Chocolate Brownie For Weight Loss / Fat Loss - Oil Free, Healthy & Low Calorie - Skinny Recipes - Duration: 3:06.

hey guys i'm nisa homey and the welcome back to my channel today i am sharing a

chocolate brownie which is oil-free low-calorie and healthy this chocolate

brownie is a guilt-free indulgence for chocolate lovers

especially if you're on a weight-loss journey so without much adeiu let's get

started with the recipe to make this brownie and using a glass cake pan and I

am lightly greasing the pan with two to three drops of virgin coconut oil.

greasing the pan makes sure that the brownies does not get stick to the pan

now once it is nicely greased place a butter paper over it and make sure you

leave around one inch on the sides as it will help to pull out the brownies once

it is baked. the next step is to preheat oven to 180 degree Celsius. To mix the

batter I am using a small food processor as it is much easier to blend all the

ingredients but you can also use a blender instead. Into the food processor

I am adding in 3/4 cup low fat curd. I have already shared a video on how to

make low fat curd please do check the video the links will be updated in the

description box below. Add in 1/2 cup rolled oats, please note that I am using

rolled oats and not instant oats rolled oats a whole grain and less refined.

Add in 1/2 cup cocoa powder and for sweetness I am adding in 1/2 cup coconut sugar

coconut sugar is a natural plant-based sugar and I have already

shared a video on the health benefits of coconut sugar the links will be updated

in the description box below so please do check it out. Add in 2 to 3 drops of

vanilla essence. add in 1/4 cup skimmed milk if you watch my video on how to

make curd you can get an idea on how to skim milk, add in a fat pinch of pink

Himalayan salt, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 whole egg, 1/2 teaspoons instant coffee

powder now I like to add instant coffee powder because it enhances the chocolate

flavor but it is entirely optional now blend all the ingredients in the food

processor for about a minute like I mentioned you can also do this in a

normal blender. and pour the blended brownie into the

prepared cake pan and bake the brownie in preheated oven for 15 minutes.

remember that brownies should be a little undercooked to get that moist

texture so try not to bake it more than 15 minutes. once it has cooled down

remove it from the cake pan and then cut it into your desired shape and my

guilt-free chocolate brownies are ready to serve. This oil-free brownie has

roughly around the 30 to 35 calories and they taste super yummy and a perfect

healthy and guilt free treat if you are on a weight-loss journey so do try this

Microsoft Forced Gal*Gun Devs To Censor The Game - Duration: 5:36.

Now some of you may be familiar with Gal*Gun's sequel, titled Double Peace, which launched

in English markets last year for PS4, Vita and Steam.

However, it was in fact this Japanese-only 360 title from back in 2011 where things all

began.

The game kicks off with the protagonist being hit by Cupid's love arrows, which in turn

makes all of the girls at his school fall madly in love with him.

But, this comes with a catch.

If he doesn't find his true love before the end of the day, he will be doomed to spend

the rest of his life in loneliness.

The game is divided by story sections and then the rail shooter gameplay, which sees

you incapacitating the crazy girls charging at you so that you can proceed.

These aren't ordinary shots though and are instead pheromone-filled love arrows, which

cause them to drop to their knees in ecstasy.

There's also the option to single out any of the girls and zoom in on specific body

parts, complete with extra sounds and animations.

So, as you can see, the game is quite erotic in nature already but did you know that at

one point in time it was even more so?

You see, prior to the game's release this Japanese-only title caused a lot of controversy

with platform owners Microsoft.

Now, Microsoft was not the game's publisher and was not involved in any way with the title,

except for it being released for one of their systems.

However, Microsoft still took major issues with this Japanese-only title and it was due

to being able to see the character's underwear.

Seventy nine days before the game was scheduled to be released in Japan, Microsoft suddenly

called a meeting with the devs about the game's content, which led to the title's official

website declaring a "state of emergency" and freezing the countdown clock.

The publishers explained, and I quote: "Negotiations have started for the great moral cause (panties)".

Fans were left uncertain on what would happen and what the fate would be for this "great

moral cause".

The game's countdown resumed but no announcement was made on whether the underwear had been

left intact.

Then, when the game did finally release, players found that the panties were still in the game.

