How to create engaging content that helps you stand out - Duration: 5:47.

- Grab your helmets,

'cause we're exploding some content up in here.

A few weeks back, I did a video book review

for Content Mavericks,

this is a book written by the duo, Andrew and Pete

and I absolutely loved it and highly recommended it

and I somehow convinced them to come on over

and share the secret to creating engaging content,

that explodes your growth

and I can't wait for you guys to hear what they have to say,

but first, pause this video,

no, seriously, pause this video and go grab a pen and paper,

because you're gonna want one.

Alright, let's go check it out.

- Hey everybody, we are Andrew and Pete

and in this video, we wanna give you

the key to explosive

growth with your content, oh yes.

- Because let's face it, the world is a very busy place

and if you are just creating content, that is vanilla,

then you are going to be facing a very steep, uphill battle

to get the traction you want with your content

and ultimately turn that into sales.

- There's only two ways to stand out in this world,

number one, be better than everyone else

and number two, be different to everyone else.

- And being better than everyone else

in your industry is pretty tough,

especially if they've been at this for years already,

they've already developed their audience,

they already know all of the tricks of the trade,

have all the fancy equipment,

so really the only option,

that we are left with is to be different.

- To stand a chance, you need your content

to be unique, different, remarkable

and what we do, we call this your content stamp.

- Oh yeah.

- And we want you to come up

with your very own content stamp today.

- Think about it, anyone that's had

any kind of explosive growth with their content

usually has some kind of little twist

or signature thing, that only they do.

- Gary Vee, when he first started his YouTube videos

for his Dad's wine business, his videos absolutely sucked,

until he started mixing it up

and he started doing these sportsman style commentary

on wines and all of a sudden, it blew up,

even today, he has the #AskGaryVee Show,

every time it's got a little twist,

a signature thing that he's known for.

- And what about John Lee Dumas,

a multimillionaire in just 18 months,

because he was the very first person

to do a daily podcast interview

of the most successful entrepreneurs.

- And what about one of my favorite examples,

Chubbies, now Chubbies is a company in America

and all they do is make shorts,

now you might not think you can particularly

come up with amazing content about shorts, like,

"Hey, what'll be number one?

"Here's how to put shorts on,

"or what'll be number two, how to take shorts off,"

you know what, it's not all that exciting really.

- The second one. - The second one

might get a little bit racy,

ooh, cheeky. (laughing)

- But let's put Chubbies through our content style model

for coming up with remarkable content ideas.

Now there's four things that you need to think about,

when coming up with a great content style.

Number one is your brand, what do you stand for?

For Chubbies, they're all about fun,

they're almost like the opposite

of a high end, pretentious fashion company,

because they just make shorts for the average dude.

- Number two is your aspirational message,

what does your product or service allow people to do?

With shorts, it allows people to actually go out there

and have some fun in the sun,

without getting particularly too hot,

or swimming trunks, that allow you to actually go out

and play some fun water activities, right,

so let's play along with that and think about ways

that Chubbies can actually create content,

that allows people to have more fun

and get themselves out there,

dot, dot, dot, in their shorts.

- Number three is shareability,

how can we create content that is designed to get shared?

Now, there's lots of different aspects to this,

but one important question to ask yourself

is what does the person, who is sharing my content

look like for sharing it?

For Chubbies, could they create content,

that makes other people look as fun as them,

when they share it?

- Number four is delivery,

you need to know where your audience is

and how they want their content delivered.

For the Chubbies audience, that's probably Facebook,

that's where people go to talk about

all the fun things they did at the weekend.

- So bringing all of this together,

what do you come up with for Chubbies content stamp?

Fun, Facebook videos of awesome things,

like you can do at the weekend

with your friends in your shorts.

- Oh yeah, content stamped

and that's exactly what Chubbies have done

and they have grown their highly engaged audience

to over a million fans on their Facebook pages,

it's incredible to see.

- Now of course this requires a little bit more thought

and we've just quickly walked you through the basics here,

but hopefully you can see the power

of working through a process like this

to create a lot more engaging content,

that will explode, do the sound effect,

your business. (laughing)

- I wasn't ready for that. - No,

you've done well. - It was good though.

So guys, what's your content stamp going to be?

- Thank you guys for coming on

and sharing the content stamp strategy,

I think it is super powerful,

so I hope you had your pen and paper handy

and were jotting down some notes along the way.

