My first experience with the SUBPAC was amazing for the simple fact that it took you

away from the headphones and gave you more FEEL than headphones could ever create.

Something that you can feel in your body throughout your system.

The bass knocking over the subwoofers. You know how it be with it when they make you

straighten up your posture, you get to get you together.

As far as being able to feel the music from head to toe.

You know and that's whats was fresh. I feel the SUBPAC help

in ways to keep you sensitive of the bass

on behalf of like how much is needed and where it sits. As far as creativity,

adjustments you know. It's very needed. A lot of times if you go without you can shoot yourself

In the foot by not realizing how much of It you have. So something that is this accurate- it helps you remain sensitive to bass.

Mark working area with medical tape.

Make sure there are no spaces under the tape.

Mix portion of 2-component polyurethane.

SUREL type 7 compound is good for such application. Link in the comment section.

Add colorant, e.g. SO-Strong from Smooth-On. Link in the comment section.

It is optimal to prepare one portion of compound for one working area.

Apply compound by finger using latex medical gloves.

Make sure there are no folds on working area – stuff sleeve/leg with something soft.

Move smartly – compound life time is few minutes.

Cover zippers with narrow tape stripes.

Drippings have to be removed rapidly with xylol before compound polymerization complete.

Remove tape edging when compound thickened but not yet solid.

It's done!

literally when I created Sirus I didn't realize how much he

resembled myself a lot if that makes any sense and

Sirus he's one of those type of guys that you know, all the ladies kind of swoon over and stuff like that

So it's kind of just like

he tries to like drive them away by saying the most weirdest Kinky things and

But if the girl you know, she's okay with it, that I mean "she's" probably most likely just gonna be like

ask you most people say well it makes me burp and that's not flattering well

that's very true but there's two other things that

carbonation does that's negative to you as well the first thing it does is it

adds inconsistency to your stomach because there's a band flow of pressure

that's building up and residing as carbonation comes in and goes out of

your stomach so it causes this really choppy kind of delivery you know good

orders and smooth speakers there's a nice rhythm to their presentation but

when you've got inconsistencies and changing in your stomach it's tough to

keep that you know kind of like this you don't know if you're gonna burp it just

causes a very rocky delivery so that's number two so you've got a burping

you've got inconsistency and pressure in your stomach and number three it

actually limits the space that your lungs have to fill up so you can't get

as big as Brett a big a breast you can't get as much oxygen per breast so what

may be used to take you one breath to say now takes you to so now you're

breathing more often which is once again choppy it chops up the smoothness of a

nice speech it makes it sound like more of a struggle or as good speakers you

know it just kind of flows almost like they're singing it makes it sound more

like a gravel road as opposed to a smooth paved road now let me ask you

5 things you should know about CCW | LSRP - Duration: 8:45.

Hi everyone, this is Userone.

I often have people PMing me all sorts of stuff, mostly it's haters abusing the fact

that you need to donate to be able to block PMs, but otherwise it's fans reaching out

to thank me for motivating them on joining LSRP and sometimes asking me questions.

And the most common questions I get are about gun licenses in LSRP.

As much as I would love to respond to all of the PMs all of the time - it takes me away

from my expirience in the game, and sometimes could even put me at a disadvantage.

And when hours of playtime can be lost due to a small mistake, it's not a risk I'm able

to afford.

So instead of wasting my time replying to all of the people with the same answer over

and over, I decided that I would make an informative video on the subject.

So in this video I will be covering how does gun license in LSRP work.

I've already made a guide on how to get a weapon's license in LSRP, but I feel like

I haven't touched on several important stuff you should know.

So here's 5 things you should know about LSRP gun licenses and OOC regulations surrounding

them.

Number 1.

You are not restricted from committing crimes when you get a legal weapon.

There's a huge misconception I always see in the comment section, some people think

that simply because you commit a crime and use a licensed firearm to do so - you're somehow

breaking server rules.

That is not true what so ever, the only thing you're not allowed to do with PF firearms

is to sell them, give them away, or let your friends rob them off of you.

Yes, you're even allowed to shoot at police, however hold that thought until the next point.

There is a good reason why it's allowed to commit crimes with licensed firearms, one

reason being - it's sometimes very difficult to determine what is a crime and what isn't.