Don't celebrate too quickly though, as, before long, that would change.

Dubbed the "Fix For The Camera Control Bug" update, it seems that Microsoft allowed the

devs to release the game as is, as long as they were to then quickly patch the underwear

out.

And so, a little over a month later, the game was updated so that it was no longer possible

to move the camera underneath the girls' skirts.

The website Andriasang, which sadly shut down a number of years ago, has a great comparison

of the before and after effects of the patch.

To the left is what the game was like before the patch and to the right is after.

As you can see, it is now impossible to see any underwear or to simply move the camera

lower than waist length.

There was also one other change that was made via this update and this affected the visuals

during an event where a character is searching for books in the library.

Now, at the bottom of the screen is what's supposed to be a whiteboard and, as shown,

originally this whiteboard was completely transparent.

However, following the patch, the whiteboard was coloured in like so.

It can be important and interesting to look back at the past sometimes and reflect.

And this story highlights the fact that sometimes censorship can even come from the companies

behind the consoles that games are released for.

This isn't the first time that Microsoft has done something like this and it also most

likely won't be the last.

You may recall how recently the developers of the game Quantum Break revealed how Microsoft

stepped in and asked them to remove both nudity and drug references prior to the title being

released.

This is something Censored Gaming already has a video for and there will be link in

the description if you wish to go check it out.

There are many other examples though.

Another which Censored Gaming already has a video for being Conker's Bad Fur Day and

its Xbox remake Live and Reloaded.

Now, the remake was originally supposed to be called Live and Uncut, but, this was changed

due to Microsoft again stepping in and asking the devs to tone down certain content.

The worst affected being the title's heavy use of bad language, which, unlike the N64

original, was beeped out in the remake.

Censored Gaming even contacted the devs to just make sure that it was indeed Microsoft

who were responsible, which they confirmed it was.

Conker's video is over 13 minutes long, so this is again something that you may wish

to check out and there'll be a link in the description.

As for Gal*Gun, our tale does not end there and the final part will end things on a much

more positive note.

You see, whilst Microsft had the issues that they did, it turns out that Sony on the other

hand didn't.

Thus a little a year later Gal*Gun was then ported to the PlayStation 3 with as much underwear

as the dev's wanted to show, which, it turns out is rather a lot.

Alongside this there were a whole range of new features, including improved graphics,

new game modes and a grand total of 423 unique panty designs.

This release of the game was also not brought over to the West, but, the title's popularity

with importers helped pave the way for the sequel to eventually be localised in 2016.

Also, the game's history really shows just how different attitudes can be between Microsoft

and Sony.

Sony does also have previous experiences of telling devs to change things during development

though.

Hideo Kojima's Policenauts is a rather interesting case as this was again a Japanese-only game,

yet this time Sony, a Japanese company, stepped in and forced Hideo to make various changes.

Affected this time was the title's "breast touching" mechanic.

12 week pregnancy update - Duration: 13:11.

