Waching daily Aug 3 2018

Hello and welcome back all my dragon ball theorist today we got this news which is exciting

from Herms98 on Twitter the Saiko Jump editorial office tells readers: "frankly the enemy Goku

and company are up against in this movie is the strongest.

Those who trust Goku will win may lose confidence, so be careful."

They also ask: "Destructive power greater than a God of Destruction?

Now there will be craziness that follows news like this and what does this actually mean?

Well this does line up with the video I did on who saves Goku and Vegeta because of this

news it seems even more evident that in one of the encounters they could be just stomped

by Broly.

I like the idea that Broly is emerging now because he has attained enough power and Paragus

plan is to seek revenge on Beerus for ordering Frieza to destroy the Saiyans.

If Broly's power is stronger than a God of Destruction then that time is now and he will

destroy anyone in their way to get this revenge.

So perhaps Beerus will get his hands dirty in this one because there is no choice and

is a target of Broly.

Which I gotta say I would love for Beerus to go all out in a

fight and see him in action.

I love when Beerus starts to get serious.

Now with that said and I know this can get crazy with powerscaling if you are into that

I want to objectively look at this news and break

a few things down before things get out of hand.

In the tournament of power Toppo became a God of Destruction.

This is clearly stated and it's a fact.

Now how strong he is against the other Gods is debatable I think he was one of the weakest

and even did a video as too why but that doesn't matter for this point.

Toppos as a God of Destruction stomped Golden Frieza and 17 had no

chance.

Enter Vegeta who in his Super Saiyan Blue Evolution form which is much stronger than

Super Saiyan Blue cancelled out Destruction energy.

He actually pushed Toppo back and the defeated him in classic fashion creating a blast even

a God of Destruction couldn't destroy.

So technically Vegeta is stronger than a God of Destruction.

Granted it was Toppo but still he is 100% stronger than a God of Destruction.

Can Vegeta beat Beerus?

No, I just have to say in my best opinion.

No.

So when we look at this news stronger than a God of Destruction I just am not going to

throw out there that Broly beats Beerus all day everyday until I hear it out of

Toriyama's mouth or we get some additional news.

I don't like to jump the gun I personally look at Beerus as a top dog in Dragon Ball

as a character and we haven't seen the true depths of his power yet and we just

don't know.

So I like to leave it at that.

However dam would I like to find out and see Beerus fight Broly now.

I know the hype level on Broly's power is Maximummer and this news will fuel it even

more and I do have some videos planned going into more detail about it all where he

fits in with Ultra Instinct Goku and the likes of Jiren.

With that said in the poll of my last video on who do you want to see in the DBS Movie

Jiren won the vote easily at 50% and Gohan at 25%.

With Broly's power looks like they could use Jiren on this one and it wouldn't be an easy

fight by any means if by some chance he was there.

Now tell me what you think of this news and what does it mean for Goku and Vegeta in the

movie.

Will Beerus actually have to get involved and possibly be a target for

Broly as they are seeking revenge for the death of the Saiyans?

I always love to hear your theories in the comments below and if you enjoyed this video

When the TSA Post-Checks After a Pre-Check - Between the Scenes | The Daily Show - Duration: 3:36.

- One of the most interesting stories I read today was

the TSA is planning to unroll a program

where they say they want to get rid of airport screening

(audience member yells)

at small airports.

Wow, you were like, you were quick.

(audience laughing)

You were just, oh that's so fun.

This is the funniest thing.

I said the TSA wants to get rid of airport screening,

he went woo.

And then I said, "Wow you're happy,"

and then he just went like this.

(audience laughing and applauding)

I feel like, I feel like you're like,

I get randomly selected way too much.

(audience laughing)

Is that what it is?

- Even after TSA Pre-Check.

They're like... - You pre-check?

- Yeah they said even if you paid,

- Right.

- it doesn't necessarily count.

- Wow, wait, so you got pre-checked

and you still get check?

So they're like, nah we need post-check for you.

(audience laughing)

We need, we need post-check.

What's your name?

- Salman Gurani.

It used to be Salman Mohammed, but then.

- Your name was Salman Mohammed?

