Waching daily Jun 19 2017

I'm Joni Eareckson Tada and some time

ago my husband Ken and I we were back in

Maryland for the holidays and we were

watching old family movies.

My cousin Eddie dimmed the lights and he

flicked on his movie projector and oh my

goodness. I couldn't believe it. There it

was, I was a 15 year old holding on to

the reins of my horse on my feet.

I tell you I was so excited to see me on my

feet. You know there was a time when that

sight would have made me wish that I

could go back to the good old days.

Walking running horseback riding. But the

past is the past and now I do not

hearken to the past I delight in the

future.

And when I see home movies now, it gets me

excited about what my new body might be

in heaven.

That's what Colossians chapter 3 is all

about. Set your minds on things above it

says, not on earthly things. So friend, do

not be dwelling on the past. Don't feel

regrets that you cannot physically do

what you once did and if those memories

of life on your feet still hurt, stop for

a moment and let those feelings about

the past catapult you into the future.

Let the groaning not before quote what

once was but for what will soon and very

soon be and I can't wait.

Opel fragt die Straße: Was denkt ihr über "Die Zukunft Gehört Allen"? - Duration: 1:08.

Everyone - whether woman, man, young, old, poor, rich

- takes part in society

and should therefore have the right to shape it.

We should not hope that someone grants the future to all people,

but realize that is up to us

and what we dare to claim for us.

That everyone can evolve

and with the future change oneself.

If we can make

future technology affordable

and accessible to all.

A meaningful development. And when it enters the mass market

with the sufficient distribution it's a really good thing.

I believe it is important to ask such questions.

It would be nice if everyone had a part

in shaping the future.

If everyone could afford it,

if everyone benefits from it …

In principle, everyone should be able to participate in the developments

and also in the innovations of technology and life.

To my understanding, the future belongs to all people.

Yes, the future is everyone's.

If Any Of These 15 Animals Cross Your Path, You're Being Contact - Duration: 8:10.

If Any Of These 15 Animals Cross Your Path, Youre Being Contacted From Above

When certain animals cross our paths they want to give a certain message.

Several Native American tribes believed that each animal held its own message and piece

of information.

Animals are conscious, sentient beings and it is important that we treat all living creatures

with the same dignity and respect that we expect.

The ancients have always regarded animals as being sacred and their behavior was often

used as clues and signs at to what Mother Earth might be up to.

By watching the behaviour of animals, we can get a better understanding of the energy around

us and a deeper insight into intuitive messages and signs.

Just like we have spirit guides, we also have spirit animals.

Often spirit animals will come into our lives to give us a message or to teach us something

about our own ability and strength.

Sometimes an animal will come into our lives for a brief period of time as a way to signal

us as to something that we need to pay attention to.

Common Animal Messengers and Their Meaning

Hawk:

The strong hawk has keen eyes and strong wings.

If you continually see hawks or images of hawks, it may be a sign that you need to look

at something more closely before proceeding.

It may also be a sign that a strong or important teacher or lesson will be unfolding in your

life shortly.

Eagle:

The eagle is a sign of spiritual protection and moving to a level of higher consciousness.

If you repeatedly see eagles or eagle imagery in your life, it could be that you are transcending

or shifting into a new realm of consciousness.

Raven/Crow:

Commonly considered a bad omen, seeing a crow or raven could indicate that you are ready

to let go of something or that you are getting ready to enter into a death and rebirth

cycle.

Seeing a raven or crow very rarely indicates physical death, instead it is a sign of an

upcoming rebirth.

Owl:

Seeing an owl is an indicator that you need to pay attention to your intuition and wisdom.

The owl also comes as a reminder to pay attention to any gut feelings that you may be receiving

as they are trying to point you in the right direction.

The owl may also be a sign that you need to tune into your truth and act from a place

of authenticity.

Cardinal:

Cardinal birds have often been associated with receiving a message from a deceased father

figure or a male spirit guide.

If you repeatedly see cardinals it could be a reminder that you are being loved and protected

by this male, or a reminder to stay strong and confident in the path that you are walking.

Bluejay:

Seeing a Bluejay is often associated with receiving a message from a deceased female

figure or female spirit guide.

If you repeatedly see BlueJays it may be a reminder to tune into your creativity and

keep your creative projects flowing.

It could also be an indication that your family needs you or that family unity is important.

Praying Mantis:

The praying mantis comes to remind us that it is time to bring peace and stillness into

our lives.

The praying mantis comes as a messenger to remind us about the power of stillness and

creating space in our lives for the things that we enjoy doing.

Seeing a praying mantis repeatedly may also be a sign that there is a message that you

need to pay attention to or something that you may be missing.

Lizard:

If you repeatedly see lizards or lizard imagery, it may be an indicator that you need to pay

more attention to your dreams and goals.

Perhaps you have lost sight of all that you can achieve or perhaps you are feeling negative

about your abilities to achieve all that you desire.

Seeing a lizard is a reminder that you do have the power and that you need to spend

more time cultivating your highest path.

Snake:

Seeing a snake is a powerful reminder of your life force and your passions.

If you repeatedly see snakes or imagery of snakes, it could be that you need to pay attention

to your passions and put more energy into pursuing them.

Seeing a snake may also indicate that you are entering into a place of healing and renewal.

Spider:

Spiders carry powerful symbolism about creation and spiritual connectedness.

When you see spiders often it may be an indication that you need to tune into your creative potential

and follow through on any ideas or inspirations that you have to create.

It may also be a sign of your connectedness to the spirit world and perhaps also indicate

that spirit is trying to send you a message or reminder about this connection.

