Waching daily Jul 17 2018

What is going on world Joshua here and welcome to my channel where my passion

is to help you build confidence radiate positivity and change the world now if

you're not already subscribed to my channel make sure to do so because I'm

putting out videos every week with the hopes of giving you as much value as

possible now today's video is a little bit different it's all about me I posted

something on Instagram last week asking you to ask me any question that you

wanted not pertaining to veganism or activism with the hopes of you getting

to know me a little bit better so that's what this is part one of who is Joshua

Entis I'm gonna be answering all of your questions what it is you wanted to know

about me so I hope you're ready let's get started

question number one once the plane goes away favorite kind of music and most

amazing concert you've ever attended wow so I'm I'm gonna be pretty cliche here I

like all types of music all genres I mean honestly anything from classical

you know I love me some Beethoven and move all d2 country rap old-school rock

EDM dubstep trap indie music I like it all but I mean if I were to say right

now I'm really big my Spotify playlist that I love is women of indie but then

again I also like dubstep right now so I don't know indie dubstep put it together

favorite genre right now favorite type and then my favorite or most amazing

concert I've ever attended it wasn't really a concert it was a show it was in

Vegas it was a DJ their name was slander and that was probably my best night of

music but if I were to go your standard concert it was recently in Melbourne one

of my friends groups run rabbit run honestly such a magical experience they

played their heart out it was truly an amazing show so maybe that is my my

favorite show run rabbit run number two how old am i I'm 28 years old I'm 28

years young turning 29 this month can anyone guess what my birthday is put

that in the comments below question number three what was your day

job before full-time activism great question so before I quit that job and

started traveling around the world doing activism I was a Salesman I was selling

promotional products to summer camps like water bottles backpacks stuffed

animals jewelry so much fun I had some great customers but I just found that I

was so much more passionate about activism so I had to leave that job and

that's where I am at today but I learned so much from that like I said pretty

much I built my confidence on how to speak with people more effectively when

in person I learned a lot of sales techniques that have helped me in my

vegan outreach so if you want to step up your vegan activism game even though I

know this is not what this video is about get a sales job really does

wonders question number four what is your favorite book and why ooh

favorite book so I don't really read much on this trip and super busy but I

used to read a lot I would say favorite book the magic of thinking big yes the

magic of thinking big this book really changed my life this is sort of when I

have this realization that I could do anything I put my mind to I could think

big I can believe in myself I could build that confidence and I have the

power within to go out and cheat and achieve greatness so if you haven't read

it yet highly recommend it the magic of thinking big favorite color forest green

favorite restaurant okay so yeah it's probably heartbeat heart harvest beat

heartbeat harvest beats in Seattle there's a heartbeat and a harvest beat

my favorite restaurant is harvest beat it is a really nice like five-star

restaurant farm to fork all the food comes from within a hundred miles of the

restaurant even some of the food was forged that day and they even they only

have one sitting every night so it's a really nice communal sort of gathering

dinner get-together it's really amazing so if you're in the Seattle area and

want to spend some money on yourself and treat yourself it's great I went there

last year for my birthday so it's almost been a year since harvest beet can't

wait to go back are you a morning person yes I am I love the mornings once I'm

actually out of bed and get to put some water on my face I'm an absolute morning

person I thrive off of like 5 to 6 hours of

sleep a night love it in the morning I love getting up I love making my oatmeal

my smoothie bowls my tea yeah I'm pumped in the morning I'm jazzed who is your

celebrity crush obviously my Syrus I don't know if I should be

admitting this but she was my celebrity crush like back in the Hannah Montana

days always had some love for Miley Cyrus and then when I became vegan and

found out she was vegan it just amplified that celebrity crush level so

if you happen to be watching this Miley Cyrus or if anyone who's watching this

knows Miley get us in contact I'd love to do a video with her or with you if

you're watching Love You Miley you're my celebrity crush if you could do anything

this very second what is the first thing that comes to mind skydive I'd go

skydiving I wanted to go since I was 18 but no one's ever wanted to go with me

and it's always been like just a little bit too expensive to go at that given

time so yeah let's guy that right now yep favorite genre of movies I don't

really watch too many movies now I'm on the Netflix but I would say well I guess

I watched movies on Netflix duh romance comedies have to admit I'm a rom-com fan

so if you have any good recommendations on your favorite romance comedies put

those in the comments below did you go to college slash University and what did

you study yes did you go to college slash University

and what did you study yes I did go to college and slash University I went to

two colleges first college was forgetting the name of my college

California State University Channel Islands it's a long name

CSU ci or C sucky as we called it all the locals that's in between Santa

Barbara and Malibu I went there for two years didn't really major in anything I

was figuring myself out and then I transferred up to Portland State

University in Oregon Oregon State and studied urban development and planning

to start and then switched my majors to communication that's what I graduated

with a degree in communication from Portland State University girlfriend if

no why are you single I feel like I've been asked this a lot in my live streams

lately no girlfriend and I'm single because my relationship status is taken

to traveling traveling makes it very hard to maintain a relationship

especially traveling the world so no girlfriend I'm single pretty much

married to traveling right now the last question for part 1 of who is

Joshua and tisks what were you like as a child who great last question you

probably would not have wanted to know me I was crazy super extroverted always

had to be the center of attention well I guess I still have to be the center of

attention but sort of eased that back a little I was always running around I was

always yelling I was always getting what I wanted

I was very manipulative if I wasn't getting what I wanted very talkative I

got kicked out of class a lot I was crazy I think it was a crazy kid that's

a little bit about me as a child okay everyone

that does it for today's video thank you so much for watching and if you asked

any of these questions thank you so much if you have any other questions and want

to be a part of part two of who is Joshua entus make sure to put those in

the comments below I'm gonna make another video here next week just

hopefully gonna have you get to know me a little bit better but for now I gotta

go what am i doing right now I've got to go make some dinner here in Oslo Norway

but once again thank you so much for watching thank you for your time I

appreciate you all so much sending tons of love and positivity your

way but for now much love from Norway and

like always don't forget to choose compassion peace

Touring the NL by Train! ~ Dutch Tour with B a Reader! ~ BlueIris Vlog - Duration: 9:43.