Now, I would love to hear from you,

Andrew and Pete have generously gifted

a copy of their book, Content Mavericks,

that we're gonna be giving away to one lucky winner,

all you need to do is put your content stamp

in the comments below,

then make sure you're subscribed to both of our channels

and if you hop on over there, you may see a familiar face,

I'm just saying, it might be mine. (laughs)

Their book, Content Mavericks is packed

full of actionable stuff like this,

so even if you don't win it,

you should go on over and check it out,

all of the links are in the description below

and remember you're someone's reason to smile,

so don't give up.

DCS - How to use the ATC - Tutorial - Takeoff & Landing - Duration: 23:06.

Welcome to Revientor Reborn, this is DCS in a generic tutorial, there is a mirage there but this is not about it, I am going to speak how the ATC works in DCS for take off & landing, not real life, only how DCS works

I took the mirage because its a nice airplane, but each airplane will have a particularity, in this case about how to turn on the radios, of course you need one, active

let´s look this airport, the ATC frecuencies in there

no you have to use the comms, you have to use this special key in the spanish keyboard "Ç"

some planes you can clicnk in the 3d cockpit and you get the radio menu

because you can select the frequency UHF or VHU you have to use one of those in your plane

I can use the F5 in the keyboard or using the mouse just click in the option, in this menu the airports are placed by default in order from closest to further

remember you can have the easy coms in the setup and you will do not need set the correct frequency, this tutorial works the same in the realistic or arcade mode

this airport is the F1, there are some mods that can change thar order

first you have to use the F3 to request start up, the engine.

there you have the authorization and some extra info for you

now the menu automatically change to the next phase. in the real life, the request start up is for civilian planes, normally military ones don´t do it (in military bases)

because normally the planes need the engine generator to get the radio active, and other thing is that not everywhere is done as the same way, in spain, the military planes don´t do it

you want to simulate the civilian protocols, gg, but military ones are nos the same in all the wold

for that in my tutorials I never speak about this radio things or light things

today is how to do it in DCS as is programed

now the plane is running, as you can see I still have the menu to taxi, now it´s time to use it

as you can see we are clare to takeoff in the runway 04, what does this 04 means, it´s the heading of the runway to takeoff, now I am in a heading 040, the runway on my left, is the runway and I will takeoff in this direction that I am looking

if you do not know the airport, you can use the map and the ruler to see it, you can also have some pdf or papers...

then I know that running left I go directly to the runway, in the runway 22 is the opposite one, I have to cross all the airport to get the runway. You know that the plane always takeoff with the wind in front (against it)

now I will perform the taxi thing

this taxi clearance is only to get to the "door" of the runway, not go in. here you have to stop

and now you have to ask for a request takeoff

if for any reason you skip one radio protocol, DCS is smart enough to jump to the next one

now the tower told to me that I can takeoff and get 300 feet with a QFE of 29.46

check your altimeter and fix that value 29.46

QFE is the altitude 0 feet in your base,

i just remember, if you can not use the map or any pdf, to get to the runway in a base that you do not know, and you are parked in the middle of the airbase, and my finger is the runway in that direction

to know where to go, you look your compass and look for that runway heading, then you have to perform taxi in the opposite direction

continue, now we can go in to the runway, and the menu now shows other option, the abort takeoff, in case you forget go to pee or something

look, abort takeoff, and I get authorized to go to parking area, now again request takeoff

we are authorized, as simple as takeoff

now you have to keep this heading until 300 feet of elevation, once in that altitude you are free to resume your navigation

now time to landing, look the menu is now another different one

moving fast

I am going to land in the same airport, as you can see the option are, inbound and request azimuth

inbound is to ask for landing, request azimuth is the vector you have to get (heading) , to get the first ADF of the landing runway

look if I request just azimut...

it´s just a heading

218º, using the map and the ruler, as you can see is the air base, remember the ADF is the pinter of the ILS, the mid one balbla...

now in the ATC menu you can see the krasnodar airbase is closest .... now in my base I use inbound, listen

218º for 45nm, with the QFE setting, to land in the runway 04 to perform a landing pattern,

in the map, ruler, 218º 45nm, this is the point, as you can see here is to start the ILS or the patron... what ever..

in this case that you have to overfly the air base, the code is not well programed, you have to avoid that situation, because when you reach that point you know that you have to get heading 040 (runway)

if you overfly the airbase the code automatically will authorize you to land, now I will make a triangle to avoid overfly the airbase,

