We cut out a paper that measures 20x40cm on the right side and 20,8x40cm on the left side.

This flap on the top left mesures 8mm.

And we are going to fold the flap and attach tape to it and use this flap to glue the page together.

Next, we cut out 4 papers with the size of 20x19cm, 20x17cm, 10x18xm and 10x9cm. And we score them at 8mm.

After attaching tape to the flaps we are going to glue this paper evenly at the left side of this paper.

Then we glue this elongated paper evenly to the left of this paper

and we are going to glue this onto our basic page - also evenly to the left side.

And this smaller paper is going to be glued to the right side of our base page.

Before glueing this onto our base page, make sure the paper is open at the left side and at the top.

Before glueing this to our the page, we are going to cut off the edge of the flap.

On the other papers we are going to punch the corners.

Now we are going to attach magnets onto the paper.

I already cut out design paper, colored the edges and put tape at the back of the paper. So now we can glue it to our page.

For the back of the page we cut out 3 papers with the size of 18x18,8cm, 16x16,8cm and 13x15cm. And we score the paper at 8mm.

We are going to glue this paper evenly at the left side of this paper.

And this paper is going to be glued to the top of this paper.

And we are going to glue this onto our base page.

We are going to punch the corners of the papers again.

Now, make sure that the base page is open at the rigt side and at the top, before glueing it to the base page.

And we are going to glue it evenly to the left side of the base page.

Now we are going to attach magnets onto the paper.

Next, we glue the design paper onto our page.

Now, we are going to make a tag.

It has the size of 21x18,5cm.

We mark the paper at 1cm, cut that flap off, but we leave this little part in the middle, so we can pull out the tag easily.

And now, we are going to glue design paper onto it.

Now, the page is finished.

WORKED TO KILL THIS PROCESS ECONOMICALLY, THE NEW RULE WOULD

HAVE HAD A MUCH MORE SUBSTANTIAL IMPACT ON THE FLEET THAN WE

ORIGINALLY REALIZED THAT HE ALSO SAID THAT THE BOTTOM LINE

IS THAT THIS IS A FISHERY THAT HAS WORKED HARD TO REDUCE

ITS IMPACT.

HE MISSED THE WHOLE PART THAT THE BOTTOM LINE WAS PROFIT

BUT I THINK THAT'S WHAT HE MEANT THERE.

THIS RULE WOULD'VE APPLIED TO ENDANGERED FIN, HUMPBACK,

TURTLES, LOGGERHEAD SEA TURTLE, ALL OF RIDLEY SEA TURTLES.

FOR HUMPBACKS, THERE ARE SOME SPECIES THAT ARE ONLY 411

OF THEM LEFT.

HAVING ONE OF THESE IN ONE OF THE NETS THAT HAVE A HUGE IMPACT

ON THE POPULATION SO THIS IS GOING TO HAVE REALLY LASTING

EFFECTS AND THE RULE THAT THEY WERE TRYING TO IMPLEMENT

ORIGINALLY WOULD'VE ACTUALLY AFFECTED FEWER THAN 20 FISHING

VESSELS, AND THESE ARE FISHING VESSELS THAT USE JUST KILL NET

FISHING AS A WAY TO CATCH SWORDFISH WHICH AS WE KNOW ARE

BASICALLY THESE SORTS OF WALLS OF NETS THE ANIMALS CAN'T SEE,

THEY ARE INVISIBLE TO THE ANIMAL SO THEY GET CAUGHT NAME WHEN

THEY TRY TO BACK UP A CATCHES THE GILLS AND SORT OF KILLS THEM

IN THIS VERY SUFFOCATING MANNER AND SO THIS INDISCRIMINATE

FISHING PRACTICE I CAN CATCH ALL OF THESE ENDANGERED SPECIES AND

IT DOESN'T SEEM LIKE IT WOULD'VE HAD A HUGE ECONOMIC STEP

I THINK YOU REALLY GOOD POINT THERE BECAUSE I THINK WHEN

IT COMES TO TALKING ABOUT FISHING PEOPLE ARE LIKE

OKAY, THAT WILL BE ONE LESS ITEM ON THE SUSHI MENU BUT THEY

DON'T REALIZE THAT THEY ARE KILLING OFF ALL OF THESE

There are many sides to Hong Kong.

There's hectic Kowloon with its neon lights

and strong Chinese character.

And then there's Hong Kong island

with its hills, its narrow streets

and its Western influences.

There's so much that Hong Kong island's

Central District has to offer.

From really hip cafes and shops,

to temples and awesome bars.

We sat down and made a list of our favourite spots

in Central, which I'm so excited to show you.

Let's go.

Hi, can I get the Masala Chai, please?

A great place to start is Teakha,

it's a really popular tea cafe

and it has a wide selection of teas

and some of the best cakes in Hong Kong.

Mmm... it's really spicy.

If you're looking to experience a bit of culture,

take a walk down Hollywood Road to Man Mo Temple.

It's a welcome change from the city that surrounds it.

When you come into the temple,

you're like entering the house of the Gods.

Like any house, you have to ring the bell.

Back in imperial China, when people would go to war,

they would sound the drum and after the war

they would ring the bell in order to celebrate.

So what we're gonna do now,

is let the Gods know that we're here.

This temple is dedicated to the Gods of literature and war.

People burn incense sticks as offerings to the Gods.

So you take three incense sticks and you light them,

and then you bow three times before you put them in.

Okay this is probably one of the coolest stores

in Hong Kong.

They sell a crazy amount of things for your home and garden.

Awesome place to get a souvenir.

This is like a cross between a thrift shop,

a dollar store and my grandma's house.

What on earth is this?

It basically is used for cleaning.

These are ear pickers.

So cute.

