L144 Longfin Blueeye Pleco Breeding - Mavigöz Tülkuyruk Vatoz Üretim Projesi - Duration: 3:43.

Hello everyone mates from Guraba Aquatics

Im Batuhan

Today, Im going to mention about The Breeding Project of L144 Longfin Blueeye.

My first L144 adventure started with 1Male - 5Female colony.

Before I get the fishes, made a little preliminary research and set up a breeding that with the materials which i had already.

Shortly after adding the fish to the tank, the mating movements carried from outside to inside of the cave.

I wasn't expecting to have the babies so soon, so haven't checked the cave before.

After the mating movements, I saw the first babies shake their tail.

I had no idea when did they mated, layed egg and incubation period passed.

I enjoyed observing the growth processes of fry, their hurried rush to food,

and their stance like a bride with a veil when they calm.

Having extra females and market value of this species pushed me to a small breeding project.

After a short planning process,

I measured the stand, ordered aquariums and placed them.

After placement, planned the sump pipe system, bought the items and did it.

Placed heater and head pump,

and filtration materials in order of , Fiber cotton, Siporax, Bio. Sponge, Micromec and Bio. Sponge again.

After all, placed the Pleco caves and woods and started the system.

Aquarium system ran without living nearly a week.

In this process, added bacteria culture to support useful bacteries grow.

Before transferring fishes, added some water from their tank to new system.

Once the water parameters ready, I let my L144's explore their new home.

After a while...

Технология гравертон - новая технология переноса изображений - Duration: 5:46.

I want to tell you about another interesting kind of business. This activity is related to the use of the technology graverton. The use of technology graverton allows you to transfer black-and-white and color high-resolution image on the metal. A list of products that could be released when using this technology large: office door signs, quality certificates, diplomas, IDs, corporate logos, surname and signature escutcheons, door plates, Souvenirs.... One word list of products is quite wide, how rich your imagination. In order to use this technology, it is necessary to have the following list of equipment: 1. Computer. 2. Scanner. 3. For black-and-white printing: laser printer type HP Laser Jet 5L/5P. 4. For color printing: Epson Stylus Color 3000. 5. Heat press machine. Heat press machine provides perfect conditions (heating, pressing) to transfer image from paper plate on metal, fabric, plastic. 6. Guillotine. Need for flawless cutting of metal. The principle of operation is as follows: 1. You need to prepare a computer layout. 2. Print and computer layout in a mirror image on paper plates, using special toner GRAWERTON. 3. On the lower working surface of the heat press, which is a rubber cover, a picture of stacked up plates. 4. The metal, previously cut to the desired size, the working side (the coated layer) stacked on cliche. 5. After the release of heat press machine in the operating mode drop the top half of the heat press, which contains the heating element. The desired force is set up automatically. The required temperature (180C) and time (30 sec) of thermo-contact is set by using the knob on the top of the thermal transfer. 6. If the thermo-contact of the toner penetrates into a special polymer the metal layer through the protective layer. Opening heat press cut from metal paper clichés together with a protective film. The product is ready. The use of technology graverton allows you to perform the following operations: 1. Full-color drawing of the image on t-shirts, shirts, tops and other clothing, flags and pennants. 2. Manufacturer of portable images-puzzles with exclusive image. 3. The transfer of color images on the tree. 4. Full-color drawing of the image on the mug. Let us now consider each option in more detail. Full-color drawing of the image on t-shirts, shirts, tops and other clothing, flags and pennants. With the help of technology GRAWERTON you can quickly and easily transfer your digital image from your computer onto the fabric. It can be any photos, pictures, exclusive graphics, corporate symbolism.... A necessary condition for the migration process - 80% polyester fabric. The process of image transfer is simple. First, the image is printed on a sheet of paper in a mirror image special GRAWERTON inks for inkjet printers. Under the influence of temperature and pressure the image is transferred onto the fabric. The finished product does not lose its original appearance even when machine-washed. Manufacturer of portable images-puzzles with exclusive image. As another surface to transfer image according to the technology of GRAWERTON, you can use the puzzle. I think it would be fun to collect puzzles with scenes from disney cartoons and colorful landscapes. And if it is a puzzle with a photo beloved kitty, wedding pictures of grandparents, or a collective portrait of the men in your office?! The manufacturer of this puzzle is simple - a work-stealing algorithm accurately coincides with the image transfer technology for the metal, instead of sheet metal use special procurement puzzle. Transferring the color image on the tree. This method of transport is used no metal, and a special wooden boards with a special coating. Initially, the surface migration has a white color. Full-color drawing of the image on the mug. Full color printing of the image on mugs for kindergartens, schools, hotels, sanatoriums, sports clubs, businesses, organizations, bars, as gifts to friends. The technology has the following advantages: easy and fast production, high photographic print quality, the possibility of realization of individual orders. Print on the mug is saved when washing in the dishwasher. The process of drawing the image on a mug is relatively simple. The draft of the pattern printed on the transfer paper in mirror image with special ink GRAWERTON. The print is fixed on the mug, and set the crimp. Mug with termotransfer a crimp is placed in a domestic oven. After 10 minutes take out the mug from the oven, take off the crimp and remove the paper. The surface of the mug is washed with water. Ready!