- Yeah. - Okay.

- But we legitimately changed it after 9/11.

- Wait are you being serious?

- I swear to God.

- You know what's great?

I'll tell you the, a person I've had with a name

with, that had more trouble than you.

I met a gentleman in the UK,

and he has never been allowed into America

because his name is Jihad.

(audience laughter)

And so, like he told, that's his normal name

and jihad, if you know anything about Islam

it's about the internal struggle that a Muslim

person faces every day in their lives.

It's not about, like, blowing shit up, necessarily.

You can use it whatever it is.

And so jihad is about the struggle you face

as a human being in your life.

Every religion has a different word for it.

But so he was telling me his story,

but what was funny was,

I didn't know he was like,

"Hey man, America won't let me into the country."

And I was like, "Why?"

And he's like, "Oh, 'cause I'm a Muslim"

"and because of my name."

I think this is disgusting, this is horrible

whatever, whatever.

And I was like, "I can't believe they would block you."

And I was like, "So what's your name?"

And then he's like, "My name is Jihad."

Then I was like, "Oooh."

(audience laughter)

He's like, "Yeah."

I was like, like, "Here's the thing."

I mean I get where you're coming from,

(audience laughter)

but in America's defense,

imagine if you were the, like, TSA guy who let him in

and then they would be like,

"Barry, like, his name was Jihad."

(audience laughter)

And he was like, "I know dude,"

"but I just thought, I thought he was like,"

"a friendly Jihad, like."

(audience laughter)

So like I, you know,

it's not, it's not a good thing,

but, but it's weird that you have the pre-check.

But anyway, then you'd be excited by this news.

They said that the TSA's planning to cut,

they want to get rid of TSA Pre-Checks and security

at small airports,

because they say it costs too much money.

They want to save, like 150 million dollars, right?

Because it costs them too much money

to scan all the people.

And then, like, a lot of people are opposed to it

'cause they're like, "Yo, it's still an airport."

And then they would say, "Yeah, but we just don't think"

"that terrorists care about the smaller planes."

(audience laughter)

And I was like, "Isn't it so funny that like."

'Cause you know when you're flying from those tiny airports

you've got those like little shitty planes

that nobody likes?

You know the tiny ones with no overhead

and like, it's two and then one,

but like everyone is squashed together?

And I was just like, I was thinking

how funny would it be if there is no security

and then they like get on the plane

and they're like everyone hates those planes

and hate flying into those regional flights so much

that like, one day a terrorist does try to blow it up

and he's like, "Everybody, I'm hijacking this plane."

And everyone's like, "Whatever man, we don't, this."

(audience laughter)

They're like, "Yeah, just get us out of our misery."

"This is, look at this plane."

"Just yeah, just end it now man."

"End it now."

And, like I feel like you wouldn't even have

enough space to hijack one of those planes.

You'd be in your seat and then you'd be like,

"I'm taking this pla-, aah, aah."

"Aah, aah."

"Ssss, aaah."

(dramatic music)

Saatler Olmasaydı Dünya Nasıl Bir Yer Olurdu ? - Duration: 4:39.

Broadcast Your Authority TV: EP - 5 Cause & Success - Duration: 5:20.

hey everybody its Tamra Thompson and we're here at the Witte conference and

I'm super excited because I keep meeting and being introduced to amazing women doing

great things to help other women and empower them as well and so today I'm

here with Heather and you're with cause and success which you were just telling

me off camera all these amazing things which now we have to share on camera so

can you tell me a little bit about your cause you have some cool things going on

within the brand itself but kind of tell us a little bit about it and how it got

to be so cause and success started I was a actually health and wellness coach and

