Waching daily Aug 28 2018

Hey guys, welcome back to the style and beauty doctor on YouTube

So here I am in my bedroom in my room and we gotta get to don't as planned

It's not that kind of video

But today I'm going to show you a few things that I bought recently I went shopping

I went to Nordstrom I went to Target

I went to the Woodbury common outlets and I've got a few things not a lot of things just a few things and I wanted

To try them on and let you see because I think you guys enjoy these kind of videos. I enjoy making them

So make sure that you are subscribed

And you stay tuned and also just a little heads up if you hear some buzzing in the background it is my air conditioning

unit thingamajiggy, I

Would turn it off but then prancing around in a hot room in the summertime and August in New York City with all this humidity

Would not be a cute video. Also if you happen to see a roll of crackers on my dresser

Don't be alarmed. It's for like, you know, my blood sugar gets a little low a little energy

I might need a little snack a little pick-me-up

Don't be alarmed stay tuned. So your barrel did a little shopping if someone who is a lover of clothes a lover of

fashioning outfits together I

Spent most of last year not very much

Mostly because my logic was kind of like, you know, look hmm, not existent. But um,

also because

To be honest there wasn't that much stuff out there last year that I was like, oh my god

I need to get to something. I regret getting this this year

However, oh my god, everything seems to be so good

And I have a little bit more budget now to shop with so I've been bugging a few things

So my aesthetic right now, I'm loving prints. I'm loving colors

Um, what else am I loving? I'm loving layers

Could you not come on a few pounds, you know last two years?

I'm gonna work to try to give it or can one turks and caicos and I need to debut my summer body and the fall

No skin. Yeah, but one of the biggest challenges last year with not having a budget was also the fact that I had weight gain

And I cute stuff in my closet that I couldn't wear because it was like that SH medium

So now I'm what I'm doing when I'm buying clothing

Is I'm making sure that I'm getting things that are like adjustable so that when I do get back to my regular weight

I don't have to go buy new clothes again because everything's like swimming

Oh, I mean that that it would swim on me

But you know what, I mean things with belts ties things that can be easily adjustable

So let's get into what I got. Let's start with shoes which is easy because then I can just try the shoes on

with my robe

Let me switch the lenses and get into these shoes

okay, so if you watched my last video on

The Premium Outlet would very common proven outlets quick trip that I did with my mom. Make sure you check it out

It's like three minutes long. She's this the cutest woman. I'm going to see because she's my mom. She says something cute

but anyway, we went shopping together and

I

Did wound up getting the still weights my boots in that tribal

And so I'll try them on here so that you guys can see them again. Okay, so here these are

I don't know what it is about new clothing makes me wanna dance

But I freaking love these

they're

Particularly, I would say it's very careful to not say that if she was comfortable because of course comfortable subjective. Um

This is not a shoe that I would probably want to wear all day, but I'm not someone mu1

So we all day maybe I did that in my early 20s. I could walk around Manhattan all day with heels on but now

Mm-hmm

Mama's got ailments

And I'm gonna try to kill her back with some fashions. Okay, but these are

amazing

like

They feel so good. I can't remember

the original price

But still Weitzman boots get over the knee boots can be like six to seven hundred dollars

Maybe even more depending on the pair, but I got these four

So the tax they were like about $200 or so

Like I love these so, okay. So here's the thing I used to own a lot of JustFab over-the-knee boots and

Make them out a year or two ago when I was like cleaning on my closet trying to pair things down

You don't be a little bit more minimalist. I said, you know what?

Let me get rid of these boots not all of them

Some of them I did keep but because some of them have like a really nice

Classic look to them something that can be a year after year after year, but because they weren't exactly very durable

They want it last agree. You're after here. After years. I said, you know what once I get, you know a couple dollars together

I'll get some Stuart Weitzman one, so I wound up

So I'm going to

Actually last year, I wound up finding a pair of Stuart Weitzman over-the-knee boots

They were flat down with a little bit of wet of a wedge

From Saks Austin's have no. I also paid about $200 for those as well. So

and I'll still buy the JustFab ones like if I want to over the knee boot, it has like cutouts and like

Extravaganza or like some really bright print or like sequins or something like that that kind of stuff

I'm gonna get at the cheap trendy price because that's not so that's something I know

I'm not gonna be wearing you're at the year after you just saw paisa for you fifty bucks or whatever for that

but these

You know, what's funny

the whole exposed here I

wonder

if one of my neighbors have to be looking out the window and seeing what I'm doing in here when I'm filming and kind of

Question my sanity. Okay. So next up. I got these from Nordstrom. There's Steve Madden oMG. I've wanted shoes like this for the longest time

I initially bought them in black because I was doing some work with Nordstrom and I needed a black shoe. Um

But then I want him switching my outfit. So I was like, you know it I'm sitting in the black shoe

Let me get the blush

Hasn't been to color and this is going to go with so much stuff go with things more than the black like if that makes

Sense to some people cousin people think like, you know black goes with everything not

all the time sometimes other colors just go in with own colors, but let's try these bad boys on and let me

just warn you I

Cracked my big toe so it looks like my nail polish is chipped

Plus, I'm probably about two weeks overdue for a pedicure but you know, no judgment. Okay, I don't have

To come closer

Well, hopefully you can see these from here at least you like the full view

closer

And you can see the shoe I

freaking love these shoes

Okay, so I'm just finished saying that I don't buy shoes as much these days because I've curated my shoe closet

Um, and that is still very true. I do make exceptions, but I always wanted a pair of shoes like these within my price range

To go without since I wouldn't go as far as to point myself and say that these shoes are comfortable

But I can at least walk in them. They don't hurt my feet

So we'll say that

hopefully you can see these pretty decently cuz I can almost barely see what I'm filming here and again, um

Don't talk about my tools. Look at the shoe

Okay. So these are also from Nordstrom there's a brand leaf and if you're familiar with an old strong

You know that leaf is also a clothing line if they haven't watched erm

I believe it's like I guess you can quote an in-house label

Some super cute pieces leaf is also a clothing brand. It's in which I'm again

I think it's a in house brand because I don't think that Lisa sold anywhere else but Nordstrom, but they have two pieces

Especially when you catch them on a sale, so I got these boots now. I'm not even gonna try and justify these

because they were

Somewhat of an impulse purchase I saw them when I was trying to exchange the other shoes. I saw them and I was like

And acts as a salesperson submit to let me try them on

I was a little Oh defense, and then I text baby shopper and she was like, you know those that don't get him

so I got him and they weren't Tula these are like

$79, but let's try them on and as you can see I am here sweating and also I'm starting to get a little little energy

There's a lot of work and it's high, I don't know if you see the sweat on me

Anyway these shoes I

Am in love, I love when he goes this rug I

Love

married

Accessories and I think these look, you know super I love when they surprise

But they give off like street style

Fashion Week kind of vibes for like 80 bucks like you can't go wrong. So

There's that one that and I love that although these are super shiny and I have a pair of shiny

Um pumps that I got from JustFab, I love that a shoe like this

It can be used as a neutral. So with all the bright and mixed prints and things like that

Then I'm gonna be wearing this fall

This will go quite nicely with a lot of my own sense

This is another reason why my hair is very rarely combed in my videos as of late because with the sweating and the heat

It's like the curls are dropping and it's like what was the point? Anyway, let's move on

So I got these four pieces

Recently on a target run and as I was saying with my tips of stories if you found me on Instagram

And if you don't why are you playing me and not following me go follow me? The link is in the description box

But when I the target you have people say like oh my god

I wouldn't target just to get toilet paper and I came out with like $300 worth of stuff. I never do that

I stay with my list when I go to target as a matter of fact

my total was over one hundred and fifty dollars on my last trip when I got these things and

that was the first time in like 10 years that months but totally tardy was over $150 like I

explained on track and I go into target except for this time because I was like

Oh my God, look at all of the things so I got this skirt and a large

from the who what where collection I love that it has two tiers if you remember my triumphal

I'm the Amazon fashion. You know, I'm not a good tier because it gives a little illusion and it a little show event there

so that's only got this this has a matching blouse that I'm currently on the fence if I should get because

Yes, I'm currently on the fence I should get the matching top

some I

might I might order it and see how it works with it because I feel like the skirt can stand on its own and

with a lot of outfits, so we'll see then I also got and this

We put it on the hanger

So you can see it

This um

I'm on the fence about but I saw a picture on the who what where

Collection Instagram page where a girl had on a woman not a girl

Sorry, but she had on this with this

I'll insert the picture so you can see it and I was just like oh my god, that's so brilliant

So I knew this skirt was who would wear collection at Target?

