and what we are promising with our product in the future,

but it is, in my opinion, a slogan that aims higher

and makes a far greater promise.

I studied the Opel history in detail.

And when you go back, you realize it has always been the spirit of our brand

to innovate and make new technology

– technology born from German engineering –

available to as many people as possible, instead of just a privileged few.

It has always been our concern to do something

that makes peoples lives better and thereby also improves their future.

In case of an accident, especially one where I am unable to call for help,

OnStar automatically connects to my car, as soon as the airbag is released, and takes care of me.

And those, I believe, are innovations,

which are people-oriented, and where people are really the focus.

Like you, I consider myself a multipassionate entrepreneur.

I'm a full time bridal designer just getting my company off the ground.

In addition to my bridal business, I love self care and motivating others.

Sometimes I feel like I have too many passions and I always hit a wall not knowing what my

next steps are.

I'd love to know: how can I focus on building my bridal business and still build a platform

for my personal self care/motivation business as well?

  Tiffany, I love your question.

And you are so not alone in this struggle, girl.

Most creatives have more than one thing they want to focus on and it always creates some

challenges.

Now, there's no one size fits all answer to this question, and in order to find the

best path ahead for you, the first thing you've got to do is get really clear on your goals

– both in the short term and the long term.

  So for instance, if fast growth and a greater

chance of higher revenue more quickly are really important to you right now, focus on

just one business.

I mean, give your everything to that business and trust that you can always start a second

business or you can transition to another business a little further down the road.

  Now, on the other hand, if you're like me

and you must, must, must do more than one thing because both these ideas are just burning

a hole right through your heart, know that you can do that but there are consequences.

Now, the positive ones include being able to strengthen different skills and learn more

about what you like and what you don't like.

But on the downside, you need to be okay with growing each business perhaps a little more

slowly, likely making less money, and you've got to embrace the fact that your life will

probably be a little more messy and chaotic.

  Now, here's an analogy that might help you

decide.

Let's think about this in terms of one of my favorite topics: food.

You can either have one main dish business or a main dish business with a little side

dish business.

  Now, each of them has their pros and cons.

So, for example, if you choose just one main dish business you keep things really simple.

Right?

I mean, everything is on one plate and you always know your next steps or your next bite.

It allows you to really focus.

You can really dig in and most of the time you can move a lot faster.

You do run the risk of a little bit of boredom though.

Now, if you want a main dish and a side dish business, then first you need to decide which

business is going to be the main and which is going to be the side.

Next thing, you've got to realize you're always going to be going back and forth between

the two plates and the meal will likely take a lot longer.

  So it's often more fun when you've got

two dishes because there's variety, but you never know.

You might wind up liking a side dish more than your main dish.

  Are you still working on that main business?

  You know what?

I'm done.

  Would you like it to go?

  Nah.

Not really feeling it.

  Was there something wrong with it?

  You know, it was fine.

I'm just really loving this side business.

You know, can I get this one as an entree?

  Certainly.

Everybody is loving their side business.

  The bottom line, you have a menu of really

great choices in front of you.

And all of them, quite frankly, can be satisfying and fulfilling in their own way.

Now, the secret to making the best choice is to really step back, get ultra clear on

what you most want in your heart both in the short term and the long term, and then make

a choice and have total faith that you are on the perfect path for you.

Instagram Followers – How to use engagement to attract your ideal followers - Duration: 6:04.

Hi, I'm Tricia Clements, Chief Fur Wrangler

with MuttButs.com.

In this video, I want to talk to you

about Instagram and how to use engagement

to attract your ideal followers

to your Instagram account.

Make sure you stay tuned through the end

to do to rock your Instagram posts.

Now, I know you've probably heard me

say this before, but make sure

that you have an Instagram business account.

The reason for that is that when you go on,

you can look at insights

once you have a business account.

Now, one tip

is if you've just turned your account

into a business account,

you won't see those insights on previous posts.

That's why you need to make sure to go ahead

and turn it into a business account

as soon as possible

because you start seeing insights

on those posts once you've become

a business account, not on older posts prior

to not being a business account.

