BROUGHT IN BOATS JUST IN CASE

ANYBODY NEEDED TO BE RESCUED,

FIRST RESPONDERS AS WELL.

SO A PRETTY SERIOUS SITUATION

WHEN THE FLOODWATERS WERE VERY,
