Hi everyone! In this video I am going to show you guys how to make baked seafood rice and cream corn soup.
Here are the ingredients
200g flour, 50g unsalted butter, one bowl of steam rice, some chopped onion, broccoli, a bag of mix seafood, a bag of shredded cheese, one sweet corn can, one cream style corn can, salt and black paper.
Let's start it.
First I am going to show how to make the soup base.
Put heat to medium high and warm the pan, then turn to the lowest heat setting and pour the flour into the pan
Stir fry it until the flour smells good
Be patient and don't leave the kitchen.
Now after 10 minutes
and put the batter into the pan and mix them together.
When it becomes sticky and gooey,
turn off the stove and separate it put it into two bowls
Now I am going to show how to make baked seafood rice and the soup.
Put have of the soup base that we made into the first stewpot and the other half into another stewpot.
Add the 200cc water in each stewpot.
and use the medium high of heat and stir until the soup base melt
Stir the soup will become sticky and cream color.
Add the chopped onion
and stir it on the lowest heat.
Then add the sweet corn can and cream style sweet corn can into the pot, and stir it on the medium heat.
Stir it, remember don't leave the kitchen.
We don't want to burn it.
You can stir few seconds and take a break (do this few time)
Stir it until it bubbles. (Remember don't leave kitchen)
Add the salt and black paper and mix seafood.
Salt and black paper depend on personal taste
Cook 2 minutes
and turn off the fire. Prepare baking pan
Put the steam rice into baking pan and spread it over the whole baking pan.
Pour the sauce in and spread it over the rice
Add the salt and black paper into the soup. (depend on personal taste)
Stir few more minutes until boiling.
Turn off the heat.
Put some broccoli on the top. Cover it with shredded cheese.
Warm the oven 400 degree for 5 minutes.
Put the baking pan into the oven and baked 30 minutes.
Now is ready to eat.
