Those times you feel the time line has collapsed as you decided to peak into potential future
realities of experiences.
Those times you feel the rug has been pulled from beneath your feet and you feel like your
falling with no-one to catch you.
Those times you suddenly feel the safe, warm comfortable protection of those realities
are now flung back into the cosmos never to truly land in front of you for viewing pleasure.
Those times you feel it�s all gone to chaos, your head is spinning?�?old thoughts, limitations
and fears start to creep in as the ego needs something to hold onto?�?something familiar
and sometimes there can be a little hope found in the experiences we have already witnessed
as observer.
All is aligning for you in perfect order
Those times?�?are the very building blocks for something far bigger, far more aligned,
for more expansive and houses the potentials for even greater dimensional experiences.
It�s important to know and to remember?�?that those timelines did play out in an alternative
universe?�?and for what ever reason?�?unknown to you right at this time as observer is there
was a better route for you to follow.
The key is surrendering into the unknown?�?let go of the need to cling onto the story as
it starts to collapse, let go of the need to tell the story of what could have been
and get back into the present moment?�?as present is key to creating new time lines,
new realities and new experiences most aligned with observer at this time.
Breathe into the process
It�s important to stay grounded, be in your power, be present and treat self with the
upmost self-care possible as the alternatives will lead to overwhelm, procrastination, and
the feelings of time lines moving backwards as ego wants to hold onto some form of truth
which would make sense.
But for you?�?You right here in this moment?�?this is NOT your truth?�?the previous experiences
have already played out and the uncertainty of the future variables is a challenge to
really show up for your needs now.
Sometimes it can be and feel easy to romance the future visions?�?seeing it as a wonderful
end goal, a job well done for all the hard work put into the now.
So how could it have possibly all �fallen� apart.
Your experience is in the NOW and trusting in divine of now!
Now?�?now now now now now now?�?are you being present NOW?
Are you in JOY now?
Are you grounding now?
Are you how you need to feel now?
Trust and surrender to the unknowns trust and surrender to the space that is now lovingly
being created in your reality, trust that you are not walking towards pain and suffering
you are actually walking away from it.
trust you are walking into your expanded power?�?the light you truly came here to be not acting
as a dimmer switch next to another,
Trust this is the time you have called in -the time You have been waiting for and needing-
trust that this is divine and it is ALL a reflection of YOU?�?Your wishes, your desires
your deepest hearts yearning.
Trust that the future potential is still very much a possibility right now for you, if you
do the work in the Now if you do not dwell on the could haves and should haves of preview
experiences that timeline is no longer the future is no longer and the NOW where you
can truly step into your creative power and be present?�?this is a time to truly honor
what your higher self has called in for you and to trust in the process.
You are no longer a human singular you are ascending into multi light code frequencies
and multiple times which will of course have an effect on those close to you and around
you.
You do not need to fall into the same traps of ego limitations from and like before?�?this
WILL NOT SERVE you.
You know love is an inside job you know love comes from you and u have an abundance of
this to share and gift to the world.
Trust in the now, trust in the unknown, trust in something better is aligning for you now,
trust you are loved, trust all is in divine perfection of your soul�s calling.

Alright, hello my name is Nick Kirpes.
This is my Application 1 Video, I have chapter 5 and I will be talking about the tool of
people-oriented listening.
My theory is that people-oriented listening is the most helpful listening there is because
this deals with peoples emotions and I firmly believe that if you understand someones emotions
you can better understand the message their trying to get across which is why its the
most efficient way of listening.
And in me saying it is the most efficient way of listening, I am going to give a few
examples of some communication errors that I had maybe listening wise and if I would
have applied this theory, how the situation could have gone differently.
Okay, so my theory being that people-oriented listening is the most efficient way of listening,
because if you understand someones emotions you get a better understanding of the message.
My first experience I am going to talk about is my girlfriend wanting me to go to her grandpas
memorial service.
It was the first time her family had been doing it and I didn't necessarily want to
go because it was a long drive, it was a very long roadtrip.
I didn't know if it was worth it and in this situation I wasn't thinking about her needs,
her wants, or her emotions.
I was just thinking about what was better for me personally and what would be the most
beneficial thing for me to do.
So we end up arguing, arguing, and arguing and eventually I went and this whole situation
could have been avoided if I would have just thought about her and how she felt about it
because I ended up going and it was actually a great time and I am happy I went So in saying
all of that, guys listen to your girlfriends the first time and two, if you understand
peoples emotions and how they feel about it there will be, it will make communication
with you and the other person a lot more simple between the sender and receiver.