Dragonfly:

Seeing a dragonfly is a reminder that you are not alone and that you are very protected

by your guardian angels and spirit guides.

If you repeatedly see dragonflies it may also indicate that you are on the right path and

are heading in the right direction for your soul.

Ladybug:

The ladybug is commonly seen as a good luck sign and indicates that things are about to

shift in your favor.

Seeing ladybugs or ladybug imagery repeatedly may also be a sign of your need to pay gratitude

for all that you have and the direction that your life is taking.

Ladybugs may also indicate a good time for you to push forward in obtaining your highest

dreams and wishes.

Butterfly:

Butterflies come to remind you about the power of transformation and that there needs to

be a shift internally before you can shift externally.

If you are repeatedly seeing butterflies, it may be a sign that you need to change or

release some thoughts or feelings that are holding you back.

Seeing a butterfly may also indicate a cycle of transformation or growth occurring in your

life.

Wolf:

Repeatedly seeing a wolf or imagery of a wolf may indicate that it is time for you to pay

attention to the people you are surrounding yourself with.

If you see a wolf, it is perhaps also a sign that you need to learn how to accept help

from others.

Fox:

Foxes comes as a reminder that there could be a different way for you to approach your

life or see things.

If you repeatedly see foxes or imagery of foxes, it could be that you need to adjust

your thinking about something and the way you are approaching things.

Foxes may also come as a reminder to seek joy, to not take things so seriously and to

laugh at the little things.

Using your intuition will be key in determining what messages a particular animal is trying

to bring into your life.

Use this as a guide, however if you found this page, it is most likely an indication

that the message written here is

for you.

How to Continue Dieting Through Stressful Times - Duration: 5:55.

Hey everybody and welcome to another episode of 'Walk with Me.'

This week's episode we are going to be talking about how to de-stress, the best way to stay

on track during tough times in your life, and the 80/20 principle.

Let's get into it.

So how's everybody been doing this week?

My week is going really well.

It's been a perfect mild few days here in Portland.

Things have been pretty quiet this past week.

We're about to get ready--- we're leaving for that trip to San Francisco in a couple

of days, the one that I mentioned last week.

So that'll be happening soon.

Other than that not much has been going on, things have been so chaotic for so long for

me, it's been nice to have a little bit of a breather, so I'm purposefully trying not

to take on a lot of extra projects.

Trying to give myself a little bit of a break for a few weeks.

Never in my life would I have thought things could be so chaotic and stressful and crazy,

but so good at the same time.

When you think of stress you usually think of it as a negative but things have been really

stressful in my life but they have also been really great.

I love being busy, I love working on this business, I love going out and about and doing

things and traveling, but it is stressful.

Even if it's a good stress.

I'm trying to schedule in a little bit of that time to kind of decompress and relax,

spend a little bit of time on the couch with the wife.

Try and enjoy some of this weather.

Take a little bit of that workload off.

I can get a little obsessive at times with anything.

When I work on something, when I do something I'm always all in.

I'm the type of person, I'm either going to give every ounce of effort I can or I'm not

going to do it.

So that can take a toll over time.

Having this little bit of deload for a few weeks, I think it's going to be really beneficial.

Excited, I had that trip to Bend, and we have the trip to San Francisco and I wanted to

dedicate that time in-between to just kind of focus on my day job and having some fun

and doing some relaxing.

But this brings up a topic that I wanted to talk about and that is how to stay on track

with your weight loss when times get stressful in your life.

What to do if you're feeling overwhelmed, if you're feeling like I can't...

You don't have the willpower, you don't have the time, you don't have the energy, how do

you stay on track.

For me personally, I am a big fan of the 80/20 principle.

So the 80/20 principle pretty much states that 20% of the work is going to get you 80%

of the results, and on the flip side of that, 80% of the work is going to get you that final

20% of the results.

This is something I apply to a lot of different things in my life related to health and weight

loss, everything, I always love the 80/20 principle.

So what I like to do if things are feeling just too much to handle:

Step back a few notches, focus on those core basic things you need to stay on track.

I guarantee something like prepping your food is going to have a way bigger impact than

that 6th day in the gym or something like going out to a restaurant, even though it

might not be the healthiest choice, if you can fit it into your day versus going home

and just eating random snacks or junk food because you don't have time to cook.

Going to that restaurant becomes the most ideal option in that situation.

Or skipping that gym day to make sure you have your food prepped is going to be the

better option.

So evaluate your situation, evaluate your life, figure out what those key essential

points are that are going to have the biggest impact for you to continue your progress or

even further your progress and go all in on those.

Don't stress as much about those final little things, it's a long game, you want to go for

adherence.

So that's what I like to do in those situations, if I'm feeling overwhelmed with adhering to

the diet.

You're on month 8, you've had enough, just go back and focus on those basics.

Focus on what's going to have the biggest impact to have you stay on track, to keep

going and working towards it with the least effort possible.

Just take a little bit of a break, take a little bit of a breather, and again just like

when you start, as you feel comfortable you want to add in more and more.

For all of us, we have to learn how to balance all of this stuff for the rest of our life.

It might not be as conscious or as prominent in our minds, but we all got ourselves into

this situation because we didn't have control.

So the more we learn the easier that control gets but we're always going to have to keep

that control of our situations.

So if you're feeling like every day is a struggle don't feel bad if you want to step back for

a few weeks, focus on those basics, and focus on resetting your mind going back into it

more motivated than ever.

I hope everyone's week has been going well, if you haven't had the chance make sure to

go back, watch last Friday's video.

Dana and I had been working on that collaboration for probably a couple of months now.

He's a great guy, he has some awesome info, and a lot of his content is relevant to you

guys, it translates well so make sure--- go check him out.