I realized in people's bodies how much we hold different stress it developed

into a coaching practices and so what we look at is cause and success is that you

are the one and only cause of your success nobody else can cause it for you

nobody else can stand in your way so what goes on in our heads is usually

the thing that stops us so we did cause and success just seemed it seemed seem

well I think it makes total sense so like if I was like I get it I'm the

cause to my own success but through that process you you created programs and

interaction and experiences to help like I know you were talking about some sort

of camp can you tell us is it Camp Cas or cause yeah camp Cas

so we're at cause I met my background is in experiential education and one of

the things that I found with women is as we grow we often get into leadership

positions and we're not given a chance to play with what is my unique

leadership style because we're tossed in these positions and right away we're

under basically under fire to say we have to be perfect and we're under

scrutiny and the pressure we put on ourselves and the pressure that's put on

around us we never actually get to learn and so in a background of experiential

education I'm we I want to instead of sitting at a conference where you're

learning from other people's success you want to actually experience what is that

success to me Who am I in these new situations so one day I woke up and said

when was I feeling the best and that was when I was at summer camp I was a camper

in leadership trainer and I said I've already got all this curriculum let's just

apply it to women and in a three day Leadership Summit so we did our first

one about three years ago camp calves so it's camp cause and success and

basically you arrived as who you are and you leave as the leader you're meant to

be I love that because I'm all about experiences through our company as well

and we teach to create connect and inspire through visual storytelling but

everything that we want to produce for our clients through video production is

is all about an experience because you want people to remember you in the same

way and we and an event that we actually held last week we had this like whole

improv thing that we came up with the day before the event I was like I want

to step out of the box a little bit more and I was like I'm gonna get them to

like hear and feel this emotion that was telling a story so we had a five groups

step up on stage and this was really random but we're like we kind of planned

it out but we kind of didn't it but it was like this experience that were like

I think they're gonna have a good time so we got these groups to step on stage

and we played like emotional music from its inspiration to cheery sad dramatic

and we gave them a scenario to like step up and just say you are now on stage

Island and you have one item you know what is it that you're going to use but

then apply that with the emotion to the song that's playing to them and so they

all acted it out but they all had a great time because it's about

remembering those experiences obviously providing content and value at

conferences but something that people are going to step away and remember and

so that's what's really unique about what you're doing if you were to like

talk to other people like right now about something that's going on with

experiences that if somebody's struggling and they want to hold their

own own events or bring communities together what would you share with with

other women trying to empower others oh it's just it's just a matter of getting

out there and doing it and I we hold ourselves back I'm gonna say a hundred

percent of what our potential is we think okay I just got to think it

through I got to get it right I just got to do a little bit more research I just

need to know is this my passion or am i a hundred percent sure I'm going to

succeed and I just say get out there and play and do

it what you're reminding me of The Improv we do a pitch fest at camp and

they'll always be some spin right at the end where you know something else

happens and now you've got to improv and who are you in those situations and

that's why the experience part if you're looking now in any part of it calls it's

just get out there and take action today whatever it is and then every day call

it your your miracle action just take one more action what's one more we don't

have to solve the world's problems in a day communities like this that bring

other women together like she said if it's in the corporate side or even

entrepreneurship like us where we're driving and striving and just making

things happen and that's what's important no matter the struggles that

we do all come across a business and life and entrepreneurship that that we

just keep taking action we just keep keep going and keep moving and you know

if you're passionate is something I would just say go for it

How to look at Business Growth in eyes of a buyer... - Duration: 4:46.

Growth. This one gets ... this one's also obvious,

it's how you measure it and how you go forward with it.

it's your likelihood of growing your business into the future and at what rate

if you have a track record and you can show a track record of how that

look forward you can show that you're a growing company industry plays

a little bit into the factors here market share plays a factor but

inversely to what you might think I'll touch on that opt-in database

the industry .... if you're in a dying industry that's gonna hurt

I think that that one's obvious if the industry is shrinking that's going to

bring down the ability to to sell and a pretty substantial number 33%

lower market share actually is a better thing the lower

the market share the more somebody would see you as a viable

alternative to grow market share right if you have a viable business that has

low market share in a large market they can say hello it's taken extra 1% let's

take of the market we take an extra 1% of the market you know it's a much more

valuable space or they can see cross-sell opportunities

I have an example later but when when you go to you know make strategic choices

sometimes you're making a decision

do you add more services or do you find more customers

make some some decisions at times

when a very small portion of your customers could be buying what you are selling

buying is your services that's actually going to give your Highest multiple

scale-ability matters

if you were to five times your demand

Your sales department did a great job at selling...maybe some of you are are the sales department... you did a great job in selling you five