At First Cabinet Meeting, Every Reporter Noticed This New AMAZING Thing About Trump - Duration: 1:35.

At First Cabinet Meeting, Every Reporter Noticed This New AMAZING Thing About Trump

By Paris Swade

President Donald Trump brought his Cabinet together on Monday and patted them on the

back for their amazing results and said that despite the Democrats sad attempts

to stop them that they are getting done.

Watch what they all do for him.

You see that liberal lying media.

They do that because they respect our President.

Trump then declared, Weve achieved tremendous success.

I think weve been about as active as you could possibly be at a just about record-setting

pace.

Trump then pledged that he would starve the beast of terrorism by whacking into

extremists and their financing.

He then said that the Treasury secretary is working on the biggest tax cut in American

history.

Isnt it sad that the only thing that the media can seem to talk about is the fact that

his Cabinet members expressed Thanks and honor to be working with the President

as a bad thing?

Is that even a bad thing?

Share this to expose the medias evil agenda to destroy Trump.

Its sick and it is becoming obvious that many in the media want to bring down our President

at all costs.

You know who else thinks that?

ISIS.

Preparing for a Triathlon: 2 Week Plan - Duration: 8:40.

So I'll explain the whole two-week taper process.

(whoosh)

I can probably get away with almost training through those.

(whoosh)

You wanna get your body on that trajectory

of repairing itself at a massive rate.

(whoosh)

(bike tires crunching gravel)

Morning trainiacs.

I am feeling stupendous today.

This is day two of taper process.

I always wanna say taper week.

But it ain't taper week, it's a taper process

because we're talkin' a two-week process.

Day two means that it's the second day completely off,

besides riding into the office.

You know what?

Let me just get into the office

and I'll explain the whole two-week taper process.

Why you should do it, when you should do it,

who should do it, what races you should do it for,

all that jazz.

It's gonna be smooth jazz today.

(jazzy electronic music)

Oh, so centered.

It's gonna be a sit-down.

Bring you in just a little bit.

So nice.

A two-week taper tends to be quite a big taper.

You don't need to do that for a lot of races.

But in some cases, like when you're swimming

for 10 hours straight, you might need

to do as much as a two-week taper.

The times, and instances, and people

who would need to do a two week taper are:

if you're preparing for an Iron Man,

you might need two weeks;

if you're a little bit older athlete,

you might need two weeks.

The older you are, the less testosterone you have,

so your body can't repair itself quite so quick.

So you might need a two-week taper.

If you're a little bit sick and you don't feel

like your body is quite recovered enough,

and you're coming into a race,

you might want a two-week taper so that you

give yourself a little bit of extra time to prepare.

But, in the case of, say, a sprint-distance race,

an Olympic-distance triathlon,

a half-marathon, a 5K race, a 10K race;

anything that's lasting, say, even three hours,

four hours or less.