Watch my video on his channel too, that would be awesome.

But make sure to give the video a like if you enjoyed it, it really does help me out

a ton.

And make sure to subscribe if you haven't already, I put out new videos every Monday

and Friday.

Leave me a comment down below, what is your favorite way to relax?

I'd love to hear that, get a discussion going, but until next time I'll talk to you all later.

Have a good one.

😳 Figging for Kinky Fun Tutorial 😭 - Unusual BDSM Toys #7 (and a DIY Too!) - Duration: 24:01.

yeah Sigyn it's funny it's painful there's nothing to do with FIGS so stick

around today we're talking all about sticking

hey guys it's Morgan with BDSM relationships and education thank you

very much for checking out this video today we are doing I realized I hadn't

done an unusual ploys video for quite a while so today we are doing an unusual

toys video that I'm really excited about we're going to be talking about digging

and if you don't know what that is stick around we will I really explain it

all don't worry so before we get started please make

sure that you are subscribed so click the subscribe button below and don't

forget to turn on the notifications that way you will be up to date with all the

videos that I post right now I'm doing Monday Wednesday and Friday so three

videos per week but I sometimes like to boast of all this video or sometimes

like last week I just make a little mistake and I forget for just on one of

the days so we get an extra video later in the week

anyways I do that make sure you're subscribed on all the notifications and

if you would like to support this channel through patreon you can do that

and I'm going to have a link up here for you guys but let's talk about digging it

because like I said it's funny is painful awesome I enjoy it

not something I do often but it can be a lot of fun so let's get into it

singing in a long and interesting history and I'm going to talk about that

before we get into what singing actually is because I'm curious to see how many

of you can guess what it is you know if you don't already know just by the name

so singing was used in ancient Greek and Roman times to punish female slaves now

I mean we don't know exactly how accurate some of this history is but

that is something that is commonly talked about and I believe it has been

written about we're not a hundred percent but it's just one of those nice

little ideas sometimes that we like to assign to our clay it has this deep

historical you know history and meaning and everything so that is one of the

things that has been said picking it was also used to punish

prisoners in Victorian times and it was used often in conjunction with paintings

and and other spankings and corporal punishments and we'll explore why in a

little bit and that is also and it don't encourage this use at all used on horses

to make some appeal up here more lively and to have them hold their tail up a

bit higher and so this would be advantageous when you're trying to sell

a horse and if it's like an old horse or a sick horse and you're like no no it's

a great horse loaded how high holding is tail looking at prancing around there so

it was kind of an underhanded you folks in that respect so what is fitting well

it has a little something to do with this and this is a rather large chunk of

ginger root and we are going to be using this today for our example on how to do

some digging so basically it is the insertion of a skinned piece of ginger

into the anus or the vagina and if you are a fan of ginger you know that it

does pass a little bit of heat and I really do want to stress at this point

that doing this with ginger is one thing we don't want to get into using hot

peppers or anything like that because the heat generated by gender is going to

be significantly less and the heat generated by some hot peppers can cause

burns especially when we're talking about mucous membranes and the sensitive

skin around the genitals and the anus so please you know do I really don't

suggest and I know some people use pepper oils or peppers themselves or hot

sauces and stuff like that on their genitals or anus but I am NOT a fan of

it I don't encourage it because there is that risk factor of causing burns so you

guys make your own decisions play at you know whatever level of risk profile you

feel comfortable at for me it's just not something that I do but I

do feel comfortable doing some picking because I know that this is not going to

be powerful enough to cause burns now of course we have to make sure that our

partners are not allergic to gender first because sticking a large chunk of

it inside their bodies would be a bad idea if they are actually allergic to it

so just make sure you check there now sticking does take a couple of minutes

to reach its full effect so you're not going to feel it immediately when it is

inserted that is going to take a little bit and the feeling itself will last

anywhere up to about thirty minutes or so for a single piece of ginger now if

you take it out obviously that sensation is going to fade quickly which is one of

