Partnering with Brands - Duration: 4:28.

- Hi, I'm Lauren. - And I'm Will.

And this is James from SeriouslyGames, who makes Best Fiends.

Hello.

We're gonna be talking about working with brands.

And making amazing content too.

>From a brand perspective, working with creators gives us creative ideas.

Hi, Lauren here, and today I'm going to show you how to make this little felt mushroom.

Since Best Fiends was kind enough to sponsor this video

I designed it to look like the purple mushrooms in the game.

It allows us to kind of come up with things that maybe we didn't necessarily think about

in the past.

When you are looking for creators to collaborate with, what are you looking for?

How do you find them?

I'll literally sit through and just watch videos.

What's important for me is just engagement.

How many people are commenting, is the creator commenting back?

How many likes are there?

I'll go through their social media to see how engaged they are on those platforms

If there really is a high engagement, doesn't really matter what size you are.

I love to hear that, because sometimes I feel that brands that reach out to me only looked

at my subscriber numbers and didn't look at anything else, including

what my video content is about, so it means a lot to me

that brands are actually paying attention.

Yeah, the quality of your content is very important.

What I do is send over a few examples of what I've done in the past

saying "hey, I did this for XY brand back in the day, I think your brand will work

with my content, just letting you know this is the fee that I'm gonna charge and

this is what you're gonna get in return.

If you would like to adjust that in any way, let me know, I'm happy to negotiate."

But be as communicative as possible, so everyone knows what to expect.

Once you've hired the creator, what do you expect in the process next?

The first thing I'm looking for is that you know the brand, you know the product

and you know about the brief, and we'll typically give some confines to

work within, but for the most part, we allow the creator to do what they do best, create.

It's always good going into something and knowing exactly what you need to do

so that there are no surprises.

Exactly.

And for us, it's important for both parties to kind of understand what the objectives are

and you know, we wanna work with you just as much and we want the content to

just kind of parallel each other.

Exactly, I think something important to remember too

is that one size doesn't fit all.

So something that is thirty seconds from one creator could be more compelling

than an entire dedicated video from another, so thinking about how you're going to do

this integration and make it compelling is a process that you have with the brand.

Communication is key.

Setting those expectations, if there are any questions

don't feel scared to ask the brand.

It's one thing that I try to be really good about, is making sure

that I meet all my deadlines on time, normally I'm working just by myself, so

any time somebody else is in the picture, I wanna deliver my stuff on time

but do you think it's okay if something were to come up

to maybe let the brand know and see if we could move anything?

Yeah, I definitely think so, I mean what's important for us is that you guys

just let us know as soon as possible and we'll try to accommodate if we can.

So what do you expect from creators when they're uploading their videos?

One of the most important things is disclosures in general

it's important to let everybody know honestly what's going on.

We're not trying to trick anybody, we don't wanna trick anybody

this is a product and this is something that is being paid for

and I think that's only beneficial to everybody as a whole.

Yeah, I think something that's really helpful for a brand and for the creator too is to have

everything done as if you were ready to upload so you have the thumbnail done, the title done

the description done, so the brand knows what to expect and that there

isn't some surprise that happens in the description later

that they don't approve, because they just reviewed the video

I think a lot of times we rely on you as well in terms of you knowing what your audience

will read and how do we best kind of communicate that in the description box

or the title.

Hey, thanks for watching this series.

Make sure to like and subscribe to Creator Academy if you haven't already.

And check out our channels too.

- Bye! - Bye!

What's The Key To Your Heart And What Women Want In Men Dating Advice 2018 For Guys And Girls - Duration: 4:14.

I think people get into a really tricky situation. We knew we were going to be

good friends. It would intrigue me more. Like feel the

pit of your stomach drop out. It would be amazing. Cray Z Dates for new generation

of Daters. Do you keep in contact someone with dated? I do not keep in contact. It's

so strange. I feel like it's always a little messy. W weren't really compatible. But I

don't feel like it's a good idea . Don't do it. They just didn't work out. That was

my mistake. It just gets a little complicated. It kind of just took its

course. We just didn't end up vibing very well. There are people I briefly dated.

that I occasionally keep in contact with. They have an ex that they end up friends

with. I actually texted him today. He ended up dating some other girl we both

tried to keep in contact. They end up friends. We catch up and he's asking me how my

life is now. We knew we were gonna be good friends. For some people it works out. There's

still a history there. The only reason I keep in touch with one of my exes

because he really was my best friend for so many years. It didn't work out for me. I learned

the hard way. I just would find that too hard. I like to leave it alone. I like

to let sleeping dogs with people I've dated

What's the key to your heart?

About something normal. I'm not a flowers person. Girls like food. If somebody

bought me frozen yogurt. I'm not a chocolate person. You're gonna feed me

you know I'm gonna give you the time of day. If you're having a conversation with someone

that is not necessarily ordinary. Good intellectual conversation. I won't even

think about it. I like being able to share my opinion and I'd like to hear your

opinion. With respect. OIt would intrigue me more. And then you'll like lock eyes. You

can tell. Out of the blue. It's probably gonna sound cheesy in a little bit. Like

feel the pit of your stomach drop out. It's a certain kind of person. Warm heart.

That is gonna like wow me away. Somebody really great. Having that moment

of like pure chemistry with someone. That's my favorite. Or so it would be

like let's run away somewhere. That would be amazing. It's really indescribable.

