In 6 Years of Obama, Terror Rate Tripled

BY K. CAMPBELL

Former President Barack Obama loved to tout his counterterrorism successes, but a new

report on global terrorism recently showed that the situation was actually made worse

under his leadership.

A lot worse.

In its annual Global Peace Index for 2017, the Institute for Economics and Peace

considered the state of peace in 163 countries, and the results were shocking and

dismal.

Since 2011, or over only six years, terrorism around the world has nearly tripled, resulting

in a current all-time high for terrorism and a costly bill for those fighting it, the report

found, according to the Voice of America.

The report determined that world peace has been declining for the past decade, citing

terrorism and conflicts in the Middle East and Northern Africa as the primary driving

factors.

In fact, terrorism-related deaths had risen more than 900 percent since 2007 in the 35

countries that participate in the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development a

forum for governments to work together to solve common problems, including safety from

terrorism.

Twenty-three of the organizations member countries had experienced deaths due to terrorism

over the past year, including Denmark, Sweden, France and Turkey.

Across the globe, deaths from terrorism increased by 80 percent from last year, and the intensity

of terrorism also increased.

For example, in 2016, 11 countries lost more than 500 people to terrorist acts, as compared

to 2015 when only five nations experienced that kind of death toll.

In the Middle East, where the majority of terrorist activity was concentrated, battle

deaths from conflict were at a 25-year high, while the number of refugees and displaced

people reached a level not seen in 60 years.

To make matters worse, the rise in violence terrorism-related and otherwise hasnt

just been dangerous, but it has also been expensive, as it cost the global economy $14.3

trillion last year, with a $2.5 trillion impact in the United States alone.

While Obama isnt entirely to blame for this horrifying rise in terrorism, his liberal

foreign policies certainly did not improve the situation, and in many ways, opened the

door for several terrorist groups to find their footing.

For example, Obamas policies encouraged groups such as the Muslim Brotherhood to take

power in several critical Middle Eastern countries, claiming the group had renounced violence,

even though we all know that simply was not true.

Not to mention the epic failure officially known as Libya a place where Obama also

touted success. One look at the situation today, however, tells an entirely different

story of a place where democracy has failed to take place and extreme violence has become

the norm.

In Afghanistan, the Taliban gained ground under Obama, as the U.S. special inspector

general for Afghanistan reconstruction reported in mid-2016 that the NATO-backed Afghan government

was only in control of 65.6 percent of districts in the country a drop from the 70.5 percent

it held in January 2016, according to the Guardian.

Furthermore, Obamas decision to withdraw troops from Iraq allowed the Islamic State

group to rise to prominence, and his terrible underestimation of the critical problem in

Syria contributed to the serious destabilization in the Middle East an outcome that has

clearly had a ripple effect across Europe and into the United States.

Fortunately, President Donald Trump has expressed a commitment to undoing as much as possible

the ill-advised decisions made by the Obama administration and has taken strides

to clean up the mess his predecessor left behind.

Obamas out of office, but theres a lot of work to do.

rose to prominence during Obamas presidency.

Arab-Israeli Six-Day War | Desk/Show/Series | NPR - Duration: 1:43.

In 1967, three Arab armies -- Egypt, Jordan and Syria -- massed troops on Israel's borders

and called for its elimination.

But Israel launched a lightning strike on June 5th, 1967, rapidly defeating all three

countries and tripling the land under its control.

Here's how the region was transformed.

First, Israel went from being seen as this tiny, plucky nation fighting for survival

to the regional powerhouse.

Israel is still at odds with many neighbors.

It's never settled basic questions such as what are its borders.

But it has prospered and built a powerful economy and military.

Second, Arab states suffered a humiliating defeat.

Their many losses included the eastern part of Jerusalem, home to Muslim holy sites.

This marked a point when many Arabs began to question whether their leaders could deliver

on grandiose promises.

Palestinian leaders haven't been able to end Israel's occupation.

Egyptian and Syrian leaders have fared poorly.

Over the years, many Arabs have turned away from secular leaders and we've seen

a rise in radical Islamist groups.

Third, the United States has become much more involved in the Middle East in an attempt

to make it more stable.

The U.S. provides more military assistance to Israel than [to] any other country.

The U.S. has served as the main broker in peace talks.

Israel has made peace with Egypt and Jordan.

But there been many failures - like the ongoing Israeli-Palestinian feud.

That brief war in 1967 has ripple effects that influence the conflicts we see today

in the Middle East.

Why You Wake Up At The Same Time Every Night! - Duration: 6:06.

Why You Wake Up At The Same Time Every Night!

Have you ever wondered why you always seem to wake up during the night at particular

times?

And its not just an odd night here and there. After a while you begin to realize

youre waking up again and again, the nights of sleeping through a distant memory. You

start to look at the clock and find its always at the same time 2:55am or between

certain hours like 4am to 5am. Youre not drinking coffee late in the afternoon, youve

cut down on your much loved sugars and youre fairly active during the day (incidentally

if you are drinking coffee all afternoon and youre dipping into refined sugars, consider

stopping and then see how you sleep!). Sure, lifes a bit stressful but how is it that

its always 2:55am?!

Those who use Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) would tell you thats easy look

at the Chinese Medicine Meridian Clock. Its one of my favorite tools to use in

Kinesiology. The great thing about the Meridian Clock is you dont have to be a Kinesiologist

or a practitioner of TCM to understand it or gain insight from it. Heres a basic

explanation to get you started.

Whats your time?

Firstly, have a look at the clock above and find the time youre waking up. Take note

of the name that sits directly beneath it. For example, if youre waking between 1am

and 3am then you would look at the information about the Liver meridian. Dont worry it

doesnt necessarily mean theres something wrong with your liver, its just the way

theyre named in English.

14 major meridians our electrical system

There are 14 major meridians or flows of an energy substance (you may have heard of Qi/Chi

which sustains life) with 12 of them sitting within the 24 hour clock. All are constantly

flowing with energy from your environment and penetrating your body through your skin,

central nervous system and organs. These portals on the skin are what acupuncture and acupressure

use. Each has a two hour period where they are the primary meridian. Each meridian is

linked to particular parts of the body, mechanisms of the body, other meridians, thoughts and

emotions, color, sound, seasons and other spiritual aspects. Theyre also partnered

together as Yin (receiving energy) and Yang (expressing energy) of an element Earth,

Metal, Water, Wood, and Fire.

Think of it like electrical circuits when the energy of a meridian is not flowing well

due to a block (like stress), youll find that youll experience a sign or symptom

from the meridian(s) involved. This block will also cause an imbalance in the flows

between meridians. So when waking up in the night at the same time, or becoming exhausted

with 3:30-itis in the afternoon, you can look at the meridian at work and what may be happening

with you. Heres a list of the basic emotions of each element (the ring below the meridians).

