So the most interesting aspect of this Aglaia bottle is the LED light

There's the power button and it has 3 modes this is the brightest medium and the lowest

Eschew - How To Deal With Fear - Duration: 6:36.

Hello, welcome to "counseling & words" and to my word of today which is the

English word "eschew".

"Eschew" means to avoid, to shun, to abstain from something

voluntarily or deliberately. "Eschew" came into use in the mid 14th century, so it's

a really old word and that word derived from the old French word "eschiver" meaning to

shun, dispensed with. It is also related to the German word "sciuhen" meaning to

avoid and the word "scheuen", which is still in use, and and that word means to fear

or to shrink from. Sometimes we have to deal with uncomfortable situations and

the feelings that go with them. In psychology it is said that we are

driven by two connected motivations, feeling pleasure and avoiding pain.

Most of us devote more energy to avoiding pain than feeling pleasure. As

people for some reason we prefer to minimise pain instead of making choices

for our happiness. Sometimes we feel thrown into awkward and unpleasant

situations and we think we are stuck and there is no way out; it seems almost

impossible to get out or we are afraid to get out, even though getting out would

make us happier.

I'll give you here some examples of situations you have probably experienced

yourself: staying in a job you hate, making small talk and dealing with

awkward situations, forgetting someone's name and avoiding

to talk to that person at all, going on the first date, confronting a co-worker,

talking about taboo subjects, owning up to a mistake, dealing with people who

make feel you uncomfortable, staying in a relationship that is already over, and so

on and so on there are numerous examples.

Our unique perception and reaction to an event and our personal coping resources

cause a stress response. Two people experiencing the same situation may cope

differently, and identifying the stressor is extremely important.

Do you have body reactions like sweating, increased heart rate, or a flat breath?

Instead of avoiding awkward and unpleasant situations, you can look out

for them and trying to cope with them. I know this is very difficult and well,

people tend to avoid uncomfortable situations; but try and use that. Try a

new way of coping with it. Sometimes you can get anxious and hesitant in new

situations. In case you feel that way, well, yes in case you feel that way, try

turning your anxiousness into excitement! To "eschew" something means to feel

something; you feel you have to avoid something. Taking that feeling seriously

and confronting it can be a signal, that you are in control. What can you do?

Imagine you want to eschew a meeting, because you don't feel prepared enough.

Well, what can you do? You can skip that meeting or you can

participate. Participating seems harder, but afterwards you will feel very happy.

You have taken part and you have faced it! You have faced it.

Well, I give you a tip how to cope with it. It can be very helpful for you to

visualise that meeting and the outcome of that meeting. Try to visualise

everything, how you enter the room, how you greet the other participants, how you

contribute to the discussion, and how you will leave the meeting.

Visualising can help triggering your mind and it will also help to boost your

confidence. Putting yourself in a different role can really help you with

coping and facing difficult situations. Becoming the creator and master of a

certain situation will give you power and confidence. "Eschew" is a wonderful

word as it reminds us to be careful, but not to be put down by our own feelings.

Take action and lead and encourage yourself. - Well, that was about my English

word "eschew". Thank you very much for watching! I hope you enjoyed the talk. If so, give

my video a thumbs-up and subscribe to my channel. Thank you so much and see you

next time. Bye bye!

We gotta try! | Avenue Drawings - Duration: 3:07.

Hi guys! I'm Abraão, or Avenue

And it's been some time I don't make any videos

(i know)

I even changed my hair and you haven't seen it (and I'm with my black power again already)

I mean, you did it if you follow me on my Instagram account

If you don't you can do it on this account, ok?

And today I wanted to make a quick video at least to update this channel

And talk a bit about trying some more and taking some risks

Because sometimes a few people come to me on social media asking how to draw something

How to color some face part, how to color human skin

How to draw this or that, how to sketch something

And I always help those people, if you have any doubt you can come to me

Call me on Facebook, Instagram

I might take some time to answer u on Instagram but I do

And I help those people, give the tips I can

But sometimes a few people come back quickly asking the same thing they did before

And what have I realized with all this?

