Waching daily Jul 18 2018

Good afternoon.

Let us talk today about additional measures to develop the Far East, but we will start with a more urgent event.

It is drawing to a close, but we need to review it and consider what to do with the World Cup facilities in the future.

Let us talk about the preliminary results. Ms Golodets, please.

[Deputy Prime Minister Olga Golodets] Mr President, ladies and gentlemen,

Let me recall that the decision to hold the World Cup was made in December 2010, and it took place from June 14 through July 15, 2018.

32 countries competed in 64 matches.

This tournament has broken many records in various areas.

3,031,768 people watched the matches.

The attendance was high at all matches and almost reached 100 percent (99.8–99.9).

About 806,000 foreign citizens received Fan ID cards, and in all, about 3 million foreigners visited this country over this period.

The highest number of tickets among foreigners were bought by fans from the United States, Brazil and Germany.

These three countries led in the number of guests.

The World Cup was visited by 25 presidents, seven representatives of different monarchies and 11 heads of government.

About 7.7 million people came to the fan zones.

The championship was a turning point in breaking a great many stereotypes about our country.

This is probably the first time that the people who attended the championship were able to form first-hand opinions about our country.

Several million positive testimonials have changed the image of Russia as an open, technologically advanced and hospitable country.

Even absolutely anti-Russian media, such as 'The Times,' admitted that this championship was unprecedented in its beauty.

This is a major achievement.

The development of infrastructure is, of course, the most important achievement for Russia,

with 269 new infrastructure sites built as part of preparations for the championship, which will continue to be used in the future.

This includes 12 stadiums and 95 new training grounds, of which, according to the new Championship Legacy Concept, 64 will be used to promote children's football in our country.

The airports in the 11 host cities have been renovated, and a new airport, Platov, was built.

The new airports led to tripling passenger traffic in Volgograd, and doubling it in Samara, Rostov, Saransk and Yekaterinburg.

Russian Railways' rolling stock received major upgrades: 75 new trains were purchased and 13 terminals and seven stations upgraded.

This represents a major boost for expanding tourism in our country.

We expect the infrastructural changes, including the construction of new hotels,

which increased by 15 percent in the host cities, to provide a stable base for higher numbers of tourists, both domestic and international.

Importantly, an innovative technology – the Fan ID card – was developed and proved its consistency.

Mr President, you have already decided to extend Fan ID validity until the end of the year.

However, we would like you to issue additional instructions.

We discussed this when working on the Concept, but we want the Fan ID approach to be extended to other cultural events held in our country.

We will soon be holding the Student Games in Krasnoyarsk, and next year is the year of a major musical event in our culture, the Tchaikovsky Competition.

This technology would very much help us accommodate guests, especially from other countries.

I discussed this with Mr Medvedev yesterday.

It is a good thing to do, so we will go ahead and do it.

Of course, the festivities would be incomplete without our team's success.

The remarkable performance by the Russian team deserves our gratitude as fans.

We hope that together with the football professionals, we will be able to lay a new platform for promoting children's and youth football in our country.

The concept is in place, and we will report on it in the coming days.

Mr Kolokoltsev, what about security?

[Interior Minister Vladimir Kolokoltsev] Mr President, colleagues,

The Russian Ministry of the Interior has fulfilled in full its task of ensuring public safety during the World Cup.

We used over 100,000 of our employees.

The relevant measures were taken during the football matches and Fan Fests.

Russian police officers were polite and tactful.

Fans who committed minor offences received minor penalties.

The International Police Cooperation Centre and the tourist police performed well.

Suffice it to say that due to interaction with our foreign colleagues and information exchanges, over 3,000 foreign citizens with previous sports event related violations were denied entry into Russia.

They were not allowed here, and this also improved the safety of the tournament.

Due to our measures, no serious violations of public order were recorded during the World Cup.

Given that foreign tourists with Fan IDs may be staying in Russia until July 25, we continue to operate in an enhanced mode.

I would like to note that the introduction of the Fan ID cards and the system of access control helped in the efficient provision of public order.

These were developed in Russia and were praised by both FIFA and the fans themselves.

I would like to ask you, Mr President, to give instructions to preserve the security infrastructure at the stadiums in order to use it during other sports events.

All right.

Mrs Skvortsova, what can you say for the Healthcare Ministry?

[Healthcare Minister Veronika Skvortsova] Mr President, colleagues,

A medical aid scheme with a response time of under five minutes was deployed in all 17 Russian regions where World Cup events were held and teams stayed and trained.

In total, 6,500 healthcare workers provided medical aid, with 4,500 working directly at the facilities.

Everyone had additional training in line with the FIFA-approved emergency aid protocols.

Volunteer and student medics helped us a lot, including in emergency situations when translation was needed.

There were 170 stationary medical offices at 12 stadiums and in fan zones, with 280 mobile medical teams patrolling spectator and festival zones.

Each team was comprised of three specialists: an emergency medicine specialist, a trauma specialist and a paramedic.

There also were 202 paramedic teams, including 68 intensive care units, for medical evacuation.