Now that I have discussed the experience from my personal life I am going to transition
and go into my professional life and how implementing this theory on a day to day basis was crucial
to succeeding in my business.
So aside from going to UTSA I am also licensed in the state of Texas to sell life and health
insurance.
I am an independent insurer for Aflac we sell life and accidental insurance.
A big part of my job is sitting down and meeting with people, learning their situations their
different economic situations and household situations and giving them the best policy
that is the best for them I noticed that when I did not take the time to sit down and listen
with them and understand their emotions and their certain situations that I usually wouldn't
get the deal and when I did sit down with them and spent the time with them and listened
to them, how they felt about certain policies or what they would need for their certain
individual lives or families then usually I would not only seal the deal but they would
be more satisfied as a customer so in saying that, that just goes to conclude that listening
to people in a people-oriented sense is the best way for communication In conclusion,
out of all of the different listening styles that there are whether it be task-oriented,
time-oriented, or people-oriented, people-oriented is the most efficient and effective way of
listening because it deals with peoples emotions and if you can understand someones emotions
you can better understand the point they are trying to get across.
If you use the listening style task, or time-oriented you are on a scheduled or set basis that you
have to have to listen to that person.
When you're dealing with emotions you can sit down, take the time to listen to them
so you can gain a better understanding of the message that they're trying to get across.
Personally, this could benefit me in many ways, like ive given a few experiences and
examples of when I haven't used it so for future reference now that I have a better
understanding of people-oriented listening and how its more effective than the others
I will now start to apply it to my everyday life.
Okay, so to summarize my theory into one focused sentence it would be, When listening, if you
understand the persons emotions, it will make it easier to understand the message they are
trying to convey.

Technology is advancing so fast it�s hard to keep up with the latest computer or smartphone,
much less the latest AI intelligence.
Could it be upon us?
Could our machine counterparts be waiting right outside the doorway of the next decade?
Science says� maybe.
And there�s another pressing question at hand.
Will our mechanical children rise up and wage war with us, a race of softer, more pliable
entities?
Science shows its most recent progress in this area.
Replacing the human worker
Forecasts reveal that in less than 10 years, robotics in the work environment will not
only develop automated physical activities but cognitive ones as well.
A factory full of thinking robots sounds a little intimidating to me, personally.
Peter Sondergaard, of Gartner research firm, says,
From virtual nervous systems to walking talking machines
CEO, Dr. Mark Sagar, of the AI company called Soul Machines, in New Zealand, spoke about
the recent advancements in artificial intelligence, saying it won�t be long until robots live
among human beings as thinking speaking entities.
Sagar is an AI engineer, who created a virtual nervous system, and also believes that robotic
hardware is catching up with advancements in this software.
Soul Machines has made leaps and bounds with its work in artificial nervous systems.
Using computer graphics, this Aukland-based company has created amazing replicas of the
human face.
These graphics copy human expression, reproducing smiles, frowns and even complex emotions when
awarded during testing.
Nadia and Baby X
The visual aesthetics of Hollywood actress Cate Blanchette were used to create a prototype
AI chatbot named Nadia.
This development will be used to help disabled people navigate certain areas of government
sites.
It will be another year until Nadia is fully operational.
She already answers thousands of questions with facial expressions identical to human
beings.
If advancements continue in a positive direction, Nadia could actually aid people in face to
face situations, as well.
We could speak with this new being just as we speak with our human friends, family members
of other loved ones.
We can conduct in-person business and ask questions in a more personal manner!
In 2014, work with the Baby X program helped break ground for the work done with Nadia.
Dr. Sagar�s team in the Bioengineering Institute Laboratory for Animate Technologies created
the baby girl to perform human expressions and answer various questions.
To understand the difference between good and bad, the babies brain was implemented
with algorithms which allowed it to also answer commands and recognize certain images.
These methods allow the child to respond like a real human baby.
Researchers also praised Baby X verbally to let her know that she did a good job, and
this, in turn, released dopamine.
Whatever the baby learns, it can use in future tests to understand the appropriate actions
and reactions.
Will robots make such a huge step in only 10 years time?
While some believe in such an advancing future, others think that 10 years if just not enough
time to create robots like we�ve seen in the movies.
Artificial intelligence is indeed changing and improving, allowing us to take a glimpse
into a fantastical realm, but will we see it in our own lifetime?
I say, give us a half a decade or more and we could possibly see major changes in AI
advancement.
Until then, science will continue to improve software and implement more humanistic qualities
to a growing population of mechanical offspring.
Hopefully, our children won�t rise against us.
