Waching daily Oct 2 2017

Victory was on our side

Ashe Arrow lands onto Djoko. Night goes in, there's the charm

and the shockwave conects a moment too late.

A victory we really needed

4th place, four QSSs, it's a sign,

Four kills on Memento. Four sides on a trian...? No...

You've been reading way too much conspiracy theories Stress...

Alright, we got a pause, we need to take a break from that...

However, something got in our way

However, something got in our way "Thank you very much Pira,"

unfortunately I'm not here with great news.

We have an update from the officials in stage,

the players are experiencing a visual bug

that's causing Orianna's ball to be invisible on Orianna

and because this prevents Giants from tracking the ball

it presents an unfair advantage to their oponents

and therefore officials will be remaking the game with new picks and bans.

This will mark the rest of the season

This is going to be the game going over to Vitality.

It's a significantly different remade game

and Vitality will even up the series.

One and one will be the scoreboard.

We will be going to game three.

Vitality, what a turnaround and they will take victory.

Sinking us down into demotion

They have to be careful 'cause in goes Nisqy.

Hustlin flashing out, trying to flash to safety.

And he's got nowhere to go but Flaxxish, he is hungry for blood.

He's looking for more, HeaQ still alive.

Kikis slips in, he's looking for style points.

And ladies and gentlemen it is on the corpse of Giants that FNATIC are set to the LCS.

But our destiny now is to come back

When I entered Giants my main objective was

to qualify for LCS, I didn't want to stay in Superliga.

The Superliga was just a means to get into LCS.

I think I'm really underestimated by the community.

I think I'm much better than people think so...

I'm looking to prove it in the LCS when I'm back,

to show that I am the best jungler out there.

My motivation is to get to LCS because

that is what I decided to do back in September

when I dropped out of highschool.

There is not many stuff I'm good at.

Playing games was one of them so...

Everyone said that this would be a waste of time

I want to prove them wrong, that I can do it.

I can go pro.

Any player or coach in the european e-Sports scene

wants to be in the LCS.

People basically want to be the best in what they do,

and I can't be the best in what I do,

if I am not part of europe's best competition.

I wanted to take advantage from Giants as they had an LCS team

and if my gameplay level was good enough

that they could count me in for it.

Then, when I'm there, I won't be content with just being there,

being a mediocre team, I don't want that.

I want to be in a team that is a candidate for playoffs

and eventually reach worlds.

I'd love to go through all of that and finally get as closer to the top as possible.

The moment I signed with Giants my goal was to

qualify for the LCS and help them out in the LVP, winning some tournaments in Spain.

I would say I achieved them, we won two spanish tournaments,

and we finished Challenger Series in the first place.

We are now qualified for the Promotion Tournament, so everything is going as planned, so far.

My end goal in my carrer is to win worlds,

to win MSI, to win the EU LCS but...

I'm not looking that far into that yet, I'm just looking at what's in front of me

and the first step towards that goal is making it to the LCS.

If you pay close attention, this is like...

A dream, I mean.

We are talking about four rookies,

two coaches involved in SLO relegations,

a player that comes from doing a season full of hardships

where he does a poor promotion tournament in NA.

And we come to Challenger Series, we manage to secure an 8-0 in the first weeks

And without a single slim of doubt, this is the Challenger Series team

that has experienced the most external difficulties,

at least during this promotion tournament.

We are living in Málaga, every other team in Berlin,

they stayed there for the whole split.

In general, every single factor is against us.

Being the team that works the hardest, that craves being in the LCS the most,

and that understands that it doesn't really matter

as long as we try harder than the rest

and a team which proves that on stage.

I doubt there will ever be a storyline like our promotion back to the LCS,

and that is what can remain engraved in everybody.

I believe the players are the best in their respective positions

compared to those who played the regular split.

I only have good words about them,

they tried harder than anyone.

They are players that make it easy to work with them.

They are always getting involved, always asking for advice,

they always do their best to improve and to be a better team.

I'm really honored to have this guys

and being able to help them climb their way back to LCS.

They deserve it more than anyone

because when it comes to motivation, dedication and their thrust to achieve their goal,

I doubt they are comparable to any other team.

I think the team is pretty good,

I see very high chances for the team to qualify

and I think the team has one good thing

that is stage discipline, like, when the team plays on stage thay play pretty good,

way better than in scrims, so if they play their game

I think we win, we win easily.

There will be no one who can beat us.

Yeah, of course I would like to play, but...

Giants is winning without me,

but the most important thing is that Giants qualifies for LCS.

On one side I'm happy for the team,

they are my friends, I see them doing well.

But it's also sad for me,

because I know I could also be there

and perform as well as they do.

In the end what matters is the team,

and I'm part of the team, even as a substitute,

so I'm happy that they are winning.

I sacrificed a lot just to keep playing and to keep improving.

Then I got the offer of Giants,

and when I came to Giants of course I had to give up pretty much

my family and friends, stay away from them for so long.

So basically that's it, I sacrified everything to get here,

to reach this.

Basically I sacrificed what I was used to.

Partying, hanging out with friends, ...

Basically, I didn't see my friends for one year,

the same for my family,

because I spent so much time in Gaming Houses.

My family is supportive with my carreer,

so they will be happy, I'm pretty sure.

They want the best for me

so they cheer for me.

Well, my family is going to be there,

they support me a lot, more since I joined Giants.

Before they weren't as supportive but it was my fault,

as I didn't explain everything to them in detail.

So even if I don't make it

they are proud of me, and proud of where I made it to.

And they will keep cheering for me, no matter what the end result is.

The hardest moment in my carrer was during a LAN in Portugal

My mum was sick, my girlfriend and I were experiencing hardships in our relationship

I was going through so much stuff at the same time

Bfff... I ended up crying and I wasn't able to play the LAN

The LAN was delayed for one or two hours

However, I wasn't mentally stable enough

to get ahold of myself and concentrate

What I improved the most...

I guess it's everything in general. I've grown up as a player.

Also as an individual, I had to grow up.

I had to learn how to live with

The players, coaching staff and even the "bosses".

I also had to adapt myself to the captain role.

For me, being a legend is

to make your dreams come true

For me being a legend means

winning eveything that is possible to win.

Not one time but multiple times.

Being remembered... and being known in the whole world

The only time failure helps you

is when you are actually trying your best in the training

and then still fail.

That is when you can learn from the failure.

Than you can actually change up how you train.

And see that the things you are doing are not working.

For me losing is not a failure, you know,

For me not trying is a failure.

When you try your best and fail

It's fine.

But when you don't try then it's a failure.

Failure is just a step

towards success.

I mean you can't be succesful if you don't fail.

So it doesn't matter how many times you fall

It just matters how many times you get up

and you reach your goals.

So... Let's be a LEGEND.

There are not many people in the world

that can call themselves legends.

That can look back to the past and say

'what I did was amazing',

the travel was completely out of the ordinary and...

some small action that you do in your life

can make you become a legend.

That's what we are here to do today.

It's one of those moments.

It's one of those... times in your lives

where you can become something more.

You can become, not only an LCS player

that's not only what's at stake here,

it's more about what you've been through since the beginning.

All the difficulties

all the doubts,

all the people against us.

We knew since the beginning that

we would only depend on ourselves.

And that's exactly why we are here.

I know that this can be a first time experience for most of you

including me,

but I want you guys to be extremely confident

that after today,

we will be LCS.

Here comes the engage from Schalke, they can see this play coming.

Upset, a good quickness from Norskeren.

He need to teleport soon if he wants to join this one.

He's got ignite as well, death sentence. Wow it connects!

Giants are clapping, are celebrating.

The team backstage know it!

They haven't done it yet, hang on.

Wow, Jiizuké is coming in. Now they've done it!

Minitroupax kills Upset.

GIANTS! Welcome back to the LCS!

When you want something

and you do evertything you can for it...

you will get it eventually.

And they did it.

All the hard work, all the dedication,

every single thing they sacrificed for this

is finally paying off.