Medical aid for the entire FIFA team, including footballers, journalists and spectators, was provided at 147 medical institutions, including 14 hospitals authorised by FIFA.

During the World Cup, over 15,000 people, including 1,300 children, sought medical assistance.

Participants in entertainment programmes, volunteers and people working at the facilities were seen most often, over 7,000; followed by spectators at 6,879.

In addition, medical aid was provided to 547 FIFA team members, including 57 footballers and 366 journalists.

Aid was provided on the spot in 92 percent of the cases, while eight percent of the patients were taken to inpatient facilities and 277 were hospitalised.

I would like to note that all the host cities provided medical aid fully and in good time, including hi-tech medical care in emergencies, such as endovascular therapy for acute coronary syndromes

(the patients have already been discharged, with only one remaining at the inpatient facility, but improving).

A patient with a sudden subarachnoid haemorrhage into the ventricular system had most complicated emergency neurosurgery in Samara:

his life was saved, and two weeks later, the patient went home with almost no neurological defects.

A foreigner who had a car accident in Saransk was operated on by two surgical teams, with a very good outcome, and also went home.

Of 57 footballers who sought medical attention, 53 received it on the spot, four were hospitalised and two were operated on due to various traumas.

The Russian national football team received medical and psychological treatment according to their individual support plans designed by the Russian Federal Biomedical Agency.

I would like to say, Mr President, that the FIFA medical inspection noted the high standards of medical support during the championship.

We received a letter from FIFA Medical Officer Efraim Kramer saying that there had been nothing like it in all of FIFA history

and that he recommends our standards be used in other countries.

He has already sent a medical delegation from Qatar, the next country to host the 2022 FIFA World Cup.

People are studying and borrowing from our experience, to be able to use it in organising and hosting the 2022 World Cup.

The festival was reallya success.

We will return to this, especially in the context ofusing the World Cup legacy.

Now I would like to again thank everyone who took part in organising this grand event.

This applies to both those who are here now and those who are not.

Mr Mutko, I would like to express my gratitude to you.

You are not directly involved in this work at present but everyone knows that you were there at the start of this journey and did a lot to prepare for this championship.

Festivals have their place, but we still have current matters that demand urgent attention.

I mean, first of all, the aftermath of floods in several regions, in many regions actually.

In some places, water reached not just critical but record levels.

Let us speak about this.

Sneaky Reasons Fast Food Always Looks Better In The Commercials - Duration: 3:54.

Fast food commercials are like a peek into an alternate dimension, where everyone is

happy and healthy and thrilled to be digging into that absolutely picture perfect, delicious

hamburger.

And then there's reality, where you actually get fast food and spend the rest of the day

questioning your life decisions.

So why does real fast food look so much worse than advertised?

Here are some sneaky reasons fast food always looks better in the commercials.

Bogus breakfast

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day.

But it rarely looks or tastes as good in real life as those ads would have you believe.

Why?

Well, the reason that bacon looks so amazing on TV is because food stylists weave it over

and under tubes before putting it in the oven, giving it a perfect ribbon effect you'll never

get actually frying bacon.

At least it's edible, though, unlike advertisement pancakes.

The flapjacks in your photo shoot are likely sprayed with Scotchguard to keep the fake

syrup from seeping in - and that "syrup" is actually made from motor oil, in order to

get a deeper, richer color.

Yuck!

Bad burgers

If you think breakfasts are bogus, wait until you find out how they make burgers look so

good.

Firstly, the meat is deliberately undercooked to make the burger look juicier and plumper.

Then, fake grill marks are added, either by burning the meat with an electric charcoal

starter, or by simply drawing it on with eyeliner.

Then, the burger is touched up with shoe polish to make sure it looks perfect.

Next, the burger is placed on a special bun that has been meticulously picked from hundreds

of buns to make sure it has just the right look.

"It certainly is a big bun.

It is a big bun.

A big fluffy bun A very big fluffy bun"

Once that is done, produce is added, only it's been sprayed with hairspray so it looks

fresh.

And finally, just to make sure the burger holds together, stylists add cardboard and

pins.

So go ahead and chow down!

Fried chicken fakery

Chicken pieces, like any meat, come with their own imperfections and irregularities.

But in the ads, chicken always looks so perfectly hot and juicy.

How?

Two tricks: first, the chicken is injected with mashed potatoes to make it plump, and

then steam is added by microwaving water-soaked cotton balls and hiding them behind the meat.

"It feels like my tummy is asking for some Kentucky Fried Chicken."

A side order of lies

What meal is complete without a side order of wax and a big cup of antacids?

That's basically what you get in the advertisements, as food stylists use wax to make sauces stay

cohesive during long photo shoots.

And the fizz in those insanely fizzy drinks is produced by dropping some antacid down

in there.

Hey, if you actually ate any of this stuff, you'd need some antacid too!

Dessert deception

If you tasted the frozen treats in a fast food ad, you'd be in for quite a shock.

Instead of delicious ice cream, you might get a mouthful of mashed potatoes, vegetable

shortening, and powdered sugar.