One week is probably enough.

I think I even got away with 10 days.

Yeah, 10 days or so for a half Iron Man.

For your big, key, A race, your specific race

that you're getting super duper pumped up for,

two weeks is probably a good barometer.

Let me tell you how to do those two weeks.

Let's get ya in nice and close.

We're gonna go from here...

(jazzy electronic music)

Okay, what we've got here is my typical training week.

We've got blue for swimming, red for running,

brown for biking.

Over the course of a typical training week,

Monday would be a decent-sized swim.

Tuesday would be a small swim and a short run.

Wednesday would be a decent-sized swim,

like an hour and a half.

(muffled speech)

One second.

Mel's doing big business in there.

Thursday would about an hour and a half bike.

Friday would be a huge swim.

Saturday would an endurance two to three hour bike.

Sunday would be a one and a half hour run,

and then we'd repeat.

In this case what we've got is race-day two weeks away.

This is Monday, yesterday, 13 days away.

What you want to do with your taper process,

is you don't wanna completely rest.

You wanna keep having activations

to remind your body how to go fast,

how to go through the motions

and not just completely atrophy.

But in none of these workouts leading up to a race

do you want to finish that workout feeling tired

so what we do is we keep that same pace of working out,

but we take the intensity way down,

and we add in just a couple pops of effort.

Bringing that speed up but not ever tiring ourself out.

So in the bikes, we take those two long bikes on the weekend

and they go down to maybe an hour,

instead of two and a half to three hours.

The bike during the middle of the week

that is normally filled with sprint sessions

I'm gonna have to lighten that up

and make sure that I hold myself back.

The run on the weekends going from,

instead of an hour and a half,

going like 15 to 20K, that's going to all of the sudden

go down to maybe 45 minutes.

The run during the week is probably

just going to go completely out.

Then the swims are all gonna be chopped down

to about 30 to 45 minutes, instead of

an hour to an hour an a half, or three to four hours.

So they start getting knocked down quite a bit.

You can see that there aren't really even any pops

of big workouts along the way.

Within each of the workouts there might be

a couple of points where you go a little bit hard.

Gonna put an exclamation point

on that one to show that I'm going hard.

But that's only for a few seconds.

You kinda keep that pace right up 'till race day.

You do, however, also wanna have some complete days off.

When those days off happen, are right at the start.

Like yesterday and today I've taken completely off.

Just biking into the office.

Because you wanna start off a taper process

by giving your body a complete chance

to flush out all of the accumulated fatigue

that has happened, but training consistently day-in,

day-out, ramping up the volume for the past three months.

I think I've only had one day off

over the last three months.

You also wanna have a complete rest day close to the race.

Typically that's about two days out.

So about two days out from a race

I'll have a complete rest day.

The day before a race you want to activate

all the muscles that are going to happen in your race.

So if it's a triathlon there's something

called a 10/10/10 workout, where you do

a 10 minute bike, 10 minute run, 10 minute swim.

That's a perfect pre-race day workout.

In the case of the day before the long swim,

I might just go for 10 or 20 minutes,

just to remind my arms of how to turn themselves over.

So we did a video a couple months ago

and the total amount of training time

I was putting in over the course of a week

was somewhere around 17 hours.

Over the course of the next two entire weeks

it's probably only going to be...

So instead of a week comprising of 12 hours a week

of working out, and five hours a week

commuting by bike; instead, it's 17 hours

over the course of two weeks, with 10 of those hours

being commuting by bike, and the remaining seven

just being very light activations.

Now what the purpose of this is to do,

is to do this (grunts).

I'm trying to think about how to draw this.

Let's say you're gradually increasing

the amount of work that you do, like that.

What's that going to force your body to do

is get on a trajectory of repairing itself,

kind of like that.

Just keeping up with it.

What happens during this taper process

is that you are all the sudden

making the work stop, and basically stagnate,

but your body keeps repairing itself at the previous level.