And... what can I say?

They are a team, they are friends,

and that's beautiful to watch.

Since the first day they clic together

and that's why they can accomplish

whatever they want.

They deserve it.

Next year will be fun.

We are back

5 Horror Movies Inspired by Real Events - Horror Month 2017 - Day 2 - Duration: 8:14.

Geeky Gaming Hey Geeks, it's Andrea.

We are on day 2 of this year's Horror Month.

Today I thought we would take a look at Horror Movies that are based off of true stories.

The idea of any of these being true is incredibly terrifying, but hey that is what makes it

fun, right?

I hope you have your water ready, this is going to be a long one.

Alright Geeks, let's go.

5.

The Amityville Horror This is kind of a controversial one because

many people believe that the initial family that wrote the book is, well, to be blunt…

Full of something stinky.

The Long Island home was purchased by George and Kathy Lutz in 1975.

They moved into the home knowing about a horrible murder that happened around a year earlier.

23-year-old Ronnie DeFeo shot his parents, and 4 siblings while they were in bed sleeping.

This may deter most families from moving there, but hey, they got a good price because of

it.

I probably would have purchased it as well.

When moving in, they did have the house blessed.

While blessing the house, the priest believed he was slapped, heard a disembodied voice

say "get out," became violently ill, and began to bleed from his hands.

Of course, this was all according to the Lutz's, I can't find where the priest was ever asked

directly to confirm.

After moving in, supposedly they had doors slamming shut randomly, the house was always

cold, and there were phantom scents.

They also claimed to find weird substances in their carpet and George Lutz claims his

wife would occasionally transform into an old woman.

Every morning at 3:15am, George would wake up randomly.

This is approximately the time that the murders happened the year prior.

One night while awake he claims he heard the children's beds being lifted and slammed

into the floor, but that he was immobilized in bed.

Sounds a bit like sleep paralysis to me.

That same night, he allegedly saw his wife levitating above the bed.

This was the night before they left the home, just 28 days after moving in.

The reason so many people don't believe the story is because investigations of the

home have gone two very different ways.

The more skeptical investigators coming up to find no evidence, and others quite the

opposite, but nearly no evidence to support it.

The few pieces of evidence that are popularly known have had some pretty simple explanations.

Also the family has made quite a lot of money on the story.

So I'll leave this to you, what do you believe?

4.

The Girl Next Door I had never actually heard of this movie,

but when researching the real story…

Jesus.

The movie was loosely based off of the Murder of Sylvia Likens.

People refer to this as the most terrible crime ever committed in Indiana.

So, that tells you the direction this is going in.

This may be an ear muff moment for some of you.

Sylvia's body was discovered on October 26, 1965.

Her body was discovered with over 150 wounds.

She was burned with cigarettes, matches, and boiling water.

She was also tied up, beaten, thrown into walls, forced to eat liquid and solid waste,

and forced to strip naked in front of people and do things with a coke bottle we won't

talk about.

To make matters worse, they rubbed salt into the poor girls wounds.

During a church event, the woman watching her, Gertrude, force fed Sylvia a hotdog and

when Sylvia threw it up, she was forced to eat that as well.

She was discovered on a disgusting mattress in Gertrude Baniszewski's home.

She was a 37 year old woman with 7 children of her own.

So, you could say that she should freaking know better than this.

Though you can probably say that about, well, anybody.

Sylvia's parents paid Gertrude 20 dollars a week to take care of Sylvia and her sister

Jenny.

After a check arrived late, everything went to hell for poor Sylvia.

Gertrude began to beat the girls.

Although both girls were beaten, almost all of the attacks were on Sylvia.

Gertrude would accuse Sylvia of stealing candy and humiliating her in front of people.

She also accused her of spreading rumors about her children at school.

The attacks became worse and worse as the weeks continued.

Even going so far as to have her own children and neighborhood kids join in on the beatings.

Having children push her down the stairs.

Everyone who was part of the attacks are actually free today.

At least whoever is living.

Gertrude herself only served 20 years, and that was the longest sentence.

Most attackers didn't serve any time at all because they were children.

So, um, yeah… that's a messed up story.

3.

A Nightmare On Elm Street This one might surprise you, but you have

to remember that this is inspired by true events and not a literal representation.

There is a lot to this story, so I'm going to try to stick to the big points.

Basically a group of Laotian refugees who had unfortunately experienced a lot, were

found dead in their beds.

The official cause of death was "probably cardiac arrhythmia."

Many saying the actual cause of death was "Nightmare Death Syndrome."

Which is now known as Sudden Unexpected Death Syndrome.

I know, there are a lot of titles for one simple thing.

This probably sounds confusing.

Basically they claim that around 43 Hmung and Filipino young males die in their sleep

every year.

Simply put, they get so terrified of their nightmare that they literally die of fright.

2.

The Exorcist So you might be thinking, this story is already

creepy enough.. we don't really have to add any truth behind it.

You know, you're right.

I'd love to just move on but that isn't what you came here for, so…

This is based mostly off of the first exorcism performed in the United States.

The boys name was Ronald Hunkeler and he lived in Maryland.

When he was 14, his Aunt Tillie gave him a Ouija Board.

Of course, it's debatable whether this has anything to do with his possession, but some

believe it aided in it.

Many people believe that his Aunt Tillie was actually one of the first spirits to visit

Ronald.

Unfortunately it wasn't long after that things began to get weird.

His family started to hear angry voices, furniture was scraping the floors, and there were unexplained

claw marks on Ronald's body.

In an attempt to remove this horrible time from their lives, they moved from Maryland

to St. Louis, believing that maybe moving from the home would help.

Unfortunately this wasn't the case.

The events continued to happen.

They brought Father Bishop and eventually Father Bowdern to help the event.

Many of the events in the movie correlate very well to what happened to Ronald himself.

Before the novel and film about this situation came out, the number of possession cases was

10 to 15 a year.

After the release of the film, there were allegedly as many as 10 to 15 a week.

I don't know how much I personally believe these numbers, but hey..

It's a terrifying thought.

1.

Psycho Psycho is one of many many many movies based

off the infamous Ed Gein.

In fact, I'm sure without even thinking about it too much you can probably think of

a handful of movies inspired by Ed Gein.

He is to this day still one of the notorious murderers we have ever seen.

He was obsessed with his mother and probably had a lot to do with the term Momma's boy

becoming a thing that people perceive negatively.

Until her death, he pretty much never left the home.

Something must have broken inside of him after her death because he became the Ed Gein we

all know of today.

He began to steal female corpses from graveyards, remove body parts and keep them then return

them to their grave.

After that wasn't enough he turned to murder.

Which is what got him caught, of course.

The biggest reason he is so notorious isn't for murdering initially, but with what he

would do with the bodies of his victims.

Trophies doesn't really do it justice.

He would use parts of humans as materials or as decoration.

I'll just leave the word taxidermy here because I don't really want to get into

that.

If you are into these things and somehow haven't researched Ed Gein, I highly recommend looking

into him.

He was um…

Let's go with resourceful.

Alright Geeks, that's going to do it for this video.

Thank you so much for hanging out with me today.

We are only 2 days down in this years horror month, so we have a long way to go.

Be sure to subscribe so you don't miss out on any of the fun.

Also pick up your limited time t-shirt from teespring and order the song on bandcamp.

After you like and leave a comment, of course.

Riverdale "Cole Sprouse's Favorite Season 1 Scene" Interview (HD) - Duration: 0:40.

- [Cole] I think still my favorite scene

is the episode three diner scene

where I go and interrogate the Boy Scout.

- What the hell, man?

- Which was such a stylistic scene

and very character-driven.

- Dilton Doiley shot the gun on July fourth.

- He's a hardcore survivalist.

He says if we don't protect ourselves, no one will.

- If we can lean into that a little more

I'll be really happy for season two.

Possible 3rd party Bitcoin insolvency issues exposed by crypto-dividends? Altcoins for charity - Duration: 15:20.

