More Evidence of US Support for ISIS

Straightaway after Trumps January 20 swearing in ceremony, a White House statement said

defeating ISIS and other terrorist groups is the administrations highest priority,

adding

To defeat and destroy these groups, we will pursue aggressive joint and coalition

military operations when necessary.

In addition, the Trump Administration will work with international partners to cut off

funding for terrorist groups, to expand intelligence sharing, and to engage in cyberwarfare to

disrupt and disable propaganda and recruiting. Instead of defeat(ing) and destroy(ing)

these groups, the Trump administration actively supports them.

Photographic evidence shows ISIS firing US-made TOW-guided anti-tank missiles against government

forces.

In last years battle for Aleppo, al-Nusra terrorists used these weapons, according to

Russian General Sergei Rudskoi supplied by the Obama administration.

ISIS was earlier supplied with shoulder-launched, man-portable, easy to operate, surface-to-air

missiles (SAMS), able to down helicopters and low-flying aircraft.

These weapons are still likely being supplied to the group and other anti-government forces.

Washington and its rogue allies covertly support the scourge they claim to oppose.

Numerous times Bashar al-Assad accused Western and regional countries of supporting ISIS

and other terrorist groups combating government forces.

On Saturday, his political and media advisor Bouthiana Shaaban accused Washington of arming

and financing ISIS, flagrantly violating Security Council Resolution 2253 (December 2015) sponsored

by Russia and America, unanimously adopted.

It covers an asset freeze, travel ban, arms embargo and lists criteria for designating

ISIS, al-Qaeda, and associated individuals, groups, undertaking and entities as terrorist

groups.

It states parties responsible for committing, organizing or supporting terrorist acts must

be held accountable.

It called on member states to cooperate fully in investigating incidents involving these

groups.

It stressed the obligation of member states to prevent their nationals or persons in their

countries from aiding them economically and/or militarily.

Russia and Iran scrupulously observe its principles.

America and its rogue allies repeatedly violate them.

Separately, according to Libyas Al-Manar TV, Iraqi forces regained control of the strategically

important al-Waleed checkpoint on the Syria border located near the al-Tanf border

crossing, along the important Syrian/Iraqi/Jordanian triangle.

 Will Intercept Any Aircraft

Last week, Syrian Defense Ministry officials held talks with their Iraqi counterparts in

Baghdad on coordinating border security and combating a common enemy, which is the

terrorist Daesh (ISIS) organization, adding: We discussed holding Syria-Iraq borders

to maintain pressure on the terrorist enemy and establishing a joint operations center

through which both sides can coordinate. On Saturday, Syrian General Mohammad Issa

said (s)ending US missiles to al-Tanf is (part

of a) US (plan) to create a small ISIL state along the Syrian, Iraqi and Jordanian borders

to separate Syria from Iraq and Iran, and turn it into a marginalized country which

doesnt play any role in the region. A similar scheme is planned for northern Syria

to separate it from Damascus control part of a diabolical

US plot to destroy the countrys sovereignty.

MAKEUP HAUL | Sephora, Urband Decay, Drugstore & more! - Duration: 30:28.

hey guys welcome back to my channel so today we're talking about some makeup

products that I've picked up over the last month and I'm super excited to talk

about new makeup you all know how it get in hauls but I just wanted to say if you

are not yet subscribed to my channel don't forget to hit the subscribe button

down below if you want to be alerted of any new videos I have coming out we'll

have a chatty get ready with me for this makeup look I will have a naked heat

tutorial for this eyeshadow so if you are subscribe you will not miss those

alerts and don't forget to hit the bell while you're at it a lot of people have

been unsubscribe from my channel and YouTube's fix for that is to hit the

bell so anyway let's go ahead and get talking about some makeup that I have

been playing with some is brand new I haven't even touched we're talking about

Sephora and Urban Decay and Walmart and drugstore and everything so first things

first is I did pick up the Urban Decay Naked heat palette as I just mentioned I

am wearing it on my eyes today if you want to see how I feel about this melon

you're gonna have to wait until that tutorial is up if it is a believe it

linked up above but um yeah this is a warm lover's dream and I've used it

three times now so this is probably one of the more dramatic looks if you want

more looks with this palette don't forget to give me a thumbs up or let me

know down below next up is a couple things that I've picked up from Walmart

and I did use um these these today in my chatty get ready with me I used the two

larger ones this is the motive prismatic Pro makeup brushes and this is a four

piece set for $20 at Walmart I do believe Walmart is the only place that

you can find these right now and I will say I like them I felt like my

foundation went on great of course I'm using my color stay which I love right

now my summer color is 250 um and I felt like it they blend it in really well and

um yeah I really like them I bought a really cheap one off Amazon and it felt

cheap it felt like when I was like blending in my foundation that the

actual brush was going to break and these are a little bit more bindi and

they don't feel like they're gonna snap like they almost feel like rubber but

they're not you know so I have enjoyed these I've only used them one time I

have no clue what I'm going to do with these smaller ones if you have these let

me know what to do with those so I picked those up and will keep you

updated I also picked up this flower beauty sponge I don't know why I legit

had so many beauty blenders so many sponges that I haven't even like opened

to use but I heard someone raving about this particular sponge bath flower

beauty and when I went into the store they had it and I was like okay it's

like eight or nine bucks and I thought that I would try it out I mean it looks

just like a normal um Beauty Blender but everyone was talking about how soft it

is and how well it blended and a notch oh I just you know you just buy those

things that you hear about or you're in the mood

Bassem it is spongy and soft but it doesn't feel like a Beauty Blender it

feels more like the Real Techniques sponge which I wasn't a fan of like the

face sponge that orange one but um I don't know I'll give it a try I like

that it has that flat little point right there and we'll be seeing how that goes

I also got this nail polish um by la colors just because it was a mauve color

and I ended up getting these for my friend Lisa for her birthday and I think

she liked him I feel like they lasted on her um I think she'll let us know down

below but um last up to ten days it says and this was a beautiful like sparkly

mauve color so I had to get it and then the last thing is I hear so many people

talking about the Milani eyeshadow primer and I've tried so many eye

primers the wet-and-wild smashbox Urban Decay um lorac and really I always go

back to my Urban Decay primer potion it's the only thing that my oily eyelids

will not crease with but I've not tried this and so many people rave about it so

I just so happen to come upon it at Walmart which Milani is new

my Walmart and any time I ever look for this in like a drugstore sold out which

is the Sun you know um so I picked that up from Walmart okay so let's go into

Sephora stuff I did end up getting this 500 point perk this is Bobby's cult

favorites by Bobby Brown and it comes with a little shadow stick a mascara a

lipstick and brownie the bronzer and medium and eye cream now I have never

tried this bronzer and this is mainly why I got this is to try the bronzer um

and I love her lipsticks and I don't own brownie and I love her eye cream and

then these two things I am gonna put in a giveaway I don't particularly care for

this mascara but you will know how picky I am and shadow sticks never worked for

my wildy eyelids even if I like you know use a primer or set them or whatever so

that will go into the giveaway but I just wanted to show you so you know how

always complain when I get like like Sephora or epsy or whatever when they

give you like the little samples you know normally I would complain that this

is the size of an eyeshadow but I wanted to try it so bad before I splurged on

this but I was like I'll just still with it and the color is so beautiful and

it's so buttery it's like my kind of bronzer color it leans more on the cold

tone but not too cool tone that it would look like a bruise you know so I've

always wanted to try this I remember when I first started watching jaclyn

hill like years and years ago when i watched her um she used this and raved

about it and i was like i need to try that already i never have and here is a

little baby lipstick and i'm excited that I don't have brownie and it's a

color that I absolutely love yacht is brownie so the other things will be in a

good way by the way that giveaway will be coming

up soon I wanted to wait until I hit 15,000 but with YouTube and the way it's

been lately um it's just not going to happen so I want to go ahead and give

that away this summer I will be doing two giveaways on my channel hopefully

the beginning of July so look out for that um the next thing that I want was

my friend Kayla is such a bad influence because she's so good at makeup I've

talked about her before I believe her Instagram down below but she comes up

with the most beautiful looks and her eyelids are like so perfect I think

that's what it is I think her eyelids are so perfect and

matter like so hooded that nothing she does will ever look say mommy but she

was talking about this palette and this was in a anti haul video so I think this

is the first time that I bought something that said I wouldn't buy but

it would on tell this is the Tarte make believe in yourself palette and I never

wanted this palette just sold a bunch of my heart shadow palette this is a blush

but I sold those because I was just like no I don't use them um and when I saw

this come out first of all it's beautiful and when I saw this come out i

strictly thought color when I saw this I was like that's just too much color I

don't use a lot of color like I don't need it but kayla was talking about it

and if you cut out these three it's a neutral palette this isn't a lot of

color it does have those three colors in it and she was talking about the formula

