My feet look pretty nice.
I don't know what's about to come off of them.
[Amber] I literally shed all this.
[Catie] New skin underneath.
Wow, look at that skin.
(upbeat music)
We had some requests from some ipsters.
So we are gonna test out a possible way to
get baby soft feet with disclaimer,
if you're not a fan of feet, we are gonna get up
close and real with some today.
I made the mistake of watching a foot
peel video prior to this.
It's like the pimple popping videos,
like you just can't look away and you just have
to keep watching it until it's over.
Feet are not the worst thing ever but they're
not the best thing ever.
I'm just nervous because my feet look pretty nice.
My toes like where it rubs up against the shoe
and then my heels are kind of gross.
I am a shorty, I'm five, two so I
really enjoy wearing heels.
You can probably knock on them and they'll make a sound.
It's lavender scented.
What?
You have to leave it on your feet for an hour?
This photo though is really extreme.
I'm so glad I don't have a man.
That way he doesn't have to look at these.
I'm kind of confused.
Uh, this feels really weird.
They honestly feel so disgusting.
Like jello and saliva.
They just feel really soft like they
already feel like baby feet.
It's like my heels are a little dry.
No peeling or anything yet.
I took my shoes off, took my socks off and they still
look like the same feet with a bad pedicure.
It's a little wrinkly, that's about it.
My feet started to get really wrinkly.
The bottom of my feet is starting to have weird wrinkles.
I'm starting to question things.
Pretty much look at my day one, expecting
like some massive peelage and ugly looking dead skin by now.
Pretty much all the dry kind of rough areas
started peeling by themselves.
It doesn't look super scary.
Outside is kind of the skin before the peel
and then right here is the new skin underneath.
They started to look dry.
My foot never looks like this even if it's dry
so this joint is peeling.
Ew!
They look crusty.
I went out to get coffee with my mom,
we were sitting outside and she looked down at my feet.
[Mom] There's something wrong with it.
So she saw the top was peeling off and she
was freaking out.
Is it a burn?
You have to take it to the dermatologist.
It's a foot peel treatment.
Oh.
I felt like a human lizard.
It's working now.
It was kind of dry, looked like dandruff a little bit.
Dry, they are dry.
Maybe it's 'cause they're peeling but they're dry.
Okay, they're not really peeling.
I don't know what's happening.
It's just all coming off by itself.
I haven't had to you know, do anything by myself.
Just make sure I wear socks when other people are around me.
Looks like dinosaur scales.
You know it's real love when your hubby helps
you peel your foot.
[Husband] Oh, yeah!
I got a good one.
[Amber] Oh my gosh.
I literally shed all this.
At the end of our foot journey.
Me and my beautiful feet.
I showed y'all they did not peel.
Super easy.
There was nothing like really gross
or nothing complicated at all.
So here are my feet at the end of the process.
All that dry kind of dead, rough skin that was around
my heels and then around the balls of my feet are gone.
Kind of feels like I have new feet now.
Little bit of peeling happening.
Peeling is pretty much done.
My skin actually feels like skin again.
A little crusty.
Overall, I really thought they were
gonna peel and they didn't.
There was nothing I had to do extra to you know,
keep cleaning my feet off.
My feet were rock solid, really calloused.
Now my feet feel really nice and soft.
Wow!
I would definitely do it again.
This product would be perfect for people
that have super rough, calloused feet.
Maybe an athlete or someone whose
just always on their feet.
It feels really gross but you only have
it on for an hour and then everything happens by itself
so I would say it's worth it.
Why not?
Just try it.
(water splashing and humming)

How Do We Communicate With Our Inner Being and Our Loved Ones - Duration: 5:33.
How Do We Communicate With Our Inner Being and Our Loved Ones
By Carole Wildman
Is it possible for us to tune in to our inner being and communicate with loved ones who
have transitioned?
We all have our own inner guidance system.
Many call it God, our higher power, higher consciousness, spirit guide and so on, yet
most acknowledge that there is something more than our physical bodies that we can
tune into and receive guidance from.
Abraham describes this as, a part of you who does exist, who is aware of you, and who
is offering a vibration that you can feel resonance with.
In this article, as in the video above, I refer to this as our inner being.
Becoming Connected When we acknowledge and know that something
is there we move closer to it, yet our doubts will keep us from it.
The way in which we are able to move closer is through our emotions.
