into a fun video game.

There's also an app for that.

And if you want to help your local Party branch

Every Saw Movie Ranked From Worst To Best - Duration: 7:06.

The Saw series started out as a fever dream project for film students James Wan and Leigh

Whannell but has since developed into a whole franchise of gore.

The central villain Jigsaw initially presented himself as a non-serial killer who just wanted

to force troubled people into appreciating and fighting for their lives.

But as the series went on, his games eventually made it clear that he and his minions just

wanted to see people suffer.

As a result, some installments definitely turned out better than others.

From worst to first, here's a ranking of all the Saw movies so far.

"Let the game begin."

Saw 3D: The Final Chapter

By the time the seventh piece of the Jigsaw puzzle came into play, this series looked

almost nothing like the original.

In the pic, Detective Hoffman was so busy running around cleaning up his own messes

that the day's games seemed like an afterthought meant only to follow formula.

In fact, there were two major group traps that were completely devoid of value to the

overarching plot.

Whoever thought it was necessary to have a man rip all the skin of his back off in 3D

might just be sicker than Jigsaw.

There were a couple of elements of redemption—like Dr. Gordon making a long-overdue comeback

to the series to tie up a few loose limbs.

And there was a kernel of something interesting in play with the fake Jigsaw survivor at the

center.

But the movie was frustratingly disjointed, and Hoffman's Terminator-style raid on the

police department laid waste to the entire framework of Jigsaw's "legacy."

Saw III

The third installment of the Saw series was one of the most problematic for several reasons.

For starters, the victims were completely sympathetic and even less deserving of their

fates than anyone else.

Submitting the father and mother of a drunk driving victim to torture trials just because

they're not grieving the way you might want them to?

That's cruel, even for Jigsaw.

Even worse was the fact that the new traps for this installment were unnecessarily gruesome,

to the point of being unwatchable at times.

And let's not forget about the table saw brain surgery we just had to watch unfold.

Sure, it was a clever turn of fortune that the person who was really being tested was

protege number one, Amanda.

But the choice of victims here seemed to exhaust the whole generous Grim Reaper identity Jigsaw

crafted for himself in the previous pics, making Saw III among the series' slackest

chapters.

Saw VI

Whereas Saw V managed to make Detective Hoffman interesting, Saw VI did not.

Since he'd already killed off Strahm, and the spate of drug addicts and other officers

who'd run afoul of Jigsaw were dead as well, Hoffman's victims list became pretty arbitrary

and ridiculous.

"Do you like how brutality feels, Mark?"

This time, he picked on a pair of predatory loan sharks and one particularly nasty insurance

adjuster who'd denied John Kramer coverage for some experimental cancer treatments.

Bearing in mind the fact that this movie was released in the wake of the subprime mortgage

crisis, it's understandable why the filmmakers might try to get political and punish greedy

people.

However, the plot was still flimsy and underexplored, and seemed extra gruesome just for the sake

of shock value.

Combined with some terrible acting and forced twists, it became stock shlock long before

the timer ran out.

The redeeming factor of the movie that keeps it from landing last on the list is that Hoffman's

voyeuristic copycat game in the beginning was a pretty decent metaphor for the Saw series

as a whole.

Saw IV

For the fourth installment, director Darren Lynn Bousman decided to delve into John Kramer's

wretched rationale by bringing in his tragic story with his wife into the picture, along

with another secondary psycho to fill in the timeline gaps as John Kramer took his leave

of the world.

But the central player of the games, Lieutenant Rigg, was wholly undeserving of his trial.

So what if he was passionate about his job and missed out on a family vacation or two?

The punishment never really matched the crime in this series, but especially so for Rigg.

That said, the clever culmination of events at the end was a fresh surprise that saved

this story.

The fact that Jigsaw was still in control of his crew, even while lying cold on an autopsy

table, was delightfully bonkers and managed to renew any fading interest in what was next.

Saw V

By the time we got to the fifth film, it was Detective Hoffman who'd taken over Jigsaw's

kill crew.

He was sloppy enough to attract some heat from on high in the form of FBI special agent

Strahm.

Strahm was obsessively committed to the cause of nailing his prime suspect, even after escaping

his own death trap by way of an ink pen tracheotomy.

So, the game of cat and mouse that ensued between them was pretty epic.

Meanwhile, the games that were afoot in Saw V were also a bit more precise and interesting.

The victims of this round weren't just helplessly being ripped to shreds but instead at least

pretended to use their brains before engaging those mechanisms that would cause their eventual

demise.

The gore of the games was mercifully dialed down a notch, which gave more room for the

sound effects team to fill in the blanks, rather than always leaning on graphic visuals

to get the job done.