on these being the best she's ever used and I love Tarte shadows like the ones

in the Tarte Pro the four circle ones on the right that's this formula um and

they are so pigmented so buttery and she was so right about this I haven't had a

chance to use it yet let me just show you this purple real quick um but I will

and look at that I mean isn't that beautiful this one is one of my favorite

to trance just like a light like pewter color and then the middle color I was

excited about but it just doesn't swatch like anything special I know Kayla wet

seas she always talks about like wetting your brush first and she says that when

you wet your brush and you put them on your lids you don't get that like k-cup

that I normally do she knows what I hate so she says you don't get that with

these and it did go from like 45 to thirty dollars so I did get it on sale

and I did get it with a gift card so technically I didn't pay for it which

made it a lot easier to buy but a lot of you all talked about it as well so Kayla

was the bad influence but when I said aunt

and I mentioned this a lot of you all were like oh my god that palate is so

good you're crazy so it was a combination of you all and her so I

ended up picking this up I will let you know so beautiful though also got the

touch and soul no poor Blum poor Blum get it no problem horrible Oh tip primer

and I had never heard about this it was under new arrivals on um Sephora I've

never seen anyone use this I don't know I just know I had big pores um I haven't

even like swatched it or smells good um okay so it feels like a moisturizer it's

not like that um silicone II it's not like my Tarte poreless it really does

feel like a moisturizer so um I will be trying that out and letting you know

because I do have a rapid review coming up of the two primers that I bought to

let you all know tour this is a spray setting spray and then this but they're

supposed to control oil so I wanted to try new one I like in summer I'm more

apt to use primers because that's when I get oily I feel like that's when that

poor show so I'm just on a primer kick right now the bottle is glass it feels

luxurious it has a pump it wasn't that expensive so I have high hopes and it's

pink so this thing I picked up was another influence from my friend Amy

this is bare minerals and visible bronze and the color medium i've swatched these

so many times at the store and I'm just like no no no no no I'm not getting it

so family she was sending me swatches of this and she's like I promise on your

face it is not glittery and then I had to subbies talked about it in one of my

comments and I was like dang I feel like it's a Sun everybody's talking about

this the only bad thing is is I've tried this all week and it is beautiful on the

skin it is not shimmery on the skin if you were my same boat thinking it was

shimmery because it does have shimmer in it and when every time I was watching I

was like I see shimmer but it does not transfer onto the face the only bad

thing is is that this is my winter color this medium color would be a winter

bronzer on me it does not show up and I have just the tiniest bit of tan right

now I've only been out in the Sun twice and I will get darker than this so this

doesn't show up on me at all it does make my skin look really pretty um I

liked it but I think I'm gonna keep this for winter and I think I'm gonna try tan

for the summer because I really did like the formula of this they're not too

pricey I think I want to say B for $28 but I get it now that I've tried it I

get what she's talking about how it looks really pretty and flawless on the

skin but I'm gonna need a darker colors because that one doesn't show up that

much so but I do like this you know so Amy you're right and subscribers thank

you um next thing that I picked up is the Becca light chaser highlighter this

isn't the color pearl flashes gold I saw this on live loves makeup I've talked

about her before and she did a review of all four of them and she was wearing

this not in that review but she was wearing this in one of her recent videos

and I thought it was beautiful and when she talked about what she had on I was

like I'm getting it so here is the color right here um swatching it it is

absolutely beautiful and it looks like what it did look like on her so you have

this pearl finish and then when it gets into a certain light you have like this

flash of light yellow gold so when i swatched it i snapped that night and i

was like oh my gosh starved the show of my haul I love it I love the packaging I

love that it's smaller because you know as junkies aren't going to go through a

whole Becca how I thought of almost hit pan on moonstone um but wearing this and

swashing it are two totally different things and maybe it's my older skin that

just hates it but this looks so bad on me like okay so when I put it on I put

it on with a normal brush I'm not wearing it today um I put it on with a

normal brush and when I first put it on I was like I had my head turned towards

my advantage like I was like oh my gosh it's so

pretty I love it and then I get in the car and I'm going to work and I pull

down the ladder to look at it in real light and I'm looking at my fitness face

head on and it looked like this like chunk of stripe was cutting off my blush

right and I was like what am i wearing and then I realized it was his highlight

so I heard my head and I was like okay so I see the go and I look straight and

it looks like the strip of just crap I mean it was so bad get to work and I get

into another light and I'm like no it is so bad snap my friend Ruthie so bad she

agrees so bad and then she texts me she goes you know they're called light

chasers so they're not going to be like normal highlights cuz they have like

that ship or that duochrome or whatever well it didn't work out for me and I

don't like this at all so I don't know it let me know down below if you've

tried these and what you think but you all know at this point in my life I am

about this life and this is as the water heat waves I'm trying to love this

trying to love you um and this just looks so weird on me like I just can't

get down and I wasn't about these I was not gonna buy one I had no interest in

people said they were subtle I'm like shuttle do subtle and then I saw her

video and I was like I need it but I think it's probably because she's 23

years old and her skins like a baby's butt and it just looks so glowy and

beautiful or maybe it was her lighting I don't know but I didn't go on me that

way and it is a different formula if you're used to like the Becca

highlighters being super creamy and buttery and just like melting into the

skin this almost feels like those tart shadows it's really rough there's no

fallout it's not creamy or anything it's just it's a different formula and it

didn't work out for me so that will be going back this is a funny story I

ordered my husband a bunch of t-shirts for Father's Day on JCPenney

and I needed to spend like forty nine dollars to get free shipping and I could

not like there were no other shirts he didn't have or in a size or whatever

tried looking in my clothes tried looking at the boys clothes every time I

did find something for us I would spend another like 80 bucks and I was like nah

No No so finally at the bottom I see Sephora and I'm like I can order Sephora

and it count against my shipping sure enough you can and I ended up picking up

this Karuna um clarifying face mask I absolutely

love Lisa Stevens here on YouTube I will leave her down below with all my friends

