6 Ways To Read Someone�s Mind Easily

Many of us think of reading somebody else�s mind as a sort of control mechanism.

If you can figure out their next move, you can manipulate them or anticipate their future

actions.

In reality, it can be far more practical and personal.

Reading someone else�s mind allows you to be there for them, understand their point

of view, and relate to them on a deeper level.

Here are 6 easy ways to read someone�s mind easily:

1) Body Language

Body language is another clear indication as to what somebody is thinking.

If their forehead is creased they are stressed.

How are they sitting or standing; what is their posture?

When primates in the wild show strength, they open up, arms out wide.

They stretch out and pound their chests.

In fact, their cortisol horome levels decrease, reducing stress.

Like wise, if you bunch up nervously your cortisol levels increase.

When cortisol levels increase, sleep deprivation, weight gain and a host of other issues can

result.

Caffeine has many medicinal properties but when abused, it can lead to cortisol spikes,

thus weight gain and sleep deprivation may follow.

Thus, you can learn a lot about a person�s mental state from their body language, posture,

and energy levels.

2) Watch their breath

How are they breathing?

If somebody breathes through the base of their spine it means they are relaxed.

If ones breathe is shallow, they are tense.

If you want to know someone�s mental state, observe their breath.

If their breathing is choppy, they are most likely nervous which means they don�t want

you to know something.

They may be shy, anxious, or hiding something from you.

If someone has a relaxed breath, you know that their mental state is calm which typically

means they are being truthful.

3) Read their eyes

The eyes can also be revealing.

The pupil is said to be a portal to the mind.

Some studies have shown that when one thinks hard, pupils dilate.

Interestingly, when the brain is overloaded the pupils will constrict.

Also with pupils, when you first meet someone they widen.

If they widen but then constrict, it means they are not really interested in you.

If the remain dilated, it means they are excited to be with you.

4) Listen to their tone of voice.

Not the words, their tone.

The tone of voice can also tell everything.

The speed of somebodies voice.

Slow is calm, fast in nervous.

The words are not as important as the energy behind them.

This does not even need to be explained because you know what a certain tone means.

But sometimes we must really tune in and listen to get answers.

5) Spend Time With Them

If you want to know what makes somebody tick, spend time with them.

Spend an afternoon and you�ll learn a lot.

Spend a week, month and year and you might both be reading each others minds.

When spending time with someone, it will become obvious how they will react to certain situations.

No matter if the thoughts and feelings are nervous, brave, happy or sad it is won�t

be difficult to notice when you know the person well.

This is why it amazes me when a parent claims they did not realize anything might be wrong

with their child if the child does something wrong.

�Everything was normal� they might say.

This is usually an indication that the parent was not spending enough time with their child.

If they were, no words would need to be spoken for the parent to know something is wrong.

Other times we might be in a relationship with somebody for a couple of years and still

not know what they are thinking.

This can create stress in a relationship because it�s hard to know how to act when you don�t

know what your lover or friend is thinking or feeling.

But still, generally speaking time is a device that allows one to tap into the brain of another.

6) Make sure you aren�t fueling their mind with your energy

Everything depends on you.

If you approach a situation nervously, your friend will reflect that tension.

Approaching a situation in a relaxed state, we can absorb the other persons energy and

recognize it for what it truly is without much guessing.

It is important to note that we all have the ability to ask how somebody feels.

Beyond the polite �how�s it going� throwaway question (which is always answered with �good�

type response) it is ok to dig a little deeper.

Maybe you can try to read their mind and ask a more specific question such as, �you seem

relaxed and in a good mood�?�

Open ended observations like that can open up real dialog as opposed to simple customary

banter.

As a little exercise, if somebody does ask �how�s it going� feel free to offer

up something real.

Stop and examine your own feelings for a couple seconds, then tell them.

Self awareness is critical when attempting to be more aware of others around you.

The less aware and centered you are, the less you will be able to read another person�s

mind.

Today I'm gonna be teaching you guys how to make a proper response in English

There's no doubt that the most important thing in a language is to respond.

Response is not just an indiction of knowing the other person is actually listening,

but also a respect to the person who is having the conversation.

OH YEAH

Really

Then let's jump right into these top three ways of response.

First, indicating listening.

Then here you can say,

I see

Equivalent to I understand,

Or you can say,

Yeah

I believe this is the most universal response.

Lastly, rhetorical response.

What does it mean exactly?

For example

I just got outta the shower.

Oh~You did?

It's mostly just asking, not intentionally.

Second

Indicating agreeing

You can say,

I know right

Literally, it means I understand or feel you.

Yet, we simply just explained it as an agreement.

Tell me about it

It basically corresponds to meaning of "I know right."

But you probably get kind of confused by the wording

Doesn't "Tell me about it" mean, tell me about something that happen or anything?

There's definitely no mistake being made.

However, in this case, it simply means agreeing on what being said.

Being said, there's no need to add anything after saying "Tell me about it."

So don't make a fool of yourself by actually tell someone about it.

Right and Yeah

They basically just mean "Yes."

It's fairly understandable.

Third, indicating being surprise.

You can say,

For real

Really

You can also say,

Seriously

The meaning of those three are mostly the same

Last usage

is simply to contra....

Contra...

is simply to contradict the statement being made.

What does it mean?

For instance,

I got a car for my birthday gift.

No, you didn't.

In fact, those usages express a sense of surprise and not believing.

How teen would say it is,

Just cause it's really versatile.

To be honest, it was quite awkward that all I respond was "Yeah" in particular.

'Game of Thrones' Fans Might Need to Wait Two Years for the Final Season - Duration: 1:37.

As Game of Thrones fans eagerly await the arrival of season seven this July, we all

know that we're one season closer to the series finale of season eight.

