The Importance Of Keeping Your Feet Chakras Balanced - Duration: 2:47.

The Importance Of Keeping Your Feet Chakras Balanced

by Conscious Reminder

A balancer for the chakra of the feet is an essential healing instrument that we all should

have in the medicine kit of our spirituality.

If your feet chakras are giving you issues, you can try using balancers that will smooth

everything out.

The problem is that many of us arent attentive to more than the primary chakras.

We have two levels of chakra below these but we dont think about them often.

Keep reading to find out why you need to care about the chakras of the feet and how using

balancers will help you find stability.

The feet chakras You might have guess by now that feet chakras

always come in twos.

They are present in the arch of each foot and help you stay connected to the Earth by

allowing her energy to flow in and out of you.

If there is a block or if they are too stimulated you will have as sensation of unease, confusion

and disorientation.

These problems will then creep up to the other chakra flows in your body and make things

worse.

This is more important for those living in the West.

Since people of the East are comfortable being seated on the Earth, they are often more grounded

than those who have always lived in the West.

However, sitting on the floor isnt all that it takes to be spiritually healthy.

Balancing and Balancers Here are a variety of techniques you can use

to balance out these chakras.

The easiest method is to walk in a meadow or swim in a pond without wearing your shoes.

By removing this obstruction, the energy of the Earth can flow in and clear out any problems.

But if you are having serious issues, you might have to call in some extra help.

You can get feet chakra balancers.

These are small rocks that work on the chakras and activate their power to heal.

Tape or tie them to your feet or put them in your socks before you go to bed.

They should be touching the arches of your feet.

A few weeks of this will right the balance.

If you are still having difficulty, use them throughout the day.

If your feet hurt then just step on the stones and remain standing on them and you will be

relieved of

the pain.

15 Most Bizarre Things Found In A Backyard - Duration: 6:58.

● If you dig down deep enough, you will find traces of history, covered by the sands

of time.

But what treasures lie waiting to be discovered in your backyard?

What strange items have been thrown over your garden fence?

Here are the most bizarre things found in people's backyards.

15 - Prehistoric shark ● While digging the foundations for a new

conservatory, a family near Washington DC unearthed a section of vertebrae and a large

tooth.

Even though it was Halloween night, paleontologists from the local museum drove out immediately

and confirmed the find as a 15-million year old snaggletooth shark skeleton, a species

which remarkably still exists today.

It was the most complete fossil of its kind, and provided a great insight into its evolutionary

changes 14 - Lois Lane

● In 1996, a family in California spent an afternoon waiting for Superman, when they

found Lois Lane frightened and cowering in their back garden.

Margot Kidder, the actress from the 70s and 80s Superman movies had suffered a manic breakdown

after losing the copy of her autobiography due to a computer virus.

She was found in a paranoid state, and was picked up by the police.

She made a recovery after some time in mental care.

13 - Giant worm ● Worms are gross.

But at least they're small, unless you live in Southern China, apparently.

Forestry worker Li Zhiwei found an earthworm measuring nineteen inches long, which is roughly

the length of your arm.

Zhiwei says he initially mistook the creature for a snake, but now has taken a shine to

the worm and adopted it as a pet.

Biologists are now eager to study how the critter became so large.

12 - Victorian murder victim ● In 1879, widowed schoolteacher Julia Martha

Thomas was murdered in her London house by her maid, Kate Webster.

Webster, who had a long history of crime, killed the old woman and dumped most of her

body in the river Thames.

But for over 130 years, the location of the head remained a mystery until famous British

naturalist Sir David Attenborough found the skull in his garden when renovating his property

nearby in 2010.

11 - Buried Ferrari ● Kids playing outside a house in LA in

1978 heard a metallic thud as they poked into the soil.

They flagged down a police officer, who scrabbled away the dirt to reveal the roof of a car.

An excavation team came in to dig up what turned out to be a Dino 246 GTS Ferrari, valued

at around $70,000 in today's money.

The car had been stolen four years before, but to this day it remains a mystery how and

why the thieves buried it.

10 - WW2 shelter ● During World War Two, German bombers devastated

countless homes across the UK in air raids that left countless people dead or homeless.

To protect themselves against the raids, citizens built corrugated steel bunkers known as Anderson

shelters to hide in at night.