Good morning lovely people!

It's currently 7:15 AM on a Saturday morning, and I'm awake.

Well, kind of...

I haven't slept so well, as you might see.

But I'm going on a train tour with Bregje, from the channel B a Reader, today.

And I'm really excited for that, because it's going to be so much fun.

We're going tour the Netherlands.

And we're starting off, down in the south

in Middelburg, the capital of the province of Zeeland.

We're coming from different starting points, but we'll cross paths in Roosendaal.

And from there travel together to Middelburg.

And then we'll see where the day takes us.

For now, I'm going to have a bit of breakfast.

And then get my ass to the train, which leaves around 8.

*sighs* I'll update you later...

So, I'm currently at Roosendaal.

I left my train instead of meeting Bregje there, because her train had some trouble.

There's absolutely no one here.

So I thought I'd just update you.

She's close by now.

She could be here in about 10 minutes, I hope.

And then we'll continue our journey to Middelburg.

Half an hour later, but the weather is already quite nice

even though it's only like 18 degrees (Celsius).

But the sun is shining.

So we're good.

Anyway, I hope she'll be here soon.

That we can finally continue our journey.

There's a lot of construction on the railroad today.

Because it's the weekend and also, holiday.

But, we'll survive.

Anyway, there's absolutely no one here.

Which is the only reason I'm vlogging.

So yeah.

I'm just going to wait here.

Hope she'll be here soon.

Update you later...

So, it's almost gone.

And I also hope we're in view, because, you know...

Because it's melting like crazy, but ice cream! Yay!

Ice cream.

We needed this.

Yes, definitely!

It's absolutely way too hot.

I look like a lobster.

True.

Will be even worse tomorrow.

Probably.

But we'll manage.

Anyway, nice weather, better than rain.

Licensed Real Estate Assistant Job Description vs. Unlicensed Assistant - Duration: 9:05.

Do you really need a licensed real estate assistant to help you grow your

team or would a unlicensed assistant suit your needs? In this video I break down

the difference between a license and an unlicensed real estate assistants job

description and we'll talk about some of the pros and cons of hiring a licensed

assistant .Stick with me.

Hi I'm Vanessa Rosenblum I'm the president of Pro REA

Staffing where we are passionate about fostering careers in real estate and

growing real estate teams. For help growing your team or finding your dream

job in real estate make sure to hit Subscribe and ring the bell so that you

are notified every time we post a new video. For the past 10 years Pro REA

Staffing has been placing licensed and unlicensed real estate assistants with

teams nationwide. So I've had - at this point we've placed close to a thousand

real estate assistance across the country, I mean I can't even believe it's

been that many. So I've had this license versus unlicensed conversation with a

lot of agents and today I'm going to break down the real estate assistant job

description for you. Now before we get into it, I do want to give

you one caveat. We're going to base this conversation on California law and we're

doing that because we place a lot of assistance in California and California

is one of the most highly regulated states in the nation. So we're going to

use them as the benchmark. If you're not in California some of this might not

completely apply to you and you should check the laws in your state for

licensed versus unlicensed assistants. However I'm confident that the basics

that we're talking about today are universal across the country. Alright

let's dig in. So today we're going to walk through the real estate sale cycle

and talk about the licensed versus unlicensed assistant job description for

each of these steps. So let's dig in and start with lead generation. Now an

assistant can really do everything you would expect from an assistant

when it comes to lead generation. They're going to manage your database, provide

your call lists, you know schedule appointments for you, prepare materials and, they

can even make general inquiry phone calls to prospective clients. However

they may not solicit business and personally I know brokerages that

absolutely will not allow assistants to make any kind of general inquiry call to

a prospect because they're really concerned about that person stepping

over the line of what's appropriate. Now a licensed assistant can do everything

you do and so they could solicit business and make cold calls for you. And

I could make a whole nother video on why you do not want your assistant to act

like a sales agent and solicit business. Your job is to sell their job is to

support you in that so when it comes to the lead generation portion of your

business, you only needle an unlicensed assistant.

Moving on to buyers. Now an unlicensed assistant can research properties,

schedule showings, they can provide feedback. They can even open doors for

clients so let's say you have a buyer who wants to go back and see a house a

second time. Tt's completely appropriate for your unlicensed assistant to open

that door for them and they can draft offers under your supervision

Now a licensed assistant can discuss price and square footage, they can discuss the

merits of the home in the neighborhood and then they could write and submit an

offer for that client.