This film's return to a teamwork element in the games was refreshing, and the passionate

pursuit of Strahm culminated in a crushing twist ending that was as jaw-dropping as anything

that came before it or after.

Saw II

Director Darren Lynn Bousman managed to avoid the sophomore slump with the first sequel

to Saw.

In fact, the film gamely expanded the world that'd been established in the original and

offered a new vein of intrigue for the subsequent sequels to float on.

The backbone of the selected group of victims, stuck in a dirty doom house where they're

racing against the clock to flesh out their own shared histories was still there.

But the movie managed to layer that element with a compelling subplot about Jigsaw's arresting

officer, Detective Matthews, and his missing son.

And on top of that, there was the surprise return of Amanda, which answered the question

of what would actually happen to those few who managed to survive Jigsaw's game.

Unlike some of the other sequels, the entire plot was pretty polished and managed to give

the series some staying power, so movie two is the second-best of the series.

Saw

There was something very artful about Saw's approach to the macabre that made the movie

such an indelible experience.

The puzzle pieces of skin taken from victims' bodies were meant to be symbols of what was

missing from people's lives, but they were also a collective metaphor for the audience's

job of digesting everything that happened in the film.

The small-scale setting of two and a half people locked in a bathroom playing a game

of Clue for their lives was surprisingly effective.

And so were the whirly-cam montage tricks used to show off other terror traps.

So, Saw opened the door to much more interest in exploring the sick, sad world of Jigsaw,

especially after it ended on such a twist that it was decidedly not "game over."

The movie was still far from perfect, of course.

The film had some moments of lazy acting and low-budget camera angling that are pretty

cringeworthy upon review.

But even if it didn't boast the slickest cinematography known to Hollywood, Saw was still an original

and very disturbing abstraction for the auteurs to explore and was executed with impressive

efficiency and invention.

For those reasons, it's still the best.

We'll just have to wait and see if the next sequel, Jigsaw, manages to bring some life

back into the series, but until then …

"Game over."

"Noooo!"

If you are struggling with manifesting what you want, use these tips to ask the universe to fulfill - Duration: 8:29.

If you are struggling with manifesting what you want, use these tips to ask the universe

to fulfill your deepest desires.

by Edward Morgan

Manifesting what we want is simple but not easy.

All we have to do is ask for what we want, however, there is a catch.

The energy we put into asking affects what we manifest.

If we ask the universe for things in a desperate, needy, or doubtful way, we will actually attract

more despair, need and doubt.

In addition, if we are too vague about what we desire we

can end up manifesting the wrong things or nothing at all.

This is why it is important to get very clear about both our energy and our intentions before

we attempt to manifest our desires.

The following process will help you to ask the universe for all that you want with love,

ease, and confidence.

1.

Get your energy right

Before we begin to ask the universe for our desires, it is essential to get our energy

right.

This can be one of the trickiest aspects of manifestation for some people.

When we ask from a place of fear or need, we are not sending out the right energy to

the universe.

The reason manifestation is called the law of attractionis because the principle behind

it is that like attracts like.

Therefore, if we send out fearful or needy energy, we will actually attract back things

that will make us more fearful or needy.

When we ask with doubt or think that we do not deserve good things, we will attract back

proof of these beliefs.

This is why energy work is the first step in

manifestation work.

One of the simplest ways to switch from an energy of lack to one of positivity is to

be grateful for all the things we have in our lives.

2.

Overcome blocks to manifestation

Before we can manifest what we desire, we have to break down blocks that stand in our

way.

Common blocks include:

If I have more, someone else will have less I do not deserve good things

The universe is indifferent or hostile to me

Unfortunately, we have often been taught that there is only a certain amount of good things

to go around and that if we have more, others will have less.

We feel guilty for asking for thingswhen we know people in the world are suffering.

However, the universe is limitless.

Its not a pie that has to be shared out.

Many of us have also picked up the message that we do not deserve good things to happen

to us.

We may feel that we are not worthy of happiness and success.

In addition, we may have heard people say that rich or successful people are greedy

or evil.

We then begin to equate our suffering with being good or worthy.

It can be hard to believe that we are worthy of our desires and that we can have what we

want and still be good people.

We can also feel like the universe is hostile or indifferent to us.

When we have tried to manifest and failed, it is easy to believe that the universe doesnt

care about us.

When we see so much suffering, it can seem that the universe is cold or even hostile

to human beings.

However, the universe is simply responding to the energy it receives.

Learning to use this energy can ease the suffering of the world when used correctly.

So do not feel guilty for wanting more.

3.

Get clear about your intentions

Another problem that gets in the way of manifesting what we desire is a lack of clarity about

what we want.