the nice things about the ginger as well if it gets too hot or too intense then

you remove it and it will fairly quickly you know get back to normal and you

don't have to worry about you know this lingering burning that's happening and

then having to grab oils or whatever to try to get rid of it that you have to do

with some other chemicals we will do a video on different chemical play things

but that will probably be a little ways in the future because I've got such a

busy roster of videos coming up for you guys now one of the interesting things

and this is why it's used in spanking and paintings and things like that is

that when somebody punches on the ginger when it is inserted into their body it

intensifies the effect it squeezes out more of those hot oils that are causing

the burning sensation and it makes it worse so often when people are being

caned they're going to clench their butt cheeks together in order to sort of

mitigate the cane strikes however if you've got ginger in there well they're

going to get more of a burning sensations from the ginger so then it

becomes a game of what's worse the burning from the ginger when you clench

on it or the cage strike without clenching on it so that to me

part of why it is so funny to watch because you can watch literally on their

face the internal struggle of oh oh I'll bet hurt okay I'm going to relapse out

now the canyon hurts and I just I love it

i'ma sadist I have never hidden that from you guys it makes me happy so to

watch oh I love it uh uh so let's get into how to go about

figuring forward but there's a couple of things that you need to know so the

first thing is that you need to buy the biggest hand of ginger you can find now

that is how ginger is classified right there are called hands because they

usually have like one bulb and then they'll have like other chunks throwing

off it you can see here where something has broken off and they'll have like

Lydon here or something else is growing off and I'll have all these little

branches and it ends up looking kind of like a hand so it is called a hand of

ginger and then each individual sort of branch or whatever would be called a

finger now this is the biggest piece that I could find in my local

supermarket and visited two different supermarkets trying to find something

bigger issues divisional and find Asian markets are usually ideal to get really

big pieces of ginger because you so often in Asian cuisine

unfortunately ever since I moved out of the big city I don't live in Toronto

anymore I live just outside of the city um all of my international markets don't

exist out here anymore and I said well I don't have ever existed out here and I

kind of sucks I recently it's the one thing I miss about being in the city is

that I'm like but how can I buy all of this like you know exotic food that I'm

so used to eating like it's hard to find any or where I am which is a an Indian

College cheese it's hard to find me though fermented beans a bean paste for

suit there is usually founding in Japanese

cuisine so I mean it's just like ah so this is the biggest piece of ginger I

find and that's my little rant on how I can't find all the cool cooking the

things that I want well where I'm living right now

so that's Toronto and buy it all there so thankfully I'm close enough through

the city I can do that and I'm in Toronto all the time anyways teaching

and going to parties and stuff anyways so the next thing we're going to do is

we're going to peel and carve this chunk of ginger so I just have a little paring

a knife here you can see now here's the end of it you can see that it is a

paring knife and I'm not sure that's going to show up so no matter paring

knife I'm sure you guys are all familiar with the concept of a paring knife now I

have because I like to cook I have nice knives they are like good quality and

they hold an edge really well and I would really highly suggest that you

find the sharpest paring knife or smallish knife that you can the

sharpness is going to help you with carving it and it's also going to help

make sure that we don't have any rough edges or anything so if we are going to

use them anally we want to carve it into a bit of a bug shape now with this one

the reason I thought this is that I don't think I can quite make it into a

butt plug shape so I could have this as a handle and then carve this as the air

straight have this part of the handle and then have this as the part that is

going to be inserted so I want to make sure when I'm peeling that that and

ginger is really really fibrous so be careful this is not the best way to peel

ginger I'm drawing the knife towards you like this not the best idea so you can

see when I cut into it the color is nice and bright yellow which isn't picking up

so much on a camera here but in person it is very very fragrant and it is

bright bright yellow so what I'm going to want to do is I'm going to want to

cut off all these now believe it's right because those which is caused problems

so here goes one it goes to and like I gotta call you my boy was like I'm going

to make sure that I'm artwork when you film this because you are not using me

in the demo bottom for this one so sadly for me most of this ginger is going to

end you know being you is either in cooking

or curve 40 or that kind of stuff makes me sad guys like really much rather

stick it up someone's butt that's just me though so we're going to peel all the

skin off the ginger you can see it comes off pretty easily just be aware that

when you're like like I said cutting pieces off the ginger that it is quite

fibrous so that can make it a little difficult to cut now when we are doing a

butt plug shape I'm just going to keep curving while I talk so if we are doing

a butt plug shape we need to keep in mind that if we make the ginger too thin

at any given point it's going to break okay like this is this is just a root

it's nothing like super strong or whatever it will break off okay so here

you can see like have fibrous the ginger is so these are the types of things that

we kind of want to avoid and this is where a good sharp knife is going to

help you now I am like handling this I want to make sure that I do want touch

my eyes or you know a mouth or anything like that anything that I don't want to

have that hotness on I could wear gloves while doing this if I wanted it's just

like you know when you cut hot peppers or whatever it is that you are going to

make without peppers then you know and if you touch the hot peppers and you

touch your I like it zippy absolute misery it's going to be the same thing

with the ginger so be aware of that and understand that you do need to be

careful you could wear gloves while doing this or just wash your hands very

thoroughly afterwards and if the oils from the ginger are not coming off your

hands and you're finding that it is bothersome like it's allergy to using

you keep touching your eyes and you're just like killing yourself here

you can use a little bit of oil on your hands I like coconut oil because it's

good for your skin anyway and kind of scrub your hands with that a little

coconut oil and salt we'll get it right out literally just put it all up a

coconut oil and pour a little bit of salt on it rub your hands together use

that as what the soap type thing and then wash your hands with actual soap

and that will go a long ways to getting rid of any unpleasant heat that is left

on your hand with the oil so you can see here I'm just kind of carving the end of

this ginger to make it a little more rounded and more comfortable for

insertion and I just totally squeeze ginger oil in my eye

oh that's not a fun thing now hopefully I won't have some mascara running down

my face I like to point it into my knife don't get down

wouldn't bank handling um do as I say not as I do so here we go we're just

going to again try and we want to try to give it as much as these little fibers

as we can and leave the surface smooth so I'm going to kind of call it quits

there you get the general idea now I'm not carving and peeling this

part because I'm going to use this as a handle actually this is a perfect shape

here we go here's my ginger and that got this to use as a handle and then it goes

in and I may want to get around off that and whoops not in focus I may want to

round off this end a little bit here you can see that it is still on blunt but I

could round it off and just make sure that it is all nice and smooth as

possible and then we want to insert it immediately after it's peeled so the

longer that I sit here talking to you all of the oils in this ginger are being

dried up by the air so I don't want to sit and talk you know too long about it

I don't want to two long curving and making sure it's

absolutely perfect as long as we don't have any sharp edges or anything that's

going to like cause damage so like here I don't know if you guys can see this

but there's like a little blump blump bumpy thing there I would want to get

rid of that because that could be a problem

and I'm leaving you can see the thickness that I'm leaving here as sort

of the handle part or if I was carving it into a buckle of shape I really don't

want to go any thinner than like a half inch across probably an inch and a half

like diameter just because or maybe an inch diameter but I just want to make

sure that it's got like a good thickness thicker than my it's probably like two

meters thick right if I put them together that's probably how thick it is

um anyways I just want to make sure there's not going to break easily inside

of somebody so I want to insert it immediately after I've peeled it and I'm

happy with the smoothness of it um era degrades the oils and will make its left

in tent important here I do not want to use lose of any sort because that will

create a cushion to protect the anus from the oil so it needs to go in fresh

and clean Tony's water or anything like that um you know if you really need to

you could like add a little bit of spit if you needed just that bit of Lube um

but you'll find the vo oils in the ginger as long as you don't make it too

you know huge or anything you'll be able to work it in just go nice and slow like