When it comes to listings an unlicensed assistant can

handle a lot. From preparing you for the appointment to preparing the CMA, the the

comparative market analysis - all of the project management that goes into the

pre-listing process, to coordinating showings and open houses, and writing

property descriptions. They can even prepare the disclosure packages and

receive and organize offers. So if you are in a position to hire a listing /

marketing coordinator I would not be concerned about them holding a real

estate license. Now as your team grows and you're handing off

more of your core responsibilities a licensed assistant can help you by

discussing the contents of the CMA with a client. They can discuss the offers

that are received with the client, they can draft and submit counteroffers, hold

open houses and show the property while discussing the merits of the property. So

as you can see those are usually the things that you're going to hold on to

the longest. So for most people who are considering hiring their first or second

assistant, if focusing on listings is a core part

of the job that you need filled, an unlicensed assistant is probably

sufficient. Moving on to transactions. An unlicensed assistant or a transaction

coordinator can handle a lot of these core responsibilities. From preparing and

coordinating the signing of all the documents, serving as the core point of

communication between all parties, they can order closing gifts, schedule

inspections, and really manage the process from start to finish. What they

can't do is negotiate requests for repairs and discuss the contract with a

client. And then finally administration and marketing. We don't even have a slide

on here for a licensed assistant because when it comes to the general

administration of your office and coordinating your marketing programs, a

license is not required. Alright let's talk the pros and cons pros vs. cons of

hiring a licensed real estate assistant now on the pro side a licensed assistant

can do everything you do. You can go on vacation, it gives you flexibility, and

leverage, and it reduces your liability if you have any concern that your

unlicensed assistant might do license tasks. Now there are also cons and the

biggest one is there are just fewer licensed real estate assistants out

there and therefore they command a higher salary. So if you're looking to

hire your first or second assistant and you don't need all of that firepower you

could save yourself several thousand dollars a year by not hiring a licensed

assistant and then you can just require that your assistant get licensed on the

job. Now the other thing to think about is the cost of maintaining their license.

If you require that they have a license to do the job and they're not allowed to

sell on the side you need to maintain their license for them and what that

cost will depend on what brokerage you're with and where you live in the

country. And then finally there's the issue of a licensed assistant

potentially leaving you to go into sales. Now personally, I don't have an issue

with this but this is something that comes up time and time again so I want

to talk about it here. Now if you have a new licensee who comes in for the

interview and they say I can't wait to start selling and, "I want to work with

you for six months to learn everything you do and I'm gonna go out into sales".

Don't hire that person unless you're trying to hire a buyer a buyer's agent

and you're confident they'll actually stick with you but that's probably a

terrible hire even if you're aspiring for them to grow into a sales role on

your team because that person isn't going to care about the admin work in

your office. Now if you have someone who says, "yeah I've been licensed for a few

years and maybe in the future I might like to sell but it's just not something

that fits my lifestyle right now. I'm really interested in being an admin but

you know I don't know what the future holds" and you really like that person,

and they have a great admin skillset, hire them! You don't know what your

business is going to look like two to three years from now and you don't know

what their life is going to look like two or three years from now and

projecting that far into the future and deciding, "I'm not going to hire this

talented person because they might leave me to go sell" is a really bad idea.

You're missing a huge opportunity. I would always prefer to see a client hire

a rockstar admin who sticks with them for a year and dramatically increases

their business, versus hiring an okay person who's okay with the status quo,

who sticks around for five years. Yes I know hiring is painful and annoying and

expensive and disruptive but it's worth it if you hire great people even if they

don't stay with you forever. So yes it's a con if you have an

assistant who may leave you to go into sales in the future but, I think it's a

con worth compromising over. If you're ready to hire you're licensed or

unlicensed real make sure to download our free report on

LA NUEVA SMC9 / GTP9 DE G&G EN TAIWAN. Capsule Airsoft España - Duration: 19:53.

Hello everyone this is Rhoads, and I've been in Taiwan

The first time I was in Asia was in 2015

In a travel to Japan

And I saw my experience was way different to what others told me about Japan

In some way it was completely different

So I guess the conclusion is "live it by yourself and don't let others tell you"

That's something I've been saying in this channel, using other words

That's why I think is healthy to save some money and spend it in traveling

Specially if you have no guides or influences, but your own intuition

and the curiosity of knowing the random experiences that would happen in your journey

So if you're really interested in a country, I encourage you to take that flight

that would be always better than watching the world through an Internet video

Despite that, I also invite you to ignore what I've just said

And watch my videos about this and other trips in my personal YouTube channel

If that's the type of video you're looking for

Because the is an Airsoft channel, and here we'll talk about Airsoft

Taiwan has a lot of Airsoft, being it relative because it's an small hobby

And most of the people I met in this country knows what Airsoft is

Because they heard it from a friend or something

In this trip I couldn't play in any game, but I've visited Airsoft stores in Taipei

and I've filmed a lot, maybe too much

So you'll see it in different videos to make it easier for you, ok?

G&G is in Taiwan, so I could visit their offices

and they shown me their new replicas

So that's what we're going to talk here

(Maybe I'll show more about Taiwan in my personal channel. Link in the description below)

(G&G ARMAMENT offices)

I'm surprised because this meeting room looks like Yakuza with all that weapons on the table

Now we are in the factory area, here they have an small shooting range

the Tournament maze and a lot of things

So we're going to test the G&G gas pistol, which is not a replica of any real weapon

It's their own design

The GTP9. -With the SMC9 Kit

Exactly, the Sub Machine Gun conversion kit

We will have both full auto and semi versions, but this one has full auto

An you also have a drum magazine

Gas drum magazine

This is heavy, this is really heavy. How much?

It hs 500 BBs capacity. 2.2 Kg

It's really heavy

Let's see how it feels when shooting

This is the drum insides, the capacity is 500 BBs

500 BBs in a pistol. A 2.2 Kg magazine

Guys this is really heavy

You might think 2 Kg is not that much, but that's a lot for a pistol magazine

But when you put it on the SMG kit it shouldn't feel annoying I guess

but using it just on the pistol is crazy

Our friend is now loading it with gas, how many seconds?