um along with Kayla and everybody but um she talks about this mask on every

empties video she raves about it she works at Sephora so I feel like she

deals with more makeup than me and she cares probably feedback more than I do

but she talks about this mask all the time

yeah with eight dollars eight dollars for one mask so I don't know I mean I

think that's a lot of money for a mask um but I'm really you know I really got

like not really sheet masks about like pot masks and stuff but if it's a

miracle worker you know I will bat it so I love my glam

glow in the white for when my skin acts up and I have acne but I'm willing to

try something else so we'll see I'll let you all know I'm

sure this will end up in an empties video and I can give a full review so I

had some good coupon codes when I placed several orders I got these two deluxe

samples I got better than sex water proof and then I got the hangover RX in

the spray and I'm super excited because I don't like the better than sex in the

pink and I've never tried the water proof so I'm excited to try that for

summer and then I did like the hangover RX primer like back in the day but I

felt like mine went bad and in minutes stunk and I threw it away

so I'm excited to try that spray and then my other order I got the milk

makeup liquid strobe in the color it doesn't say maybe there's just one but I

tried to use this when it first came in because I was super excited about it

first of all like very little comes out of this rollerball and it's so glittery

I'm so glad I didn't like bite into the hype on these I just don't like anything

milk makeup seriously I've tried a lot and I don't like anything that they do

and then the other thing is this Boscia perfecting white charcoal mattifying

treatment primer again with the primers so I'm sorry

- Travis out and let you own them then along with my Bobby's cult favorites I

did cash in some points I got the hourglass um girl like roll up stick

thingy in peacemaker I've tried these before I didn't feel

like it was worth the money but I did like them it's almost like a bomb like a

tinted bomb and so they're like thirty thirty or more dollars and I just it

killed me to pay that much money but I didn't have this color and I absolutely

love this color so I'm excited to have it and you know it was only a hundred

points I got the Marc Jacobs noir mascara because I love this I've had

like three or four samples of this and I always remember it being so good for my

lashes so 100 points for that and then I'm getting ready to do my giveaway have

the Brazilian did you all know this is pronounced boom-boom I've always said

bum bum but on octal II when I applied for one of their like the foot cream

it says boom-boom in parentheses like spelled out be oom vom so everybody says

it wrong but anyway I cashed in 100 points for this because I also cashed in

another hundred points for the pomegranate one in the purple tube so I

wanted to be able to give away both versions of this if you haven't try to

get so this will be in one of my giveaways and then I got a bunch of

polish and I'm so excited the one that I'm wearing today and I vilage it had

this on since Monday and it is now Sunday so I don't know these formula F

X's are being discontinued but they've always been great for me but I honestly

think it's because of this prom conditioning polish this is the first

day that my nails have chipped of course I'm getting ready film and this whole

nail chips off but I've used this and this has lasted almost a frickin week

that never ever happens for me right now wearing this like baby pink which i

think is just like such a neutral like not too pink and how to nude perfect

color and this is in the color stand out if you can still get on they were like 2

bucks so I got a bunch of those so I'm wearing these together

I did Travis color this is a collab with urban bush babes I don't know who they

are but this is called beige from our book and it has a little bit of shimmer

to it I didn't love this but I'm really really picky on nudes it was only 2

bucks and it did last on me so didn't love it but it'll work I ended up

picking up this formula FX polish in impeccable because when I bought the

makeup borrows like mauve color a lot of you all said it was like the dead-on

color of impeccable and that one is sold out so I just wanted to have like a

backup because I love that color so much so this is a beautiful mauve and then I

ended up getting her dark color and acoustic dreams because I always wanted

this and it was like 10 bucks and now it was like 2 bucks so I was like I can

hang with that and I ended up picking up this Ashley Graham polish and 36 Triple

D this is my favorite coral color I got this last summer I wear it all the time

but I did get this for the giveaway because it's only 2 bucks and I wanted

you all to have like my favorite coral color so I got all of those polishes and

then let's talk about my Sephora play for a second so of course the bag is

summer themed it's got little swimmers on it it says in a summer state of mind

which I'm totally in right now I'm loving my pool and loving Montana so I

thought this bag was super cute let's just go through what I got I got the

murad invisiblur perfecting shield I have wanted to try this obviously you

all know I love Murad products so I was excited to see that

um this Tarte guard I've always wanted to try it's like a BB cream but it has

SPF 20 in it and I got the color in medium which will perfectly match my tan

skin so I'm excited about that this is the Kat Von D liquid lipstick in k-dubb

you all know so this will be going into my other giveaway I'm splitting my

giveaways into face and lips so I'm gonna have a whole giveaway of nothing

but lipsticks and whoever is the first pick gets to pick which one they want

then the other one gets the other one so this will be going into my lipstick

giveaway that I going I'm so excited for those giveaways

I've been collecting for a long time and then this is the bumble and bumble don't

blow it fine hair seller for fine to medium soft hair I think you put this in

if you don't want a blow dryer your hair but I always builder it and I have like

three of these sample cells just like them I'm gonna throw that in my giveaway

and then this other thing is the Rio geo cruel charisma leave-in defying cream so

I really don't have curly hair um but sometimes I'll do like a wave and

then I'll curl it on top of that so anyway I got that not too crazy about

that but but honestly I would say this bag it's a B for me because the liquid

lipstick is great if you haven't tried that formula plus I get to give it in a

giveaway so I'm happy about that the proverb and want to try the tarte

guard up and one to try you know I give it a B that being said I cancelled I

give you a B and then we're done I cancelled my Sephora play this month I

just found myself not really getting to use these products and honestly the last

couple of Sephora clays just haven't been worth it now watch I will cancel

this frickin subscription and next month will be amazing but I just feel like

it's a waste of ten dollars and if you you know time set by twelve hundred

twenty dollars plus I was doing it C so I'm done with them for a while I've done

it C before Andry subscribe so who knows what the future holds but right now

we're on a break so lastly I wanted to talk about some PR products so if you

don't like that you can go ahead and click out percent from Offaly through

the brand so you have to apply and then the brand will approve you or deny you I

apply for the Lancome matte shaker and kits me sherry I wanted to try one of

these they only have like a super Barbie pink and then this one so watched a

bunch of reviews of this and everyone loved this even people that were like

I'm really not a red lipstick girl they loved this and it looked so pretty on

people's lips and I love the regular formula in this I have the nude one so I

really really wanted to try like a matte version even though in all those reviews

it doesn't like settle down like a flat matte and like crack out your lips it

looked like very comfortable and everybody

right about this color and I've already squashed it it's so pigmented I cannot

wait to wear it and honestly you all are the sweetest people ever every time I

wear a red people are like oh my gosh you need to wear it more often bla bla I

just don't ever feel comfortable in it because I feel like it's going to get my

teeth or it's going to feather or whatever um but this is just such a

beautiful read in every review said it was like so easy to wear so I will be

testing this out and letting you know and then the other lipstick that I got

was a YSL Oil instinct Rouge fill up Sean and number 41 Neal okay so you all

know okay here's two ones in my purse ones behind me you all know how I feel

about these lipsticks they are a hundred percent worth every penny I love them my

new ones were 44 and 47 number three I heard is being discontinued you need

that if it is then I have number eight which is a soft baby pink no one in the

world can ever convince me that these are not worth the money because they are

do I feel like you need 50 of them to like break the bank no but you need a

couple because they are so good they smell good they feel good they look good

if you go back into other videos you will see that these white cell lipsticks

reached like top 5 for me I did apply for this one and unfortunately the

pictures of the lipstick on unfortunately for me but fortunately for

you the pictures on the website didn't show the right colors so because I just

bought 44 and 47 when I saw 41 I was like it has to be in the same like pink

family right well I opened the box and it's like this coral color and I was

like ah please don't be coral on the inside and it and there's just one color

I can't pull off and I try trust me I have tried my flamingo I did a kook I

did a coral in a Kardashian I've tried so many corals it just it doesn't

personally look good on me so I'm going to include this in matte lipstick

giveaway so that one of you all can feel what the formula looks like and feels

like and smells like hope someone will get this that I've never

tried these lipsticks and they will love it as much as I do

but just know I own four of these and I bought them with my own money and I

think they're worth every penny so you all know my feelings on those but I'm

excited honestly to give this away because I'm I get more enjoyment in

giving than I would keeping this just to sit in my

collection you know so um yeah so that will be in the lipstick giveaway and

then the last two things that I got so the first thing is this Olay Henriksen

you all know I've used the skincare since I've been on YouTube this is the

invigorating night transformation gel I used to have this in a putt like screw

off and you stuck your finger in it but they've changed their packaging and this

is now in a pump so I do like this because I go to sleep at night I do not

like my skin to be sticky it's like I cannot stand for my skin to be sticky

and I'll light on the pillow and it feels like sticky and sweaty and oh it

just grosses me out and I remember using this and it is more

like a moisturizer but as you can see it's clear and it goes on like a cooling

gel and it absorbs into the skin so quickly doesn't have really a smell

which is nice too because I don't really like heavy smelling stuff on my face but

look at it it's just so shiny it feels so good I want to lather this all over

my sunburn right now because it feels so like cooling and hydrating so good so

I've used this before I already know I love it but I was super excited to get

it in this new pump bottle and have it back in my collection so I love this but

I will always keep you all updated on how my skin is doing with it and then

the star of the PR show this is the Olli Henriksen power pill I received a three

set sample of this so it was three different pills so I got to try it three

different times and I loved it so much and I went to buy it and they didn't

have it like it wasn't on sephora.com it wasn't in Sephora store I don't know if

at that time they were revamping the packaging it just wasn't available

but this is a three step system all together and the smell and the way that

it made my skin feel afterwards I was addicted and I just I when I couldn't

find it I gave up on it I was like oh well I mean I guess I'm just not gonna

buy it and then I saw it I'm off Tilly and I'm like you're kidding so this is

completely new looking it was like blue yellow and orange I think in the three

package that I got so I love how this comes I got six different pills and it

tells you like step one two and three my favorite or I guess the - I like the

scrub the scrub is okay it's not as abrasive as I like scrubs to be but the

lemon peel and the chamomile comfort mask ha the smell and the way that my

skin feels after this I highly recommend it I am sure you can find this in stores

now that it's you know prepackaged I guess but I love this and I loved it

when it was samples you know way back you will see that in an empty videos if

you go back and how much I loved it so I jumped all over these they took forever

Ascension Messages – DNA, Repeating Numbers, Ascension Codes, And More - Duration: 7:35.