And instead of a creamy milkshake, you could be sipping on shortening, powdered sugar,

and Jell-O. And that whipped topping?

Probably shaving cream.

These stand-ins don't melt like the real thing, so they're preferable under the hot lights

of a shoot.

"where am I Humans require ice cream.

What is this place?

Eat the Ice cream."

Hi-tech hijinks

Even after all that meticulous prep and expert placement of ingredients, you'd better believe

the final image still gets photoshopped.

Just like human models, burger models get the once-over to remove blemishes, fix any

imperfections, and enhance coloring.

And the use of technology extends even further, as Tech Insider revealed that special robots

are used to create those goofy "food flying everywhere" commercials:

Fast food: great for robots, dangerous for everyone else.

MY FIRST MUKBANG!!! | SeanMollisch - Duration: 17:46.

Hey guys welcome back to another video brought to you by the one and only Sean Möllisch and today I am back with a

mukbang

Yes, I'm up mang

Maybe a BTS BDSM with mang. I'm just kidding

It's like $40 for this and chicken $40 what the hell, that's the first time I've ever spent money

Just to make a youtube video also cuz I'm starving, but I'm like I'll just make a youtube video on it

Final piece of your job

So this video is gonna be like a Q&A and what I want to do this year, and how I

Review next year and what I want to do for this year really and for my future

This is delicious

So

2017

Was a mess not just for me, but for like

The world as Kylie Jenner said like this is the year of light just like realizing things

2017 she said it oh my god 2017 was the year of

Realizing things not only for yourself, but like the world like this um this year last year. I met was whack like

You can't even explain how much BS went like happened last year like I don't even know what this is for

What

Shit hit the roof 2017 for everyone

It's bizarre

So 2017 for me was really well I

Call everything I want I

Did what I had to do it?

2015 was awesome. It was probably my best year that I've ever had in my life

Everything's just been so positive for my life. Everything's been happier

I'm not depressed well like I have depression

But like I'm not like I'm not like like freaking crazy anymore. You know like nothing. I'm what's crazy, but like I just

Before 2017 I was just so down, and I was not me but 2018

2017 has prepared me for 2018 I

Am so happy now

So I know every video. I say oh, I'll see you guys next week. I disappear for a month or two this year 2018

I'm gonna try to

Post a lot more

I'm gonna try to do once a week

Once my brother is born because I know that we'll have quality content that people actually want to watch

You don't like me just sitting and talking

You'll be actually entertaining because I'll actually have content. I'll have a person. I can record my little brother

So happy, thank God

So the first question is where the fuck have you been

I've been around I've been here. I've been there

I've been around

Can you do a split

How many oceans have you swam in I

Don't know I mean know what ocean bar

What's the worst Grady I forgot on the test oh my god

What will I hear zero oh my god this year the worst thing I've gotten on a test

Probably a felony something Oh, but overall probably the Euro

No such a bad student when I was younger we're now friggin

the best

Would you rather have a American accent or a British accent

No one wants to have American anything, okay, let's just put that out there. No one wants to have American anything

So I will regress

What language besides your native language, would you like to be fluent in I?

think like

Mandarin or something or

something that everyone will know like Spanish or

Mandarin

Just stuff like that Japanese Korean. That'd be cool

Anything really anything anything that will benefit me for the future. It's definitely something I want before yeah, but I can't pinpoint something

Have you ever had Indian food

This is soft like again I

Could've sworn soft is like from India at the Silk Road or something

This summer I had Indian food free

Really good

I'm going to India next year with my mom

Mixed up I'm going to India next year with my mom, so I'm gonna have Indian food from there. It's gonna be fun

I'm really excited. It's a year away

We're going for like two or something weeks

it's really fun this we're gonna a New Delhi egg Agra and

Forget the rest we're going to Taj Mahal I know that

That's exciting plus Mahal. I've always wanted to go

I remember when I was a kid, and I'd look like or an internet like to talk maja. Have a holy shit huge

That's amazing. I'll never cook in India

Now I'm going to India

It was so rad I would like

You know if I just save up

I'm gonna sign up for this India trust and now I'm going to India like who would have thought like India out of all the

Places what the heck

How tall are you

I'm like 185 centimeters. I think that's like six foot one

Funniest moments throughout school I

Don't have a funny moment yeah, my life is boring

Who was your first best friend

between Taylor or my friend, Ahmad

one of those two were my first crush it was both in grade one um actually Bishop, but

knows more like family yes, but

So when I met was probably either Taylor or a mod so one of them

What is your favorite movie scary movie 3 scary movie 1 2 3 4 5

and white chase

Peace your mind

That's like asking would you rather be homeless or living a freakin ranch and of course I want to live in a mansion

PC is starved

garbage

You know things have been going really well in my life

But I feel like

Social media is really taking over, and I'm not just saying YouTube. I'm saying like Facebook Instagram snapchat

Sky games

it's just taking over it so often when I give myself not doing the best that they can I

Often deactivate them all for a fury amount of mine

And

And I hope for the best you know like I feel I can I know one myself when I'm not doing the best I can

so I try the best I can when I deactivate everything and

The first time I did it was at the beginning of the school year

And it went really well actually my grades were really good, but now I'm just not as motivated

I feel like I'm on my phone all the time. I just feel I

Don't feel myself. You know I

Need a drink

This is so good guys. I wish someone was here with me like somebody eat this way

You know when you're just home alone doing nothing

And you're like let's order I look bad

Let's make them look bad Trisha Paytas is a big inspiration

she makes it look so easy, but trust me when you're eating I

Don't know how?