But I assumed that the top was her own because weird sneaked in a lot of stuff that I'm like wait

I didn't see that on the side. Oh, I didn't see that at Target. Um, but this is a mixed print like pajama shirt

Oh my god, I love this, but I'm on the fence because I'm not sure how often I would wear it

And this was 30 bucks. I'm not sure how often I would wear it

So we'll see I got to see take an inventory and see how many other outfits this can go with in my closet

otherwise if I can't find at least like five six things that this can go with and I'll actually where

They miss is going back. So now with this shirt

So the large head was like slightly too small and then this extra large

Has too much material is a little too big on me

So like I think was like a large and a half is probably what it fit like perfect with me. Um

But you'll see when I tried on

Easier to see then from Massimo. I got this trench kind of

Rat trench kind of coping I will definitely use my own belt because the belt that it comes with it's okay

But you can make this look so much more expensive than it is with like a really great statement belt. This was $34.99

I got this in a large

well

So there's that. Yes this blouse which I'm like, oh my god. This is so cute. This was $24.99

I wound up getting this in the extra-large because I need to loom both over here

There's a little like

Snap thing here, I guess for like modesty

um

But with the way that it sits on my boobs

Like the little snap thing makes like you'll see when I try it on maybe this part might open up too much

So I'm just gonna wear it open and just have like a cute bra underneath

So I let the outlet that will stuff that the BCBG outlet store. I

Love BCBG. I don't look at prices. Sometimes those I always wait till when they have a sale or going to outlet they make the

Cutest belts so I got this one

from BCBG it was originally

68 bucks. I got it for 40. So it's just like a cute little belt

you just kind of you can put it on anything and I got this blush color in particular because again,

I learned a lot of planets now. I'm wearing a lot of bright colors a lot of old colors and

This would go so much better with those colors than like the conserve felt also came in black

So there's that also from the BCBG outlet. I picked up this

jumpsuit, which I love the side stripe on the side and I love the print and this is something that

like I can't wait to like we're playing put some jackets of

Some like really cool shoes and pair this up like a belt and things like that. Like I can't wait to sell this

Okay, so I actually think I'm keeping this blouse now that I think about it

No, it's just like oh, I don't know if I'm gonna keep it

But when I put it on again, I was like EW keep it. Okay, so

the girl had it tucked in or maybe she had it tied at the waist see the thing with

Blouses like this is that I like to draw emphasis to my waist, especially because I'm so have so much here

I like to draw em Phasis drawing some my waist because otherwise it just looks like

You know mad boobs

Again, it's not that that's a bad thing

but I

Might yeah, it might be kind of cute tug. Now, of course, I could get things tailored at all

We say that especially since I was an image consultant before I did this blog, but for when it comes to me

I don't want to get any pink Talese

All right. I rather work around it. You know, I'm on this but as you can see my curls are like drooping out

It's mannheim here. But anyway

That should probably

Choose

now I'm

Now I'm not necessarily

Saying that I'm gonna wear these shoes with this particular outfit cause I have other shoes and I'm sure it might go better

But these the closest ones right here, you know

Did see what I'm doing these things

And then listening if it was tucked in

if you're interested in how I wound up styling this thing make sure you follow me on instagram because then you'll see pictures when I'm

Like wearing it's real

So don't forget to follow me there

Yeah tucked in oh

They have pants to go with these but this blouse like I have to get that but I think tucks in

It's doing stuff that I don't want it to do it rather this be closer to my body, so I might just tie it

But this is super cute and then I'm also having issues because it's hot and I'm sweating and the coals sticking to me

You see how it's like I

Can get to pee I would probably tie this at the weight just so that the blouse fold a little meet

In a way that I like

Okay now here is where I'm probably going to die of heat exhaustion

Yes, I love

This but of course like I said

You know use your own belt

Because your own build is gonna just like make it hot better

Cuz this just looks like you know of it look good. Just laying here. I'm a build

But it's such a cute

Tag is just very hot in this game here

Let me show you how now this is not the belt that I would wear with it when it's the closest one to me

right now

But it just if you had your own belt it just elevates it and makes it look

More custom orcs and zoo people will be like, oh my god. Yeah. I got definitely tard you too, you know, that's how you

Make your clothes your own

So like I like I said, this is not the belt I would use with this but you

know

Here's a different use a different belt. It gives it more

Makes it have more style. Oh my god. I'm so hot. I can't even talk. It makes sense

Alright next

everything is sticking to me because

These are not kind of clothing that are breathable and it is so hot. I'm sweating. Okay?

so now as I was saying about this gloves, I

the peplum

I love a good peplum own up a louse because it helps to camouflage

Belly, and you know food babies and things leave it

um

But remember I was telling you about this blouse like it has this like little hook thing hook and I think that you can stick

There to keep it close

But when I do that it does this kind of thing to me because you know the girls so I would just leave it open

But then I would meet

But I would put on

You know a much cuter blouse, so I have like a camisole or tank top underneath

To peek out of there, but I love this top

It's super cute. This is an extra-large

Thinking these are probably not the the best things to wear

if it's like manumit where you are because

movies aren't variable fabrics

Okay

And I love how everything that I've bought like there's separate pieces, but they're so interchangeable

I love that about the wear collection. Like they're geniuses like they they better never ever ever

Get rid of that collection because I will slide in target headquarters and be like, we'll watch it up with the whip

Okay, I'm gonna try and quickly film this before like kind of heat exhaustion

I got this from the BCBG outlet now because it is from the outlet

We may not be able to provide you with a link I'm going to see if I can find it online, um

Now see the thing with me with jumpsuits in some pants. I guess I'm maybe a little bit more

shorter than the weaves and I think I am because how always that like this kind of like

Crunch thing going on

But that's an easy fix because I can always just either get this taken in because it's like too much material at the arm

Torso, but we know I'm not getting anything taken in so I would probably cuz style this in a way that it looks

Less, you know, thank you. Thank you Andy and then I can get a belt this is super cute and

Love the side start. I'm obsessed with side stripes like oh my gosh. This is a sag large

The BCBG outlet had a lot more items that would have considered buying

Like they had a super tuned accordion. Pleat a

Skirt, but if the material I think of materials with the material is but it was sheer and they had like a lining but instead

of a lining

Making sense of coming all the way because it was a midi skirt coming all the way down

The lighting stuff like right here and you could see that through the start and ending but that so I love that

at the BCBG outlet

Here's with this I wouldn't necessarily wear with the shoe against what was right here

Now

We talked about cat but before in my previous Amazon try on wardrobe video prime wardrobe Charlie, you know what I'm told about

Jumpsuits depending on how they're cut

Might not be the best for cat, but so you have to be a confident cat butter

to wear something like this me I have grown to confidence in my cat, but

So I let her out I

Love it

especially

the side short because I feel like this you can

Pair it up with like some sandals or you can even wear some sneakers with it and dress it down

Like I'm so ready for this

Hey guys, so

Normally, I would like go in the office and do the outro, you know, do a proper sit-down outro

I'm high. I all supposed to go and film another video. I'm gonna veto that do it another day cuz it is it's hot

But I hope you enjoyed watching this video and watching me sweat

And watch my hair fall

But um, yeah, leave me a comment. Have you started doing any full shopping or just shopping?

Their clothing have you bought recently?

don't forget if you're looking to buy the items that I got or similar items because some of the things from the outlets I

May not be able to find online

Make sure you check the description box because links will be there on the hood

I went to these super cute earrings which are also from Target. Um

Like I always say shop everywhere

I shop everywhere and I like I'm just like always on the lookout for like really cool pieces

And I'm excited about full make sure you follow me on instagram because if you want to see some of these items

Styled and in pictures, that's where I'll post them and also on the blog as well

So make sure you follow me on the blog

All of that will be in the description box and I will see you find folks young surely is fine in

My next video. Bye guys

Arizona, Florida hold contested primaries - Duration: 2:21.