Many of you have some trouble with just taking time and really trying to do what u want

So, there's no use for me to give you all the tips that exist

Tell you the paper I use, the pencil, eraser, technique, how long I been drawing

How much do I spend and everything else

If you don't just go there and try it!

Because even with all this, when you do it, it will come out a bit different

And for you to get to the result you want, that probably is not the same as mine

you'll have to try.

So, if you don't try it, it simply won't happen!

If you keep asking how to do something I will help the way I can, of course

but if you don't try it you'll never get there. Do you get it?

This is obvious but also really serious.

It's a quick video just to give this little tip

That you need to take more risks, the same way I also do in many aspects

And important: if you don't get it right at first, that's why you're trying, why you're experimenting

Something basic about artists, drawers, sketchers

is that usually the last work we do we end up liking more than the one before

But that's why me could adapt to what we wanted.

So that's what I want you to do. It doesn't matter if you're starting right now or if you been drawing for a while

But there's always something you're trying to achieve

Some point you're trying to get

So that's what I want to suggest you (and suggest me too)

You can ask whatever you want to in any social media that I'll answer when possible

But I want you to try it, ok?

That's all, it's a quick video to say HI

Tell that I'm alive

I'm in a life adaptation mood

But I'm alright, I hope you stay here with me

Subscribe to this channel so you won't miss a thing and follow me on my social media!

'Cause when there's nothing here there's something there, and when there's not... I'm alive, I hope

Stores (international and brazilian ones) are down here, check it out!

That's it, a kiss on your heart, and BYE!

The Curious Tale of Turnspit Dogs - Duration: 3:58.

Considering how most dogs in the Western world these days are treated as a member of the

family, it's often easy to forget that the vast majority of our furry friends up until

very recently were bred for a specific purpose.

Perhaps no dog was bred for a more specific purpose than the now extinct, turnspit.

The turnspit was so named because it was literally bred just to run for hours on a tiny wheel

that turned a spit.

No, really, that was all it did.

You see, a few hundred years ago the generally preferred method for cooking a large piece

of meat evenly was to put it on a spit and rotate it until it was fully cooked.

Cooking meat thoroughly on a spit takes anywhere between 40 and 80 minutes per kilo depending

on which meat it is you're cooking.

Needless to say, roasting an adult hog on the fire for a party took an incredibly long

time.

Prior to the introduction of turnspits around the 16th century, the painstakingly tedious

and unrelenting job of turning the spit was left to the lowest ranking member of the household,

"usually a small boy", though in larger households the size of the spit necessitated

delegating the job to an adult.

The job was tough, cruel and often resulted in the poor soul tasked with doing it suffering

from burns, blisters and exhaustion.

What made the job more difficult was that the spitjacks, as they were known, had to

work in full uniform.

In fact, during Tudor times, spitjacks working in Hampton Court were told that they had to

stop working in the nude as well as to stop urinating in the fireplace.

While we'd like to say that spitjacks were replaced by dogs out of concern for their

health, the truth is that dogs could work longer hours without a break and they didn't

need to be paid in anything other than food.

This is why in 16th century, spitjacks were phased out in favour of a small machine powered

by an even smaller dog.

So were the dogs treated any better than the spitjacks?

Nope.

Turnspits were generally seen more as kitchen tools than fuzzy members of the household

who needed just as many belly rubs and chin scratches as normal dogs.

Along with being subjected to the same long hours and awful conditions as the human spitjacks

before them, turnspits would often be cruelly mistreated by their owners.

For instance, to train them to run at the correct speed, a common method was simply

to throw a hot coal into the dog's wheel every time it slowed too much.

During their off-time, the exhausted turnspits were known to work great as footwarmers.

Turnspits were ultimately replaced by steam-powered machines and by the end of the 19th century

the breed officially was declared extinct.

Intriguingly, it appears that people from the early 19th century were well aware that

the turnspit breed wasn't going to last.

For example, in the book, Memoirs of British Quadrupeds, published in 1809, in regards

to the turnspit the author wrote "It is now on the decline; and, in the course of

another century it will probably be extinct in Great Britain", which mirrors the breed's

actual fate almost perfectly.