Hello everyone this is adam meister the bitcoinmeister the disrupt meister

welcome to today in bitcoin today is october the second 2017 golden hold

strong hand long term thinking buy and hold be a 20% or people all right always

check out the link section below crypto hwy a calm there a friend of mine use my

affiliate link get your treasurer ledger and anything storage devices I'm about

to I'm in a big rush and yeah there's also links down there for t-shirts and

remember to do that of course but hey I am gonna leave Baltimore I'm gonna be in

Iceland tomorrow for a little bit twelve hour layover then I'm going to Spain and

next show will be taped but then the show after that will be

from Spain so I'm not bringing my Tresor with me

um so I am NOT gonna be back in the United States until November 21st I

believe so I'm not gonna have my my hunk of Bitcoin with me too so I'm gonna miss

the big old thing I'll be able to do it with some of my Bitcoin but the big hunk

of my Bitcoin will not be available to me I do have little bits and pieces

stored in special places I'm not gonna get into all that stuff but yeah and so

2x hard fork crypto dividend whatever you want to call it that's probably

gonna happen on November 15th who knows when everything will be safe

with that so maybe I won't miss that one who knows but I did what I want to give

everybody that so I'll be a big old holder for quite a bit it appears but

hey man I gotta do what I gotta do can't I can't bring that atras whore

with me when you're going through all these uh just customs and everyone the

the USA everyone gives you if you're a Bitcoin dude and you make it obvious if

you're holding a trace or they're not too cool with you some of the time at

least unless if maybe it's just the way I look maybe it's my black hair or

something I I don't know but better I might raise

or Ted DiBiase sticks around in in the Baltimore area in the state of Maryland

and I go alright I go abroad so I'm excited

who knows I'll see some people and up in Israel eventually - we'll get into that

alright so yeah Bitcoin world reserve cryptocurrency remember found that like

button people subscribe to the channel check out the links below all three of

those things Mich the mish economic blog has an

article about how 50 percents 57 percent of Australians cannot afford an extra

$100 if their mortgage rates go up that's not good they can't afford to pay

$100 extra a month for their mortgage and it says that the wealthiest areas

are affected the most i link to that below and I bring this up because

Australians are just as in debt as Americans but what is wealth is wealth

having a huge house in Australia that you can't afford if interest rates go up

just by a little bit I you can't afford $100 extra in bills a

month is that that's what basically it translates to you're not too wealthy you

don't need that big house Australians are learning about Bitcoin I

saw it firsthand so I've seen the other side of the spectrum so I encourage my

Australian friends who are actually watching this right now because I am on

all the time right now it's the middle of the United States and I got to get

out of here and in Europe it's a good time now strikes a good time so guys

wherever you are Bitcoin that's wealth all right that's a

store of value right there getting over leveraged into a house you not know not

good don't try to keep up with the Joneses alright thank and mish anyway

we're not gonna give the mish blocky doesn't like Bitcoin but he didn't bring

up Bitcoin in that article all right all coins as charity and and this is I

they're some random things I'm gonna be bringing up here today because we're

just cleaning out what I got laying around here all coins is charity if

you're confident in your altcoin you've got to end

people are trying to raise funds for whatever you gotta say to them pay start

here's an address set up an account with my let's say it's a etherium classic

you're gonna see here's a set up you're a theorem a classic address I want to

send you some aetherium classic I'm just using as a random example and then you

send them five dollars worth of the fear in classic and of course they know not

they don't know what the heck they're gonna do with it

they just sits there for a while and that's where the magic happens if you

were confident if you thought your thing was gonna go up that you're all coin was

gonna go up that much two years later you're like hey do you still have that

address it's worth $200 now and they are just all the sudden into your altcoin

hey long-term thinking I bring this up because I know people have tried to

people were raising funds in litecoin when it was three dollars and they

forgot about it now it's fifty dollars so they're big fans of litecoin now so

you can do that with any altcoin it's a little hey I'm thinking of creative ways

you couldn't do that with Bitcoin - just with you know send somebody point 0:01

Bitcoin now as charity or whatever they're trying to raise funds for

something and then they'll be happy in two years when it's worth five times as

a mouth well I'm dude I'm not gonna say whatever when it's worth a lot more and

they're gonna be that more they're gonna be very eager to figure out how to

really use it because let me tell you if you just send it to them now they're

just gonna be like oh yeah that's sitting around on that I don't care but

once they hear like Oh a second this thing double triple and about now I'm

really interesting alright so be gold again uh something yeah vortex they

brought up on a vortex show on a world crypto Network check that out that was a

good show I didn't watch all of it yet how high for Tex Sunday's show which was

just yesterday today's Monday right I don't know what's going on alright so

yeah back to the B grow the problem yesterday that I mentioned and linked it

I linked to yesterday's show below all my all it shows her link to below anyway

the reason some of these uh beat the be cash Pravda organization that publishes

articles that they're not too big of fans of be gold of a friendly fork of a

friendly crypto dividend the reason they're not uh fans is

because uh what would a they're not very special if and not very powerful they're

