Welcome to Rooftop Rannaghar!

It's a restaurant review episode today.

And we will go to a new restaurant Japanese Restaurant Fuji in New Town Eco Park.

We will experience the Japanese garden there and taste Japanese food.

Let's go then!

Rooftop Rannaghar team is now at New Town Eco Park Japanese garden.

Here is the Japanese restaurant Fuji.

We would try Japanese food here.

Not only Japanese food, here you can experience a Japanese garden.

There are Japanese Pagoda, Statue of Buddha, Dragons and so many more.

We are at the most important segment of this episode now.

That is food tasting.

We would try Japanese dishes now.

The guests can sit inside the restaurant and also outside.

Because there is a beautiful Japanese garden and lake outside.

That is the added advantage of this place.

Japanese platter is just in front of us.

And Shruti is also there.

Hi!

You know Shruti already.

She was there at Rooftop Rannaghar with two of her fantastic dishes.

Green Chicken and Crispy Chilli Babycorn.

Shruti is joining us as a food taster today.

This Japanese platter is so diverse that I might forget the names of the dishes.

So I have noted the names down from the chef here.

I am sure that you already know Fish Sushi.

And here goes Fish Teriyam Maki.

I have to read out other names.

Chicken Tempura.

Fried Chicken Gyoza.

Egg Yakisoba Noodles.

And the last one is Chicken Kushiyaki.

I am tasting Japanese food almost for the first time today.

I have tasted Sushi before.

But I have liked the other dishes too.

I can't remember the names.

Please help me out.

Sure.

What is the name of this dish?

It is Chicken Kushiyaki.

It's very nice.

Crispy from outside and it's very tender inside.

The flavour and the sauce are awesome.

This Japanese version of Momo, which is called Fried Chicken Gyoza is also very good.

Maki is also similar to Sushi.

It has fish filling inside and rice and sesame outside.

Many people think that Japanese food is raw and uncooked.

But it's not like that.

It's absolutely cooked.

Some are fried also.

The flavour of the noodles is also very good.

It's a brand-new experience.

Now I repeat the same thing once again.

What are you waiting for?

We have started a new segment.

We are bringing some selected guest cooks of Rooftop Rannaghar to different restaurants as food tasters.

Like Shruti was here today.

So please send your recipe to

We will be right back with our new episode.

Crochet lace summer beret hat "Stair and Lace" MamochkinKanal - Duration: 4:46.

Crochet lace summer beret hat "Stair and Lace" on MamochkinKanal.

This hat i was crocheted for my daughter for 4-years old.

The beret hat "Stair and Lace" is crocheted from the summer yarn (260yd/50g, hook №2).

Diagrams for this hat you can found into info-box of this video.

I used a printed yarn Coco Print.

I think this yarn makes the beret more interested!

My crocheting was based on a diagram "The stair beret" known russian crocheting women.