The other thing is insights.

They allow you to tell when your followers

are online and active.

That is really important when you are posting

because you don't want to post during a time

or day when your followers aren't online

and aren't active.

Use those insights to determine what time

and what days are most important for you

to post on Instagram.

When you post, there are several things

you need to make sure that you do.

One of them is to tag a location.

Those posts get more engagement

than other posts.

Tag a location.

If you are out and about

and you're at a location, tag it.

If not, go ahead

and tag your own business location.

The way that you do that

is to make sure that your Facebook page

is set up with your location in there.

When you search on Facebook for the name

of your business page,

if you scroll over to the top,

you will also see it comes up as a place.

That's what you want because having that

on Facebook then allows you to tag

your business location with your name

on Instagram.

Another thing is hashtags.

Hashtags are really important on Instagram.

Several things to think about,

research your hashtags.

Make sure you are not using a hashtag

that is banned.

Instagram goes through and they decide

certain hashtags are too spammy, and they,

because of different content that is used

when posting on those hashtags,

they will ban the hashtag.

Basically, that means if you use that hashtag,

your post isn't going to get seen.

Make sure you're not using any

of the banned hashtags.

Another thing about hashtags,

make sure that you put them

in your first comment.

Don't put them in your original post.

The reason for that is a lot of people

when they look at it and they scroll down,

they typically won't see those hashtags

unless they open it up,

but they're used to look for content.

It's just makes your account look

a lot nicer and cleaner.

Make sure you're not putting them in the post,

put them in the first comment.

On your post,

make sure that you engage your customers.

That means ask questions.

Have engaging posts.

Put something on there.

Not just in the text, put a question

on your picture as well that you're posting

because a lot of time some people

may scroll through and not read all of the text.

Make sure it doesn't need to be a lot.

Just a short little question,

"What are you doing for the long weekend?

How are you spending this week?

How are you getting ready?

What goals are you setting?"

Something on there that

Ask them a quick question

that they can see in the photo,

but then they can go and comment

as well once they see the post.

Another thing is on Instagram, to get love,

you have to give love.

What that means is when you go on

and you have people commenting

and liking your posts, reciprocate,

especially those followers

that are your ideal followers.

If you've got a spammy follower,

don't waste any time on them.

On your followers that are engaging with you

and they are your ideal followers,

go ahead and engage back.

That's the way that you are going to keep up

that relationship on Instagram.

Another thing you can do is to make sure

you're using Instagram stories.

You all know how important

Instagram stories are.

They come up at the top of Instagram.

It is something seen and they're at the top.

Every time you open the app, they're there.

People really see them first thing.

Make you're using Instagram stories

when you're doing your posts on Instagram.

One way to increase your followers

is to run a contest.

Now, one of the things you might want

to consider when you run a contest,

you can do a big-ticket item like an iPad,

GoPro, anything like that.

What you want to make sure is that you do

an item that's related to your ideal follower.

If you want to just attract followers,

you can do a big-ticket item

that lots of people will be interested in,

but if you really want to focus in

on your ideal followers,

you're going to do an item

that your ideal followers are going to want.

That's how when you run that contest,

make sure you give it a lot of thought.

kept memos on all his conversations with President Trump. Allegedly, he kept memos about things

that he felt were noteworthy or disturbing, according to the L.A. Times.

Well, if that�s true, why didn�t he keep a memo about what AG Loretta Lynch said to

him, wants to know Representative Peter King (R-N.Y.) and Representative Louie Gohmert

(R-Texas).

I�d say, that�s a VERY GOOD QUESTION!

See, the FBI, under Comey, was �investigating� Hillary Clinton�s use of emails, right?

And Comey testified that Lynch asked him to refer to that �investigation� as a �matter!�

And Comey ALSO testified that he felt �queasy� when AG Lynch made that request.

So, let�s put this together, Patriots: Comey wants us to believe that he kept memos about

things that he felt were noteworthy or disturbing. What the Attorney General of the United States

asked him to do made him feel �queasy.�

Yet, no memo! Hmmmm�!

