Hi I am Maurice Kok author of the book 'The Journey of an Ascended Master' and in

this video I will tell you how to get out of your deepest struggles so stay tuned

for this video I got inspired by one of my friends he asked me the

question if I had ever had a deep deep struggle if I had ever a subject in

my life that I couldn't get out and I will tell you I had it my subject was

always money I always struggled intern with it and if I really looked honest to

myself I knew I didn't had money problems but the one kind of a reason I

actually don't know why I know why to get myself into the drama to keep myself

into drama but I always thought I lacked money but when I looked really honest

like I did if I look to the facts I travelled around the world

I did didn't have a job I always had all the money I wanted and I always had that

belief that I was in lack of money but lack doesn't exist and I figured out

that at that moment when I stepped out of my deep struggle there always was

abundant but I want to keep my wanted to keep myself into that trauma because I

didn't want to look honest to myself and I didn't want to get through that state

of alignment and

I blame this money for everything was going on inside every point every

feeling every struggle every expending of energies into my new conscious buddy

I blamed money for that so you can put your own subject into you money for some

people with relationships but for other people is health we keep blaming those

topics for things all the things that are happening in our lives so

how did I get out of this at first you have to acknowledge that you keep

blaming money or keep blaming your relationship issues for the real things

what are happening in your life the real changes the real energy

shifts inside yourself because when you look really honest you are changing your

body is changing your environment is changing and I wanted to keep that chair

of the lack of money to stay here on earth to keep into the physical body and

you don't move along and go further into the process of knowing yourself your

true self and get into freedom so what did I do to get rid of that struggle

first I acknowledged that I was blaming money for things and you have to let

that sink deep in your body because you can say it with your mind but you have

really to feel it that you are blaming it and then I knew I blamed it money so

I could look at my own situation and say yeah of course you don't have money true

but is that lack or is that abundance living an abundance and you don't need

money you don't have money so

first acknowledge that you're in that situation that you blame money blame

relationship and then when you integrate all of that you go and really deep into

your center point into you and then you are going to pull all the energies out

of that subject out of them blame in your past present future whatever it's

all one big now moment you put off your out of all the energies that you were

fighting into your money problems relation problems everything you just

put it out you're going to lay down you're going to breathe and you just

demand all your energies to get out of the drama right now and when you are

doing this you will figure out and you feel that you have to interact with the

drama again because you are missing something you have a big whole gap in your

body in your life and you can fill it up with your own love you have to fill it

up with yourself because there isn't get it inside of you so and what's next

you get all your energies out of all the situations you don't see real results

right in the right moment because you're trying to get into the drama again

you just watch what's going to happen you're going to see situations that

you'll want to blame for me money for what's going on and at the same moment

that you want to blame it you feel the energy pulling back out of it because

you decide in that moment to put all energy back also in the future because

also now and then you're going to learn from yourself in

every moment every situation where you blame money for your struggles internal

struggles fight with other people or not making a decision and then you're going

to you get up all the energies pick up all the energies out of every situation

in a certain point you have all your energies back and you can transmit it

into feeling it in your body feeling the abundance feeling the love self-love

from all the people and feeling the loving relationship that you really want

or don't want you that simple choice the rest will happen just choose to get out

all of your energies and now in the past and in the future and the rest will

happen to you you will be aware of it you will be aware of it

so just take the moments to choose and get back all the energies in the rest

will happen to you I will promise you if you make it deep in clear decision if

you can be honest to yourself and take the responsibility to get back all the

energies and don't stay in a drama anymore your biggest struggle your

biggest fear your biggest thing that will keep you awake for 24/7 I know what

it is like will slowly starting to disappear and it will transform into the

positive side the thing that you always wanted to have be or share so if you

Hello again everybody, and welcome back

to 'One English Tip in One Minute for

Russian Speakers' where each week I

talked about, in some detail, one common

English mistake made by Russian speakers

as they speak English, and this is video

number 35.

As always, good for you for working to

improve your English. it's a very smart

and cool and sensible thing to do,

especially in this globalized world.

In these videos I show you a slide, and

on the slide there are two sentences: One

is the correct way an English speaker

would say it -- a native English speaker

would say it -- the other is the incorrect

way that many Russian speakers who are

trying to speak English would say it.

Your job is to decide which one is right.

Read the sentences, think about the

answer, pause the video if you have to

and I will talk about the answer in the

slide that follows this slide.

Hopefully you got that

right. This is definitely a mistake that

you want to. To help you get

past it, I've given you a slide and I've

given you different ways that you can

sign off on the letter, because you

definitely cannot sign off in that way

that is shown in this video. Study

those, put them into practice through writing.

When you write letters, just sign off

that way...just have this list available

to you, and definitely get past that

mistake.