Interesting this is to you. I don't know if there are some food eaters, but

Lopez or fought here on anything

So what do you guys want to see on my channel like I can do really anything I'm quite free now although

I'm very busy to school

I'm not as crowded with like life and stuff anymore like soccer or swimming or anything

So I'm quite free to make videos, it's just will I upload them who knows

Like I

love making videos, but I just hate posting that I

Always feel like I'm annoying people and I would feel like I never will get the user something so that's one of the key factors

in why I never upload

I'm like well. What frickin washes it you'll be embarrassing if I got like 30 views like what the hell

So

This year one of my key things. I want to do is post at least once a week or twice a month

What's my brother's born? I'm gonna have such good content quality content real content

Which I can actually do and enjoy and be myself you know?

you know

I'm so excited

So my baby brother's name he's not born yet my in my

Fetus baby brother name is William Peter Molly, and that is such a beautiful name. I love it so much

I that's my favorite name Mike. I love mine so much

This looks amazing the name is like godly. I don't know

It's such a good man, I love the name William here. I never came

Who wouldn't new

Taking wings are so good

If you

Take the first time I don't know if already said this in the beginning

but this is the first time I've ever bought something for a YouTube video, so

Well actually I bought my camera, but that's sort of for my trip gained yeah blood

This is the first product I guys have ever bought to make a youtube video, so

so far I wasted a few thousand dollars a few dollars on Pizza a

few hundred dollars on my

lighting light bulbs yeah

I'm just doing it for the 50 views guys. You know I'm just spending a couple thousand

Just just to get 20 50 views

But I'm open about

Cuz it's what I like to do

Yeah, it's not like that's what I like to do ha

So if you guys have any video suggestions make sure to hit me up in the bottom or in the comments, but at the bottom

bottom beneath the video

and

Leave a like

Before you go down and leave a comment why you guys want to see in my future YouTube videos I

Think would be really

cool

Other people present it

Ideas to me so I know what to do and I know what you guys like

Cuz I don't want to be like kitten mess like oh you guys like this you guys don't like this you guys like that

you know

Ooh

And my Fisher is moving

so

Matt back to Agua

So I'm so excited me and her can make hella videos. I make him hurry YouTube channel

Because she loves makeup and I

Just inhaled a fucking nugget or something oh my god life just flashed before my eyes

Undefeated Sandwich Challenge w/ Cheesesteak, Burgers, Gyro, & More!! - Duration: 9:14.

Hey everybody this is Randy Santel 'Atlas' with Atlas & Zeus Promotions and

proud owner of foodchallenges.com! Very very excited, but also very nervous today

because this thing is freaking massive! I'm at Fat Jesse's I'm in Addison, Texas

which is part of the Dallas metro area I am at Fat Jesse's like I said I'm taking

on Fat Jesse's Sandwich Challenge! This thing is frickin massive! It is

undefeated obviously not many people have tried but that's because it's

freaking huge, but it's gonna be $50 if I fail there is six different

cheeseburgers on there, there is 1.5 pounds of gyro meat there's

1.5 pounds of cheesesteak then there is some American cheese on the burgers then

it's all topped with five fried eggs there are I think eight jalapeno

bacon-wrapped jalapeno slices and then it's all covered with some mozzarella

cheese and then it's heated just to melt that cheese and then there is an entire

basket of fries, but I've got one hour to finish if I fail it's gonna be $50, but

if I win I will get the meal free, I'll be the first to be on their Wall of Fame,

and I will get a sweet t-shirt to add to my collection! Let's get this challenge

started!

There's no record to beat for this thing because it's undefeated it's day

three of our Southwest USA winter tour I'm going for win number four which is

going to be like I said overall win number 560 had a great to a day

yesterday let's try to dominate this thing we've got an hour we may need it.

1, 2, 3. . . Boom! Alright I think I'm going to start with the burgers on the bottom.

Under five minutes in all of these cheeseburgers were gone and with those

I took some of the cheesesteak meat and the gyro meat down with it so good so

far. Let's get these eggs down all these

protein filled eggs, then we'll do the bacon-wrapped jalapenos get on with the

rest of the meat. In the past I have taken down a few pieces of tinfoil and

I'm going to try to not do that this time so taking this off let's finish the

meat.

Fifteen minutes in dough we're taking the last bite of meat.

This is like a gravy that they have they don't really have an aus jus sauce but I'm

going to see what it tastes like dipping the bread in, that it's not dunking it's

not a soda or nothing if I could do so we'll see how it tastes.