A man in the city of Norwich unearthed one of these shelters in his backyard in 2012,

which contained newspaper cuttings from the era, showing that it had once been occupied

by a frightened family.

9 - $175,000 of weed ● When trying to install solar panels, LA

resident Mack Reed removed the service panel to his hot tub and found a large bundle of

jars containing 175,000 dollars worth of marijuana, sealed and labeled.

Rather than trying to shift the goods himself, he wisely chose to call the police.

After removing the drugs, he taped a poster over the hole, apologising for finding the

stash, and reminding the smuggler that his house was under surveillance.

8 - Cheetah ● Julie-Ann Taylor was busy in her kitchen

in Cambridgeshire, England, when her nine-year-old son came running in shouting "Mummy, there's

a cheetah in the garden".

Julie was surprised to discover that he was telling the truth when she looked out and

saw the 66 pound African cat ripping shreds out of the boy's bicycle.

A call to the police summoned zookeepers who returned the predator the nearby zoo where

it had escaped, hoping to find a tasty human meal.

7 - Her son's remains ● Police in Cleveland received a call from

Pakistan, informing them that the body of a five-year-old boy was buried in the backyard

of Larissa Rodriguez, a 34-year-old mother of nine.

The call came from Larissa's boyfriend's brother, and a police investigation found

the corpse after a three hour dig.

The couple were accused of abuse and neglect of the disabled child, who they hid in their

yard when he passed away, according to court documents.

6 - Roman villa ● In yet another example of the rich, buried

history of Britain, a Englishman found the remains of a 2000-year old Roman villa while

preparing to lay an electricity cable under his farm in rural Wiltshire.

18 inches beneath the muddy topsoil lay a near-perfect example of Roman mosaic-work,

an elaborate pattern reserved only for the houses of the richest Roman governors.

Further digging found coins, jewellery and other artefacts which give a glimpse into

the lives of the Roman occupiers.

5 - Six meteorites ● A man in Bosnia has become convinced that

his house is under attack from alien invaders.

Radivoke Lajic, a 50-year-old from a village in the north, has been bombarded by six meteorites

over a three year period from 2007.

Scientists at the University of Belgrade have confirmed that the man is, in fact, not crazy,

and that the fragments really are space rocks.

They have begun investigating whether local magnetic fields are responsible for this strange

attraction.

4 - South American Coati ● For a British person, finding a cheetah

is pretty crazy, but a resident of Buckinghamshire managed to capture film of an even stranger

wild animal.

The South American coati is found only in the jungles of the Amazon, and, in this case,

in the suburban middle-class neighbour of Marlow.

The cuddly creature was seen climbing up trees in the woman's garden and experts believe

it is one of many exotic animals roaming wild through the countryside of the UK.

3 - 18th century cemetery ● New Orleans, the city of voodoo and black

magic was founded in 1718 by French colonialists.

The early city was small, and had a small cemetery outside the city walls for burying

the dead, but this was eventually built over by the Spanish government fifty years later.

Flash-forward two hundred years to a city resident digging a hole for his pool in 2011,

instead finding one of the oldest graveyards in America's history.

2 - Apocalypse bunker ● The Cuban Missile Crisis of the 1960s

was a tense moment of Cold War history, which had American families anxious at the threat

of imminent nuclear apocalypse.

But it was great business for companies like Whitaker Pools, who offered nuclear bunker

construction services around Arizona.

A man from Tucson unearthed a gigantic one in his yard, complete with a blast hatch,

spiral staircases and a ten-foot high room.

The owner now plans to refurbish the bunker into a classic fallout shelter.

1 - Egyptian relic ● A woman from Derby in the UK brought a

boring-looking stone jar to an antique store to see if she could get something for it,

and was surprised to discover that her garden ornament was in fact a 3000-year old Egyptian

burial jar, used to store the organs of the dead.

A few years a later a man in Derby found a pharaoh's head sculpture worth £10,000

buried in his backyard.

So if you're looking to make a few bucks, pack your shovel and head to England.

(DO NOT DO THIS AT HOME!) Microwaving my iPhone, what happens next might shock you... - Duration: 10:08.

What's up guys yo boys, Oh crabs he'll welcome back to another reaction video will be racking to

Microwaving my iPhone what happens next might shock you by mr.. Beast

so

Just want to let you know

whoever's watching if

You are little kids

Who if little kids are watching this do not do this at home?