President Trump has cast a long shadow over the 2018 midterm

elections, including in Tuesday's primary races in

Arizona and Florida. "I laugh when I read these stories about,

'Oh, Republicans are going to localize the election.' You

can't localize anything with Donald Trump in the White

House!" In Arizona, Rep. Martha McSally is battling politician

Kelli Ward and ex-Sheriff Joe Arpaio to replace retiring Sen.

Jeff Flake. All three candidates have tried to position

themselves as Trump's favored pick — but so far the

president hasn't offered a clear endorsement in the race. "Trump

kind of seemed to endorse Ward a long time ago, and then he kind

of backtracked from that. ... McSally is the best bet to be

able to hold the seat in the fall against Kyrsten Sinema, who

is a Democrat, another member of the U.S. House. ... My guess is

national Republican operatives have been working around the

clock to prevent the president from wading in if he was going

to wade in not for McSally." The death of Arizona's longtime Sen.

John McCain has cast a pall over the final days of the race:

Arizona Governor Doug Ducey is set to appoint his replacement

next week. But none of the candidates currently running for

Flake's seat seems eager to extol McCain's legacy. "McCain,

by the end of his life and actually for many years before

that, was a person who often seemed to be liked by

independents and Democrats a little bit more than

Republicans. ... I'd say that Trump is more indicative of the

future of the Republican Party than John McCain is, than John

McCain's legacy is." Trump's influence over the GOP is

particularly noticeable in Florida's gubernatorial primary.

Republican Rep. Ron DeSantis has climbed to a slim lead in the

polls over the establishment-backed candidate

Adam Putnam, largely on the basis of his strong support from

Trump. Democrats are struggling with their own party divisions

in that race: former U.S. Rep. Gwen Graham has taken a narrow

lead against her more left-leaning challengers with a

bid to peel centrist voters away from the GOP. "Going forward in

the fall, it's possible that you could have a more centrist

Democratic candidate in Gwen Graham vs. a kind of a Trump-ish

candidate in Ron DeSantis. And I think Democrats would like that

contrast, even though Florida's such a competitive state that I

don't think either would enter as a favorite in the general

election."

All QuickJack Accessories and How to Use Them - Duration: 2:16.

Welcome to Quick Tips.

Today, you're going to see how all of QuickJack's accessories work, so you know which ones you

need to get the most out of your setup.

I'm Max.

Within the last year, we've introduced many new accessories to QuickJack and thought it'd

be a good idea to bring them together and show you what's new.

All of these accessories are available at QuickJack.com.

First on the list, our pinch-weld blocks.

Most late-model vehicles have a unibody frame, and these blocks fit right into the pinch-rail

at the manufacturer-specified lift points.

They're made from a super-hard urethane, so they'll hold up against the pressure of the

pinch-rail.

They can even be stacked on top of your small standard block for increased ground clearance.

Next up, the truck adapter set.

This set ensures the high stance of your truck or SUV doesn't negatively affect the lifting

height you get with QuickJack.

Simply place them in the lifting block trays just like you would the standard rubber blocks.

A removable stacking pin lets you adjust the lifting height.

Third on the list, our frame extension kit.

If you're lifting vehicles with longer wheelbases, this kit will help you reach lift points that

were once a few inches out of reach.

No installation required.

Just set it in the tray, and you instantly have another six inches of reach.

And yes, you can place the truck adapters in the extended trays.

Got a motorcycle?

Then you might want to check out our motorcycle lift adapter kit.

Simply push your QuickJack frames together, slide in the stabilization rod, and you're

ready to load your bike.

The Ranger RML-1100 motorcycle jack lets you perform wheel service on your motorcycle,

as well.

The Prison Life Of Albert Woodfox – Innocent Man 43 Years In Solitary Confinement - Duration: 7:38.

Albert Woodfox has spent 43 years in solitary confinement.

He becomes the longest- serving U.S Pisoner in solitary confined.

Just imagine being locked away in a prison cell for 43 years, for 23 hours a day with

no lights, no human contacts.

The only voice you can hear is the one in your mind.

Solitary confinement can have psychological and physiological effects on you.

This is one of the worst form of punishment.

So just imagine being punished every single day of your life for 43 years and on top of

this one Albert Woodfox was innocent.

The sole purpose of solitary confinement is to break people but how do you break people

who are innocent.

What happens to the minds of the innocent?

What thoughts are racing through their heads?

So this right here is the insane prison life of Albert Woodfox.

"Intro"

Back in 1972 Albert Woodfox was convicted for murdering a prison corrections officers.

He was convicted along side Robert King, and Herman Wallace and together they were given

the nick name of the Angola Three.

So what has happened to the Angola Three?

The Angola three were destined to not stay silent about what has happened to them and

over the years they have shared there story.

Well this story starts back in 1971 after each of them were convicted of armed robbery.

A year later while in prison Albert Woodfox and his friend Herman Wallace were convicted

of killing 23 yr old Brent Miller who was a prison guard at Louisiana Department of

Corrections.

Brent Millar worked at the prison for less than a year before he was stabbed 38 times

Not going lightly on the sentencing both Albert Woodfox & Herman Wallace were sentenced to

solitary confinement and they were left there for over 40 years.

"Insert 10-15 seconds of prison music and images of solitary confinement and prison

images, +some text stats about confinement on the bottom of the images"

Black Panther party members released that these men were in prison for possible a crime

they didn't commit so they started an investigation themselves.

The Black Panther party was an organized political group that was active in the United States

that fought for justice and they wanted to monitor the behaviors of officers of the Oakland

Police Department and they wanted to challenge police brutality in Oakland, California.

Woodfox and Wallace joined the black panthers party and became activists seeking to improve

the conditions in Angola.

The

Black Panthers involved showed to be very effective because in 2001 after 29 yrs in

solitary confinement Woodfox and Wallace was released from prison.

The case was quickly appealed and overturned so before they were able to leave prison they

have to now keep fighting to be released from prison.

In 2008 there was another break in this case.

After 46 yrs of solitary confinement they were sent to a maximum- security prison.

During that time in 2008 and 2010 Woodfox had two appeal hearings in which he was granted

full habeas corpus.

Habeas Corpus which means Woodfox was able to stand in front of a judge for them to determine

if he has been in prison unlawfully.

If it was determined than he would be immediately released and then he would have to hope that

it doesn't get re-appealed.

Well things took a turn and for Woodfox it just seems to not go according to plan he

was so close from becoming a free man.

Woodfox appeals was overturned and he went back into solitary confinement.

In 2013 a federal district court judge in New Orleans overturned Woodfoxs conviction

for the third time.

Lousiana attorney general James Caldwell decided to make a promise to appear the district courts

decision.

James Caldwell said, we feel confident that we will again prevail at the fifth circuit

court of appeals.

However if we do not we are fully prepared and willing to retry this murderer again.

It just seems like Woodfox is not going to get a break here.

After all these years there was actually no DNA evidence, no physical evidence that linked

Woodfox to the murder of the 23 year old Brent Miller.

The only thing keeping this man in solitary confinement was one main eyewitness.

Finally at 4 decades in solitary confinement Albert Woodfox was released from prison.

He was walked out with his brother who knew he was innocent.

The media and the public surrounded Woodfox when he became

a freeman.

Well there you guys have it that was the prison life of Albert Woodfox the man who was innocent

MUKBANG Feast 🍕 🍔 🌮 w/ Carly & Erin! | Fad 👎 or Fab 👍 | MTV - Duration: 6:00.

- I feel like my body's gonna be like, what are you doing?

- Mine's gonna be like, you go girl.

(Carly laughs)

- We stan. - You're crushing it, sis.

(light electronic music)

- Hi, I'm Carly.

- And I'm Erin.

- And welcome back to

Fad or Fab. - Fad or Fab.

- For some reason MTV gave us a show

and we basically dive in to the biggest

and or weirdest trends

and we ultimately decide if they are good,

which would be fab, or if they're bad,

which would be fad. - Fad.

On today's exploration, we are going to be doing a mukbang.

These are very popular all over the internet,

I'm sure you've seen multiple people do them,

if not, where have you been?

- Also so many different pronunciations.

- Yeah, I'm probably butchering it, mukbang.

- Mukbang.

- So on our channel,

we tend to do them when we don't have any other ideas.

(both laugh) - Literally.

Welcome back to our Sunday video.