We are 24 minutes in so we still have 36 minutes left but we do not want

to use all those and lets get these fries now and get the win!

45 minutes in, thank god it's a one hour time limit.

There's a Toby Keith song that says... I had it out in my mind, ah screw

it, alright 51 minutes 40 seconds in.

That's what it was - I'm not as good as I once was but I'm as good once as I ever

was! Yeah did not think they wanted anybody to win with how many fries were on there

but I was able to do it! 51 minutes and 54 seconds the Fat

Jessie's sandwich challenge here is one of these chefs that made this thing, so

thank you! So many fries but that sandwich was delicious! For winning I'm

gonna get the $50 meal for free I'll get a sweet t-shirt down to my collection

and I will be the only person on their Wall of Fame

here at Fat Jesse's in Addison, Texas it was overall win number 560 thank you so

much thank you to diet coke and then I had my girl Halsey

"Bad at Love" in my ears I don't know why that helped but it isn't that

wrong and it helped me dominate the challenge so thank you guys for watching!

How To Erase A Memory - كيفية مسح الذاكرة - Como Borrar Una Memoria - Duration: 10:05.

The Brain is the most important and powerful organ in the human body, according to the

brain.

So imagine what the brain can do to affect your reality.

They say, "Our memories make us who we are, but some of these memories can make life very

difficult."

And that is so true.

Everyone at some point has had an experience in life that was so painful that it made everyday

life and mundane tasks difficult to cope with.

We are all familiar with emotional pain.

Pain that can make you stagnant and hinder your quality of life.

We have all heard the old adage that time heals all wounds, and while this is true,

imagine if you could control how quickly you recover from emotional trauma.

What if you could relieve your pain in a matter of days or weeks rather than months or years?

Learning how to set in motion a speedy healing process for your mental and emotional well

being is crucial.

A turn of mind to help you move forward after a distressing life experience.

Painful, embarrassing, or traumatic memories have an annoying habit of accumulating over

the course of an average lifetime; But there is a great solution to all of this.

Erasing bad memories from our brains may sound like science fiction, but scientists today

say that it could soon be a reality.

But I, as a regular guy and not as a doctor, say that it has always been reality.

The brain has the power to remember, to make things up, to hallucinate, to forget and also

to erase.

If you have been through some painful experience and it's affecting your life, this is the

best method you should try.

Many people today are using meditation to cure their body.

With meditation you can help your body cure itself by itself.

All you have to do is go to a calm area and close your eyes and ears because they are

easily distracted.

Now breathe and think about your breath for a few minutes 'till your body relaxes.

You can picture yourself in a dark room.

If you can see that clearly, it means you are in a perfect meditation mode.

Now you can start focusing on the pain and envision yourself curing it with your own

energy.

You can create your own method by the way, like for example.

You can make your brain envision your energy as a blue light and the pain as darkness.

Make that blue light attack the darkness and wipe it out like in the science fiction movies.

Remember to put your energy and power in that light as if it was a real energy because it

will eventually become a real energy.

Do it many times and you will feel that your body is getting better and better.

This is how I usually do it to reduce my blood pressure occasionally, by the way.

Now, why not use the same method to erase a bad memory?

Perhaps it may not be possible to erase it 100%, but making it look like something you

don't really care about is literally like erasing it completely.

Because useless memories never affect you, they get forgotten quickly.

So make the bad memories look useless to you.

Imagine there are two brothers, identical twins.

Their mother falls ill and eventually succumbs to her sickness.

One brother retreats to his room, dwelling on the sadness of his loss.

He rarely leaves the house or even goes outside, reliving the loss of his mother over and over.

The other brother continues with his daily routine and practices this technique, focusing

his energy on quelling the pain of his loss.

Which one will heal faster?

The brother who continued with his routine got over it because he added new events and

memories to his mind, those new memories somewhat replaced the old ones and made him forget

the pain and think of new memories.

The other brother, however, didn't make any new experiences to add to his mind so he is

still drowning in his sorrows.

So what if we do the same thing that the first guy did without having to live two months

of new memories.

What if we trick our brain to delete the sad memories or make them look like secondary

memories and get over any painful moment?

Of course you may never fully recover from such a loss.

However, putting this technique into practice is a way to keep such debilitating emotional

pain from taking over your life, so you can get back to being yourself and enjoy your

life again.

If you made up a story, like you had a car accident and told everybody about it, you

have to know that your brain at that time was not registering that accident as a memory.

Which means you might forget about it in a period of time.

Somebody might come back a few weeks later and ask you, ''what happened to the car?''

You would get nervous and would have to make up a new story and it might not match with

what you said before you look like a liar, which clearly you are.

So what you didn't do here is register the lie as a memory.

That is why your brain didn't remember it well.

Now this is what you should do to register that made-up memory.

Picture the same story and imagine yourself in that car living that accident.

Literally picture it in your head as if it was a movie or something that really happened

to you.

Picture the pain, the wounds, people screaming, the damage that was caused, picture everything

for a few times till it's all clear to you.

