Trump's Deficit-Bursting Budget Revealed - Duration: 9:14.
>>DONALD TRUMP'S BUDGET IS OUT.
CAN YOU GUESS WHETHER IT'S A
DISASTER?
IT'S A DISASTER IF YOU ARE A PROGRESSIVE BASED ON
PRIORITIES BUT IT'S ALSO A DISASTER IF YOU ARE A
CONSERVATIVE BASED ON WHAT YOU CLAIM YOU CARED ABOUT FOR ALL
THESE YEARS.
LET ME TELL YOU ALL ABOUT THAT --
>>[READING]
>>I THOUGHT YOU HATED DEFICITS, CONSERVATIVES.
HE HAS $7
TRILLION OF DEFICITS.
WHAT DO YOU SAY NOW?
I'M LISTENING.
PROBABLY NOTHING AT ALL.
THE NEW YORK TIMES CONTINUES --
>>I WILL SHOW YOU A GRAPH OF WHAT THE DEFICIT LOOKS LIKE
UNDER OBAMA AND CLINTON.
I'M SORRY, OBAMA AND TRUMP.
BUSH
HANDED OBAMA A GIANT DEFICIT, HE BROUGHT IT DOWN, AND TRUMP IS
GOING TO BRING IT BACK UP.
REPUBLICANS NEVER BALANCE THE
BUDGET, THEY JUST PILE UP DEBT.
BECAUSE THEY WANT TO SPEND,
ESPECIALLY ON THE MILITARY AND DEFENSE CONTRACTORS AND THEIR
DONORS, THEY WANT CRONY CAPITALISM, BUT THEY ALSO WANT
TAX CUTS FOR THE RICH.
THAT IS WHY DEFICITS ALWAYS GO UP
UNDER REPUBLICANS.
IF YOU ARE A REPUBLICAN PLEASE STOP
PRETENDING YOU CARE ABOUT DEFICITS BECAUSE YOU DON'T AND
NEVER HAVE.
OKAY --
>>LET ME PAUSE AND EXPLAIN THIS A LITTLE BETTER.
THIS IS TRUMP'S
BUDGET PROPOSAL, NOW THE HOUSE AND SENATE WILL LOOK AT IT,
CHANGE IT UP, AND HAVE A FINAL PRODUCT.
WE JUST HAD AN
EXTENSION OF THE BUDGET THAT HAD A CERTAIN AGREEMENT BETWEEN
DEMOCRATS AND REPUBLICANS.
IS TRUMP GOING TO LISTEN TO IT?
ACCORDING TO THIS BUDGET PROPOSAL, NO DOUBT THAT HE WILL
JUST TAKE THE REPUBLICANS' SIDE AND TELL THE DEMOCRATS TO PISS
OFF.
SO THAT BRINGS US TO THIS PIECE OF NEWS --
>>DEMOCRATS, YOU THOUGHT YOU HAD A DEAL?
NO DEAL.
HE CAN'T
UNILATERALLY CHANGE IT BUT THIS IS HIS PROPOSAL AND WHAT HE WILL
FIGHT FOR, TO TOTALLY THROW AWAY THE DEAL YOU GUYS JUST DID --
>>SO IF YOU ARE GOING TO GIVE MONEY TO LOCKHEED MARTIN AND
BOEING AND ALL THE DEFENSE CONTRACTORS WHO FINANCE
REPUBLICAN AND OFTENTIMES DEMOCRATIC POLITICIANS, YES,
THEY HAVE PLENTY OF MONEY FOR THAT.
NON-DEFENSE SPENDING THAT
HELPS THE AVERAGE AMERICAN CITIZEN?
TRUMP CAN'T FIND MONEY
FOR IT.
HE FOUND TRILLIONS FOR THE RICH, HE'S FINDING TRILLIONS
IN OTHER SPENDING AS LONG AS THEY ARE DONORS, BUT WHEN IT
COMES TO YOU GUYS, I'M OUT OF CHANGE, WHAT COULD I DO?