30 seconds to 1 minute

A lot of BBs, lot of gas, lot of weight

So our friend was here shooting the replica and now I'm going to give it a try

In this targets I can't test much about the range and precission

but what I really want to check is the recoil feeling

and also, after see how heavy this is, I want to check if it's comfortable

I'm surprised that it's so heavy. I remember you told me about the drum and so

but I didn't think about the weight

The drum we have for the ARP9 AEG is just plastic and not so heavy

But we will add something that I can't tell you yet, but it will have a surprise inside

Ok I don't know what you're talking about

Let's give it a try

Select the full auto but pressing here from the other side

And this is semi

That's strange, but it's handy

This is something that I've never seen before, because it's not a replica of a real gun right?

I imagine you designed this having inspirations, but I've never seen something like this

So let's give it a try with the drum

The first feeling is that yes, indeed, it's heavy

but now the weight is more balanced here in the middle

The feeling si strange with all this weight in the middle

And when I move it... it feels strange

If we use a normal magazine, we have one here right?

By the way the magazines are Glock style, but no compatible

And this is a different feeling, this is really comfortable

Small, compact and light

We must also say, as you can see this is a prototype

and the safety is here, right?

It has recoil

The fire selector is easy to switch

It's hard to do short bursts, reminds me to the Wiset's full auto Glock 18

I'm starting to like this

So we put a load of gas of... - Around 30 seconds, not fully load

With the magazine fully load of BBs you dont' have enough with 1 load of gas

You'll need 2 loads of gas to finish the BBs

We're talking about a high BBs capacity, 500 BBs

That's a lot, adn that's why it's so heavy when fully loaded

It would need a bigger gas container to shoot all the BBs

This is the part I liked the most, the recoil reminds me to the Grey's MP7

that's something I wanted to find in this product

This kit or replica is comfortable, if it's ugly or not depends of your opinion

The stock is not the most comfortable ever but feels light and simple

I see the chamber can be open from both sides

- Depending of is you're right handed or left handed

You can change this little piece here, and it will open from the other side

you can't put this piece in both sides, or they will open when shooting

So depending on which side you want, just change this piece

So we're talking about something aesthetic, because the Hop-Up is not adjusted from the chamber right?

No, the Hop-Up adjustment is from here. -Yes I remember, from the inner barrel

Tell me if I'm wrong. When you do this, the whole inner barrel spins?

Yes, I remember you shown this at the IWA 2018, and I've never seen this before

It's easy to use, but it could be a problem if you loose this piece, I hope it comes with spare parts

it comes also with an extra grip extender, this is the small one

And one last thing I'm interested about this gun with the kit

is the disassembly, if it's easy to change it

Obviously you won't need to change it during the game

It's something that you'll do before using it, I hope it's easy

Show me please

First remove the megazine

You open the lower

And this is the result, the lower of the pistol

This would be the complete gun

So we have here a green gas pistol, made of plastic, not metal

In the outside as you can see this is plastic, also the lower

The design depends on your opinion

but it's such an exclusive design that reminds a bit to the USP, Glocks and so

As you can see the Hop-Up is also adjusted from there

I already asked you if there exist any combo of pistol and kit

I don't have such information for now, we'll that that decision soon

Ok, you don't want to tell me

Obviously it's something that everyone will ask about. We don't know yet

The pistol itself is not a big deal for me

I'm not a big fan of this design, I don't like this flat upper

But I like to see a new model, because we need new things

What I really liked is the both parts combined

We should try it in game, with longer distances because here we can't do much

But the feeling when shooting is awesome

I was testing the replica with the short magazine

and I just saw that when it runs out of ammo you can't switch the fire selector

so I guess inside it has a pistol slide or something?

Hold on, we're not talking about the G&G RONI which is what some people already said

The upper part is not just an external addon

This part is like an upper for the gun

you're just adding the lower part of the pistol

I'd like to know the price of both parts, that's important to know

because if it's too expensive that would be different

We must test this in game, but for now I really like this

The design didn't catch my eye at first but you know...

After you test it, what was an ugly gun, suddenly you just desire it

See? This is what I was talking about

The mechanism inside, it's very similar to a pistol

This is inner barrel right? not just outter barrel

So yes, it is a green gas SMG

You can fold the stock

Kenny likes to fold the stock, he will never open it

Now most of you will ask why G&G is not making a gas SMG directly

I don't know guys, the companies decide how to innovate depending of the market

i think it's interesting that with the same gun you can have both things

it's also cool that the pistol without the kit can also be full auto

and it's interesting to have this option

But, if the price of the whole pack is not very high, then I will approve this

I'm going to manipulate and disassemble this, probably the most prepared person ever

Mag out, I saw you have to rack here

And here we have this piece which is the only one we must move

if I'm not wrong it is like this

See this flange here? I move it down. -And move the lower

And this is how the insides looks like

Now all the experts in internal components can give an opinion

but this is something I'd like to test more and see how it works

For now it looks good, I know most of you are skeptical

about G&G making a good gas replica

but this is how it works, we must test it and see how it works, we're not in 2013