Despite the fact that, for a few centuries, the turnspit could be found in almost every

large home in England, including the homes of royalty, nobody anywhere bothered to note

down exactly what breeding process went into creating the dog that had ensured so many

people had evenly cooked dinners.

All we have to go on are historical descriptions of the breed which described it as "long-bodied",

"crooked-legged" and "ugly".

We also have a single stuffed specimen called Whiskey.

It's not all bad though; the horrific treatment turnspits were subjected to is reportedly

what inspired Henry Bergh to start the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals,

which in turn has resulted in countless animals being saved from abuse

and cruelty.

Why Do Glue Labels Warn Not to Sniff It? - Duration: 2:33.

Back in the 1990s, two workers were discovered lying comatose at the bottom of an empty pool.

They were rushed to the hospital and later made a full recovery, but they couldn't

remember anything about how they'd gotten there or what they were doing.

For awhile, they couldn't even talk.

Investigators later figured out that the fumes from the glue they'd been using to stick

tiles to the floor of the pool had built up in the bottom of the hole.

Essentially, the two workers had been unknowingly sniffing glue for a while.

You've probably seen warning labels on things like glue and paint about this: deliberately

inhaling the fumes — aka inhalant abuse — can be harmful or fatal.

The warnings are there because it's dangerous and there are people who do it on purpose.

But it's a really, really stupid way to try to get high.

Inhalants can make people feel good for a short period of time.

But they can also cause choking, asphyxiation, seizures, comas … and death.

The culprit here is usually a compound called toluene.

It's a hydrocarbon, meaning that it's made up of carbons and hydrogens, and it's

used in things like glue as a solvent.

In the short term, toluene has a direct effect on the central nervous system.

At first, inhaling it can cause a sense of euphoria as the toluene boosts the production

of dopamine, a neurotransmitter that's involved in pleasure and reward.

But it can also cause agitation, belligerence, apathy, vomiting, and other symptoms that

are not as much fun.

And it can be addictive.

A high enough dose can lead to more severe symptoms like seizures or death.

But even at lower doses, toluene can lead to some serious health problems, because it

causes the sort of damage that stacks over time.

I may have previously mentioned that inhalant abuse is a really bad idea.

It may be worth mentioning again here.

Among other things, chronic inhalant abuse can damage the sheath that protects nerves.

Which as you can probably imagine, is really not great for the brain or the rest of the body.

It can lead to all kinds of cognitive problems, and even dementia.

That's on top of the heart, lung, liver, and kidney damage that can also come from

chronic inhalant abuse.

So glue sniffing is addictive and causes all kinds of organ damage and sometimes death.

Like I keep saying: It's dumb.

It's a real dumb way to get high.

That's why they have the warning labels.

answers coming.

The Most Underrated Horror Movies Of The Last 15 Years - Duration: 5:06.

It's been a banner year for horror, especially with the success of Jordan Peele's Get Out.

But for every movie that gets its time in the spotlight, there are many that fly right

under the radar.

These are some of the most underrated horror movies of the last 15 years.

The Descent

This all-female flick is a favorite among horror buffs, but for some reason it rarely

gets mentioned in most roundups.

The 2005 film follows Sarah on her way to a much-needed girl's trip to go exploring

in a cave after the tragic death of both her daughter and husband.

Sounds like a great idea, right?

Unfortunately, the girls aren't alone in this endless cave.

Add in the extra drama of the frenemy relationships between the women, and you get a masterpiece

of tension, claustrophobia, and gross-out horror.

The House of the Devil

It's a classic story: it's the 1980s, and college student Samantha accepts a babysitting

job where things just get stranger and stranger.

A 2009 horror release from director Ti West, The House of the Devil pays homage to many

classic horror tropes: demonic possession, the nervous babysitter, and a major twist

that happens surprisingly early in the film.

Despite its limited release, horror fans found their way to The House of the Devil, and critics

praised its cultural awareness.

Unfortunately, it never found a widespread audience.

A Tale of Two Sisters

A dark version of an old Korean folktale that bears a strong resemblance to Cinderella,

2003's A Tale of Two Sisters combines fairy tales with all the wonderfully horrific elements

of K-horror, and stands above a slew of other fantastic Korean films from the last decade.