NOW
THERE'S ONE THING HE PROPOSED THAT INITIALLY WE THOUGHT WE
LIKED, AND IF YOU ARE A PROGRESSIVE I DON'T CARE WHO IT
IS, IF YOU HAVE A GOOD PROPOSAL WE ARE ALL EARS, INFRASTRUCTURE
SPENDING.
WHAT HAPPENS FOR THAT IN THIS BUDGET?
WELL --
>>THAT SOUNDS GOOD BUT AS WE HAVE TOLD YOU BEFORE THE REST OF
THE MONEY, OVER $1 TRILLION, COMES FROM PRIVATE FINANCING,
WHICH THEN PRIVATIZE AS YOUR ROADS AND BRIDGES.
SO YOU HAVE
TO PAY THEM MONEY THE REST OF YOUR LIFE WHEN YOU DRIVE ON THE
SAME ROADS AND BRIDGES YOU'VE BEEN DRIVING ON, AND MORE AND
MORE AT THEIR LEISURE THEY COULD INCREASE IT.
THE 200 BILLION IS
GONE, AND ON TOP OF THAT YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR THE ROADS AND
BRIDGES THE REST OF YOUR LIFE.
IS THERE ANYTHING GOOD IN THIS
PLAN?
LET'S FIND OUT --
>>GREAT.
THOSE ARE
TWO POSITIVE THINGS IN THE PROGRAM AND I'LL
TAKE IT.
TRUMP IS SLASHING OTHER PARTS OF THE BUDGET THAT AFFECTS
THE OPIOID EPIDEMIC BUT HE'S PUTTING MONEY IN THERE, GREAT.
I
DON'T CARE WHO IT IS, IF YOU HAVE GOOD POLICIES WE WILL BACK
THEM.
THE REST IS A DISASTER.
WHEN IT COMES TO THE EPA BOTH
FOR CLIMATE CHANGE AND POLLUTION OF YOUR LOCAL RIVERS, WATERS,
YOUR AIR, HERE WE GO --
>>THERE GOES THE EPA.
FINALLY, HOW ABOUT MEDICARE?
LOOK, TO BE
FAIR TO TRUMP HE'S BEEN VERY CLEAR ON THIS, AS CNBC POINTS
OUT WHEN HE RAN FOR OFFICE TRUMP TOLD VOTERS HE WOULD NOT CUT
MEDICARE OR MEDICAID.
HE'S ALREADY TRIED TO CUT MEDICAID
OVER AND OVER AS HE TRIED TO DISMANTLE THE AFFORDABLE CARE
ACT, BUT ON MEDICARE HE WAS CRYSTAL CLEAR.
LET'S WATCH HIM ON THE CAMPAIGN TRAIL.
>>SAVE MEDICARE, MEDICAID, AND SOCIAL SECURITY WITHOUT CUTS.
HAVE TO DO IT.
GET RID OF THE FRAUD, GET RID OF THE WASTE AND
ABUSE, BUT SAVE IT.
PEOPLE HAVE BEEN PAYING HIM FOR YEARS, AND
NOW MANY OF THESE CANDIDATES WANT TO CUT IT.
YOU SAVE IT.
>>YOU'VE BEEN PAYING INTO SOCIAL SECURITY AND MEDICARE BY THE
WAY, MEDICARE DOES WORK, WITH BOTH YOU HAVE TREMENDOUS WASTE,
FRAUD, AND ABUSE, WE WILL TAKE CARE OF THAT.
BUT WE AREN'T
GOING TO CUT YOUR SOCIAL SECURITY OR YOUR MEDICARE.
>>WE'RE NOT CUTTING YOUR MEDICARE.
CNBC REPORTING, THE
TRUMP BUDGET CALLS FOR $237 BILLION IN CUTS TO MEDICARE, THE
HUGE FEDERALLY RUN PROGRAM THAT PROVIDES HEALTH COVERAGE TO
PRIMARILY OLDER AMERICANS.