Let's assemble the pistol, this is the lower we were using in the SMG

and this is the slide, easy

In this case the Hop-Up adjustment is not here, we have it on the barrel

This is a bit dry maybe

Normally I don't like the gas pistols made of plastic

I had a KJW with plastic slide and I regret not choosing the metal slide

The Burke's Five-Seven, I don't remember the brand, also in plastic

The feeling here is not bad

maybe with more silicone oil it would feel better

We're testing a prototype, not the final product

This is not going to be in this color, they are just testing it

for now it works, the pistol as well

By the way, the grip is really comfortable

The mag release is H&K USP style

Ambidextrous

Let's try how it works

Ok, the recoil is not impressive, not like the CO2 guns

When I'm using my Beretta made of plastic I have the same feeling

Don't spect much recoil with this

this is the semi version, they will have a full auto version with a selector here I guess

but this is the normal semi pistol

I'm testing this in targets that are at 5 or 7 meters, I can't talk about accuracy

or if the BBs fly well, we will test that in the future

But the feeling I have is that this is not bad at all

You know I like pistols, but they must be realistic, full metal and CO2

Even my Beretta which is my favorite gun, is not perfec because it's made of plastic

This option could be good, depending of the price it has

The magazines capacity is similar to any Glock I guess. -22 rounds

By thw way the grip is very comfortable -You can change the grip

Like an M&P right?

So we have a pistol with a modern design, comfortable, seems to have a good performance

In lower temperatures we'll have the typical problems of the green gas

but yes, it's made of plastic, maybe you don't mind it like in the Maruis

You want me to try it with the drum as well? This is absurd

Are you kidding me? -Just try it -No one would do this

Do you have other one? So I can go Akimbo

You need to wheel the drum here as well? Same as the AEG version

This is really heavy, not comfortable at all

The weight is all on the rear

Let's shoot without having a reason

If you don't mind I'm going to teat it badly, I'll shoot a lot

I could be 5 minutes doin this

Urgent care clinics over-prescribe antibiotics - Duration: 1:02.

Urgent care clinics are prescribing too many antibiotics for illnesses that don't need

them, according to a new study.

Researchers aimed to get a better look at antibiotic overuse, specifically in the urgent

care setting, and found that the antibiotic prescription rates there are higher than in

a traditional doctor's office.

More than 45 percent of patients who visited the clinics with a suspected respiratory infection,

like a cold or flu, received an antibiotic prescription.

The issue is, in many cases, those conditions don't respond to that class of drugs, and

unnecessary antibiotic use has real-world health implications.

According to the CDC, antibiotic overuse contributes to the growth of "superbugs," which are antibiotic-resistant.

The agency calls it "one of the most serious public health problems" in the U.S.

Some urgent care physicians say over-prescribing may be in part due to patients demanding antibiotics,

even when they're unnecessary.

The study's authors recommend more research, as the findings aren't nationally-representative,

but rather a snapshot of urgent care prescribing practices.

Where to find MOTIVATION for CG Artist? [ Sephiroth Art ] - Duration: 1:40.

Hi there!

I'm Alexey

And you on my Sephiroth Art YouTube channel

And today we will talk about

Where to find Motivation for the artist?

[ INTRO ]

Hi there, this is Sephiroth

And today, I will talk with you about

Where to find Motivation for the artist

This is a very complex subject and needs to be discussed

It requires in order to talk about it

Because every artist is faced with it

He feels that he is lazy!

He does not have enough strength do something

He has a lot of art orders there, but he does not do them

Or he has no orders and no energy

No ideas at all to do something

He's Demotivated!

The most important thing is that

To be motivated

Set a goal!

Find it if you do not have Goal

That is, the goal can be anything

Think about what's important to you!

What would you like achieve in this life

On the path of the artist

It's can be help people

Help yourself

Relax

Or walk

Maybe have some gadgets

Anything!

All you want is a goal!

And do something every day for this goal

If you will be just a little bit every day do something

If you want to learn how to draw

Draw every day a little bit

If you want to finish some drawing

Every day sit down

And at least five minutes draw

Drawing the picture 5 minutes in a day

You will make it to the end, for a week

So

It is truth!

As soon as you sit down to do something, you will not spend five minutes

You use more time

But you will think that it's small little things

And in this way you will be motivated

Because you will finish these little things

You will not be depressed because you have a large order

And you can not complete it in any way

You will be pleased!

Because you will receive enough energy

Due to the fact that you are completing these little things

I hope you enjoyed this video

With you was the Sephiroth

Why Does Venus Spin Backwards? - Duration: 7:10.

SciShow Space is supported by Brilliant.

[♪ INTRO]

After studying the solar system for hundreds of years,

you'd think we'd at least have the basics figured out,

stuff like why planets spin and orbit the way they do.

Except, we totally don't.

And you only have to look at the planet next door to see it.

When scientists began observing Venus in detail in the 1950s and '60s,

they expected it to be pretty unremarkable.

Instead, it turned out to mostly be an inferno of acid rain,

one that, of all things, spins backwards!

It's been more than 50 years since then, and while we know a lot more about Venus's

climate, we still aren't totally sure why it's rotating the wrong way.

But we at least have some ideas.

In astronomy, a backwards spin is called retrograde rotation, and "backwards" is defined relatively.

Because the solar system formed from one cloud of spinning gas, the planets all orbit in

the same direction: counterclockwise, if you're looking down on the Earth's north pole.

They also rotate on their axes the same way they orbit, so also counterclockwise.

Except for Venus and Uranus.

Uranus sits sideways on its axis, probably thanks to a couple of collisions.

Venus, meanwhile, rotates clockwise, and it's much less clear why!

One of the earliest hypotheses was that Venus may have been hit

so hard by an asteroid that it reversed direction.

The hypothesis seems to have been thrown out there in 1965

by two scientists who worked with the original radar data.