I smell a liar and a hypocrite. At minimum, and this is only me trying to be PC, he �lacks

credibility.� But that�s not really what I think!

Sugar Addiction: Why It Happens and How to Quit

No matter what, you can�t seem to silence your sweet tooth. You always opt for dessert,

even when your meal has left you stuffed. To you, anytime is snack time � and snack

time is just another excuse to reach for something sugar-coated. If this sounds a lot like your

relationship with sweets, you might have a sugar addiction.

Your relationship with sugar is like any other bad relationship. You probably know it�s

bad, but you just can�t convince yourself to walk away. Maybe you can�t convince yourself

you need to leave sugar for good, but the information in this article might.

Let�s look at the different types of sugar, why you�re so convinced you need sugar in

your life, and, most importantly, how you can beat your sugar addiction once and for

all and quit the bad habit for good.

How many kinds of sugar are there, really?

There�s a lot of confusion out there about the difference between carbohydrates and sugar.

Let�s make it a little easier: sugar is a carbohydrate. Carbohydrates are what�s

known as a macronutrient, alongside protein and fat. You get carbs from the foods you

eat. Once you eat carbohydrates, your body breaks them down into energy � eventually,

a molecule called glucose. (The term blood glucose, or blood sugar, refers to how much

glucose is in your blood after you digest food.)

What makes this more complicated is that there is more than one type of carbohydrate. Different

types of carbs behave differently in your body. The way they�re digested is completely

different. Therefore, not all carbs are bad � and not all of them are good, either.

Let�s discuss the different types of carbohydrates and how your body breaks them down.

Sugar

When you see a section on a nutrition facts panel labeled �sugar,� this is the kind

of carbohydrate it�s referring to. These are known as simple sugars or simple carbohydrates.

They�re made up of one or two molecules of sugar, which makes them very easy to digest.

Your body digests simple carbohydrates quickly, which releases large amounts of glucose into

your bloodstream. This flood of glucose causes a sharp spike in your blood sugar. Eventually,

in healthy individuals, insulin kicks in, and your blood sugar drops. Fruits and vegetables,

as well as refined grains, processed foods and sweets, all contain simple sugars. Not

all simple sugars are bad for you � but many are considered harmful.

Fiber

Fiber is what is known as a complex carbohydrate � it�s made up of many sugar molecules,

making it harder to break down. Your body digests it very slowly, which means the uptake

of glucose in your bloodstream is also much slower. This leads to a much smaller spike

in blood sugar, which is one reason why high-fiber foods are so healthy. This is the type of

carbohydrate you will find in fruits, vegetables, beans, dairy, and grains. The higher a food�s

fiber content is, in general, the better that food is for you. However, this also depends

on its other nutritional benefits, such as vitamins and minerals.

Starch

Like fiber, starch is also a complex carbohydrate that releases glucose into your bloodstream

slowly. You�ll find starch in many vegetables and grains, as well as foods like beans, breads,

and cereals. Starch is not bad for you if it comes in a food that�s highly nutritious.

However, like simple sugars, if it�s present in a food that is otherwise unhealthy, it�s

not going to do you much good.

What are added sugars?

Sometimes food manufacturers take the sugar from healthy foods and add it to foods during

processing � thus, they become added sugars. Added sugars contain all the simple sugars

found in fruits and vegetables and many other healthy foods � without the nutrition that

comes along with those foods. This is why foods with added sugars � everything from

candy to cookies to chips, syrups, and soft drinks � are so bad for you. They contain

plenty of sweetness, but almost no nutrition whatsoever.

For the purposes of this article, when we refer to �sugar,� we�re talking about

added sugars � the highly processed chemicals that do not occur naturally in foods. Do not

fear foods that contain sugar naturally. In reasonable amounts, they will usually not

cause harm the way processed sugars will.

Why you can�t stop eating sugar

If you suspect you have a sugar addiction, you�re most likely craving foods high in

simple sugars and extremely low in other nutrients. Some of the most addicting foods in the world

are loaded with added sugars and other synthetic, highly processed food additives. The science

behind why it�s so easy to get hooked on sugar is complex, but if you�re at all familiar

with addiction to any substance or activity, it�s not that foreign of a concept.