Earth Empathy, sympathy, balanced giving and receiving

Metal Grief and loss Water Fear and anxiety

Wood Anger, frustration and resentment Fire Love, hate and joy

What now?

Self reflection people! It can be quite simple; you just need to stop and listen. Your body

is trying to tell you something by waking you up at the same time. Back to our previous

example, if your time is the Liver meridian and the Wood element ask yourself What

am I angry or frustrated at? Or think of the Liver organ and apply this to your life

What is toxic in my life that I need to get rid of? Perhaps you have symptoms that

your digestive system is not working so well?

Ill leave you with this as food for thought. Spend some time to reflect on your life and

whats keeping you awake based on the ancient wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine. I

will cover this in more detail in the next post Why You Wake Up At The Same Time Every

Night (Part II). If youre having trouble falling asleep at night, have a read through

the Sanctuary of Sleep Series Part One Sleep & Stress: Why You Cant Fall Asleep

If youd like to read more about Traditional Chinese Medicine start with The Web That

Has No Weaver: Understanding Chinese Medicine by Ted Kaptchuk.

This post is the first installment of a series Ill be writing on Traditional Chinese Medicine

and how you can use it to help you in daily life. Easy!

The Elder Scrolls Legends: Basics - Duration: 10:35.

Greetings, Earthlings!

Welcome to the Madqueenshow, I am your host the Madqueen

And Mr Ruvver

And Mr Ruvver!

On today's menu, we have some good news for those who are fans of collectible card games,

such as Magic: The Gathering

Also known as Magic: The Scrounging

or Heartstone and people who enjoyed The Elder Scrolls franchise.

The Elder Scrolls: Legends is now available on Steam and Android for tablet

That means that people playing with Mac will have the chance to try this awesome game

As I said many times, I was a huge fan of Magic back in the day,

I spent lots of hours playing

And not only hours

And I'm glad that there's a collectible card game I like where I don't need to buy the

cards at ridiculous prices

For those who don't know this game, Direwolf and Bethesda created it, and for being

a Bethesda game it doesn't crash

It's similar to Heartstone but with slight differences that make Legends more appealing

game than Blizzards' card game

The main differences being the rune mechanic, and the two-lane board,

but we will get to that later

Legends is more rewarding for Free to play players than Heartstone: you get between 10

and 50 gold, plus a card every three games you win,

in Heartstone it's only 10 gold every three wins

You can also buy packs and expansions with real money, sure, but if you invest enough

time, you can buy those packs and expansions with in-game currency

Also, you get extra gold every day if you complete the daily missions

the game offers you

You can get a decent and competitive deck in less than a month

if you know what you are doing

And don't you worry, we will help you with that

The first thing you will play is the story mode

This mode is divided into three acts and is a step-by-step tutorial to learn both the

mechanics of the game and how the different colors work

At the end of the story mode, you will have 5 different prebuilt decks with different

combinations of colors, and a collection big enough to build your own decks

And the best part of the story mode is you get to see Tyr

Stop drooling, I'll have to clean all that!

And the art of the cards is amazing, I will put a link in the description to an Imgur

album with art used for the creation of Legends plus some unused ideas

that you're going to love

After you complete the Story mode, you can jump either to Arena mode or online matches

that can be casual or ranked

In the Arena mode, you have to craft a 30-card deck from the cards that the game offers you

You'll have to choose a card from three options until you reach 30 cards

That's like stabbing your flatmate, you know

The first is accidental, but for the other 29, you need to aim

This deck will only exist in the same space-time continuum than you during the arena mode,

as these cards will not join your collection, only the rewards you get

after the run is over

This mode is a great way to get to know cards that you don't have

You know, you can invite them to a pint, ask about their hobbies, talk about films… and

then they disappear

Like a Tinder date

You have to complete a Solo Arena Run to unlock the online Arena where you can fight other

players, called Versus Arena

Playing in this Arena is going to cost you 150 gold or one Arena Ticket

Does it come with two drinks?

You will get one arena ticket once you complete the story mode, and you can buy more with

real money, but yes…

Don't be a moron and grind some gold like the big kids do

You have to defeat nine enemies in Solo Arena and seven in Versus Arena

to get the best reward

If you lose three times, game over

However, even if you lose three games and you get no wins, rewards are ok

And playing some Solo Arena at the beginning is fit for casuls!

The first ranks are pretty easy and the rewards are nice to start building your collection

You can earn gold, soul gems, and packs as rewards

The main mode in this game is

PLAY

And the game makes its best effort to let you know that this is the main mode

You can play casual or ranked matches against other people

In this mode you will use the cards from your collection, so you will be able to craft your

own decks or use the ones the game gave to you after finishing the story mode

But we strongly recommend brewing your own decks

It's the best way to learn the cards and how to use them properly

And now for something completely different

Deck building

Your decks can have from 50 to 70 cards, being 50 the optimal choice, because it will be

easier to find that specific card you need in a desperate moment

Of course, if you want to play more cards is ok, but have in mind it will be harder

to make it work

You can have 3 copies of every card in a deck unless it's a unique legendary like Tyr

Every exceeding card you own can be soul trapped

That is like selling them like slaves for soul gems

To craft new cards you will have to spend the soul gems you get from rewards or from

soul trapping cards

The cards in the game have 6 different colors and the combination of two of them are called

classes

You can only use two colors in a deck, and the colors are:

Red, that is Strength, focused on powerful creatures with high attack and aggressive

behavior Blue, that is Intelligence, if you like mages

and spells, this is your color

Green, that is Agility, fast and lethal creatures and the only color with the capability to

travel in between lanes

Yellow, that is Willpower, strength in numbers

This deck focuses on creating an army of small creatures that can be a pain to deal with

Purple, that is Endurance

Big creatures, If you want to play with big and intimidating creatures, this may peak

your interest And Grey

Gray is Neutral, it doesn't count as "color", meaning that these gray cards can go in any

deck without restrictions

When you build a deck with two colors, you have 10 combinations of colors that are called

classes, that are: Archer, when you mix red and green

Assassin, when you mix green and blue

Battlemage, when you mix blue and red

Crusader, when you mix red and yellow

Mage, when you mix yellow and blue

Monk, when you mix yellow and green

Scout, when you mix green and purple

Sorcerer, when you mix purple and blue

Spellsword, when you mix yellow and purple

and Warrior, when you mix purple and red

And, as I said before, you can add gray cards to these decks without restriction

For instance, if you build a warrior deck, with is purple and red, you won't be able

to put any willpower card, because they are yellow

But you can add as many neutral cards as you want without restrictions

Each class has access to specific cards, named "dual"

You can only use them if your deck has those exact colors

You can see here a few examples

Those cards are so sexy

Now we can talk about the unique board of this game

It may seem a bland design, but it's pretty nice and easy to the eyes

As you can see, we have both avatars here, yours and obviously the other is the opponent,

at 30 health

You can also see five runes surrounding your avatar

Every 5 points of health lost give you a card, and if that card has "prophecy" on it, you

can instantly play it with no Magicka cost for you

That card can be an action or a creature

Nice, right?

