Let's turn the spotlight to the general public this time.

Where they stand on the event was made clear when the two leaders from South and North

Korea met and shook hands at Panmunjom in the morning.

Thunderous applause and cheers that very moment of contact.

Won Jung-hwan zooms in on how the historic event is perceived by them.

When North Korean leader Kim Jong-un arrived at the Military Demarcation Line... between

the two blue conference buildings,... he was greeted by a smiling South Korean President

Moon Jae-in.

The historic inter-Korean summit between Moon and Kim began with a handshake at around 9:30

a.m.

This was the first time a North Korean leader has stepped on South Korean soil since the

end of the Korean War.

And that's something seen by many ordinary South Koreans with some emotion.

"I was just passing by the train station, and when I saw the crowd watching the summit

live on television,…

I was very moved."

"This is all very overwhelming.

Unlike the past inter-Korean summits,… watching the North Korean leader crossing the military

demarcation line and coming to the South -- I think that has its own significance."

Kim Jong-un was wearing a black Mao-style suit for his debut on live, international

television.

Millions of people have been watching the summit proceedings around the world, nowhere

perhaps with more interest, though, than here in South Korea.

"I am used to seeing Kim Jong-un through the pre-recorded North Korean clips.

But watching him smiling in front of the press,… it feels like he is a different person."

"For the past few years, we had his image of a cold and stubborn person.

But seeing the way he said hello to our President Moon Jae-in,… it was quite surprising."

And as the leaders entered the Peace House to start their discussions, people expressed

their wishes for a fruitful agreement.

"I hope that denuclearization talks go well through this summit, so that we can contribute

to world peace."

"As an outsider, I can't really say much about it.

But I do feel that there are definitely strong emotions about two nations wanting to come

together, because the people of the two nations in the end are one.

So I just hope for the best and that whatever resolution comes, it will be a result that

everyone will be happy with"

Under the slogan of "Peace, a new start",… they will continue their talks until this

evening when Kim Jong-un heads back North.

It's still too early to guess exactly what kind of agreement will come out of the meeting,...

though of particular interest is to what extent it'll differ from previous deals.

For now, in South Korea, public are welcoming the historic summit.

it comes from the other, I create what we call emotional dependence. And

*Carp Fishing* How to cast long distances with Darrell Peck | Korda 2018 - Duration: 5:44.

You join me today at The Quarry in Chelmsford, Essex,

and it's a lake that I've fished loads as a young lad.

A big lake, a weedy lake

and a reasonably difficult lake for a young lad,

and much of what I learnt then

has probably shaped me as an angler today.

We're gonna talk today about long-range fishing.

And looking at that island as such,

from the road bank, I think it's roughly 110 yards

and from here, roughly 120 yards.

And to fish at that range as a young lad, you know,

with a 15lb mono, 20ml boilie on the end,

it was a big chuck, you know.

And since then obviously I've progressed

and I've learnt how to cast long distances, much further distances.

But today I'm going to show you how to do it more easily,

all the tricks, all the techniques and all the tackle you need

to be able to fish at 120 yards, do it comfortably.

I'm gonna show you a marker float that's really aerodynamic,

casts really well,

the braid for the marker rods, again, really fine, casts beautifully.

And the tapered main line, you know, that gets you around the leader bands

that on many waters restrict how far you can cast

and makes it just that much easier to fish at long-range.

First thing we're gonna talk about is long-range plumbing,

how to find spots at long-range and the equipment I use to do so.

First of all, I've got the new SLR long-range float.

It stands for:

Long, thin, aerodynamic, there's a dart part on the top.

Flies like an absolute dream, but I don't use that immediately.

The first thing that I do when I'm trying to find a spot at long-range,

is I plumb with a bare lead.

This is a probe lead and I try and always use a really heavy lead.

You know, heavier lead transmits more feel up the line

and I'm able to find smaller, clear spots

and I'm able to feel what's going on better when using the heavy lead.

To cast a four-ounce lead really long-range like we are today,

you're looking for a rod of 4¼, 4½lb test curve.

I'm using the Longbow from Daiwa

and it's the marker spod rod, so it can be used for spodding,

can be used for your marker rod.

When choosing a line for your marker set-up,

there's certain things that you want to consider.

First of all, you want zero stretch and braid offers that.

But you need to pick the right type of braid.

You don't want sinking braid.

Sinking braid is generally quite thick and doesn't cast very well.

So for your marker set-up, you want a floating braid, has zero stretch.

What that allows you to do is cast really long-range.

Feel the bottom, and should you pick up any weed, you know,

which is muffling the sensation, it's being transmitted up the line,

with that zero stretch, you can shake it off, get that weed back off the lead,

and then you can continue to plumb.

Obviously, I'm using the Korda marker braid.

It's really fine, really supple, low friction through the rings,

flies out there an absolute dream.

Coupled to that is I add the 50lb Arma Kord leader.

Not only does it give me a bit more security

when generating lots of power in big heavy casts,

but it also enables the float to pop up much easier.

So find a spot with the bare lead, the probe marker lead.

Once you've got that all clipped up, you can then attach the marker float

and find out exactly how deep it is.

Here's my marker float set up.

First thing's first, cut the lead off,

and then I thread on the boom section from the adjustable zig-rig kit.

And that just allows for any sort of minimal weed

to not prevent the float from popping up.

Next from there, I've got a cut-down Heli Sleeve.