you would with any kind of anal play but when I send flow and then you will be

able to get that in eventually now you are going to have to wait a couple of

minutes for the heat to build chances are it's going to take about five

minutes for the heat to really build up and we can speed up that process

slightly by doing things to encourage the bottom to clench so we can do

spanking painting crossed paddle whatever sort of like impact play on the

apps and will work nicely a couple of different ideas if you have a male

partner you could you know insert this in Lee and then have the

you know fuck anything whether it's you or you know just like I like to make

guys fuck you know little masturbators that are you know wedged into pillows

and stuff like that just for my amusement

um but when they do that thrusting motion they'll kind of clinch their butt

cheeks together so there is an idea so there is that you know as a clinch

I mean you're going to get is kind of a sharper burn going on now this can also

be used imagine aliy and it will not damage you know vaginal tissues so we

can use it as a dildo if we want you can insert it and leave it you could always

carve a different stroke style thing we could just take a chunk of this and

curve like basically a little canoe I would have our ginger and place that on

top of the cliff or we could just take this and rub it over the clip itself and

just keep kind of chopping up a fresh slice and rubbing it on the plate as

needed so there's lots of different ideas lots of reasons you can use this

I'm going to go in put my knife in my ginger down but I'm not leaving it

around and everyone's face um so let's talk quickly about some like

troubleshooting with digging so if the piece of ginger breaks like I said you

need to make sure that it's thick enough just carve a thicker piece

don't you know carve it too thin and always leave yourself a handle for

extraction but if you do end up with a piece of ginger in the anus but you it

has broken off and you can't get out then I would have the person go to the

bathroom and sort of bear down as if they are trying to have a bowel movement

and do that quickly because the way the anus works is that once you stick

something in there it slowly is going to try to work its way up into the body so

the sooner we can get them to the bathroom to you know bear down and try

to get that out the better we do want to make sure that we get it out because

something like this is would be digested much higher up in the system

you know things go into the stomach and that's where they sit

well actually in the mouth they start getting broken down banana some

especially and then they get absorbed in the intestine so by the time you get to

the colon we are not the body is not expecting to have chunks of food so that

can rot inside the body and cause problems so just try to go to the

bathroom and pass it and if it haven't passed within like say a day or two then

I would you know call an emergency doctor and get advice there I'm not

going to give advice on my line but just I would talk to a doctor and make sure

that you have some advice it'll be embarrassing they've seen worse trust me

they have seen worse so if your ginger is not intense enough you will want to

just be sure that you have freshly parts of the service and inserted it

immediately without using water without using glue or anything like that the

fresher the ginger the better it is so if you go to the store and all they have

are like these kind of shrivel up dried up pieces of gender they're no good

they're not going to be as intense so we want to make sure that we have very

fresh ginger and you may want to just try a different piece because each piece

of ginger this is a plant this is you know you there's no control on it so you

know one piece may have more oils that create heat than others so you may just

want to try a different piece so if you want to take your picking it to the next

level then you can do what's known as fermenting your ginger so all you're

going to need is your ginger hand or finger or whatever you have and a zipper

top plastic bag so you place the ginger in the bag you want to squeeze as much

of the air out of there as you can so I'm just going to kind of roll it up and

then we're going to do a zipper across the top and of course which I'm sure the

dollar stores are going to develop very well

high-quality soft bag so we're going to pretend that that is all filled up and

then I'm going to stick this in the fridge for between usually four and six

days we'll do it what we're looking for is just the smallest little bit of

mold growing on the surface now that's not a big deal because we still have to

peel the garlic or keep calling it garlic for some reason don't know why we

have to peel the ginger just like we did in our other uses so a little bit of

service mode isn't a big deal in fact the mold on the surface generally tells

you that it is ready to go so when I check it in the fridge and it's ready to

go it has that little bit more I want pull it out and then peel it and

use it in the same way that we did earlier and this will make it just a

little more pop over there just a little more intense when it is

inserted now I mean of course things are going to change because you know this

piece of ginger may not have as many oils is the last piece of ginger or

whatever but this generally will make the experience a little more intense so

keep that in mind all right guys so I'm going to wave my ginger but blood around

a little bit in the car and I'm also going to say goodbye thank you very much

for checking out this video if you enjoyed it please don't forget to give

me a thumbs up and thumbs up right there ginger up but give me a thumbs up if you

You complete this task by transferring the call.

Following these simple steps, you can transfer calls to other extensions, to outside callers,

directly to voicemail, and even choose whether or not you wish to announce the caller to

the person receiving the call.

There are two main types of call transfers.

A Blind Transfer sends the caller directly to the person receiving the transfer.

An Assisted Transfer allows you to speak with the person receiving the transfer completing

before the completing the transfer.

The fastest transfer method is called a Blind Transfer.

This method allows you to rapidly send a call to another party or their voicemail.

An Assisted Transfer allows you to talk with the party you are transferring to

before the transfer is completed.

This process helps to facilitate a positive customer experience during the transfer.

Transferring a call always starts by tapping the Transfer button on an active caller's Call Card.

The call is put on hold allowing you to manage the transfer without disrupting the original caller.

While on a call, tap the Transfer button on the caller's Call Card.