I did this kind of triangle, and now I am going to ask for navigation asist

headin 137 is the heading to the adf, and now this is visually, even here this is kind of automatic, now you have to search the airport visually

137 is this heading, around 10nm away from the airbase

now I have to see the airbase... there, because the ATC is already advised, you can not perform a pattern , if you want to do it you need to abort

or just ignore the atc perform the pattern and the ask again for request landing

now according your plane or at night you can follow the tacan or... ils or what ever

I am going to open the menu, now If i request help the ATC will give me the vector to my back

now, the atc automatically will give to me authorization to ask for landing , I will do nothing to try a pattern

for that I told you if you fly the base or near, the radio goes automatically and mess up the things, for that I did that triangle

there!! I can land, and the menu has changed with this options

now I will do nothing and you we´ll see how the tower tell me that check my landing gear and clear to land

I don´t like how it´s programmed this ATC but is in this way...

there you see the ATC, now I only can abort, and now ATC thinks I am going to land, but I am not landing, the ATC will lie to my and send my aabort due occupied runway

and now I can again use the landing options

now when I get on final I have to ask for request landing, on final is when you already have the same heading that the runway have

turning to final, and now when heading to the runway I will ask for perrmision

remember this is all in realistic mode, but in easy radios will not difiere

if you use it before this point you will notice the ATC will not respond to you,

now that I am at low altitude, the ATC give a second message after the check landing gear

if you abort with out the menu, the ATC will do the same, lie to you telling you the runway is occupied

automatically the ATC will give us the permission to go to the parking area

the menu only show the request takeoff, and now is the ATC message

there is no more use with the radio comms

this is really easy as you can see, in real life, there are a few channels of radio for an airbase, tower, approach, ground, at least 3 frequencies, as you can see it is not implemented

I hope you liked the tutorial, this video works for all planes not only the mirage, give a like subscribe, and be happy chao chao

Homework: citizenship education

Hey! This is Yann

Leave a message and I might call you back

Hey! What's up?

Hi!

Um, I'm on the citizenship homework and I don't get it.

I'm stuck on question 3.

Is Yann with you?

Yann?

Why are you asking?

Didn't you head off to Tom's earlier?

We did!

But I didn't stay long, I left straight away.

Ok then

By the way, did you know that Sarah's wears fake eyelashes?

Like, she's got false eyelashes?

I swear! Take a look at Ingrid's photo on Insta.

Like, that girl thinks she's Kim Kardashian

Whoa...

But they don't suit her at all, right?

Seriously, that girl is mental.

You're seriously gonna spend all night stalking Ingrid's Insta?

I really think you should speak with her.

Ah! I'll leave you to it, Yann's here.

Really?

What're you gonna do?

Right... awkward! See ya!

Are you dumb? My mum's not here.

Come through the door.

It looks like you wanna die.

You were online, I rang you.

Sorry, I had no battery left.

Why didn't you charge it?

I didn't stop off at home.

Where were you?

At Tom's!

But wait...

You were at Tom's until just now?

But like, I just spoke to Lucas and he said that you guys left ages ago.

Yeah, well, he left but not me.

Ok.

You don't trust me?

I do.

No you don't!

Yes, yes I trust you.

Say it, say it.

I trust you!

- You sure? - Yeah I'm sure!

Crap, you're so much heavier than you look.

You're not exactly the most hench guy around.

Wait.

8 out of 20? So you didn't get 10?

Yeah, so what?

- 8? - Yeah alright, give me that!

That's not too great!

The psychological meaning of the term "guilt" is the feeling of...

Alright, give me that now!

....when we've done something bad.

It's alright, you'll do better.

8? 10? No worries, you're worth 16.

- 16? - Yeah 16.

- Only 16? - Well, 17 if you want...

But perfection is worthless.

Ah alright.

Britain's Giant Airship: R.101 - Duration: 16:58.

This model shows the largest airship of its time -- and perhaps the grandest, the most

luxurious craft ever to fly.

This is the British Airship R.101 built between 1924 and 1930 -- it was Britain's answer

to Germany's Zeppelin.

To give you an idea of its size compare it to this 747 -- one of the largest planes flying

today -- this miniature jet is the same scale as the airship model -- but the airship is

over 500 feet longer.

Now, the engineering of this airship fascinates me so much that . . .

...I wrote a book telling its story.

So, in this video I'll draw on the research for that book and use some of the old magazine

articles, newspaper clippings and . . .

