Do you know when you actually understand something in 100%?

When your able to instantly take action - like that!

You have understanding... Like with math exercise

When understand how to solve it you sit and solve it straight away

It is exactly the same with understanding anything in life

I.E. Smoking cigarets - You are told: "You will die if you keep smoking"

And do you think you understand this while you keep smoking? - NO

If you actually understood that you would quit because you want to live

unless you do not want to live...

... You smoke because you do not want to live - I don't know, never met such person

Or different example - you want to be an NBA basketball player

And you trainer says: you have to throw 1000 times every WEEK

but you decide to throw 1000 times every MONTH

And then in your 30s or 40s you seem to be surprised:

"Oh! I am not an NBA player. Its not fair, its the world's fault..."

NO! It has been said what to do but you decided to do differently

Same idea with cigarets

You turn 40, lung cancer and you're like:

Oh! How did it happen?! Impossible!

Those are just examples but it is like that with for example taking care of your body/health

There are always consequences of you actions

Damn it... and this is huge problem with entire human kind...

Lack of this understanding...

I don't know.... You want to have an amazing marriage but you're not working for it!

It's such a common sense

But no - people will complicate things purposefully...

... or they will not listen because they thing they will be lucky and some things will just magically happen

NOTHING . WILL . MAGICALLY . HAPPEN

Sometimes, the route is very simple:

Something is being said/known, work needs to be done no matter if its hard or not

If you want something... You have to fuckin' WORK

FRIENDSHIP THERAPY

Welcome to Words of Psychology.

Yesterday I was reflecting on this idea.

Well, psychotherapies and psychological counseling are, we could say, of a few types:

there is the individual one, there is group therapy, there is the couple counseling and then the family one.

There is, in my opinion, a kind of very important field forgotten by psychological counseling: the friendship therapy,

that is, the counseling offered to friends in conflict.

Friendship is a very important thing for us all.

The very existence of socials proves this, although many of our friends on social are not true friends.

Everyone complains, especially after a certain age, that there's a lack of friends

and that we can count our friend on the tip of their fingers.

Actually, this situation is usual for us all after a certain age,

and the most part of us own three or five true friends… or less because, passing the time, the social life narrows.

Never the less friendship is a very important thing and it does not exist or I did not found counseling for friends:

I offer myself volunteer, because I think it's a very interesting thing!

! I'm talking about a therapy designed to create conditions of greater serenity among friends who might have come into conflict,

who do not want to lose their friendship but living a contrast that cannot find a good point of communication.

Far from me transforming something natural in something pathological or wanting to get people in my office.

Indeed, I am very pleased when people, independently, find solutions,

and perhaps this is the result of my paternal therapeutic imprinting, which is focused on action and autonomy.

So, the aim is not to underline the traumatic and pathological dimension of the conflict between friends, and I'm happy when people bail themselves out.

However, it is true that there are situations in which friends clash, quarrel and experience difficulties,

and there is no consistent offer with that problem,

although in individual therapy an individual can talk about an existing situation of conflict with a friend.

There is, however, no offer about a meeting with two friends confronting each other,

eager to find a mediation analyzed by someone who externally sees things more clearly than those who are clashing, a supervisor, in short.

All that, in order to return to being as happy friends as before.

I offer myself to it or, in any case, I hope to inspire some better researcher than me

to open this counseling channel for friends who want to heal their friendship.

Evenaar - The Wild Atlantic Way (deel 2) - Duration: 8:27.

Ok, honestly.

I expected more from this.

We're driving the Wild Atlantic Way,

one of the most beautiful coastal routes of Europe.

On that road you'll pass Waterville.

A little village where Charlie Chaplin lived (for a while)

Hence this here statue.

From the same route you'll have a beautiful view of

Skellig Micheal, an island where they filmed Star Wars.

The Skelligs are two islands on the west coast of Ireland.

They are a World Heritage Site because of a well preserved monastery

and many different birds.

We've heard it to be wonderful! We couldn't really enjoy it though.

When we were there, the weather sucked.

We went there on a small boat,

the sea was restless and we were sat behind a sail so we couldn't see anything.

I was the first one to puke, but Tim and Yvo didn't last much longer.

We didn't get any reassurance on the island either.

Finally, at the top of the island, we couldn't enjoy the mist either, due to the mist.

Luckily we did manage to find some Star Wars spots.

I'm totally drenched!

Now we have to take that boat back again..

And then drive for two hours!

(Wait a minute)

Who's ready to puke (again)?!

We went to the Aran Islands and unfortunately that's also a boat trip.

After the Skellig Micheal trip we weren't that excited for this one.

And when we arrived at the port it didn't get any better.

we could see the sea was as restless as it was last time.

So I said to Leander 'I'm going back'.

When we went to the rental place to ask for money back

the tickets were handed to us immediately <i><b><u><font color=#00000000></font></u></b></i>

and we were sent to our boat.

At that point, there was no going back.

Yeah, and there you are again, on a boat.

We thought "we're going to sit inside now" because last time, sitting outside was no success.

Sadly, it didn't work out inside either.

We couldn't see the horizon from inside, so we got seasick even quicker.

I was playing games on my phone, hoping that would help.

But suddenly everything went wrong.

I thought, "I have to leave."

I rushed to the toilet

but on my way I saw one of the seamen, he was told me

"Outside, Outside"

And I got outside as quick as I could.

So there I was, in the line of loser barfing.

I thought to be next,

but thank god, I kept everything inside.

I followed Tim, because I had the same problem.

But once outside I was doing pretty well..

My seasickness dissapeared and my boattrip ended up being pretty good.

The Cliffs of Moher, it's not the first time Leander and I are visiting here.

Although I'm afraid of heights, I think this is a wonderful place to visit.

There are those daredevils who dare to come close to the edge,

But as close as Leander goes is not for me.

I do to enjoy it though, because here I find real rest ..

listening to the sea and the wind.

There's no one who's making a picture of her or anything,

she's just there because she likes it.

-just taking selfies..

She's sick

That's so scary!