threatening the Bitcoin if if a random group can fork Bitcoin and be

competitive with the great king of the trolls and and rocket man woo if that if

that's possible then they don't they don't have that much leverage as they

think they do so they're gonna try to rip on this thing to make to you know

downplay in everything but if these random group of dudes who are just doing

be gold if they can be just as popular and make it a bigger splash then what

the heck is B cash anyway it's all free it's all free so okay another thing

about corporate dividends that somebody brought up in the chat yesterday um I

did I'll read the chat afterwards hey and if you're in the chat right now

you know you can do the super chat if you want and I'll answer your question

real quick if you do that but yes someone a guy brought up something that

was really awesome in terms of insolvency and so if you got

if you have an exchange let's say and they have a hundred Bitcoin there and

they're you know there's what a hundred people each of them have one Bitcoin

alright and they're storing it at the exchange

now be gold comes along and they're like hey mr. exchange

I need my one be gold please give me my be gold now well how about if they had

exchange only has 70 and let's say only 70 people ask for their Bitcoin but

let's a be gold but let's say that the exchange they only really were storing

60 Bitcoin there so now they gotta figure out what are they gonna do are

they gonna distribute the 60 B gold and then be like ten other people we'd

happen to not have your B gold for some odd reason the odd reason being that

they weren't they were doing factional reserve type core stuff and they didn't

have what they said they had in Bitcoin which that is the serious problem here

you know the serious problem isn't getting your B gold I know if people

will be unhappy about that but people will

probably be more unhappy if they figure out like where I thought I was storing

my Bitcoin actually doesn't have all the Bitcoin they say they do and it's being

exposed because they can't pay out this crypto dividend but what most likely

would happen at that point is that exchange would not want to be exposed so

they would have to go out and buy be gold and then give the other ten people

their one big be gold each and extend and pretend a little longer but on a

larger grander scale than that if they only have 10% of the Bitcoin that day

and I'm not trying to create well I am you know you shouldn't store your

Bitcoin at a third party here this is a reason why I'm yelling gee whiz pound

that like button if you want me to tone my voice down a little bit

I don't mind I'm excited I gotta get on the plane man oh god the plane when you

got a good and I don't go through the naked body scanner either people I make

them make them Frisch me down and you know they always send some nasty dude

there to frisk it down and they always got it they always rub against it a

little down there there's always a little and sometimes it hurts anyway so

where was I okay yeah so don't store your Bitcoin there but maybe this some

of these are future crypto diamonds are gonna expose one of these one of these

third parties for not having the Bitcoin they say they have so this is this is a

bigger story and I am glad that that person in the chat and I forgot who it

was your smart dude to bring that up and and it is a very interesting subject

that everyone should I think about okay other things that I have been meaning to

bring up that are just Bitcoin related in the city of Baltimore we used to be a

big horse-racing town we've attract Pimlico racetrack and only

now I think it's only two weeks a year they raise horses down there and they

they actually go down the Laurel which is closer to DC for most of the horse

races and our big horse race is called the Preakness and they keep threatening

to move it and they keep saying horse racing is dead the industry is dead in

Baltimore Pimlico is huge building I I think the

is the perfect opportunity for us suppose a dead industry to partner with

Bitcoin figure out ways people can bet with Bitcoin they you people and maybe

gives someone there's a huge space at Pimlico let Bitcoin entrepreneurs

open offices there you can combine dead into supposedly dead industries with

this new industries there's all sorts of creative ways of going about it

I was just hypothesizing I was thinking about it for a while now because it will

be sad if the Preakness leaves Baltimore but there there are ways that you see

what the Pimlico is just trying to beg the government for money they want

corporate welfare but if they were truly entrepreneurial and maybe they are and

maybe someone will figure this out one day they would try to look into new

industries how can we use our empty space how can we use what our existing

business model and combine it with a new awesome

thing that's growing and anyway that's just something that's something I've

been thinking about um one other thing I've been thinking about is that a world

the road the single-payer health care here in the United States and that's not

too cool but it's bullish for Bitcoin because the in order to pay for this

single-payer that we're probably going we're probably going to end up with in

the United States it's gonna take a lot of printing of dollars

it's gonna take some inflationary tactics here so opt out of the system

totally by holding Bitcoin as a countermeasure to this this system that

you're being rolled into here the single-payer thing though and we're

gonna have increased taxes who know who knows what's gonna be but what's gonna

happen but if yet if you get in the Bitcoin it is definitely something that

is it is bullish for Bitcoin that they're gonna do this horrible thing

because everyone who's smart is gonna want to get in the Bitcoin to avoid the

because the dollar is gonna go down is going down I don't think it's knowing

I'm not one of those doom and gloom boosters like the dollars going to zero

or whatever but it's not good for the dollar if all of a sudden we create this

tremendous new social welfare program where every sick person in America gets

free healthcare leave the people who are productive and paying

for it and leeching off of money printing anyway that's one thing so if

single payer I'm trying to look on the bright side here if single payer comes

along it'll be foolish for us Bitcoin holders and get into the Bitcoin now is

just um that's the bottom line here buy and hold buy and hold what else do I

have to say finally um speaking of the doom why do your SpaceX Elon Musk are

people just jealous are just are people just jealous of that dude because he was

gonna Mars he wants to go to the moon so exciting so entrepreneurial the ultimate

the ultimate dreams of expansion and creativity and intelligence and there's

so many people out there in YouTube land they're like it's a conspiracy we'd ever

landed on the moon this Elon it's all fake what he's talking about why what

he's being promoted to trick us all and I mean it's the craziest stuff I mean

people don't want progress people just want to sleep stay in their little hole

and be and just behaviors and not be doers and that guy is the ultimate

freaking doer their dreamer and I just don't get that mentality and I can say a

the mentality of the people to just have that hate on these people people be

positive you know if someone is doing something awesome strive to do something

better than he'll on must why not instead of like ripping to do it apart

and coming up with kids insane conspiracy theories about an intelligent

smart doer so hey get out there people be in motion travel around I'm about to

travel I will see you guys soon enough soon enough i'm adam meister the

bitcoinmeister the disrupt meister remember to subscribe this channel like

this when you share this video pound that like button I'm not gonna say

So that we woudln't Forget

We won't repeat it

Hey Broo, Where are you?

I am home dude, are you ready?

Come down to the neighborhood I am there

30 minutes later

Did you watch that documentary on the tv yesterday?

which one? are you talking about the one with the "never forget" and stuff?

yeah,, well....

I was truely touched

are you joking? you're still too naive do you know that?

why?

you didn't get it? did you seriously not get the message hidden behind it?

no... I did not..

Listen, listen carefuly I'll explain

Okay! You! the one that is watching

this is a small message that I wanna pass

even though, you all know it

But I want to make it clear

That Documentary, The one that went viral on TV

do you think they difused it just like that?

The lordship is going to end soon, isn't it?

And I don't think that they can't have him for the fifth time

Anyways

I just want to say, that Us! we are not fools

We are not Idiots..... Nor Stupid

We are a conscious people..... It's true that we're so insane

A bit out of our mind

But so conscious from this side, Nobody can stand our ground for us

Because in our life, we dealt with a Mafia that is more dangerous than the Italian Mafia and the Yakuza

We're 90s people

It's true that we haven't lived the 10 years of terror

and Thank God for that

But the 80s people and the 70s and the 60s!

and people before them lived it

Our older siblings, our parents & our grandparents

They told us all about it, and we know the whole story

The real one, that's why nobody can ever fool us

You don't have to remind us so that we would be careful

We won't give up, Never

Because we are true Men and women, We kneel only to God!

We don't pray him only in The Aïid for the television

Like You!

We're not hypocrites

Yes we make mistakes, we sometimes sin, but we always regret

we don't give up our principles

You want to scare us? so that you could control us?

You have taken Algerian all out of its good

What is it that's left?

Are you kidding us?

Have it all you want, it's yours

But to trick us so that it would all blow up again?

Hell no, we won't do that

We won't repeat it

So you can go ahead and bring a new dolly, and put it on the chair

because the current one is broken

What's made of plastic should never face the sun

Anyways, This is what I wanted to say

What I wanted to reach you, That We!

Won't repeat it, we will not repeat it! We saw a lot of blood

We heard of too many murders, and we lost too many lives

We won't repeat it

Never

I guess now you get it bro

Army Robots | Military Robots | Awesome Robots - Duration: 31:32.

I'm dr. Thomas McKenna. I'm a program officer at the Office of Naval Research

So there's substantial losses incurred when you have a major flyer when you can't suppress it at an early stage

Safer is the shipboard autonomous firefighting robot?

And this is a program

That's been going on for about five years basically to develop a humanoid capable of fire suppression

My name is John Farley

I worked at the Naval Research Laboratory

And I'm the director of the Shadwell which is the Navy's fire tension if we have a shipboard fire?

We have to be able to quickly get it under control and then regain the ship's ability to maintain its fighting mission

You know we have not only the ship, but we have ordnance on board, and we have a lot of flammable systems on board

Sometimes it's hard to keep the sailors up to the latest as far as training is concerned sometimes

They could create an environment and make it worse now the robot could be

trained and constantly updated to make sure that the conditions are not as bad as

What a human could make it well our objectives for the demo on the Shadwell were to show that the the robot could walk over

What was a very uneven floor that it could orient itself to the fire that it could?

autonomously

Handle the hose operate the hose

Aim the hose and suppress the fire which it succeeded in I'm Brian Lattimer

I'm an associate professor at Virginia Tech, and the Department of Mechanical Engineering

I think robots are well suited to be sent into those environments and bipedal humanoid

robots are particularly good for those applications because

even in the tight

confined

Conditions that you might have inside of structures these types of robots can be designed to maneuver in those conditions

Safer is an electromechanical robot

So it's driven by batteries and all the motors are electrical so we put a rain gear

Type suit on the robot just to protect it from those types of basic

steam

Particulate and water drop hazards so we have

Visible cameras on board the robot we have something called a lidar which is

a

Rotating laser that gives the location of the points in the field of the view of the robot and then lastly we have

Stereoscopic thermal imaging cameras that the robot uses to

Detect and locate the position of a fire so they can suppress it we combine the notion of

smart sensors in the spaces

micro fliers that can fly it even in smoke go through those extremely narrow doors that it could

locate

fires and

Operate in those hallways even in dense fire smoke, and it's exceeded all those tabs

So today was the first time we came on board an actual Navy ship we were able to

Do a lot of things

Today that we hadn't done previously and you have a lot of hope for new advancements in the future

we have some fundamental issues in robotic mobility that we still have to address as well as

working out the human system integration issues and

Will continue to advance the capability with better and better demonstrations at the current time the robot is

Teleoperated so you have operators standing off with the computer console

where we we intend to go is to have a combination of natural language and

Gesture control, I think the robot has gone through

Amazing transition within four years, and I think it's a worthy investment for a long-term project

But it's going to take a lot of time a lot of dedication and we're working towards

Human-robot team so we call the hybrid force

humans and robots working together

Over the past decade I've watched American troops operate on the frontlines of war in Iraq and Afghanistan

Both as a u.s.. Marine. Then later as a journalist

During that time two things have struck me

First Americans have developed a low tolerance for seeing their soldiers returned home in coffins

and

second

Soldiers are surrounded by an overwhelming amount of new technology

It's now part of their everyday lives

These two trends are shifting the way the u.s.. Fights its Wars

The Pentagon is currently building an army of what it calls unmanned systems

It's their fastest growing arm of development, and there's a momentum to create machines with more autonomous capabilities

robots, which can take certain decisions themselves

But what will this new era of warfare look like?