Ascension Messages DNA, Repeating Numbers, Ascension Codes, And More

by Kim Hutchinson,

DNA from the Sun

Vision: During healing meditations, I frequently connect with Father Sun.

Its common for me to see huge DNA-like strands of light flowing out of the Sun in

every direction.

On occasion, Ive also heard the term light codes as I looked at the strands.

When I look around me using my third eye, the air is thick with glowing spirals.

Everyone, and everything, is absorbing these luminous helixes.

Meaning: Encoded in the Suns light are DNA upgrades.

These originated from the Central Sun, and are responsible for upgrading life throughout

the universe.

The Sun is seeding new life through divine light.

Guidance: Stay connected to Father Sun through your heart.

You might also want to ensure youre getting adequate sunlight.

I like to sit outside for 20 minutes of direct sunlight (no sunscreen) daily.

Use your judgement about what is right for you.

Hogwarts Express and 4D

Vision: Harry Potter has been popping into my consciousness.

While I read the series years ago, lately I started hearing about Harry Potter again,

and specifically, I keep seeing the Hogwarts Express 9 platform sign.

Meaning: Consciousness on our planet currently spans from 3D to 5D.

The bulk of the time these days, we are interacting from a 4D level.

As opposed to the 50-50 polarity of 3D, the fourth dimension is 75% negative.

That percentage is the same as the 3/4 figure on the sign.

Additionally, the dark, service-to-self beings in the 4th are hidden from our awareness,

just like Harry Potters magical world is hidden from the non-magical Muggles.

Guidance: Things may appear to be gloomier than usual, but this is only an illusion.

Once we finish purging our darkness, we will move into unity consciousness of the 5th dimension.

To boost your vibration, ground yourself to fifth dimensional Earth, and then see your

roots going down through the 4th and into the 3D.

Escape Rooms and 3D Traps

Message: Escape rooms keep coming into my consciousness.

These are physical adventure games in which players solve a series of puzzles using clues

to eventually escape the room in which they are (voluntarily) enclosed.

The concept sounds both fun and a tad menacing.

Meaning: A group of people have to work cooperatively to get out, just like we need to cooperate

to escape this dimension.

Our higher selves agreed to allow Team Darks creation and interference in this multiverse

to see what would happen.

We now are trying to ascend while being thwarted by Team Dark.

This is a new twist in an age-old game.

Guidance: Find your soul tribe and work cooperatively to aid each others ascension.

Politics of Distraction

Message: Since the fall, Ive heard the term politics of distraction in my mind

many times.

Between fake news, Brexit, global elections, Trump, terror attacks, and so on, it can be

hard to hold a space of peace.

Meaning: We came here to be the change we want to see in the world.

Thats challenging to do while you are focusing on the unfolding 3D drama.

While my guides are not advocating that we turn a blind eye to the political arena, they

are cautioning us not to lose sight of what is most important.

This is particularly true for healers and other lightworkers.

Guidance: Unless you are called to help heal the political landscape, focus on a world

that needs no government, one that is unified in peace and love.

Russian Nesting Doll and the Multiverse

Vision: Frequently during my multidimensional healings, I am shown the image of a Russian

nesting doll.

These wonderful folk art dolls contain multiple dolls of decreasing size, all neatly stacked

within.

Meaning: The doll is a metaphor for the multiverse.

The largest doll is like the most expanded level of the multiverse, which is just one

step down from pure Source.

You can twist apart the largest doll to reveal a second, slightly smaller doll inside.

This is akin to the next dimension down from Source.

As consciousness descends the dimensions contract.

At the core is the third dimension.

This is akin to the tiniest doll.

She, unlike the others, is solid.

Here, density is the greatest, and so energy appears to take solid form.

Given that all the dimensions are around each other, when we ascend, we dont leave one

dimension for another.

Instead, we re-expand our consciousness to envelop each dimension.

Guidance: Lovingly embrace and integrate all parts of your third dimensional consciousness,

both light and dark.

Repeating Numbers and Ascension Codes

Vision: Nearly every time I look at a clock, I am seeing many repeating number sequences.

The sequences I see most often are 1:11, 3:33 and 5:55.

Meaning: As with dream interpretation, its important to honor your personal relationship

with the numbers.

I resonate with Doreen Virtues angel numbers: fives indicate big, positive changes; threes

connect with the ascended masters, and ones talk of a new cycle.

For me, 3 and 5 also connects with the third and fifth dimensions.

I interpret the 111, 333, and 555, therefore, to be a very clear ascension message.

The ascension is happening!

Big changes are coming and then well start a new, golden age.

Guidance: Stay heart-centered and connected with Gaia as we prepare for the upcoming changes

that will help us transition our awareness to the new 5D Earth.

コピペ動画について考えて語ってみました。I thought about a movie with only letters - Duration: 10:42.

There is an English translation, please use

It is high me.

Today I would like to talk about movies with only letters

This is not religious or brainwashing thing

It is an idea that I thought had arrived myself

Do you know movies with only letters?

A few images and descriptive videos of only letters are overflowing.

Do you have videos of only letters with news, conspiracy theory or videos of strange stories?

I also like this kind of movie? I thought that

Is it meaningful? I thought.

When I was talking with my friend I noticed

Can I do a test?

I have a request.

Please actually do what you say from now. Because it is meaningless otherwise

I will not say it absolutely. Those who are interested please.

Then, please remove one who is doing earphones, headphones.

Please close your ears.

Did you understand?

Please close your eyes next time.

Those who close their ears can hear their ears, do not you?

Did you understand?

Our life, I am a person full of satisfaction Listening, seeing and freedom.

However, there are various people in the world.

I think that there are also people who can not see, hear not. Have you thought like this?

I think these people are also enjoying youtube.

Why did you think? You can put subtitles on youtube

There are voices that criticize movies with only letters, but I think whether copy paste is appropriate, but if you are driving yourself, is it hard?

1000 characters, 2000 characters I think that it is truly amazing if I drive myself.

It is not a wake that can not be said to be copy paste

I suppose I went to see a movie

This movie is also so, but what if the subtitles do not exist, what should I do with the disabled people?

Even if there is no sound, if you have subtitles you can understand the content of the story, right? As the book is.

There are a lot of people complaining about movies with only letters on Japanese net sites.

"Movie with only letters is easy!" "Stop it because there is no meaning! Stop it! It's an eyesore!" "There's a shit" There are voices.

Do people say such things have made videos in the first place?

There are various opinions as it is an individual hobby

Good! This is useless! And there are lots of opinions

Think again How about a simple movie? I thought ...

However, I am good You only have to enjoy yourself! I dismissed the idea

I do not think about others because I can see, hear it Is not this useless?

It was important

Youtube is not just a place to enjoy yourself.

Great power and time are required to post one video.

Since I am also editing movies, I can hardly see any movies. You can understand even if you do not see the person.

Do you know how long it will take to make a 3 minute movie?

Put in letters, are there any wrong letters? Just checking will take you some time

I am not good at typing characters. There are many mistakes. I also put this character by myself. Use translation

I am doing it by myself.

It will be easier if you do it in two or three people

It is late to notice the mistake as you are familiar with the letters you type.