ONCE AGAIN, HE LIED.
I TOLD YOU
DURING THE CAMPAIGN HE HAD RHETORIC THAT WAS IN A LOT OF
WAYS PROGRESSIVE AND POPULIST.
HE ALSO HAD TERRIBLE RIGHT-WING
RHETORIC.
BUT FROM TIME TO TIME HE WOULD SAY THE BANKERS ARE
SCREWING YOU, THE POLITICIANS ARE CORRUPT, I GAVE MONEY AND I
CORRUPTED THEM.
THAT WAS TRUE.
HE SAID YOU PAID INTO MEDICARE,
SOCIAL SECURITY, THE SAME THING I'VE BEEN SAYING FOR DECADES,
YOU KNOW WHY IT'S CALLED AN ENTITLEMENT?
BECAUSE YOU ARE
ENTITLED TO IT, IT'S YOUR MONEY.
HE SAID HE WOULDN'T CUT IT AND
HE WOULD DRAIN THE SWAMP.
THAT'S WHERE THE LIES CAME.
HE DIDN'T
DRAIN THE SWAMP, NOW HE REVELS IN THE CORRUPTION.
THE BANKS ARE
HALF HIS CABINET, HE'S GOT FIVE GOLDMAN SACHS GUYS IN HIS
CABINET AND ADMINISTRATION.
EVERYTHING HE SAID HE WOULD DO,
HE'S DOING THE OPPOSITE.
AND NOW ANOTHER BLOW TO ANYONE WHO EVER
BELIEVED IN HIM.
HE LIED TO YOU, HE'S GOING TO CUT MEDICARE.
WHY?
HE ALREADY GAVE A GIANT TAX CUT FOR THE RICH.
PAUL RYAN BRAGS
YOU MIGHT GET AN EXTRA $1.50 WEEK IF YOU ARE AN AVERAGE
AMERICAN CITIZEN.
THE TOP 1% ON AVERAGE GETS OVER $50,000 IN TAX
BREAKS.
ON AVERAGE, EACH ONE OF THEM.
ARE YOU GETTING $50,000?
NO, THEY'RE GETTING IT. AND IT GETS WORSE, IN 2027 YOUR TAX
CUTS ARE TAKEN AWAY.
BUT THE TAX CUTS FOR CORPORATIONS AND THE
RICH REMAIN.
AT THAT POINT, 83% OF THE TAX CUTS GOES TO THE TOP
1%.
SNAKE OIL SALESMAN.
HE LIED TO YOU THROUGH AND THROUGH, HE
GAVE THE TAX CUTS TO THE RICH, NOW HE HAS TO GET THE MONEY
SOMEWHERE.
PARTLY HE'S RUNNING UP A GIANT DEFICIT, ANOTHER PART
IS NOW HE'S COMING FOR YOUR MEDICARE.
UNFORTUNATELY WE
WARNED YOU, WE WERE AFRAID THIS WAS EXACTLY WHAT HE WAS
GOING TO DO, AND HERE HE IS DOING IT.

Kim Jong-un stresses importance of further 'reconciliation and dialogue' with South Korea - Duration: 0:59.
Let's start with Kim Jong-un's latest message.
The North Korean leader has expressed his desire to continue efforts to improve relations
with South Korea in light of the North's participation in the PyeongChang Winter Olympics.
Speaking to the high-level delegation that visited the South for the Games on their return,
North Korean state media reports that Kim said "it's important to continue making good
results by further livening up the warm climate of reconciliation and dialogue created by...the
Winter Olympics as a momentum."
He said he was satisfied with the results of the delegation's trip, and also expressed
thanks to South Korea for hosting them.