How addiction works

The different parts of your brain communicate through neurotransmitters, which travel between

neurons to transmit different messages. According to the National Institute on Drug Abuse, many

drugs interfere with this process, completely scrambling the brain�s normal communication

systems. Sometimes, this ends up stimulating feelings of pleasure. If a drug ends up flooding

your brain with dopamine, it tricks your brain into thinking you�ve consumed something

nice. Your brain wants more of that nice thing � thus, you start craving more of it, even

when you no longer want it.

This is an extremely simplified explanation of how drugs can mess with your head, but

it�s all you need to know in order to understand why eating too much sugar is so dangerous.

Your brain on sugar

Sugar addiction isn�t much different than an addiction to any other substance. While

sugar itself is not a drug in the traditional sense, it can act a lot like one. Drugs can

essentially stimulate the overproduction of dopamine, which makes your brain feel good.

Eating too much sugar also raises the levels of dopamine in your brain � and the same

thing that happens when you take too many

drugs happens when you overdo the sugar.

People will take note and respect you for your ability to speak your truth.

More over, when you are honest with people, the way you present truths is important.

The truth can be stated in ways that doesn�t hurt others and doesn�t make them feel worse

off for the knowledge.

A great way to attract someone who will appreciate you is to show compassion in the execution

of your feelings and perceptions.

Have A Sense Of Humor

Everyone likes to laugh, so don�t be afraid to show your humorous side.

People want someone who is not only aware of their surroundings, nut comfortable enough

to laugh about it.

Don�t be something your not, but show that you appreciate laughter and demonstrate your

ability to make other�s laugh.

Practice Selflessness

The ability to re-order your priorities and remove yourself from the focal point, demonstrates

not only your maturity but encourages faith in your potential.

Through faith and compassion your partner will look to the future actively and positively.

If they know that you can make them the most important thing in your life they will love

you in the same way.

Be Open-Minded

You partner will respect your ability to stay open to the possibilities.

It takes confidence, competence, and awareness to be receptive.

An open mind is able to roll with the punches in life easier than a closed mind.

People feel more comfortable around an open minded individual.

They can open up to you with out fear of judgment.

Be Helpful

A productive and positive attitude makes you a highly sought after personality.

Everyone needs help every so often, but it can be difficult to ask for help.

Anticipating a person�s needs and helping them them in a manner that helps them and

enforces independence.

Practice Humility

No one wants to be around an aragant or grandiose person, especially when that person is so

close to us.

You can�t open up to a person with out humility.

A humble person can work in a team, and make people feel comfortable.

An not humble person makes people defensive, doesn�t compromise or do any of the things

mentioned in this list.

MOM: Designing a corrugated horn antenna with gain using newFASANT - Duration: 6:32.

This quick example will show you the process of automated design and analysis of a corrugated

horn antenna designed to work at a particular gain.

The design of antennas can sometimes be a hard task.

Although newFASANT already provides many predesigned antennas, sometimes you just have to do all

the modeling by yourself, either using our powerful geometric toolset, or a different

software tool.

Recently at newFASANT, we tried to address the following question: what if instead of

spending a lot of time doing all the modelling, we could have the computer do the modelling

in behalf of us.

newFASANT integrates an user function system that you can use to define advanced functions

that you can use during the design of projects or as a general macro tool.

We can use this software to generate the script that we can later execute in order to define

these geometries.

That's why we made this user function, that you can use to build corrugated horn antennas.

There is a link in the description to this user function that you can get for free from

our website.

Download the user function, place it in the appropiate directory, and you are ready to

go.

Let's take a look at the function code.

Some parameters, must be set every time the function is invoked, because they will usually

change.

These are fmin and fmax, the initial and final frequency for the antenna; alpha, the flare

angle; and D, the aperture diameter.

There are also other parameters that you may not usually want to change a lot, and therefore,

they are set as local variables.