Because your body is repairing it at the previous level,

you end up with this huge amount of fitness you build up

because your body is repairing itself beyond

what the workload is that you're giving it.

I'm trying to think.

Make sense?

I've tried to explain this a little bit before

and the premise, whether it's a swimming event,

a triathlon, a sprint event, a marathon,

it's all kind of the same thing.

You wanna get your body on that trajectory

of repairing itself at a massive rate.

Then as you get closer to the race,

rest so your body keeps repairing itself.

But you're not working it too hard.

Science, yo!

Science, yo!

Eh, eh?

Do I look more intelligent?

Do I look smarter?

Do I look more trustworthy?

Eh, eh, what do you think?

Pretty close, pret-ty close.

Alright trainiacs, I'm getting back to my rest.

Have a spectacular, sciency-filled evening.

James Payne - Pedaltrigger Review - Duration: 2:54.

Hi everyone my name is James Payne and I want to talk about a new product that I

am endorsing which is called Pedaltrigger Pedaltrigger is basically a

trigger that you can apply and mount directly on your pedal instead of

applying it on the kick. For me this is a great innovation because I don't have to

deal with the bass drum head anymore and I don't have to fill my bass drum with

blankets and pillows and especially when I tour or a play festivals that I have to

see what's the tuning like if I have extra you know signals on my trigger of

the bass drum so it's a great innovation and I've looked for this product for

something like this for years now and finally I found it and it works great

you can actually attach it on any pedal there are various model I'm using the

ones for the Tama Iron Cobra that I play

as I attached the trigger to the pedal I just needed to spend a few minutes to

find the right settings and after that it went straight away like no problem I

just plugged it in in my module my trigger module and it works perfectly

great i really suggest everybody that's looking and that has issues with the

bass drum tuning for each trigger to check this product out it's very

reliable and so far I'm super happy with it

so I want to thank Pedaltrigger for coming out with a product like this and solving a

big issue that's been part of my life and my career for many years now and I'm

sure many people have to deal with this also and finally I can use my bass drum

not only with the triggers but also acoustically live and in studio because

right now I don't have to again fill my bass drums anymore so I can both mic my

bass drum and have the acoustic sound mixed with the trigger that it's taken

from my pedals if you have any question about pedal trigger you can

email me and I'll be more than happy to reply have a good drumming

Is China Gaming Bitcoin? | China Uncensored - Duration: 9:18.

On this episode of China Uncensored,

is China gaming bitcoin?

Hi, welcome to China Uncensored,

I'm your host Chris Chappell.

Bitcoin!

The money of the future.

Maybe.

Or it could all crash and burn.

Depends who you ask.

For those of you unfamiliar with it,

Bitcoin is a peer-to-peer cryptocurrency.

Which is not how this guy pays you for dinner.

Cryptocurrency uses cryptography

to secure its transactions

and to create more of the currency.

Cryptography secures information in code,

like the famous Enigma machines

used by the Nazis during World War II.

Nowadays, cryptography is done by computers

using incredibly complex math.

Which unlike the Enigma code,

can't be solved by Britain's greatest minds,

Sherlock Holmes and Elizabeth Swann.

Modern cryptography lets Bitcoin

operate independently from a central authority,

like a government or a bank,

because you don't need a third party

to validate the Bitcoin transaction.

And transactions can be done anonymously.

Bitcoin has been described as

the world's most democratic currency.

So obviously it's been thriving in—

you guessed it—

China.

According to Coin Telegraph,

"the majority of Bitcoin trading,

estimated from 50 percent to 98 percent,

takes place in China."

This creates a problem.

In theory, Bitcoin can't be controlled

by any government.

But in practice,

the Chinese Communist Party can have

a huge influence

on the global price of Bitcoin.

So if you own Bitcoin,

well, the value of your money can

be heavily influenced by the whims

of the world's largest authoritarian regime.

Take that, democratic currency!

Take what happened in 2013 as an example.

In early September that year,

one Bitcoin was worth around 100 US dollars.

