Do you-do you find acting in Spanish

versus acting in English a different experience,

or is just the s-is it--

I-I-I find it the same.

I-I don't find the same singing in English.

(Chris) Sure.

Singing in Spanish.

Right.

For some reason.

But the acting, a-and it's another very good point.

I mean, I've never done acting in Spanish before,

like this.

Never have.

Right.

This is the most I've ever done in anything.

Whether it's film or television.

So, it was very interesting.

But the-the way that the-the-the dialogue is set,

it's pretty, uh, it-it's pretty coherent,

everything.

Yeah.

You know, it doesn't make-- It's not that different.

Right.

Yeah.

Um, I don't know if you guys are aware of this or not,

but, you know, Reuben ran for president of Panama.

(Jesse) Whoo!

Uh, which is a real--

I mean...

(cheers and applause)

How did that affect...

how did that affect your career,

and did you have to--

Obviously, if you're gonna go into politics,

it's like, oh, you probably have to

put the acting career on hold for a while.

(Daniel) Yeah.

So, what-what--

Well, the-the-the-- An anecdote about the--

That was in 1994.

Yeah.

I was, uh, at the time, I was, uh--

Before-before the actual campaign,

I was in, um, living in California.

And I was walking my dog.

And, uh, Michael Keaton, the actor,

he-he-- bump into him in the street and he said,

"Hey, is it true that you're going to-to Panama

"to-to run for president?"

And I said, "I might."

And he looked at me and he said, "Why"?

(laughter)

So-so, it's very--

You know, I felt that I had to somehow give back.

Um, it was, uh, something that I felt that--

And I feel very strongly that we should all participate,

one-one way or another,

to try to make things better.

Right.

For others.

And I think the political process is a perfect way,

in a democracy.

So, and-and when I'm out, I mean, I'm out.

Uh, at one point, I worked in government for 5 years.

And I did no tours, no-no-- Wrote no songs.

Uh, did no albums, uh, no film, nothing.

I just worked 5 years.

And I lost my agent. I lost everything,

and I just--

And people actually-- some people thought I was dead.

Oh, wow!

In the Internet, they were asking, like,

"Is he dead"?

So, basically, that was the prequel

to this season of "Talking Dead".

Yes, yeah.

That was the prequel to this season.

It's just Daniel Salazar working in government,

basically, and just having to pass-pass bills.

Yes.

I just also wanna say, thank you, Colman.

Yes, thank you, Colman. Colman Domingo's the best.

I love-I love him.

He's a wonderful guy.

Uh, Jesse...

... what would fans be surprised to know

about working with Reuben?

Well, first and foremost, utmost professional.

I mean, uh, I mean, I was, uh,

I was pretty much a fan geek when I met him.

Um, you know, having been

a big fan of his musical career.

And then, you know, in '94,

when he ran, back in San Antonio, Texas,

he had just, uh, he made an appearance

and did a concert there.

And, you know, the Mexican-American community,

the cultural community was all calling him

"El Presidente".

And so, you know, I got to know him.

Oh, the man's really got--

He really believes the music that he's singing.

You know, he's very socially conscious.

But I also got a chance to work with him

on Salma Hayek's film, "The Maldonado Miracle",

that he garnered an Emmy nomination for.

So, as an actor, I had seen his work already.

So, you know, I kinda geeked out.

I didn't wanna let him know.

But, you know, right away,

he wanted to rehearse the scene.

We wanted to discuss the emotional beats.

And that's where I come from.

And meeting someone who wasn't necessarily

raised in an-in an acting theater technique,

it was wonderful to-to meet somebody like that.

And then the stories,

he's got incredible stories

that he shares with everybody.

And-and, you know, we just-we just fan over that.

But, you know, he told me the story of actually being

one of the only, uh, Spanish, uh, songs produced

for Michael Jackson.

He produced, uh, and arranged Michael Jackson's, uh,

only Spanish performance.

Oh, wow.

What was the name of the song?

The song-- He did a--

Michael did a song that was called, uh,

"I Just Can't Stop Loving You".

but I did all the lyrics in Spanish for him,

and coached him.

We worked together for, like, three days.

It's the only song that Michael ever sang in Spanish.

Oh, how was the Spanish?

Excellent.