At the bottom right you can see your Magicka available in that turn

The available Magicka increases by one each turn

If you click on your avatar, 8 options will appear, those are prerecorded sentences your

character can say to communicate with the opponent

Don't be that guy that spams emotes, please!

You can also see a skull icon and a pack

The skull is your discard pile, and the pack is the number of cards left in your deck

If you don't have the strategic advantage of starting the game and go second, a ring

with three jewels will appear

When you activate it, you gain one Magicka in that turn

It may not seem like it, but it's well balanced

That's what he said

Well, let's take a look at the lanes

You see the board is split in half, resulting in 2 lanes: the field lane, that is the one in the

left and the shadow lane that is the one on the right, and what's the difference between them?

As you can see, creatures placed in shadow lane have a cover, or in other words, you

cannot attack with a creature until the next turn but you may target them using actions

The field lane does not have any special conditions; a creature can target your card placed there

in the same turn

It is important to note that creatures cannot attack directly other creatures placed in

the opposite lane

You can place 4 creatures in each lane and you can play up to 4 support cards, that will

be placed next to your avatar

Support cards give you ongoing advantages, like giving certain creatures +1 to the attack

power or giving a creature a random item when it enters the board

Well folks, thanks for watching, I hope you found this information useful and amusing

These are the basics to start playing Elder Scrolls Legends, we will do more videos on

that, so if you want to know something in particular please leave a comment

and let me know

Please give the video a huge thumbs up if you enjoyed, and share it, because sharing

is LOVE

As usual, you can follow everywhere, except to my place, I would appreciate you don't

do that, at MadQueenshow, see you in next videos and stay being amazing

Massive Schnitzel Record Challenge in Germany!! - Duration: 11:41.

Hey everybody this is Randy Santel

"Atlas" with Atlas & Zeus Promotions and

proud owner of foodchallenges.com!

Extra-extra very very so excited tonight

I am going for my first win in the

country of Germany overall win number

426 I am in Frankfurt in Main I am at

Waldgeist at Hofeim location I am

taking on their Kunak Platter Challenge!

which is basically a massive thing of

schnitzel but I am not alone today these

guys we've got over here Fabien and Nick!

Fabien uses foodchallenges.com and he

actually trained up through the week

trying to get ready to eat this massive

meal but he knows he's not going to be

able to finish so what we're doing is

that two versus one they're not actually

trying us on a team challenge but

they're going to be trying to finish

their challenge before I can finish mine

we've got one sitting as the time limit

but basically you've got to break the

record a couple days ago actually a guy

a 2.8 kilos of their delicious looking

for schnitzel each one of these is about

500 grams or about one pound each but

yeah so it's almost like six pounds more

than that but basically we've got one

sitting time limit and in order to win

I've got to break the record so we each

have the fries are optional they're not

included with this we each have to point

nine kilos or kilograms of schnitzel

so we've got one sitting if we do fail

it's going to be about 45 euros but I'm

obviously going to try to get it free

and if I do break the record the

challenge will then be named after me so

you guys ready all right let's get this

challenge started!

All right now as I said the fries are

optional they're not required so I put

those off to the side I've got to finish

all 2.9 kilos of the pork schnitzel and

it's my first time in Germany and I've

never actually had schnitzel before so

I'm not sure about the strategy but I

think I'm just going to pick them up and

eat them I've got these sauces which are

optional as well but they look awesome

mushroom sauce and then a pepper sauce

but the guy that did these two point

eight kilos a couple days ago did it in

like two hours so we're going to try to

obviously beat the record button way

shorter time than that so you guys ready

let's go all right one two three boom

three minutes and 12 seconds I'm gonna

keep trying to eat as much as I can

before using the sauces and stuff but

very flavorful very good let's keep on

going!

12 minutes 25 seconds then I'm trying a

new thing on these I'm trying to do two

sandwich together and just see if it

helps me mentally or not with so I got

plenty of time let's keep on going

oh just switched to Coca Cola's there

it's definitely gonna help me get all

this down faster!

All right 32 minutes in one half of team

Germany has thrown in the towel we've

got to Nick right yeah yeah I surrender

Nick has done but Fabien is going to

keep on going even though I'm smashing

them right now but yeah we basically got

one sniffle left and this is the

smallest of the five so after this I'll

be done with 2.9 kg or the new record so

so I'm waiting on two new diet colas so

you'll see let's get it down!

Cold schnitzel with warm soda is not

good!

I was very very excited at the beginning

of this challenge but 47 minutes and 50

seconds in I am NOT any

who are charged everything last night

all of our batteries and everything but

I forgot to charge my darn mp3 player so

no music today no Miley or Kesha but

we're still getting through almost there

Oh after this challenge I'm retired from

schnitzel for at least 20 hours

really struggled on that one in Belgium

lost that one really struggled on that

Oh tacos Giga tacos in little France

beat that one in 53 well I did not want

to lose this one finished in 55 minutes

and 11 seconds so thank you to everybody

that stayed around, oh that took a while!

Did not want to lose that one I did

Team USA beat Team Germany they've still

got quite a bit left obviously the fries

were not included but they still have

basically two and a half schnitzal or whatever

no I might have some German desserts or

something but I'm good on this trip like

I said I did 2.9 kg which is the new

record I beat the old record by a

hundred grams which was 2.8 but yes I

got the 45 Euro meal for free and I

will be on the menu I guess in their

Hall of Fame as the new record holder so

it will be the Randy Santel Kunak

Platter Challenge I think which means

king of the platter or the schnitzel

platter but awesome awesome challenge

when overall number 426 my first in the

country of Germany which is country

number 13 so very happy about that and

just very happy with the win my first

time having schnitzel I did really enjoy

it

tomorrow I'm doing a smaller one so I'll

probably actually delve into the sauces

and stuff but I was pretty happy with my

strategy didn't want to use a knife and

fork and stuff just kind of went caveman

with it and ate it with my hands but

awesome schnitzel so thank you - where

are we at Fabien? Okay where we are

in Frankfurt

and then whereas Waldegeist

Thanks guys yeah!

