Kool Aid Slushies | How to Make Homemade Slushies - Duration: 3:10.
hey everyone it's James from fun foods and today I'm going to show you how to make
these kool-aid slushies now these are so good and so easy to make you can use any
flavor kool-aid you like or even tang or another powdered drink it works well with
anything so keep watching and I'll show you step-by-step how to make this to
make this you want to start off with a medium bowl to that you want to add 1/2
cups of cold water next you want to add 1 cup of sugar to it and we just want
this to dissolve mostly in the water mix it up and just mix it until it's almost
completely dissolved now in a strong blender you want to take your sugar
water mix it up one more time here it's not completely dissolved but it's close
and pour it in make sure you scrape out any of the sugar that made it's way to the
bottom now I'm going to add a pack of this cherry kool-aid you can use
whatever color you want or whatever flavor you like if you don't have
kool-aid you can use whatever type of juice or kids drink package you'd like
put that in there into that I'm going to add 3 to 4 cups of ice cubes
and we just want to mix this up really good there we go
you see we get this nice slushy now we just pour this into our cups and serve
as you pour this into your glass I suggest using the spoon to help it along
so you get a good mixture of the liquid and the fluffy part well now it's time
for the taste test I want to give it a go I have one each a blue raspberry
lemonade and a cherry I love cherry so I'll start with the blue raspberry
lemonade see how that tastes
lots of flavor in there it's very good now let's try the cherry so good this is
definitely a must-have for the summer time one little thing to make you use
whatever flavor you like well thanks everyone for watching I hope you enjoyed

#VLOG 04 - MADE IT TO CANADA BUT CAN'T FIND AN INSURANCE - Duration: 4:22.
So we just got into Antwerp harbor.
And we are standing just next to our vessel
which leaves tomorrow morning.
You can see the "Atlantic Sea" behind me.
It's quite impressive!
All the containers will fit in.
The vessel is huge!
I hope we will be able to see our van inside
to check if everything is okay.
We are pretty excited. We'll keep you in touch.
But I will show behind me
all the containers.
We are in Frankfrut my friends,
in Germany.
But we are a bit embarrassed
because there are a lot of people next to us
so we don't want to speak too loudly.
But everything went well until then.
It's the last step before
Halifax in Canada
where we are going to pick up our van.
We are ready for the big departure.

Our van is also well arrived
but a bit late because the vessel was delayed.
The papers took more time than expected.
So in the meantime we did some couchsurfing.
The first couchsurfer was Julien.
He is from Qubec and lives in Halifax for 3 years now.
He made us feel welcome. Such a nice person.
So that was great!
We also managed to visit Halifax and its surroundings
thanks to Terri, another couchsurfer.
We visited Peggy's Cove.
It was a magical place.
There was a lighthouse and rocks where waves came smashing them.
It was pretty impressive!
So now we have our van.
We do have our vehicle.
But we still have a problem.
We can't find an insurance for our van
for Canada at least.
For several reasons. First it's too old.
Our van is 27 years old and most of the companies stops insuring after 20 years.
And also it's not registered here.
So it's quite complicated.
It's been a couple of days that we make of lot of phone calls
and we don't find any solution.
So I think we're going to import the vehicle
and register it here for the time of our visit
for 4 or 5 months in Canada.
And the cheapest insurances are in Quebec.
So we took the decision to leave tomorrow morning
to drive 2 days to Quebec
and register the van there and then insure it.
So finger crossed!
And we really hope to start our adventure as soon as possible.
It's a bit frustrating now.
And we are also excited to show you Canada!

Hi, it's me, Josy!
You are probably asking yourself how I ended up here!
Well, everything started when my owner wanted to furnish my new home…
I had everything my heart desired:
plenty of food, always fresh water,
a clean place to do my business at,
countless possibilities to kill time
and a cozy sleeping place.
She even made sure not to place my food bowl next to my drinking fountain.
A scratching post is prepared, so is a litter box.
Cat grass is not missing either
and after playing I can hide in a fluffy bed.
It would have been the perfect cat-paradise...
If only my owner hadn't forgotten about that one thing...
Curious as I am, I wanted to take a peak out of the window
what was going on outside, and...
well
you already know the rest.
My owner should have secured the window with a protection wedge when tilted
and with a safety net when it's fully opened.
Even the latter would have only taken a few minutes to install.
Great! Now I not only have the perfect, but also a safe cat home.
Open and tilted windows pose an immense safety hazard.
Each year, countless cats injure themselves, often times fatally.
Cat owners are obligated to secure windows and balconies adequately.
