hey guys I'm Nisa Homey and welcome back to my channel today I am

sharing a healthy and filling weight-loss sandwich recipe for

breakfast some days back I shared a weight loss salad recipe for dinner with

my Indian version of hummus hummus is a dip popular in the Middle East made with

chickpea or chana which is also known as garbanzo beans after having the weight

loss salad for dinner I had some leftover vegetables and

hummus so the next day for breakfast I made this amazingly healthy sandwich

which kept me full till lunch time having a healthy and filling breakfast

helps in weight loss and weight management the vegetables and hummus

gave the much-needed fiber and protein and that will keep you satiated till

your next meal so let's get started with the recipe

I have already spread about a tablespoon of hummus on a slice of bread the link

to the hummus recipe will be updated in the description box below so please do

check it out now I have roughly chopped the vegetables which was leftover from

the salad and I am placing the chopped vegetables on the hummus make sure you

top it with as much as vegetables that can be filled in more veggies means more

fiber and more fiber means easy weight loss now this filling sandwich can also

be had as a meal for lunch and it is an excellent meal option to carry to work

now for some extra healthy fats, I am drizzling in 1/4 teaspoon of Desi Ghee

you can also use virgin coconut oil and I highly recommend the addition of Desi

Ghee especially for breakfast. please do check

loss so trying to include healthy fats as they help in the absorption of

vitamins and minerals now cover it with another slice of bread to toast the

sandwich I am using a traditional sandwich toaster which can be kept on

top of a gas stove or you can simply toast both sides of the bread on an iron

tava and my super healthy and filling sandwich is ready to serve. do try

Bats Day at Disneyland & Black Market 2017 - Duration: 8:26.

hey guys this is sticks welcome back to out and about this

weekend we're in Anaheim California for an event that we've been waiting for all

year long BATS DAY in the fun park here at the Disneyland Resort this is

something that my wife and I look forward to each year just like Christmas

and if you've never seen anything like this before I think you're in for a treat

okay before you keep racking your brain trying to ask what is this BATS

DAY in the Fun park or whatever it was he said well to find out let's go to the

official BATS DAY website for the definition

BATS DAY is a convention

type event that happens during an entire weekend at once a year BATS DAY

attracts people from all dark subculture genres and walks of life from Deathrock

to goth industrial to Steampunk Rockabilly to psychobilly Halloween and

anywhere in between all for the love of Disneyland to have some spooky fun and

now in its 19th year they started to do just that once again thanks to its

founder known by everyone as Noah K. and the cooperation of Disneyland they

strive to promote this event that everyone who attends will remember for

years to come and everyone who does attend comes as what I like to refer to

as their Sunday best their own style of clothing that represents who they are

and their chance that the rest of the world see them for who they are

sometimes even showing them what they're missing

and before you start thinking of the word cosplay I'd stop right there I were

you fact is most Goths take it as an insult to simplify them like that this

is real clothing that everyday people can and do wear and when you see the

pride and excitement that everyone has when they have a chance to come and

express themselves among their peers it just makes it that much more fun and

what's really awesome is because we have so many local and out-of-state attendees

who make an effort each year to come out and play most especially for my wife

Alice and our dear friend Risabella, who love to spend this time together and

make it worthwhile the entire event takes place over a three-day weekend day

one consists of a masquerade style ball day two is a black market and day three

is spent at the Disneyland Resort itself the first night consists of a masquerade

style ball where everyone dresses and scooty costumes and play the whole night

with music dancing snacks and fun it's a family event

so all ages are welcome now unfortunately I couldn't make it to the

Swinging Wake like I wanted to because let's face it I'm broke I can't afford

to go anywhere I want to but I made it to the second day of the event which is

something just as important as anything else here the BATS DAY Black Market

the black market is an exhibit hall event that's just like most fan conventions it

brings together vendors from all over who sell everything from small trinkets

to full clothing that celebrate the goth look or any other subculture that you

prefer

See this is where a lot of the cool stuff happens in this place when

you're shopping for anything you want to buy you can pretty much find little

trinkets or big things depending on what it is you're looking for I got a

head start and I've got some chocolates but believe me I want to. I brought Alice and Miku

