Welcome to my channel!

And today I have a video from the series "Salads for Every Day".

For salad, you will need: 1 small head of cabbage(500 grams / 1 pound ) , cut it into thin strips

Pour out all in deep dishes, add 1 tsp. Salt and squeeze hands well, the cabbage will empty the juice and become softer.

Next we need 3 pcs. Boiled beets. We cut it in small thin strips and send it to a salad

Cut a bunch of dill and the last ingredient ........

1 can of canned corn (400 grams / 1 pound )

2 tablespoons Dijon or French mustard, can be replaced with sweet American mustard or honey mustard

dressing with olive oil . Mix well and salad is ready.

Hi, this video is about the biggest obstacle in front of growth. It's about getting traffic, generating leads but you can't turn them into deals the same way you had hoped for.

You know what? The biggest obstacle in growth is you market but the leads fall into a pit between sales and marketing. There's no alignment, no smarketing doesn't exist in your company.

It's one of the main reasons why growth is not happening. Our process is broken. People are arguing should you do cold calling, which doesn't work any more, should we go to trade shows or send emails.

The reason why marketing is so under appreciated type of business, is because it doesn't benefit the sales. So you need to align those different organizations.

In a way that our funnel you should be able to react to a new contact generated from your website. How do do it then? The whole web and marketing machine should be connected into the most important part of the sales process.

So that you have encouraged and trained your sales people to contact those leads. It's different to contact them than cold leads.

When you want to affect the customer experience, it's a matter of seconds, but you can't start selling after a matter of seconds. Defenses are growing, people know a sales person will contact them once they leave their contact details online.

It's certain. Once the sales person calls, if they call tomorrow or next week, the contact is no longer interested. Intensity is missing.

Once you can get it working quickly, you sales and marketing process has been built together and you can influence to the customer experience and the best way is to lift the other person up.

When you check all the negative customer feedbacks, you may notice they're all because those customers weren't noticed, they felt uncared of, the company was arrogant etc.

But if you lift them up, you can influence into their customer experience. The best way is to thank them for visiting your site and ask why they were interested in you. Start with that, by lifting the contact and mapping their situation.

Keep your products and services away. There's too much of that. And no one cares of them at this point. That's something to learn, but if you can link your sales process part of your web and expand your crm part of your web too.

You're already quite far. If your crm and social media are linked you can react quickly. The intensity window when the person is doing and is interested in is so slim. Be there then.

Try to do it differently. Talk with people when they're not interested. They care about themselves, this is a service profession! Good luck!

GENOA HALYARD WRAP - Duration: 3:10.

This is a Profurl Genoa furler

We can see the junction between the different aluminum profiles

On a catamaran, this is this joint that we need to be careful about

where the screws, located on the other side, here

maintain the two profiles together, ont he stay via a junction part of about 40cm long

On a catamaran, when the say is a bit flexible

it is this junction, which we can see very well now, that takes on the flex

Therefore, there can be few problems where the screws actually pop off from the profile

Now, we have another problem here

Because the genoa halyard warped around the rod stay

So I had to climb on the mast

so I can unwrap it and take the sail down

So, as you can see, I have fixed temporarily the genoa halyard so I can work on the wrapped part

Now, we are going to take the gennaker halyard to remove the tension in the halyard by pulling the sail up

So here can see the problem very well

the halyard is completly wrapped around the stay between the profile and top part of the furler

the halyard is blocked and it is not possible to bring the sail down nor possible to furl it

we can see the knot that I have made, the halyard is blocked and i can work properly

Unfortunatly this is a problem that can happen sometimes

when we did not really pay attention when furling the sail, especially with electric winches

This is why, on some boats that I had designed we decided to go for fixed points instead of halyard

to avoid this situation and to "break the stay"

the rod that we can see here, does not accept kink and curvature angle to sharp or it looses its mechanical properties drasticaly

We have removed the genoa halyard and now the genoa head is attached to the gennaker halyard

we can see the genanker halyard with he Facnor swivel

we pulled on the gennaker halyard to remove the tension in the genoa halyard

so we can now unwrap it form the furler profiles

We are on a small typical place at the center of the living hood

But let's get back on what happened those last days.

After the craziness of Madrid

Here we are at Consuegra, a typical Spanish village

Hotel la Vida des Antes welcomed us.

And it was a very peaceful place !

Piano concert as we walked in

The next day we discovered the city heritage

and especially the windmills

and the castle which seat at the top of the mountain

With an amazing view, it was unbelievable

We reached Manzanares

Where we stopped our Django in the middle of the town hall place.

People got intrigued

thanks to that we shared very nice moments

We were received at Santa Elena like queens

In a charming hotel

The next day we decided to visit the city

and shared a coffee with some Spanish Andalusian

who have lots of personality as you can imagine

The road up to Jaen was intense because it's very very hot here in Andalusia

But we were glad to finally arrive in this city

Where the two best guides were waiting for us

then we started with the castle tour

at the top, an amazing view on Jaen

Then we visited this huge cathedral downtown Jaen

which hold a specific place for the locals

because they are mainly christian

This cathedral has one specificity, its indoor balconies

which makes it unique in the world

Now heading toward Grenada

We will make you discover this multicultural Boho city

and its vast heritage

including the Alhambra

It looks like Pixar's lamp