From there you can finally post videos Put the title. Describe details. And running on youtube and managing your own videos

When it thinks of this, it becomes enormous learning.

Youtube is learning!

How about criticizing them without understanding them?

You can make me think.

There are a wide range of video editing software from free to charged

Choose editing software, buy, introduce to PC, learn operation,

Can I use it with my PC spec? To investigate There are various problems

It is good for experienced people But amateurs are in trouble

I am amateur too.

It was really hard until I remembered

First of all, there are many people who give up

Listen to PC that PC does not understand! Search! There are various ways to search

It is important not to give up

Since I have the power to investigate myself, I will do my best

Is not it good if you are not satisfied with five things satisfied? Even if there is a movie with only letters, it is necessary because it is necessary for disabled people, is not it good?

Although the talk ends with this neighborhood, this translation uses Google translation, so it probably has not been passed down in all. I'm sorry

Thank you for your viewing

The Art Of Being Alone - Duration: 17:12.

ashkirwan.com.au the art of being alone is one of those things everybody

thinks about and nobody actually actively partakes on which is the whole

concept of screwed gas and good broadband and disappearing out into the

never-never of our truth in our existence to really chase what is

considered to be our own perceptions on how we want to live our life you know

emotional armory in the world today is so rampantly and built up so higher than

people have built up so many emotional walls and barriers around themselves

that we really as a cultural as a species find it very hard to let people

in and I've last few moments of had a few people get close to me that have

said to me that I'm very cold and it really surprised it over stepped back

and look at myself because being in coach being a speaker on the idea of

mental health family dynamics family wealth dynamics corporate performance

leadership et cetera et cetera but very hard to accept the fact that me I was

cold how could I be cold I'm not cold for

most a loving person out there yes I challenge people in the industry of

self-development yes I can be a little bit obnoxious and outspoken

because most other people aren't and somebody has to have the voice to say

speak up to show others the path unto the light from the darkness within which

most people are experiencing with their own parameters of anxiety and mental

health issues that are going on their life in their family dynamics when I

step back and start to see those people's point and I started to realize

the level of emotional armory that I built up within myself and come to

accept I guess the the toll and the fee paid to the ferryman and the gatekeeper

of my existence allowed me to surpass the darkness within to move beyond the

cluster bomb of the mental health issues that I had in my life

Stud to really see how where i was very cold towards people the last couple of

years I've dated some absolutely beautiful women and as much as they fall

in love with me I haven't really found myself being able to delve into the

depths of those emotions myself which has come back to a lot of the whole

concept of mastering art of being alone because when I was a lot younger and I

was dealing with the mental health issues when I was dealing with the

family narcissism and ego you might say even though the people of reference

wouldn't say that their ego driven or narcissistic at all much the same as old

I've said to those people that I'm not cold either in dealing with that

I'm started to I've had to really step back from the ostracization that I felt

that I perceived from my family in my environment in order to take control of

my mentality of my internal conditions and in changing my external conditions

has allowed me to evolve from the mental health issues that I was experiencing

and so you know decoding that whole level of being cold maybe really

understand the whole concept of emotional army to a deeper level because

master in the art of being alone ultimately comes back to being content

within and on to share your life with us and it's probably the biggest epiphany

I've had in quite some time in traveling and surfing around strallan paddling out

on some of Australia's most notorious surf breaks alone as daunting as and as

horrendous as that has been in crossing those barriers in my mind in conquering

a lot of that whole going rogue alone in my mind there's been it's really created

that need to reach out and connect with you my viewer my clients my people my

tribe and the people who in my physical reality

the people that I shared my life with people that I interact with on a daily

basis the people that are loved because you know love is a word that was never

really openly thrown around in my in my family environment it wasn't a word of

regularly thrown around within my parents relationship you know as a

younger man going through my social development in my early twenties me and

my mates were openly expressive of love and connection and connectivity within

ourselves and you know to the women who were dating at the time and yet that

emotional army was now families is ultimately what kind of smashed us all

to the wall that really had us stepping further into the partaking of drugs and

dance parties and you know that our floristic kind of had a mystic lifestyle

if you will and so from that point of living that social had mystic lifestyle

to being smashed emotional into the wall by a family that cannot express love or

develop love or open up about love or open up about communica conversations

that are hard to have emotionally you know they psychologically bound my brain

in knots through various forms of parental alienation gaslighting hull

plating crazy-making dismissive nature of conversations that

never ever get to a resolved a lack of evolving conversations that evolved over

time where we share knowledge and ultimately share our lives together

which had mean recluse away from mainstream society in order to conquer

distinct that I call about mastering the art of being alone going rogue

disappearing off the map flying under the radar not giving a shit screw guys

I'm out of here bugger the soul go and do that what to

do and it's been fun explained a hell of a lot of fun mark I've had had a great

old time living that existence and yet you know twelve years old the gray

subpoenas come to me is the true art of mastering the art of being alone with is

within the connection to others this is our come up with my concept through the

TLC of every dynamics through the evolution of these videos and sharing

this knowledge with you and this YouTube channel with you that through all of our