There we go, so thank you to

Fabien and Nick for taking the challenge

with me and thank you guys for watching

How We Got Here: Crash Course Sociology #12 - Duration: 11:01.

Until about 12,000 years ago, the largest group of people ever assembled, the most humans ever gathered in one place, was probably a crowd of about 100, tops.

And there were somewhere between one and ten million people on the entire planet back then.

Today, we have football stadiums that can fit a hundred people a thousand times over.

The city of Shanghai has a population of over 24 million.

And there are almost 7.5 billion people on Earth!

How the heck did we get from there to here?

That might sound like a history question, and it is, partly.

But it's also a sociology question.

Because, if we want to understand how we got from small groups huddled around a fire to cities of millions,

we need to understand what society is and how societies change as their populations grow.

And we need to understand how different kinds of societies shape the people who live in them.

Pretty much any question you can ask about society, you can answer with the help of sociology.

[Theme Music]

As long as there have been humans, there have been societies.

We're social animals, and even when there were mere handfuls of us, we grouped together, forming the first societies.

Now, society can mean lots of different things: A few families who spend all their time hunting deer and picking mushrooms can be a society.

But so were the 70 million people of the Roman Empire.

And so are the 1.2 billion people living in India today.

So we need a definition that's going to include all of these things.

And conveniently enough, we have one: a society is simply a group of people who share a culture and a territory.

That's a good definition, but it doesn't really tell us much about the different kinds of societies, or how we get from one kind to another.

For that, we turn to the work of American sociologist Gerhard Lenski.

Lenski focused on technology as the main source of societal change, through a process he called sociocultural evolution:

the changes that occur as a society gains new technology.

Lenski then broke up human history into five different types of societies,

defined by the technology they used and the social organizations that the technology helped create and sustain.

If you look back to early human history, say about 30-40 thousand years ago, you find a lot of what Lenski called hunting and gathering societies.

In these societies, people made use of extremely basic tools to help them hunt animals and gather wild plants for food.

Now, if you think about how much you eat in a day, and imagine trying to gather up that much food every day, it should be pretty clear that this is no easy task.

So food was the major concern in these societies, and they still exist today.

People in hunting and gathering societies spend almost all their time trying to make sure they have enough food.

And they're nomadic, following migrating animals and wild harvests, so they don't build permanent settlements.

So, by their very nature, these societies tend to be small; hunting and gathering can't support a group of more than 25 to 40 people effectively.

And in order for hunting and gathering to support even that, everyone has to work to find food,

and everyone has to share their resources in order to ensure the survival of the group.

This means that these societies have very low inequality.

For the vast majority of human history, every single person lived in hunting and gathering societies,

up until about 12,000 years ago, when the domestication of plants and animals led to new kinds of society: horticultural and pastoral societies.

Pastoral societies are based around the domestication of animals and are also nomadic, moving from place to place to keep their herds fed.

Horticultural societies, on the other hand are based on cultivating plants.

So, with horticultural societies we see the first human settlements, as groups began to stay put, to remain close to reliable sources of food.

And we also see, for the first time, the accumulation of material surplus – that is, more resources than are needed to feed the population.

This is incredibly important because, having a surplus allows a society to grow.

And it also means that not everyone needs to work on getting food and simply surviving.

This, in turn, leads to the first real instances of specialization in society, with separate political, religious, and military roles coming about.

We also get real social inequality for the first time.

And this same dynamic accelerates as we move into agrarian society, as permanent settlements emerge based around agricultural production.

Starting about 5,000 years ago – with better farming techniques like the animal-drawn plow

– we get more food production and an even bigger material surplus.

From this came larger populations and larger settlements, with even more specialization and even more inequality.

Remember serfs and nobles?

Feudalism was an agrarian society.

And you know what else happens when societies reach this point?

The family starts to become less important.

In other kinds of societies, things like education are handled almost entirely by the family.

But as societies grow and become more complex, those functions start to be taken up by larger social institutions, like the church or schools.

And now we finally start approaching present day America, with industrial societies.

These societies get their start with the industrial revolution around 1750, as production began to shift from human and animal power to machine power.

This had a massive impact on food production, with new technologies like the tractor and

the combine producing huge surpluses that could support even larger populations with even more specialization.

But the industrial revolution also marked a fundamental change in the organization of society itself.

Societies far larger than anything seen before meant a greater need to assert centralized control over everything –

from the production of goods, to transportation, to agricultural production – in order to keep things running smoothly.

For the first time, human society moved away from a subsistence-based economy.

As mass production became possible, a capital-based economy emerged.

As the surplus grew and specialization increased, so did inequality, with factory workers spending 12 hour days on one end,

and incredibly wealthy "captains of industry" making enormous profits on the other.

It's no coincidence that, soon after the industrial revolution, Marxism and conflict theory emerged.

And the decreasing importance of the family continued as well, as more institutions stepped into traditional family roles.

Industrial societies were the first to have universal public education, for instance.

And, for the first time, the majority of health care and caregiving were institutionalized, done outside the home in hospitals.

The need to keep production organized also meant an increasingly urbanized population.

Because, it's easier to control the resources you need if they're centralized.

So people moved from the countryside to urban centers, where the industrial jobs were.

And all of this keeps going in Lenski's scheme of things, with specialization and technological innovation continuing,

until the development of the computer, a technology that gave rise to the postindustrial society.

In postindustrial societies, we still see specialization, increased urbanization, and technological advances.

But the defining change is that postindustrial societies shift away from an economy based on raw materials and manufacturing,

to an economy based based on information, services, and technology.

This is how we got here.

If you look at the most dynamic sectors of the US economy, you see massive wealth being created in tech, finance, and service industries, but a steady decline in manufacturing.

That said, it's not as though Americans don't buy stuff.

Apps can do a lot of things, but they can't (yet) conjure a car out of the ether for you.

So this is a good chance to point out that these different types of society aren't isolated from each other.

You can't have a postindustrial society without having industrial societies elsewhere to supply it with goods.

This points again to increasing inequality – not just within one society, but across societies.

So, in Lenski's understanding, societal change is driven by technological change.

But, it's worth pointing out that not all of these changes are beneficial.

Pollution, global warming, and large-scale warfare are new problems that technology has brought us.

And, technology doesn't solve fundamental societal problems.

It has the potential to reorganize society, but technology can't tell us how to have peaceful or just societies.

In fact, just looking at Lenski's classifications, you can see that advancing technology also advances inequality in society, making it increasingly unequal.

So, we can't limit our discussion of society to just looking at technology.

But that's okay, because the sociocultural changes that Lenski talks about can also be understood using the work of some old friends: Marx, Weber, and Durkheim.