Of course, an American remake was released in 2009 under the title The Uninvited.

Do yourself a favor and go straight to the original.

Thirst

Another fantastic Korean horror film takes the form of 2009's Thirst, from Oldboy director

Park Chan-wook.

With this story of a priest turned blood-sucking vampire, Park turns the undead fable into

a delirious romance while still offering up plenty of scares.

Though the film won the Jury Prize at Cannes in 2009 and debuted at No. 1 at the Korean

box office, for American audiences, the movie was easy to miss.

If you haven't seen Thirst—or Park Chan-wook's other work—give it a shot.

You might be grossed out, but you won't be disappointed.

Pontypool

After a short theatrical run in New York, this Canadian horror movie went straight to

DVD in 2010.

Based on the novel Pontypool Changes Everything, Pontypool tells the story of a radio DJ who's

determined to broadcast in the midst of increasing reports of strange behavior and violent deaths

in a small town.

A fascinating psychological thriller about the nature of violence inspired by Orson Welles'

radio broadcast War of the Worlds, Pontypool is definitely a forgotten horror gem.

The Loved Ones

Usually it's a male psycho or stalker who creates all the problems in your typical abduction-type

horror movie.

But in this 2009 Australian horror movie, it's a girl named Lola, and all she wants

is a date to the prom.

With help from her dear old dad, Lola abducts the object of her affection and proceeds to

torture the living daylights out of him at their kitchen table.

Once it gets going, The Loved Ones never lets up.

High Tension

This excellent French slasher film turns the genre on its head.

Fans of blood spatter will get more than they could have dreamed of, and everyone who watches

horror movies for their cultural commentary will have plenty to discuss after the movie.

As part of cinema's New French Extremity movement—basically the French version of body horror—High Tension

is as shockingly scary as it is psychologically disturbing, making it a horror film for the

ages.

Green Room

The horrifying tale of a punk band that finds itself trapped backstage at their concert

venue, Green Room was the toast of nearly every critic's list in 2016.

But outside of horror circles, the movie seemed destined to remain in obscurity.

Luckily, film distributor A24 stepped in, allowing the film to get a slightly wider

release.

With a fantastic cast that includes Patrick Stewart and Anton Yelchin, Green Room is a

modern classic worth checking out.

We Are What We Are

This 2013 American remake of a 2010 Mexican film takes on a profoundly disturbing topic:

cannibalism.

And with this story, it's all in the family.

With a subject as tough as this one, both critics and audience members alike were perplexed,

with The New York Times calling it "a dreamy commentary on the ravages of extreme religious

observance."

Despite its lukewarm reception, We Are What We Are is a well-executed, stylized addition

to the modern horror canon.

V/H/S

Perhaps because V/H/S is an anthology of short films rather than one narrative film, it never

got much credit as a horror movie.

Most of the stories are unnerving, and several are downright terrifying.

Critics called the collection "uneven," and the two sequels weren't quite as good as the

original, but V/H/S is definitely a unique modern twist on horror lore.

Inside

Critics praised this French horror movie on its 2007 release, but mainstream audiences

outside of its native France never quite caught the hype train.

Due to its popularity among dedicated horror fans, an English-language version was made

by Spanish director Miguel Vivas and will be widely released in Spain in 2017.

But why bother with a tepid remake?

The original version is perfectly terrifying as it is.

Evil Dead

This soft reboot of horror classic The Evil Dead is beloved by die-hard horror fans who

know a great thing when they see it.

It's both a natural evolution of the series and a completely standalone film...with plenty

of nods to the original, of course.

Possibly even gorier and more horrifying than the original, Evil Dead can't quite claim

mainstream appreciation.

But that's just fine with critics and horror fans, who have been singing its praises for

years.