So because this year is the year of the chicken.

The shop owner just told me that a lot of people

are buying bowls with chickens on them.

If you're in Central, you cannot miss Lan Fong Yuen,

they make the best milk tea in Hong Kong.

How do they make it so good?

They use stockings to filter the tea for maximum smoothness.

These are the former Police Married Quarters.

Back in the day they were used as housing

for police officers and their families

serving in the Central District.

Today it's become a creative hub.

Now, it's home to some of the coolest design stores,

galleries and restaurants in Hong Kong.

I love these.

As long as everything is exactly how I want it,

There's a ridiculous amount of great food in this area

but Ho Lee Fook has to be one of my favourites.

It's contemporary Chinese cuisine fits in really well

with the cultural diversity of Central.

You gotta save room for egg waffles at Oddies though.

Cause they take waffles to the next level.

Yum.

Your final stop should definitely be Lan Kwai Fong.

This place comes alive at night.

Why the Vampire Facelift Doesn't Affect the Lip Area, and Other Non-Surgical Facelifts - Duration: 8:45.

Thank you for your question.

You submitted a question with a photo and you state in your question that you're sure

that you need a Vampire Facelift® but you have a concern about the effect of the treatment

on the skin above your lips.

Well, I think that this is certainly a very good opportunity to understand the definition

of what is specifically a Vampire Facelift®.

A little bit of background, I'm a Board-certified cosmetic surgeon and Fellowship-trained oculofacial

plastic and reconstructive surgeon.

I have been in practice in Manhattan and Long Island for over 20 years.

I have been a long standing member of the Vampire Facelift® network of physicians.

In fact, I have been a resource for the media periodically when there was a need for clarification

on the understanding about the very popular Vampire Facelift® procedure.

So to begin with, I think it's very important to understand what is the specific definition

and to understand that, we go back to the inventor.

The inventor is Dr. Charles Runels who came up with this concept many years ago of an

approach of rejuvenating the face, balancing the benefits of a specific filler in the category

of a hyaluronic acid filler such as Restylane or Juvederm, limiting that filler to one cc

or syringe and then combining to that its overall rejuvenation of the skin with PRP,

platelet-rich plasma.

PRP is derived from your own blood and is a concentration of the wound healing factors

necessary to heal your skin for example when you get a cut.

It stimulates collagen, it stimulates blood supply, improves the fatty cell layer under

the skin and gives the skin a very nice glow.

So the term facelift may be a little confusing because it's not about vertically lifting

the face like a surgical facelift but it's lifting in that the skin is being lifted away

from the underlying bone structure which is one of the major issues of facial aging.

Facial aging is typically a combination of volume loss which is proportionally greater

at the bone, fat, skin and soft tissue, muscle levels as well as sagging which is the downward

descent.

For many of our patients, this Vampire Facelift® procedure is a good fit.

Now it depends on really, with the photo you submitted, what you want to achieve to make

sure for yourself that this is the right procedure for you and I'll explain further.

First of all, understanding that a Vampire Facelift® again is a combination of one single

syringe of a hyaluronic acid filler placed strategically at different areas of the face

such as the cheek area, the tear trough area, the eyebrow area, even the outer corners of

the lips, just basically at the discretion of the physician, placement at specific areas

and then with that, using PRP to globally enhance the skin quality.

Now, I have to also emphasize that doctors who are on the Vampire Facelift® network

have gone through very specific training to perform the procedure in a way that's consistent

and reflective of the standards as established by Dr. Runels.

Now, a lot of times, people are misinterpreting or intentionally misusing the term to mean

just PRP.

And the PRP that they're using may not be done in the same way as the way it's used

by the doctors in the Vampire Facelift® network so just to be clear about that.

Now, when I look at your photo, I look at a couple of areas that draw my eye.

Again, I'm a cosmetic surgeon.

I've been doing surgery for over 20 years in private practice.

I can pretty much do anything from the minimally invasive injectables, lasers to full extensive

surgery.

When I look at someone like yourself, the areas that draw my eye are the tear trough

areas as well as the cheek area.

And I think that in that respect, I would probably suggest for you to consider procedures

such as fillers like Restylane to add to the tear trough area and I would also, for someone

like yourself who would come to my practice, I would suggest like structural volumizing.

Now this is a concept where we're placing a more thick filler but still in the hyaluronic

acid family such as Juvederm Ultra Plus or Juvederm Voluma at the bone structure level

to improve the cheek volume as it relates to the under eye area to balance and blend

that area so that you get more of an appearance of a lift when actually you restored volume.

Now in contrast to the Vampire Facelift® procedure, this concept of structural volumizing

would require more syringes than the one syringe with the Vampire Facelift®.

Now, it doesn't mean that you can't also have PRP done at the same time.

Now, going back to your original question about the lip area, it is your choice, when

you do your consultation with your doctor to discuss where to inject either the hyaluronic

acid filler or the PRP.

But I think it's important to understand that it is not absolutely critical to do any

injection around the lips as part of the Vampire Facelift® procedure.

It's something that, there is intrinsic flexibility.

When I look at a patient who wants to have injection for PRP, I look at them still more

critically and look at the issues.

Let's say, let's talk about the lips, are we treating vertical lines around the

lips?

Are we treating the border of the lips?

Are we treating the volume of the lips?

Are we trying to give the corner of the lips a little bit of lift?

There are other procedures whether it's the use of Botox®, whether it's the use

of PRP as well as other hyaluronic acid fillers, as well as lasers that can also help rejuvenate

the area if that is an area of focus for the patient.

So with that understanding, I hope you are able to now move forward with meeting doctors

about the Vampire Facelift®.

Now you know the definition and you can understand what specifically may be in your best interest

to get the most value out of the procedure you pursue.