The delegation led by the nominal head of the state, Kim Yong-nam, and the leader's
sister, Kim Yo-jung, returned to Pyongyang on Monday after a four-day trip, during which
they met with President Moon Jae-in a number of times and passed on Kim Jong-un's invitation

What Happens When You 'Remove" An Abusive Narcissist Early - Duration: 3:46.
This Is What Happens When You 'Remove" An Abusive Narcissist Early
Living in a society full of different people is sometimes beneficial.
Unfortunately, sometimes people meet toxic people who love to abuse others.
They make fun of others through several tactics, and it is necessary to be aware and try to
discard them.
In this video, I'm going to share with you some benefits that will make your life better
if you successfully remove an abusive narcissist from your life, especially if you are able
to do it early.
Because the more you keep them on your side, the more they will consume you and try to
manipulate you.
Before we jump to the lists, make sure to like this video and subscribe to our channel,
so you won't miss any of our interesting updates in the future.
So, here are some benefits you can do after removing them.
#1 - Preventing further contacts
Stopping or running away from highly abusive narcissist is fairly difficult.
However, it can be done by strategically remove their power towards you.
In order to do that, you should avoid any contact to them.
It is worth noting that the abusers love to stalk you and observe you in detail.
Be aware of everything you do if you know that there is abusive narcissist behind your
back.
They are actually waiting for the right moment to strike you back, making you enter the same
circle you want to run away from.
#2 - Watchout of hovering
Hovering is almost similar to stalking.
However, they will not just hide behind buildings.
They will make move slowly, politely, and nicely in a vicious intention.
Knowing their love bombing does not work, they will try to persuade you to be under
their control once again through different strategies.
You need to make sure that they really someone you should avoid for the rest of your live.
Indeed, there are friends that make mistake.
However, you can determine whether they are truly your worthy friend or not for your happiness.
#3 - Post breakup triangulation
Be careful of the reality that the abusers created for you.
There are usually more than one parties involved in taking you down.
Thus, you need to breakup the chains simultaneously.
You can do that by never looking back to your abusers.
#4 - Avoiding Black campaign
You do not want your name look bad, but the abusers tell the worlds about your incompetence
through their distracted reality.
If you start running away from the abusers, people actually will realize that you are
the victims.
Therefore, the quicker you run away, the better chance you have to still have good name.
All in all, that's the good things that happens when you 'remove" an abusive narcissist
early.
Really cool information isn't it!

Meet Giulio - Duration: 4:07.
Hi, my name is Giulio! I'm one of the new vloggers for Engineering Stories and
I'm just excited to show you what my life is like and yes you personally
because I'm their, friend. Hi. I'm in my fifth year at engineering physics and
I'm excited to share my journey which is a hard one but very fun and honestly
very worth it as long as you know why you're. Here so hopefully with some of
these videos I just like to show some of the different sides of myself because
everyone has a bunch of different sides and maybe some of those sides will
resonate with you maybe not maybe you'll just see that you can be anyone and be
an engineer. Just make sure you know why you want to be an engineer.
Hopefully it'll help you figure out why or maybe it's not for you. I don't know what
I'm saying anymore so here's a story about yesterday. This is the first time I
turned on the camera and I would like to report that I had a final exam take home
that was a massive amount of data to analyze and I submitted it and then I
found a bug and by the time I corrected the bug, it was 20 minutes too late.
First, I relearn how to walk.
I find comfort in my friend, the mismatched puzzle piece. I bounce on my
bounciest chair . I find the coziest spot, I hug a pillow
and I make it even cozier. Hey it's the following day and there's some good news
I emailed a fix to my bug to my prof 20 minutes late and he just replied today
saying that he'll accept it he'll take it into account at least so not all is
lost also I just had a meeting with this
surgeon about potential projects with my student team and maybe you were gonna
have some projects and they even offered possibility of funding that they have
available so it's it shows that they're really excited about it I guess I keep
moving and good things happen eventually I mean I didn't expect it to be just the
following day but I'm glad it did. Take care!