I mean, he was a really wonderful, wonderful person

to work with.

Very professional.

You know, he wanted to do it really well.

Did it over and over.

Really a pleasure to work with, Michael.

I-I like Efrain's character because...

usually when I see someone that seems...

magnanimous, I go, "I don't trust 'em.

"He's up to somethin'.

"You can't trust him".

Something's going on.

When some-if someone's too nice,

if they're too selfless.

But there is something-- I mean, you--

Do you tru-do you trust his character?

You know, I mean, at first, you're thinking,

"Okay, here's this guy. He's acting all nice."

And then, at the-at the well, when there's no water,

then you're thinking, "Okay, he does have something.

"He's gonna chop you up and eat you or something."

I don't know.

Uh, but, Dan, no, I-I-I will admit, though,

there's something about you,

about-about-about your character.

Efrain just-- He's tr-he's trustworthy.

He really is. You can see, he's honest.

And also, the way,

as we mentioned earlier,

how he is killing the dead, uh, with, uh, the nail.

He's trying to send them off to a better place.

Um, I think it shows that

there's something inside of him that is a good person.

The Necessity Now of Being in Our Divine Authority

What is being in ones Divine Authority?

Well, it�s simple enough, you keep your focus upon being centered in your heart � you

follow your heartfelt nudges of inspiration and you do not allow your ego mind to run

your life.

Simple enough but can be oh so difficult to accomplish when our ego mind has been the

part of us holding the reins of control for so long.

Our egos need to control things is especially strong and wishes to take the reins in those

areas where our old traumas and more especially the deductions we made about life because

of them, about how we should be, do, act in certain situations to �survive�.

We all have a desire to truly reform those well programmed reactions to those old (sometimes

many lives old) emotionally challenging situations.

Often we believe that we have succeeded in leaving old reactions behind and think �I�ve

got it now� � �I won�t make that mistake again�.

Yet we continue to find ourselves dealing with these old patterns until we reach a point

where we declare, decree and command that we fully accept the guidance from our Divine

Family of Light to release those old habits.

It can be tough, however when we finally give up � �let go and let God� � let Source

within (our I AM Presence) lead the way we find a new way to walk knowing that any and

all of those amazing Spiritual Guides are more than willing to hold our hand and follow

us all the way into being fully in our Divine Authority.

Every seeming setback is just another opportunity to take a new step in the right direction

until we are in the Flow.

THE MOST IMPORTANT PERSON IN YOUR LIFE?

Who is the most important person in your life?

The answer should be you yourself.

No its not selfish to put yourself first although most of us have deep deep programming regarding

this subject matter.

If you do not consider your own needs of rest, time-out, alone time and always feel that

when there is time to spare it should be used to support others in some way then you will

not be helping anyone in the end.

Time and time again you will find that exhaustion overpowers you because once again you have

left yourself last in the line of important people in your life.

Our own needs for energy replenishment must be put first.

Becoming one with our divine authority demands that we remove that ego voice reminding us

about all of the others, situations, that need help or attention etc.

2 Short Tips

for dealing with that �ego voice� which has of course also led us this far and cannot

and should not be completely ignored.

When you hear that voice carrying on a conversation regarding preparations of whatever kind to

control various situations in your life tell it kindly and softly �you know that might

be good advice but that idea / concern might not be true at all� and maybe tell your

ego �if you would like to keep on this concerned conversation you will have to do so �over

there� � point to a chair beside you � on your own � not here.� Or something like

that.

You can also see your own consciousness as being like a clear blue sky and when these

�conversations� appear you simply see them as clouds of conversation passing by

and simply note this and let them pass by.

We should not attempt to prevent thoughts arising as this will only create the opposite

effect.

We Need to be Prepared Now

There is no time any longer for dilly dallying (wasting time by being indecisive) we all

need to be as prepared as we possibly can be for change now.

This readiness can be on every level.

This site has provided ample information on how to be prepared for change physically like

having food in stock for a week and if you own one, filling up the tank in your car when

its half full.

But more importantly is our readiness now to be in touch with our Divine Authority at

this time and no one is more suited to talk to us about divine authority than Archangel

Uriel.

Being in our Divine authority demands leaving behind our ego discussions regarding whether

we are good enough, clever enough etc. to actually do something to affect change.