- Welcome back to our Sunday video.

- Today we're gonna do a breakfast in bed type of thing.

- Live from Vietnam.

- Hey guys, I am doing a very different kind

of mukbang setup today.

We're going to be eating these noodles.

- So we're hopping on the train.

- We're IHObbing on the train.

- Doesn't taste like anything.

- It's bad.

- So a mukbang is basically you film yourself

or you with friends eating and just talking

and that's literally the whole video.

It originated in South Korea where they eat a lot of food

and they just talk and eat on camera

- So it feels like you're eating with a friend

or like on a date or however you perceive it.

- Yeah, and now it's like taken over YouTube basically.

- Yeah.

We have never done the kind of mukbang we're about to do,

it's called an around the world mukbang,

and usually Carly and I will just focus on one restaurant,

or one...

- Type of food. - Yeah.

- Something. - It's bad.

But this is gonna be food from all over the world.

- On this table.

- Right here.

The one you may or may not be able to see in the camera,

I'm not sure. (both laugh)

(upbeat electronic music)

Welcome to our mukbang. - Welcome to our mukbang.

We're going on an around the world tour.

- Yes, we got Mexico, we got America, we got France,

we got Italy. - Italy.

(both laugh)

Obviously this isn't a super accurate representation

of foods in other countries but it's what we're doing.

- It's pretty close.

- Yeah, cheers. - Cheers.

Bone apple tea as the kids say.

(upbeat music)

- Oh my God, this is so satisfying.

- I'm gonna try one bite of each thing, mm.

- I wanna try the burger, the sauce looks amazing.

- I'm gonna go for this taco.

Do you wanna switch?

- No. (laugh)

- Oh, people do it and they like make noises.

They're like mm.

- They're like, okay, so, I have the pizza palette.

- It's greasy.

- This is a good ass burger.

- We got an egg roll.

So people will explain what they're eating

which we kind of did but I guess we could get more into it.

We have here a burger, a cheeseburger.

Oh my God, I don't even know what this sauce is

but if you look at it, it looks nasty--

- [Carly] I think it's thousand island.

- That's what makes it taste good.

- I'm eating a regular basic taco.

It's got the meat, it's got the cheese,

it's got the lettuce, it's got the hard shell,

it's delicious.

Also I like how we didn't say anything about

how big this pizza is.

- It's like normal

- It's like as big as the table.

So here I have a nice ice-cold water.

- Yum. - Pretty delicious.

- We're on a diet. (laughs)

- Yeah. (laughs)

This is great, I've never done a,

I've never done a mukbang where there's like 10 different--

- Mm-hm. - Types of food,

this is amazing.

(record scratches) Are we going viral?

- Yeah, we're gonna be even more famous than we already are

- Not possible.

- You're right. (both laugh)

I wish you could hear how loud I'm chewing.

(chewing)

What's your favourite thing on here so far?

- This burger, what about you?

I'm getting rid of the healthy thing, nope.

- I don't know, I'm kind of here for the tacos.

- Some people watch mukbangs because they're on a diet

and they feel like they can kind of

like get satisfaction watching other people eat bad foods.

- Oh my God, I could never.

This is so big - Yeah.

(slow electronic music)

- My God.

It's hitting me now.

- Uh-huh.

Should we invite our crew members to come eat if they want.

- Yeah.

- Who wants some food?

- Come get it, girls.

- [Crew Member] Thanks.

- You're welcome. - It's the best thing.

- Good choice.

Yummy, those are good ones.

I feel like we're like royalty, they're like, "Thank you."

- I know, go ahead and feast.

- Take like five.

Take five or you're fired.

- We bought them for everybody so.

(upbeat brass music)

- Bonjour.

- I feel like the scene in Mean Girls

where's she's standing in the hall and everyone's hiding.

- Oh yeah, with like the animals.

- (laughs) Yeah.

- Guys, there's enough for everyone.

- Hey guys, there's enough for everybody.

Oh, maybe not though.

- They're like, okay,

now you have to finish everything left on the box

or you can't leave.

Cheers, we did it,

we ate this all by ourselves 'cause we're professionals.

- No help needed.

This is not gonna feel good later.

- It already doesn't feel good now.

(upbeat electronic music)

(light electronic music)

(both laughing)

I'm like honestly pretty exhausted from this.

I am so full. - I feel bad.

I feel bad.

- It seemed like a good idea but it's always

exhausting. - Yeah.

But all in all, feel like--

- It was delicious.

- Delicious, different.

- Different, diverse.

- Filling.

- Mm-hm.

So I think we're in a consensus.

- Yeah, definitely.

What are we guessing or what are we saying?

It's gonna be fab. - Fab.

We're gonna light her up over here.

(triumphant orchestral music)

She's fab. - [Carly] She's fab.

- Mukbangs, fab. - [Carly] She's fab.

- Do them, film them,

post them online. - Watch them.

- Especially watch ours. - Yeah.

- Watch this one.

- Thank you guys so much for watching

another episode of Fad or Fab.

- Make sure to subscribe for more delicious content.

- And we'll see you guys next time.

- Bye. - Bye.

Good Cash, Bad Cash - Duration: 34:31.

- Boom what's going on everyone?

This is Steve Larsen, this is Sales Funnel Radio

and today we're gonna talk about the difference

between good cash and bad cash from your business

and why you should never accept bad cash.

(rock music)

I've spent the last four years

learning from the most brilliant marketers today,

and now I've left my nine to five

to take the plunge and build my million dollar business.

The real question is how will I do it

without VC funding or debt completely from scratch?

This podcast is here to give you the answer.

Join me and follow along as I learn, apply, and share

marketing strategies to grow my online business.

Using only today's best internet sales funnels.

My name is Steve Larsen and welcome to Sales Funnel Radio.

(rock music)

What's up guys hey, I actually, I love funnel building

live in front of a lot of people

and for some reason, I don't know why,

but I don't know, usually like eight hours into it I start,

I don't know if I get a little chip on the shoulder attitude

or if I get a little, I don't what it is,

but for me that's where I usually have

the most prolific things coming out my brain,

and so what I did, luckily I screen record all of them,

what I wanted to do was I wanted to go through

and I wanted to share with you guys

my strategy for when to take on cash and when to not.

I know right now how to go make 100 grand in the next month.

Even far more than that, that's not an easy, I'm sorry,

that's not a hard thing for me to do anymore,

that's an easy thing for me to do now.

That's not to showboat but the reason why I don't go grab it

is the thing I want to explain to you guys in this episode.

Now that might sound crazy to you.

I know I'm gonna get some backlash for this episode,

but you need to understand the difference

between good cash and bad cash.

My business works for me, okay.

I don't work for my business, you understand.

Now obviously I go set stuff up, I go put things together,

but as quickly as humanly possible

my whole goal is to set up systems that replace

me as the operator in my company.

So what I'm gonna do is I wanna be able to walk through

and share with you guys why...

Okay one of the major reasons I'm doing this right now

is because several, several times in the last,

especially like two or three months

where I've been offered a lot of money

to go and do a funnel for somebody and I've said no,

and it's gotten out that I said no,

and what I wanna do is I wanna address that.

I want you to know why I said no to certain scenarios.

I want you to know why I say no to certain cash

even though it's easy cash, right, even though I know,

and they're like begging, but I still say no.

What I'm gonna do is you guys are gonna

see me in this episode, what I'm doing...

Okay I screen recorded, okay, we're gonna flip over here

in just a moment and what I'm doing

is this is the fifth segment of a seven part series

that I did I think about a month ago

where I went through and I was building a funnel live.

Not just the funnel though, literally from the ground up.

I designed and wrote the actual sales message,

and then I built the actual, I actually wrote

the actual message live, screen recorded

in front of like 75 people, okay.

What you're seeing in this next piece,

I'm building out and I'm finishing

the last few pieces of the funnel

and I'm building what I call, I don't know

anyone else who's made it, I call it a waiting list funnel.

It's literally its own funnel on the side

when someone doesn't take action,

and somebody is asking me, Steven why do you have

a waiting list funnel and why do you remove

the option for somebody to even purchase?

That again, might sound crazy,

but please listen to my answer here.

This might be a little bit of a longer episode,

but I think it's gonna really, really help you

as you see what I see as I do this.

Remember I brought 1800 people through this process now.