In pursuit of making better art - Duration: 5:23.
Hello, Earthlings! You're watching Adam the Alien.
It is February...ehhh, something.
I don't know.
That doesn't matter, because we're actually going to flash back.
If you remember, back in in December I ended my holiday video with the implication that
I might have another video up before New Year's.
Obviously that did not happen.
I was reasonably sure that it WOULD, because I had cut so much out of that video that I
was just going to take a chunk and upload it as its own video.
It was a bit talking about the weird little rap I did for my Project for Awesome video...
I know that if I give it time, my life will turn around,
when another corner turns and reality rebounds.
...and a desire to make it better, and interact with you all on how to do that.
So fast forward to now, and here's that footage.
I don't know how much of this is going to hit the editing room floor, and that's gonna
be fun to find out!
It's still gonna be crap.
Speaking of crap, let's talk about...no, no.
I'm not gonna do that.
I'm actually going to talk about my Project for Awesome video this year, which...was nowhere
near as good as i really wanted make it.
But...I just, I never give myself enough time.
I never really take the time necessary to make the very ambitious ideas I want to make
a reality.
And this year was no exception.
In fact, this year —because I wanted to try do to something different from anything
I had done in previous Project for Awesome videos— I got a little too ambitious.
I got it in my head one night, "Oh!
I'm gonna write a little poem...rap...spoken word...thing."
And I started writing it, and then I finished writing it the day that I needed to record.
Soooo yeah, it didn't turn out as great as I hoped.
Uh, I've got friends saying it was great, but y'know...they're my friends.
So it's a totally fair assessment to say that...it was not the greatest, uh, presentation.
Knowing that I didn't have it memorized, I should have shot it a stanza at a time.
Instead I tried to run through it all the way a bunch of times, and that just...aaooh!
Plus, then I got it in my head that i might cover it up with some neat editing things.
And only the barest minimum of what I thought I was going to do remained in the editing,
because I was editing all night and then the Project for Awesome was gonna start.
Uuuuuugh, this chair is creaking so much!
[Fork] this chair!
Wow, that ju—no. No.
That—that should probably hit the editing room floor.
But now that I've said that, it probably won't.
Because nothing's funnier than me making an idiot out of myself.
You know that's not actually funny, right?
It's just sad.
Just sad, really.
Yeah, okay, you can go f—
Anyway...I still kind of want to DO something with at least parts of what I wrote.
Parts were very Project-for-Awesome-this-year specific.
But there are stanzas and lines in there that I think I can rework into something...better?
I would actually love, uh, feedback and suggestions on how to improve that.
Now, if you're just gonna say "you suck"...great.
Go pat yourself on the back.
You have accomplished...I don't know.
Making yourself feel more superior.
Now, moving on from that, I would actually like to be better.
[MECHANICAL FILM WHIR]
Haaaah!
My card just filled up and i had to change it because it's a wonderful month and I have
not changed the card all month, apparently.
So I've got a lot of footage to go through.
[SEAN CONNERY ACCENT] So where was I?
[SEAN CONNERY ACCENT] I don't even know what I was talking about before I had to change the card!
All seriousness, I think I was talking about
wanting to fix my little anti-suicide spoken word.
And...yeah, if anyone has any feedback about what worked or didn't work... obviously the
actual reading of it could have been a LOT better.
But, yeah, suggestions are welcome and appreciated.
And if all you have to say is "kill yourself"when someone is talking about suicide prevention?
What's wrong with you?
I don't care if it's me or someone else, but...I think you've got some
issues that you gotta work through.
And I am not saying that for my sake.
I really am saying that for yours.
Because that is some messed up sh—
That's all for now.
Let me know your input, please.
I really want serious recommendations.
I really want to take that and make it into something better.
So whatever ideas you have —serious ideas— throw 'em my way.
Until next time, I'm Adam the Alien.
Fare thee well.