With your like phone or something if you know is like when I like try it well

I mean like little kids well little kids. Don't really have high phones. I'm at like

That are like a little bit younger than me like whoever has a phone. That's a little younger than me

Or you guys do not try this at home, please

just

don't

Just don't

And then you have to pay for a new phone, then that's gonna be something

So old crisis goes to mr.. Beast and

the original video blows and then that makes for to like and subscribe

Turn off post limitation so stayed on a front on every single video that I upload bothered in that. Let's get this started. Let's begin

Yeah everything

Like that if you don't

And now we're gonna light it and see if the watermelon blows up

All right, so as you can see we had to put another firecracker in it because the other one wouldn't light oh

Yeah, we made a crash

Alright next we're gonna be microwaving a candle. We don't know what's gonna happen. Hopefully we all die alright since we won't fire

We're gonna put in six six six

Looks like the fucking Cookie Monster's come or something. Oh, yeah fucking check. This is and more shit out right now

Next we're gonna microwave a bunch of CDs see these nuts

Let's see these black now that it has a really good mix tape on it

And

Sanitizer hot sauce a lighter fluid

Hopefully we all die that would be lovely

I'm glad you've had a prior exertion

Thank you or that no, no do not definitely I

Could see

That blue a fool Jesse the second you threw that in there I was like what the hell are you doing

I've always wondered does microwaving an iPhone charge it

I mean don't don't act like you never thought about that before if you haven't been I really you're just weird

So let's test it out, so as you can see this is a working iPhone

I drained the battery and we're gonna see if it's charged

Dude it smells like burnt iphone right now. Oh Jesus. Okay, can you see smoke coming out of it oh?

Oh, I'm hitting the power button here

The iPhone does not seem to be working so for all you wondering microwaving your phone does not charge it

I'm so just go to my wait. Do you actually know that it doesn't charge it?

Try it to put in

Probably in a freezer or something like that

Try and do that you could have done that you could like put it in the freezer

for like probably a few hours, and then try to turn it on because of course your phone want to turn on because it's

well

It's it's dead, but I mean like

It's it's really hot so of course it won't function properly

if

because it's

Very hard it's like overheated. So can't you like trying to put it in the freezer and

for a few hours or overnight and then right when you wake up you could check it and try and turn it on and

We're trying a charger

Can't you do that oh?

No, whatever the new gas station is by another charger your microwave does not work

Inside of course like your phone won't turn on because

Some people's iPhones sometimes phone turn on

probably because they're like because their iPhones is that hot and it needs to cool down a

lot or a

little bit

Clip Oh

Dave and vapora

Hi mr. Bass

Taking over with is Papa steady. I'm a grind now

I'm gonna let my nose speak, so I'm gonna take this to the top straight up

Yeah, yeah

All right, so I hope you guys enjoyed my reaction to mr.. B's video and

Just want to let you guys know all of you on my channel do not do this at home

Like if you just want to risk by losing your iPhone

You could very well and do it to do that and if you're rich enough to get a new one well

That's different a lot different

Because you're gonna have a lot of money for a new iPhone and a new CUDA so it's like forget about

That iPhone that you

like destroyed

that you put in a microwave so

Although all the neck other than that I hope you guys enjoyed

Please make sure to subscribe subscribe to miss the beast down in description below

So other than that

I hope you guys all make sure to LIKE comment and subscribe and turn our

publications on so stay notified on every single video on my channel

But other than that I will see you in the next video goodbye everyone

Let's Break the Ice with Batons - Duration: 12:42.

hi I'm Ian at KarateMart.com

Corbin

and I'm Corbin at KarateMart.com

Corbin what are you doing?

I'm playing the perfect game

what are we talking about today, Ian?

Talking about batons

and I'm Corbin

this is the spring loaded baton

this one has a spring-loaded mechanism inside

so you don't have to swing it to extend it

what are the benefits of batons?

they're small

and they're devastating

those are my two main benefits for batons

[Corbin] oh they're small because you can--

collapse them

they require as much training

as you would need to use any stick

very little

nunchucks? there's a skill involved in nunchucks

swinging a stick far less skill

I mean still some skill

but far less

swinging sticks is what separates us from the animals

absolutely

so this automatic stick here

it's got a little trigger

you want to demonstrate?