The penal code regulations, just like OOC rules, just like any rules anywhere written

by people, aren't perfect - simply because people who wrote them aren't perfect themselves

- people will never be perfect.

There will always be loopholes, misinterpretations, and misunderstandings.

Here's an example:

This is a quote from San Andreas Penal Code, Title 12, Section 03.

Private Defense, Self Defense, Castle Doctrine, And Defense Of Others

"A person who has a reasonable belief that they, or another, are in imminent danger of

being killed, seriously injured or unlawfully touched and believe that imminent force is

needed to prevent that danger and use no more force than is necessary to negate that danger

will absolved of criminal liability in Title 1.

Crimes Against the Person.

ALL these requirements must be met to be completely absolved of criminal liability."

I hope I don't need to explain to you how vauge and how convoluted it gets on case by

case basis, there is a reason why in real life it takes years for people to be cleared

or charged with crimes after alleged self-defence shootings.

If we made it an Out-Of-Character requirement that you couldn't use licensed weapons for

crimes, then admins would be doing all of the work of Department of Justice, which by

the way recently had a Governour pass an executive order to halt all operations of their Secret

Service due to incompetence...

huh - talk about law not being so simple.

Number 2.

You can get blacklisted from ever obtaining a weapons license out-of-character.

This is to all of the folks that abuse PF license to transfer weapons to their friends,

it's honestly just not worth it.

Now I feel you - LSRP's gun situation is out of control; half cannot find a weapon for

the life of them, the other half of the people walk around with M4's; however breaking server

rules isn't the way to go about trying to make a change.

Sure, maybe you'll get away with it this time, but behind you you just left a log file that

administrators can check to see what exactly had happened at any point in the future.

Maybe you'll get away with it this time, maybe you'll get away with it for a few times, maybe

you'll get away with it for a month - it doesn't matter because you only need to get caught

once.

And once you do, there is no way for you to appeal an out-of-character weapon's ban.

Number 3.

You can do everything right and still lose a gun license in-character.

Don't be alarmed, you won't get blacklisted unless you do something profoundly stupid.

But you can indeed do everything right and lose your gun license anyway.

There is a hard out-of-character rule in regards to gun license, and that is if a police officer

kills you - you lose the license.

It doesn't matter if you were in a firefight with the police officer at the time, or what

you were actually doing.

It doesn't even matter if you had a gun at all according to the rules, all you need to

do is get shot by a cop and die - and that will cause you to lose gun license.

This rule is in place because people used to abuse PF license to constantly get into

shootouts with police, respawn and buy another gun to go do it all over again.

Now, I understand why the rule is in place, however it does mean that some confrontations

will result in you losing a gun license even if you haven't done anything wrong.

The good news is that you can appeal gun license revocations out-of-character on the LSPD forum,

and I actually managed to get my license returned to me in a similar situation.

Number 4.

You do not need CCW to carry a firearm.

CCW stands for "Carry a Concealed Weapon", it's a license specifically to be able to

carry a weapon concealed.

However, here's the thing - San Andreas is an open-carry state.

Now that doesn't mean that you can open carry inside Los Santos though, since that city

in particular is excempt from open-carry, but in most places around Los Santos and away

from the prison or SASD headquarters - you can legally open-carry your PF gun.

Do keep in mind, if a cop pulls up on you, doesn't ask any questions and instantly kills

you - you lose your license anyway because of what I mentioned before.

No, you didn't break any rules or laws, but it doesn't matter.

And yes, it's still possible for police to arrest you even if you didn't break any laws.

The way the legal system works in LSRP is you get arrested first - then you have to

prove that you're innocent.

But from purely legal standpoint, it's completely legal to open-carry a weapon in San Andreas

outside of Los Santos, the San Andreas Correctional Facility and away from Sheriff's Departament.

Number 5.

LSPD's weapon licensing system is more lenient then the one from real LAPD.

I hate to admit it, but it turns out that the licensing system for CCW is far more lenient

in LSRP then it is in the real Los Angeles.

First of all, California completely outlawed open-carry, it used to be outlawed only for

loaded firearms, but now it's outlawed completely.

Quote: "According to California open carry laws under California Penal Code 26350 PC,

it is a crime to openly carry any firearm in public, even if the gun is unloaded."