times revenue the next quarter you five times revenue how does that how well does your

company cope with five times revenue does it have a cash clot does it have

the ability to not impact customer service levels does your

operations keep up how well can you scale that up or down so that makes a

pretty big difference you know so obviously fairly easy is the higher

multiple and impossible decreases your multiple

if you the history growth I think that one was obvious but twelve months do you expect

your revenue to grow you know if you're more likely than your multiples higher

if you're less likely if you're shrinking then then no the bigger your

marketing footprint so this is opt-in so this is a new you know not that not

everybody participates in this at this point but I think you guys start

thinking about it because it does it's a measure that matters not just to not

just to value valuation for sale but also for making sure you've got a

healthy business that you can sleep at night knowing that you have more

customers that are likely to come in the door right so if you have a

subscribership and opt in an email list you know you have social media following

I'm sure there's a social media following I think right so the bigger

you're following the bigger live people that are you know starting to like your

brand and watch your brand and pay attention to you the more valuable your

company is and it's also a good marketing funnel right it helps you

helps you grow your business also if you don't I mean if you are putting

effort in maybe you know and put more effort in if you're not putting effort

in maybe you want to start considering what what do you do to put some effort

into that and this is the cross sell again if you if you had customers that

have the potential to cross all this doesn't mean your cross selling

currently so if you sell widgets and those customers could also buy what

would be complimentary to widgets

then you would then you have the you know there's more potential there's more

growth potential in the business it doesn't mean you have to be doing

that because sometimes somebody it's a strategic buyer that wants to buy

your business maybe looking at it saying oh they're really good to have a great

customer base and they're strong in customer service and all this other

stuff we can help grow that revenue by bringing our piece of the puzzle

together and create this you know new partnership merger

Get a Fan Base - Duration: 1:54.

This one's near and dear to my heart. I don't want to spend too much time on it.

I can spend days on this one, the customer score

This is about do you have a measurement

do you have something that's telling you the likelihood that your customers will repurchase and refer to, right?

so it's about referencing and

there's actually, I think it's called the Fred, I don't have his name written

down here. Fred Reichheld, or something like that, he wrote a book called

The Ultimate Question or The Ultimate Score.

But it is a customer measure called net promoter score,

and I'm a big believer in net promoter score NPS

we can spend a lot of time on it like I said but we won't but

it is about measuring fans it's about measuring those satisfied versus fans

and the ones that are fans are the ones that are likely to help you grow your

business and the more fans that you have the better your business is growing and so

it helps out in the growing chart also okay the measurement which I won't get

into today but 15 if you have a score of over fifteen you have what's considered

probably a "growing business" "a thriving business" something that is going to get

you get you places get you where your your Maserati that you're trying to get

to your vacations you're trying to get to write it helps you sleep better

at night so and the the beauty of the score is that it it's statistically

meaningful it's not it's not just gathering customer data and doing

nothing with it because I think that a lot of folks do gather customer data but

it's difficult to get any real value know that we might assess the value too

but we might be wrong this system is a really good system for assessing value

and and and being able to take actions on that value

What about Cash Cycle when I sell my business? - Duration: 1:31.

valuation teeter-totter: is about cashflow, it's about cash cycle

how does cash enter and exit your business

when do you get receivables versus when do you make payables

do you provide services that you pay for before you get money

do your supplier arrangements and your customer arrangements cost money

or add money to the equation

if you were to five times growth

if you grow your business five times

would that be a cash problem in which would you have to find

financing and would you have to go to the bank

would you be able to and how easy would it happen

then we would identify that you may want to work on this right there there

are a lot of techniques in it and this actually this is one of the ones that

some business owners say that's not my industry I can't do that and I

know I've seen it in almost every industry that you can do it I think

there are ways to do it and I think that sometimes you know gaining perspective

on how to do it maybe everybody in your industry isn't but there might be a way

that you can so don't be close to this one gonna be close to the other ones

like John then just mention the last slide you know I think that there are

ways to do this with every business

can you fund growth if you were to

grow does growth fund itself or do you need to fund it
