Today I'm going to share the best type of content to create for Facebook.

I'll get into how to structure your broadcasts to make the most impact shortly, and make

First, let's talk about why Live video is the content you need to be producing for your
brand or business.
The search popularity for Facebook Live Stream has increased by 330% since 2016
- This means people are desperate for Live video content and are searching to consume
it.
Facebook has paid influencers using Live a total of $2.2 million to date
- Clearly Live streaming is prioritized within the Facebook news feed.
Live broadcasts are watched 3x longer - Audiences crave real-time, organic content
and prefer to watch things as they unfold versus scripted content.
The organic reach of Live broadcasts is 135% greater than native video content
- This is due to the search popularity of Live broadcasts and the Facebook algorithm
prioritizing Live content.
Facebook has been known to penalize Business Pages and accounts in their algorithm because
of the access they have to audiences and consumers through advertising.
By creating Live content, you're not only staying current with your marketing strategies,
you're also cutting in line within the algorithm and putting your content front and centre
– for free!
It also shouldn't go without saying that the holy grail of marketing of any kind is
the Know, Like, Trust (KLT) factor.
If you want your target audience to commit to you and your brand by becoming loyal customers,
you need them to feel connected to you.
What better way to build that connection than raw, organic content that delivers value on-demand?
So, now that you understand the importance of Facebook Live for your business, I've
got six tips to structure your broadcast so you can show up prepared and stay on track.
1.
Test your tech: - Go Live privately first to make sure everything
is working as it should.

Schedule your Live broadcast using BeLive: - This will send out notifications to fans
of your page, and you can also copy the broadcast link and send it to your email subscribers.
3.
Create a plan: - Introduce yourself and what you're talking
about - Invite comments and questions
- You should also re-introduce yourself and the topic you're discussing again in the
middle of your broadcast, and just before the end.
4.
Hang in there: - Facebook favours longer Live videos, not
to mention, the longer you go Live the more time your audience has to get your notification
and show up in real-time.
Aim for at least 15 minutes to start!
5.
BE YOURSELF: Seriously.
No one cares that you fumbled, don't have makeup on, or whatever you think you're being
judged for.
As long as you're educating, entertaining and inspiring, nothing else matters.
6.
Include clear call to actions:
Before you end the broadcast, make sure it's abundantly clear what you want your audience
to do next so they have no excuse to not take action.