And when I say, "thrown out there," I mean it.

They followed up the suggestion by saying, and I quote,

"The possibilities are limited mainly by one's imagination;

supporting evidence is rather harder to come by."

Which is super convincing.

Either way, when you math it out, the idea kinda falls apart.

It turns out that anything big enough to reverse Venus's rotation

would also destroy the planet.

The impactor's kinetic energy would be some 10,000 times too high.

So, the impact idea was pretty much shelved.

Thankfully, it was replaced by a few actual evidence-based hypotheses.

One of the leading ones, proposed around 1970,

is that Venus spins the same way it always has.

Just at some point, much like Will Smith, its life got flipped, turned upside down!

Not by mom who got scared, though. Just by physics.

This could've happened because of processes within Venus's interior and atmosphere.

Venus is differentiated, meaning that it has layers like the Earth does:

a core, a mantle, and a crust.

As the planet rotates, the core and mantle can experience friction where they meet.

Venus also has a really thick atmosphere, which, thanks to the Sun's gravity and heat,

experiences tides along with the rest of the planet.

This hypothesis says that the core-mantle friction and those atmospheric tides could

both put some torque on the planet, and that instability could've flipped Venus over.

Some models suggest this might work only if Venus formed with an initial tilt of about

90 degrees, but others show that it might work with less initial tilt.

Either way, the idea is pretty weird, and thinking about an entire

planet flipping is kind of mind-boggling.

But we have other ideas, too.

Another, first suggested in 1964,

is that Venus may have gradually slowed down and then reversed direction.

This could've been triggered by a few things, including interactions with the Sun's magnetic

field, or those atmospheric tides, or a combination of both.

Venus's atmosphere would have been the first part of the planet to

start rotating retrograde after that spin-down.

Then, that may have provided the rest of the force necessary to get the whole planet going backward.

As a bonus, this idea would also explain why Venus's days are so long.

But there's no clear winner between these two hypotheses yet.

To figure out which idea is most likely, we have to know more about Venus's early dynamics,

specifically its rotation rate and axial tilt.

According to a 2001 paper published in Nature, the axis-flip mechanism is most likely if

Venus had a rapid initial rotation rate.

But if it rotated slower than once every four Earth days and had a relatively small tilt,

like less than 70 degrees, then slowing down and reversing is the most probable mechanism.

Unfortunately, it's kind of hard to get evidence about Venus from four billion years ago.

So until we build a time machine, or at least some really good models, the jury is out.

Of course, that's not the whole discussion, either.

Because just to throw a wrench in things, that 1960s impact hypothesis

is actually making a comeback.

Or at least, a version of it.

In 2008, one researcher suggested that Venus may have gotten its weird spin

back when it was a wee li'l planetesimal.

They argue that, billions of years ago, another object about the same size slammed into it

and sent it spinning like a backward top.

But instead of destroying baby Venus,

those two pieces came together to form a full-sized planet.

Unlike in the '60s, there's actually some potential evidence for this now.

Based on Venus's topography, we don't think there's a lot of water in the planet's

interior compared with Earth's.

And a huge impact could have provided the energy to get rid of it.

This hypothesis would explain why Venus is so dry,

but there are other competing models, too.

Like, it's possible Venus lost its water through evaporation instead.

To learn more, it would help to do a mineralogical survey of the planet to determine if there

are any water-containing compounds there.

If there are, it means Venus couldn't have lost all its water so early in that big impact.

But we haven't done one of those yet, because Venus is a place where robots go to die.

The good news is, it's arguably easier to build a Venus-resistant rover than a time machine.

So hopefully we can get some evidence for at least one of those hypotheses soon.

And speaking of making hypotheses and gathering evidence, thanks to Brilliant.org for sponsoring

this episode and introducing me to this Science Essentials quiz

on Observations, Questions, and Hypotheses.

In this quiz, you're a scientist studying the fictional exoplanet "Xlyem,"

Leomie Anderson's Nighttime Skincare Routine | Go To Bed With Me | Harper's BAZAAR - Duration: 4:06.

It's time to get unready with me.

The first thing that I like to do

when I'm getting unready is

peel off my lashes.

Easy peasy.

I like using Simple make up wipes

because they're really moist

and I feel like they really get off any makeup

especially

waterproof eyeliner which I've got on right now

Don't really have a technique, I'm just

trying to get it all of to start.

But then, I know for a fact that makeup

wipes don't always get off all your makeup

so I like to wash my face.

This is my favorite facial wash

and it's kind of like an exfoliating facial wash

I like it because it's kind of like a natural exfoliant.

It makes me feel like I'm getting every

inch of my makeup.

I'm trying my best to use products

that don't have micro beads in them anymore

because they're just tiny bits of plastic that are

really really bad for the environment

I find that this baking soda facial wash

is a great alternative.

So now that I've washed my face

I like to treat myself especially after a long flight

to a sheet mask

this one is by a brand called

Joanna Vargas.

I look like something from a horror movie right now

but it feels great.

smells great

and especially after a flight

sometimes I even use them on the plane.

I scare a couple of people but

skincare is more important.

I like to use a sheet mask like

once a week, I'd say.

You keep it on for about 15-20 minutes.

Sometimes I leave it on there for a whole episode of

Gossip Girl which is about 40 minutes.

Don't I look ravishing.

Who is that underneath there?

Its refreshed.

Rub the additional juice

into my skin.

Don't really want to swipe it off

cause you don't want to get rid of all the

extra amazing juice

but I just like to

pat it into my skin gently

and as you can see, I am glowing.

my next step

is the Estee Lauder

Advanced Night Repair Serum.