Now, HBO has revealed that it's in no rush to release the final season.

HBO programming president Casey Bloys spoke with Entertainment Weekly and said he'll

be giving Emmy-winning showrunners D.B. Weiss and David Benioff plenty of time to create

the final season, which will only contain six episodes.

Bloys said the final season will air in 2018 or perhaps even 2019 depending on how much

time Weiss and Benioff need.

According to Bloys,

"They have to write the episodes and figure out the production schedule.

We'll have a better sense of [when it will air] once they get further into the writing."

By now we're sure you've heard of the slew of prequels HBO has planned for the series,

and according to author and mastermind of the Song of Fire and Ice series, George RR

Martin, HBO has no less than five prequel series on deck.

Again, according to Bloy, the main series 2018/2019 release schedule has nothing to

do with the spin offs in development.

"I haven't even seen outlines.

In the press at large, everybody said, 'there are four spinoffs' and they assume that means

each one is happening and we're going to have a new Game of Thrones show per quarter.

That's not what's going on.

The idea is not to do four shows.

The bar set by [Benioff and Weiss] is so high that my hope is to get one show that lives

up to it.

Also, this is a long-term plan.

Our No. 1 goal is the seventh season this summer and getting the eighth season written

and aired."

We are accustomed by now to the unfathomable ability of President Trump to declare victory

even amidst another bad defeat.

We are also beginning to get accustomed to the fact that U.S. media celebrate as a success

every occasion when President Trump did not act more or less like an idiot.

It is hard for them to swallow the number of times when Trump has left the wider American

public or the international community merely dumbfounded.

The bar gets lower by the day

In a dangerous reversal of the history of human evolution, the Tweeter-in-Chief continues

to lower the bar of what passes these days for presidential behavior or becoming the

Office of the President.

That such a man is arguably still the most powerful man in the world points to the significance

of the �checks and balances� challenge which U.S. society and U.S. institutions face.

So far, it seems, they are still given to all too self-congratulatory referrals on that

account.

The proof of the pudding will come in the eating.

It�s no longer the time for the self-glorifying penchant of American society and politics.

The golden moments

It has come to this: As long as Trump does not mock the disabled, calls Mexicans rapists

or insults the parents of a fallen soldier, Donald Trump is golden.

Golden in his buddy-buddy dance in Riyadh with reprehensibly misogynistic reactionaries,

aka Saudi royals.

And as golden as the tacky Trump signs that adorn his buildings (or more correctly, the

buildings that he lends his name to, for a steep licensing fee, of course).

Defending the indefensible

It is one thing for Mr. Trump to lower the standards of what goes for American propriety.

It is quite another for an all too compliant U.S. media to ape the man.

That is why it is so frightening when the U.S. media seem to insinuate, egged on by

ever-so-balanced pundits and a vast army of Republican Trump-apologists, that Mr. Trump�s

first trip abroad as President was a continuation of steady U.S. foreign policy.

They can�t beat the truth

Truth tellers they are not.

When they refuse to label it an unmitigated disaster, they are indeed engaging in FAKE

news, not that Mr. Trump or his followers would call it that.

This is indicative of an unfortunate trait of U.S. society � to refuse to criticize

the office holder in the vain hope of protecting the nation and its reputation.

(The latter, it should be obvious, can only be protected by criticizing the man).

The Trump transformation

To be sure, the ripple effects of that disaster are not simply transitory.

They are profound and possibly irreversible.

How else may it be explained that German Chancellor Angela Merkel, a woman known to be deliberate

and reserved in her choice of words, noted after the G-7 meeting that this was a new

era where historical alliances may no longer be relied upon?

How else may it be interpreted that her major opponent in the forthcoming German elections

was far less diplomatic in describing Mr. Trump�s behavior as unacceptable to the

German people.

The image is the message: An America apart

This was not about Mr. Trump�s alleged description of Germany as being �bad, very bad� or

his childish, separate ride in a golf cart behind the six other leaders at the Taormina

summit as they were taking a short walking tour.

This was and is about the emergence of a new world order.

This was and is about a watershed moment in post-World War II history, where the �free

world� no longer is defined by its economic ideology (capitalism) and those �unfree�

are no longer labeled as Communist.

US as a floater between liberal and illiberal

This new world consists of open democratic, pluralistic societies on the one hand, and

closed undemocratic plutocracies on the other.

And Trump�s United States curiously, unbelievably floating in between.

Europe�s moment

So how can Europe make sense of all of this?

It all starts with the rebuilding of a strong French/German relationship.

In post-World War II Europe, the most important relationship and eventually personal friendship

developed between French President Charles de Gaulle and German Chancellor Konrad Adenauer.

Kisses � and beyond

At the signing of the �lys�e Treaty of friendship between France and Germany on January

22, 1963, de Gaulle said:

My heart overflows and my soul is grateful that I have signed this treaty with the chancellor.

No-one on this planet can fail to appreciate the immense importance of this act.

It not only turns the page on a long and bloody era of fighting and war, but also opens the

door to a new future for Germany, for France, for Europe and therefore for the world!

German Chancellor Konrad Adenauer humbly responded by saying: �General, you have spoken so

eloquently that I cannot add anything to your words.�

De Gaulle then hugged the reserved Adenauer and planted a kiss on his cheek, which took

Adenauer off guard.

He quickly recovered and kissed de Gaulle on the other cheek.

Chancellor Merkel and Emmanuel Macron have their own redo opportunity now.

Theirs can be a joint economic agenda as well as a new vision for an invigorated Europe.

In the end, what matters for Europe�s future is the Franco-German relationship.

Rather than being a high brow �condominium� dominating the others, the benefit of that

relationship for all EU nations is that, between Germany and France, most of the tensions and

the varying positions found on the continent are fully reflected.
