Greetings and welcome back to another episode of Tough Toy Tryouts.

If this is your first time taking a gander at this adorable pup, be sure to hit that

subscribe button and click that bell icon to keep you up to date with all the happenings

on the channel.

This week we're taking a look at JW's Rockin Treat Ball.

This rather large chew toy is made from a sturdy, non-toxic nylon and has 2 storage

compartments on either side that you can place any kind of kibble or treats in, as long as

they're roughly dime sized.

As your dog moves the toy about, the treats will tumble out giving your dog some instant

gratification for playing.

To fill this baby up, simply unscrew one of the canisters, but be careful as the whole

thing disassembles into 4 parts.

Then fill it up with any of your desired treats.

In this case, I'm using some of her kibble which is Victor's Hi-Pro Plus Super Premium

Dog Food.

That is a mouth full.

Then seal 'err up and let the fun begin!

So now that we know what toy we're testing this time, let's roll this thing on over

to Story and see how it holds up after a week's heavy abuse.

Oh, but before we do, ever wonder who sets up the board for Pacman?

Holy crap! That turned out horribly.

Any who, let's jump right into the ratings and as always, let's start out with safety

where the toy receives a 2.

The toy is very rigid and you can tell that a few good smacks to the ground could cause

this thing to shatter.

It's not something I'll attempt here but it's something to keep in mind should you

purchase it.

Moving on to design, the treat ball receives a 2.

While I like the thought behind this toy, I don't feel it was executed properly.

First off, this thing is loud in every sense of the word.

Unscrewing the canister produces an agonizing, screeching sound somewhere between a dying

rat and poorly maintained car breaks.

Have a listen…

The racket this thing makes while rolling around is almost as bad.

I'd recommend only using this outside or on carpet to muffle the sound a bit.

This toy needs some kind of adjustment apparatus as well where the treats come out because

if you use smaller kibble, it just pours out.

Longevity really depends on what you do with the toy but for us, it receives a 3.

It's not really a fetch toy Story was interested in and once the food was gone, Story lost

interest in the toy altogether.

Just be careful if you are throwing this toy around due to the possibility of shattering.

That leaves us with the price which is the only upside to this toy but still gets a 3.

We got it for $7.99 on chewy's website and for such a large nylon toy, that seems pretty low.

But at the end of the day, Story just wasn't interested in the toy once the food was gone

so we didn't get much out of the investment.

So after arbitrarily sliding around some wooden beads, my pretend abacus tells me that the

JW Rockin' Treat Ball receives a final verdict of 2 and a half bones.

I like the idea of the toy but it just wasn't made properly.

It's loud, the nylon construction feels cheap, and the lack of adjustment for kibble

size really lets us down.

That said, if you're looking for another way of slowing down your dog's eating, this

will do that in spades.

And that's where we end this week's episode.

We sincerely hope you've enjoyed the series thus far and if you liked this episode, be

sure to show us by hitting that "Like" button and help us grow by sharing with your

dog-loving friends.

We hope to eventually test a fetch toy, a chew toy, AND some kind of techie or interactive

toy each week but we'll need more support before that happens.

Anyway, until next time, we hope you have a fantastic week and thanks for watching!

Talk Show the Game Show - "Shebrew" with Julie Klausner | truTV - Duration: 1:49.

-You are a noted Jewess.

-Thank you.

So I'm going to present you with photos of two things

that aren't normally associated with our frizzy-haired people.

You must decide which one is arguably more Jewish

and explain why.

You will be judged on the following three factors --

Chutzpah, Naches,

and Mishebas.

Now, due to the extremely

goy-ish nature

of our judging panel,

we will be bringing in a special guest judge

to make sure everything's kosher.

Please welcome Jewish comedian and Catskills favorite

Andy Kindler.

[ "Hava Nagila" plays ]

[ Cheers and applause ]

Hey, hoy, hoy! Hey, hi, hi!

Andy, Andy, what are you looking for out of Julie?

What do you want to see her do?

I want to see her -- I want a little --

I want her to add a little zetz to it.

Guy: Uh-huh.

And I don't want her to schfitz.

Fair. All right.

Julie, are you still ready?

No, Andy Kindler's under a hoopah.

I mean...

[ Laughter ]

All right. May I have 30 seconds on the clock, please?

Let's begin.

All right. A casserole or packaged bologna?

Which is less Jewish?

-Uh, which is more Jewish.

-Which is more Jewish?

-Packaged bologna.

-Why?

Because, uh, it could be Hebrew National.

Okay, next. Archery or deep-sea fishing?

Jesus Christ.

Archery because they teach it to you at camp.

Okay, next.

Playing lotto scratchers

or using wine-glass tags at get-togethers?

-Pass. -Next!

Going to a St. Paddy's Day parade

or calling it

"St. Paddy's Day"?

-Calling it "St. Paddy's Day." -Why?

'Cause it's an abbreviation, and we have things to do!