It's meant for a helicopter rig, but if you just cut that in half

and then tie the braid to your marker float, onto the swivel,

this little rubber then just perfectly covers that over.

And then it all knits together just like that.

So we've talked about the tackle,

now we're going to talk about the technique to fish at long-range.

And there's a few things that you should be thinking about

when trying to make a long cast.

One is your foot position and weight transfer.

You're starting with the weight on the back foot

and then you're moving it onto the front foot.

You're doing that by having your arms above your head, leaning back,

and then as you go onto the front foot,

that's the moment when the left hand comes in.

It draws the bottom of the rod into your chest and brings the cast round.

So it's weight transfer, arms above your head,

and try and keep the rod as straight as possible when you make the cast.

If you come across sideways like that and you let go too early,

it's like a slice, like in golf.

And if you let go too late, it becomes like a hook.

But if you keep that rod completely straight as it comes over your head,

the lead will fly true, no matter what point you let go at.

Look at that! Spot on.

Obviously, I've done all the plumbing with the bare lead.

I know that's exactly right, it's on the gravel.

Just a case of popping that up, and that will give me a visual marker

to then put my fishing rods to,

to make sure that I'm clipped at exactly the right range.

- Like that. You get that? - Yep.

Well, there you have it.

There's my tips for fishing and marking at long-range.

I'm sure if you apply them to your own fishing,

it'll help you find brilliant spots that you'll certainly catch fish off.

U.S., Japan, China and Russia express hope for successful inter-Korean summmit - Duration: 1:50.

Watching closely the summit between the leaders of the two Koreas,... are some of key regional

players.

Park Se-young shares with us the well-wishes sent by the United States, China, Japan and

Russia... all in the hope the talks lead the resolution of a range of issues.

The White House has welcomed the talks,… expressing hope that the (quote) "historic"

meeting will lead to peace and prosperity on the Korean Peninsula.

The U.S. wished the Korean people well, and said it appreciates the close coordination

with Seoul.

White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders also said the U.S. looks forward to

continuing "robust discussions" with South Korea… in preparation for the planned meeting

between President Trump and Kim Jong-un. Japan praised Seoul's efforts to set up the

summit,… and said it hopes the talks will include "positive" discussions to resolve

the issues of abductions, nuclear weapons and missiles.

But it held back from speculating about any possible outcome amid the ongoing summit.

"We would like to praise the South Korean government for its efforts leading up to this

meeting."

China sent a positive message as well,… expressing hope the talks will lead to good

news and the resolution of issues on the Korean Peninsula.

Russia's foreign ministry sent its "sincere wish" for the success of the inter-Korean

meeting,… adding that it fully supports diplomatic efforts towards Korean reconciliation.

And in the upper house of the Russian legislature, the Foreign Affairs Committee said the resumption

of direct inter-Korean dialogue is encouraging since there's no alternative to it.

But it said an assessment of the meeting's results will be possible only once it ends.

Silverstone RL07 - Čepin NOVI PC #3 - Duration: 4:07.

Greetings team welcome in the third episode of the series „Čepa's new PC".

In the previous you could see Noctua cooling and Silverstone power supply

and today we have a Silverstone RL07 case on the repertoire.

A month ago, on our channel you could meet the RL06 case for which we only have the words of praise.

On the test we have the black and red model of RL07, and as with the predecessor there is a white one

. To make the a trendy one, Silverstone made it with a temperate glass side

as well as a "Red Line" strip on the front.

The glass is held by two screws, so we can then open the side as a window

Also, the glass is coated black on the edges in order to protect fingerprints on glass

The RL07 case is made of high quality metal and plastic that are simply MAGNET for fingerprints

but do not worry a passage of microfiber cloth cleans everything.

On the upper side, we have no air hole, there is only a front panel

that has not suffered any change from the RL06 version

so we have a power button, two USB 3.0, two USB 2.0 and audio ports.

Something that bothering us is a lack of USB C in 2018.

The front side adorns elegant stacks as well as "Red Line" strips.

From the left and right side of the front, we can find air intake holes while underneath it is a huge filter in the magnetic form.

Inside the case we have plenty of space to install all the components without any problems.

After installing all components, the right side of the casing will remain completely clean, which at first glance looks beautiful.

On the back side there are three places for the tool-less SSD installation as well as three racks for hard drives.

For cabling we have 5 holes, two of which come with rubber grommet.

Behind the scene there is more than enough room for organizing cables even with non-modular power supplies.

Silverstone has also provided us with a couple of ties and cables for cable routing

so "NOOBS" will make it perfect.

We drag out the cables without any trouble, and our comment were:

"We never had this kind of neatly case!"

When we talk about air flow, the case has only one PWM fan of 140mm that can be found on the back.

The front has support for installing three 140mm fans, and we do not understand why Silverstone did not include at least one in the package.

The RL07 Case meets requirements for water enthusiasts with the support for the installation of radiators

up to 360mm from the front and a radiator up to 140mm from the back.

Unfortunately, from the top we do not have the possibility of installing any cooling because Silverstone, for unknown reasons, did not leave holes at the top,

Something that has astonished us, is its incredibly lower noise

even if we do not have any sound isolation.

If you love the quiet and clean design this house would be right choice for 100$.

All of us has to agree that this is a great product but it is not that there is no drawbacks.

We would like to see at least one Fan on front side.

Also, the system for mounting graphics cards could have been much better done.

We would like to thank Silverstone, AMD, G.Skill and Noctua

who have provided us to test this case with top components.
