how to make red velvet cupcakes - Duration: 2:27.

welcome to riri's baking channel. today we will be making red velvet cupcakes. let's get started.

first, we put in the half a stick of butter at room temperature.

and then, we put in the 3/4 of a cup of sugar

beat that until combined

now that the butter and sugar are mixed together, now we add the egg

and then, you mix that until it is all beaten in

we just added 2 and a half tablespoons of cocoa powder, half a teaspoon of vanilla extract, and 2 tablespoons of red food coloring ( optional )

beat that in to the batter until smooth and creamy

now we put in the half a cup of buttermilk,

and, the 1 and 1/4 cups of flour

put it on low speed and mix

then, put in the half a teaspoon of salt, half a teaspoon of baking soda, and one and a half teaspoons of white vinegar

and, we mix

so here's our cake batter. and now we're gonna get it ready for the oven but first, don't forget to sneak a lick

time to throw these in the oven for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.

now the cupcakes are out of the oven and ready to be frosted. Which i've already done

i used homemade frosting that i made myself

it includes cool whip, instant vanilla pudding mix, and milk

hi I'm Izzy and I'm mom today we are doing the Funko pop legion of collectors

and it is Wonder Woman. And we got a cool Wonder Woman shirts.

Now lets open the box!

Into "Welcome to the Izzy Report"

This really cool looking box. And my mother keeps hitting it on my face.

It's got some cool comic drawings of Wonder Woman and it has a badge and a pen.

And these are limited edition to these boxes. Lets turn it like that.

So you get one's on this side. So my mom is going to open it first.

So this is the Legion of Collectors Wonder Woman theme.

I got the Wonder Woman badge.

Lets see what's inside! I'm going to open it.

Wow, so here is a funko pop pint-sized hero.

Now, huh, looks like you have sox's. Wonder Women socks!

That's what my mom got. And this is about the collection that we have in here the

Wonder Woman collection. And you know this is Batman. Batman I guess is coming up next.

So I'm going to get this one out. Wonder Women, so I got the Wonder Women

pack out. Funko pop out!

And I got the Doctor Maru Funko Pop.

And that's everything, and there's that cool box design again.

Yep, I'm going to open the woman blind bag.

Pint Sized Heros!

I think I'm gonna get Wonder Woman, yep, I got Wonder Women, a little one.

So the head can be moved. So here is the little Wonder Women and her head moves.

She's dancing. So here are the Wonder Woman socks for my mom.

Daddy will probably steal them. Yeah, well hid them from Daddy. You can probably wear them.

You can see her full face so they're pretty cool. She's got a sword and everything and it even has

little stars and the one Wonder Women logo and lines!

So this is the Wonder Women pop!

Funko Pop, and it's an exclusive DC Wonder Woman figure 181.

And there are all types to get. This is how the Wonder Women Looks and she has her lasso of

truth laughs so of - so here's a little stand that comes with it.

You know more about this than I do.

So here's a little Wonder Woman on her little stand and thats what she looks like.

So I have Doctor Maru and she is number 33.

Ah, she's got like a half shield over her face, thats kinda interesting.

There's my mom's character, she has glasses on the top and you see she has

some arrows and tying up to hold the mask up maybe.

and today I have a little story time

This actually happened yesterday

So I was at the zoo

with my sister, my brother in law, their friend, and my niece

and we were walking in this little bulding

that has a bunch of animals

and-

Well of course it has animals, it's at the zoo

But um

We saw Diegosaurs

Now, in case you didn't understand that

because it's like, out of nowhere and shocking,

We. Saw. Diegosaurs.

So we went up to him and I was just

the whole time I was like,

"I wonder if he saw my video where I was talking about him and Seth."

"I wonder if he was-

if he saw that video"

"I wonder if he's mad at me" like,

I was just wondering all these things

and we went up to him

and here's the video of us meeting him