Marx, for example, might seem pretty similar to Lenski at first:

If you think back to his theory of historical materialism, he certainly seems to put a strong focus on technology and the economy as the driving forces of history.

Remember? He saw that changes in the forces of production are important in pushing the change from one mode of production to another.

But for Marx, you only get large-scale social change through class struggle, which culminates in a revolution,

overthrowing the old relations of production and replacing them with an entirely new set.

So in Marx's view, the transition between Lenski's stages requires technological change, but it also requires revolution.

And we can also use Marx's understanding of conflict to compare Lenski's stages with each other.

In hunting and gathering societies, for example, conflict and inequality are leveled by the lack of surplus and the need to share resources.

But that's not the case in postindustrial society.

Max Weber, for his part, seems further away from Lenski than Marx, focusing not on technology or revolution, but on ideas.

The major transition that Weber talked about was the shift from traditional to modern society,

which he argued was really a matter of rationalization.

Now, it's not that Weber didn't appreciate the importance of technology.

But he argued that the transition from agrarian to industrial society, for instance, began with a shift in ideas –

like new techniques in accounting and ways of approaching social organization.

And it was these ideas, combined with advances in technology, that produced the overall change.

So in this view, both ideas and technology were crucial for the emergence of modern capitalism.

And Durkheim, finally, took a different tack from either Marx or Weber.

He approached the transitions that Lenski talked about from the perspective of a society's underlying social structure.

Specifically, Durkheim saw the history of society as a long term change in solidarity, a change in what held societies together.

He argued that hunting and gathering societies were held together by similarity, what he called mechanical solidarity.

Durkheim argued that everyone in these societies had the same skills and lived in basically the same way.

But that changed as society developed and specialization increased.

With more specialization, people became more differentiated, taking on different jobs, learning different skills, and living in different ways.

But, Durkheim argued, people also became more tightly integrated, because they became more interdependent.

Factory workers needed farmers to make food so that they could eat, and farmers needed factory workers to make their tools and other goods.

Durkheim called this interdependence organic solidarity.

And so Lenski's sociocultural evolution is, for Durkheim, the story of a long transition from mechanical to organic solidarity.

Ultimately, all of these ways of looking at society and its changes, from the point of view of technology, or conflict and revolution,

or ideas, or underlying social structure, are important for understanding what society is and how it works.

Each one of these perspectives sees things that the others miss, and each one is important for the discipline of sociology.

Today we learned about the society, what it is and how it changes.

We talked about Gerhard Lenski's classification of societies into five types, and the technological changes that turn one into another.

We returned to Marx and Weber, and talked about how they understood societal change.

And we also talked about Durkheim's understanding of society and how social solidarity can be mechanical or organic.

The Seven-Day Week

Origin Of Month and Day Names The Babylonians marked time with lunar months.

They proscribed some activities during several days of the month, particularly the

first the first visible crecent, seventh the waxing half moon,

fourteenth the full moon, nineteenth dedicated to an offended goddess,

twenty-first the waning half moon, twenty-eigth the last visible crecent,

twenty-nineth the invisible moon, and thirtieth (possibly) the invisible moon.

The major periods are seven days, 1/4 month, long.

This seven-day period was later regularized and disassociated from the lunar month to

become our seven-day week.

The Naming of the Days

The Greeks named the days week after the sun, the moon and the five known planets, which

were in turn named after the gods Ares, Hermes, Zeus, Aphrodite, and Cronus.

The Greeks called the days of the week the Theon hemerai days of the Gods.

The Romans substituted their equivalent gods for the Greek gods, Mars, Mercury, Jove (Jupiter),

Venus, and Saturn.

(The two pantheons are very similar.)

The Germanic peoples generally substituted roughly similar gods for the Roman gods, Tiu

(Twia), Woden, Thor, Freya (Fria), but did not substitute Saturn.

He is believed to have ruled the earth during an age of happiness and virtue.Cronus (Kronos,

Cronos) is the Greek god (Titan) who ruled the universe until dethroned by his son Zeus.

EVERY word in EVERY language has an etymological origin and significance.

When false flags happen, they happen on specific days and dates that not only follow numerology,

but the specific name of that particular day.

When you look at the prefix of specific months such as OCTober, OCT means EIGHT

as in a OCTopus with 8 legs.

So, one must ask the question, Why is October the 10th month of the year? SEPTember (7)

and DECember (10) follow the same suit.

In the end, question EVERYTHING because most of what we were taught is either lies, propaganda

or designed

to keep us living in subservience, control, and conformity!

Hillary is Descending into Madness and Taking the Democratic Party with Her - Duration: 5:59.

Hillary Clinton took the stage at ReCode's CodeCon on Wednesday and decided to take full

responsibility for her November loss with a few exceptions – she said…

QUOTE:

"I take responsibility for every decision I made, but that's not why I lost."

So, why did she lose?

Well, according to Hillary she lost because of the DNC, sexism, Russia, Citizens United,

Russia, WikiLeaks, James Comey, Russia, InfoWars, and…

Russia.

When asked about getting paid a TON of cash for giving speeches to Goldman Sachs – Hillary

compared those speeches to speeches she gave to camp counselors and she even played the

9/11 card saying she talked to Wall Street mostly about Bin Laden.

But, we aren't supposed to criticize her for her ties to Wall Street, no.

According to Hillary – she would not have been criticized for selling out to Goldman

Sachs… if she were a man, fair enough.

Next on Hillary's hit list?

The Supreme Court's ruling on Citizen's United.

She RAILED against the unaccountable money flowing in against her and cried poor through

the interview.

But, Hillary, numbers don't lie.

According to federal filings, just two Pro-Hillary PACs like "Priorities USA Action" and

"Correct the Record" raised over $200 MILLION DOLLARS more than ALL of the Pro-Trump

PACs combined.

She even attacked the "underfunded" DNC – when Hillary became the Democratic nominee,

the DNC was bankrupt and ineffective – even though they just rigged a primary election

in her favor.

But Hillary wasn't done – she decided to play right into RussiaMania when she said

that "the 1,000 Russian agents" worked to spread fake news on facebook against her

and "millions of bots" helping Trump on Twitter.

But, Hillary promises that she didn't engage in "false content" – good for her.

She then goes on to say that the Podesta emails were run-of-the mill campaign emails that

the Russians hacked.

Gosh, I was unaware that Moroccan officials donating 12 million dollars was run of the

mill.

It is normal, I guess, to be fed debate questions ahead of time, getting tipped off about DOJ

information, emailing about "Needy Latinos" or leaking pro-fracking speeches.

I'm not sure how those things could have been used against Hillary – and apparently

neither is she.

You see, while the Russians were skilled enough to hack into Podesta's emails – they had

no idea how to "weaponize" the content.