Paying people, okay you understand?

Who paid to specifically learn that thing.

That's just not like episode listeners, okay.

They specifically came for that,

and what I want you to see is...

Alright I got a unique position looking down

and seeing all these different funnels that are out there.

Which one's make and which one's don't, okay.

And I want you to understand

how powerful of a concept this is,

and if you're like oh my gosh, Stephen,

there's so much opportunity out there,

I completely get it, please know this is how I handle that

and how I don't get distracted.

The answer to all that is in this next episode.

I'm very excited for you guys to be here,

so again guys thank you so much.

This is good cash, bad cash, please keep that in your mind

when you have opportunities come to you.

They will only increase as you increase in your success.

So you have got to get good at identifying

good cash versus bad cash, right.

Cash that is progressive versus

cash that is a distraction to you.

Anyway this is gonna help you see

how I go through that process,

and how I know whether or not I should accept cash

from this opportunity or from that opportunity

or should I say no to it and how should I say no to it,

and why and what things, you know what

I wish I could say yes to that,

but what should I do to actually

get my business ready for it?

All those answers are inside this episode.

Guys thank you so much for listening.

If you like this, please, please like

and share and subscribe to this.

It really means a lot to me, I actually have a ton of fun

reading reviews, they keep me motivated.

You pump me up and I really wanna keep doing that.

So anyways let go over the episode and please enjoy.

Your waiting list is just filtering BS

and creates agony or something?

Yeah quite literally.

The two tools that you have,

two tools that you have as a marketer,

you've got scarcity and urgency, right.

So I know my product's amazing

and you guys all know your products are amazing,

so what keeps people from acting?

What keeps people from acting and actually buying

even though you know your product's amazing

and you know that it can help them,

what keeps people from buying is that people don't close.

So I'm trying to close them, buy it, buy it, buy it,

you know what I mean, I'm trying to close them

and if I don't, it literally it cookies their IP address

not their email, does that make sense?

They can't just even go get in with another email address.

They will not get there, it actually auto forces

the entire session to go the waiting list

and it says sorry, I work with action takers.

Get on the waiting list, you know we open up to people

in my own list anywhere from...

Sometimes it's twice a year, usually once a year,

but pay attention to your email.

I'll let you know when a few seats open up.

How long do I make them wait, depends.

I mean sometimes I literally do

make them wait six months to a year, man.

Like I'm serious, if I'm gonna have scarcity and urgency

it's gonna be real scarcity and urgency.

I don't pull fake scarcity and urgency on people.

If I'm like it is open, then it is open.

If it is closed, they cannot purchase.

I don't even care if they want to.

I make it that way because I'm training my buyers.

I'm training my audience and when I say it's time to jump...

And this part, you gotta understand, could I go right now,

right now I know exactly how to pull another 100 grand.

I know exactly how to pull even much more than that,

but my business works for me, does that make sense?

These are all little things that I do

to make the business work for me.

I do not work for the business, does that make sense?

So it fits my lifestyle, so I know how to go...

And it sounds crazy, so my job then

is not constantly just, like I'm closing.

I'm closing all the time, I'm bringing people in,

but I'm mostly building systems that close.

I'm building systems that bring people in.

I'm building, if I'm the only one 24/7 bringing in cash,

if I'm the only one 24/7 that's going in

and servicing and doing the fulfillment,

my business dies when I do or my business dies

on the Saturday I decide not to work that Saturday.

That's not a business, a business is a series

of systems in place that work when you don't.

So it is not my job to constantly

be bringing people in just because it's there.

Not all business is good business.

In fact I'd say the majority of business

is bad business for your business.

There's bad cash, I don't want bad cash.

So I go in and I grab cash that is good

when I am good and ready to grab it

and when they are good and ready to pay for it,

and if it is real, I make it real.

So they cannot buy, it's not a fake thing.

And I have had people reach out

and tell me crap I waited too long, yep.

That's the answer (laughs) watch your freaking email.

That's the answer, so it is real

because my business works for me, does that make sense?

I have done the game many times though, many times

where it's been the other way and I'm like, you end up...

Here comes a little, where's a freaking soap box.

This is where I'm gonna drop some gold here, I dropped it.

Check this out.

Many times I have equated deals... with value

meaning look at all these deals I have,

therefore I must be of value.

That's crap, it's garbage, it is not true do not believe it.

The number of deals I have coming in,

I must be so valuable, I must have all this cash coming in

and it feels good and it strokes your ego a little bit,

but man it is not true!

Deals don't equal cash, deals don't equal value,

and deals do not equal lifestyle.

I first have gone through, after lots of experience,

years of sprinting my face off,

sleeping a few hours a night, I swear I've trained

my body to have energy I think that's part of it.

Years, years and years and years and years

being in the army, married, have kids,

full time in school and doing all this,

but like aggressively.

Years of actively taking every single

little deal that came my way oh my gosh,

you have cash to give me, okay I'll take it,

and then it ends up making me a slave to my business.

That is not why I'm doing this.

My role, it is the reason I don't study ad spend.

It's the reason I don't, I study the stuff

that is the highest leverage activities.

What are the things, what are the systems I can build,

funnels that I can build in place of me,

so that when I'm not there, it's still going on.

You know it's so cool to see how many sales came in

yesterday while I was talking to you.

I didn't close them, the systems did.

I didn't fulfill on them, the systems did,

and it takes a little while longer.

There's been some people that are like,

Steven you built almost one funnel a day at click funnels,

I'm like yeah, how come you've only built a few on your own?

Well I don't have a giant team like Russell does,

that's fine, I don't have like...

He's got deep, multi million dollar pockets

that just like bam, bam, he does not waste money at all,

but to activate this crazy amount of team around the world.

He's got all this stuff and the foolish thing for me to do

is to compare myself to someone like Russell.

The foolish thing for you to do is to compare me to Russell.

I am not him, I am Steven Larson,

I do not have the assets he has,

I do not have the backing he has and that's fine.

I've studied my face off, I've gotten where I have

you know it's been awesome but you gotta understand,

what I'm building, it's from a different sphere

than what he's doing, it's from a different...

I am going in, and that's why I'm publishing

so much right now so you can follow me

while I take a leap which is frankly,

it was a little bit ludicrous,

but to show you how I knew it'd be safe

and take you on the journey while I do this.

Systems are businesses, people are not businesses.

People can be in parts of the system,

but they are still not the business.

So when I go through and I build a system,

that's all a business is and if I'm the only one

operating it, I don't have a business.

If I can't match numbers, if I can't look at numbers

and be like check it out, okay I know my conversion rates,

okay I know this, I know this, I know this,

that's not a business, if I don't know my numbers

I have no business, that's one of my quotes on my wall.

It's "know":

K-N-O-W.

It's "know numbers",

if you know your numbers then you know business.

If you have N-O, if you have no numbers,

you have no business so if I'm chasing every single deal,

because here's the issue, every support ticket

that came into me for a while, I handled it differently.

That's not a business.

Every fulfillment, I handled it differently.

Every close, I handled it differently.

Every deal, I handled it differently.

That is not a business,

and it is a terrible way to run into extreme burnout

very quickly and get, guys that's like

the fastest way I see entrepreneurs get depressed.

Just like there's so much opportunity out there, right,

and there's been multiple times I've had to

catch myself again, I'm like there's so much

opportunity out there, yeah there is.

There's tons of it, but not all of it

is the best fit for number one my business,

and not all of it is the best fit

for the systems I've built and maybe that means

I need to go build more systems

to handle the opportunities coming in, that's great.

That's great, that's a good place to be,

but not all of it is a good fit for my lifestyle.

I am not here to die in my chair behind a desk.

My goal is to build systems and processes

so that every one of my leads,

every one of my closes, every one of my sales,

the fulfillment, every piece is systemized

so that I know exactly what is broken,

I know exactly where to tweak stuff,

and I know exactly where I can look at it

and go emotionally, I can emotionally say

(deep sigh) let's go on a vacation,

the system will deal with it, and then I can come back.

There was a time in college, there was a time,

this is a good rant.

There was in college...

In one of the semesters that you do,

you don't do anything but run a business,

and you start a business, it's one of the cool things

I actually really did like about where I went to college.