And do the legal and political structures exist to deal with it

These are big big meta meta changes that are happening in war that

We've got to wrap our heads around so I see this as a very major threat to respect the human rights

What is more going to look like when it's robot versus robot who wins that war and and how can you even tell?

This is the largest gathering of robotics companies in the world

It's organized by a UBS. I the association of unmanned vehicle systems international

Hundreds of private corporations and university researchers are here to show off their latest cutting-edge inventions

And so there's things that we can actually pick up with the gripper use them to defuse a bomb and then put them back

They're all either selling their products or soliciting funds for their projects

And most of them are targeting a single customer with deep pockets the US military

This is an annual conference for the robotics industry in Washington DC years ago. This is a pretty small gathering this year. There'll be over

7,000 attendees it's an enormous business here now it covers everything you'd be surprised what you can find everything from unmanned

boat ships submarines to armed drone

Helicopters and just the air portion of the robotics or unmanned industries this year will be worth 7 billion dollars

In 2009 the US Defense Department earmarked 18 billion dollars over five years for the development of unmanned systems

This boom in military robotics comes off the back of the so called global war on terror

the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan

along with lethal action in Pakistan and Libya have created a political and strategic space for unmanned robotic systems

It's not a situation where you you're in these big you know formation

operations of fights you're dealing with with very

Explosive very spontaneous events so you need something that's watching all the time and something that's very

Adaptable to be able to move in from one location to another very very quickly the US Air Force is presently training more

unmanned systems operators than its training man fighter plane and man bomb and plane pilots put together

But that actually makes perfect sense because they're actually buying more

Unmanned systems than they're buying man fighter planes or man bomber planes

The number of drones in use by the US military has surged from a handful of 2001 to over 7,000 today

And the number of ground robots has shot from 0 to 12,000

When you start to take a look the amount of robot research funded by the US military is astonishing

Faultlines put in more than 100 requests and follow-ups to the Pentagon military contractors private robotics companies and university research labs

But gaining access to see how these tax dollars are put into use isn't easy

When we could actually get a response it was almost always a firm no

After several months of chasing only a handful agreed to allow us to build

Thar deck was one of them it sits on a base just outside Detroit, Michigan. Just want to try it out

That's it an army research facility from World War two it used to build tanks

Now much of their work is dedicated to robotic technology well

We're looking at here at our deck is unstructured

environments so robots that can move out of out of the area of

Very strict programming so one of the ways of doing that is through teleoperation so we have

No, it's not the classic robot. It's somebody actually controlling something is not a remote-controlled car because doing it through a TV set

All the robots here are collaborations between tar deck and private companies or university labs for both

Companies like iRobot in Bedford, Massachusetts

This is the home of the pack bot one of the first ground-based robots the US military adopted after 9/11

Thousands are being used in Iraq and Afghanistan to defuse improvised explosive devices or IEDs

The old way of doing business was to ask a individual our sons our daughters our brothers our sisters

to mount up one of those heavy cumbersome hot bomb suits and

Literally to waddle out to go face-to-face with an IEP

Today we do that at distance and we do it virtually via robot much much better way to do business

So the interesting thing about this one it's like it weighs about

five pounds or so and

Here's what the military warning?

A robot that you could throw say over a wall or something and then look it writes itself

And now you can see over that wall with the cameras on that robot

With video game-like controllers soldiers can guide recon robots like this one to see over walls, or defuse bombs

These ground-based robots add a buffer between the soldiers that use them and a potential threat whether it's a bomb or a human enemy

But technology designed to save lives can be easily modified to kill

the step between

Putting a laser beam on someone's forehead

It's not a technological leap to then putting a bullet in their forehead

It's actually a legal political question. We feel strongly and ethically that there has to be a man in the loop

If you look at the history of any military technology it typically starts in reconnaissance

Then becomes frustrated that you see bad happenings, but can't deal with them, and it evolves to strike

Really the technology will happen. It's how we're going to deal with that technology

While the idea of arming ground robots still seems taboo in the air it's a line that has long been crossed

At a Utah, Army testing facility the military has invited members of the media to a display of its unmanned aerial systems

We're gonna showcase that entire package for you here today in a way that I think

It's gonna really resonate with once you see what's inside of behind the curtain

It's the largest drone demonstration the US Defense Department has ever allowed to be filmed

As the drones fly overhead journalists watch the mock operation from inside a hangar

From 7,000 meters in the air the grey eagle plus its target

It's estimated that the Pentagon will invest nearly 37 billion dollars toward drone development through 2020

Advancing unmanned systems more than piloted aircraft. Oh, I think it's fundamentally change warfare

I think it's fundamentally change where we operate

I think eventually it's gonna find a million change the way we live in the United States

And now we have a technology that allows you to carry out acts of force without having to think about some of the consequences

the political consequences of sending sons or daughters into harm's way so in my mind the the

Barriers to war in our society they were already being lowered

Now we have a technology that literally takes those barriers to the ground

All of which make it such an attractive tool for the US, but drones are some of the most controversial weapons in the American arsenal

Particularly in their use for targeted killings a phrase first termed under the Bush administration's so-called war on terror

to use lethal force against specific individuals

It means killing people often outside official war zones

The program has been ramped up under the Obama administration in places where there would be very serious

geopolitical ramifications and the ramifications of American lives

Being placed on the ground even those dangerous situations the drone appears like a silver bullet

Pakistan has borne the brunt of this silver bullet

And it's all secret the CIA not the military runs the Pakistani drone program

The CIA is not required to offer any information about its operations

How its Lexus targets who's in charge?

And how many people are killed and the Obama administration will not officially discuss the CIA drone program?

Not even to confirm, or deny its existence

If they can't even say the word

Where's the accountability?

How could we even know how well this program is working even if you want to put aside the questions about whether we should be?

using drones as

Instruments of war there's just so little

Transparency and so much opacity when it comes to this program

What it belongs to the CIA that some people now think if it belonged to the military you could at least get?

More insight into how it works, and then debate about whether it should be run this way

Reportedly civilians and private contractors control the CIA drones pushing a button from their offices thousands of miles away in Langley, Virginia

At the time this film was made there have been 308 drone strikes reported in Pakistan since 2004

256 of those under President Obama that figure could be far higher

Over 200 strikes hit the region of Waziristan alone roughly one attack every four days

conservative estimates put the total number of deaths around

2900 of those over

750 were civilians including

175 children and at least 1,100 people have been injured

The CIA and the Obama administration have extended these strikes to Yemen and Somalia and according to recent US diplomatic cables released by WikiLeaks

the United States is building secret drone bases in places like Ethiopia and the Seychelles an

indication that Washington wants to increase surveillance and strikes in the region

At least a dozen strikes have been carried out in Yemen one of which in late September killed

Anwar al-awlaki an american-born Imam with alleged ties to al-qaeda

the willingness to target and kill a US citizen

Provides just one example of how this secret war often operates beyond recognized legal boundaries

if a

Intelligence operation carries out an airstrike that goes awry that accidentally kills civilians that violates the rules of engagement

There's not a court-martial

process set up for that there is

In my view at the end of the day no accountability for what is going on now

Philip Austen spent six years studying the legality of the US drone program for the United Nations

Human Rights Council the congressional committees have as far as anyone knows never

Exercised oversight in any specific way in relation to these killings. He says that the American government's justification for the strikes

Self-defense in response to 9/11 even now ten years later is a manipulation of the international laws governing conflict

Now in terms of international law that represents the fundamental breakdown in what are called the rules on the use of force

It would enable the United States to use force against any target any country any time

Following 9/11

Congress passed a resolution called the authorization for use of military force or

AUMF

It allows the u.s.. President to use military force

Anywhere against people believed to be responsible for 9/11 and when the Obama administration

Has been asked what authorities do you possess to go you know into Yemen to go into Somalia?