I haven't done an update in a while because we've been pretty busy

yeah business we've had birthdays and a lot of my symptoms I didn't have

anything so I wasn't really any of you submit on your video but um when I went

I like eight weeks I think nearly nine weeks my asthma was really really bad so

my husband was really worried about me so he told me to go to the hospital and

today my asthma has come up come up again really bad maybe up

pushed myself too much

so I went to the hospital and that's when they tested me for

preeclampsia and everything because I couldn't breathe

it was the only thing I said I just couldn't breathe and I knew it was my asthma

but they weren't listening because I wasn't a doctor so though making sure my

legs didn't hurt

so they were making sure my legs didn't hurt

I didn't have pain in my chest I had my hands above my head and stuff like

that and like no I don't have any pain

so they pretty much just let me go home I just had to keep using my puffer

but I had to go see my doctor so of course I was going to see my doctor anyway

and I went and saw her a couple of days later and she gave me

some steroids

that helped out greatly it made me feel so much better I could breathe again it

felt so good of course I still had to use my puffer

plus I still gotta use my puffer but not as often and I did feel a lot better I

can actually ward there to get my kids from the bus without feeling like I'm

going to collapse once b4 I was I went for a walk to collect the kids from

the bus H was

and H was like at the bottom of the

pram and this guy could see him and then he heard me coughing in his like oh

where is she, he couldn't see me because of where I was sitting

and he was like oh I didn't

know where you were but are you okay because he could hear coughing really bad

yeah I'm fine just my asthma and I got a really bad cough with it as well

so yeah that was pretty much it for like week eight nine nothing really happened

that was just it my asthma was really bad every now and again I still get

I still get it anxiety it's not really that bad

anymore I keep thinking everything's fine now because I saw the baby's heartbeat

so I'm like everything is good, then week ten turned up and I had really nothing

week 11 came

had nothing really but I also think I felt the baby moving a little bubbles

really nice to feel and I love that feeling this feeling in the world like

if you never ever get pregnant or you're a man you're always going to miss out on

something that feels great it's awesome to know that something that you have

made is moving in such a miracle we went to a little girl's birthday party a

first birthday and that night had nothing to do with what I ate or what I

did whatever but I'm really just feel too good and I was sick and it's like

that's the first time I've ever been sick

well actually right back but I'm like a week or so after I found out I was

pregnant I was sick so that was pretty much telling me yep your pregnant but I

I haven't really had any since then been I felt like I was sick gotta be sick but

nothing else and this time I was like no it's coming and it came and then I was fine

nothing else came nothing fine and then

then I just went back to bed and I was fine a couple of weeks ago my husband

actually ended up having a virus so he had a couple of days of work it was

really really bad he was like really really hot but didn't have a temperature

he felt dizzy and all he wanted to do was sleep and just recently my son was

exactly the same he slept at school for like an hour and a half and they couldn't

wake him up so they asked me to come get him my husband picked him up and brought

him home and he slept that day and the next day that he was fine as I feel like

pretty normal like being with his brother and sister just been Grady so I

was looking after him but I didn't feel to good myself and when we went for a

walk to go get Delinda from the bus I was literally sick again

that's pretty much where my morning sickness started another morning sickness thing

that I've got now is that have no idea what I want to eat I eat something and

Im like yuck gross like normal food meat like I'm just not interested in

it so I can eat like junk food like chocolate biscuits and snakes and gummy

food you know stuff like that like stuff I shouldn't be eating but I

also can eat things like yogurt and stuff so that's pretty good

oh I can also eat hard-boiled eggs so I had that for dinner and for

breakfast and for lunch I just I don't know it's better now I was able to eat

proper meal the other day so not long before that for my daughter's birthday

we had Chinese and I love Chinese and I was eating it and before they finish they

didn't even have that much on my plate and I was just like I don't want to finish that

what about with that and then my husband googled it found out that's a a sign of

morning sickness oh great this is my morning sickness I

don't want to eat so I'm really really hungry but I can't eat great I prefer to

puke ha ha ha sorry guys I did not tell you but I am 12 weeks pregnant that is

awesome I am

some people say 12 weeks is the beginning of the 2nd trimester I'm going to play it safe

and wait to 14 weeks to start my second trimester but I'm still happy that I'm at

12 weeks and this after that I'm actually learning my doctors and

hopefully she'll put the doctor on me and we can maybe hear the heartbeat I am

super excited as soon you're going back to the Midwife clinic and going

there again this is so weird but in a way I'm happy that this is my final

pregnancy because I don't think I could handle being pregnant for a 5th time

this is really like making me so tired and out of breath I don't like

it and like normally I could get go for a run like before I got pregnant I was

on the treadmill and I could go like quite fast and I

exercise all the time like now I still do my classroom but I'm really not

pushing myself like they used to because I'm so out of breath but I've always

got my puffer so that's good later on I'm not sure exactly when it's going to be but

we're going to be having a gender reveal party this is our last baby

and normally I don't find out the sex of the baby that I thought I would this

time just for a bit of fun and I'm super excited I'm not a 100% sure this

what I've got what I'm having but I would love to have a girl has two girls

two boys it will be really good Delinda would love to have a little baby

sister but having three would be pretty cool especially when I grow older

I grow up I'll have 3 men looking after me and my princess

that would be pretty cool just to know that I've got four kids is blessing enough so thank you

so much god I love you I will now show you my belly but I think it's quite big

but I'm not really a small person but I do notice it and my family do notice it

too so let's see what you think