There's only three programs like it in the country,

at that time anyway, I don't know if more people do it,

but one semester you do nothing, you don't have any classes,

you do nothing but run a business from scratch,

and so you get together, they put you with a group

of random people and they give you an assignment.

They put me in the food business.

Guys I am not a cook, they put me in the food business.

And went on a three day retreat with these guys

and at the end of it you're supposed to have a business,

and you step back, and then you gotta build it for real,

and then actually go and collect cash from people.

We were doing two to three grand a week,

selling to poor college students,

and I got voted to be the CEO, the first CEO

and I was excited about it, it was really cool.

I've always been a bit aggressive, I think they saw that.

So I got voted to be CEO and it was super cool.

Now, now this is what I did.

I started...

I created a marketing department,

which was slightly foolish, I think everyone's in marketing,

but anyways so it was a marketing department

which at the time I still thought meant logos and crap.

I created a finance because

we needed to measure the numbers,

that's the life blood of the business,

so always know the numbers.

I created a supply chain because we were in

a supply chain intensive business.

We were selling empanadas, okay.

We did a bunch of research, we found out what people wanted.

We literally created what they wanted.

They told us what they wanted to give us money for.

It's actually really fascinating, anyway, different lesson.

And then I created a...

I think that was it.

So there was three branches and what my role was,

was here's how the business worked for a while.

This is, you don't build one this way,

you don't build a funnel this way,

I don't care if you're working on your own.

This is how you do it, okay, you...

So anyway the first thing that I did is I went (laughs)

I ordered Uber Eats, the guy just showed up,

this is gonna be funny, what's up? (laughs)

Thanks dude. (laughs)

Okay think about this, the first way I handled everything,

and we went and we launched and we started doing

one and half to two grand a week,

and I was like okay this is not bad.

The poor college selling on campus, right wasn't bad.

They told us what they wanted us to make.

I didn't even know what an empanada was.

They told us what they wanted to price, even sell at,

things like that, it was fascinating,

it was very, very fascinating.

The issue was every single decision

that had to be made came to me.

I was literally the bottle neck of every decision,

every single thing inside of my business.

There was no aspect of it where autonomy was

for those individuals, there's no aspect...

Thanks man, alright there was no piece

where they could actually go and actually

make decisions on their own which meant

I was 24/7 on the phone, 24/7 on call, 24/7,

what do you want, what do you want,

okay yeah do that, okay yes do that okay.

Marketing okay you do this, okay marketing,

okay supply chain do this, okay finance do this,

okay bam bam bam, bam bam bam, bam bam bam

and there was no, absolutely zero

autonomy for anybody else.

I didn't mean to do it that way,

but that's how most entrepreneurs operate.

And so instead, I was like, I remember

I was thinking one night, in fact I've got the journal entry

they made us journal every day what we were learning,

and I got the journal entry right down there actually.

I realized that, so okay let's make a head of marketing,

and 80% of decisions are gonna flow

to that person in charge of marketing.

Which now I believe should be the actual entrepreneur,

the actual CEO, 80% of decisions flowed

to the person now in charge of finance,

80% of decisions that had to do with supply chain

flowed to that person and they just came to me once a week

and said here's the other 20%, what should we do,

what do you wanna do, what do you wanna do.

Okay now when I actually built those systems

and put them in place our revenue increased.

Isn't that funny, we actually started selling more

when I was no longer the bottle neck of my own company.

The second thing that I did, once I had

those systems in place, the second thing that I did

is I went and I started, right, we started fine tuning,

okay that's that system, boom that's that system,

boom that's that system, whoa I can like take a break.

(deep sigh)

And so what I started doing is

I started stressing the system,

and this is gonna ludicrous and kinda nuts,

but I purposely started disappearing

in the middle of the busiest parts of the day.

I would just disappear because I was watching them.

I wanted to see what they would do.

Will they follow the system, right?

Are the people still the system

or have we created an external thing that they follow right.

And if the people are still the system

they're not gonna follow it because we got emotions.

You gotta take emotion out of system building.

It should be emotionless,

that's why we do Trello so much,

that's why we, in (mumbles)

we teach so much about systems.

Ah, I can feel a rant!

There's still another section I gotta hit here.

But I started purposefully disappearing,

to stress the system.

And they'd be like, where did you go?

We needed to make this decision.

I'd be like, oh, what happened?

And sometimes, I'd be like hiding,

and I'd still be watching them.

And they'd be having all these customers coming in,

all these customers coming in.

I'd be like, what are they doing?

What are they doing, what are they doing?

What are they doing, what are they doing?

And I'd see them running back and forth,

they're cooking these empanadas, supply chains going nuts.

Finance is like, ahhh, they're freaking out.

Do we have enough money to get that supply?

I would watch them.

There was quite a few of us, there's a lot of us.

So I was watching them, I was watching everybody.

And I would just disappear.

And then I would stress the system, I'd be like oh!

And what I was mentally doing, what I was actually doing,

is I was trying to see where the holes were

in the system I've built.

And I go back and I patch it up,

and I was there for a while, maybe I was

the bottleneck again, to just get everyone

back on their feet, but them train them back to the system.

Train them back to the system,

train them back to the system.

And I would disappear again.

And I would do that over, and over, and over again.

Until finally, the thing freaking ran on its own.

And that's when they rea...

They rotated the CEOs and that's when

I finally got kicked out (laughs).

And they're like, okay hey that's awesome.

And I set up the whole business and then left.

That's like, crap! (laughs)

Anyway, just a lot of fun.

The reason this is important is because

about the same time I was starting building funnels

for this company in Florida.

Very fascinating thing happened here.

Very fascinating, as soon as this rant is over,

I promise we'll get back to this, okay.

We've got 44 of us on, thank you so much for being here.

Anyway, so about the same time I started

building these funnels for this company in Florida.

And I purposefully chose a company that was,

they had a mid-tiered product,

because I only needed to sell an extra few a month,

to make me look like a rockstar,

to make the funnel numbers work really, really well.

Which is why I tell everybody,

start with a mid-tier product, don't start with something

that's cheap, start with something that's like a grand.

Way easier, way easier to make it work.

Anyway, I chose a product, a company that had a product

that was already existing, I hate working with startups.

Meaning, I'll consult with them, but I don't build

for them anymore, because they don't have a business yet.

They don't any of those systems.

So when the funnel has issues,

because I said "when" not "if",

when the funnel has issues, right.

They're gonna be like, oh it's the funnel's fault.

And I'm like, no, you don't have a business.

You're treating every support ticket different.

You're treating every fulfillment you ship differently,

for every single person.

There is no consistency in the way you sell.

There's no script, you have no consistent script.

You don't have a business, and that was the problem

with working with startups for so long.

They didn't have those things.

Anyway, so I looked purposefully for a company

who had a mid-tiered ticket product.

I looked for a company that was already existing,

who had a buyer's list.

I looked for something where there was a potential

for repeat purchases.

And those are some of the criteria,

so I went and I found a company.

They had no idea what funnels were.

But I told them, hey I'm gonna build you a funnel.

For free, I know you don't know what it is.

But if it works, let's talk about me getting paid,

does that sound good?

And they said, sure!

They said, sure!

And I said, cool!

So I went and I started building it,

and I went and I ran an ask campaign.

To their existing buyers, and learned some interesting

things about that, and learned some,

it was really emotional, okay.

It was in the health industry, and these people

were like, hey I'm sitting next to my dying spouse,

we just really want a product that will help X, Y, and Z.

I was like, whoa.

Got 157 responses.

It took me three sessions to read them all,

because these were like emotionally dripping

responses from these people.

And it taught me exactly what it was that

these people were wanting.

And how to craft the message

for the product we already had.

Does that make sense?

How do I craft a message for the products I already have.

That's why we do session one as session one.

That's what I mean by design marketing.

Has nothing to do with freaking colors or logos.

Has everything to do with storytelling,

and the message and the sales message behind it.

So it's fascinating, so I went through

and I ran the ask campaign, found what they wanted,

built the funnel and launched it.

And made them an extra, there was like 50-ish grand

that came into that in like six weeks.

With just launching to their own list.

And I was like, crap that's freaking cool!

I was like, let's turn it up!

Shortly after, they started calling me.

I was in Idaho still, going to college,

they were in Florida.

They started calling me, dude turn it off!

I was like, what are you talking about?