During the course of our life, we have asked for many, many things and these things are
now in what Abraham calls our vortex.
They have been evolving for us and are ready for us; yet only to the degree that we are
ready to receive them.
As well as stuff, one of the things we may ask for is more direct communication
with our inner being.
Yet when we ask questions to which we do not know the answer, and we focus on the fact
that we do not know the answer, we are then prone to remain more on a vibration with the
question rather than the answer!
We can help ourselves to tune in and be ready to receive by becoming vibrationally prepared,
and in a receptive mode.
The easiest and fastest way to get into the receptive mode is through meditation.
Receive Dont Judge Receiving often comes to us in the form of
impulses.
When we quieten our minds through meditation then impulses may come to us.
This could be to go to a particular place for example, and if we follow through on that
impulse we can watch what happens.
Maybe we will exchange a really nice smile with someone and that could be it, or maybe
it could be more.
It is important not to pass judgement on how well you receive, or how important what you
received was.
Instead, if something occurs to you, in an attitude of faith, follow it out.
Our inner being only gives us what we are ready for
It is important not to try to be ready before we are ready.
We dont need all these things NOW.
What we need is to chill out and be resonant with our inner being who adores us.
When it is our dominant intention to feel good, then we are more and more ready, and
our inner being will find playful, wonderful ways to lead us to situations where our desires
can manifest.
We can begin to feel our invincibility, our worthiness, and our power.
Abraham assures us that if we do this receiving and following, then it will not be long before
you are able:
to acknowledge the exact correlation between your open receptive mind and the thought that
came to you, and your ability to translate that vibration into more and meatier, satisfying
thoughts.
It just gets better and better and better.
Communicating with Loved Ones who have Transitioned to Non-Physical
Often we wish to communicate with loved ones who have made their transition, but it is
important firstly that we start with something easier.
We may begin by acknowledging that our inner being exists, enjoying our quieted mind through
meditation and the feeling of nothingness and no resistance, of being at one with who
we are.
Soon we will find that anything that is important to us, we can receive, and from our loved
ones this is again often received as impulses.
Abraham assures us that we have a misunderstanding about dead people.
There arent any!
They are just more alive!
They are there for us in support and knowing and they want us to find our resonance so
we can also know that we can be or do or have anything that we choose.
No Regrets and Changing the Past When we make our transition we leave behind
all the stuff that we picked up along our physical trail and become the vibrational
equivalent of what is in our vortex.
There are no regrets about things we have done or not done.
Our inner being is always living in the now and is always looking forward from where you
are now to whats in the process of evolving.
There is no regret.
There is no looking back.
When we stand in our now, fully connected to our source, and not some separated part
of us worried about stuff, we can consider things which we have lived, and our perspective
from the whole of us and our source absolutely changes our past.
Changing the Past When we stand in the here and now in our physical
bodies and we feel sorrow in our present moment we can know that this is evidence that we
have separated from our inner being and what our inner being knows, and we are in that
moment disconnected from source.

OPCW Investigators Reportedly Found No Evidence Of Chemical Weapons At Syrian Facilities Bombed
By US
by Tyler Durden
While it will likely take the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons weeks
or even months to issue their final report on the alleged gas attack in Douma (an attack
for which journalists and other independent parties have failed to find any evidence),
the organization's investigators have apparently spoken with Russian military officials after
visiting the site of the Barzeh research center in Damascus - one of the three facilities
targeted by the strikes.
The Barzah Research and Development Center in Damascus, Syria, before it was struck by
coalition forces on Saturday.
This satellite image, taken Monday morning, shows the Barzah Research and Development
Center in Damascus after it was struck by coalition forces.
At the time we noted Paul Craig Roberts' 'awkward question' to Washington's warmongers:
If this were true, would not a lethal cloud have been released that would have taken the
lives of far more people than claimed in the alleged Syrian chemical attack on Douma?
Would not the US missile attack be identical to a chemical weapons attack and thus place
the US and its vassals in the same category as Washington is attempting to place Assad
and Putin?
And now, according to Sputnik, the investigators, who spoke with Russian General Staff Col.
Gen. Sergey Rudskoy, revealed that they had found no evidence of chemical weapons in the
remains of research facilities that were supposedly integral to the Syrian Army's chemical weapons
program.
Of course, this shouldn't come as a surprise: After all, if the US, France and the UK really
did bomb a building filled with chemical weapons, there would've been thousands - possibly tens
of thousands - of bodies to show for it.
