Waching daily Jun 9 2017

Cold and strung out by the phone

The night is long when you're alone

Shake and dance just like a kiss

You have to shoot to know if you will miss

Want to be part of the show

But you don't know how far this thing it goes

By your whistle, by your cut

The dream is real like it or not

Tour De France 2017 - Gameplay Trailer (Français) - Duration: 2:28.

Tour de France 2017 is the official video game of the Tour on consoles

You play as a professional rider whose goal is of course, to bring the Yellow Jersey back to Paris.

On the menu this year, lots of new features to go along with an exciting route.

The Tour de France 2017 will feature the 5 french mountain ranges for the first time in 25 years.

It'll depart from Germany for the first time in 30 years

and for the first time ever, a time-trial in Marseille on the eve of the Grand Finale…

Magnificent Grand Finale facing the Arc de Triomphe, after the Patrouille de France fly-by.

At the beginning of the Tour, pick your team from one of the official teams taking part in the Tour de France.

Choose your riders and try to fulfill the objectives you're given.

You'll be able to play in solo or multiplayer, in coop mode or versus mode.

Just like a pro rider, you can attack, counter-attack, take relays and give directions to your teammates

to reach your goals.

This year, we've improved the artificial intelligence, the physics engine

and the performance engine in order to push realism further and bring more challenge.

In order to respond to this challenge, the player will have to manage his effort closely,

come up with a good strategy and take the best trajectories.

In MyTour mode, you'll be able to create your own experience

by editing the teams' rosters, the riders' stats

and designing your own route by picking from the game's 60 stages.

You can decide to play each stage from start to finish, use the fast-forward feature

or choose to solely focus on key areas like intermediate sprints

climbs or windy areas.

In ProTeam mode, you manage your team over several seasons.

Victory after victory, you'll be able to recruit today's best riders, the legends of the Tour

and build your own Dream Team.

In Challenge mode, we'll test your ability to ride downhill as fast as you can.

The objective is to beat the best times and reach the top of the worldwide rankings.

Cycling has always been a part of my life, as I got to ride at a high level.

Today, the fact that I'm able to transpose what I learnt on the road in a cycling game

is just an extraordinary opportunity and being able to share this with as many players is a dream opportunity.

Each of us has something of the Tour de France in ourselves.

The Tour de France is the biggest cyclist competition in the world, but even more than that

something stronger that brings people together and unites them

This will be 3500km of smiles and emotions…

Full Dish Hustle: Inside NYC's Boozy Ice Cream "Barlour" | Food Network - Duration: 3:15.

[music playing]

MELISSA TAVSS: This is our boozy ice cream flight.

This is kind of a play off of like what you would get

at a distillery if you were going to like

taste different whiskies.

So how did you even get into this?

Well, I love cocktails.

And I used to work for different wine and spirits brands.

I was like 26.

I went back to NYU because I was like,

I don't know what I want to do, and then on the side kind of

started doing events with Tipsy Scoop.

It really was an accidental business, like I

didn't know what I was doing.

I was making the ice cream in Tupperware

in my kitchen one pint at a time.

One pint took 20 minutes.

SKYLER BOUCHARD: Oh, I'm so excited to try these.

Let's dig in.

MELISSA TAVSS: There is liquor in there.

It's 8:00 in the morning. Oh man.

It's OK.

If you saw the amount of liquor that comes in and out

of our production facility, I don't know what

they think we're doing, but--

They're probably worried.

What's the percentage?

So it's up to 5% alcohol by volume,

the equivalent of a light beer.

All the ice creams are like what I like.

So I try to like make the cocktail first

and then like translate into an ice cream or a sorbet.

SKYLER BOUCHARD: And how do you get the consistency on this?

Like a lot of recipes call for a shot of vodka

or like a shot of bourbon to like soften it.

Then I was like, how cool would it be if it actually

held an alcohol content.

Yeah.

MELISSA TAVSS: So this is like the fan favorite.

And it's kind of a mouthful to say--

dark chocolate whisky salted caramel.

That's the full name.

Dark chocolate whisky salted caramel.

Yeah.

OK.

Mm.

And this is only in the retail store.

This is only in our store, yes.

In the store front.

Yeah, exactly.

[music playing]

MELISSA TAVSS: Brick and mortar really

wasn't like in the business plan, but what happened was

we have a commercial kitchen up in East Harlem and people

started coming there like thinking

it was an ice cream shop.

After that happened, we were like, we've got to--

We've got to find a way to get flights

of liquor-infused ice cream to the people

because they need that.

What was the hardest thing?

MELISSA TAVSS: We just like didn't know what we were

doing, which was kind of a blessing

because we weren't like scared.

But there were so many hurdles that we had to jump over.

Because there's alcohol infused into the ice cream,

It was really hard to get it into grocery stories.

SKYLER BOUCHARD: Legally.

MELISSA TAVSS: They like pulled it from the shelves.

So how do we card people for it?

So now we have like federal government approval

declaring it a non-beverage.

We don't need a liquor license to sell it.

We just have to card people.

The most important thing that I learned was you

really have to be persistent.

Do you think that you would have

been able to do this before social media and the internet?