We're selling like hotcakes.

They're like I know!

So why would I turn it off, that's a good thing, right?

You got a bunch of sales coming in, this is awesome.

Sale, sale, sale, sale, sale, sale, sale!

They're like, no turn it off!

Ah, whatever, and I stopped answering

their calls for a little while.

Til finally the CEO came to me and he was like,

dude, turn off the funnel!

I was like, what are you talking about?

He goes, you are going to bankrupt us.

I said... what?

He said, it's selling too fast.

You're gonna kill my business.

I had never considered until that moment,

that the funnel was not the business.

Funnels aren't businesses you guys.

Here is the funnel, here is the business.

They are two separate things.

Once you have an idea and the market has voted

with their wallets that it's a good idea,

it is not enough to just go scale a funnel.

You gotta scale the business at the same time,

or you kill the business.

You have to.

Otherwise, you literally outpace the business.

It's the reason why, in my own business,

at the beginning of this year,

man we brought in like 200 grand real fast, bam!

And I was like, I can't keep up with the revenue.

And I realized that I was a victim of my very own teachings,

that I did not have, there was no support ticketing system.

The fulfillment was different every time.

There was a lot of consistency in the way things sold,

because I'm a funnel builder, right.

But there were some things in the way

that I was handling some objections,

and I was like, crap I gotta...

So I literally, and you guys might've seen the podcast

episode where I talked about this.

And this is the reason why.

My revenue was like whoosh!

My business was like, eh!

I gotta slow it down.

So I stopped, I slowed the revenue down on purpose

to build the business, build the systems,

get consistency, that frees up your mental shelf space.

So that you can operate.

Otherwise, by default, if you have revenue up here,

and your business is right here.

You have to work in your business,

rather than on your business.

And that's what I started finding myself doing.

And so I slowed the revenue down,

so I could build the business so I'd stop working

in my business and start working on the business again,

and start doing this.

And build it together.

That's exactly what I'm doing.

So, side rant, I know that's a huge, crazy side rant.

Dimitrios, what you're asking.

But if they don't buy in that closing time,

I do not sell them.

Even if they're willing to give me their cash.

Because I am building a system, I'm building a business.

I'm not just trying to collect cash.

There's a system that I've got in place

to handle that stuff.

When people come to me, it's like those guys,

I know you guys have seen the posts on Facebook,

where someone's like, he said no to Tony Robbins.

That's freaking why!

That's not my business to do that right now.

I pitched to Tony Robbins,

I constantly ask myself what can I do to have

larger cajones? (laughing)

If I'm in some scenario,

and I'm talking to some major influencer, I'm like,

What can I do to have large cajones in this very moment?

Oh, I can pitch them, yeah!

And so I pitched Tony, and we're talking face to face,

and he's wearing this brand of hat.

That's why I'm wearing this hat, I like, it's a nice hat.

I like the hat anyway.

But it's Tony's team, so yeah, come on.

And I was like, hey, I'm not, and he said yes.

But I don't have a system in place,

I don't have systems at the time, I do now.

I didn't have systems enough in place at that time,

to handle all the other aspects that were going on.

All the other revenue streams

that were going on in my business.

So it would've killed those other businesses.

For me to take on someone like Tony.

Does that make sense?

It's the reason why, when someone is,

multiple people have asked me, I have been offered

obscene amounts of cash to build funnels for people.

But if you don't have systems in place,

you will literally kill your existing revenue streams.

It means you are the business,

you are working in your own company,

which is a huge mistake, and nothing--

There's not enough autonomy in the systems you've built

to handle the flexibility.

Case in point, okay.

I don't just love the book, The 4-Hour Workweek.

I love how he wrote it.

There's one lesson inside The 4-Hour Workweek

that was very, very key.

He said, for the first month or two,

after launching a product he said,

I personally handle every support ticket on my own.

Which I was doing.

And I do it for the explicit reason

of writing down every single question they're asking.

And logging every single answer I'm giving.

And when I do that for 30 to 60 days,

I literally am creating a training manual.

And I duplicate me.

So then I can bring somebody in for 15 bucks an hour,

and say, hey, if they got questions,

99% of the questions they've asked,

are already gonna be right here.

And here's your copy/paste answer to that individual.

Bam... system!

And then, when there wasn't a little bit of...

When there was no leeway.

When there wasn't a question to answer that

he had already documented, okay.

What he would do, is he started giving them

authority to make decisions in his name,

up to a certain dollar amount.

So he would say, hey you have decisions to make.

Because he'd start to get questions like,

hey the customer said it didn't show up,

do I have authority to reship blank, blank, blank?

At, it's gonna cost the company this much money.

And enough of those would start coming in,

or enough scenarios like that, and he'd be like,

why do I even, yeah, we're gonna do it anyway,

we're gonna take care of the customer.

Customer's not always right,

but I do take care of the customer.

Customer's not always right.

But I do take care of the customer.

I hate whoever said "customer's always right."

That is freaking crap.

That is the worst garbage on the planet.

That's terrible.

That person got straight A's in school

and never ran a business. (laughs)

Anyway, so he said, I'm gonna give autonomy to my system

to make decisions in my name up to a certain dollar amount.

So once a week, he would go and see all the emails

back from this team on all the decisions he needed

to make, and within two hours he would say,

yes, no, good, bad, do this, do that, tweak this.

Don't do that at all.

And after a while, the majority of those questions

coming in had to do with this certain area.

So he was like, well let's just add to the system.

Hey everyone, you may now make decisions in my name

up to a dollar amount of $50.

(imitates whoosh)

Killed 80% of the tickets back to him from his own system.

He just buffed it up.

Anyway, so hopefully you guys understand

more about what this really is.

This, funnels, you are creating a system to bring in,

that's why I do my sales script, my webinar script,

the same every time.

That's the reason I write it out on every single slide.

Because if it's not consistent, I don't know what to switch.

If it's not consistent, it means it's not a system.

These, that's a consistent sales system.

That's what a funnel is.

That's all it is.

But it's not a business.

You still gotta go, probably have support and fulfillment.

Those are probably the two areas, right.

The two spots you probably gotta build.

You got those two, you got a sales machine,

you can step away for a minute?

That's a business, okay.

Nothing is sellable at all, meaning the company itself,

nothing in the company's sellable until you got that anyway.

For the first year, if Russell was to leave ClickFunnels,

ClickFunnels would've probably dwindled to nothing.

But he set up so many internal processes now.

When I left, they created an internal agency

to replace what Russell and I were doing.

Because we realized...

duplication is not in finding

another expert who replaces you.

Duplication is in creating a system that replaces you.

When you go in, and you wanna start removing

yourself from the business, right.

That's exactly what you're doing,

is you go bam, bam, bam, bam, bam.

And you can start building out the stuff like that.

And remove yourself from it.

It's not that you're trying to remove yourself

from the customer.

I still over deliver, I know I do.

I still go and I do Q&As, I still do all that stuff.

But when it comes to the purchasing process,

fulfilling on what they bought.

It's an exchange.

I'm gonna exchange the product for their money,

it's gonna be worth their time,

but I'm also going to over deliver through

several other things.

But I'm also going to make sure that it's, like

99% of the time, the exact same scenario

for every fulfillment, every buy, every support.

Everything.

Anything in supply chain, everything.

The easiest way to build those systems,

and put them in place, which is what I'm doing.

Which you guys have watched me do,

that's really what I'm doing.

Mentally, in my head, that's what I'm doing.

I did not go build a second revenue funnel,

without having the support, and the fulfillment in place.

To support it.

The first funnel, I didn't care about any of that.

I just cared about revenue.

That's all you should care about, too.

And that's all I still care about.

But in the order of launching a business like this,

what I made sure I did, is first of all,

who freaking cares about fulfillment or support,

if you can't fund it?

So I don't care about those systems for a while.

I just need to go make sure that that sells.

That my script sells, that the funnels awesome.

As soon as revenue's coming in,

and I know I start to document, personally,

all the support tickets coming in.

What are things that people are having questions with?

Is this a question about the product?

Is it something about fulfillment?

Is there a shipment that they didn't get

that they should've?

Okay, let's go put that in that category.

Is this question about the actual product itself?

Maybe I don't have enough things in it, right?

This game's about being a detective,

not about being a prolific genius, waah!