... photos that I've gather over the last decade to

reveal the design choices of the ship's engineers, the daily life of a crew member,

and the opulence of the passenger areas.

But first, let's look at the grand plan for this airship.

It was to fly a regular route from England to India, connecting the countries in five

days -- ten days faster than by sea.

The airship's air rival, the plane, linked London to Karachi, then in India, in sixteen

days--but with frequent stops to refuel.

This airship was one of two built by Britain about a decade after the end of the war, when

they embarked on an ambitious airship building program.

They constructed the airship R.101, but also R.100 -- the "R" stands for "rigid"

-- which were to carry 50 passengers at a cost close to that of first class

in an ocean liner.

One proponent estimated a ticket from Australia to the United Kingdom would cost ten pounds.

The British spend over two million pounds in the 1920s to create commercial airships.

Their competitor was Germany's Graf Zeppelin.

It was forty feet longer, but R.101 had a larger cross section and so held 30 percent

more hydrogen and carried more passengers.

To put these ships in perspective here's the Hindenburg,

built about seven years after R.101.

The British intended R.101 and its sibling ship to be the first of a fleet.

Ultimately the British envisioned an "all-red girdle of air transport" that reached more

than halfway round the globe

-- red was the striking color of Empire territories on official maps.

Now, this map illustrates that vision.

At the bottom, in the legend, it reads: "Possible Imperial Airship Routes."

The British envisioned using airships to link the far-flung corners of their colossal Empire.

It covered a quarter of the world and encompassed a fifth of its population.

R.101 promised British dominance of the air: to rule the skies as British Dreadnoughts

ruled the seas.

They planned an infrastructure of towers centered on the Royal Airship Works: West to Canada

-- Halifax, Ottawa and Quebec.

And then south to Cairo, Karachi -- at the time in India -- Cape Town, Mombasa and Melbourne

in Australia.

This vision might seem grand to us today because we often think of lighter-than-air craft as

a novelty -- a hot-air balloon or the blimps used to cover the Super Bowl -- but these

are mere shadows of the greatest of all lighter-than-air craft . . ..

. . the airship.

Unlike an airship, balloon and blimps are both pressure vessels: their shape is maintained

by the pressure of the lifting gas.

In contrast, in an airship like R.101, it's shape is formed by a metal framework.

The metal skeleton houses the hydrogen-filled balloons, called gas bags, that lift the ship.

These bags are protected by a cloth cover stretched across the framework.

The cloth cover is not, of course, gas-tight, it's purpose, instead, is to keep wind,

rain, and sun from damaging the gas bags.

This structure enables an airship to travel faster and heft a much larger payload than

a blimp or balloon.

To construct such a craft required clever engineering in the 1930s, an era before plastics.

This is best reflected in the ship's fifteen giant gas bags that held over five million

cubic feet of hydrogen -- enough to lift about 170 tons.

To construct these gas bags the engineering staff searched for a material that was

impermeable to hydrogen -- a small molecule that is notoriously difficult to contain -- yet they also needed

a material that was lightweight, flexible, yet durable.

They investigated rubber, and viscose, an early synthetic fabric, coated with latex,

but when crumpled then inflated, each of these materials cracked and leaked.

So they settled for the traditional material used to construct airship gas bags . . .

. . . oxen. More specifically, part of the intestine of an ox.

The outside of an ox's intestine is lined with a fine membrane, called the cecum, which

is thin and flexible, and through which hydrogen seeps only slowly.

The grisly work of fabricating the gas bags

was done by the women of the Royal Airship Works.

In a room reeking of rotting meat, they soaked intestines, scraped away lumps of fat with

blunt knives, soaked the skins overnight, and then scraped again.

And then glued the pieces into larger and larger sheets -- no stitching, unlike for

zeppelins -- until they had enough to wrap about an air-filled form to construct a

gas bag.

To appreciate the magnitude of their task consider how many entrails were needed to

make a bag.

The cecum of an ox is about thirty inches by six inches, a little over a square foot,

yet one of R.101's gas bags when spread flat covers 30,000 square feet -- a square

about 175 feet on a side.

So, inside that yellow circle -- the tiny dash -- is a single cecum.

So, in total they glued together for a typical gas bag some 50 or 60 thousand entrails to

create a double-walled gas bags that held 37,500 cubic feet of hydrogen, yet weighed

a mere 30 pounds.

Flammable hydrogen to fill these bags seems a poor choice for an airship, compared to

inert helium -- in principle helium lifts 93% of the weight hefted by hydrogen.

