Hi, I'm in Toyama tonight and already ate with my team

but there is a Toyama specialty i heard about, the Black Ramen

All dark

And very salty apparently

I have only one night here so I definitly have to try it !

Ok it's time to try the Black Ramen

We're in a restaurant named Daiki

Here it goes! The noodles are swimming in a dark sauce

Is it really good as i was told?

There are the ramen classic toppings, negi, menma, some meat

It is supposed to be salty

It is very salty and good !

Yeah the end of the bowl might be even more salty

In some ramen, you only have one slice of Char Siu meat

But in this one, there are like 5, 6 slices

Meat is tender and really good !

There is pepper inside too

You can see some grains here

If you don't like salty stuff, you probably won't like

Alright, you need to drink water with it!

７５０円、its the normal ramen price and it's really good

I was told the black ramen at Toyama airport are different

It tastes different and isn't that good

Here we are at Daiki shop in the city center and it's kind of the real taste

Ok second glass of water...impossible without drinking

That second dinner was a nice snack

It's really good, salty and there was a lot of meat

I definitly recommend Toyama Black Ramen

You could take tour bus. You could walk the city. But if you want one of the

best views of the city you have to come to the Sky Garden and that's where we're

going to take you right now.

You'll find lots of great seating in the main level of the Sky Garden. Grab

yourself a coffee and pastry and settle in for the view.

Don't forget to venture up to the second floor, ducking into little alcoves delightful greenery.

I love these little hidden spots.

Don't forget to venture up the secret stairway to the terrace for comfy

couches and a bird's-eye view.

And if the weather allows, a trip out on the terrace is a must for the end of

your experience.

So that was our morning on the 35th floor in the Sky Garden, an absolutely free

experience for anyone, but you have to make sure to book your time slot online.