I gotta be this crazy creative to be successful.

That's crap.

Don't believe that, that's garbage.

So when you think through, and you start actually going in,

and you start building this stuff, you have to understand.

First, revenue, revenue's always first.

But I don't think about support, or fulfillment,

until I know that revenue thing is consistent,

and it just churns, baby.

Then I go and I build the support to handle it.

But I do it in a way that out performs the revenue.

So then I can go start putting on another funnel.

That's when I go build a second revenue funnel, okay.

Which is what I'm doing, why?

Because I've got the systems in place with support.

We got the systems in place, right.

And we're still building those things out.

And we will always be building them out.

But the 80%, (whoosh), oh my gosh,

takes so much mental shelf space.

That's gone.

Which means I now have mental capital to go invest

in something like a brand new revenue stream.

It's the reason why I don't take on

more revenue than I can handle.

Because I've done that multiple times,

and suddenly, you can't think about anything else.

And you go like, if you're an agent,

that's why I hate the agency models.

I take the money, and I still have all this work to do.

Whereas with products, I do...

I do the work and then when they pay me the work's done.

Anyway, hopefully, man that was a rant.

I'm probably gonna rip that

and make that a podcast, that was good.

But anyways, hopefully that makes sense though.

That's why I'm so forceful on what I said before.

This is a 48-hour funnel, if they do not buy,

I do not allow them to buy.

It pushes them over to a waiting list.

Sometimes it's within a week,

I might open it up for them again.

Sometimes it's when, six months to a year.

I know that might sound nuts.

I'm building a business for me,

I'm not for the business.

And it's because of the systems in place, so.

Anyway.

(music)

Boom, if you're just starting out,

you're probably studying a lot.

That's good.

You're probably geeking out on all the strategies, right?

That's also good.

But the hardest part is figuring out what the market

wants to buy and how you should sell it to them, right?

That's also what I struggled with for a while,

until I learned the formula.

So I created a special mastermind,

called an OfferMind, to get you on track

with the right offer, and more importantly,

the right sales script to get it off the ground and sell it.

Wanna come?

They're small groups on purpose so I can answer

your direct questions, in person, for two straight days.

You can hold your spot by going to offermind.com.

Again, that's offermind.com.

FALL is Here!!!! (sorta) - Drunk Crafting Skull Floral Arrangement - Duration: 8:06.

if I yell out in pain during this

it's because right before I filmed this video

I tripped over my cell phone cord thing

that's plugging my cell phone in, and I just really, really hurt my quad

I like pulled my quad, so if I yell it's because of that

yay

hi everybody, I'm Amanda the G and it's time to get crafty again

seasonally appropriate beverage!

now I should be polite and pour this into a cup

so what are we making today?

today we are taking flowers and making planters but with a fall twist

of using a skull

now I found this online and it says you can take like one of those

plastic skulls and cut the top off and all of that, and I went to the craft store

and the only ones I could find were terrible looking

so instead, I found this lovely skull planter

now, it's already done for me

it's already taken the top off

but if you wanna use a plastic one, you can, or one of those other ones

you can, you can just cut the top off of it

but what you're gonna need to do with that is put a plastic

baggie on the inside so that it doesn't leak out the bottom

this doesn't have that problem, so we get to skip a step

other than something to plant this in, you will need wet foam

it comes dry, it's called wet foam

this is for real flowers, if you want to use fake flowers like this

then you just use

the regular dry foam

a pair of scissors or something to cut the wet foam

I don't really know if this is going to work very well

water in a bowl!

cause it's called wet foam, you gotta make it wet

sharp objects, more of them

for to cut the flowers

and fresh flowers of your choosing

I'm gonna put these on my little prep table

cause there's no fucking room left on my table table

these are the most fall ones I could find

because apparently the grocery store hasn't realized

with the flower department that it's fall and they need to be like darker than this

where my black flowers at?

divest yourself from your plastic enclosure!

I'm not happy about the mess

so let's just cut off some of these edges

to make it fit in the skull

ok, sticking out a little bit on top, that's cool

cause that's where the flowers go

so take this

and you put it in the water

wet foam, you have to wet it for the flowers

and you wanna let it like absorb the water in there

I'm going to get something to put this shit in

it's at this point that you're gonna want your seasonally appropriate beverage

it is seasonally appropriate now!

if you don't like pumpkin beer, I don't wanna hear it

this should be year round

this is why you want to use a plastic baggie

inside it if you have something with holes

so you'd put the plastic baggie and shove this inside, cut the top of the plastic baggie off so you can't see it

and that way it doesn't drip all over the fucking place

but since that's not an issue, you just put your block

in the thing

and it's all wet

there you go

I like this project because any fucking idiot can do it

like me

so flowers!

so the reason you need this sharp device

is a few things

this is clearly too fucking big so you need to cut it down

but you don't just cut it down, first off, we need to get rid of some of these extra stuff that's on here too

cause it doesn't need this

but you don't just cut it down, you have to cut it at an angle

so that it can absorb all of the water that's in this wet thing

that's why it's fucking wet, people, ok?

it's a wet foam so that it absorbs the water into the plant so the plant doesn't die as quick

and then you just cram it in

there you go, did you, did you expect this to be harder?!

cause that's literally it

pokey poke, cram, pokey poke, cram

that's literally it

cut it at an angle

arrange it in a pretty way

cram it in

I'm gonna leave the little ones for the end, so I can like cover up the boo boos

like always, they mix in stupid flowers

there's fucking carnations in this shiz

but we'll put some in here anyway

even though they're stupid flowers

take your leaves away you damn carnation

speaking of stupid flowers

these will get to keep their leaves

congratulations bitches, you're stupid, but you get your leaves

I might not have enough flowers

that's why we're using all the stupid ones

cause there might not actually be enough

ok, here's what we've got so far, we got the front

sides, and back, and I gotta kinda look at this, I gotta kinda fill out the sides a little bit

so that's what I'm gonna do with these

gonna put some in the sides

and fill some of this out

so that it doesn't look so stupid

the front's actually lookin' pretty good, the sides need a little extra lovin'

well we don't have enough to fix the back

so the back just looks like fucking shit, so don't look at the back

but if we put it this way

here's the- it's pretty

oh there's another flower!

I didn't realize I had another flower

(deep inhale) that' makes me happy, put it in the front

ok

here's all of our flowers, this is two fucking bouquets worth of flowers

so, moral of the story, get a fucking shit ton of flowers

let me clean up the table and then we'll talk about our project

also, I need more beer

this is our lovely skull planter all filled with beautiful flowers

now, just a warning, eh, you know, these are gonna die

cause they're real

so you can add more water to it, that's why there's like the wet thing in there

it'll last for a while, but you can add more water to it

it's still gonna die

once it dies

you put more foam in it and you can do it again

or this is really, this could probably be a vase

so I could probably do without one, it just won't look

like this when it's all done, cause that's what the foam does

it fucking makes it all poofy fuck

so it looks BEAUTIFUL from the fucking front

it looks pretty damn good on the sides

The school was built in 18 months and will welcome 825 students, head of school Marina Vashchenko told the President.

The school also has a class equipped with sewing machines, a woodworking and a metalworking classes, a library and specialised classes for various subjects.

It has a medical unit with a doctor's office, a medical treatment room and a dental room.

The school's sport section includes a class for rhythmic gymnastics and choreography, a 560 square metre swimming pool, physical therapy and fitness rooms, and a 550 square metre gym for playing various sport games.

The Novosibirsk Region is set to open four new or renovated schools this September; and five new schools and one kindergarten will be added before the year is out, Acting Governor Andrei Travnikov told the President.

In 2019, six new schools will open in the Novosibirsk Region, and the construction of two more is currently being considered.

In addition, 14 kindergartens are to open in the region next year.

After visiting the school, Vladimir Putin met with local residents who had gathered near the building.

[Sorry, but translation of the President's conversation with the school staff will be later]

"What are the stars?" said O'Brien indifferently.

"they are bits of fire a few kilometers away. We could reach them if we wanted to. Or we

could blot them out. The earth is the center of the universe. The sun and the stars go

round it."

"Do you suppose it is beyond us to produce a dual system of astronomy? The stars can

be near or distant, according as we need them. Do you suppose our mathematicians are unequal

to that? Have you forgotten doublethink?"