They have different values that you can keep, unless there is something particular you want

to change.

For instance, you could change the length of the waveguide, or the sloth pitch.

Maybe, the most interesting variable that you can play with, is the profile index.

If you take a look at the user function information, you will find there are different profiles

to use with this antenna, each one associated with a different kind of antenna.

You can set the profile to linear, sinusoid, tangential, and so on.

In this case, the profile will be set to 1, linear, for example.

And finally, you will have to set the file name where you want the generated script to

be placed in.

So, set the script variable to the name of the file that you want to generate.

In this case, I'm going to use corrugated_with_gain.

Then, how to create this script?

Simply open the calculator.

The calculator is an interactive evaluator that lets you run Java code.

You can use this calculator to execute any Java code, including the user functions available

in the system.

So, if I wanted to generate a horn that specifically works in the 10 GHz band, with a flare angle

of 15 degrees and an aperture diameter of 5.5 meters, I could execute corrugated_horn_gain()

and set as parameters 10 and 10 -because that is the frequency; 15 -which is the angle in

degrees, and 5.5 -which is the diameter in meters for this antenna.

Press ENTER to run the script.

If we don't see any errors, this means that the script has been correctly generated.

In order to load the script, simply go to Tools | Script | Load, and select the script

file.

Please, note that this is not a geometric file.

This is just a script file, containing a list of commands.

If you load the script, all the commands in this file will be processed by the console,

and the geometry will be generated.

So, select the file and press Open.

Here is the final design for our antenna.

We could use this antenna in a design, or we could export this geometry for a later

use.

What if I wanted to do a simulation with this horn in order to analyze all the properties?

Let's design a simulation with this antenna.

First, let's set the frequency.

I said I wanted this antenna to operate with a frequency of 10 GHz, so the first thing

that I'm going to change is the frequency, by going to Simulation properties, and setting

a frequency of 10 GHz.

Now, let's add the dipole, on this side of the antenna.

Go to Source | Dipole | Dipole Antenna, and add a dipole at the position -90 mm in the

Z axis, this side actually.

This dipole is going to have 2 electric dipoles.

So set the number of electric dipoles to 2.

And let's go to Position in order to set the properties.

Both dipoles will have a theta angle of 90 degrees.

However, the second one is also going to have a phi angle of 90 degrees, and a phase of

90 degrees as well.

Press OK to save the changes, and then press Save to add the dipole.

Finally, in order to speed up the process, I'm going to change a few solver settings.

First, the architecture is going to change to OpenMP.

I'm not using a cluster computer, so it will be faster here if I use OpenMP instead of

MPI.

Plus, by clicking on Advanced Options, I can enable the preconditioner.

The preconditioner will add a few preprocessing steps to the project, in order to make the

process go faster.

Press Save in both windows in order to save the changes, and we are ready to go.

Our last steps are the Meshing and the Calculation.

To mesh the project, simply go to Meshing | Create Mesh.

Simply set the frequency to the frequency that is set in the project, and set the number

of processors to the number of processors that you have in your system.

Then, press Mesh to start the process.

After the meshing is done, we can close the process Log window.

Then, we can go to Calculate | Execute in order to do the actual calculation.

Set the number of processors to the number of processors that you have in your system,

and press Execute to start the calculation.

After the simulation has been completed, the Show results menu will be enabled.

This menu will display to you multiple properties about the antenna that you just simulated.

For the complete information on this menu, I'm asking you to take a look at the MOM User

Guide, where you can find more comprehensive explanation on every option.

However, I want to show you some things that you can do with MOM.

You can view the Far Field cuts for the observation directions.

You can also view the 3D Radiation Pattern for the antenna.

It is also possible to view the current density diagram, and the charges density diagram.

Both of them will display the value for the currents and the changes through the antenna

surface.

Dani: Yeah because as duos it's really difficult to cover groups especially if you want to cover like a really large group, like Twice or something when there is so many members

And trying to put them into 2 it just doesn't really work

So we decided that we would condense the groups and these guys nicely enough took on our name

KG: and then you just practise over and over again until everything is okay