We may have only vague ideas of what we desire, or we may have conflicting desires.

It is important to be specific about what we want

and why.

Rather than asking the universe for love, money or health, work out the details of exactly

what you want.

Getting clear and specific helps with the next steps in the process.

4.

Ask the universe

Once you are clear about what you want, it is time to ask the universe for your desires.

You may want to take some time for deep breathing or meditation before you begin.

Its essential to be feeling as relaxed and positive as you can so that your energy

is good.

You can create a ritual around asking the universe if you choose, perhaps lighting a

candle or going to a beautiful place in nature where you feel connected to nature and universal

energy.

Then, simply ask the universe for what you desire.

The spoken word is very powerful, so it is important that you ask for what you want out

loud.

5.

Feel your desires

Once you have asked for what you want, spend a few moments feeling what it would be like

to have what you have asked for.

The more feeling you can put into this, the better.

Rememberthe universe is responding to your energy.

So if you feel truly positive and grateful for what you have manifested, you are asking

the universe to send you more reasons to feel positive and grateful.

Many people get stuck at this stage.

It can be hard to feel grateful for something you dont yet have.

It can be particularly hard to feel positive if you are suffering in a negative situation

in your life right now.

Practicing manifestation can help you to overcome this.

Try asking the universe for something small at first to build your manifesting muscles.

6.

Let go

Once you have asked for what you want, it is time to let go of your intention.

You need to relax and let the universe get on with its job.

Fretting and worrying about the situation will block the manifestation process, so try

to remain positive.

Be open to new opportunities that come your way and remember that sometimes things will

manifest in a slightly different way than what you expected.

7.

Gratitude

Gratitude is actually the beginning and end of the manifestation process.

In order to be in alignment with universal energy, it is important that we focus on all

that we have to be thankful for.

This will lift our energy and help us to manifest good things.

Then, once we receive what we have asked for, we should show gratitude for all what we receive.

This creates a spiral of appreciation, gratitude, and positivity that will help us to manifest

bigger and better things.

This process will help to raise our vibration and the vibration of our entire planet and

help us and others to be happy, well, contented and fulfilled.

Brand storytelling: This and more in my weekend recap. CC available in EN/DE. - Duration: 4:33.

Hi, my name is Benjamin. Welcome to my vlog. It's a beautiful Sunday afternoon,

the sun is shining and the weather is kind of nice. So I thought it would give you a

short recap of my weekend. Friday night, I actually set up my Facebook page. It's my

own facebook brand page, which will be separate from my personal

Facebook website. So this is the place where I will upload all these videos as

well alongside to YouTube. Actually, I watched a super interesting documentary

on YouTube. It was called, I forgot the name, but it

was called, well, it was about, "interruptive advertising versus storytelling".

It's 5 parts and it's super cool. I will link it in the description,

in case you guys are interested in that. It's basically about how big

companies have to, sort of, tell a story in order to advertise their products.

It's a lot about credibility and how YouTube stars became super important for

those companies because they have something companies often don't have,

which is credibility. Another thing that I did was researching about how to

be successful on Instagram. I do have an Instagram account. I haven't decided yet

if I will open up my personal Instagram to everyone or if I should maybe start a

separate Instagram account for my own brand. Anyway, so I researched what is

successful and it turned out there is some sort of an interesting score.

It's called VRIN score and, pretty much, the higher you score, the more likely it

is that you will become an Instagram or a star in social media in general.

VRIN stands for V as in Value, R as in Rarity, I as in Immutable and then

we have N as in Non-substitutable. Check it out online, just google it, it's super

interesting and you know actually companies also use it, kind of, to figure

out what the competition is doing. Another thing I did was kind of planning

an event with my friend Martin, who runs the car dealership. So today actually is

open Sunday in Schwabach and usually in Germany stores are all

closed on Sundays, but not today. in Schwabach at least stores were open.

We checked out the location, it's a big mall and in two weeks we are going to

exhibit a few cars and electric motorcycles. So we just wanted to figure

out what would work and what not and we kind of planned out the next steps

how to advertise in the event. Of course, again, it's kind of late,

it's only two weeks away. Well, this is how it is, but anyway, I think it's gonna be

super cool and awesome. I'm very excited for this event. Other than that what else did I do?

Well, today wasn't all too busy. I had a super bad migraine in

the morning, tons of ibuprofen and it's now getting better but I'm kind of

exhausted and still have a headache. It's not that bad anymore, luckily.

But let me check my notes, if I have forgotten something.

No, I guess, this is it for today. Thanks for watching. I'll talk to you soon.

Don't forget to subscribe, if you like my content. Take care, bye bye!