Wow it's not taken long has it? Johnny Depp has joined the long list of celebrities threatening violence against the President because they don't like his political views and are unable to string enough sentences together to formulate a consistent argument that contradicts his. Madonna Kathy Griffin Jim Carrey Snoop Dogg All clear arbiters of moral steadfastness and political rightouosness Depp said at this years Glastonbury festival "When was the last time an actor assassinated a president?" Okay. Not only is that a vile statement to make but bearing in mind that 36 innocent people have died in the UK since March from terrorist attacks pretty similar to the one that Depp is condoning here, it only makes it even more digusting. And the British people that are laughing in this video, you're pathetic excuses for human beings. Imagine if a right wing person had said that about Obama when he was President, there would be uproar. How To Connect Chamberlain MyQ Device To OpenHAB 2: Garage Door Opener 2017 - Duration: 7:22.

Hey guys Matt here from MKSmartHouse.com and in this video I am going to show you how to

connect a Chamberlain MYQ device to your OpenHAB 2 System.

[Intro]

I personally use the Chamberlain Garage Door Openers and use them to open and close my

garage doors.

If you want to control your garage doors I highly recommend the Chamberlain MYQ garage

door openers.

The only thing we are going to need for this video is the Chamberlain MYQ device, I will

leave a link to the Chamberlain MYQ devices over on my website, the link is in the description.

But, personally I have only used the Garage Door Openers.

For this guide I am going to assume you already have the device installed and it is running

perfectly using the setup instructions Chamberlain provides and you can control it from the Chamberlain

MYQ app.

I am also going to assume that you have a sitemap file, items file and a rules file.

If you do not then go take a look at my video where I explain how to setup the configuration

files in openHAB.

I will not be making two seperate videos using Mac and PC because the process is really similar

the only difference is that on mac you use Terminal to ssh and on PC you use putty.

The first thing we have to do is ssh into the OpenHAB Server.

I recommend having my website guide open when you do this so that way you can just copy

and paste commands, link is in the description.

Now we are going go into the addons folder so we can download the binding to it, so type

in cd /usr/share/openhab2/addons and press enter.

Then we are going to download the binding so type in wget https://openhab.ci.cloudbees.com/job/openHAB1-Addons/lastSuccessfulBuild/artifact/bundles/binding/org.openhab.binding.myq/target/org.openhab.binding.myq-1.10.0-SNAPSHOT.jar

and press enter.

It should have downloaded the binding.

The reason we are manually downloading it and not through the paper UI is because the

binding in the paper ui is broken, I have tried it just does not work.

Any let's go back to the home directory so type in cd and press enter.

Now we need to restart openhab 2 so it can install the binding.

Type in sudo /etc/init.d/openhab2 restart and press enter.

Once it finished type in Sudo nano /etc/openhab2/services/myq.cfg and press enter.

This is the myq configuration file.

It may or may not be blank if it is blank then paste the following in:

# Data refresh interval in ms (optional, defaults to 60000)

#refresh=60000

# Timeout for HTTP requests (optional, defaults to 5000)

#timeout=5000

# Chamberlain MyQ Username and Password #username=

#password=

# Application ID for the MyQ API (optional, only recommended if existing ID ceases to

work) #appId=JVM/G9Nwih5BwKgNCjLxiFUQxQijAebyyg8QUHr7JOrP+tuPb8iHfRHKwTmDzHOu

The first thing we are going to do is change the refresh interval so it updates faster,

delete the # at the front of the line and change it to 1000.

Next we are going to type in our myq credentials, so Delete the # in front of username and type

in your chamberlain myq username right next to the = sign.

Then Delete the # in front of password and type in your chamberlain myq password right

next to the = sign.

Please make sure that when you type in these values you do not put in a space after the

equal sign.

Once those are typed in press control x then y and enter to save.

Next we are going to add the items so type in sudo nano /etc/openhab2/items/home.items

and press enter.