Instead we follow through when our Higher Self / I AM Presence asks us to do something

that will benefit cooperation and unity between people on any level.

Our main thought in mind right now should be UNITY.

Unity first with our heartfelt I AM knowing which will guide us to what truly feels right

in each situation we encounter.

We might feel an urge to make contact with someone or offer our services in some way

or anything that will bring our communities closer at this time is of paramount importance.

We are each of us unique and different pieces of an enormous puzzle and when we follow our

heart we leave behind any unnecessary consciousness of things like �how we might look in others

eyes� or �what on earth will people think� when we feel prompted to take some kind of

action that can benefit the whole.

The Light Has Won � Lets Bring Things to Completion Now

Everything is possible.

We have unlimited possibilities � together we have unlimited advantages, let�s all

use those now, let�s be our own unique piece of the puzzle to create balance in our lives

and unite with others to bring balance back to this planet.

Anyone at any time with some moments to spare should send the Violet Flame in the name of

Trump Reports Income Of $594 Million, Net Worth Of At Least $1.1 Billion

Late on Friday, the U.S. Office of Government Ethics released a 98-page financial disclosure

form according to which President Trump reported income of at least $594 million for the period

from 2016 and through April 2017 and assets worth at least $1.4 billion; he also had personal

liabilities of at least $315.6 million to German, U.S. and other lenders as of mid-2017

implying a net worth of just over $1.1 billion.

The disclosure form was Trump's first since taking office.

"President Trump welcomed the opportunity to voluntarily file his personal financial

disclosure form," the White House said in a statement, adding that the form was "certified

by the Office of Government Ethics pursuant to its normal procedures."

On the income side, the largest component was $115.9 million listed as golf-resort related

revenues from Trump National Doral in Miami, down from $132 million a year ago.

Income from his other hotels and resorts largely held steady according to Reuters.

Revenue from Trump Corporation, his real-estate management company, nearly tripled, to $18

million, and revenue from Mar-a-Lago grew by 25%, to $37.25 million helped perhaps by

the doulbing of the club's initiation fee to $200,000 after Trump's election.

While royalties for his book "Art of the Deal" at least doubled, revenues for condo sales

in his properties decreased.

At Trump Park Avenue, for example, condo sales in 2015 totaled $44.3 million.

Last year, those sales only reached $29.9 million, a 33% drop.

Trump had roughly $20 million in income from his new marquee Washington hotel, which opened

just down the street from the White House last September.

The president also earned $11 million from the Miss Universe pageant, after selling the

beauty contest back in 2015, while revenue from television shows like "The Apprentice"

tumbled to $1.1 million, down from $6 million a year earlier.

The disclosure reflects income of between $2.5 million and $15.5 million from stocks,

bonds and mutual funds.

Trump sold all of his stocks in June 2016, a spokesman said in December.

In 2015, Trump's airline � Tag Air � which leases a 757 from one of his businesses, earned

$3.7 million in revenue.

The next year, it reported earning $7.7 million in revenue and travel reimbursements.

Trump used Tag Air to travel during the campaign, according to The Hill.

The president also disclosed $10.8 million from two entities affiliated with the Trump

International Hotel in Las Vegas, which he co-owns with entrepreneur Phil Ruffin.

The figures, described as development fees and a sponsor fee, are attributed to companies

for which the previous disclosures show no income.

There has been an uptick in hotel condo purchases at the tower by limited liability corporations

during the past year, where Trump and Ruffin still own more than 300 units.

On the liability side, Trump reported debt of at least $130 million to Deutsche Bank

Trust Company Americas, a unit of German-based Deutsche Bank AG.

Of this, Trump disclosed a liability to Deutsche exceeding $50 million for the Old Post Office,

a historic Washington property where he has opened a hotel.

Trump also reported liabilities of at least $110 million to Ladder Capital Corp , a commercial

real estate lender with offices in New York, Los Angeles and Boca Raton, Florida.

In total, Trump has five liabilities worth $50 million or more, such as the lease on

his Washington D.C. hotel.

His assets were reported to exceed $1.4 billion because the disclosure form provided ranges

of values.

Last May, Trump released a disclosure form that his campaign at the time said showed

his net worth was $10 billion, a number many said was overblown.