I like this because it's so hydrating.

Would be great if I could open it

but my hands are slippery from the juice.

I like to rub it onto my fingers first

and then put it onto my face

because I think it gets absorbed a lot better

when it's at your bodies temperature.

And of course, never forget the neck.

When you're old and this is looking fire and

the neck is looking all

wrinkly and s***.

Oh sorry, can't put that in there.

Like this, in upward strokes as well.

because if you drag it down it actually

stretches the skin and is more likely to

give you a little turkey neck.

So always up on the neck.

Once I've massaged in my serum I like to

use a really light oil.

My choice of oil is

the Kiehl's Daily Reviving Concentrate because

because it's really like and gets

absorbed very quickly into the skin.

I like to press it into my skin more

just because one time

some lady did it to me and I felt like

"Wow, this is the way forward."

This is how you're meant to put it on.

I feel like it really gets absorbed into the pores

Spread the shine.

Last but not least, you have to moisturize.

Sometimes I don't actually like to

put to much moisturizer if I feel that my skin

is not that dry but because I just had a flight

I think that the moire moisture the better.

and my choice of moisturizer is always

Kiehl's Ultra Facial Cream.

So just depending on how dry my skin feels

will determine wherever I add

the moisturizer on top

So that is my nighttime skincare routine

ladies and gentlemen and remember

Keep glowing!

5 MUST KNOW Tips to Improve Fast! - Overwatch Guide - Duration: 6:49.

if you've ever left a comment on the forum video or social media asking how

can I get better at this game quickly will need to be replied with get good

you've come to the right video telling you how to get good as fast as possible

here are my top 5 tips to get good fast - my name is Nathan and this is Blizzard

guides, these are going to be quick simple and easy tips to adopt fast

focusing more on your mentality and decisions as a player more than actually

just mechanics I use these exact tips myself to get out of platen diamondden

into high masters and GM so these are tried-and-true tips at least for me just

always keep them in mind while you play even write them down somewhere nearby

and you'll beginning up that letter in no time coming in at number 5 learn your

role and do your job this one is definitely the most important one out of

all of you so I'm putting it at number 5 so you see it quickly just know that

this is the one that you should keep in mind the most the biggest mistake I see

players in bronze all the way up to even high diamond is players just not playing

their roles you have to learn what your utility to your team is so what you

should be doing and where you should provide the most value and commit to

that if you're playing Ryan don't try and go for huge picks and go deep into

the enemy lines even if you probably will get away with it and you'll be able

to get that pick and get out alive you'll have left your team behind

without protection to be killed even quicker than if you had been there being

either a physical barrier or a meat shield for your team if you're playing a

ranged DPS or hit scan like McCree soldier widow or Hanzo don't play

upfront literally face tanking for your team opt to take a few seconds to go to

high ground and shoot from a safe position if you're playing support don't

try and go for kills just focus on healing first and then if you're 100

percent sure that none of your teammates are in any risk of dying maybe go for a

kill always focus on playing your role first and then if you're completely sure

that you can branch out do so while being constantly ready to return to your

role and to go in tandem with the last point

at number four just play it's safe the biggest mistake you can make in

overwatch is dying it's stupidly simple but it's the most

important thing that a bunch of players ignore you can't fulfill your role if

you're dead this tip is actually the easiest to implement but it's something

that you have to be constantly thinking about but you'll immediately see

improvements of once you do as a matter of fact back when I was learning to play

DPS and diamond this is the tip that got me to hi masters on my DPS account I had

always gone for the hero place where I tried to get triple quad or even bigger

multi kills but I didn't realize at the time that this was the reason I couldn't

climb so quickly the moment that I started applying the knowledge I had

from playing tank and support in GM I achieved a significantly higher rank on

my DPS account seriously pay attention to sight lines

to your positioning and to your teammates and more specifically your

healers no matter what role you're on if you know the enemy has a tracer and

you're playing Xen don't play far away from your healer or by yourself you'll

only be a free pick for that tracer if you play safe and play close to your

allies you'll probably be able to get the kill on the tracer yourself netting

a better chance for your team similarly if you're on tank and you're by yourself

and your team just lost there's no reason to extend and die and feed old

charge you can just fall back and return to spawn and wait for another recon test

push or defense dying is going to be your worst enemy and always be afraid of

death lurking around the corner speaking of sticking with your team at

number three a short run but a strong one just simply let your supports heal

you even if you're playing support yourself don't be afraid to ask your

healer to heal you if you're playing near him or her if you constantly keep

line of sight with your healers you won't die as much and depending on the

skill of your support you'll be able to get out there a bit more and do more

damage and go for those hero plays also don't pick up health packs if your

healer is able to heal you that 250 HP health pack is 10% of a mercy Zolt which

while at first may not seem like a lot doing that over the course of a match

could mean a valkyrie saving your team at the last second each a little bit of

old charge matters a ton and overwatch at number 2 another quick of an

important tip just don't jump so much this is one that I personally still

struggle with to this day and it matters much more the higher that you climb but

it is applicable throughout all ratings jumping just makes you too predictable

if you strafe you'll find that you avoid damage much quicker as strafing causes

you to travel more sporadically increasing your survivability no matter

what role you're on if you jump you go in an arc which is super predictable and

super easy to hit if you think players at your élow can't hit you when you jump

in an arc like that then you probably haven't seen how predictable it really

is just simply don't jump spam as much as you can try and strafe a little bit

here and there and use jumping whenever it is absolutely necessary but really

learn and hone down on strafing as much as possible it'll last but not least at

number one wait for ultimate combos I'm not talking about learning to combo your

old limits you've probably already heard that tip a million times what I'm

talking about is easier just wait to hold your alt for a better use and wait

for the combos I can't stress it enough I see way too many players get tired of

holding on to their Hanzo dragon and use it whenever the Zarya is at 60% old

charge your Zarya will get her alt before you get your dragons back and

then nobody has combo and your Zarya probably won't wait either rather than

using your alta to get that one kill on the enemies McCree save your ultimate

for the round winning 6 man grab dragon combo even if your Zarya messes her grav

up the mere chance is more valuable than the few picks that you can get with your