So your only option is to carry concealed.

However, California has outlawed carrying concealed too!

You may only transport your weapon in a locked container, much like in LSRP, however you

may get a Concealed Carry Weapon's permit from LAPD.

Doing a brief Google search, it seems like real life CCW requires you to complete a firearms

training course, which makes it already more demanding then the LSRP CCW requierments,

which require you to be proficent at writing.

I suppose both cases are revelant, since in LSRP you're doing more writing than weapons

handling.

If the RP server was hosted somewhere in a Nevada-equivalent state on the other hand,

such as Las Venturas, it would be more realistic to allow open-carry and unregistered gun ownership.

The whole premise of the second ammendment is pretty much to allow citizens to reserve

their right to bear arms to fight against the government incase it becomes tyranical,

now whether I agree with that premise or not is a topic I won't delve into, but it would

be interesting to see a SAMP heavy roleplay server where weapons are easier to obtain.

Timbaland's artist. What it does for me when I'm playing drums and producing, it

just you know I FEEL kicks and the snares and you know those type of

things and then of course you know the bass so that's important to the a

drummer. You know what I'm saying. To really feel the beat.

When I'm using the SUBPAC man live man in big venues you know…coliseums,

amphitheaters…it's the best you know I mean because you won't get lost.

You know because you still always have this sub. You still always feel the vibe

from the stage, you know what I mean? And that's my biggest thing is having headphones on

and not being able to hear the whole stage because it takes away the live

aspect when you got your ears shut off, you know? So having the SUBPAC

helps out a lot because over that crowd man you still can feel that bass.

I think every drummer should have a SUBPAC. It's rhythm. Like you FEEL the bass.

Every kick, every snare. Bass and drums go together regardless. If everybody in the

room go these on, everybody can feel the bass, you know what I'm saying, from the records.

It ain't just sounding light. It makes everything FEEL heavy, which is

good.

video I shared few simple tips to help u lose weight.If you have not watched it yet pls

do watch it, the link is in the desccription below.One of the subscribers had requested

me to upload a non vegeterian diet plan so in today's video I will be sharing a sample

non veg diet plan, so lets get started.Please do not follow this diet plan if you are pregnant

or if you just had a baby or if u have not yet started solid foods for your baby that

means if you are only breastfeeding or in cases of any health issues then its always

good that you consult your doctor before starting any diet plan.These are the measurement charts

for your reference.

So the first thing you need to do as soon as you wake up is to have a glass of warm

water.This is very important because it is the best way to kick start your metabolism

and it also helps to detox your body.Drinking a glass of warm water on an empty stomach

can also help you lose weight.If u dont like the taste of plain water you can add lemon

juice, honey ginger or anything of your choice to make it more healthier and tastier.So this

is the diet plan for "Week 1".After having a glass of warm water you can have 4 peeled

almonds that were soaked overnight because almonds contain a lot of healthy fats ,fibre,

protein, vitamin E which s good for skin and hair and they also make you feel fuller thereby

they can help you in weight loss.

Then comes the very first meal of the day "Breakfast", try to have breakfast at least

within an hour of waking up.

Your breakfast should be filled with nutrients and proteins.

Skipping your breakfast will always make you over weight all that you eat for breakfast

is converted into energy so make sure you have a heavy breakfast.

You can have somewhere around 400 to 450 calories for your breakfast.In this diet plan I have

mentioned one banana because bananas are rich in fibre and they are powerhouse of nutrients.

They can also help in digestion and help you lose weight.

3 whole grain bread slices because they are good source of vitamin B and they can help

control weight.

1 egg you can have boiled egg or scrambled egg or anything of your choice .Eggs are super

nutritious food and they are a great way to increase your HDL cholesterol.These are filled

with proteins and can make you feel fuller thereby helping you to lose weight.

Don't skip the egg yolk don't worry it won't affect your weight loss process in fact egg

yolks are filled with nutrients so make sure to make this a part of your diet.

Then you can have a cup of tea or coffee or any drink that you prefer.Once you're done

with your breakfast around 8 to 8:30 you can keep a gap of 2 to 2.5hrs and then maybe around

11 to 11:30 you can have a cup of yoghurt with fruits.Yoghurt is rich in important nutrients

and adding fruits to it makes it even more healthier.

