Understanding Project M: The Japanese Scene - Duration: 6:49.

When people consider the overall Smash Bros. scene,

they usually look to the USA as the hub of talent and competition for the entire world.

Obviously there's the occasional exception,

but the bulk of top players are American,

and almost every world-class major tournament occurs in America.

That being said, every smash game

has been impacted by the performance of top players from Japan.

Whether it be Wario or Wangera in Smash 64,

all the way to Abadango or Ranai in Smash 4,

every smash community has benefited from the contributions

of the Japanese players.

Well... every smash community except Project M.

As of the release of this video,

there have been almost zero interactions between

the American PM scene and the Japanese PM scene.

And if you're like most smash players, you're probably thinking…

"What Japanese PM scene? People in Japan play PM?

What if big daddy Nintendo catches them?"

Yeah... There's not a lot of widespread knowledge about the Japanese PM scene,

but the scene definitely exists, and I'd like for more people

to know about it so we can have more international interactions with Japanese players.

So here is my rundown of the Project M scene in Japan.

First, to answer the obvious question,

yes there is a scene for Project M in Japan, but it's not a very strong one.

The country of Japan is surprisingly big,

so the country gets divided into a few subregions, and instead of weeklies,

there are regular smashfests being held for Melee, Smash 4 and PM.

6 Ways To Talk To People Who Just Don't Get It! - Duration: 5:06.

6 Ways To Talk To People Who Just Don't Get It!

by Gregg Prescott

Are you tired of trying to reach people who just dont get it?

Here are six ways to help you start up a spirituality conversation with just about anyone!

6 Ways To Talk To People Who Just Dont Get It

1.

Try to find some common ground

Most people have a curiosity about UFOs and have either seen one or knows of someone

who has seen a UFO.

Ask them about their beliefs in UFOs.

There are dramatic earth changes going on right now, such as tsunamis, volcanoes, earthquakes,

mass animal die offs, sinkholes, land cracks, solar flares, etc Bring up one of these

topics and segue it into other earth change topics.

From here, you can mention how our planet follows cycles of time, how history always

seems to repeat itself and how to learn from these cycles of time.

If someone is having difficulty sleeping, you could mention the benefits of meditation

and melatonin, and how melatonin helps to open the pineal gland.

Were starting to see an influx of television programming and movie productions that revolve

around aliens.

Create a conversation about this and test the waters to see where people stand on whether

they believe aliens are malevolent (bad) or benevolent (good).

If youre having a conversation about art, you can easily mention how there have been

discoveries of 10,000+ year old artwork about aliens and their spacecrafts.

2.

Ask hypothetical questions

Weve all asked these kinds of questions, such as, If you were an animal, what kind

of animal would you be and why? Try asking a similar question, but from a spiritual perspective:

If you could have any ability, what would it be and why? Some people might want to

fly or to be invisible while other people might want the ability to read minds.

From here, you can talk about ways to work on specific abilities, such as telepathy,

seeing auras, and telekinesis.

Related: If There Was No Such Thing As Money

3.

Ask them to watch just one video

Just about anyone will check out at least a few minutes of a video you send them.

If the video link is in an email, then chances are, theyll put this aside and will watch

it at their convenience.

Dont force the issue by asking them if theyve seen the video yet.

If theyre still interested, theyll talk to you about it.

Id recommend Esoteric Agenda, The Secret, Zeitgeist, or Ring of Power, but feel free

to use your own discernment.

4.

Look for opportunities to plant the seed

Lets imagine youre standing in line at the grocery store.

To start a conversation, you might try saying, I never really knew about genetically modified

foods until I read about it on in5d.com (or your favorite alternative news website).

This plants the seed of suggestion to those who are curious about GMOs or whatever

topic youre trying to garner curiosity about.

You could even talk about how taxes are so high and segue that into how all political

parties are the same.

For some, this will begin their awakening process.

5.

Make a statement, be creative

Make a custom t shirt about what youd like to talk about.

People will ask you about it.

6.

Ask other like-minded people

Attend workshops, go to conferences, participate in a drum circle and ask people how they start

a conversation with someone who just doesnt get it.

Russia and Protestantism - Duration: 4:38.

Hello ladies and gentlemen. This video is my second installment of my video series

called, Russia and Christianity. This time I'm going to read I actually put up an

article from this website called Revolve, and this specific article that

we're going to look at is called Protestantism in Russia.

For starters I'm going to highlight this paragraph and go from there: "Protestants

in Russia constitute between 0.5 and 1.5 percent of the overall population of the

country by 2004 there were four thousand four hundred thirty-five registered

Protestant societies representing twenty one percent of all registered religious

organizations which is second place after Eastern Orthodoxy by contrast in

1992, the Protestants reportedly had 510 organizations in Russia. Alright

now we're going to move on to the history of Protestantism in Russia but

this time even though I'm going to highlight these two paragraphs. For

starters I'm going to make some explanations in my own words so

basically I'm not going to like repeat exactly what the article says so I'm

going to put it like this:

Protestant churches began to emerge in Russia between sixteenth and seventh

centuries in cities like Moscow in retrospect to the communities of Western

Europe. In particular, the Lutheran churches represent the largest minority

of Protestantism prior to the 1917 revolution in Russia. Under the reign of

Czarina Catherine ll, there were large numbers of Germans who were invited to

Russia. These groups included Lutheran's Mennonites reformed and even Roman

Catholics. Alright I'm just going to skip this paragraph and just move on to

these two paragraphs and explain them out or should I say explain them away

Anyways, Baptist communities in Russia first began to emerge in separate

regions of the Russian Empire. These include the

Transcaucasia Ukraine and St. Petersburg in between the 1860s and 1870s. According

to the Christian history Institute, there was a

significant increase for that matter, of a number of Baptists in Russia

just after World War 1. In fact some some of the prisoners some of the Russian

prisoners of war were converted by some German missionaries and

these same prisoners decided to return to their home country: Russia namely,

and obviously preach to their countrymen. By 1950 about 2

million Baptists lived in the Soviet Union and the large the largest

population was in fact in Ukraine. Anyways that's all I have for

now. Like I said I'll leave the rest of the article in the description section

for you all to check out. That'll be all... thank you for watching and have a nice

day.