And when you tell everybody about it this time, you will be able to answer all the questions

without a single mistake, and the more you repeat the story, the more you believe it,

because it really happened inside your mind and you already considered it as reality.

If you repeat it many times, you may not even remember that it was a story that was made

up by you.

The good spies usually do this to not get caught by a Lie Detector or Polygraph.

It's similar to cognitive behavioral therapy.

A form of psychotherapy that treats problems and boosts happiness by modifying dysfunctional

thoughts, patterns and behaviors.

You are essentially changing the way you view your situation, since you can't change the

situation itself.

Focusing your mind on the healing rather than the trauma.

The same technic is used by people in specialized security services such as spies and undercover

agents.

They will walk themselves through a fabricated scenario or a back story over and over, embellishing

on the details, giving it all the necessary qualities to commit it to memory until it's

indistinguishable from a memory, this is how they fool polygraph tests.

This is also what narcissists do.

Now we all have a degree of narcissism, it's what drives us to improve and become the best

version of ourselves.

However, narcissists, psychopaths and sociopaths people with unhealthy level of narcissism,

cannot distinguish between a lie that they have conjured and committed to memory or a

memory itself, and this is how they fool themselves and others, this works and this is why it's

used as a form of psychotherapy

So now we learn that the brain is able to make up a story and believe it.

What makes you think that the brain is not able to delete a story, pain or anything?

Think about it, all you have to do is meditate and focus on the pain or story or love experience.

If it's a bad memory, whether it hurts in the heart or in the brain, picture a light

of whatever color you wish as your energy, make it go right to the place where it hurts

and make that light wipe it out slowly.

Do it many times 'till you believe it.

If it doesn't work for you, do it again and again and again, 'till it works.

Because it will work.

It worked for me… why wouldn't it work for you?

Please don't use this method to lie to people, use it to cure yourself and cure others.

Use it to erase the bad memories that are affecting your daily life.

To those who are affected by love, if you feel something for someone who doesn't care

about you for any reason, it does not mean they are bad people, it just means that their

role in your story is over.

Understand that they are just looking for someone else.

This someone could be worse than you or better.

You shouldn't care.

Convince your brain that you can always find better because there is always better.

Erase that person from your heart and your brain and your face will start to shine again.

And the perfect person for you will find you because you are, now, the real you.

I know it's hard to do but it's not impossible.

Just try it.

Our brain is powerful.

Try to control it, don't let it control you.

Top 10 Cursed Songs You Should NEVER Listen To - Part 3 - Duration: 12:25.

Hello and welcome back to the Most Amazing Channel on the Internet! I am your host, Rebecca

Felgate and today I am back once again for the renegade master as we talk about the Top

Ten Cursed songs part three! Yes, three. You are loving those cursed melodies…and I don't

blame you…. Music is great. Music that can get you dead is risky…buy maybe sometimes

that risk is worth it.

Before we jump into this video, let me know what song or album best sums up your life.

I'd go with Wild Beasts Album Two Dancers. Leave me a comment – also click that thumbs

up button. Also if you guys wanna connect with me on social media, my link is in the

description box. Right, let's crank this up to 11, shall

we!

We have a very famous one to start off our list, we have Stairway to Heaven by Led Zeppelin

There is a lady who's sure all that glitters is gold….. played forward, Led Zeplin's

1971 hit Stairway to Heaven is a beautiful melodic rock classic filled with divine references.

Played backward, some people think they have heard the death. It all started in 1981. People

had been happily listening to the track for TEN YEARS without worrying about the effect

it may have on their souls when Michael Mills, a Michigan minister appeared in Christian

radio denouncing the track as Satanist propaganda. He said when played backward, phrases like

Master Satan, sere me and there is no escaping it where hidden in the music. Alleged the

song says: Here's to my sweet Satan/The one whose little path would make me sad, whose

power is Satan/He will give those with him 666/There was a little toolshed where he made

us suffer, sad Satan…. But you know… to me, that makes literally no sense. If the

song was designed to brainwash people and lead them on a slippery slide to hell, rather

than the advertised stairway to heaven, wouldn't they want to make their message a little less

ambiguous?

There is a dark urban legend surrounding this song, we have Love Rollercoaster by The Ohio

Players coming into number 9 Your love is like a roller coaster baby, baby!

I wanna ride! Yes, you do, yes you do, yes you do! I love this song….. too bad it is

cursed, or something. Between 2 minutes 32 and 36 seconds, a high pitched scream, can

be heard. Some people say it is the sound of a rabbit being hit by a car outside the

studio…although given studio soundproofing, that seems unlikely. Other people say it is

the sound of someone being murdered. Some people say that the murder victim was Ester

Cordet, the nude on the Honey Album cover. People said she was badly burned by the hot

honey used for the photoshoot and the band's manager stabbed her to death in the control

room to stop her sueing. This is pretty impossible though, as she is still alive. Whatever the

situation is with the screaming, it is pretty freaky and sounds very haunting!

