing touch in this n i vil make the loops like this n then stitch it

if uh feel stitching boring then uh may listen to some rocking songs so that ur concentration is theere on stitching n uh r enjoying too

now uh can see the cloth of choli or upper part top is finished

but becoz the ribbon is lengthy so stitch it alone , moreover stitch it once more so that it vil become more strong,

similar stitch the ribbon on the other side of top too

firstly from one side n then from other

now we will stitch the skirt, firstly i vil stitch here so that our box plates will not get disturbed

wen uh r done with ur skirt, mark off it with the persons waist for whom uh r stitching it

so that if it would be more than the waist uh may cut it n if short add more cloth to it.

here m hemming the top so that it gives a finished touch

after that stitch them

keep in mind to leave a 4 inch gap from upper side so that we can apply a hook there

now i vil hem the back part of the skirt like this

uh can a gap of 4 inches is left here

it vil help us to wear the dress comfortably .

now comes the turn of joining skirt with the top

from the plates sides of skirt we will join the corner of top

now secure it with pins

n now start stitching

by securing it with pins the top n skirt will not get moved n the stitching would be perfect

now i vil again stitch it to make it strong.

now on the back opening of 4 inches which we made we will stitch a hook on it

uh may use a button or zip anything which uh have to pull them together

so here v complete our easy backless dress n wen uh vil see this on Priya all the steps would be cleared by u

n frendz now i vil shed these crocodile tears n many more excuses always to grab all these amazing n beautiful dress n vil meet uh like this always.

so vil meet on our next DIY till then take care bie bie

Why do we have Allergies ? - Duration: 3:18.

Hello guys!

When the time gets warmer flowers start to bloom, we go for long walks with our dogs

and spent weekends outside.Sounds wonderful, right?

But what if you have allergies?

If you're like many people around the world with allergies, this ideas brings dreaded

thoughts of allergy symptoms like itchy eyes, a stuffy nose, mysterious rashes, and unexpected

sneezes that rumble buildings.

So why do we have allergies?

Simply put, our bodies especially our immune systems are designed to fight.

Many generations ago before modern sanitation and medicine, there was an abundance of viruses,

germs, and bugs for our bodies to fight off.

Fast forward to present day, and we have evolved to be immune to many of those same bugs and

germs.

But, because our immune system is trained to fight, sometimes it diverts and starts

looking for new opponents.

That's where allergies come in.

Our immune system starts recognizing tree and grass pollens among other things like

molds and dust mites as targets, AND THAT MEANS WAR.

The allergy symptoms that we experience are the effect of our immune system recognizing

certain proteins as a threat, and responding to it.

Generally, our immune systems have two modes for dealing with foreign substances.

A type 1 response would kill an invader .This is used for bacterias and viruses, whereas

a type 2 response would just expel it from the body, like is done with parasites and

other large external threats.

Using a type 1 approach for something like allergens would be kinda like using a nuclear

bomb to deal with street crime.Maybe that was unnecessary , but I thought it would be

fun.Anyway, An allergic reaction occurs when the immune

system attacks a usually harmless substance called an allergen that gains access to the

body.

The immune system calls upon a protective substance called immunoglobulin E ( IgE) to

fight these invading substances.

Even though everyone has some IgE, an allergic person has an unusually large amount of it.

This army of IgE antibodies attacks and engages the invading army of the allergic substances.

Specialized cells called mast cells also participate in the allergic reaction.

Mast cells release a variety of chemicals into the tissues and blood, one of which is

known as histamine.

This are the chemicals that cause allergic reactions.

These chemicals are very irritating and cause itching, swelling, and fluid leaking from

cells.

Allergies could also be the body's way of protecting us against toxins in the environment. The

immune system may consider allergens as toxins and creates antibodies to protect us in the

future .Just like we use vaccines to help us fight diseases caused by microbes.

So what about food?

Foods may have proteins that remind the body of other, harmful substances or that are related

to toxic plants.

Thus, in the course of evolution our bodies may have unwittingly lumped them into the

same category.

Reptil TV - Technik - Desinfektion von Terrarien - Duration: 7:03.