You would think the lift would drop by only 7%,

which would be a small cost to pay for safety.

Yet, for a commercial airship, hydrogen is the only choice: it allows a lighter and thus

less expensive airship to be built.

Here's why.

Let's look at the lift of R.101 with both hydrogen and helium.

A ship like R.101 carries about five million cubic feet of lifting gas, that's a gross

lift of a little over 177 tons for hydrogen and for helium about 93% of that lift, or

about 165 tons.

But that's for pure hydrogen and pure helium.

In practice the purity is less than 100%, especially for helium and so you lose several

tons, which means helium lifts only about 88% of the amount lifted by hydrogen.

Now, let's calculate the amount of payload available.

The airship's framework weighs about 113 tons.

Next, the essential crew, fuel and so on needed to operate the airship take up another

44 tons.

So, in the case of hydrogen that leaves 13 tons of payload -- lift for passengers, fuel,

freight and so on, the stuff that makes an airship commercial -- while for helium that

net payload is an astonishing minus 7 tons.

That is, the airship could not left a payload, in fact, in this example -- which is typical

-- it could not even lift the crew and fuel.

In addition, helium was tremendously expensive, some seventy times the cost of hydrogen.

Typically helium was captured at gas wells in the United States and shipped to the United

Kingdom, while hydrogen was produced on-site from steam.

The Royal Airship Works used the Lane Process, in which steam was reduced to hydrogen by

passing it over metallic iron at a high temperature.

Once lifted by the hydrogen, the airship flew at an altitude of about 2,000 feet and at

maximum of about sixty miles per hour.

The ship was powered by five heavy-oil engines housed in cars underneath the airship: two

in the front ... two near the middle … and one near the tail.

Each engine was attended by an engineer.

In the rear engine car was Joe Binks.

He's on the right here dressed in his flying suit.

For eight hours at a time Binks kept the engines in repair as he waited for orders from the

control car.

The orders were communicated via a dial labeled standby, slow, half throttle, or full throttle

-- a rotating pointer indicated the proper action, the pointer's rotation was punctuated

by a bell.

Binks worked under harsh conditions.

This illustration from a popular magazine makes it seem roomy, but in reality he couldn't

stand up full height.

This photo of the car being built makes clear how little room Binks had: The man sitting

down shows where Binks could walk, or more often shimmy along the floor, to work on the

engine.

The man in the center stands where the engine will be placed.

In this photo with the engine installed, you can see the narrow space on either side where

Binks worked.

Imagine working within a few inches from this 650 horsepower monster -- it was originally

mounted on a locomotive -- it filled the car with a sound so deafening that Binks filled

his ears with plasticine and cotton to protect his hearing.

Yet as amazing as this is, the most stunning moment of his day was getting to and from

work: As the airship zipped along at 60 plus miles per hour, Joe Binks climbed from the

belly of the ship, down a ladder into the car.

The propeller spun with such force that its prop wash could lift him parallel to the ground,

turning him into a human flag tethered only by his tenuous grip.

Not only did the British develop this novel airship, they also created the necessary infrastructure.

For example, to land this giant ship, the British developed a mooring tower because

they thought ground landing too difficult for an airship of this size, although Germany

always used ground landings for its zeppelins.

The ship approached the tower, dragging a cable, which was then hooked to the tower

cables on the ground.

And then, at the tower's base, steam-powered winches pulled the ship toward the tower.

In fifteen or twenty minutes R.101 latched to an arm extending from the tower.

And then there was a flurry of activity inside the tower head as crew secured the ship.

The mooring tower could withstand a thirty-ton pull at its top.

Each of its four legs was embedded in a piece of concrete about twelve feet square that

extended six feet into the ground.

The tower offered an easy way to supply the airship with water, fuel, and hydrogen.

Huge pumps at the base could lift 5,000 gallons of water per hour and pump fuel at 2,000 gallons

per minute from the 10,000-gallon tank buried in the ground near the tower.

At the tower passengers boarded via a flexible bridge; they had a chill-inducing view of

the ground 170 feet below.

Yet their boarding could be even more thrilling: wheels on the bottom of the bridge allowed

it to revolve around the tower as the ship swung with the wind.

Unlike the Zeppelins that preceded it, R.101 had a novel feature: The passenger rode inside

the body of the ship, not in a car hung from the ship.

They built in an elegant dining room.

The cutlery and tableware were blazoned with the Royal Airship Works crest.