Before I had the Instagram following,

I really depended on my friends and family for word-of-mouth.

The social media component is huge,

but you still have to put yourself out there.

It really just is crazy how fast it can get your name out there.

I mean, it's really hard to start something new

that people don't know about.

But it's kind of about just like taking a bet on yourself.

Go with your gut and then everything else

will figure itself out.

Well, thank you so much.

This was delicious.

And it was so great to hear your story.

Thank you for coming.

I'm going to take these to-go.

MELISSA TAVSS: Thanks for coming.

SKYLER BOUCHARD: Thank you.

Glad you're here.

Here, you'll find short stories in German.

About my travels, about my everyday life and about my thoughts.

I think a language is like music.

You hear its sound and then you imitate the sound.

You study new words and sentences

and you repeat and repeat and repeat.

language and imitation

When I learned to play the guitar,

I couldn't read any notes.

I only listened to what my teacher was playing

and I copied the sound.

I think a language works similarly.

Roadtrip Vlog Ep. 3 - Lake Doxa for the end - Duration: 10:20.

We left the Kalavrita behind us and headed to our final destination, Lake Doxa.

Crossing just a small part of north Peloponissos,

we saw a bit of her beauty.

In the previous roadtrip, George had made me a little joke.

The bill from your phone was came.

I received a message that my phone bill is 150E

I didn't talk to anyone

25Ε fine

George how much was the charge per minute?

0.06E per minute

Even 1E per minute to be

Alex, i sent the message!

So, we thought that is time to pay it back.

What he did to him!

Come George, let's go!

But the biggest mistake, was to let him drive the rv.

Him went to make a turn here.

Although he has a driving license for trucks

Come, put this here.

Where you put it? Where? Fanis come to see

Come to see what he done

And that's happens, when you do not mind the first time

Come

Look where it stucked

Now, now

Come on dude! In this place there was a hole and a muddy place.

He hit them both.

Today we woke up, and that we saw was really magical

So George is doing his morning hairwash

George another one!

Morning bath in the lake

After we were washed

It's time for golf!

Yeahh, good!

There was time for this trip to come to an end

We start to pack some things

And we are taking our way back.

We won a very beautiful experience

and so many unforgettable moments.

Sometimes easy and sometimes difficult

The only sure thing is that it's a journey we'll remember forever.

That's it!

Another journey came to an end

A journey so much the same but so different to everything else

A journey without comforts and relaxing,

but full of experiences and wonderful landscapes

But when you get to the end and look back

You realize what you actually took from this journey

How To STOP PROCRASTINATING & End Procrastination - Duration: 8:59.

Dan we got to film - five more minutes five more minutes okay we'll get back to

work I'm enjoying something here (Dan it's your 5th beer!) five more beer minutes five more minutes and

we'll get to it okay so we've all had this experience right where you know

there's something you should be doing but it's so painful even if it's

something small like dealing with an accounting issue or sending an email

response for whatever reason you really don't want to do it and so you find a

way to do anything but that one task that is called procrastination and the

reason procrastination is so bad is that it's not like you just take longer to do

this one task but you waste all this time in the middle right because it's

not just that this task isn't getting done but all the time in the middle is

usually wasted it's very rare that when we procrastinate we enjoy it we say all

right you know what I'm going to delay this I'm going to go to the beach hang

out for the day okay we do procrastinate that way too but generally the

procrastination I'm talking about is when you're sitting at the computer

you're kind of checking and rechecking emails and different things doing odds

and ends but really getting nothing done and I want to go through in this video

some solutions and tips on how to prevent and overcome procrastination so

let's start with in the moment you're sitting there it's 2 p.m. the last hour

you have been wasting perhaps you have that after lunch Lo and there's a task

you're just not doing what do you do how do you break out of that state well the

good news and bad news here the bad news is that I have no easy solution or trick

for you in terms of just boom magically like you're able to get back to work

right but there's a few things you can do one is changing your state and so

when you're sitting there and you're in this email checking mode or social media

just procrastination hell right is you need to break that and one way to do it

is by changing your body and so you can do this different ways you can get up

and jump around your apartment put on some music you can get up and go for a

walk one of the things that I find can be quite helpful is when I am in this

procrastination mode it's just to accept it embrace it and go

to something else for a bit right so if I bite it it tends to get worse and keep

fighting me back where if I just accept it and say you know what I'm going to go

for a walk and at least make good use of this time because sitting on Facebook or