Trump also disclosed three checking and savings accounts holding a total of at least $57 million.

Furthermore, The document showed Trump held officer positions in 565 corporations or other

entities before becoming U.S. president.

His tenure in most of those posts ended on Jan. 19, the day before his inauguration,

and in others in 2015 and 2016.

According to a Reuters breakdown, most of the entities involved were based in the United

States, with a handful in Scotland, Ireland, Canada, Brazil, Bermuda and elsewhere.

Meanwhile, Trump has refused to release his tax returns, which would give a much clearer

indication of his wealth and business interests; they would likely also indicate his extensive

use of NOLs to minimize his tax liability.

Trump has, however, submitted federal forms disclosing the ranges of his and his family's

income, assets and liabilities.

7 Myths About Social Anxiety

Social anxiety is just someone having a fear of public speaking. This is not true.

Social anxiety is a fear of social situations not just public speaking. Yes

someone could have anxiety about public speaking but there are other instances

where people can experience this too. Like going to parties, meeting strangers,

going to get coffee in the coffee shop, anything that revolves around social

things that's why it's called social anxiety. It's not just public speaking and

everyone experiences it a little bit differently. Very few people have social

anxiety. According to the Anxiety Disorder Association of America, 15

million adults right now are suffering with social anxiety. It's very common.

Social anxiety is when you are nervous. Yes nervousness is a symptom of having

this disorder but there are many other symptoms and everyone experiences

it differently. It's not just being nervous. Social anxiety and shyness are the same

thing. When someone has social anxiety it means they have a fear of social

situations. It doesn't necessarily mean that they're shy though. Some people who

have this disorder are extroverts and they are around people and they are

doing things and they're successful and they're going to school and they are

going to work but on the inside they're having this intense fear but they're coping

with it. Shyness means you are not really around

people in social situations. You don't like it. You're more introverted. You're

more to yourself. You could be shy and have social anxiety but you could not. So

not everyone with social anxiety is shy. Social anxiety is just an excuse for being

antisocial. This is one of the biggest misconceptions I have found online so far.

I've made a video on it. Yes a lot of the things that people do with this disorder

maybe make it seem like they're antisocial or they don't want to be

around you. I know with me personally I want to go to parties. I want to be

around people. I want that but I also have this intense fear about

embarrassing myself or something bad is going to happen in a social situation

and so I don't go to social situations and this is very common for a lot of

people who have social anxiety. They want to go out and they want to be around

people but they have this intense fear that they can't do it. It's

not because they hate you or it's not because they're antisocial it's just

because this illness is so strong it's keeping them away from doing the things

they like to do. It's just a phase. A lot of people believe that social anxiety is

just a phase and yes people with social anxiety have their ups and their downs

but it doesn't mean that it's a phase that they're going through. It's a real

illness that needs to be treated. And the last myth that I find that is really

common in our society is that only teenagers have social anxiety. I wish

this was true because it would be great if you turned 18 and you don't have

social anxiety anymore. I would love that. It's like you turn 18 and you're

like switch pops on like I'm not anxious anymore! That would be amazing but in

reality it doesn't work that way. Anyone any age could have social anxiety any

gender any sexual orientation any height any weight could have social anxiety and

just saying that teenagers have it it's crossing out a lot of people that need

help. If you have anxiety I want you to know that there's so much treatment out

there and you can get better. I'm gonna leave some links down below if you're

China Buys Panama Away From Taiwan | China Uncensored - Duration: 6:33.

On this episode of China Uncensored,

two Chinas for the price of one!

Hi, welcome to China Uncensored,

I'm your host Chris Chappell.

And I've got a great idea

for all you countries out there

that need a little extra spending money.

First, establish formal diplomatic ties

with Taiwan.

This will anger mainland China.

Then, establish ties with mainland China

and agree to break off ties with Taiwan,

in exchange for millions of dollars.

That would never work, you say?

Well, just ask Panama.

A big win for China

and a major blow to Taiwan.

Beijing on Tuesday welcoming

formal ties with Panama,

after the Central American nation

ditched relations with Taipei,

saying it now only recognizes one China

and Taiwan is part of it."

For those of you who need some background,

once upon a time,

that time being 1912,

there was a country called

the Republic of China

that was in mainland China.