Even you know outside Afghanistan into Pakistan

For the purposes of attacking people that you say are aligned with al-qaeda. They use the AUMF. I think the u.s.

is certainly risking setting itself up for a

significant

global backlash against its

extension of power extraterritorially

But the bigger problem of course is other states saying well. This is the norm you do it. Why shouldn't we do it?

The UN Human Rights Council has taken no action to further investigate the legality of the US drone program

While the US continues to expand the program

45 other nations are working on their own drones

many being sold on the open market and

The rush to turn out robotic military systems who buys these technologies, and how they're used has minimal international oversight

in

Short the law is not keeping up with the pace of development you

know technology doesn't stop and that's I think one thing that people need to realize is that accelerating ever faster, not just in the

number that we're using it

But how advanced it is the accelerated pace of development is such that it is

inevitable that we are creating machines that are going to be able to do things we cannot currently conceive of them doing I think if

The United States were serious part of this major program - if you want to create a word - robot eyes

It's war making functions would be to build in

various safeguards designed to ensure respect for the laws of war

there has been a mad dash for advancement with very little consideration for

How that advancement will play out against the human society and Rita J

King is a futurist who studies the potential dangers that technological advances and robotics and artificial intelligence can bring

Within the United States you have the military and then you have you know private business

And you have universities so all these different groups are doing their own research and their own creations at different paces

and eventually there will be more of a coming together of these different aspects of the programming and the creations and

We will cross the line

In a university lab at Virginia Tech

Professor Dennis Hogg and his students work on a robotic soccer team the real thing is if you want to use these

Robots outside the lab in new life doing real work then

Without all the skills needed to playing soccer it won't happen

So we're actually it's a really good controlled competition where it can develop all the technologies needed for robots to be used in real life

Virginia Tech's funding comes from a variety of sources

These robots are part of a project sponsored by the National Science Foundation

But they also take on projects financed by the US military

So as a research lab the technology we do we want the society to be using our technology of course?

Many of our robotics projects most of them not all of them are to really to help the society

But here they recognize that the technology's ultimate use its

Unpredictable time to time as a group we sit down and discuss about these kind of problems

Mainly it's very sensitive especially for we work on military funded projects and those kind of things, but many times

We don't have any control once it leaves our hands. However. That's true for any technologies any science besides robotics as well

It's hard to put a timeline on how fast robots and artificial intelligence will develop

But almost everyone we spoke to seemed to believe that in just a few decades

The robots that will exist in our world will be unrecognizable

by today's standards

I

Think the probability is virtually one a certainty that

Machines will be as intelligent as people that we will have intelligent robots that robots will be ubiquitous so then

the consensus of

people in the industry is

somewhere around

2025 2030

You know and even if you would say well. That's optimistic so maybe it's 2050

You know maybe some of us won't be around to see it perhaps, but it's not that far in the future

It's not a thousand years. It's not five hundred years

It's certainly not never when people say machines will never be as

Smart as people never is a very long time

the robots that we create could of course eventually will become much smarter than we are and

Because they're smarter than us

We won't be able to conceive of how smart they are

And we'll have no control over that and I don't think our brains are really equipped to

Accept the enormity of what that means because we do find ourselves intelligent now science-fiction stories have always made predictions about

Conflict between machines and people the way to avoid that is for humans to always be at least as intelligent as their machines

While we may not know exactly if or when robots will become as intelligent as humans

An AUV aside the talk of autonomy of military robots taking more decisions by themselves

There's growing techniques

You know work on the next generation of autonomy maybe before it's really needed to show where it can go

General Riggs talked about unfair advantage, and I'm in full agreement with him. We want unfair advantage we want lots of unfair advantage

Why shouldn't we in unmanned systems and especially weaponized unmanned systems

Clearly provide a huge advantage

So how far will robot autonomy go and will a robot ever be allowed to make the ultimate decision to take a human life

Officially the US military claims there will always be a man in the loop

That a human will always make the decision to kill

But there are signs that this may not always be the case in

2006 the army funded a major study to find out if lethal autonomous robots could be programmed to act ethically on the battlefield

There's a long and rich history of war crimes in every war

We try and train our soldiers and soldiers are instructed in this

But we are human beings and there is emotions there's anger fear frustration

We don't have to put those in autonomous systems

We can engineer out the emotions that get in the way run Arkin a professor at Georgia Tech

Worked on this study and argues that robots can be more ethical than human soldiers

Even in decisions to kill by programming and what he calls found in morality is you?

establish a venue a region or a

Task environment or a mission under which the system is operating and you engineer that system to make sure that it acts

appropriately under those particular circumstances whether it makes that decision

what to fire at and when to fire and who to fire on

that I think is a critical decision that we should that we already sort of ritualize within the military decision process, and we shouldn't

Relinquish that there's reasons to deny people their right to life self-defense

Intervening on behalf of another to defend their life, but um those are decisions that human agents and moral agents should be making and not

Automatic processes, I will never ever make the claim that these systems will be perfect

But I do make the claim that I have law I do may I have the belief that these systems can

outperform human beings in the battlefield ultimately from an ethical perspective

We do have a moral responsibility to try to prevent this and to not

invest our time and energy and resources as

Scientists as a society into building a technology that has that of capacity to kill people on its own

But for now there are no signs that research like this will stop

Because there's an assumption that underlies not only Arkans work, but also the billions spent on defense

The assumption that war will always continue

War is a very cultural thing

It's a kind of social deliberation instead of a moral deliberation or cultural deliberation if you will like how do we want to?

Fight wars what is it to be a warrior in the society?

And what is this society decide that war is about and is good for?

In the past battles had formal boundaries and ends

Where each side had to bury their own?

but as more robots go to war on behalf of humans mistake to society hold as

killing becomes more automated does it make war all too easy, so I think that is a big issue as far as

What these technologies are going to do and making more much easier to become involved in and really detaching?

especially in the United States the American public from its sense of

responsibility and moral and social deliberation that should go into deciding when the wars occur a

Lot of people say well, why don't we stop working on this technology?

There's a problem though. You'd have to

Stop science it means you'd also have to first stop war and stop capitalism

And there's such a vast amount of money that goes into

Thinking about defense problems and solving defense problems that if we turned that time and energy and resources

into solving more practical problems

We would actually probably alleviate most of the social and political problems

that cause us to

defense and security concerns

And the fact of the matter is that most of the funding was going into robot research of course is to create a better war

Machine and to what end they demonstrates how far we are from the sort of intelligence we need to build

Robots that can help us instead of her

SPANISCH 1x1 | PRONUNCIATION & AUSSPRACHE (German) - Duration: 6:28.

Hey everyone, today I'm back with a Spanish video.

I know I promised it.

And my last video (in German) was a long time ago.

I don't really feel like it's been that long. I feel like it's only been a few weeks since I last uploaded a German video.

But it's already been two to three months.

I mentioned in the last video that I wanted to do a language series on Spanish

So let's get it started today.

I really wanted to start these Spanish lessons with the pronunciation.

In order to have to start right away with the correct pronunciation.

And continue from there on..

So...

What I have noticed many times ..;

As you might know or not..I was living in Spain for 5 years

I worked one year as an au pair and studied there for 4 years

Yeah... so during my stay I've heard many times, that when I speak Spanish,

I don't really have a German accent

And I always made sure to not have one

Because...

It's not the most beautiful, right?