As passengers dined, the airship's steward stood against a wall with his back straight

and his chin raised -- his appearance was "spick and span," said a crew member.

He planned and organized the meals: his goal was seven-course meals comparable to those

of the best London hotels.

A large, brightly lit lounge the size of a tennis court spanned the width of the airship.

Its polished wood floor gleamed in the sunlight that spilled through giant windows

port and starboard.

On this floor the airship's designers planned for passengers to fox trot all night as the

airship flew to India.

At the end of each lounge were the ships' masterstroke . . . the promenade decks . As

passengers relaxed there they enjoyed a stunning panoramic view of the ground through large

glass windows tilted at forty-five degrees.

Beyond the passengers quarters R.101 had an unusual feature for an airship . . .

. . . :a smoking room . . .

. . . even though the ship carried over five million cubic feet of flammable hydrogen.

On these delicate gas bags rested many hopes and dreams,

yet the ship was not up to the task.

The Royal Airship's technical staff concluded, after studying data from R.101's test flights

over the United Kingdom, that the ship didn't have the lift to fly to India:

it was too heavy.

Partly this was because R.101 deviated from the time-tested principles used in zeppelins.

An airship framework of that era was composed of a series of rings.

Zeppelin engineers built strong yet light frameworks from thin, flexible circular rings,

which were then stiffened by radial wires drawn taut -- the wires functioned like the

spokes of a bicycle wheel.

In R.101 the wires were eliminated, and the rings were made much thicker.

This resulted in a heavier framework.

This decreased the amount of lift available for fuel so much so that on R.101's

return trip from India, the technical staff calculated that the ship would not be able

to complete the first leg of the 2,800-mile journey from Karachi to Ismailia.

R.101's fuel, they estimated, would run out over the desert in Saudi Arabia; the ship

would float with its engines stalled 500 miles or so from the mooring tower in Egypt.

To ensure that such a failure would not occur, the technical staff devised an audacious plan.

In this photo you can see the results of that plan.

At the top is the airship in late June and at the bottom six weeks later: the ship has

been lengthened from 735 to 777 feet.

The technical staff split the ship in two, inserted a section of framework and added

a gas bags to gain enough lift to carry fuel.

A short time after R.101 was split in two and lengthened it departed the Royal Airship

Works for India.

The airship departed the mooring tower on October 4th a few minutes after 6:30 p.m.

Greenwich mean time.

On board were 54 people: Forty-eight crew or members of the Royal Airship Works, and

the rest observers and dignitaries, including Britain's Secretary of State for Air.

The purpose of this flight was to demonstrate R.101's ability to travel to India, but

as it travelled across England, over the Channel and into France, the ship encountered bruising

winds and pelting rain.

Winds so fierce that often it travelled at a ground speed of only thirty miles per hour.

At a few minutes past two in the morning about 40 miles (64 kilometers) north of Paris, R.101

chopped through the turbulent air at an altitude of 1,200 feet, just below a layer of clouds.

The cover on top of the airship split open, the ship pitched down, the ship's crew used

the elevators to restore the ship to horizontal.

It was now 500 feet above the ground.

The control car signaled for the engine power to be cut and R.101 dove nose first to the

ground, then slide into a grove of hazel and oak trees.

It burst into flames as navigational flares ignited the hydrogen.

The imposing R.101, the great machine to connect the vast geographic sweep of the British Empire,

was now a tangle of debris on the ground.

Only the rudder at the stern still stood tall.

Rags and strips of fabric hung from it and fluttered in the wind, the center section

rocking on its hinges, swinging aimlessly.

Sixty feet in the air, at the tip of the stern, almost untouched by any flames, the ship's

RAF Ensign flapped in the wind -- the Union Jack on the flag was partly burned, but the

RAF roundel was intact.

Long gone from most of the framework were the delicate gas bags and plasticized cloth

cover -- both vaporized by the raging fire.

The polished metal exterior of a crushed engine car glistened in the flames.

The collision with the ground rotated the car 180 degrees,

its propeller now facing the wrong way.

From this debris, a charred crew member rose, but then fell back into the flames.

Inside an engineer, his body carbonized, still clutching a wrench in his hand.

The ground was littered with everyday articles: suitcases, fur-lined boots, charred shaving

brushes, a tin of cigarettes, and a ticking watch.

The stores were strewn on the ground: a few loaves of bread, and a still-labeled tin of

plums, its juice leaking from the can.