whatever I don't really do Facebook but sitting checking whatever reading some

news is not going to serve me so let's go for a walk at least get some Sun meet

a friend something like that to at least break my state and get out of that and

then maybe come back and make the most of it on this note as well if you end up

wasting a whole day due to procrastination and hopefully by the end

of this video that's not going to happen too much but if you do find yourself

basically wasting the whole day come evening time you're faced with that

question of you go out and meet your friends would you go for dinner or do

you stay home and get that work done because you didn't do it during the day

personally I'm going to add the kit of writing the day off and saying you know

what I'm in a bad headspace today that was a big screw-up but it's done let's

go out and recharge and for me one of the reasons I do this is I know that

human contact is quite important for me so that one of the causes of my

procrastination can often be that I've just been at home working for too long

or not out with friends and so continuing to delay going out with

friends or having fun which usually serves as a reset and then I'm really

productive the next day if I avoid that because I procrastinated then it just

makes the problem worse and the next day is going to be much less productive

right so all this aside the best way to deal with procrastination is a

preemptive strike deal with it before it comes up and there are two categories

for doing this that I really recommend you take action on the first of how you

set up your day now traditionally there's this belief of eat the Frog I

think Brian Tracy wrote some cheesy self-help book on this do the hardest

thing in the day first and this is the classic 1950s self-help advice that

sometimes is useful and for some people but generally doesn't have a lot of

merit and what I think is a much better approach to starting your day is pick

the thing that is fun and enjoyable but it's also very important for your

business so that could be filming videos it could be writing it could

the marketing if you enjoy that or meeting with clients whatever it is that

you enjoy and also contributes a lot to your bottom line take that for the

beginning of the day and some magical things will start to happen so you get

up and you spend your first two hours doing this enjoyable / productive /

profit driving activity and what happens after that is you start to feel really

good about yourself right because you've got this important thing done arguably

and often the most important thing you need to do all day if I spend the first

two hours of my day writing even if I screw the rest up it's still a pretty

good day I'm pretty happy with it I'm not going to beat myself up so first off

you've got enough done that you're feeling pretty good already you've also

taken the pressure off yourself for being productive that day right because

you already got some stuff done you feel pretty good you go into the afternoon

and then you can deal with the odds and end the other stuff that you might

normally procrastinate or those other tasks and you'll be in a better

headspace because you've done something you've enjoyed you're going to be

feeling good about that also just you would have enjoyed it so you're going to

be feeling a bit happier for the day and then when you go into the afternoon and

you have to do the work you don't enjoy as much or you might be putting off

you're going to be in a much better place to actually just power through

that and get it done so we talked about dealing with procrastination in the

moment we talked about on a daily planning basis and now I want to talk

about it life wise in terms of life design and as you probably know I'm a

big advocate of life design I have my teaching a life design approach and this

is all based on building your life around you and your personality type and

your strengths so that you don't have to do too many things that involve

procrastination so the ability to serve in the short term get through things if

you have a something come up that you would usually procrastinate you have it

come up here and they're odds and end it's not a big deal to get through but

if it's coming up everyday all the time that's going to beat your soul down and

it's going to be tough to get done so what I would suggest is finding a

pursuit a job a business whatever it is where the majority of your work is

actually things you enjoy things that you're not going to procrastinate at

least not very often and within that find ways to outsource

or eliminate the work don't like doing that much so I've done

this in my own business as much as possible we're either between hiring

people but more often just eliminating the work I don't want to do the things

that I don't do well or I procrastinate I basically just don't do and it's

different ways you can do that but there's basically changing your business

model right change what you offer change how you work and that way you're not

necessarily going to have to do these things that you hate doing so pulling

back at your life and taking an inventory over the week okay what are

the things I procrastinator what did I hate doing and then looking to eliminate

those or hire someone to help you for them and you've probably heard the

argument for hiring like a virtual assistant or someone like that before

and the main benefit of it isn't just that let's say your time is worth $30 an

hour and you hire someone for $10 an hour right that's part of it but if you

hire someone to do the tasks and it should take one hour it will probably

take them one hour but if it's a task you hate doing and you try to do it

yourself it will probably take you three hours or four hours because we'll be all

this procrastination and dread time built-in with it so for me and my own

experience hiring people to do the stuff that I Chen tend to procrastinate or get

a hind on has been a total GameChanger and I would recommend looking at that as

well when you basically break down a week or a month and look at hey where do

I procrastinate where does this come in and then think long term about how you

can actually eliminate that from your day-to-day life so yes I know that video

wasn't like three easy tips to stop procrastination right away but if you

know me you know that I tend to focus on the bigger picture and sustainable

changes right instead of using some little hack to stop procrastination one

day why not make the bigger changes in how you set up your days and how you set

up your life so you don't even run into procrastination nearly as much and with

that said I know in order to act on this advice you need probably more more

content or advice getting into like how do you actually outsource or break down

the things you procrastinate and eliminate them and that's where

subscribing to the channel comes in because I will have more content coming

up over these topics over the coming months in terms of life's design and

dealing with procrastination and eliminating stuff you don't like to do

and all that so be sure to subscribe and catch you in another video soon

interpret, and I'm going to frame photography and now he is going to show

here good and we take out one and here we have a lot to choose from and because

we see design frame rounded design mark invested

good all lines focused everything you want and then here I have the

The good size room available I could play around with it until you find

the effect I wanted fine once I'll give you chosen to accept and now that

They will see how we will come out depending on the quality of the card

Magic Wand tool I'll be adding pieces I

which they are needed to give all back, and

it would roughly selected and now I'm on filter I'm going to

defocus and I'll catch the blur gaussian that I have here and then

Now what I'm going to choose is a Gaussian blur to me come to me

well and playing with the radio to see how the back there is going

desenfocando then I think I'll to take much notice

20 pixels and because then I'll give ok and