I don't really have purely German accent in any language

I have mixed accents from everywhere..

German, English etc..

When I speak French, a lot of French speaking people tell me I have an anglophone accent

A lot of French don't guess that I'm from Germany but they rather think I'm from an English speaking country

I don't know why though..

I think the pronunciation is one of the most important things when learning a language.

I put a lot of emphasis on it,

I,ve always done that.

That's why my accent is minimized in each language.

Meaning...of course I have an accent

you can't entirely get rid of it

I don't find it necessary to completely loose your accent

It's not even possible when you learn a language as an adult

but the more you acquire near native accents

the easier it is to communicate in that language, I think.

I've noticed a lot that..

people with a really strong accent

usually are not taken seriously to a certain degree

You be as fluent as you can, but

but if you have a really strong accent, you often are not taken seriously by native speakers, no matter where you are

That's why I wanted to do a Spanish 1O1 with the pronunciation.

To be sure we're starting with the vowels today.

a,e,i,o, and u

Yeah, by the vowels

you often notice the German pronunciation

Because the vowels are pronounced differently in German and Spanish

So today I'm gonna show you how to correctly pronounced them in Spanish.

Let's start with the first example.

In German vowels are predominantly elongated and stressed in their pronunciation.

In Spanish it's often the other way around.

In Spanish it's more of a short accentuation and fast pronunciation.

There are also cases in which the accentuation of the vowel is short in German

like in the case of the word : bekannt

due to the double N following

What stands out to me

is that a lot of Germans have the tendency to elongate those vowels and words in Spanish

An example would be the Spanish word for house: Haus (german)

Casa in Spanish, but Germans would pronounce it ...

That's wrong

The correct pronunciation is casa

Meaning the a is short

It's always a short pronunciation

In really all cases...

It's never elongated like in German

casa, madera and so on...

Then we have the vowel e

And the e is also a vowel that is elongated a lot

For example in the word but

which is PERO in Spanish

Germans would often pronounce it as

PEEEROis a no go

Not peeeero but pero

The e is open and is always pronounced

I obviously am exaggerating just for demonstration

especially with the r cause it is also mispronounced a lot

The i as often the same

So, yeah the i stays like that

There is not much changing

The O also is a vowel where the German pronunciation stand out a lot

It's the same with the o, it's pronunced and stressed more open and short

German again have the tendency to stress it more like with the word...

Sorry I just closed my curtains cause there was a neighbor staring down

We don't want that, right?

Ok, let's continue.

So, the o is always pronounced

As for axample in HOLA

Not ... but ...

The u is pronounced just like in Mutter (mother)

juntos and Mutter

It's the most obvious with the more open vowels a, e and o

In those cases the pronunciation sometimes is just...

catastrophic ..what you'll hear like..

naturally a Spanish speaker would rather say

But the

So off.. and to avoid

That was getting started with Spanish

The Pronunciation

Trail Running - Hovfjället Trail Run ( My EPIC FAIL DNF) - Duration: 6:51.

Hey there and welcome back to a new video here at Run Fredrik Run!

Now you may wonder why we are indoors instead of out running?

I thought we should do a special intro to this video.

Yesterday was the 30th of september and time for Hovfjället Trail Run 27km.

But for you who follow me on other social media like Instagram and Facebook saw the news that the race didn't go as planned.

I had to throw in the towel and quit after 20km. But I guess stuff like that happens sometimes.

I just have to learn from my mistakes.

I learned A LOT yesterday. And I stumbled and sprained my foot a couple of times.

That is why I choose not to finish the race.

But lets watch a short recap of the race, or at least the part of the race that I ran.

Ok, hello hello. I will try and run and speak at the same time.

Welcome to Torsby. Hovfjället Trail Run. The wolf territory!

We have just started the race. Running. All downhill.

Feeling AWESOME!

We arrived here yesterday. We went out for dinner. Didn't sleep to good. But now we are stoked! LETS GO!!

The race it 27km, give or take a couple of km.

But so far it is just soo nice!!

Well well. We got a bit lost and ran a couple of extra kilometers.

That sign we missed was not super clear.

We are now on the right track. Lets head down hill again.

WHAT A VIEW!!!

Oh my things are moving slow now.

I am DONE. TOTALLY DONE!!

I have tripped and sprained my ancle so many times that it feels like the foot is coming off.

I didn't think that running the wrong way would effect me so much. But clearly it has.

(¤"#)"/) ;)

I am really dissapointed in my self.

The way it feels now I have to stop at the next aid station.

My foot is hurting soo much!!

But I guess that success don't taste as good with out some setbacks.

So this is just a little bump in the road

Just have pick my self up and do better in my next race. The Zombie Run at home :D

I will keep on pushing some more and see what happens. But at the moment is doesn't look good.

Talk to you soon again!!

#Upgrading - Training 2 (French language - EN.Sub) - Duration: 12:18.

Hi everyone ! Welcome to my 2nd

Training session

With, this time, The company of Marie

who had been... Emmmmmmm...

a girl I supervised,

and we skated together,

for a moment in this rink.

- Oh yeah. (Marie) - That's it... so (Jeremy)

- Say hi to Marie ! (Jeremy) - Hello Marie ! (Marie) (laughs)

That's it .

#UPGRADING - 2ND TRAINING (2017.10.1st)

So what will you start Marie ?

What ?

What do you do ?

- Well, I follow you. (Marie) - Do you follow me ? (Jeremy)

Because I think I will start a jump session.

Yeah. That's it.

We will start... Well, ME, I will start...

- to jump a bit. (Jeremy) - I don't know yet. (Marie) - It's 10.10 (Jeremy)

I think it's a good program

- I didn't skate very much (Jeremy) - It's a good hour (Marie)

The training didn't knock me over...

So, we'll see, Knowing that last week...

There were some Epic moments

Especially on the Double Axel

- I will be your cameraman (Marie) - So (Jeremy)

Ehm... That's it... Ehm...

I have to work at it seriously

To, at least, be able to try it

to do it to success

Solenne

I'll come. The tour will come.

I'm ready and waiting to you For a Double Axel challenge

I remember You gave me

some ass awfully At Amnéville

I gave you some ass More than awfully At Saint-Gervais

So... That's it.

I'm ready And waiting for you this year.

Always show that What we do is hard

But we do it easily. That's it.

Always. Rule number 1.

Wave, Marie

We wave them, good old boys.

Yeah. So, I'll go for an other Loop

Always having some ideas for body movements

Some avant-garde stuff... Like...

- (Laughs) avant-garde ! (Marie) - I'm flying (Jeremy)

Let's go on Flip !

So, Marie. Explain to us why Your hand is

On the screen. Come here.

I want explanations...

I was about to bring Jeje's mobile down...

This is bad.

- I didn't see (Marie) - This is very bad (Jeremy)

But it didn't fall

- Just a little jolt. (Marie) - It didn't fall, so do me (Jeremy)

- There was just a little jolt (Marie) - That's it ! (Jeremy)

Body shake Which we can't do

because we don't have any shape...

That's it. We arrive in a big moment.

I'm going to the Double Axel jump

- Tada ! (Marie) - I send you back to the previous video (Jeremy)

For

The rather laborious trials

of my Double Axel

Last week

We'll try to do it better, today.

Is it successful ?

So, no It did only 2 revolutions

That's it. But a Double Axel is 2 and half Revolutions

So, Where did the last half go ?

No ! No ! OH! I don't have fat !

Calm down !

Look ! I am like you I have a tigh-ass

See, I don't have bottom

The bottom is the extension of the tigh.

This is the tigh-ass.

But... It must have bottom for... (Ice skate)

- We improve ! (Jeremy) - It's coming back (Marie)

It's fine, you can go

We improve

We are going from 2 revolutions to 2 and half of quarter revolutions

Seriously

It's great

- We're on the right track (Marie) - In 1 hour, I will win... ehm... (Jeremy)

1/8 of revolution

You must find me a way to motivate me

on the Double Axel - Ehm, don't know...