After a few moments the only sound was the hiss of rain evaporating as it struck the

smoldering wreckage.

One of the few survivors -- only six of the fifty-four survived -- was Joe Binks from

the rear engine car.

The rest were buried in a communal grave near the Royal Airship Works in the United Kingdom.

Each coffin was adorned with a small label fabricated from the metal of R.101's framework.

Fourteen of the plates bore names, but the others were never identified in the wreckage.

Their coffins read: "To the memory of the unknown airman who died on October 5th."

There's a little bit more to the story: in a sense the airship flew again.

The wreckage of R.101 was hacked to pieces using blow torches, chisels and metal saws.

The compacted eighty-ton framework was transported to Sheffield, where it was melted to scrap,

and then sold to the Zeppelin Company.

They used it to create the zeppelin LZ 129, an airship better known as . . .

the Hindenburg.

what's an area that you came here with

that it's time to break through what's

an area your life that is not the way

you want it

what is it gets you up in the morning it

gets you excited what you want to do as

a kid how would you really go and make

an impact on the world for me the

world's biggest problems are the world's

biggest business opportunities when I

become a billionaire and help with

billion people there is nothing we

cannot do it's really a matter of

setting a focus goal because without a

target you'll miss it every time picking

a target and then picking the steps

along the way and realizing that all the

resources all the capital all the

expertise is there but ultimately it's

only going to be tapped if that target

is in your heart and your soul I think

the challenge is a lot of people don't

know what their vision is they don't

know exactly what hit them

they think they know but they haven't

really written it down they haven't told

the world or at least they're close

network of friends they're just like

well I'm supposed to have a good job I'm

supposed to be doing something inspiring

that they're not specifically saying and

specifically been intentional about it

ultimately the thing that stops you is

your mindset either you don't take the

risk you don't believe you truly can and

then the option there is to take it

incrementally take a first step to me

failure in life is not not having money

it's not realizing your potential you're

60 years old and you said I could have

been this and I never did it that's like

the worst thought I think anybody

can have and you don't think about it in

the moment because your life is okay but

you've got to wake up and understand

that there's an urgency here and that if

you're not practicing something now if

you're not aware if you don't have a

path towards something better you're

rotting on the vine and and that day of

reckoning will come at some point and it

will be painfully

my mother beat the shit out of me she

loved me she was freaked out I was gonna

leave I was a source of everything I

blamed her for all the beauty of my life

I play more that I have that woman have

in my life because I cherished my life

because I know what the opposite is I

blame him for the capacity of feel and

care

I blame with my insatiable hunger to end

suffering for anything I can because I

suffered a ton if she'd been the mother

I had wanted I would not be the man I'm

proud to be embrace pain pain is

something to embrace if there's no

resistance to you you're not gonna get

anywhere in life problems are what make

us flow problems what sculpt our soul

problems are what make us become more if

we could realize that life is always

happening for us not to us

you want to get better you want a

self-improve stop looking for a shortcut

and go find your alarm clock find your

discipline and fling it your guts and

your passion at your drive and find it

you will weep want to believe that there

are shortcuts to success we want to

believe we can take a drug or we can do

something that will make it quick and

easy but the truth is it takes grit it

takes persistence it's the people like

Thomas Edison who had no education who

came from very poor background who

really end up making it in life because

they are persistent and they don't

settle for anything remotely mediocre

it is a quick path and there are no

shortcuts

meditation won't get you there and

neither will a miracle drug or an

organic supplement or some superfood

getting better isn't a hack or a trick

or one change that you need to make

getting better isn't campaign it's a

campaign it's a daily or weekly it's an

hourly fight an incessant fight that

doesn't stop against weakness and

against temptation and against laziness

it's a campaign of discipline can't pain

INTER-CROTONE | Extra Time - Duration: 5:49.

Good evening Nerazzurri fans and welcome along to another episode of Extra Time,

our Monday night slot in the company of Massimo Paganin. Hi Massimo.

Hi Federica, hi Alby as ever. Good evening everyone.

Good evening to Alberto Santi.

Hi Federica, hi Massimo and welcome along everyone.

Let's get straight into the topics of today's show.

"Two months without a win" for Luciano Spalletti's Inter.

"The potential to change formation".

"The options with Rafinha".

Bologna are Inter's next opponents, once again at San Siro.

We look at how Donadoni's team changes without Simone Verdi, out through injury.

Let's immediately see how the table looks after Week 23 of Serie A.

The table is incomplete because it doesn't include Lazio's result.