with us today. Say hi we're going to play around a little bit

have a good time here but what's important here that you guys get to see

what they have here and believe me you're not going to find this stuff and

no like Hot Topic or Walmart, trust me not even Walmart trust me

this is the place you gotta really come see for yourself

what's really great

is that they do a lot of things here to keep you entertained while you're

shopping they have a DJ who plays many varieties of music throughout the day

and even a small art gallery where some of the items are for sale

depending on what you're looking for there's a very good chance you're going to find it here

and nowhere else clothing of course being the most

important thing they have professional seamstresses who travel from all over to

come down to bring one-of-a-kind items that you're never going to find anywhere

else you have the chance to see feel and try on any outfit you want and many are

willing to take orders for anything you may want in the future and with so many

styles of clothing to choose from there's a very good chance you're going

to be here all day

but it's the accessories that really make the outfit

here you're going to

find things that you may not have even known you're going to want and with so

many different types of accessories to choose from and with the reasonable

prices you're probably going to wonder why you never came sooner

they even have

custom made items for your home so who knows you may actually want this or that

or ooh something else that might fit the hey that is good I like that what's

really cool because some people want to show their Sunday best on Saturday this

gives everyone a chance to really take advantage of the whole weekend to even

wear some of the clothing they just bought today so they can be ready for

the big event tomorrow and with everyone so upbeat you know they just can't wait

One of the cool things about this that you're seeing everybody here and

everybody's having a great time it means there's no battles no hassles no drama

no egos nothing everybody here is just having fun mingling with each other and you

look everywhere in this place we see like wow why isn't this happening every

day because if it happened every day would be boring as hell, trust me but

it's great that's happening now and people can just have a

good time that's what's important here which brings us over to the main event

here that takes place every Sunday the weekend of BATS DAY weekend BATS DAY

here at Disneyland so with Alice on hand our girl Amora

and our friend Risabella and Tony this will be one day we won't soon forget

besides the great time that everybody has well at the resort there are three

events to take place that you just can't miss

one of them is a kids only photo op

that takes place over at the carousel in Fantasyland

the second one is a massive

group picture that's taken right in front of the castle for everyone to see

and lastly there are group pics taken on the steps of the Haunted Mansion in the evening

and with that this draws our day to a close which only makes us that more

excited because next year we'll be BATS DAY'S 20th anniversary and we're looking

We started out as a small factory, but we built up self-produced brand

We were the only successful factory in Takaoka region that succeeded in establishing brand.

In recent years we see rise of companies that develop self-produced brand in Takaoka

So, in some way, what we have started inspired others here

and I believe it helped to vitalize local economy.

What we really focus on the most is the design.

Customers would always appreciate a well designed product.

So we're working to create more stylish, well-designed product.

Each metal has its own unique characteristic.

For example, the Brass makes a very beautiful sound. So we cast them to make a wind bell

Tin is antibacterial and can be used as a tableware as permitted by law

so we developed a tin tableware series.

We work with each metal to bring out the best characteristic of it.

Well, since our product is mostly finished by hands,

It does take training to master the skills, but it depends on the position.

Relatively easy process would only take a year to master

While other processes would take 5 to 10 years of practice to fully master the skills.

So it really varies depends on the process and position. But none of them can be learned in a day or two.

It is handling lathe machine, a process to finish the surface.

There are many tools you have to be familiar with,

and for each tool, you have to get everything right; angle, pressure...

it requires a very delicate touch, which changes the finished surface considerably.

So the metal machining is the most difficult position to master.

There was this craftsman who joined us when he was 16,

He worked with us until he was 73 years old.

he was machining for 6 decades.

As far as I can tell, out of 60 years that he worked here, his prime work was the very last year.

As its (japanese) name suggest, it is a very good thing (=Imono).

(laugh)

Its charm is in producing process,

metal will be melted down,

liquid metal turning into solid object in the casting process.

I find that process very fascinating

Also, the casting process is best for multi-product small volume production

so we can work flexible compared to other production methods.

to do something that all sensible people throughout history have done anybody and

everybody that has gold and silver has come out of any financial crisis on the

other side laughing and smiling whereas those who had no gold and silver