Then tap the Keypad Button on the Tool Bar.

To search either by phone number, first name, or last name, tap the search button.

To perform a blind transfer, tap the name for the contact.

This will open the contact's Contact Details card where you can transfer to the

the contact's main number, other numbers they have defined, or their voicemail box.

Tap the Dial button and then tap the complete button to complete the blind transfer.

To begin an Assisted Transfer to your contact, tap the transfer button and

then swipe left to right to open the applications drawer.

Tap Contacts to open the Contacts application.

Find your contact and tap the phone number for the contact you wish to call.

A new call card will be displayed.

If you wish to complete the assisted transfer, tap the Complete button.

To cancel the assisted transfer, tap the End button.

You may then tap the Resume button to speak with the original caller,

or start the process over to try again.

If you have Favorites set up with your often-used phone numbers, then transferring a call is

very easy.

During an active call, tap the Transfer button to start the transfer.

Next, tap the Favorites button from the Task Bar and then tap the Favorite Key for the

contact to whom you wish to transfer the call.

This will start an assisted transfer to that Favorite.

If you want to use a Blind Transfer to send calls directly to your Favorites you can change

the behavior of your Favorites in your Web User Portal.

To access the User Portal you will need your extension number and password.

If you do not have this information, contact your system administrator.

From the Web User Portal, using the "features" drop-down menu, select Phone Features.

Next, select the "Rapid Dial Keys" tab.

Then, click the Digium Phone Options button.

Set "Blind Transfer Rapid Dial" to "Yes" and click Save. The next time you start a transfer

while on a call and tap the Favorite's contact, it will send the call directly to the recipient

using a Blind Transfer.

HOW THE CHAKRA SYSTEM RELATES TO OUR AGE & STAGES OF DEVELOPMENT - Duration: 12:24.

HOW THE CHAKRA SYSTEM RELATES TO OUR AGE & STAGES OF DEVELOPMENT

BY KALEE BROWNJUNE

There are seven chakras within the body, running from the base of the spine all the way up

to the crown of the head.

Chakra is the sanskrit word for wheel or circle, because the chakras are energy

centres, thus when they are balanced they spin and allow energy to flow up the spine

(or the Kundalini).

Chakras can become overactive, underactive, or even blocked, which can affect us both

physically and emotionally.

The physical realm can affect our chakras and our chakras can affect our physical reality:

They are meant to work in harmony together.

You have the power to balance your chakras yourself, which can be done through meditation,

yoga, self-reflection, nutrition, energetic healing, crystals, or even just by being in

a high vibration setting or taking a deeper look at your emotions.

When the chakras are balanced, we feel at our best and our bodies are in their healthiest

state.

Many people who are familiar with the chakra system can quite literally feel it, and can

intuitively recognize when their specific chakras are imbalanced.

Since our seven chakras (in the body) work in congruency with our lives, and as everything

is connected, our lives also move in cyclical patterns corresponding to each of the seven

chakras.

Every seven years, we have one dominant chakra for that cycle; for example, the first seven

years of our lives relate to the root chakra, then the following seven years (ages 8-14)

are tied to the sacral chakra, and so on.

Within each of these seven year cycles, we also climb up a seven-chakra ladder, influencing

us on a yearly basis.

So, the first year of every cycle begins with the first chakra, experiencing more fear and

a need for security (root chakra), and then the last year of every cycle relates more

to spirituality (crown chakra).

If youre unfamiliar with the chakra system, read this article first.

How Our Age Relates to the Chakra System

1 year old (root+root): The root chakra can be associated with security, family, and feeling

grounded.

Our primal instincts and our more Earthly thoughts and actions are tied to the root

chakra.

In our first year in this lifetime, we enter into the root chakra cycle, and the first

year in the cycle is associated with the root chakra.

This period represents the first time weve ever seen or experienced this lifetime; were

only just getting familiar with this planet, and so its largely about fear and our more

Earthly, grounding feelings.

2 years old (root + sacral): At age two, we are still in the root chakra cycle, focusing

on the Earthly elements, but we start to develop feelings, as this year is tied to the sacral

chakra.

The sacral chakra is all about sexuality, creativity, and emotions.

We have a strong attachment to our loved ones at this age and we start to develop preferences,

likes, and dislikes.

3 years old (root + solar plexus): At age three, still in the root chakra cycle, we

are tied to the solar plexus.

The solar plexus is the chakra related to our I am presence, our sense of self,

and our understanding of how we work in relation to the rest of the world.

At three years old, we start to understand who we are in relation to others, as we start

to actually observe the world.

4 years old (root + heart): At age four, were still in the root chakra cycle, but were

entering into the heart chakra year.

Our heart chakras represent love and connection, in regards to both ourselves and others.

When imbalanced, the heart can be overbearing or afraid to love, but when balanced, it allows

our love and interconnectedness to shine through.

At age four, we are still learning our connection to the Earth and becoming more familiar with

it, and we begin to express love towards family and friends even more.

We start to become more sociable as we attend pre-school and kindergarten.

5 years old (root + throat): At age five, we are in the root cycle but enter into the

throat year.

The throat chakra is all about communication and self expression, as well as developing

a healthy balance of listening and speaking.

Children at age five typically start school and begin to articulate their words better

as well as start speaking more.

6 years old (root + third eye): At age six, we are in the root, but the third eye year.

The third eye is all about intuition, the pineal gland, and learning to critically think.

At age six, we begin to think for ourselves a little more and are better at communicating

knowledge and thoughts to others, as we are starting to understand them better ourselves.

7 years old (root + crown): At age seven, we enter into the final stage of the root

chakra cycle as well as the year of the seventh chakra, the crown.