I'll demonstrate

and all I have to do is swing

yeah swing

swing

and not swing like a monkey

but swing like a stick

[Ian makes monkey noises]

so it's nice about the automatic spring baton

and the spring-loaded baton

they're very similar mechanisms

is that there's a little safety thing right here

because sometimes you want to look at the baton like this

but you don't want it to-- damage your teeth

yeah you don't want it to damage your teeth

you don't it to extend into your face

no it's terrible

crushed yo grill

that's what the kids on the "skreet" say

is the barbecue cancelled?

no. Why?

because your grill is fu--

This one is 20 inches long

there's sort of a trick-- sometimes we get calls about this

there's a sort of trick with re-collapsing it

it's more than just hitting it hard

you got to hit it hard and follow through

[Ian] follow through, absolutely.

I've got a telescoping steel baton here

the 26 inch one

and they're easy to extend

you just flip them a little bit

but here's the thing: it's a compression

just a compression joint in each of these

so there's no latch

there's no mechanism that holds them open

each of the segments snugs into the one previous to that

and so it's a nice firm joint

but it takes a nice firm motion to close back down

and so what I tell people

when I talk to people how do you close this?

I tell them: you stab this thing into the ground

and follow through

like you are trying to commit a murder

the ground

not shag carpet

not your tile

I shudder when I think of people destroying a tile with one of these

it's gonna be like hitting a tile with a hammer

you'll crack your tile

concrete, low pile carpet,

you know the carpet that you find like in an office

or a gym

is totally acceptable

if you're in a mobile home

and you don't want to punch a hole through the floor,

maybe not there

yeah they are sort of a number of factors involved

there's the strength of the extension

so if you extend it out in a weak way

it's gonna take less thrust to recollapse it

what you're hitting it against

if it's if it's too padded,

then there won't be enough force to recollapse it

do you think I could close this on the table if I hit it hard?

I think you would damage the table--

I definitely damaged the table

also this one has these little...

little tines?

little tines...little...

whatever they're called on sai

well hold up watch

this is what the deal with these is

it protects your hand on one side

and it'll catch a blade on the other

so then if you catch my blade here,

you can take it out of my hand or move it or whatever

what was that noise?

but listen: if you're in a baton fight with with me

you're not protecting your hands

you're protecting your face

See look at that. I came down. Oh!

when I'm around Ian Boen, I always feel like I have to protect my face

so those aren't the only

batons that we've got on our site

we've got some other ones as well

one of the ones that we sell is a dual purpose device

it's a baton.

But it's also...

[Ian] Ahh, that's bright!

a flashlight

it's got an LED flashlight

and actually this is waterproof

so you can just be

let's say you're jogging in the rain

and you can't see cuz it's dark

you turn it on

you can see the rain that's six inches in front of you really well

yeah and then then some sort of hooligan

a ne'er-do-well if you will

a soccer fan

here let's do a little role play

Ian, tell me to give you all my money

give me all your money

ahh!

okay take it back take it back

Or I could just shine it-- ahh!

you could do forty thousand dollars' worth of dental damage

with that thing

and I got a smaller one here that has a key chain on it

oh this is only 12 inch

12 inch extendable baton keychain

still you know don't want to get hit with this

and I feel like since we're showing people all these awesome batons

we should talk a little bit about the problem with them

which is that they're not legal in all areas

so here's the deal with batons

they're a weapon

they're a concealable weapon and some

areas have more of a problem with that than others and different municipalities

and jurisdictions have come up with their own laws and regulations regarding

this type of weapon so we restrict sales generally

to areas where they're definitely not allowed.

California New York and...

Massachusetts

and Massachusetts

we won't sell to those states at all

just because you can order it doesn't

mean it's legal in your area there are laws that are not statewide they're

specific just to cities or you know municipalities and smaller jurisdictions

and we don't have the legal teams or the resources to make sure that every single

address that places in order is legal to possess whatever it is they've ordered

so it's up to you to follow the laws and obey the laws in your specific area

yeah and don't misconstrue Dad's little lecture here

with legal advice

it is absolutely not legal advice

my advice is that you-- should get legal advice

you should get legal advice

if you're unsure of the laws of your area

are regarding this or any other type of weapon

get legal advice

that's my number one advice

I want to talk to a lawyer

you have the right to remain silent

and I do

mm-hmm

another problem with this one specifically

this happens every once in a while

okay so this is a very durable weapon

but this little key ring here

doesn't--it's not as durable

what is this made out of?