By late November,

that price had skyrocketed

to more than 1,000 dollars per Bitcoin.

And then overnight,

it came crashing down.

China's central bank,

the People's Bank of China,

told financial institutions in China

to suspend trading in Bitcoin

because it "doesn't have 'real meaning'

and lacks legal protections."

Funny that those same things

didn't stop the Chinese regime

from encouraging people to speculate

in China's stock markets.

But back to Bitcoin.

In two weeks,

Bitcoin lost over half its value.

It took a full year

before the price bottomed out.

Something similar happened again

in February this year.

The People's Bank of China met with

three of China's biggest Bitcoin exchanges,

BTC China, Huobi, and OKCoin.

The exchanges then stopped Bitcoin withdrawals

for four months.

The exchanges recently lifted the ban,

but during the suspension,

the global price of Bitcoin

dropped again,

though not as much as in 2013.

So why has the Chinese regime

been targeting Bitcoin?

Besides it being a democratic currency?

There are a few reasons.

First, Chinese people can use Bitcoin

to get their money out of China.

You see, the Chinese regime has limits

on the amount of foreign currency

people in China can buy—

because they're worried about

rich Chinese people

moving their money out

and then fleeing the country.

But Chinese investors can buy Bitcoin in China,

and then later exchange that for foreign currency

in any amount they want.

Huge fortunes that might have been made through,

I don't know,

corruption,

could be safely stored out of reach

of pesky Chinese investigators.

And that was why China's central bank

started investigating Bitcoin exchanges

back in February,

and threatened to shut down exchanges

that violated rules on

"foreign exchange management,

money laundering,

and payment and settlement."

But it's unclear how much money

is actually being moved out of China

through Bitcoin.

Bitcoin transactions in China

are not anonymous,

since you have to link

a Chinese bank card

to your Bitcoin account.

You could move a few hundred

thousand yuan into Bitcoin,

but larger amounts would attract attention.

So why is there so much

Bitcoin trading in China?

Well, that brings us to the second reason

the Chinese regime is so interested

in Bitcoin.

Earlier I mentioned people speculating

in China's stock markets,

and since those markets

have cooled down,

guess where people

are putting their money now?

You see, in China,

there's not a lot of places

people can invest their money.

Which leads to things like

real estate bubbles.

Stock market bubbles.

And, naturally,

fish bladder bubbles.

It's like Chinese investors looked at

the Dutch tulip bulb craze,

and thought,

what a great idea,

but it needs more fish bladders.

Putting your money in an online cryptocurrency

stored on something called a blockchain

that can do something called forking

doesn't seem so crazy

now, does it?

Hmmm...Bitcoin or fish bladders?

Which will be the money of the future?

Anyway, speculation,

no matter the medium,

has the same result.

And many of the same things

that led to China's stock market collapse

are now happening in China's Bitcoin exchanges:

People dipping in and out

to make a quick buck,

leading to wild market fluctuations,

and risky margin trading.

Which is to say,

this will all end really well.

One of the Bitcoin investors

interviewed in this article

even says he can't lose money on Bitcoin

the same way he did on the stock market,

because Bitcoin's not controlled

by the Chinese regime.

Uhhhh....about that.

The third reason the Chinese Communist Party

has been targeting Bitcoin is control.

You see, the CCP is not out to kill Bitcoin—

at least not right now.

They just want to bend Bitcoin to their advantage.

But first, let's talk about Bitcoin mining.

Simply put,

people can run powerful computers

to solve complex math problems

that validate Bitcoin transactions--

that's the cryptography

I was mentioning earlier--

and they're rewarded with Bitcoins.

This is how new Bitcoins are created.

But nowadays Bitcoin mining

requires powerful computers,

custom chips,

and lots of electricity.

And it turns out

China is home to 50 to 70 percent

of the world's Bitcoin mining operations.

The Chinese government could, of course,

restrict Bitcoin mining,

but it doesn't.

Quite the opposite.

In many instances

the government is actively supporting it.