Then type in the following:

Switch GarageDoorSwitch "Garage Door Open" <garagedoor> {myq="0"}

Contact GarageDoorContact "Garage Door [%s]" <garagedoor> {myq="0"}

String GarageDoorString "Garage Door [%s]" <garagedoor> {myq="0"}

Rollershutter GarageDoorShutter "Garage Door Open" <garagedoor> {myq="0"}

String GarageDoorCustomerName "Garage Door Name [%s]" <garagedoor> {myq="0#customerName"}

String GarageDoorDesc "Garage Door Desc [%s]" <garagedoor> {myq="0#desc"}

String GarageDoorOnline "Garage Door Online [%s]" <garagedoor> {myq="0#online"}

String GarageDoorDeviceId "Garage Door Device Id [%s]" <garagedoor> {myq="0#MyQDeviceId"}

String GarageDoorDeviceType "Garage Door DeviceType [%s]" <garagedoor> {myq="0#MyQDeviceTypeName"}

String GarageDoorSerialNumber "Garage Door SerialNumber [%s]" <garagedoor> {myq="0#SerialNumber"}

These are all the items that we have from the chamberlain myq api.

I made two sets of these items in mine because I have two garage door openers.

If you have more than 1 like me then you increment the myq number.

It goes in order the way you added them into the app.

So, it starts of at 0 and continues on.

I have 0 and 1 but if you only have one device then you would just use 0.

The funny thing is that I actually added garage door number 2 before number 1 so in my items

file I have it backwards if you are looking at the MYQ number.

Also, I changed the item names to reflect which garage door they are for so I put a

1 at the end of the ones for garage door 1 and a 2 for garage door 2.

Once all those are set press control x then y and enter to save.

Now we are going to add all these items into the sitemap file so we can see them in the

interfaces, so type in sudo nano /etc/openhab2/sitemaps/home.sitemap and press enter.

If you are following along with my videos then you know we have a bunch of frames in

our sitemap files.

I am going to put these items into the garage frame.

So delete everything in the garage frame and paste in the following:

Switch item=GarageDoorSwitch Text item=GarageDoorString

Text item=GarageDoorContact Switch item=GarageDoorShutter

Text item=GarageDoorCustomerName Text item=GarageDoorDesc

Text item=GarageDoorOnline Text item=GarageDoorDeviceId

Text item=GarageDoorDeviceType Text item=GarageDoorSerialNumber

Like I said before I have 2 garage door openers so I have two sets of these.

Once those are all set, press control x then y and enter to save.

Let's test out what we have so far!

Go into your web user interface and then basic UI.

If you scroll down to Garage you should see all the stuff for the garage doors.

This is great and all but there is still 1 more thing I want to do and that is get notifications

regarding the garage doors.

So, go back to the ssh window and type in sudo nano /etc/openhab2/rules/home.rules and

press enter.

Then type in the following code:

//Garage Door Notifications and 5 min warning rule "Garage Door "

when Item GarageDoorSwitch changed

then if(GarageDoorSwitch.state == ON)

{ sendBroadcastNotification("GARAGE: DOOR OPEN")

createTimer(now.plusMinutes(5)) [| if(GarageDoorSwitch.state != OFF)

{ sendBroadcastNotification("GARAGE: DOOR IS

OPEN FOR OVER 5 MIN") }

] }

else if(GarageDoorSwitch.state == OFF) {

sendBroadcastNotification("GARAGE: DOOR CLOSED") }

end

Since I have 2 garage doors I am going to paste it in 2 times and modify accordingly.

Let me explain what this rule does.

It sends a notification when the door opened and closed as well as send a notification

if the door has been open for more than 5 minutes.

The reason I did the 5 thing is because sometimes when people drive out of the garage they forget

to close it so this just provides a friendly reminder.

Once you are done press control x then y and enter to save.

That is it!

The chamberlain myq garage doors have been set up, so let's go test it.

Alright as you can see I am in front of my garage and in my hand I have a mobile device

that is connected to the openhab 2 server using the openhab mobile app.

If you haven't seen it make sure you check out that video, I show you exactly how to

connect a mobile device to your openhab server.

Anyway lets first test garage door 1 and as you can see if I press the up arrow the door

opens.

Now lets do the other door as you can see if I press the arrow it also opens.

Next I am going to press the down arrow for garage door 1 and garage door 2 and as you

can see after 15 seconds they are going to close.

The reason you have to wait 15 seconds is because of safety, Chamberlain implemented

this safety thing where it beeps and flashes for 15 seconds to let people know it is closing.

It only does this when you do it from something other than the wireless remotes.

Anyway as you can see it all clearly works and when we did all of this we were getting

notifications at the bottom of the screen.