The crown chakra is the one that connects our spirituality to the rest of the world,

and ties our consciousness to the collective.

Its at this age that children begin to develop a greater curiosity for the world

around them, particularly the unknown and the mysteriousness of our universe.

As you can see, the seven year cycle has a general theme, so in the case of ages one

through seven, its the root chakra, but then each year has a corresponding chakra

to it.

Now that you have a greater understanding of how the cycles work, Ill summarize each

of the following cycles in relation to the stages of development.

Ages 8-14 (the sacral chakra): In this cycle, we enter into the sacral chakra, which is

all about sexual energy, creativity, and learning to feel our emotions and express them freely.

During this stage of development, we begin to experience sexuality for the first time,

and often times people develop their first crushes during this period.

Young women will often get their periods within this timeframe and both females and males

will start to develop a greater understanding of their sexuality and what reproduction is

as well.

Its in this timeframe that many children will experience their first relationship and

gain a better understanding of what both sexes represent.

Ages 15-21 (the solar plexus chakra): This cycle is governed by the solar plexus chakra,

which is our sense of Self and understanding of who we are as souls and as people.

Many kids experience teen angst and become more selfish or introspective as they develop

a stronger sense of who they are.

We also start to objectively look at who we are in relation to other people and how our

personalities affect our relationships and overall perspectives.

People often develop strong hopes and dreams at this point in time, as we gain a better

understanding of what we want out of life and what our purpose here on Earth is (or

what we perceive it to be).

Ages 22-28 (the heart chakra): This is when we enter into the heart chakra cycle, which

is governed by a love for both ourselves and others.

Many people often meet their life partners during this time, especially as society puts

pressure on people to get married within this timeframe.

Its here that many people look inwards and develop a greater love for themselves,

which they are then able to apply outwards to their relationships and overall appreciation

for life and all people.

Many people also start to think about how they want to make a mark on the world, as

they have a stronger appreciation for Earth and the people living here as our hearts continue

to open up.

Ages 29-35 (the throat chakra): This cycle relates to the throat chakra, which is in

charge of our communication skills and our ability to express ourselves.

Its in this stage of development that many people truly find their voice and are comfortable

with who they are, thus allowing them to express themselves more freely and openly.

Many people find their lifes purpose during this time, or begin to refine it, because

theyve developed a greater ability to communicate what they want.

Ages 36-42 (the third eye chakra): At this time, people enter into their third eye chakra

cycle, which is all about intuition, wisdom, and synthesizing information.

Tons of people begin to have epiphanies or are able to better understand the knowledge

theyve gained from life up until now and then how to use it effectively.

Many people fall too strongly into their belief systems and allow them to govern their lives

during this stage, as they have an imbalance in the third eye.

Ages 43-49 (the crown chakra): The final cycle is related to the crown chakra, the chakra

related to spiritual awakenings, the collective consciousness, and our spiritual connection

to all beings and all things in creation.

Its during this time that many people begin to fear the unknown or death, often meaning

they have a block in the crown chakra.

This stage in life can also peak peoples interests in spirituality and the interconnectedness

of the world, and so many people develop a greater craving for knowledge and understanding

of the universe, which is often reflected into reality as a mid-life crisis.

Final Thoughts

If this knowledge doesnt resonate with you, thats totally cool!

For me, when I first discovered this through studying ancient Vedic and religious teachings

as well as yoga, I felt that the chakras and the age system truly related to my life.

I can see how all of these patterns have emerged in my life thus far and am excited to discover

whether or not this still relates to my life years from now.

Personally, I am currently in the heart chakra stage, as I am 23 years old.

Last year, before even realizing that I was in my year of the heart chakra and the root,

I had a strong focus on both of those chakras, always feeling the need to balance them out.

My heart chakra seemed to always be overactive, and my root chakra was always underactive,

and I could see this theme throughout the entire duration of the year.

Now that Im 23, Im in the age of the heart and sacral chakras.

I can already recognize that love, passion, sexual energy, creativity, embracing my feelings,

and expressing myself freely are all themes Im exploring as a 23-year-old.

If this information resonates with you, then I encourage you to take note of how those

themes affect your life and how you can heal your chakras.

We have lots of related articles on how to heal your chakras on the CE website, including

this one I wrote on how to heal your chakras through food, and

this one on how to re-align your chakras.

Much love!

Trump Takes Credit For A Few Dozen New Coal Jobs - Duration: 4:45.

DONALD TRUMP SAID DURING THE CAMPAIGN THAT HE WAS GOING

TO BRING BACK ALL OF THOSE LOST

COAL JOBS, AND NOW A COAL MINE HAS OPENED UP.

THE FIRST ONE

SINCE HE BECAME WHATEVER POLITICAL POSITION HE HAS. IS IT

MISSION ACCOMPLISHED?

HE SAID THIS RECENTLY.

HE WAS TALKING

ABOUT A PARTICULAR COAL MINE, THE ONE WE ARE ADDRESSING IN

THIS VIDEO OPENED BY CORSA.

IT HAS OPENED AND HAS BROUGHT COAL

JOBS BACK.

AND ALSO PROBABLY TO DUNKIN' DONUTS.

PERSONALLY I

WOULD PREFER MORE DUNKIN'.

THE MINING INDUSTRY IS LARGER THAN

COAL, BUT YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT

A BIG THING THERE.

THIS CHART SHOWS YOU THE TREND OVER

TIME.

I DON'T KNOW THAT THIS

MINE IS GOING TO REVERSE THAT.

IT SEEMS LIKE IT IS FOR HIS

BASE.