So, she said only one person could have been the mastermind to guide the Russians…

Donald Trump himself.

That's right, the same guy that tweeted "covfefe" somehow managed to work directly

with Putin to hack Podesta's emails and turn benign information into a successful

campaign.

As for the future, Hillary says she is not going to run for President again – THANK

YOU!

She did mention that she was not a perfect candidate, but when asked if she would change

her campaign, she pushed the question aside, said brought to conversation to gender…

and even said this…

"President Obama broke that racial barrier, but you know, he's a very attractive, good

looking man…"

HILLARY – just… just stop.

Ok?

Seriously?

Yes, let's downplay Obama being the first black president because he was a good looking

man.

Got it.

Let's reduce Obama's presidency to his looks and gender.

How self-centered can you get?!

Of course – it wasn't all a blame game for Hillary – she did give high marks to

Jeff Bezos and The Washington Post.

You know, the publication that was revealed to be "fans" of Hillary in those "run-of-the-mill"

Podesta emails, asking how they could help the campaign.

She loves that they are getting away from the editorial content and working on REAL

investigations.

That's nice.

Now – if you look across the media landscape, Hillary was a champion for what she said in

her Recode interview.

She "stormed the stage" and "railed against fake news, trolls, and Trump."

Like it or not, the corporate media is still selling you the image of Hillary as the leader

of the left.

THIS HAS TO STOP!

The people don't trust Hillary – the people don't trust the DNC.

But, she is the media's darling and they are going to continue to push her down your

throat.

Meanwhile, her insistence that she wasn't responsible for losing to Trump does NOTHING

to help Democrats.

Look, it is time we start to get rid of these fake Democrats, stop blaming everyone else

and either take back the party or abandon it and if we keep seeing Hillary dominate

headlines, the Democratic party will find itself empty inside… much like Hillary.

Why People Have A Problem With Kristen Bell & Dax Shepard - Duration: 4:42.

Every so often, the entertainment industry produces adorable couples that you can't help

but love.

But unfortunately, everything has an expiration date — even the nauseatingly adorable romance

between Kristen Bell and Dax Shepard.

Here's why Hollywood is totally over this celeb duo.

You can't escape them

Bell was once a plucky cult favorite on shows like Veronica Mars and Heroes.

But all that changed once Bell was cast in Disney's mega-hit Frozen.

Suddenly, Bell had gone mainstream, and since then, she's been just about everywhere — from

movies like The Boss and Bad Moms to TV shows like The Good Place.

And it's the same for her husband, who jumped from the hit series Parenthood to the big

screen with CHiPs, which he seemed to be promoting in the media for years on end.

No matter where you look, one or both of them always seem to be in your face.

"You almost didn't cast me, Dax.

Can you explain this?"

"Yeah, you are, on a cellular level, likeable.

It's nauseating, in fact.

It's hard to stand next to you."

Art imitates life

Since getting together, Bell and Shepard have made a habit out of replicating their off

screen romance in movies and on television.

In films like When in Rome, Hit and Run, CHiPs, and the Veronica Mars movie, the pair have

played couples, lovers, and other people who pretty much want to kiss and hug and make

gooey eyes at each other.

While it's not hard to understand the appeal of working with your significant other, it's

a little exhausting to constantly see the pair side by side.

We get it, guys: you love each other.

Get a room.

They overshare

From social media to sit-down interviews, Bell and Shepard don't seem to have a filter

when it comes to letting the public in on their life together.

While they generally keep their anecdotes PG, they talk ad nauseam about their relationship

and their life with kids, liberally tossing in stories about vasectomies, breast feeding,

and butt shaving.

"I don't know why, I think she had some nervous energy going, but while she was trimming it,

she was humming [Funky Town tune]."

And Bell told Jimmy Kimmel she feels no shame sharing this stuff with the world.

"I think it makes everything a little lighter and brighter when you can be cool about your

embarrassing stories, so there are very few things I think that I'd ever say like, 'Oh,

please don't tell that story."

Allow us to say it for you, then: please, don't tell that story!

Unafraid of PDA

There's nothing wrong with showing a little love.

But sometimes people take it just a little too far.

Bell and Shepard are often guilty of smooching on the red carpet, making other people uncomfortable

by making out in public places.

They don't keep their penchant for affection to just themselves either — the pair even

shared kisses with a fellow couple for a very friendly Christmas photo.

Look, we appreciate gestures like the matching Game of Thrones shirts and tattoos they donned

for the show's 2016 premiere.

We just don't appreciate it quite as much when we have to watch them re-enacting the

Battle of Winterfell with their tongues.

They're so normal it seems fake

The rich and famous are known to get a little eccentric after a while, whether it's the

antics of Kim and Kanye, or simply buying a miniature giraffe.

"Mwah!"

And then there's Bell and Shepard, who seem so incredibly normal with their public spats

about how to arrange their living room furniture, or their Settlers of Catan after-party at

the Golden Globes.

After all, what parent couldn't relate to the experience of accidentally teaching your

kid a naughty word?

"And Lincoln's in her room trying to get a sweatshirt off, she's like three.

And her arms are all bound up in it, and she's getting frustrated, and she goes, 'Oh, f***!"

Ironically, some people might find all this normalcy to be a little too much.

Are they really just like you?

Or are they just faking it?

At least they have that sloth thing to make them seem kind of weird.

We all want to be them

Ultimately, Hollywood is simply sick of Bell and Shepard because, let's be honest, they're

too perfect.

We all just want to be them.

All it takes is one quick glance at the couple to tell that they're meant to be — and really,

who wouldn't want to be a part of such a silly, fulfilling, adorable relationship?

Bell admits that, if she could, she'd do everything with her husband because she genuinely likes

spending time with him — and she doesn't care who's watching.

She told Moviefone, "I would do everything together.

I'm not sitting in the audience of my life.

I'm not watching how I'm being perceived, I'm not tracking how I'm being perceived.

[...] I just care much more about being happy on a day-to-day basis, so I want to be with

and work with my husband."

You have to admit their love is one for the books — even if their cuteness does make

you a little queasy.

My thoughts of Bohemian killing Court/adventure game - Duration: 2:16.