DOES LIABILITY PROTECTION LEAD TO UNSAFE VACCINES? - Duration: 4:55.

DOES LIABILITY PROTECTION LEAD TO UNSAFE VACCINES?

WHY ARE VACCINE MANUFACTURERS LEGALLY EXEMPT FROM ANY WRONG DOING?

A peer-reviewed study recently published in the Review of Industrial Organization examines

whether removing the right to sue (delitigation) affects product safety.

The findings highlight the importance of litigation in maintaining vaccine safety.

The study, Is delitigation associated with a change in product safety?

The case of vaccines, by economist Dr. Gayle DeLong at Baruch College in New York,

compares vaccines licensed before the passage of the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act

(NCVIA) in 1986 with vaccines licensed after the legislation.

Results suggest that vaccine safety deteriorated after consumers were no longer able to sue

vaccine makers.

The study examines adverse events (AE) per 100,000 vaccine recipients and finds the AE

ratio increased from 21.0 for vaccines licensed before 1986 to 30.8 for vaccines licensed

after the legislation.

Further investigation reveals that the legislation is associated with an increase of between

9.4 and 12.8 injuries per 100,000 vaccine recipients (see Table 5 below).

Serious AEs such as long-term disability or death also increased by about one per 100,000

vaccine recipients.

The study further analyzes whether increased benefits outweigh the increased risks of vaccines.

The argument that the vast majority of people benefit from vaccines, because the vaccines

prevent most people from acquiring a disease, is incorrect.

Not everyone developed a disease before a vaccine existed, and acquiring a mild case

of a disease can sometimes be beneficial.

The beneficiaries of a vaccine are people who would have caught the disease and developed

a serious complication.

Analysis of the benefits of vaccines must therefore determine the proportion of people

who developed serious complications from a vaccine-preventable disease.

Findings suggest that a child has a greater chance of being severely injured by a vaccine

than of sustaining a serious complication from the disease before the vaccine existed.

Although the proportion of people that reported a serious complication from a vaccine is small

(0.0028%), it is more than double that of the proportion of people experiencing a serious

complication from a pre-vaccine disease (0.0013%).

The risks of vaccines are probably understated, because the study relies on the Vaccine Adverse

Events Reports System (VAERS), which is a passive reporting system.

The paper also addresses herd immunity and cites studies of disease outbreaks in highly

vaccinated populations.

In 1984 Dr. Jonas Salk, celebrated virologist who discovered and developed one of the first

polio vaccines, related his concerns to the U.S. Congress about legislation that would

indemnify vaccine makers against product liability.

He was concerned that vaccine manufacturers would no longer have an incentive to improve

existing vaccines or to replace relatively dangerous vaccines with safer shots.

Thirty years later, his insights seem very prescient.

Hillary Not Out Of The Woods Arkansas Bar Considers Disciplinary - politics - Duration: 3:42.

Hillary Not "Out Of The Woods": Arkansas Bar Considers Disciplinary Action Over Email Scandal

It was just about a year ago that James Comey boldly consolidated the roles of investigator,

lawyer, judge and jury when he announced that, although Hillary was "extremely careless"

in her mishandling of classified State Department emails, no reasonable prosecutor would be

willing to bring charges against her.

And even though she got a free pass from the former FBI Director, Hillary may not be "out

of the woods" just yet.

As The Washington Times points out, a New York attorney has filed a "misconduct complaint"

against Clinton with the Arkansas bar accusing her of "dishonest behavior" and "lying under

oath"...allegations that could result in disciplinary actions by the middle of next month.

But the issue continues to dog her, not only at the State Department, but as a lawyer.

Ty Clevenger, a New York lawyer, filed an attorney misconduct complaint last year against

Mrs. Clinton in Arkansas, accusing her of dishonest behavior and lying under oath in

testimony to Congress.

In an email Wednesday, Michael E. Harmon, deputy director of the state bars office

of professional conduct, told Mr. Clevenger hes still working on the matter.

It is my hope to have something to you by the middle of July at the latest, he

wrote.

Clevenger has also asked for discipline in other venues against Clintons lawyers during

the email fiasco: David Kendall, Cheryl Mills and Heather Samuelson.

Of course, this follows news from just a couple of days ago that the State Department has

also opened a formal inquiry into Hillary Clintons alleged mishandling of classified

information on her private email server.

Clinton, who has repeatedly blamed the FBIs handling of the inquiry for her embarrassing

defeat in November, is now facing the possibility of having her top-level security clearance

revoked a penalty that echoes the investigation of former National Security Adviser Mike Flynn.

Heres Fox:

The departments investigation aims to determine whether Clinton and her closest

aides violated government protocols by using her private server to receive, hold and transmit

classified and top-secret government documents.

The department declined to say when its inquiry began, but it follows the conclusion of the

FBIs probe into the matter, which did not result in any actions being taken against

Clinton or any of her aides.