According to Bitcoin Magazine,

major Bitcoin mines in China's northwest

are being given, "access to government-supported,

low-cost wind and solar electricity."

Powering the computer servers

is one of the biggest financial challenges

to Bitcoin mining.

The People's Bank of China

could also be showing favor to Bitcoin.

A senior banking official

just recently published a detailed editorial

about all the advantages Bitcoin

can offer China.

Because if you look at it,

since China can have a huge impact

on the price of Bitcoin,

why wouldn't the Chinese regime

use its influence over the market

to its advantage?

Here's what the CCP could do.

Let's say the Bank of China makes it known

they'll be investigating

some major Bitcoin exchange.

Prices plummet.

Chinese officials then buy up Bitcoin

while the market is down.

And then they release a statement

that the Chinese government supports Bitcoin,

and the market skyrockets.

Again, that's hypothetical,

but very possible.

Following China's investigation earlier

this year,

the price of Bitcoin, "more than [doubled]

to about $2,900 over the last three months."

And on top of that,

the Chinese regime has

the ultimate Sword of Damocles

over all Bitcoin operations in China.

According to CNN,

"Chinese regulators could clamp down on bitcoin

by classifying it as a foreign currency,

which would effectively limit

individual Bitcoin transactions

to $50,000 per year."

So a lot of people feel they should buy

as much Bitcoin as they can right now.

Which will, of course, further drive up the price.

Possibly making some officials very rich.

Of course, China is not the only influence

on the Bitcoin market,

and there are also new cryptocurrencies like Ethereum,

that are gaining market share.

But the Chinese regime

still has a pretty big effect

on the global price of Bitcoin.

Which makes me think,

maybe the fish bladder market

is the way to go.

What do you think?

And as you know,

China Uncensored is made possible

almost entirely through viewer contributions

and support.

A lot of viewers have asked us

to set up a Bitcoin address

for China Uncensored—

and now we have.

The money you contribute

will go to improving the show,

like hiring staff,

buying props,

renting studio equipment,

investing in fish bladders and so on.

The link to our Bitcoin page and address is below.

And after all,

if you're putting Bitcoins into our hands,

it won't be in the hands

of the Chinese Communist Party.

Once again, I'm your host, Chris Chappell.

See you next time.

CMC's How We Met - Nohemi and Frank Ferguson '82 - Duration: 2:17.

- So we'll just start the story.

(pop music)

^It was a first day of school actually.

^- I noticed this guy was staring at me,

so I said hi.

- She totally caught me staring.

- Yeah, I said hi my name is Nohemi.

What's your name?

- And I said my name is Frank,

and this is where she says,

"Oh my boyfriend's named Frank too."

The second year comes in,

and we're in the beginning of the first week of class,

and that's when I asked her to,

I noticed that she wasn't dating Frank anymore.

So I asked you to the movie.

- Right. Foul Play.

- Foul Play, Foul Play.

- Right.

- It was Foul Play.

And most of the guys from our dorm

happened to go to the movie too,

and they sat in the next row behind us.

And I did the yawn and the hand over, like this.

And the whole back row yawns and puts their hand over too.

So that was a fun moment.

- And for weeks after that, every time they saw us,

they would yawn and put their hands

over each other's shoulders.

- And yeah this was before internet,

or before any of the emails, or things that we have today,

but yet, you just tell the story about your friend.

- Yeah a few days later, one of the friends

that was studying abroad in London

sent me a postcard saying, "I hear you're dating

a tall basketball player,"

and I'm like "wow." That spread fast.

- That's right. The grapevine.

It was fast back then.

- We dated, yeah, most of our remaining three years.

After Claremont, I was gonna go off to law school,

and he proposed.

- I proposed. A few years later,

five years later, we had our first child.

Then you had number three, which is Mickey,

and now she's here at Claremont.

- Yeah.

- I'm Nohemi Ferguson.

- And I'm Frank Ferguson.

- And I used to be Nohemi Gutierrez, but

- And I was always Frank Ferguson.

- (Together) And that's how we met.