ultimate alone and this doesn't just simply apply it to grab dragon I'm using

this as an example because it is relevant and easy to understand

save your Ultimates for other teammates Ultimates even if they might not

necessarily have that much synergy if you can't get

a guaranteed value out of your ultimate then there's just no reason to waste it

by itself so just save it until your team uses their Ultimates as well so

that you can get even more value out of it even if your ultimate doesn't have

that much inherent value to itself something like Road hogs ultimate and

Makris high noon you'll be able to use it in ten with other Ultimates that

might not seem like the combo to get way more value out of them than just using

them themselves oh and a bonus tip just go over to your settings and turn allied

health bars on even if you play DPS knowing who is low on your team is super

valuable learn to rely on it anyway that's all I have for this guide let me

know if you have any other useful tips for other players I'll be sure to heart

your comment and if you want any sort of guides in the future don't hesitate to

Boots Riley Addresses Amazon Worker Strikes & "Prime Day" - Duration: 5:09.

You have this big Norma Rae moment in the film.

But talk about that.

And we're talking about this as, well, just today, Amazon Prime Day, there are people

who are protesting—where?—in Poland and Spain and Germany, to protest working conditions

at Amazon workplaces.

And interestingly, this morning, I don't know if you did this deliberately, but you

were on CBS This Morning—that was deliberate—but they tweeted out their schedule for the morning,

and so you retweeted it, because right there at the end—

Yeah.

it says, "Boots Riley discusses Sorry to Bother You."

But right before it, they were discussing Amazon's best Prime Day.

Yeah.

And, of course, I didn't pay attention to that 'til afterward.

But, yeah, it's—so I didn't do that on purpose.

But I will say what is happening on purpose is the confluence of what's being talked

about in this film and the movements that are growing.

And am I my wrong to say that the protests are taking the place of—taking the form

of work stoppages?

Mm-hmm.

And I think that's something that's put forward in my film as a tool that we need

to use.

I believe that since the beginning of the New Left, progressives and radicals have turned

more to spectacle and gone away from actually organizing at the actual point of contradiction

in capitalism, which is the explication of labor, which is also where the working class

has its power.

And we've gone in favor of demonstrations, that don't necessarily have teeth, but they

show where our head is at.

And I feel like we have to put—give these demonstrations more teeth, by being able to

affect the bottom line and say, you know—and say, "You can make no money today, or you

can make less money and give us what we want."

Now, you set the film in Oakland, obviously, where you grew up in.

And the importance of Oakland?

Because it's always been a hotbed of radical politics and radical organizing.

How you featured the city in the film?

Yeah, I'm sorry, could you rephrase the question?

Yeah.

How you—why you decided so much to feature Oakland in the film?

Oh, you know, I think that's just a great byproduct of wanting to make a good film.

You know, I come from Oakland, so I'm going to write about what I know.

And I believe my ways of storytelling or making art have a lot to do with the details that

make people up, and those are the details that surround us.

And then I also just happen to—you know, living in a place, you have great ideas of

what you want to shoot.

I also know so many people in Oakland and the Bay Area, that we could get some of the

locations for free.

So, it's just a—all of my art has to do with where I am, and so—which is one reason

like I never moved to L.A. or New York, because it's just part of what makes me.

Boots, we've been doing a lot this year on the 50th anniversary of all the various

events of 1968, like Juan deeply involved with the Columbia student strike in April

of 1968.

So, you have Danny Glover.

He is teaching young blood a few things at the telemarketing firm—

Yeah.

another telemarketer in your film.

But he was one of those 50 years ago protesting at San Francisco State, as was your dad.

Yeah, yeah.

That's where they—

Talk about that history.

So, Danny Glover and my father, Walter Riley, met at San Francisco State, agitating and

organizing the San Francisco—being organizers of the San Francisco State strike—not the

organizers, but some of them.

And so, that strike created the first ethnic studies program, now school, in the United

States.

And, you know, so we didn't get it because people passed the right—they did pass the

right measures, but they were forced to.

And so, it's a great, I don't know, 360 spiral—

Using something other than the white voice to get what they wanted.

Yes, exactly.

You know, maybe someone did use that along the way, but they had the backup of shutting

down the school in order to force the hand.

If you could talk about the company—you have RegalView.

This is the evil telemarketer.

And then you've got Worry Free.

Talk about Worry Free, and then go on to talk about labor struggles.

It's interesting, because—so, in the film, there's a company called Worry Free that

guarantees you housing and employment for life.

And they house their workers in the same places—one way they save money is they house their workers

in the same places that they produce whatever they produce.

And so—and it's a lifetime contract.

So, in all extents and purposes, it's slavery.

But what's is, I don't know if that company is illegal right now.

It would be an interesting research topic to see if the company Worry Free that's

in Sorry to Bother You is actually legal.

However, what I'm a little scared of is that then somebody will try it.

You know?
