Today I have a recipe for a light snack from lavash. Lavash is prepared very quickly therefore, it can be cooked for breakfast or take a snack to work with.
And so you will need: 200 grams ( 2 cups ) of mozzarella cheese grate
1 large tomato or 2 small
Also in one of the pita breads I will use boiled chicken meat, gram 150 ( 1 cup )
Lavash is oiled with olive oil, mayonnaise or sour cream with garlic can be used
Lavash must be soaked, so that it does not tear when folded. Well we grease every corner.
We put 1 cup of grated mozzarella
We put meat, tomatoes
Carefully turn off the pita bread, if the edges of the pita bread are dry, then grease with extra virgin olive oil.
With the second lavash we do the same procedure. Lubricate with olive oil.
Also add mustard Dijon, American sweet mustard, honey mustard. Any for your taste.
We put 1 cup of mozzarella.
Tomatoes we put in 2 rows, I recede a little space from each other and from the edges of the pita, so it will be more convenient to fold.
Add the arugula and turn off the lavash.
We add grease to the baking tray with vegetable oil, put the pita bread, send the pita bread in the oven heated to 220 Celsius ( 425 F ) degrees, browned for 5 minutes on each side.