But then in 1949,

the Chinese Communist Party

seized control of mainland China

and created the People's Republic of China.

So the Republic of China government

fled to the island of Taiwan,

creating two Chinas.

Ultimately, the two sides came to an agreement

called the One China Policy.

That's where both sides agree

there's only one China,

they just also avoid saying

which one is the one China.

Which is all very normal

and makes total sense.

It's almost like each China

exists in its own separate reality

where they are the only China.

And then they made

the rest of the countries in the world

choose which reality

they wanted to live in.

Confusing,

but it could be worse.

There could be 52 Chinas.

But lately, the One China policy

hasn't been working out

too well for Taiwan.

Sure, at first most countries

chose their reality.

But then in 1971,

the United Nations formally recognized

the Communist Party's People's Republic of China

instead of Taiwan.

And ever since,

more and more countries

have been following suit.

Panama was one of Taiwan's oldest allies.

It's recognized the Republic of China

since 1912—

basically from its founding.

But now Panama has found a shiny new ally.

It's kind of like how in middle school y

ou suddenly decided that instead of

hanging out with Chris C.,

your best friend since preschool,

you were going to hang out

with that jerk Chris R.

just because he had an N64.

Whatever.

Anyway, now that Panama has dumped Taiwan,

China's gonna treat them right!

With millions of dollars of infrastructure investments.

The Chinese regime pulls this all the time

with developing nations,

especially those still allied with Taiwan.

In the mid-90s,

Taiwan was recognized by as many as

30 countries.

Now it's down to just 20.

When Costa Rica decided to make the switch,

they were rewarded with this delightful new

$100 million dollar stadium.

Are you not entertained?

Some countries even pit both Chinas

against each other/itself

for more lucrative deals.

Take St. Lucia.

No, the tiny Caribbean island named after her

that you've probably never heard of.

It used to recognize Taiwan.

But in 1997,

it decided to switch allegiances

to the Chinese Communist Party.

That came with funding

for large infrastructure projects.

But in 2007,

St Lucia switched back to Taiwan,

because "the foreign minister at the time

is reported to have suggested

that one should

'support those who give you the most.'"

Which in this case

meant a national tennis center.

But then in 2011,

St Lucia switched allegiances yet again.

The Prime Minister of Burkina Faso,

a small African nation allied with Taiwan,

told Bloomberg,

"We get outrageous proposals telling us,

'if you sign with Beijing

we'll offer you $50 billion

or even more.'"

This doesn't mean Taiwan

is on its own though—

just because 9 out of every 10 nations

don't have formal diplomatic ties with it.

For example, the United States recognizes

the People's Republic of China,

but also keeps up diplomatic ties with Taiwan

in some roundabout ways.

Following the split with Panama,

Secretary of State Rex Tillerson

said the US was committed to both

the One China Policy,

and to Taiwan.

So we can have our pork bun

and eat it too.

In the US, and in many other countries,

you can visit the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office.

What's that?

Well, I'm sure you might get some idea

from their website,

which you can visit

at Taiwan Embassy dot org.

Of course, the Communist Party is no fool.

They've been tricking people for ages.

That's why Fiji just happened

to close their Taiwan trade office,

just as Prime Minister Frank Ban...

Baini...Frankie B...

traveled to China.

It was for for Xi Jinping's Belt and Road Forum.

The Chinese regime has also just been trying

to get the name Taiwan

off of these "trade offices."

Right, "Trade offices."

Some countries even go a step further.

At the start of the year,

two Chinese companies announced

they're going to build the world's

tallest towers in Cambodia.

A month later,

the Cambodian Prime Minister

decided to ban Tibetan and Taiwanese flags

out of, you know,

respect for China's sovereignty.

And we know which China

they're talking about.

Just for fun,

imagine if the Chinese Communist Party

cared about more than just countries.

Imagine if they tried to bribe

individual people who recognize

the Republic of China

as the one true China.

Of course, that would be ridiculous.

Additional Insulin Injection May Reduce Heart Disease Risk in Patients with Type 1 Diabetes - Duration: 3:15.

Here's the latest on Xtalks.com: A small clinical trial has found that patients with type 1

diabetes who were given an additional insulin injection three hours after consuming a meal

may have a decreased risk of developing cardiovascular disease.