MANY OF THEM DON'T WORK IN

COAL, BUT A LOT OF AMERICANS LIKE THE IDEA OF IT AND THEY

THINK AMERICA SHOULD BE ON COAL.

IT'S WEIRD BECAUSE THERE IS THIS PARADOX WHERE YOU HAVE

TRUMP VOTERS SAYING THEY VOTED

FOR HIM DUE TO ECONOMIC ISSUES, AND THEY WANT TO GET THEIR JOBS

BACK.

BUT AT THE SAME TIME THEY

CONTINUOUSLY HURT THEMSELVES BY SPEAKING OUT OR BEING AGAINST

RENEWABLE ENERGY.

CALIFORNIA'S LARGEST INCREASE IN JOBS HAS

COME FROM WIND AND SOLAR.

WE ARE DOING A PRETTY GOOD JOB CREATING

POSITIONS FOR PEOPLE WHO WANT TO

WORK IN RENEWABLE ENERGY.

YOU SEE A LOT OF JOB GROWTH IN THAT

FIELD YOU DON'T SEE IT WITH COAL BECAUSE COAL IS MORE EXPENSIVE

TO PRODUCE.

TRUMP IS SIMULTANEOUSLY SHYING AWAY FROM

ANYTHING THAT WOULD HELP THE

ENVIRONMENT, RENEWABLE ENERGY, AND DOING AWAY WITH FUNDING FOR

TRADE SCHOOLS.

IF YOU DID LOSE YOUR JOB OR WORK IN A COAL MINE,

DID HE SAY DURING THE ELECTION

HE WANTED TO HONE IN ON TRADE SCHOOLS?

HE'S NOT DOING THAT,

HE'S DOING THE OPPOSITE.

OF COURSE THEY WANT TO HEAR RHETORIC ABOUT SAVING JOBS.

IT

IS JUST A RIDICULOUS.

I SAW AN

OP-ED IN A PAPER FROM 1913 ABOUT HERE IS WHAT IS GOING TO HAPPEN

IF WE KEEP PUMPING CARBON

DIOXIDE INTO THE ATMOSPHERE.

HERE WE ARE HUNDRED PLUS YEARS

LATER WHERE AMERICA CONSUMES 25% OF ITS ENERGY.

WE HAVE NORWAY

AND SWEDEN BUYING TRASH TO BURN BECAUSE THEY HAVE RAN OUT.

GERMANY NOW HAS 15% OF ITS

COUNTRY BASED ON COAL.

WE ARE SO FAR BEHIND.

WE HAVE A PRESIDENT

THAT CALLS IT A CHINESE HOAX.

WE

NEED TO STEP UP OUR GAME.

IT IS RIDICULOUS.

AND IT GOES FURTHER THAN SAVING THE ENVIRONMENT WHICH I

WOULD ARGUE SHOULD BE THE NUMBER ONE PRIORITY.

IF YOU GENUINELY CARE ABOUT JOB GROWTH IN AMERICA IT'S NOT

GOING TO COME FROM COAL, IT WILL COME FROM RENEWABLE ENERGY.

AND THOSE JOBS WILL COME.

THE DECISION WE HAVE TO MAKE IS IF

WE WANT THEM TO BE AMERICAN

JOBS.

The final dataset from NASA's Kepler Mission

will help researchers discover how many

Earth-size planets are in our galaxy.

Using four years of Kepler observations,

the final Planet Candidate Catalog contains

the best characterized data yet.

Observed in the Cygnus constellation, the data

contains 219 new planet candidates.

10 of these are less than twice the size

of the Earth and orbit in their stars' habitable zone.

The habitable zone is a range of distance

from a star where water could pool on

a rocky planet's surface.

The data will be used by scientists to help

determine the frequency and variety

of planets in the galaxy.

Kepler has identified more than 4,000 planet

candidates and 2,300 confirmed planets

orbiting other stars.

Kepler's search for planets continues as part

of an on-going study of different regions of space.

Future studies could reveal a vast range of planet

demographics and help enable the search for life.

Build Your Portfolio | Fidelity - Duration: 2:24.

One of the first steps in retirement investing

is building a portfolio that's right for your situation.

You can do it if you follow an old, familiar idea:

Don't put all your eggs in one basket.

Asset allocation and diversification

are the two main principles that can help make it happen.

Asset allocation just means putting your money

in a range of investment types to help manage your risk.

Typically, these include stocks, also known as equities;

bonds, or fixed income;

and short-term investments, such as cash.

Diversification means spreading out your investments

within each of those investment types.

By investing in different companies, industries, countries,

and business sizes, you'll have greater overall potential for growth

because your portfolio isn't dependent on the performance

of any one investment.

Mutual funds can help make diversification fairly simple.

On a daily basis, professional managers monitor,

research, and select a variety of stocks and/or bonds.

Choosing funds which have different types of investments

may help with your asset allocation needs too.

Which investment types make sense for you

depends on a number of important factors, especially

your financial situation, tolerance for risk, and time horizon.

When you're young and far away from retirement, you may be

open to taking more risk and therefore invest more in stock funds.

With a very aggressive allocation,

your portfolio might look something like this –-

with most, if not all, of your investment in stocks,

both domestic and foreign.

Remember, you'll need to be comfortable with wide fluctuations

in market values, especially over the short term.

As you start to get closer to retirement,

your appetite for risk may be decreasing,

and it may be a good idea to start to shift your investment mix

to include more bonds and short-term investments,

to help reduce the overall risk to your portfolio.

At the other end of the spectrum,

when you are getting closer to or are now in retirement

and want even less risk, your portfolio might look something like this,

with most of your holdings in bonds and short term investments.

This is an income-oriented approach.