This next song was subject to a civil lawsuit … 8 - Better By You, Better Than Me - Judas

Priest – So Better By You Better Than Me was originally

by Rock Band, Spooky Tooth, but it was covered by Judas Priest in 1978, and the latter English

Metal Band version was pretty popular in its day. While some loved the power rock track,

others were convinced it was cursed and led to a spate of suicides. I gave this one a

listen, and to be honest it makes me want to punch the air and thrash my hair, not kill

myself. Maybe I am impervious to the curse though. Wow. I instantly regret saying that

– that is such a movie line said before someone actually gets cursed. Anyway, back

to the song – the track was reportedly behind the suicide attempts of 19-year-old Ray Belknap

and 20-year-old James Vance in Reno, Nevada in 1985. Ray shot himself under his chin and

died instantly, James survived but was severely disfigured and overdosed three years later.

His parents claimed that the cursed track made the young men do it. The three-week trial

was heavily scrutinized by the music industry…eventually, it was thrown out.

7 - Exit - U2 Exit is by far one of the most disturbing

U2 songs. And it makes sense as Bono was channeling the mind of a murder when he wrote it. He

admitted to reading Norman Mailer's The Executioners Song and Truman Capote's In

Cold Blood and the book U2 by u2, Bono said: Exit was my attempt at writing a story in

the mind of a killer. It is all very well to address America and the violence that is

in an aggressive foreign policy but to really understand that you have to get under the

skin of your own darkness, the violence that we all contain within us. Well, it seems he

channeled that darkness all too well and somehow poisoned the song with it. Other people felt

the evil, and let the music live in them. Famously, murderer Robert Bardo claimed that

Exit was the inspiration behind his stalking and killing of 21-year-old American Actress

and model, Rebecca Schaeffer. The 1987 Track was a favorite for Brando, and he would use

it as motivation when he stalled the young woman for three years. Chillingly, he then

murdered her in 1989 and when the song was played in the courtroom, he mouthed along

with the lyrics…taking particular delight in the Pistol weighing a heavy bit.

Okay, this is an entire cursed album… but beyond that, this could be an entire cursed

band. 6 - Bone Thugs-N-Harmony – Tha Crossroads I came across an article called – Did the

Ouija board curse Bone Thugs….and the answer is…maybe! So Bone Thugs are a group of four

Grammy award-winning rappers from the 90s. When they were in their teens, they would

play with an Ouija board to try and drum up some dark energy they wanted for their sound.

They released an album called Cross Roads which really showcased their darkness, and

a lot of people think that they can hear demonic voices peppered among the tracks. Hmm. Scarier

still, a shockingly high number of rappers who worked with Bone Thugs wound up dead – 2Pac,

Notorious BIG, Eazy E and Big Pun all made music with the group and they all died. Not

only that, they died between 1994 and 1997, which were the darker days of the bands sound.

In 1998, the band took their sound in a new direction and seemingly lifted their own curse.

Perhaps they bought back their souls from the devil, or maybe they make ritual sacrifices

each year. Whatever works, I guess!

5. Jelly Roll Morton – Jelly Roll Morton is one of the most famous

Jazz musicians of all time, but like many musical legends, his time on this earth was

surprisingly short, dying at 50. Jelly didn't always enjoy a successful music career, and

sometimes he was prone to bad luck…why, well Jelly suffered from bad JuJu. Juju, for

those that don't know, is a West African belief in magic, and bad juju is the kind

of bad energy a person gets from dabbling in dark magic. Jelly believed his godmother,

a Creole woman, sacrificed Jelly's soul to Satan in a black magic ritual. His belief

that he was cursed was heightened when he found colored powder sprinkled around his

office door. Down on his luck, he decided to quit music. Eventually, after worse turns

of fortune, Jelly visited a voodoo woman who told him to burn all his clothes so he could

regain some success, he did…and he did. That was until his godmother died, the woman

who cursed him in the first place. He seemed to always know his fate was tied up with hers.

We have talked about cursed songs, cursed bands… but what about cursed musical instruments!

Behold at number 4, we have Sir Francis Drake's Drum –

Many people know Sir Frances Drake as a seafarer, a naval captain, an explorer and even a slave

trader. Not that many people know that his preferred sea mate was a drum, dubbed Drakes

Drum. Drakes Drum is a snare drum that accompanied the voyager on his journeys from 1577 until

his death in 1596. As he lay dying off the coast of Panama, he ordered his drum to be

sent back home to Buckland Abbey. He laid a curse upon the drum, vowing that if England

was ever in danger, the drum should be beaten and he would emerge from heaven to defend

the country. The drum has now become part of English folklore and superstition. On several

occasions throughout history since Drake's death, people have reported hearing the drum

beat. Many claim it was heard when Lord Nelson was freed and when world war one broke out

and again when the Imperial German Navy was defeated. The last time the drum was heard

was during the successful Dunkirk Evacuation.