My name is General Taggart and this time I will tell you about the game called Bohemian killing

The game is an adventure / court drama set in Steampunk Paris

You are accused of murdering a woman

I don't care if this game is or not a Steampunk game

But this game is an adventure game set in a court

And you are on trial of murdering a woman

The game is a first person adventure and you are playing sections, where you are questioned about the crime

Where your actions form you defend and how to game is played

So you are playing sections of integration and you can act as innocent or guilty or charge

The game has 8 different endings and your actions sets how your story ends

The game experience is quite short, about 1 hour 15 minutes for single playthru

But the main driving force of this game is its reliabiliy

As you can play it differently and it has multiple endings with multiple paths depending on your choices

Game is a court drama, I was very skeptical about this game and first I thought that it is a very boring game

As there is quite much of a dialogue before the game actually starts

But after it really gets started, I was very pleased

Overall a very positive surprise

If you are courting drama or adventure gamer, I will warmly recommend this game for you

I received this copy of the game via keymailer.co

Thanks go to The Moonwalls and IQ Publishing for giving this game for video to me

You can find one possible playthru video from end box or at in this video description

This is General Taggart signing out, we will see on the court ;D Bye

Right? -Right

Yea we are going to get lost in the maze

Here we are

Look there's a watchtower over there

Supernice

We would like to enter the maze with the two of us. -That's possible

oyea, 6 euros

-Have fun

We are going into the maze

But.. what are we going to do? Left or right?

She is going to take pictures

ehm.. a.. a.. door

It looks nice though

Well.. one whole photoshoot later we are now walking the other way

oooh the first choice!

Well, that kinda looks like a dead end

Alright we choose this one anyway

ahhh.. a dead end

hurry, hurry.. no wait

Second choice, left or right?

oh.. alright from now on we will choose rights

ooh.. it looks like we're getting closer

This weekend I watched The Maze Runner Do you know that movie? -Nah

ooh, we need to watch that

When we get home we are going to watch it -Maybe

The Maze Runner! -What's it about?

About people who are running trough a maze because they're trapped in a maze.

-We can also start running

Yes, but they have to run because all those blocks, they close and change.

we made it, we made it.. oley oley oley.. ooeh.. aw, with picknick spots

It was hard, but we did it.

We went wrong so many times!

It looks a lot easier like this

The way back went a lot faster..

Alot of walking.. -We are back. It was a pretty long walk but it was fun

We didn't play the search game.. -we didn't really pay attention. No

But look! -The end is near. Here is the end.

Well we're almost home now

It was really cool, a lot more fun that I thought

And also a lot more difficult than I thought

And then you just dump it in.

And the kids enjoy doing it, its fun for them!

And after we get all these Orbeeze out were going to let out some of the water and put the ferrets in.

We're going to let all of the water out!

We think the ferrets are going to have a blast!

We thought the ferrets would have fun in this. I guess not!

【 Vlog 】: May [Ger with Eng subtitles] - Duration: 24:22.

Hey and welcome to my first Vlog. ♥

In my first Vlog

I would like to tell you what you can expect in the future.

I have made no great thoughts about my Vlog. ^^°

There are also many egoistic reasons

to make this Vlog.

Yeah~ many egoistic reasons....

together with CF, Yuki, Cee-chan & Lias Fea

Let me start with the reasons for the Vlog.

First reason:

self-motivation.

I want to show you my cosplay work of the month.

Sometimes it will be more sometimes it will be less.

But some things will remain a surprise. ;)

I want to show you new costumes.

Homemade costumes, as I said,

But I would also like to show you also bought costumes.

I have two reasons for this:

The first reason is

It is no secret that you do not always get what you ordered.

This means you get another costume, not the ordered quality, other colors or a broken one.

The size is also decisive.

But I will not discuss it in this video (so the costumes which absolutely did not fit).

But I'll show you what costumes have arrived.

This time many costumes have arrived, so that is the subject of half the Vlog.

Sry ^^

Sometimes all costumes arrive at once.

The second reason to present purchased costumes

That I searched for sponsor search

As you have seen on facebook, I have a small sponsoring with Rolecosplay.

You chose the Emilia costume.

I'm still waiting.

They wrote that they were going to send it, since then I have not received any news.

If it arrived, I will show it to you in my Vlog.

Whenever I show a sponsored content, I'll make it clear.

Probably somewhere in the picture in a bottom corner.

In a small label I tell you what was sponsored

I've got it cheaper or free, I've got a certain value or some stuff.

I do not think this will happen frequently. XD

I think it is important to point this out.

For all things (sponsored and not sponsored)

I will link the shops (as a label or in the description).

So you can buy the costume, if you liked it or avoid the dealer.

I try not to give too much evaluation.

...except for the sponsored stuff.

So you can decide for yourself whether you like a costume or not.

If I got a costume which is not as I ordered it

Then I say this too, I will surely sulk or I will be enthusiastic - sometimes you get something better.

I hope you like it that way.

Write me your opinion in the comments.

I am happy in general about comments ^-^

because I have not thought much about the Vlog

Share your ideas for my Vlog.

The third reason for the Vlog is

I'm on Patreon

(Link you can find below)

And I am very grateful to the people for supporting me, even if it is only $ 1.

So I would like to give them more content

That means they get the Vlog

In the future probably also with one or two extra themes

which everyone else can not see

and for example the Cosplayanprobe will be faster (so I will say nothing to the costumes)

Other things that will take longer will also be faster.

All non-supported users must click through the video. ;)

But I'm thinking about how I can make it easier for you.

So if you want to see everything quickly

to see what I will cosplay soon (or sometime)

or want to see more content

Can support me at Patreon.

Even if you want to see the long video

but would like to support me

you can also support me on patreon.

A further deal is for the photographers.

If you like to take photos with me,

Just write me a message.

I'm not very mobile,

because I am a student and have a lot to do and on the weekends I do not have much time..

Should we nevertheless find a date

you can lend me a costume,

or give

or you choose one of my costumes that I have here.

We can discuss it before.

For all non-photographers

who still want to see me in a certain costume,

I offer Patreon a reward.

You donate a certain amount.

70% or 75% of this amount I invest in the costume.

You can send me a link to a costume, which I will buy (if they have it in my size).

The I pimp the costume out and fit it.

or

I will make the costume complete or much of it myself.

We will decide this together.

Because you can not estimate the costs alone

because you do not know what I already have at home and what I have to buy.

Therefore, prefers to inquire before. ;)

This offer will only be available on Patreon.

The remaining 15% of the donation

are also for the fees of patreon spent on 3 prints + shipping which you then get from the costume.

I'll also show you how far I'm with the costume.

So it has arrived, how does it look, I am working on it?

You can also influence my work a bit.

For example, if you mean, "Ah, no, I do not like the yellow buttons, I'd rather have golden ones."

To Vlog, what I have planned.

So I want to show you to costumes

the ones I make myself and the ones I bought.

Furthermore I thought I show you small tutorials

maybe I'll show you my room

I'll show you my tools

Maybe someone is interested in my big collection of fabric (write it in the comments).

I hope you like the concept.

If you have any suggestions write it in the comments.

I'll read through that

But at the moment I have a small bug, not always all comments are displayed or I can not answer.