Depending on the outcome of the current State Department inquiry, Clinton and her aides

could have their access to sensitive government documents terminated.

Senate Judiciary Committee Chair Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, confirmed to Fox News the departments

formal inquiry.

Meanwhile, Grassleys committee launched its own inquiry into Clintons handling

of emails, an inquiry that began in March.

Grassley cited among his concerns the July 5 statement of former FBI Director James Comey

that the agency found Clinton and her staff members were extremely careless in their

handling of very sensitive, highly classified information.

So, perhaps it makes some sense to 'stay in the woods' for a while longer?

Jimmy Carter Biography - Duration: 7:51.

In 1976, Jimmy Carter was elected President of the United States.

What did Carter do before he became president?

How is his presidency remembered today?

Jimmy Carter was born in Plains, Georgia, on October 1st, 1924.

He was the oldest of what would eventually be four children born to Earl and Lillian

Carter.

Jimmy's father was a farmer who also ran a general store, and his mother worked as

a nurse.

During his high school years, Jimmy was active in Future Farmers of America (FFA) and played

on the basketball team.

After high school, Jimmy enrolled at Georgia Southwestern College, which he attended for

one year, before transferring to Georgia Tech.

In 1943, he was accepted into the Naval Academy.

He graduated from the Naval Academy in 1946 and actively served in the United States Navy

until 1953.

Following his father's death in 1953, Jimmy returned home with the intention of making

the family peanut farm a success.

Throughout the 1950s, Jimmy and his wife, Rosalynn, made the business prosperous.

In 1962, Carter announced that he was running for a seat in the Georgia State Senate.

He lost this election, but it was revealed that the winner had committed voter fraud.

This discovery resulted in a special election, which Carter won.

Carter ran for governor of Georgia in 1966.

He lost this election, but his strong performance paved the way for a second run to be the state's

governor.

In 1970, Carter faced strong opposition for the Democratic nomination, but he managed

to fend off a challenge from former governor Carl Sanders.

Carter became the Democratic nominee, and he went on to win the general election against

his Republican opponent, Hal Suit.

Carter was sworn in as Georgia's 76th governor in January of 1971.

As the 1976 presidential election approached, Jimmy Carter set his sights on the nation's

highest office.

Initially, he was given little chance of earning the Democratic nomination.

However, as the primaries progressed, Carter visited 37 states and traveled more than 50,000

miles to reach out to voters, and he eventually emerged as the Democratic nominee.

In the 1976 presidential election, Carter squared off against Gerald Ford, the Republican

candidate who was the sitting president.

During the campaign, Carter argued that the nation needed change after the turbulent years

of the Watergate scandal and the conclusion of the Vietnam Conflict.

The election proved close, with Carter receiving 297 electoral votes and Ford receiving 240.

He also won 50.1% of the popular vote compared to Ford's 48%.

With this victory, Carter became the 39th President of the United States.

Carter had several successes as president.

He negotiated a peace treaty between Israel and Egypt, known as the Camp David Accords,

and he also signed SALT II, a nuclear arms reduction treaty with the Soviet Union.

He also visited twenty-five different nations during his four years as president.

However, his presidency was plagued by economic hardships, as well as an energy crisis and

oil embargo (which created a severe shortage in gasoline).

Carter also made the controversial decision to sign an executive order which gave amnesty

to all war protesters who had evaded the draft during the Vietnam Conflict.

Most significantly though, the final year of his presidency was scarred by an event

remembered as the Iranian Hostage Crisis.

On November 4th, 1979, fifty-two Americans were taken hostage in Iran.

These hostages were held throughout the year of 1980.

They were held for a total of 444 days before being released on January 20th, 1981, the

very day that Carter left office.

The American public held Carter responsible for the hostage situation.

This situation, coupled with the struggling economic conditions, doomed Carter's presidency.

As a result, his efforts to win re-election in 1980 fell short.

Carter was soundly defeated by his Republican opponent, Ronald Reagan.

After leaving office, Jimmy Carter remained extremely active.

He established the Carter Center in 1982.

This is a foundation which is concerned with alleviating human suffering and advancing

human rights.

Working in conjunction with Habitat for Humanity, Jimmy and Rosalyn Carter helped to organize

more than 92,000 volunteers who have built, renovated, or repaired more than 4,000 homes

for the needy in 14 separate countries.

The Carters, even well into their late eighties, served as some of the most active hands-on

construction volunteers working as part of the project.

Additionally, he acted as a peace ambassador on behalf of the US in various countries around

the world, including North Korea, Egypt, Tunisia, Cuba, Vietnam, Israel, and South Africa.

In 2002, Carter was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize for his efforts to advance democracy

and human rights around the world.

He also proved very prolific as an author, publishing twenty-one books throughout his

life.

President Carter has been recognized in a number of ways.

In 1986, the Jimmy Carter Library and Museum was opened, which serves as his presidential

library.

He has also had a submarine and an airport named in his honor.