It contains a lot of calcium which is very important to maintain healthy teeth and bones.

After a gap of 2 hours you can have your lunch.

Your lunch should include vegetables, brown rice it's always good to eat Brown Rice vs

white rice can make you fat whereas brown rice is filled with fibre.

Eating brown rice can also help you lose weight, there are different varieties of brown rice

you can go for whichever you want.

In my diet plan I have mentioned beetroot curry because beetroot has no sodium and its

low in fat.Its also very good for pregnant women because they are rich in Folic acid.

Beetroot also lowers your blood pressure and controls blood sugar so if you are suffering

from diabetes or blood pressure then beetroot is the right option for you.

Along with a bowl of curry and rice you can have some steamed vegetables vegetables, raw

vegetables or you can chicken, fish, lean meat or anything of your choice.

Then comes your evening snack for this you can have a fruit or you can have nuts or if

you are having biscuits maybe you can have 2-3 low fat biscuit.

I have mentioned orange and walnuts.Oranges and very rich in vitamin C and walnuts and

very good for your heart.

Walnuts contain healthy fats and they also raise your HDL cholesterol.

You can have your evening snack around 4:30 to 5 and then you can keep a gap of 2 to 3

hours and then comes the last meal of the "Dinner", it's always good that you develop

the habit of having early dinner.

Keep your dinner light and healthy.

Here I have mentioned half cup chicken gravy without skin because chicken skin can make

you fat.Chicken is rich in protein then you can have a cup of brown rice and then a cup

of salad it can be any vegetable salad or mixed vegetable salad.

Then before going to bed you can have a cup of warm milk.

Try to avoid sweets or any kind of snacks at night because all that you eat will be

converted to fat.

For breakfast you can aim around 400 to 450 calories similarly for lunch and dinner you

should keep it very light.

The approximate calorie in week 1 diet plan is around 1690.

Here's the diet plan for "Week 2".Before breakfast you can have 3 peeled Almonds soaked overnight

and 2walnuts.

For breakfast you can have 1 cup sliced papaya.These are very healthy and very delicious.

Papayas are also rich in antioxidants then you can have 5idlis(steamed rice cake), this

is one of the healthiest breakfast you can have it with half cup of vegetable sambar

and then you can have tea coffee or any drink of your choice.

As a mid morning snack you can have dates and tender coconut water.

Dates are rich in iron and they also have natural sugar and even tender coconut water

contains natural Sugars, Minerals and vitamins.

But if you're suffering from diabetes or any other health condition then its better that

you consult your doctor before consuming these.

Then for lunch you can have a cup of brown rice with fish curry.

Choose a fish which is rich in Omega 3 fatty acid.

As a mid evening snack you can have a glass of buttermilk or you can have biscuits or

tea or coffee.

Buttermilk is low in fat and it also very good for digestion.Then for dinner you can

have to 2whole grain chapati with one cup of moong dal palak curry.

After having dinner if you feel like eating anything or drinking anything you can have

milk or any fruit of your choice or you can have some nuts.The approximate calories in

Week 2 diet plan is around "1520".

This is the "Week 3" diet plan.

Before breakfast you can have 5 to 6 mixed nuts.Then for breakfast a cup of vegetable

upma.

These are very healthy, tasty and low in calories .Then you can have a bowl of curd and a drink

of your choice .Here I have mentioned a fruit smoothie, you can have tea coffee or anything

that you want.

Then as a mid morning snack you can have a boiled egg very healthy and very nutritious.

Then for lunch you can have 1cup brown rice with grilled chicken breast(rich in protien)

and you can have 1/2 cup of mixed sprouts curry or you can choose any sprout of your

choice and you can make a career out of it.Then as a mid evening snack you can have peanut

or til chikki.

Then for dinner you can have vegetable stuffed chapati or paratha with raita and a few carrot

slices.

Carrots are rich in Vit A and are healthy.

Then post dinner you can have a cup of warm milk called or any fruit of your choice or

anything which is low calorie healthy and tasty.

the approximate calories in week 3 diet plan is around 1669.If you want different varities

each day then these are some breakfast options and these are some lunch and dinner options.

So this is the 3 week diet plan, you can alter it according to your needs.