Great!

The device is connected and working!

Now we can control this chamberlain myq device from our openhab system using either a mobile

device or any of the web user interfaces!

In the next video we will be connecting the amazon echo to openhab!

Alright thank you for watching and If you have any questions leave them in the comments

section below or head over to mksmarthouse.com/forum where you have a better chance of it getting

answered.

Good Bye!

Fit Girls Guide 28 Day Jumpstart Results and Review - Duration: 7:28.

hey guys what's up? it's Mayzie from Mayz Makes It and I made it through the 28 Day

Jumpstart from the Fit Girl's Guide.

So today I'm going to be talking to you a little bit about what the plan is all about.

So first of all the workout plan, the meal plan, as well as showing you my before and

afters.

So if you wanna see those pictures, definitely stay tuned until the end.

So jumping right on into things, the 28 day jumpstart is an ebook that you can download

from the fit girls guide website.

I have that link down below.

It is the first book in their 3 part series.

So it's mean to just get you really started on your fitness journey.

Throughout the book you're going to be getting so much more than just a meal plan and a workout

plan.

They go into details about all kinds of aspects of fitness including your sleeping patterns,

your stress levels, and just overall how to work fitness into your everyday life.

So if that's something that you're interested in, then you should definitely check this

book out because it really does give you ways to change your entire lifestyle.

Alright getting into the meal plan.

So the meal plan is all about cutting out processed foods, and going for really healthy,

clean foods that make you feel great.

The meal plan itself averages about 1450 calories a day.

Every week you're going to be getting a breakfast, a lunch, and 2 dinners to alternate.

With those meals you also get a grocery list.

They really thought of everything- including portions, if you are buying something that

comes in a pack of 6, they tell you how to not waste anything, but not go a day without

food.

Along with the meal choices, they also have helpful hints on how to prepare things, seasonings,

and different change ups.

You really get more than just the recipes that they list if you go back and read the

comments section and see their suggestions for alternate versions of the same meal.

The meals are really meal-prep friendly.

They even give you suggestions for when you should be meal prepping what.

It can be made vegetarian, vegan, dairy free, and gluten free.

I did dairy free and I really didn't have any problems with it.

You also get a 200 calorie snack of your choice.

They do give you several really good suggestions for clean snacks, but you have a lot of freedom

in choosing what you want.

I'm going to drop some pics of some of the meals that Iwas eating.

The workout plan is super flexible.

THey only ask that you get 30 minutes a day for 6 days a week.

They also do provide you with a workout calendar full of what you should do every single day

If you would like an at home workout already written out for you.

You don't need anything for it.

You can do it in your living room, in your bedroom, whatever kind of space you have.

Every week you have a set of exercises, and they're going to be broken down into different

days.

You have arm, booty, abs, armcore, and booty core, and a cardio day and rest day.

Each day targets the muscle group that it's named for.

You set a timer for 30 minutes, do a warmup, Then go into the workout which is a set of

4 exercises that you do circuit style, so you just do them one after another in the

reps that they tell you, take a 60 second break, and repeat the circuit a total of 3

times.

To finish up your 30 minutes, do a little cardio.

If you want to see an example of one of the workouts, I actually did one in my last video.

So it's time for me to show y'all my before and after pictures.

I was already trying to eat healthy and going to the gym a few times a week, so my results

aren't going to be as dramatic as somebody who has been eating like crap and never going

to the gym to starting the guide.

You can definitely see that my stomach has less overhang, the back of my legs and my

rump look a little more toned, and overall I just look a lot slimmer, and fitter, and

I'm really happy with that picture in particular.

They're small changes, but they're sustainable changes.

I overall feel better, and I do see those tiny changes in myself where I'm starting

to tone up and be able to exercise longer and better, and I'm really excited.

I just genuinely love this book, and I think it's great for everybody, especially a beginner

in fitness.

The book only costs 24, and I highly suggest that you try it out

for yourself because

it's going to make a difference.

If you have done the fit girls guide 28 day challenge, drop your instagram down below,

I'll give you a follow, and I'll support you the whole way.

See you guys in my next video! bye :)