It's made of like the thing that you would

make a key ring out of for you know a car key

this is literally a key ring

it's just literally a key ring

you could put this on your key

so basically it's effective if you're holding on to this

and your keys are dangling here

but if

you try to do it the other way around that things gonna break

but it's for keys

but if it happens

it's still a perfectly effective weapon

you've converted it to the non keyring version

I like this one this is and

especially this is what I like about this one all of them have these

rubberized handles right which are great they're solid gripped but this is this

knurling that's built in so like the rubbers not going to come loose it's not

gonna slip

it's not going to anything you're gonna get dirt and grime

underneath the rubber it's not gonna get cut it's not gonna jam up

if you stick it on your car seat or something your car's not gonna slice the

rubber off because there's no rubber so if it gets greasy you know there's no

oil that's gonna degrade the rubber there's no there's no rubber to have

problems with it ain't gonna Sun rot

nothing

if you leave that thing in the

Sun for 10 years when you come back it's just gonna be hot

is it stainless?

I said the Sun not the rain

it might be a little rusty you know it that only makes

it better the rustier and dirtier this is the

less you're gonna want to get hit with it

it improves with age

like a fine wine

or a cheese

well this one's got a foam handle

which helps when it's wet

so you're saying even when that's wet

so, when this is wet maybe not so much

yeah yeah see this water this is truly

waterproof I mean I guess if you open it up and took out the battery--

oh!

and then just held it up in the rain

then it might the flashlight component

might get damaged

this is actually really good battery a lot of times these

things come with the zinc batteries

this is a lithium battery

that should last a long time

the little LED

what do you say we go outside and swing these around a little bit

I think that sounds delightful

didn't you freeze some ice this weekend?

yeah yeah I was thirsty and I wanted

some ice

I put some water in a cup

and then forgot about it and then I put

some more water and another cup and then forgot about it

four times I did this

do you work?

did you just stand by the freezer

waiting for these to freeze?

no I forgot about them because I

oh okay I thought you were just...

so you imagined that I put water in a cup

[Ian] and then sat down

[Corbin] and then sat and stared at the freezer

[Ian] yes

[Corbin] and then forgot that I did it

the whole time staring at the freezer

[Ian] yes

when I walk into that break room and go "what are you doing?"

you're like "waiting for water to freeze"

the KarateMart office really understands who I am as a person

Let's go.

We've got some ice that was frozen

over the weekend.

First I'm gonna do

This telescoping baton

Normally, the flashlight baton

works better at night

But

I go home at five

Are you afraid?

yes I'm super afraid I'm very afraid

Our T-ball champion, Corbin here.

oh there you go

Finally

Corbin will hold the staff

whilst I take a few swings

first the key champ at time 12 inches

and I like this one's my favorite because it's got such a satisfying I

I shoulda froze more water

you definitely should've froze more water

and that was scary

holding that...

I was triggered from my horrific time as a t-ball player

yeah I had some middle-school trauma come up too

but let's be honest

middle school trauma

is probably the reason a lot of people

got into martial arts

when I was in middle school

there was this kid named Marshall

who was into martial arts

he punched me in the stomach all the time

and then one day

I got home

and threw up

and I knew I had to stand up for myself

so I told on him

you are--consistently amaze me

with how tough you are

so that was a ton of fun these are the batons yeah yeah great for

self-defense I actually keep one in my car I keep one of these in my car and I

Drive kind of a wimpy car so if anybody thinks that they're gonna give me a hard

time to sue them in a wimpy car they're in for a surprise

we used to have a glass breaker baton we're out of stock on it right now but

that one had like instead of a flashlight and like a little a point

further we're breaking out of your car you need to break in because you've got

your keys trapped in your car because you've driven over a bridge and the

water pressure is got the door shut tight and you need to escape before you

sink to the bottom kind of like that theme from beetlejuice that's what you

used this to know you escape with that glass breaker it's definitely not for

carjacking no it's not designed for carjacking although really if you are in

a sinking car you could just wait until the water pressure inside the car