"Immediately after the attacks, many people who worked at these destroyed facilities and
just bystanders without any protective equipment visited them.
None of them got poisoned with toxic agents," Rudskoy said.
Rudskoy said there was similarly scant evidence of chemical weapons exposure at the Han Shinshar
facility, located in the province of Homs.
Russia registered only seven missiles had struck the facility, while the Pentagon claimed
that it had successfully fired 22 missiles.
Russia has previously claimed that only 71 of 103 missiles launched by the coalition
made it past Syria's antiquated air defenses.
"According to the statements of the Pentagons representatives, 22 missiles hit the above-ground
facilities.
We registered no more than seven hits, which is shown in the space image," he told a briefing.
Furthermore, the Russian Reconciliation Center for Syria said its representatives had questioned
local doctors and investigated the site of the attacks.
The doctors confirmed that they hadn't recently treated any patients with signs of exposure
to chemical agents, and investigators searching the area found nothing suspicious.
Moscow had said the April 7 gas attack that purportedly took place in Douma, part of the
Eastern Ghouta region that was recently reclaimed following a military victory over the last
rebel forces in the area, was in fact staged by the White Helmets, an NGO that supports
US interests in Syria under the guise of altruism.
While the US has refused to share the supposedly "slam dunk" evidence that the Syrian government
was behind the attack, US and French authorities have cited videos posted to YouTube by the
White Helmets as sufficient proof of an attack.
But as Ron Paul argued in a recent column, even if the Syrian army did carry out the
gas attack in Douma, evidence of this still wouldn't justify the US, UK and France bombing
targets inside a foreign country.
The Syrian civil war has been a bloody one.
Hundreds of thousands of combatants (and tens of thousands of civilians) have been blown
up by airstrikes, ripped to pieces by shrapnel or mutilated and murdered in some other grotesque
fashion.
The problem is, the US intervention wasn't motivated by humanitarian instincts - rather,
Washington's outrage is very selective and politically motivated.
We are not the policemen of the world, Paul added.
Bad leaders do terrible things all the time - and this is true even in the US.
The US has neither the moral authority - or the money - to carry out overseas bombings.
Especially now that it has become clear the Trump administration didn't have sound evidence
of an attack, the hasty decision to resort to force was a foolish one.

2 THINGS YOU NEED TO DO BEFORE EXPORTING IN LIGHTROOM CLASSIC - Duration: 2:50.
Welcome to today's video, today's video I am going to be covering two important
things that I think that you will need to be doing before you export your
photos in Adobe Lightroom cc Classic. Let me know down below in the comments if
you guys want me to teach you how I got this effect of my photo inside of Adobe
Lightroom cc classic I would love to make a video for you guys but I want to
know if you guys want to make it and then want it so leave a comment down
below and let's get right into the two things that I think are very important
right before you export your photos in Adobe Lightroom classic CC. Now these
tips are going to be showing you guys how to not over or under expose a
section of your photo, as well as previewing your photo in a better way. So
let's get right into these and the first one is making sure you do not clip any
of your darks or your highlights do not go too overboard, if you go up to the
histogram over here going on the one on the left that little triangle in the top
left corner if you click on that you will see constantly the fully blacks I
have zero detail in them in your photo and you can adjust those in your editing.
Once those blacks are gone they do not show up as blue anymore the same thing
has reds if you have a red patch on your photo it's mostly in skies or something
that's really overexposed you can just bring down that exposure and then once
you bring down your exposure that red will disappear. Now obviously that's
not good so it's not always important to make sure you do not have that because
sometimes your photo just looks better with that on there same thing with the
blacks as long as you do not go overboard and your whole photo isn't
pretty much red or blue or blue you're good but make sure you still have the
key details in your photo as well as these little triangles here that will
show you if you're clipping in the blacks not White's and losing your
detail you can preview your image in a much better way by pressing "L" by
pressing "L" you will get a kind of 50% black background
around your image on all your monitors to preview your photo and like the
highest quality with the black background and you actually previewing your image
in full brightness. Also if you do not like this 50%, you can just press one more
time on the "L" and you only see the image everything around your image is gonna be
black all your monitors if you have multiple monitors they will all be black
until you press "L" one more time and you get back into your normal preview of
your photo in Adobe Lightroom classic CC. So hope you guys can use these two tips
to make sure you preview your images and make sure they are high quality and look
very nice before you export them.