What was the best date you've ever had? Part One

Stephanie

I met him in Sweden and then he came to visit me in New York and he was like oh

I missed you so much we need to run away to paradise he's

said lets go to Thailand and I was like yeah why not

because it sounds totally crazy and romantic and everybody wants that

fairytale romance and I was like I was never like that girl that had any that I

never was about romance or had any notions about it was never into that . And

then I was like wow all these wild crazy adventures that's super romantic . yeah so

we're going kayaking in Thailand's and you go through these submerge caves and

then he just like it just opens up and there's like splendid mangrove forests

in the middle of the island and it's like it's like it's open so you go

through the caves and then you see all these mangroves and then they're all

these little mudskippers coming in out of the sand and these little crabs and

was just so cute. Alaska

It was my sophomore year of high school and we'd gone to the

carnival there was an amusement park kind of thing in town and this is when I

lived in Texas and I was really I was really out of high school and yeah i was

just i love thrill rides I love rollercoasters I love all that

kind of stuff and I love summer and of course you know you put the two together

and it's you know especially for two teenagers in high school it's so really

like it's a really fun time. Yeah it was great you got all that cliche like you

know hold my hand on the roller coaster whatever is the cliche you know all

Black Panther Suit Explained ~ Powers and Abilities - Duration: 6:30.

In the video you shall discover who is Black Panther in Marvel Comics. A Black Panther breakdown.

For more information about T'challa, the Black Panther, watch this video

The black panther suit contains: Get ready for this...

Vibranium Microweave Mesh: The microweave robs incoming objects of their momentum; bullets

do not ricochet off, but simply fall to the ground when they come in contact with the

weave.

Likewise, the Panther cannot be stabbed; however, the costume can be cut if the attacker slashes

along the uniform's grain.

Anti-Metal Claws: Claws in the gloves are made of Antarctic Vibranium-based "Anti-Metal"

that can break down basically all metals at the molecular level.

Energy-Dampening Boots: Energy regulators create varying fields from the Vibranium in

the molded soles of the boots, enabling Panther to land soundlessly without any injury from

heights of 50 feet.

Given enough momentum, the Panther can also scale walls or skim across water.

The field can be also used offensively to shatter or weaken objects, or defensively

to rob incoming objects of their momentum as shown when he stopped a car thrown by the

Hulk from crushing him by using the Vibranium in his boots.

Disguise Technology: The cloak can be elongated, shortened or eliminated with a thought, and

the entire costume can be reconfigured by a light energy pulse allowing it to pass as

normal street clothes or render T'Challa completely invisible.

Teleportation device: T'Challa has been shown using a teleportation device as part of his

standard gear.

range is not known as of this moment.

Can also have Bast the Panther Goddess teleport him and others to a destination of his choice.

Hard-Light Shielding: T'Challa was shown using a small shield comprised of hardened light,

to defend himself Vibranium Energy Daggers: Energy constructed

blades, the wielder has the ability to gauge between power levels, releasing a beam, powerful

enough to slice through various structures and foes.

Energy daggers are T'Challa's default weapon of choice in armed combat situations.

Heavenly Armor: Lightweight body armor covering the user from head to toe in a similar fashion

as Iron Man that operates by thought.

It offers flight at high speeds, enhanced strength, and more protection in combat.

Vibranium Armor: A special armor used during the Superhuman Civil War

Ebony Blade

Bloodwraith, Sersi, Ares

Black Panther Knowledge: T'Challa has the power to draw all the knowledge, strength,

and every experience from every previous Black Panther

Eating in the Historic City Tavern, Philadelphia - Duration: 3:24.

When you're in Philadelphia it's all about the history but history isn't just

about monuments and museums. It can be about the food and that's why we went to

City Tavern for lunch.

It's the original building Well, not the original because it got demolished

but they had your rebuilt.

Right, they had it rebuilt based on the time frame. So the rooms that you were in,

the chandeliers, and the lighting. Even some of

the glasses. Yeah. And plates that you were using were replicated.

We're here for lunch at the City Tavern and of course you have to sample their

flight of beers that they make on site. They said the ales of the revolution based on four different beers.

This is our Colonial bread tray.

And the lighter bread that's on the tray is called Sally Lunn.

It's an English white tea style bread.

The brown bread sliced in the middle is the Anadama. It's a corn mill and

molasses bread. And those biscuits are Thomas Jefferson's favourite recipe for a

sweet potato pecan biscuits. And we make all of our bread as well as our desserts

fresh daily in our City Tavern pastry kitchen. Enjoy! Beautiful. Thank you.

Um, I got the Turkey Pot Pie.

The... Lobster Pie....[laugh]

The Lob...Lobster something. Lobster Pie.

Seafood Pasta. I thought 'what was I answering?'

Beef pie over here.

And rabbit.

We have our lemon pound cake with fresh whipped cream and a fresh berry medley.

Here's the peach cobbler served warm, topped with ice cream. We have vanilla chocolate and cinnamon.

Here's our vanilla bean creme brûlée. Here we have Martha Washington's

signature recipe for a chocolate mousse cake. Here we have the Linzer tart, has a

hazelnut crust with the raspberry filling. Also come with ice cream.

And last but not least, the white chocolate and raspberry cheesecake.

And what do you think the fact that all the dishes on that menu are based historically in

Philadelphia and the time frame. Like we're talking 1700s.

That's really cool.

The place is very historically themed and plus like... They had it rebuilt

the exact colours. That's right.

In it's former glory.

So that's great that we're talking about food that's all based on history

but how did you enjoy it? It was really good. I liked it a lot.

I liked the Corn Chowder. The Corn Chowder was great.

My favourite thing was probably the Seafood Pasta which is

their special, one of their specials today.

I liked the cheese cake. That was really good. [laughs] desserts best finger run with desserts right if

Desserts. Yes, you can't go wrong with desserts, right?