Hello ReptilTV community and welcome to a new technical episode. Today's topic is disinfection.

Obviously, an important aspect of reptile keeping is that hygiene is the alpha and the omega.

I would not want to overplay disinfection, because we know from human beings and all organisms

that a completely germ-free environment is neither good nor healthy.

But it is obvious to everyone that there is a huge difference between germ-free and hygienic.

That is why we must definitely use disinfection agents in the terrarium.

Here I have set out some products you can find on the market.

On the one hand there are the chlorine-based disinfectants.

Here I have Desi Plus and Halamid

This is in tablet form and you dissolve it in water. This one here is mixed with water.

These are the F10 products, which we sell.

We used to disinfect widely with chlorine and

formaldehyde was another disinfectant used, but it was suspected to be carcinogenic and therefore has disappeared from the market.

These F10 products come from South Africa and work in a quite different way.

At the moment they are the new secret, for they are fresh on the market and work in a different way.

When faced with the term, multi-resistant germs and so on,

they are supposed to be the new weapon.

Therefore I have put several options on display here.

If I want to disinfect something, I must first of all clean it.

I hear of or find out about people wanting to disinfect a totally filthy terrarium.

Therefore, cleaning comes before disinfecting.

Everything must be - in houses and flats we say "swept clean".

It has to be wiped clean until no more dirt can be seen.

Then I can begin to disinfect.

Some disinfectants - they are marked with XD in the F10 range and are green in colour -

include a cleaning agent, but this still means that I am wiping intrinsically clean containers with it.

Do not start disinfecting while there are still faeces clinging to the walls; this is just trying to cover up the mess.

The faeces must first of all be removed, then you can begin to disinfect.

First of all you must be clear about what you want to achieve by disinfecting.

If I am doing a routine disinfection every few weeks or months,

then the dosage can be relatively weak.

The dosing instructions are always provided with the disinfectant.

In that case 1:500 is a fairly weak dosage,

which is sufficient for a standard treatment.

If I have virulent germs or viruses, if I have sick animals in the terrarium

and I want to make sure that everything is killed off, then the dosage is increased to 1:125.

1:500 means one part water ... no the other way round, 500 parts water and 1 part disinfectant.

1:125 means 125 parts water to 1 part disinfectant.

In millilitres this is 1 millilitre of disinfectant to 125 millilitres of water.

This means that the higher this figure is, the weaker is the solution.

You must know 1: how much. What is a strong dose and what is weak? Do not confuse the two.

So much for dosing. A really important point is the application time.

Another classic basic error is that people take the disinfectant and rub it on.

One rub over with the disinfectant and then they wipe over with a damp cloth and the agent has been in the terrarium for 30 seconds.

In 30 seconds absolutely nothing has been disinfected.

Every disinfectant requires an application time; this is always stated on the instructions for use.

Normally the whole period is between 2 and 30 minutes.

For standard disinfection, purely for preventive purposes, 2 minutes application time is sufficient.

If I have virulent germs, bacteria or viruses -

I think fungal infections need a relatively long period -

then I have to leave the disinfectant for 30 minutes to do its work.

Doing its work means that it must be applied in sufficient quantity, it must be damp and must be left for 30 minutes.

At the end of 30 minutes I can wipe it off again.

Wiping it off again is another good key concept.

Leaving something to dry is another way of killing bacteria.

Bacteria like damp objects.

If I have decoration in there and this is permanently damp,

then it is harder to kill off the bacteria than when I let it dry out really thoroughly.

Even if I ventilate. Even in the home, ventilation kills bacteria.

The same goes for the terrarium - you must ventilate it well and let it dry out

and then the whole thing is disinfected and clean.

One last point: you must not confuse disinfection and killing parasites.

Most disinfectants will also kill off parasites.

After half an hour in the disinfectant solution mites and their eggs also die.

But there is a clear difference between killing parasites and disinfecting.

Parasites are killed with an insecticide, you disinfect with a disinfectant.

If you have parasites in the terrarium, kill them with an insecticide.

Of course, it's not wrong to disinfect afterwards.

But do not confuse these two points.
