diabetes we should not fast because yes ketosis normally the ketones are used as
a source of energy but if a person has insulin dependent diabetes he is unable
to use this so therefore person where insulin dependent ability should not
fast but naturally if you take insulin and fast and with the medical advice
it's fine but the other type of diabetes which is more common non
insulin-dependent diabetes fasting helpful for that another mentioned

about 6 vitamins go to a less degree less content it can be vitamin C vitamin
b1 vitamin b2 niacin it can be vitamin E it has proteins which have 23 different

fruits which normally people have it's not present in apples oranges banana but
if they're in the date and day it also has a very high content of fiber it is a
fibrous type so it good for digestion and you have date the digestion gets

years the production of date has increased by 2.9 times and the
population of the world has increased twice so the dead population is much
more than the population of the human beings because it's very wholesome food
and instant energy next question somebody wants to know how does fasting
differ from anorexia anorexia by definition means loss of appetite it's a
particular word use philosophy tight and many times this happens in certain