Napoli lead the way and Juventus are second

but Inter are still in fourth despite everything.

That's what we need to build upon, Massimo, isn't it?

Absolutely. It's a tough spell, as I keep saying,

and it's a shame I've had to keep saying it for so many weeks now.

Regardless of everything, Inter have only lost twice this term

and are still there in fourth position.

Problems are there to be overcome

and they force you to find the strength within to get past them.

That's true for all walks of life. Football is ultimately just a game.

It's an important one but it's a game at the end of the day.

Sportsmen are people that have to push their boundaries.

There needs to be a reaction from the team

because, on the basis of their last two games,

they're not a side you expect to challenge for a big target,

namely Champions League qualification.

What options can a player like Rafinha offer Spalletti?

He provides a lot of options

because he can operate in central midfield, on the wing or in the hole,

both in a 4-2-3-1 and a 4-3-3.

We'll see what idea Spalletti has in mind.

However, when Rafinha came on, we saw something new this season,

with the team switching to a 4-3-1-2.

There are players in this side that have really settled into a specific position.

Here we can clearly see Rafinha between the lines.

Here, meantime, we see the midfield diamond,

with Borja Valero at the base, Vecino and Brozovic either side

and Rafinha in behind Eder and Perisic.

I was encouraged by the performance of Rafinha, who tried to get on the ball a lot.

This is the chance he created according to the Opta statistics,

with the ball curled in towards Perisic who can't climb high enough.

This was the only time Inter moved the ball quickly on the edge of the box.

They win the ball back with determination,

lay it off to the right and there's movement off the ball.

Eder ends up in an offside position but, because he runs into space behind,

the defenders are forced to track him to a certain extent,

they drop off and that creates space for Rafinha to get a shot off.

Eder ultimately becomes active because he ducks.

However that was arguably the only time in the second half that Inter

tried to move the ball quickly and get runners forward.

They looked for a breakthrough and that was the best opening of the second period

albeit the referee stopped play because it was offside.

Rafinha is a modern midfielder

because he can operate both in a midfield two, three and in the hole.

He has great technical ability and he comes from a club where the ball is always on the deck

and they play a lot of passes.

This could really help the team.

He needs to adapt and the team need to help him out too.

As you correctly pointed out, he joins a squad

and he's not yet fit enough to withstand 90 minutes so he can't start just yet.

However I believe he can really play his part off the bench

and change the complexion of the side because he plays just off the striker.

We face Bologna next. How do Donadoni's side set up?

They play with a 4-3-3 or a 4-3-1-2. That's their tactical shape.

It depends on which players start the match,

if they play with Di Francesco wide. Krejci can also operate on the flank.

They can go with two wingers pushed on and a striker, which is usually Mattia Destro

although Donadoni's mixed things up recently with Rodrigo Palacio.

However Destro is more of a centre forward than Palacio is.

The midfield three normally sees Pulgar sitting in front of the back four,

while the two either side can vary.

He can go with Poli and Donsah.

Dzemaili, who they signed recently, can also play there.

He can also play in central midfield because he's really come on a lot.

Bologna give a lot away at the back because they tend to switch off

and afford the opposition plenty of space.

Inter need to make the most of that.

There are players who are still developing like Masina, who's 24.

He's still learning the game.

Often though they switch off and allow the opposition to get shots off.

Bologna are really starting to concede a lot of goals.

Pres. Moon meets with Estonian President Kersti Kaljulaide, leaders agree to boost bilateral... - Duration: 2:07.

President Moon Jae-in has a series of bilateral summits with visiting global leaders lined

up.

First of many more to come: a meeting with his Estonian counterpart.

Hwang Hojun zooms in on the liberal leader's olympic diplomacy.

President Moon Jae-in held a summit meeting with his Estonian counterpart, President Kersti

Kaljulaid on Tuesday.

The two leaders agreed to improve bilateral cooperation in various areas, including cyber

defense and fostering of startup businesses.

President Kaljulaid is the first head of state arriving in South Korea for the PyeongChang

Winter Olympics.

In fact, she is the first Estonian leader ever to visit South Korea since the two countries

established diplomatic ties 27 years ago.

President Moon said President Kaljulaid's first ever visit to Korea will be a great

milestone in their bilateral relationship.

"This year Estonia commemorates 100 years of independence, while South Korea celebrates

its hosting of the PyeongChang Winter Olympics.

I think it's significant for the Estonian president to visit our country during a time