If I want to contact you I will send you a PN.

You can also write me on facebook.

This is the next point.

I also want to make this summary because I have a lot to do for the university.

Slowly it gets serious.

I'm looking for internships

I'm looking for a topic for thesis.

So I will probably not be able to upload individual content.

Or to motivate me for cosplay, but I need this as a compensation for studying.

Therefore, I think it is right to pursue this hobby besides studying.

Sure, it's an elaborate and expensive hobby, but I enjoy being creative and love the community.

I also like to challenge myself.

I also like to be creative.

You see it is a long Vlog.

But I wanted to tell you this all.

Because I will not be able to respond immediately.

It's fun to write with you

but I will answer later.

I hope you understand. ;)

So let's start with the bought costumes! ^__^

As I said these are very many costumes.

In the long version are the 4 minutes (o0r so) video material

You can skip this now, or you can look at it or you can play it faster.

I would be happy if you could look at the end, where I present my work.

(That is not so much. ^^)

Let's go! :D

Welcome to my first costume review.

I'll show you the costumes I've worked on,

perhaps also which I have worn

And which have arrived.

Let's start with my Saber costumes.

this is the first one.

It's a beach outfit.

The costume arrived in this great bag.

In addition

because the figure has an ice

also an ice cream

We continue with the second outfit.

Saber Lily

As you can see, a very thin, stretchy fabric is processed above.

And the skirt is such a satin-like thin, wrinkle-prone fabric.

I've ordered it on aliexpress.

There were three different product pictures.

Once this dress.

A second picture where a seemingly fed Top was made of a solid fabric.

And a third one with a high-quality fabric with great gloves.

Instead of the second variant

I got the much cheaper, poorer first dress. >.<

I want to show you the costume anyway.

In addition to the petticoat which is sewn in the skirt, I got a second one from the same material and with the same pattern.

As you can see was worked with 2 blues in the hole costumes.

This one and this one.

I find that disturbing, because that breaks the optics.

In addition,

this cheap fabric of the fast crumpled.

The here for example also badly processed and here already rips out

without the seam is under load.

And that is Saber number three.

I like the outfit very much, because I like red. ;P

It is beautifully worked.

The costume is just too big for my belly. :)

There were many accessories to it.

For example, the white bracelet

together with these white ruffles

for socks, but I find them much too big!

As a second set, there were ribbons for the thigh.

And a red ribbon.

The outfit is available with different accessories (as picture and figure).

Therefore the whole accessories, I really like it.

So you can freely decide which version you want to make.

The thigh parts do not suit me, so I will make this variant.

With white socks and black or red shoes.

I love it totally, because it's just so beautiful.

This is 2B from Nier. The game I have not played yet T_T but it's on my list.

I don't have to adjust anything in the costume; I just have to repair the glove, which has broken when I put it on.

The gloves are very beautifully printed.

From a very tight material.

The material of the dress is velvety.

Just as the hairband.

There was still a shiny one, but I think I use this velvety.

The next costume is Yuna from Sword Art Online: Ordinal Scale.

I like this costume, it's worked very well.

It has great colors.

The only thing I need to adjust is in the chest area.

But I also want to pimp the mic.

The hair clips were also part of the costume. They are mega so cute! Even if I had done it differently.

The next thing is the wig

The wig I ordered separately.

Actually she is pretty.

It's the only character wig I've found. I had also briefly considered whether I make the wig by myself,

but then I would have paid more.

The wig is unfortunately thin at the back of the head.

the front is very dense.

There were seemingly sewed extra tresses.

Nice is that it looks like a real crest.

But Yuna has a side crest and no middle crest.

These braids should also be behind the ears.

This is easy, I just have to braid it new.

The strands are so thin, much thinner than hers.

Much of the costume is attached with safety needles.

I'd rather sew the things or attach it with press buttons.

So I have to adapt a few things.

The next is Celestia from Re:Creators (current season).

I really love the anime. Check it out!

Unfortunately, the wig is missing.

The last one is the coat for Emilia.

Strange are these "ears".

I do not know what they were thinking.

These were my purchased costumes.

Welcome to the end of my video.

This time there will be only one introduction, the costumes will be shown

and now I show you my cosworking.

The first thing I want to show you is at my tailor's doll.

This is the basis for the skirt of Saber.

Saber will consist of a white underdress and a blue overdress.

I decided against a blue dress + bolero.

I'm looking forward to the result.

The next is again for Saber.

I have prepared patterns,

for the breastplate

(I will certainly use ProFoam H)

I hope it works in the way I think

And here are the cut patterns for

for the top of the blue dress

And that for the top for white dress.

I did it again with the wrapping method.

I wrapped my cutting doll with cling film And adhesive tape.

Then I painted on the tape on it and cut it apart.

Cut pattern finished.

This is as it were the base for the Saber sword.

For the sword of Saber from Fate Grand Order in the King version.

This one will not be the sword.

The sword will hopefully be very cool, this is for the emergency.

The sword is a surprise.

Maybe I'll show it to my patrons.

On the day I worked on the sword

CF has cut me the scissors half sword for Ryuko.

The costume I've long since a long time.

I started a few months ago to pimp it.

But I'm not quite satisfied yet.

Slowly it is warm enough to wear it.

It is belly-free, I hate belly-free, but perhaps the costume is quite great.

At the beginning of the month I had a shoot

together with CF, Yuki, Cee-chan & Lias Fea

Where I have only decided at the beginning of the week what I will wear.

At the beginning I did not really have time, so it was again a very tight schedule.

The costume is bought.

The breastplate and the belt are made of a yellowish leather like material.

I only covered it quickly with white lacquered leather.

The silver parts I will do later, when I have time (so never).

So that the shoes and the armor have the same silver.

The shoes are trimmed rubber boots

Then I fixed the shoe cover with glue.

I have used...

"Pattex Transparent" contact adhesive

I like my shoes.

Last thing

Even longer than I have Ryuko lying around I have Mami here.

I have to make shoes and stockings, maybe the gloves.

I think a year ago I have found cool leggings in a matching color.

The strokes were only missing.

One leg is ready, one is still missing, because I paint the strokes with hand.

The shoes look like this for a while.

I had already begun the work.

The next day I want to stick it together (sewing will not be possible) and sew on the zippers.

I hope it keeps together.

That's all I've been working on this month.

I would have liked to work more.

Finally, my cons for next month.

I'll be on the Dokomi.

There I will be a volunteer.

I do not know what my duties will be this time.

I am already very excited as it will be this year.

Just say hello when you see me and I do not look busy.

Otherwise I have no Con in June.

Then I'll see you on the Dokomi or next month in the next Vlog.