issues that we have once we move through the more negative states of issues and

start to evolve trust understand trust developed trust self with others with

our ecology in our environment return the key and start the engine and move

towards a prosper election down the highway of contentment to the higher

elated qualities of life through the human experience of emotional state and

conditioning on the higher echelon of more constructive emotions but in order

to get there at first we must understand the power and the virtue and the reason

of the negative emotion that exists resides within us because if we never

ever understand the more negative destructive deconstructed emotional

states within we won't ever understand how to bridge the gap between our

negative mindset and negative emotions and narrative experiences to the more

constructive positive emotional states and positive environments that we truly

desire living because every single person in this world does not have a bad

bone in their body I stand corrected there are two to five percent sociopaths

in society that do not honor their emotional state however the rest of us

very much regardless of whether we're having a negative experience in life or

a positive experience in life have the power to evolve from our emotional state

regardless of what that is through trust into the higher echelon of quality of

life that comes through personal experience and willingness to lower the

emotionally lower walls and start to allow yourself to find paths and

pathways and to allow a more negative emotional state to reside subside this

and move through trust into a lifestyle more conducive to ultimately what we

want to live that they're my friends that there is the mastering of the art

of being alone being able to sit with your more negative emotional sets

without numbing the pain through alcohol drugs prescription medication et cetera

et cetera in order to allow the emotional state to subside taking the

fractured parts of ourselves okay the negative emotions and integrating them

back into our whole of being emotionally and physically and spiritually through

not making those emotions real not true not making those feelings wrong but

allowing them to subside and move beyond when we evolved this concept with

constructive communication and our choices about our external environment

our external peer group evolves the internal peer group okay your thoughts

your monkey mind the crazy stuff that you say to yourself every now and again

which the mental institution and your psychologist will tell you that that's

part of your own insanity that buzz are you there inverses in your head are

meted there's a sign you think of Jesus or you're crazy no that is just your

mind over compensating because the unresolved issues and the negative

environments and stuff that's been going up so long it's making your internal so

closing your soul conscious mind step into overdrive and step into hyper mode

which you can't keep up because you haven't taken the time to allow those

negative states to actually sit subside evolve and perspire into a greater

connectivity through constructive communication and resolving your issues

as they show up mastering the art of the loan is taken back to power of this

monkey mind these voices in your head that they want to lock you up over by

taking back the power of these voices and evolving and not shaming them or

adding guilt to them because the evolution through Christ is the removal

of shame and guilt shame and guilt will be the one thing that will destroy your

world and have you build up emotional army and not

at anybody in and live a very Frankie bitter nasty life - I might add not ever

evolving and accepting things as they are and never seeing it only out of the

way and then eventually people won't want

anything to do with you and you'll just become that cranky old pop-tart

the birds everybody's tongue when they fight into it because it's been cooking

in the oven at 300 degrees for the last God knows how many years

burned to an absolute cinder you'll become through your neurology your

neural pathways of is so burnt out because he never ever mastered the art

of being alone I can say this because I've experienced in it and I'm

experiencing it so many people in my family my family parameters and I almost

was going down that way at 25 miles mr. sociable loving life I was going out

there meeting the girls falling in love - I'm undead dreaming about having my

own children and building my own business and monoliths in so many ways

until my own mother and my father decided to psychologically bash the

living crap out of me because they didn't know how to constructively

communicate or to evolve a conversation or to step into an emotional resilience

within themselves in order to hold space for me to open up and express my true

self because they never understood me as I intended to them stood always reacted

and responded and all might as much as that's a judgement I've had to step back

now they were to understand that moment in time in order to allow them to be who

they are which meant it means I've had to basically parent them and have

empathy and emotion for them in order to speak their truth regardless of their

ability and effectiveness to understand me as I intend to be understood because

every time I talk to them I cannot express my truth because they cannot

have the capacity to understand me as I intend to be understood because I cannot

ask questions I ask a question they keep talking over me they cannot answer

questions and they cannot actually stop and allow themselves to emotionally see

it with whether asked since I consistently by myself parenting my

parents and allowing them to be in their little natures

and God bless I mean really God's lesson they did a beautiful job of raising me

they gave me a great upbringing putting me through Bible School and raising me

with everything I ever could have wanted really that day my greatest teachers

they have been the ones that have taught me the importance of having the

constructive communication of having the good external peer group of having the

resolving the relationships why ultimately because of the destructive

psychologically abusive and manipulative Lee gas lighting and crazy-making

relationship that they had which delved into physical violence and filmed to I

might add nothing like hearing their old leg getting beaten to a pulp and then

screwed like a couch in the bedroom late at night during the week night when

you're stressed for your own school the next day and to eventually harden up and

stand there in front of you or your brother in the kitchen telling your old

man to punch me between the eyes and shower shower is always a mature man

he's probably that's lovely absolutely lovely expressive nature of

fundamentally constructive relationships and everybody wants to question while I

was going mentally ill and insane or never even imagined or contemplate that

one now with a moving right along totaling gamut Road of mastering art of

being alone it took me 38 years to run away my friends 38 years I'm telling you

have I had fun yes I have have I learnt a little thing

about mental health issues and constructive communication and romance

building and interpersonal synergy I'd like to think I have because like I said

before my friends mastering art of being alone very much lives in the connection

to others I will mate I'll see you go as you can

see it's early the morning and everyone's toddling off to work some

people like my lad I'm late anyway love to hear your thoughts and questions

on the concept of Martian out of being line drive in the box below and remember

to connect only through social media book ask for coaching to speak at your

next corporate function on how this whole concept of Martian out of being

alone can actually bring contentment into your work environment and bring a

greater level of performance to you and your crew to the vision holding

through-and-through to the corporate strategy because attained a place

together stays together and if you would like personal coaching

on mastering art your own art of being alone lowering your own emotional

berries the walls in order to understand so it's got a message of my phone as I'm

trying to record this video and my brain my monkey brain goes absolutely nuts

sometimes I read that message while I'm trying to talk to the camera because

that is how I raise my own level of performance because I turned this

cabinet on so I can just talk and I can get seen thoroughly vividly and

expressively look forward to hearing from each of you guys real soon because

when we all master art being alone the world will know a romance revolution or

have greater relationships with ourselves with our partners with our

family with our kids and with the community because when a community

develops a greater culture and synergy to evolve the world will know great

level of peace and love and connection and so with our kids and that's what

we'll bring to the next generation of leadership through and through that is

corporate strategy developed to a whole new perception or on5 now

spiritual knowing personal accountability on all results good or

bad internal dialogue encompass within

interpersonal synergy to a greater capacity that has everybody emotionally

possibility intuition is what will develop your inner guidance through all

forms and components of your life in order to have a greater trust themself

through the trust of ecology and then inner knowing of what is a greater truth

when all the cards aren't disclosed intuition will give you feelings that

are external and outside of your normal frame of reference within your ecology

and through the capacity of encompassing routine and environment and behavior

will give you reference points when something has changed something has

outside knowing of unexplainable

realizations that

have powered truth behind them over given time because of outcomes conducive

to something that wasn't explainable intuition is very much a connection to a

directs you through the power of choice the power of equilibrium within self

cry yet at one statement carries so much beautiful intuitive knowledge amongst it

it's amazing Yoda in D'Souza style is very much followed his intuition and

very much believed in the foresight of his mind's eye his gut instinct and

internal knowing that his whole flow and force and using all the force in life or

the fact that the force is not controlled by him but something he

tapped into and allowed to flow through him because it flows through the matter

of all things through the rock the trees the ship

stars it surrounds us brings life into us and

I only know what cell that's a went it binds us her intuition will very much

set you free and you're in traditional very much you can bring your vibrancy

into your world it will guide you through the darkest moments into the

finest hours of your life moving forward your intuition you will set you free my

friends how much have you developed your intuition and your knowing to be out

find the understanding in the abrasive cutting away of the exterior facets of

the rough diamond in order to expose the beautiful cuts and the luminescent being

that you are do you try to control your world to maintain your results in your

equilibrium your run on the ladder or do you believe and perceive that the

balance between you and other beings you and other people is what will see your

life maintain a level of happiness and vibrancy is your intuition will set you

free my friends just like the truth sometimes first it will piss you off but

it will it will set you free

in my life I've had to listen quite vividly in audaciously to a composition

that was conducive to seeing me sink into the pit of remorse and yet only

through redemption have I been able to find my own happiness within and come

from intuition that's come from my inner belief and Trust is something greater

than myself I can connect with you guys through social media so click the links

in the box below and I look forward to speaking at your event very soon because

through the development of our intuition and the connectivity and synergy of all

people involved within our teams within our families within our environments we

will start to connect emotionally and spiritually

to potentially raise the ability to step into mental telepathy

not through having full conversations through the power of our mind using the

fast but through being able to understand one another's body language

and tonality beyond just the words we speak and have a great level of

happiness and connection within all of us if that is where intuition will set

us all free we Jagr connect guys put your comments

The Russians Do It Again Democrats Get Crushed In Georgia - politics - Duration: 14:50.

The Russians Do It Again: Democrats Get Crushed

In Georgia Election Despite 7x Spending Advantage

After months of Democrats boasting that Georgia's special election in the 6th district would

be a startling referendum on Trump's agenda, they just got served up another stunning defeat,

as most networks have now called the race for Republican Karen Handel.

In fact, rather than losing ground since Trump moved into the White House, Republicans actually

performed better.

Of course, making Handel's win even sweeter for Republicans is the fact that Democrats

outspent them by a margin of 7-to-1, with Ossoff dropping a staggering ~$22 million

versus only $3 million for Handel....which is kind of reminiscent of how things played

our for Hillary.

oops.

Meanwhile, as The Mercury News pointed out earlier this morning, this race has been by

far the costliest in the history of Congressional races with Ossoff raising over $23 million.

Ironically, he received nearly 9x more donations from California than from Georgia, a testament

to how this special election has morphed into a national contest for Democrats.

Between March 29 and May 31, Ossoff reported receiving 7,218 donations from California,

dwarfing the 808 donations he received from Georgia.

In the nine Bay Area counties alone, he received 3,063 donations in the same time period.

Those are only a fraction of Ossoffs total donations, as he doesnt have to report

contributions from people who give less than $200 in total.

In addition, many of the individual donations include the same people giving to his campaign

multiple times.

Finally, just as we pointed out earlier this morning, there seems to have been some "oversamples"

in the polling data as the Real Clear Politics average had Ossoff winning by 5 points just

last week...for those keeping track that's a roughly 10-point polling 'error' from how

things actually turned out.

Here's what we said earlier today:

According to the Real Clear Politics average, Handel's support has surged in recent days

making the race a dead heat heading into election day.

That said, just like last November, we would be shocked if there weren't some "oversamples"

in the polling data.

Of course, it's only a matter of time until someone at CNN and/or MSNBC alleges that Russia

stole the election or thunderstorms suppressed the minority vote...you know, because it simply

can't be that American's just aren't buying into their failed, Big Government policies

anymore.

CNN is forced to admit what has been obvious for a couple of hours now

Handel has now pulled away to a 5.2% lead with roughly 66% of the vote counted.