U.S. Vice President Mike Pence signals United States is ready to talk with North Korea - Duration: 2:18.
Could direct talks between the U.S. and North Korea be on the horizon?
U.S. Vice President Mike Pence -- fresh from his trip to South Korea for the PyeongChang
Winter Olympics -- has reportedly said Washington is open to dialogue with North Korea.
Park Soyun reports.
The U.S. government is said to be willing to sit down for talks with North Korea.
The opportunity was reached after an understanding between the White House and President Moon
Jae-in during U.S. Vice President Mike Pence's visit for the PyeongChang Winter Olympics.
Pence said South Korea and the U.S. agreed to further engage in talks with North Korea,
possibly following inter-Korean talks.
The U.S. will continue its policy of maximum pressure and continue to impose harsh sanctions
on North Korea, but at the same time be open to talks without preconditions.
Pence told the Washington Post that South Korea and the U.S. will pursue a policy of
"maximum pressure and engagement at the same time."
This marks an important change from the previous U.S. stance, which was focused mainly on maximum
pressure and confirming Pyongyang's determination for denuclearization.
Pence added the pressure campaign will intensify but the Trump administration is open to talks
if the regime shows a willingness to do so.
U.S. Secretary of State Rex Tillerson said on Monday that it's too early to judge whether
the latest developments represent the start of a new diplomatic process.
Speaking in Cairo on Monday,... Tillerson added it's "up to North Korea" to decide the
time to engage in meaningful and serious talks with the U.S.
"It's too early to judge.
As we have said for some time, it's really up to the North Koreans to decide when they
are ready to engage with us in a sincere way, a meaningful way.
They know what has to be on the table for conversations.
We've said for some time that I think it's important that we have... we are going to
need to have some discussions that precede any form of negotiation."
During his recent trip to Northeast Asia, Pence announced that the U.S. would soon unveil
its toughest ever sanctions on North Korea that may include maritime interdiction and
a naval blockade.
With the apparent shift in U.S. policy, watchers are hopeful for a significant breakthrough
in bringing peace to the Korean peninsula.

President Moon gives commencement speech to young scientists - Duration: 1:50.
President Moon Jae-in made a visit on Monday to the Ulsan National Institute of Science
and Technology.
Delivering a speech at the graduation ceremony, the president encouraged Korea's next-generation
scientists and asked them to make the nation a global powerhouse of the fourth industrial
revolution.
Hwang Hojun reports.
A total of 957 students graduated on Monday from the Ulsan National Institute of Science
and Technology in Korea's southeast.
And they were joined at the ceremony by President Moon Jae-in, who gave a commencement speech,
offering them some encouragement and pledging the government's support so they can become
the next leaders of the fourth industrial revolution and of innovative growth.
He urged the graduates to take on challenges and not to fear failure,... emphasizing that
failure can sometimes be more valuable than success and it's the driving force behind
personal growth.
It was President Moon's first commencement speech and his first visit to a university
since he was inaugurated last May.
According to a Blue House official, UNIST holds a special place in President Moon's
heart.
In fact, he helped found the institute in 2007 while serving as chief of staff to the
late President Roh Moo-hyun.
UNIST was the only state-run university in the region at the time and was converted to
a national institute in 2015.
Before the commencement ceremony, President Moon met with some UNIST students and looked
at some of the innovative products made by those receiving start-up support from the
institute.
Some of their innovations include an air purifier, a smartphone holder for bike riders, a wireless
communication device for firefighters, and a treatment patch for spinal injuries.
President Moon showed great interest and promised to help them achieve their dreams as much
as he can.

It means those wanting to run for governor or superintendent of education are able to
sign up.
Registrations are also open for six parliamentary seats that have been left vacant for various
reasons.
They include two left empty.... after a couple of opposition party lawmakers were recently
stripped of their seats due to irregularities.
Once registrations are complete, the National Election Commission will post the candidates'
detailed information on its website.