As cardiovascular diseases - including heart attack and stroke -are the number one cause

of death among patients with type 1 diabetes, the findings could help patients better manage

the condition.

of Xtalks Vitals.

Currently, individuals with type 1 diabetes rely on insulin injections after meals to

regulate their blood glucose levels.

While the dose of insulin is calculated based on the carbohydrate load of the meal, patients

don't take the fat content into account when deciding how much insulin to inject.

Since lipids from food are more slowly metabolized compared to carbohydrates, they can increase

blood glucose levels in the long term and contribute to the development of cardiovascular

disease.

Ten men with type 1 diabetes were involved in the small clinical trial, in which they

were fed three meals: one with a low-fat content and two meals with a high-fat content.

All three meals contained the same amount of carbohydrates and protein in order to control

for their potential confounding factors on blood glucose.

Following consumption of the low-fat meal and one of the high-fat meals, the patients

self-administered insulin shots based on the amount of carbohydrates in the meal.

Three hours after eating the second high fat meal, the study participants self-administered

an additional dose of insulin that was 30 percent of the original post-prandial dose.

After analyzing a series of blood samples collected from the patients every 30 minutes

until the 6-hour post-meal mark, Campbell and his colleagues found that glucose, lipid

and inflammatory marker levels were all elevated.

However, after the additional insulin injection -as with after consumption of the low-fat

meal- the measured blood markers were stabilized.

If future large-scale clinical trials confirm these results, recommendations for disease

management could be updated to include additional doses of insulin.

2005-2014 Mustang MMD Bolt On Hood Strut Kit Review & Install - Duration: 2:56.

The MMD bolt-on hood strut kit in black is available for any '05 to '09 Mustang owner,

who might be looking to get rid of the ugly and in the way factory hood prop, and replace

it with something modern, convenient, and out of the way.

This is the more affordable option, coming in just under $100, and as the title suggests,

is a bolt-on installation.

Because of that, I'm giving it one out of three wrenches on our difficulty meter.

But we'll talk more about that toward the end of the video.

If you're the kind of Mustang owner attending a lot of car shows, looking to show off some

under-hood dress-up, the ugly factory hood prop can be kind of an eyesore.

So this is a great alternative to that, simply because it does stay out of the way, it doesn't

draw attention from your engine bay, and stays toward the bottom corners of the hood, closest

to the cowl.

They do also blend in with their black powder-coating, so nobody even really notices.

Also, in addition to that, they are a very reliable way to hold up your hood, simply

because they lock into place and you don't have to worry about the weight of the hood

dragging them down.

Even just aside from looks, the factory hood prop is just downright inconvenient.

Even if you're trying to do the simplest, most routine maintenance on your Mustang's

motor, that thing can be really in the way, causing you to have to lean over awkwardly

on the side fenders, where the front is really where you want to be.

These will also cure that issue.

This set features two very powerful gas struts from MMD, which of course have that black

powder-coated finish, on top of a steel and aluminum lightweight construction.

Now, the powder coating does have it blend in a bit more under your hood, but more importantly

does add a layer of corrosion and rust resistance.

For just about $80, you can get this kit for yourself.

In my opinion, it's the most affordable option out there, especially when it comes to a simplistic

black.

If you're more interested in spicing things up, there is a chrome and carbon fiber option,

as well as black with Mustang lettering, all with varying price tags, of course.

Ultimately, they do the same job.

It just comes down to personal preference.

The install can be taken care of in about an hour's worth of time.

Maybe a little bit less if you've done something like this before.

Simple hand tools on deck like a ratchet, 10-millimeter socket, 13-millimeter socket,

a few extensions, and a flathead screwdriver.

Overall, I'd definitely give this one, one out of three wrenches on our difficulty meter.

The first thing you want to do is install the bracket marked "PL," or "passenger side

lower" to the factory fender bolt.

With the hood still supported by the factory prop, remove the top hood hinge bolt and loosen

the lower one.

Install the larger PU, or passenger side upper bracket, between the hood hinge and that bolt,

then tighten them back down.

Remove the retaining clips inside each of the strut balls on the struts, pop them over

the mounts on the bracket, and then replace the retaining clips to keep the struts in

place.

Once that's taken care of, repeat this for the opposite side and you're good to go.

That just about does it for me.