And, you know it's bad when even the New York Times is throwing in the towel

Meanwhile, the Georgia puppetmaster is calmly enjoying the rewards of his latest hacking

conquest.

Hope on the Democrat side would seem to be fading somewhat as Handel has pulled away

to a 3.2% lead with roughly 60% of the vote counted...which can only mean that the Russians

have potentially prevailed again.

Meanwhile, the odds of an Ossoff win are tanking

And MSNBC is just flat out reporting erroneous data.they seem to think that Ossoff has a

2 point lead?

Update 6 (8:45 EST):

With roughly 46% of the vote now counted, which mostly consists of early votes, Handel

holds a narrow 0.4% lead.

Of course, this seems to be a promising sign for Republicans as Ossoff was expected to

win the early voting by a wider margin.

Meanwhile, Handel is currently leading the election day votes by a wide margin of 58%

- 42%.

As much as it likely pains them to admit, even the New York Times now seems to be predicting

a Handel win.

Update 5 (8:15 EST):

According to the Washington Post, Ossoff has taken a small lead as Dekalb County votes

have started to flow in.

That said, Ossoff was expected to perform better in early voting so only time will tell

if his narrow lead will hold up once in-person votes start to get counted.

Update 4 (7:50 EST):

The first numbers are just now coming in and they show a slight lead for Republican Karen

Handel.

Update 3 (7:45 EST):

After getting their forecasts massively wrong in the Presidential election last November,

the New York Times is back with their "Live Forecast" for tonight's special election.

We would say take this with a couple grains of salt.

View image on Twitter

Update 2 (7:10 EST):

To our complete 'shock', polls in Cobb and Fulton county have closed on time at 7pm EST

but polls in the heavily Democratic county of Dekalb have been allowed to stay open until

7:30pm EST because of "electronic voting issues" earlier in the day.

Maybe we're having memory issues, but it seems like "electronic voting issues" only seem

to result in polling extensions in heavily Democratic areas...probably just a coincidence.

Update 1 (6:45 EST):

With polls closing any minute, tonight's special election for Georgia's 6th district is being

described as a "coin toss."

That said, CNN and Democrats already seem to be hedging their bets by pointing out that

the heavily Democrat-leaning Dekalb County has been hit by severe flood warnings throughout

the day which they say has suppressed voter turnout.

Of course, we're almost certain that the Russians must have figured out a way to make it rain

just in the heavily Democratic areas of the 6th District...this is just too 'convenient'.

The key to following tonight's results will be watching how the candidates fare in the

three counties that make up the 6th District: DeKalb, Cobb and Fulton.

Ossoff is expected to do well in DeKalb, but he will likely need big turnout there to overcome

Handel's advantage in Republican-leaning Cobb and Fulton counties.

Per the Atlanta Journal Constitution:

North Fulton is home to some of the most conservative turf in the district.

Republican Karen Handel hails from there, and it encompasses the highest share of early

votes.

The county has a reputation for being slow to tally its votes (it took Fulton until after

2 a.m. to fully report during the first round of votes in April), but Fultons top elections

official said he expects things to move smoothly today since theres only one race on the

ballot.

North DeKalb accounts for the most Democratic-leaning part of the district.

Its where Democrat Jon Ossoff grew up, and its also where hell be looking to

rack up votes.

Voting at two precincts there has been extended by 30 minutes after officials reported slow

check-ins this morning.

As we mentioned below, its particularly crucial to look at Cobb County, which is a

traditional Republican stronghold.

If Ossoff does well there itll be a good sign for his odds to win the congressional

seat.

Below is our preview of Georgia's special election from earlier this morning:

Democrats have gone "all-in" on the 30-year-old documentary film-maker and former congressional

aide, Jon Ossoff, to win Georgia's 6th Congressional district.

Over the past several months, they have repeatedly portrayed the runoff as a referendum on the

Trump administration and a preview of the 2018 mid-terms . Now, as voters head to the

polls today, the question is whether their gamble will payoff...certainly, given the

amount of money they've spent, anything less than a victory will be yet another stinging

defeat for Democrats.

The contest for Georgia's 6th district pits Democrat Jon Ossoff against Republican Karen

Handel in a race that has drawn national attention and historic levels of spending.

As The Mercury News has pointed out, this race has been the costliest in the history

of Congressional races with Ossoff raising over $23 million.

According to the Real Clear Politics average, Handel's support has surged in recent days

making the race a dead heat heading into election day.

That said, just like last November, we would be shocked if there weren't some "oversamples"

in the polling data.

For those not familiar with the district, Georgia's 6th is located just north of Atlanta

and has been controlled by Republicans since 1979.

In fact, it is the same seat that was held by former Speaker Newt Gingrich from 1979

- 1999.

And while the district had been a stronghold for Republican presidential candidates, Trump

just narrowly bested Clinton in 2016.

Of course, with Republicans holding a substantial majority in the House, today's election will

have minimal practical ramifications in the near term.

Moreover, while the winning party will undoubtedly cast the results as a perfect predictor of

how the 2018 mid-terms will play out, Nate Silver of FiveThirtyEight notes that anything

short of a blowout will provide minimal insight into the next election cycle.

If either Democrat Jon Ossoff or Republican Karen Handel wins narrowly, it will be portrayed

as a more important predictive signal than it really is.

If either Handel or Ossoff wins by more than about 5 percentage points which is entirely

possible given the historic (in)accuracy of special election polls you can dispense

with some of the subtlety in interpreting the results, especially if the South Carolina

outcome tells a similar story.

Otherwise, Tuesdays results probably ought to be interpreted with a fair amount of caution

 and they probably wont be."

For those not familiar with Georgia's 6th District, here are some helpful maps to explains

who is expected to perform best and where.

With that intro, here are The Hill's "things to watch" as voting gets underway:

1.

Will the huge turnout trend continue?

While special elections typically convince few voters to head to the polls, the outsized

attention on the Georgia special election has led to booming turnout.

During Aprils primary election, 194,000 voters cast their ballot, with 57,000 of those

votes coming early.

More than 143,000 voters have already voted early for Tuesdays matchup between Ossoff

and Handel, a figure that means the runoff turnout will likely eclipse that of the April

primary.

Some observers say Tuesdays figures could even surpass the number of people who voted

in the district for the 2014 midterm election.

Strategists in the state expect Handel to do significantly better with the early vote

compared to Aprils primary, when she was competing against nearly a dozen Republicans.

Ossoff will also need to have strong early-vote numbers, especially since Republicans historically

do better with Election Day turnout.

Will GOP strongholds and white women save Handel?

2.

Can Ossoff flip Republican moderates and turn out black voters?

While Ossoff won easily in Aprils first round of voting with 17 other candidates,

more voters backed a Republican than a Democrat.

So with turnout already looking high, experts believe Ossoff needs to increase his margin

by about 6,000 or more votes to be in good shape.

Ossoff also has to turn out black voters, whose enthusiasm flagged in 2016 after being

a reliable voting bloc during Obamas two elections.

The Democratic hopeful went to several events on Saturday with Rep. John Lewis (D-Ga.),

a civil rights icon, to celebrate Juneteenth, which commemorates the abolition of slavery.

3.

Can Democrats keep outperforming Clinton?

While Democrats have failed to flip any Republican seats in special elections this year, they

have seen one promising trend candidates keep outperforming Democratic presidential

nominee Hillary Clintons 2016 margins.

4.

What does the vote mean for Trumps agenda?

The record-setting spending, the furious jockeying between national parties and the occasional

cameos from Hollywood celebrities are all happening for one reason: Trump.

With few electoral opportunities between Trumps election and the 2018 midterms, the suburban

Atlanta congressional seat has become the closest thing to a referendum on Trumps

agenda.

Democrats want to frame their excitement and fundraising as a result of anti-Trump frustration,

so a win for them will be seen as a victory over Trump.

If Ossoff wins, look for Democrats to seize on that message as a warning shot for 2018.

An Ossoff victory could dampen the spirits of GOP donors, convince more politicians to

break from their president and trigger retirements by Republican lawmakers fearing a tough reelection

fight.

So how will it all turn out?