Are you hungry ?

- Yeah I'm hungry (Jeremy) - A drinkable yoghurt... (Marie)

- I'm hungry, very hungry (Jeremy) - Do you want a pancake ? (Marie)

I don't like pancakes. In fact, I like pancakes, but... well...

They are in the drawer.

Do you remember what Bruno said when

we were in need to be motivated ?

The Schokobon packet !

- The Schokobon (Jeremy) - The Schokobon (Marie) - That's that (Jeremy)

- If you succeed on a jump... (Jeremy) - If you succeed, you... (Marie) - That's that (Jeremy) - You had a Schokobon packet (Marie)

A Schokobon packet ? Or a single Schokobon ?

- A packet (Marie) - Wait, a packet... a packet... (Jeremy)

You success on a jump you have a packet... it's... well. ya know...

- Too much ? (Marie) - For me, it's too much (Jeremy)

So one Schokobon.

One Schokobon, and after...

One Schokobon for one jump (both)

That's it ! One Schokobon for one success !

We'll verify !

NOOOOO !

I'm having it ! It's here ! It does 2 and half revolutions !

- It turned over... but... (Jeremy) - Bruno, the Schokobons trick still work ! (Marie) - Bruno ! (Jeremy)

- The Shcokobons struck again ! (Jeremy) - Yeah ! (Marie)

- No.... (Marie) - I spent 1/2 hour... (Jeremy)

...to do Double Axel with a half revolution less

We say Schokobon to me...

And there's 2 and half revolutions

Seriously...

Ready ?

SCHO - KO - BON !

Keep recording

Solenne,

I'm waiting for you for the tour

You'll see I'll destroy you !

So, I just discovered something

Marie... Don't blush Marie,

It's so cute

I am her backscreen with her That's it.

- Wait (Marie) - We took this picture... what time ago ? (Jeremy)

A bit more than one month ago. And there's an other back screen...

with me and Robyn

- That's it (Jeremy) - So much love... (Marie)

That's it. Love is going so well

Look, I'm even doing...

... a kiss Because you're the best

- You're the one I prefer (Jeremy) - Me too (Marie) - That's it (Jeremy)

it's not for nothing that I proposed you.

I still have no ring I have to precise

neither do I

- We still wait the ring, but... (Jeremy) - The marriage date and so on... (Marie)

I proposed you, approximately 3 years ago

3 and half year... I believe...

It's been 4 years... I was already competition ?

- No you were about to enter in (Jeremy) - So, 4 years ago

So, it was about 4 years ago

Though, I was bold enough to propose you...

saying : Marie, will you marry me...

... PLEASE ? (Both)

and giving her

a chewed rose !

Plus, a fake one...

- Romantic (Marie) - See ? Romantic (Jeremy)

Seriously, I am the best !

I am so lucky...

So, We'll do the record of this session

Basically, I only did a jump training today

- Yeah (Marie) - I think it was the biggest to do (Jeremy)

because...

A spin need some work... It needs a lot of...

... work... to... to... - yeah it comes back faster (Marie)

... to success. But...

we have to say that I spent some years without training

a jump need a lot of effort from...

From knees and ankles... more...

If I don't practice enough...

I'll be in the same state as the February tour

when I had big tendinis

So, I need to jump often

To reacquaint my body of all of this

efforts

So, that's it But...

Specifically, this session was better.

here we go... we can feel that I am more confident

On jumps. Apart the double Lutz which was a bit capricious...

But, generally when I success Double Flip,

The Double Lutz is awful and vice versa.

So, that's it

The Double Axel After a chaotic beginning Last week

and in the beginning of this session

After, it was fine (Marie)

It was better

But we found a way of motivation...

But, now I'm waiting for Schokobons !

I need it !

I'll have to bring you Schokobons... (Marie)

It's noted on the video... It's even said !

That's it

If I did Double Axel I'd have Schokobons

I do Double Axel I'll have Schokobons.

Next week, I Think that...

I will start again jumps with more difficult enters

Or, maybe jump combinations It would be cool

because i didn't work on Last year...

That's it

And I will come back more on spins

Now that I find some fitness

I think I'll can bear jumps and spins in the same session.

That's it.

Same, I don't know with whom I will be...

If Marie wants to come back

- If I find other people (Jeremy) - Oh... I don't know (Marie)

We'll see...

It will be cool. I hope there'll be less people than today...

Last week was good

There were 10, 15 people maximum.

Here, there's some times I was about to decapitate some people

That's it

Well, thanks to the ones who

subscribed me and liked The video last week

I count on you for this one

Audio Engineering Course: C1-P3 - Audio Electronics - Duration: 6:01.

Hi everyone and welcome back to Kristal Cross Music Production

This is the third part of the first chapter of the audio engineering class and is called "Audio Electronics"

This part will cover some small electronic's principal and should be a fairly short one, compared to the others

Some small electronic's fundamentals are quite useful to this kind of work, because you'll have to deal with it very often. Knowing something about it doesn't hurt

Once again, I learned this the hard way. I'll tell you even more, this is something I should study in depth. But I shall give you the basics, hoping they'll prove useful

Let's start with the concept of "Voltage", a.k.a. electric pressure

Voltage is measured in volt (v) and it's an alternating audio signal

Since the human hearing range (as we already saw), goes from 20Hz to 20KHz, we'll deal with frequencies within this range

The signal's level can vary from a few microvolts emitted by a microphone in a quiet room, to 1v more or less emitted by a mixing console or to 100v or more emitted by an amplifier

Electricity always flows from the negative pole to the positive one, carried by electrons.

When a voltage is applied to a circuit, a certain current will flow that will be measured in Ampere (A)

You can picture this current a flux of electrons. The stronger the flux, the higher the current

Some materials have a high electric resistance, that is measured in ohm and they are quite isolating. The lower the resistance, the higher the current at a certain voltage

Here you can find the formula that helps you understand this concept

When the voltage is alternated, we talk about electrical impedance. This is like the resistance, but only when current and voltage are out of phase. It's also measured in ohm

In a capacitor or in a reducer, we find the concept of "Reactance" (X). It limits the current too but in lack of resisting materials

Impedance is the combination of resistance and reactance. The sum of components that alone work as resisting materials, or others that have a reactance and work just the same

The concept of "Power" is another important one. Power is the ratio of energy conversion

Energy is measured in Joule

For instance a battery can only contain a limited quantity of energy. As it runs out of it, it'll be exhausted

And you can drain it faster or slower: connecting the battery to a low-resistance circuit, will develop much more power than connecting it to a high-resistance one

Power is measured in Watts and this is the formula to calculate it in two different ways

The three main passive components of a circuit are: the resistor, the capacitor and the inductor

The resistor is commonly used to reduce a signal's voltage. Or to produce a voltage from a current in an inductor

And this introduces a calibrated resistance

The capacitor is used to control the high-frequency portion of a signal, reducing the low ones

An inductor is more or less the opposite of a capacitor. Reduces the high frequencies, letting the low ones flow freely

It's important to stress that this concepts are all theoretical and to apply them in the real world, physical components must be made

And these components must be made with certain materials, techniques and tools

Some components can be easily crafted, other are more difficult to make and therefore more expensive

They all have certain limitations, depending on the materials that have been used, on the techniques and other choices

Depending on the those variables, will have a different result with various degrees of precision and efficiency

Well guys, this ends here. This is just a smattering and I don't want to go deeper, because this a very hard field

It is important to know the basics, but if you want to know more there are many experts that are far more prepared

Especially in this field, in which I'm a bit lacking... I admit it. If you want to learn more deeply ask someone who know more

Probably there is plenty of people who know about this things around you, even among your friends. This was useful to me too in the past

Alright, that's all. As usual, you can find in the description a link to download the pamphlet of this part, to have a written landmark and be useful

So download it and keep it. It's free

That's all for today. I hope you found this lesson useful, I hope you liked it. Subscribe if you haven't already and leave a like if you enjoy this audio engineering class

I'll see you in the next video!