3 - The band Sigh and The Curse of Izanagi Sigh is a Japanese extreme metal band from

Tokyo formed in 1989 and still rocking to this day. The band released a successful album

called scenes from hell and they recorded one of their tracks in Japanese. The Curse

of Inzangi is a track all about a voodoo curse that condemns its victim's souls to hell and

includes the lyrics: an infernal spell cast upon you trapped for eternity, it's your destiny,

your fate lies in the cruelty of my eyes. Weirdly, as soon as the band started working

on the Japanese version of the track, the owner of their music label suddenly and unexpectedly

committed suicide. The band leads singer, Mirai Kawashima said that it was the second

time someone involved with the song had died, so the banned has shelved the song ever since.

He said it is just too sinister.

2 - Beware El Silbon, The Whistler… In Columbia and Venezuela, there is a legend

of El Silbon, a lost soul who whistles. According to the legend, the whistling spirit is a young

boy who killed his father after she was abusive to his mother. Afterward, the boy was tied

up to a post and lashed. He was then set upon by starving rabid dogs and condemned to carry

his father's bones for all eternity. This, he apparently does, and hearing his whistles

foreshadows your own death. The whistle goes from musical notes C, D, E, F, G, A, B in

that order. Rising in tone to F, then lowering to B. When the whistle sound is close, there

is no danger, but when the whistle sounds faint and far away, you should be very afraid.

Apparently, the only way you can survive if you hear the whistle is if a dog barks within

60 seconds. You can keep the whistler at bay by keeping a chili on you. Sounds fair!

Songs and poetry are very closely linked, with a lyricism occurring in poems that could

easily be translated into music, next up we have a poem that causes death if you read

it aloud. Because of all this drama and assured death, Tomino's Hell is coming into number

one. Tomino's Hell is a Japanese poem that reportedly causes death and tragedy if you

read it aloud. The poem tells the story of a young boys damnation and was seemingly written

in 1919 by a Japanese professor living in France. It seems the poem may have originally

been written for children, but it is very unsettling! The English translation is a bit

patch and is quite scary to read….obviously, I am not about to read it aloud and you shouldn't

either. It does mention vomiting blood and the blackest of hells, though. Good. Good.

So that was the Top 10 Cursed Songs You Shouldn't listen to! Have you guys ever listened to

any on this list! Please do not read that poem out loud!

Okay, before I go, I just want to read some comments from the part 2 of this video!

Fluffy Suga Bell Wrote: Where my BTS Stans at! It actually seemed like there were a lot

of you in the comments section! Cengiz Seckin said: My favorite song is the

Russian Anthem. Amazing Anastasia Trixie's Funny Skits wrote:

Drake's Scorpion Album By The Numbers - Duration: 1:42.

For Complex News, I'm Pierce Simpson.

2018 has been a year full of highs and lows for Drake.

Some of the highs have included his latest album Scorpion releasing to high-praise with

one of the songs creating the latest social media challenge.

Some of the lows, however, have been well documented, like the tense beef between him

and Pusha T that ultimately revealed that Drake had a secret son -- a son that Drizzy

would later admit to on the album itself.

Despite the polarizing stories from this year, Scorpion itself has broken records and has

been at the top of everyone's playlist during an incredible summer of music... but how does

it stack up with his other projects?

Our Complex Music department explored Drake's catalog through pure statistics....

For starters, the first week album sales for Scorpion come in second in Drake's catalog

with 732,000 sales.

At number 1 is Views with an impressive 1.4 million back in 2016.

Scorpion has the most songwriters with a staggering 79 different writers... with the double disc

album having a ton of melodic interludes and tracks; as well as pure rap features from

the likes of Jay-Z.

Drake's right-hand man, 40, is normally a fixture on Drake records but when it comes

to production credits on Scorpion, he's only credited with 3 tracks - but something tells

me that 40 had his hands on others tracks as well.

When it comes to bars, people seem to enjoy lyric driven Drake as opposed to his melodic

side and on Scorpion he's rapping 68% of the album - which is his highest total since 2015's

If You're Reading This It's Too Late.

Drake is regarded by many people to be the hottest rapper in Hip-Hop and his catalog

places him in the same company as legends -- but where does this latest number 1 album

rank him amongst those names?

So far, Drake has 7 number 1 albums, Kanye has a total of 8 and Jay-Z leads the pack

with 11.

With all of the numbers laid out... where does Scorpion rank to you?

The sound of wind-chimes and your ripping screams filled the spaces between the park trees

In this unnatural scene, the shimmering heat laughed, "This is the real thing!"

As my vision blurred away, I glanced at your profile, and thought I saw you smiling

Countless times have had me black out

In the laughing heat like this

This cycle has repeated for decades

I realized that a long time ago

In this kind of clichéd story,

There must only be one ending.

There must only be one ending.

Suddenly, I pushed you aside and jumped into the street;

At that moment, the truck slammed into me

Your eyes and my twisted body were like hazy reflections of the blood that sprayed everywhere

If that praiseful heat haze laughed, "Serves you right!" again

Then this would be what you'd call a normal summer day.

But all of that ended today.

On August 14th, a girl awoke upon her bed

And she said,

"I failed this time, too..." as she cradled a single cat.