Will Democrats hand Trump his first big loss and a taste of what is to come in 2018 or,

just like in November, did the Dems just spend an obscene amount of money for absolutely

nothing?

How To Find Inner Peace - Duration: 16:12.

how to find inner peace is the question on so many people's minds these in a world

that is constantly evolving economically culturally synergistically and

interpersonally what is it to find inner peace

because I would like to believe that finding inner peace is a consistent

evolution of mind it's not a one parallel or paradigm that we find and

we've got there maybe if you want to become a Tibetan monk sitting on a

mountaintop on the edge of a cliff looking for enlightenment and yes it's a

parallel it's a claim it's a paradigm of

momentum if you will however in everyday life we're all living in this abrasively

dynamic evolving economy that we consistently have to ask and answer

ourself questions in order to move forward in order to solve problems put

out spot fires if you will in order to keep moving towards this abundant level

of wealth and prosperity or even just to keep a roof overhead how do you find in

a piece and such a volatile world momentum everybody's hustling to try and

climb the ladder of financial abundance in order to have that space in order to

be able to step into retirement in order to be able to step back and say yeah I

made I have become I finally arrived but what if in that journey what if on

that path we stopped just for a second allowed yourself to enjoy the moment to

enjoy that exact present moment in time right now right now for when you're

watching this right now while I'm making this video for me and actually embrace

everything that's in our world all the problems all the issues all the benefits

the happiness all the stuff we really love the struggle is real I know your

perception is ultimately the only thing that matters how you perceive your world

how you perceive your relationships how you perceive your environment a you make

your choices how you decide to be emotionally at any given time is how you

find inner peace choosing your emotional state choosing

your perceptions on your external conditions is the pathway to inner peace

my pens here I can sit here and tell you to meditate how about five percent of

you will we are considering and tell you to do these crazy exercises time and

time again to come to a greater understanding of your values and your

principles and your timeline direction moving forward and maybe 10% of you will

for the rest of these

give yourself permission to stop slow down and to embrace everything that is

and everything that will be

because when you can stop when you can stop in any given mode and allow

yourself to ask some really good questions

so call it quality questions that will allow you to move forward and move

beyond the more destructive nature of emotional state that you're experiencing

or have experienced and designed not to continue to experience when you stop and

you give yourself permission to really ask a bigger question tabs inside to

play a bigger game and even if that bigger game is just to have more time

and space to spend having fun with the kids teaching the kids skylarking with

the kids enjoying that Parenthood because I know it's one of my desires I

know it's one of my desires to embrace father would not even in a relationship

right now I know it's a lot of my desires to have a happy family and have

the time and a capacity to raise constructive kids to see them move into

great relationships and build great friendships and community

yes maybe that comes from my parents inability to sit with their own issues

and problems for long enough to constructively move buildin without

projecting their own values and principles onto others which tormented

me because all I ever wanted to do is to sit down and have intimate deeper

conversations and connections with my mother and father which for a long time

my life was not possible and I still desire that even through growing up with

fairly extreme domestic violence psychological abuse and gaslighting and

all the other issues in my life I still love my parents very much very much have

no drama expressing to them that I love them very much have no drama expressing

the fact that I love my little brother and accept the life and lifestyle that

he's endured which is the ultimate word for him in living a hardened criminal

lifestyle because he hasn't lived that from any other or exterior perception

other than not knowing any different and so how can I not love him for the

lifestyle that he's enjoyed through and continued to hold his own self-esteem

together my brother through his drug addiction and crime lifestyle very much

has found inner peace and has been one of the greatest mentors and role models

in my life as far as that is probably for many of you to understand and agree

but if you ever want to understand the mind of an entrepreneur or develop the

mind of an entrepreneur answer me one thing could do in your life

find $500 minimum day to live to supply yourself with

that level of habit or even earn $500 a day like that and be consistent in it

because a lot of our criminals in the world today can surely say show you many

ways of doing that that would break the code of your own profane realization

that it's only through our own ingenuity and ability to solve problems that we

can effectively move towards what we want in life and not that I condone

violence not that I condone crime or drug abuse at all

however the ornate intellect of nature for one to actually go about solving the

problems you want to create what they want to create is almost ingenious and

to remove the shame and the blame and the guilt from such people they very

much have a lot of wealth of wisdom to share with us just as my brother did

when I was going through extreme mental health issues living in my mother's

basement at 125 kilos going to art school when he smacked me around told me

I wasn't a shallow the man that he grew up with and that I need to fight back

and the system was playing me and pushing me into something I wasn't and

you very much had the synapses in my brain kick back into action which is why

and how I've ended up to where I am today and so finding inner peace is very

much not about balancing out our external conditions or reference points

but to balance out our internal reference points our internal mindset

balancing out our internal frames of context to evolve the composition of our

life and our lifestyle to be more conducive to the quality of life that we

designed live and when we can find these compositions more conducive to oh we

want to be we're very much in our own way in our

own form step into that tibetan monk on the mountain looking over the Misty

valley type mentality I would bring that with him would bottle that and we store

it in here in the heart in the soul in the mind is once you know how to

effectively move beyond more negative issues and constraints of your life and

your lifestyle that is where happiness will start to become a regularity

playfulness wholeheartedness being able to step into conversations involve

conversations over time and open up to one another emotionally and spiritually

about what is really going on for you what is really your truth and what is

really important to you because when you have respect in here when you have inner

peace in here it doesn't matter what's important to other people because you

can respect that in them because of what you're stating you let me say that again

when you find peace within you learn to respect what's important to other people

regardless of what that is because you'll know what's important to you that

doesn't mean you condone the more negative attributes of human existence

but you can accept them and begin to understand them because of your desire

to understand yourself and to create connection with others is ultimately to

alleviate their pain and suffering and when we remove that judgment from that

pain and suffering from others we begin to see them evolve finding the peace

within ourselves and giving ourself permission and space to find that peace

within ourselves will ultimately lead us to a greater connection to other people

to help them evolve through their torment and through their struggle of

this human existence on this human plane to evolve their emotional state from the

more negative destructive attributes of human existence

and develop a greater connection of synergy that is more conducive to love

and connection and quality of life and community development which ultimately

do builds culture into the synergy and lives of others through who we're being

who are you being right now now do you find your inner peace

take a moment in your life to step back

take a moment in your life to think about where life's not balancing out

where you would like to move forward and now you would like to see that play out

because it's only in the stepping back from our external environment setting

back fan needs and afters and God is that we can find a greater later version

of our truths that will show us the past that will show us the gap in the thicket

of the concrete juggle that we're existing in order to carve the path to

the clearing when we get to that clearing when we find that inner peace

we find that space we have the capacity to create and build that space with

anything we desire most people that don't step back and find that inner

peace and they get to that clearing they fill it with drama because they're no

different the whole life's being just head down bum up cutting their way

through the thicket ultimately missing two finer points and the beauty of the

journey to get to the destination and that's why they feel that supposed to

drummer because the whole life getting to the destination and not enjoying the

journey

relationships are important my friends especially the one with yourself when

you take the time step back the relationship with yourself you realize

that mastering the art of being alone is all about being content within yourself

to be able to find a space to share your life with others that is how you find

people in a piece you find in a piece through acceptance forgiveness to some

degree and ultimately evolving conversations and connections with

people over time and knowing people to be who they are whether that's how I

learned some invaluable lessons from my brother who's spent around 15 years in

prison now he shared with me some nice valuable insights that had me start to

resolve and solve my mental health issues now bring that value to you fancy

that a hardened criminal has been an influence on my life that's led me to

the greater Drive and motivation if you will to solve the problems of mental

health in a world broad

like to see your comments and questions in the box below and connect with you

through social media on the links in the same box and I look forward to speaking

with you at your next event and sharing some of the knowledge and wisdom that

I've accrued through fighting my own inner peace and how that's led to a

greater understanding of performance-driven enhancement through

relationship development and synergy constructive problem solving and lateral

thinking I really did you fair day and hope that whether you meditate or not

whether you can sit on the Alps and find inner peace walk through the cold and

stay warm within your heart or not I really hope that in this video you found

value in being out of step back within yourself in any given moment and find a

greater level of inner peace peace

you
